Speaker 1 (00:01):
The volume. Welcome back to the tele Garage podcast. I'm
Kyled Hamilton's along with k J Wallas Colorad again cam Heart.
What's our first episode? A minute? And I hope you

(00:21):
guys have been enjoying the concept we've been putting out
with some special guests. If you haven't listened to those
and definitely go check them out. But the first things first,
how was everybody spring break? It's money? It was good.
It was fun, funny, nice warm weather where I would
like I would like Connor to expand on his spring break.
Uh see. So for me, I went to Las Vegas

(00:45):
for the weekend, the beginning weekend Saturday Sunday, and then
uh the week of spring break, I went to Kabo.
So it was a lot of fun. It was cool.
It's a cool like beach town. There's typically a lot
of other college students and colleges that make their way
down the stream right, so it's fun to see the
other schools and experience the one weather. And I want
to thank the Astaps were letting us make the trip

(01:07):
down there was there their place that we stayed in.
The SAPs the teammate on the football team, they have
a spot in Cabo like a family friend has a spot.
Very nice. It's crazy and Staid went to Denver l A.
I went out to Denver, stayed there for a few days.
Staid to my aunt. Um, she showed us around. I

(01:29):
actually like Denver. Like Denver so much. We got tatted. Um. Yeah,
it's a small joint. Um. I think it was a
good trip. So we had a good time hung around Denver.
I've seen male Hai Stadium. Um, seeing a lot of
a lot of things. A Denver actually kind of remind
me like Chicago, but it's just out west a little bit. Yeah,

(01:53):
but with a lot smaller and a lot a lot
more chill. Um, what do you like the most about it?
How new a lot of stuff is, because I mean,
Denver is kind of like a relatively newer city I
feel like. And I like how a lot of the
like restaurants aren't like it's not a lot of like
chain restaurants, a lot of like mom and pop but

(02:14):
like you know what I'm saying, like you only get
this restaurant here type thing. So the food was great, Uh,
drinks are great. Everything was great, smooth, and we went
out to l A afterwards. Wait, how do it was Denver.
Denver was founded in November twenty second, eighteen fifty. Like,
what are you talking about? It West? Technically like younger

(02:37):
the East was it is because we were like, okay,
but when I say when I say new, when I
say new, I think, like, you know, everybody wants some
mood to Texas. Now every wants some mood to Arizona.
Now what I'm saying, Like, yeah, alright, right. Then we

(03:00):
went out to l A stated Venice, uh, the second
time being in l A now in the past two
or three weeks now, so it was fun. Went out there.
Venice Beach is really interesting. You've been in Venice yet? Yeah,
it's a it's a little different. It's like Santa Monica
vibes almost beach. Yeah, but I'm talking about like the
beach itself, like Venice Beach, Like, yeah, you're gonna see something.

(03:25):
It's like the best place on earth that people watch.
You gonna see some character. You can see some characters
out there. But it's cool. So hang out there in
Santa Monica, West Hollywood all that, so it's smooth. Nice. Um.
I went to Hawaii. Oh, I visited on a lulu
um with my girlfriend there's a few past indie players

(03:45):
there during a Cora um Jerry Tillery, I did Rutherford UM.
So yeah, we're just kicking it all weekend. Um. All
week I went to a lot of beaches, a lot
of good food shopped, so it was a real show.
I didn't do much um, stayed outside majority of all

(04:08):
the time. So cam Cam came back and he was like,
he's like, I was fully content and staying Hawaii. Had
to track back to the plane if I if I could,
I would probably extend my trip for the rest of
the month. Honestly. Oh yeah, coming from here and me
just see the sun. Like I was so excited to
go to l A. And when I got there, I

(04:28):
was just like bo sign. See you you always talked
about that you like to be in the sun. I
don't like to be on the beach and in the
sun and all that stuff too much. Yeah, lo here
is it worth the travel because like if it's going
to Hawaii, because I like, I was wanting to be
like in Hawaii or like in Europe and stuff, but

(04:50):
I hate traveling, like I like being places on like
getting there. See that's the that was the worst part,
because I mean going there, it was like twelve, like
twelve hours traveling and they're coming back it was like ten.
So I mean that's that was the toughest part. But
being there, it's definitely something you have to experience before you,
like like in your traveling days, you have to experience

(05:11):
a way is this is entirely different vibe. Like everybody
knows the beach, but like I don't even not explain it,
like I've I've grown up on a beach, I've went
to the beach throughout my whole life. This was just
like a whole different experience. And it's not like well
like the water is different than anything like that. It's
just everything and itself is just different. So yeah, it's crazy.

(05:32):
I think that's actually part of America looks crazy. The
whole culture is different, like but it's kind of sad though,
because I feel like a lot of the locals are
living the lower life there, which is kind of sad
because like they're getting like all the tourists and then
a lot of people are moving there, so it's almost
like their whole island is being taken over by this

(05:54):
like mainland people, which is just as part about it.
But outside of that, just their whole culture of wanting
culture is pretty cool. Like everybody's nice and passionate. Um,
I didn't running to anybody that wasn't like, wouldn't help me.
So I don't know, it's just all different. But that's
why that's why you see merrist in them guys. They
come they come to here and they're like, well, these

(06:15):
are nicest people ever. Consolutely, everybody there is like that
right In facts, I don't really have too much of
a spring break. Um, I've just been doing football. Obviously,
went to the Combine Comma experience was obviously a blessing.
It was It's kind of crazy, like I was. I
was just like walking on the field and everything just
looking up. I was like, I've been watching this since

(06:36):
I was like five years old, and I'm actually about
to be like one of the people to participate. It
was kind of crazy, like I had to take a
step back and I appreciate the moment I was in.
Other than that, though, it was like that was one
of the most stressful four days of my life. Like
I probably grew a couple of great hairs. It was
four days. Yeah, it was. It was fun. At the
same time, it was like you're being watched the whole time,

(06:56):
like every single thing you do is being rated. Um,
just how you're interacting with folks. Like then like in
the back of my head, I'm getting on the elevator
and like I'm next to cleaning lady. I'm like, I
don't know if this cleaning lady has a camera on her,
like she's about the report back to whoever about about me.
But no, it was cool. It was like, uh, the
opening on Steroids a little bit. Yeah, there's this one

(07:21):
part like there's formal interviews and then informal interviews. So
like the formal interviews are like, um, this year it's
only fifteen minutes, but it's usually a lot longer. So
you'll have like a guy at eleven and just with
eleven different teams and you'll just go room the room
and be like head coach gm uh DC safetyes coach,
like everybody interest in the room, donor film stuff like that, Um,

(07:43):
nothing too crazy, and you'll probably do that for like
three hours. But the informals it was like they start
a clock and it's like a ten minute clock and
teams are just running around. It's like speed dating pretty much.
So like you'll talk to the Charges and then a
dude from the Raiders is behind you as soon as
you finished, just like hey, come to our table. You
other Raiders they asked you whatever, and then the Patriots

(08:04):
behind you. Like it's like that for like three hours
straight and like at the end of the you just
look up and you're like, bro, like what's just happened?
Like that? It was crazy, Like that was one of
the crazy experience ever part um or I guess stressed believing,
Oh yeah, enjoyable to do enjoyable, I would say, I
would say honestly meeting everybody because like everybody kind of

(08:27):
knows everybody kind of trying and to feel each other
out and and whatnot. But there are a lot of
cool dudes there and it was cool to see like
everybody and like their training regimen, like how everything's like
come together. Everybody from around the country has come to
this one spot and kind of trying to show off
there what they've been working on, and it's it's kind
of a cool idea. But um but I was in

(08:49):
the hospital for like seven hours doing X rays and
um M r s and stuff on stuff I didn't
even know, Like it was ridiculous. And there was this uh,
like you going Actually after I was in the machine
or X ray machine, the radiologist did probably they X rays,

(09:09):
and the radiologist was talking about like how crazy the
whole processes. And he was like, there's a specialist who
broke his collar bone coming out of the womb and
the NFL team wanted an X ray on it. Like, Bro,
that was two years ago and they wanted an X
ray on his collar bone because he broke it come
out of his mom at birth. Like yeah, wait, wait,

(09:35):
how many How long do you think you spent in
the m R machine? Total? Seven hours? Please don't tell
me I did in an hour. I did it two days.
I probably was in there for three hours. Oh my god,
like in total, in in total that did like machine, Bro,

(09:55):
it's too tights, too small, bro through like my second one. No.
I was trying to hold it because I was like
I don't want to be that dude to push the
button like I have started over whatever, and so I'm
trying to hold it and I had to hold it
for like twenty five minutes. And by the time I

(10:17):
got out, like I sprint it to the bathroom pee
or whatever, and then my bladder was literally hurting. Like
the next fifteen minutes, I thought my bladder it exploded,
but no, it was crazy. So if you're one of
the guys that runs like on the first days, do
you do all that stuff after or do you do
it everything is before and then you do it like
no matter everything you're before, and then you do it

(10:37):
at the end. So it's kind of it's kind of
we're probably not the best environment for your body to
perform because you're going on through all this stuff for
three days and then the fourth day you work out.
But like I I would eat like one meal a
day at like six pm and then sleep like four
hours because you gotta wake up three thirty to get
drug tested, and then its just not conduced to a good,

(11:00):
good day. Yeah, I feel like part of it is
that's pretty much like it's like a test in itself,
like we're gonna put you through this and see if
you can really like get right, but see how you
can handle some stress. For sure. I'm not gonna lie
how when I sell you. I saw acting all serious
like walking around the field. I started laughing. I was like,

(11:29):
I'm like, bro, before like there is like saying like
you can see the TV copy on the big screen
in the stadium, so like before in the warm up,
is like they're showing me on the big screen obviously
because that's like what they were doing on TV. And
then they had like a cop up. It's actually kind
of funny. They had a cop of like me and
Derwin James and had Derwin's forty times as like four

(11:53):
four seven, and then I had ran yet at that
point and like Derwin's like do it all safety, this
and that, and I read my first forty obviously not good.
And I come back and I texted y'all fight and
then uh, I look up at the screen and it
shows by four times. My new comp is like Jeremy Chin,

(12:13):
It's like more. I was like, quick, wait, do you
see your time after you run? Like going to um.
The first times they don't show The second time they
show your time and then you can see it on
the screen, but the first time they don't show times. Interesting,

(12:34):
so you didn't you so you didn't know my time.
I knew I didn't run well because I was like
my legs, we're not moving. And I was came back
and my agent just texted me like uh for four
or five nine. I think that's what it was. And
then talked to my grunting coach and he was like
trying to cut me up on some stuff. And then
I texted, like y'all texted my family and I was like,

(12:57):
f f okay. But then I thought I did everything
else really well, So that's some really good drills, bro.
I think that honestly. Um. I was like talking to
my agent. He was like, you know, you never want
to never once you to run slow, but like you

(13:18):
kind of show them you can by university and like
recover leave something in the past. So I guess it's
a silver lining and take out of it. But it was.
It was crazy. It was crazy. I think people underestimate that,
like just the test. Inside of the test, I didn't.
I never thought about like what you are, like all
the stuff you gotta you guys gotta do before you
work out. It's thinking about that that's tough. That's tough

(13:39):
and kind of what like Lid said about like you
don't know if you're driver works that I felt, or
like what you said like the cleaning lady, like you
got your mind never really can like take like a yeah,
I know your mind is at all times. The weirdest
part and Connor probably knows this and shout out to
uh Dr Rag and Brian Radigan father, uh Connor Radigan. Um,

(14:01):
he works with the Nutre d In football teams doctor
and he was down in Indianapolis and it's kind of
helping me do a whole medical process. And it was
the weirdest part of the whole thing was when you
do your medicals and they get everything on you and
then they have just a sheet and they have a
team doctor like walking around the six different rooms with
like forty doctors around the table and there's one like

(14:24):
examination table like they have in the training room just
in the middle of the room. And you walk in,
you sit on the examination table and the doctor that
brought you in reads down every single injury that you've had,
like the recovery time, how you feel now, how the
m r. I xtraight looks now and you're just sitting
there like not saying anything, and they're asking questions about you.

(14:46):
It's like you're not even in the room. It's like
like you just walk in. Now. Dr Radigan was in
the corner like kind of helping out. But the doctor
that was walking me around was working for the Saints.
But um, but you're sitting on this table and areas
like like how's his foot look like talking to the
doctor not me, and I'm sitting there like uh, like

(15:07):
I say something, So, how how far back did the
injuries goes? Like just college or was it like yo,
middle school he did such and such Like No, yeah,
they had like my pinky from middle school and then
like my elbow from sophomore high school. Yeah, but I mean,
well there I didn't have I haven't had too much.

(15:30):
Like the biggest thing is my knee and like that's
fine now so and Mr Eyes and everything checked out.
But like somebody who's had a bunch of injuries, I
can see them like digging in on that a lot. Wow,
And like they have your x rays and m R
I up in the room and like everybody's just like
looking at it's going through a zooming and on different stuff.
It's kind of crazy. It was, it was real. It's

(15:51):
just you And yeah, that's some like a bunch of teams.
When they like you know, when they like in an
like a half circle and you walk in the room,
it's like imagine like a U of tables with forty
people around it, and then in the middle of the
U is an examination table, probably five ft from the table,
so you're literally in the middle of the room on

(16:13):
the table, just sitting there while another doctor is explaining
what there's a body part yeah, funny because you can't
say it like you just say yeah, there like object yeah,
and the just be like and the doctor that brought
you is be like, everybody good and let's be like yeah,
and he's like he's like, all right, come on, let go.

(16:36):
But it was I was only scheduled for two mr
eyes that I did the day before, and then after
all those meetings, some doctors requested other m R eyes.
So they have like a mobile MRR machine that they
have on a trailer that they just sent me to
and they're like, yeah, you gotta do these three extra
in my eyes. And I was like, are you kidding me?
Like my breakdown had a ride bro mr I machine,

(17:00):
Mike Ry. They're gonna have to wake me up. Like
It's frustrating because teams will do it. They will see
you getting m R I on the exact same thing
and then they'll be like I don't want to, like
like I don't understand why that's that was nuts, but
that likes like with other radiation. Yeah, I was thinking

(17:20):
about that too. I don't know. I assume it's so.
I don't know about Yeah. They when I was doing
the X rays, they didn't have the put over your nuts.
I was like, um, do I need this? Like, no,
You're fine. I'm like, are you sure? I'm fine? Like
I'm trying to have a family, You're gonna have to
lead sheet. No. So I was just sitting there doing

(17:43):
every position possible to get some belting X rays. But
it was crazy. It was crazy. It was definitely once
a loftime experience. You have fun, thought that that's cool.
Yeah I did. I did overall, definitely have fun. And
they were giving us they like every meeting you have
with the team, they gave you some gear after you left.
So like, I have a bunch of gear from teams

(18:03):
every Yeah, give you back when you walk out the
Eagles gear I do. Do you want me to bring
it to you? Ye? Okay, okay, I have some Ravens
gear cam do you want some of that? Sir? And
I actually do have some Saints geared too. Perfect, Let's

(18:28):
do it. That's money you get it back, you get
it back. But yeah, that was my combine experience, my experience. Wait,
we could take this off. You want what are you?
What are you? Are you doing anything on a pro
day or now? Now it's you can leave on. I'm
just running again. That's all I'm doing again, all right? Yeah?
Then I was like the bating water that I wanted
to but I was like on my deathbed. Um, hopefully

(18:50):
a long time from now. I'm gonna be sitting there
and be like I'm waited my whole life to participate
in the comment and I shoot the bed at the forty.
I'm not going to die. Peace. I'm about it. I
don't think about it. I'm just gonna prove myself. Right. Wait,
when is the proday again? Next Friday? Oh? Really? Wait,

(19:11):
when do you you get When do you get in
here Sunday this Sunday? Yeah, I gotta move out your room,
brochu real quick. When do you get in Sunday? Are
we gonna be able to do a pod or is
that yeah? I'll get in at for on Sunday. Okay,
I got that in person pod. Oh my god, in

was my comma experience. And uh, now we're moving on
to free agency talk. First and foremost kind of kicked
everything off before free agency started. Tom Brady is returning

(21:01):
for his twenty third season with the Buccaneers. He is officially, um,
never going to leave the NFL. He's probably gonna die
on that field. But what does the all think of that?
When you first all? I thought it was fake? First
of all, I thought, why, well, KJY showed us the
ESPN report and I was like, bro, like I was.
I was kind of like blown, like yo, just take

(21:22):
your take your bread, take your bread. And this retired
bro like we were talking about this, We're ready for
new wave of quarterbacks. We wanted something new, and then
Tom Brady just comes back. This the old head to
Jake this that's like, um, and I gotta say this
because on record on this podcast I said I went
to on Brady fan. I'm like what he did was

(21:43):
amazing and go this is all him retiring now coming back.
I'm like, bro, chill, I was ready for I was
ready for someone else to to to take over. That's
just kind of my thing. And I feel like, um
till my unfinished, isn't it? Like? Bro, I know what business?

(22:07):
What do you mean? But they can make sense because
you didn't win a ring in his last year. But
if you come back and win and win the ring
this year, he's not gonna retire, He's gonna again. I
could win again. It is that I could win again.
And I felt Gregg, if you win this year, he

(22:27):
just come back at her time and win the Super Bowl?
Do you feel like he hasn't worked out? Like he
still he still has been thrown. Probably it's two months
two months, so he probably has. It's Brady Bro like
he's gonna come back and still put up crazy. I
didn't think he was going to come back because I
was like, if you released a statement, then I think

(22:48):
he's done. But then you then you released a statement.
I was like, Okay, so he's done. He at least
like this full Instagram post, like the pages of it. Okay,
I think that's a dramatic too. Yeah, and I don't
think I'm ready to do that if he diesn't back
and then you actually the Ronaldo video Yeah yeah, yeah,
so that he did this sounds like ship matchup mash up.

(23:09):
By the way, to him, that's crazy. Oh yeah, that's
a tweet that was like, um, Tom Brady was sitting
in the car pool two months and decided getting pile
drive by Aaron Donald was better. So Brady able to
go sit home, which is out of the kids for
two bucks of you really be able to go by

(23:32):
Camper was like at him, kids, Yeah, he's so smart too,
because he announced he was coming back before free agency started,
so everybody on the Buccaneers was like like maybe I'll
stay now, like I don't need to, I'll need to
go anywhere so his team will be better. Facts, that's crazy.
It's only three years in the NFL. I've noticed some

(23:55):
inside like stuff going on, because that doesn't make sense.
Why would you like at least like this formal letter
to the public. And then I guess I wonder if
the orchestrated this way. I want to mention to go back,
probably from somebody was in it. Somebody's in his ear, like, bro,

(24:16):
you can still do it dog. Stop playing the house.
Say for you You're not a house dad, What are
you doing? That's literally what he said. He said, that's
not where, That's not the place I want to be
right now. It's home. It's like that, like a mean
what I mean? Maybe it was a mean way. That's
gonna feel some type of way a little bit little bit.

(24:37):
I'm trying to imagine him calling Bruce arians be like yo,
like you still want me up? What are you doing?
Want let me pull up? Honestly, just come back for
the one to win a Super Bowl, do your thing

(24:58):
and go realistically you think you can play till He's like,
so what is he He said, he's what for you? Three?
Right now? For four things? For four? Yeah? Why he
was moving play He's fifty, Yeah, I was late forty fifty.
You played one more year. He still has like drive
and like passion for it too, Like you see that's crazy,

(25:21):
that's correct. Yeah. Did you have the most rushing yards
he's ever had in his career this year or something
like that. I don't know, but it was something I said,
like he was running more than he has been in
the past, and it's like quarterback in offensive line's the
only position that you can do that. Like, you can
be that old and be still have an impact after
you're like because you don't need to speed like as much. Yeah,

(25:42):
it's just like you just like the elephant in the
room and it's a smart one four year old corners
getting burnt every Oh my god, I didn't make it,
just got to go out there. They cam in locker room.
They like cam. I think games like forty two. I
think time he's like, nah, the corner. He'd be warming

(26:05):
up all game to go strap from one place, close
hitter like a corner like you come in one place
like red zone could be a couple of four. I'll
played thirty yards off coming four. Cam Hart signs a
one year sension with the Ravens for three thousand dollars.
Put me in the red z. I can't run more

(26:26):
than that lineback and you can't do it running back.
I mean, I guess Frank Gore, how what was he
nominally injuries too? It's crazy. I don't know. I feel
like Chad Johnson could have played Series forty. You've seen
videos and running routes too. Yeah, yeah, I feel like

(26:48):
could Chad Dunston's fifties. What do you think if you
find up next year against Tom Brady, against him, I
would probably be like I would be I mean, I
would be confident in like the crazy, like I get
to go against one of the greatest ever, probably probably
the greatest ever. But at the same time, I feel
like this happens with a lot of dudes to play
against Tom Brady. It's like they probably have a tendency

(27:11):
to overthink it because like they probably see him as
this and that it's like he's They're probably thinking like, oh,
he knows what I'm doing, and I feel like going
to the game, I wouldn't be like that and be
like I'm just gonna ball. If he does what he does,
I do what I do, then I'm just be have result.
I actually respect jenlor Ramsey a lot him talking hell

(27:33):
trash tom Brady. Yeah, and actually had a game. Did
you see what he tweeted when he came back. But
it was like, because you know how time raids last
passed touched down passes, I'm Jalen Ramsey m So he
was like, thank guys coming back, Like it's not gonna
be on me. That's what you're sad. It's funny. I
feel like Jayla Ramsey, Like I was watching some video

(27:55):
about him. He's like, I just trash talking to myself
into every game and he was talking about like did
you see what he said about um who just got
paid hell of money Christian Kirk. It was like we
dripped these dudes. He's like, they're paying people we strapped up.
Now it's crazy, or like yeah, he's like we they're
they're paying these dudes that we strapped up higher than us.

(28:16):
What that means what they said about us? And he
was like I'm still blessed though, like sex what that
said about either my eithern my stock going up or
they just paying people for no reason. So yeah, yeah,
it's like she's damn, that's to be sickening. Though you've
got that contract. You're sitting there reading it tweet like

(28:37):
I'm not gonna lie I got that contract. That would
be like I don't, I don't care what you say.
I actually saw him the other day. He was at
the joint but that we were trying at and he's
he's legit like six two and a half, might be
six three, Like this dude, is he my height? Yeah? Yeah, yeah,
he's probably your hype, but I know it's like six

(28:58):
ft six one or something. Yeah, no, no, no, this
cap he's like six too. M she's like Christian Kurt
four years seventy two million or fifteen bro four? Oh
my god, up to four yeah, if they'll pay Thevante
Adams bro hold on, Let's talk about Aaron Rodgers contract

(29:18):
real quick, y'all see it? Yeah, there's like three Essentially
it was like four or two hundred, but like a
hundred fifty of its guarantee. Small contract. They said it
was like technically an extension, so it's really like two
years a hundred twenty four million. That's crazy, And like
it's a lot of it is guaranteed, which is nuts.

(29:41):
You'd be like man like trying to get you imagine,
imagine your agent text ideal to You're like, yeah, I
like that. It like with the pen where is it that?
Where the contract moving on the outside the garage? Now?

(30:03):
This week's question first one comes from Timothy Broken says
he's a big fan from New York. Appreciate that. Would
you rather live in extremely hot weather extremely cold weather
every day for a year? Cold? It's extremely cold? YEA?
What is extremely cold? All right? Let's do a D
and zero every day of the year zero. That's very fair.

(30:25):
You've been in zero degrees before here often you've known
just not extremely hot, bro, because think about Cali and
like Arizona. Well yeah it's extremely hot, but like that's
not the extreme, but every day, but it's like what
it probably feels like one oh wait, one tent okay, alright, alright,
and it was like negative eight negative time, so let's

(30:46):
do let's do one tent and negative eight. Alright, but
one negative tent. I've got a code, bro, I've got
colde man, I'm going hot. I'll rather be in here. Uh,
you're definitely where I'm at. If I got like a
beach near me, I'll go hot. But it's just like
you're in Atlanta cold. I'm gonna stay inside. I'm gonna

(31:11):
go hot to. I just hate when a man I
can't do that zero or negative eight or whatever it was.
I'll do negative eight, bro. I've I've pushed that I
can do that. I've done that like here. Yeah it's
felt like that here. I gotta go hot hot. Yeah,
you can get cold easier than you can get warm.

(31:33):
But honestly, though, I'm gonna be real when it's called though,
it gets a point where like it would be like
fifteen or twenty degrees. Actually I was like fifteen or twelve.
Once it gets there, it's just you don't feel the
difference between twelve and zero what I'm saying. But every
day for a year, it's gonna be at negative ten.
Every day you're gonna get thicker, just for a year,

(31:55):
for year. During the past winter, like it didn't matter
what degree it was, it was like cold outside. I
guess what it is. Sometimes it was walking to class.
You're like, yeah, true, that's stretched. If you're a notre
damn sting. Listen, anything that's stretched between the stadium and
Debar on a cold day, you get smacked by the wind. No,

(32:17):
I'll talk it. I'll talk it, I'll talk I'll talk
No Joyce, Yeah, going to go just like that little
gap where the stadium's got the shade. That's that's Spain
without st I'm going cold, bro. Second question from Underscore

(32:38):
d Bury on I G. What's it like to have
a podcast pros and cons? He's thinking of starting one. Well,
de Bury, wish you luck with that. It's a real question.
Find it will tune in. UM I would say pros
first and foremost. I'm backtracking, But at the combine, like
five teams asked me about the podcast. Yeah, yeah, you

(32:58):
gotta you gotta talk about that. It just stop that brot.
I meant to say that earlier riser or stock or
stock dropping. Yeah, that's my father say it earlier. But
they were just like, um, start you out a podcast.
I listened to a few episodes and I was like,
I hope to god there's nothing in there that's incriminating.

(33:20):
But they were like, why do you do it? And
I think this kind of answers the guy's question who
asked outside the garage. UM I said like, mainly, you
just get to talk with three of my best friends
and like just chop it up for hours. So it's
really easy and it's something that a lot of people
want to listen to, thankfully, and I think we keep
it interesting. And they're like they just appreciate the fact

(33:43):
that now appreciate you guys can like get to do
stuff with y'all, and that kind of shows that I'm
not like a loaner or whatever. Um Stocking shut up,
shout out Roy, Yeah, facts Paul Paul what's the con
of this, joy, I can't really think of any I

(34:03):
mean there's definitely some days were we have to record
and I'm like, I want to call it sick, like
that's like a chore sometimes, but I mean that's with
every job. So I would say a pro for me
outside of what Kyle said, Um, I used our podcasts
as an excuse to get out, like not even get

(34:25):
out of a lot of conversations, but to answer a
lot of questions. And I think we like that took
this podcast is a good way to do that, like
give people an entire look of like gif outside of
people inside, look of what's going on rather than sitting
it happened to answer all those questions. Like a lot
of media sources quote our podcast and that that's like

(34:46):
a pro in itself. So I think that And then, um,
obvious reasons what Kyle said of me, there's days and
days on days but we don't even talk to each other,
and then we can hop on the pot and then
we can have a true conversation no phones, and this
connect on a deeper level did what we usually do.
So I always appreciate that. I would say, Uh, obviously,

(35:10):
what Cam and Kyl said, like, like why who wouldn't
love like having a podcast with like your three best
friends right right, or you can you choose what you
want to talk about, and like cimically a sport. A
little big pro for me is that I get to
learn a lot about Like I learn a lot about
our guests, right, like a lot about inside and like
the NFL through like Ian and Collid, Like I love
those conversations. Um Like we have a couple of cool

(35:33):
guests coming up in the future and I'll be undesting
to talk to them and like, you know, let others
here conversations they probably wouldn't have ever heard, you know,
from like four players to previous players or like entrepreneurs
like Colin, Christian Naxel and all them. And I think
that's just a cool platform that it just kind of
was unexpected almost from us. It's also cool, like it's

(35:56):
kind of taken off and I think it's cool. There's
like the community of people that listen in like ask
questions and like you're able to I can't said, answer
questions and bridge that gap between like football and the
community around you and all that. And the con I
would say, it's just like sometimes you don't, I want
to get up and do it. But also a big

(36:18):
pro is the networking. I think that's the biggest sleptom part,
Like going to Collins House like that was one that
was one of the most appreciative things that this podcast
have done for me. Um alright, being able to talk
to some people that we're going to get in the
future like pass Um and the alumni what you guys
would see soon, but um just talking to them and
conversation with them, like NFL players like all that stuff.

(36:41):
Just like the whole networking thing with the podcast, it
was a blessing in itself. Yeah yeah, I mean y'all
said it. I feel like it. As far as us,
I think it's a good way for us to stay connected,
like call you ut in l A. You know, like
I'll be where whichever school I pick next semester, so
like you know it since definitely we can all stay
connecting and stuff that. I would also say it just

(37:02):
kind of getting like a different perspective on people like
we had um like lit on this show, Like I
didn't know Lid was into ruine biology like that, like
you kind of it allows not only us, people like
people that we've thought, we've known for years, you know
what I'm saying, to figure out and find out like
even even further than like what we see on the surface,

(37:23):
and a lot of other people get to tune in
and listen to that, and um, I would definitely just
say also to like was also slept on a lot
with the podcast is I guess maybe far as not
our specifically, but like what we're kind of getting into.
It's kind of like the business aspect that goes on
with the podcast as well, Like it's that's definitely whole

(37:44):
another issue, a whole another not issue, but definitely a
whole another aspect of running the podcast and like making
sure we post this at certain time so people stand
formed and understand what's going on and things like that.
And I'll say the cons really just um, sometimes you
can't necessarily say what you want to say. Specifically, you

(38:07):
can't say, I can't really say exactly what you want
to say. Depending on what position in your life you are,
you can't do that. We can't. But um right, yeah,
like that kind of that thing, but it also gives
you It also helps you practice on like social awareness
and understanding like where you are and you can't say
this and at this place even though you know what

(38:28):
I've said, So it's definitely interesting. I would say it
con for me is um like for us, we started
this podcast with the aim to allow people to understand
that we're more thans a football players. But in that
our names being no Ordering football players, we already have
that huge football like and base just from no Ordained

(38:50):
in itself. So when we try to expand two things
like broader than football talk or have episodes about things
that's more than this football or not even football at all,
that would be harder to grow that fan base because
we are like that. That would be hard to connect
to our audience because we already had this football surrounded
fan base. So when we started this, we want to

(39:10):
do more things, but it's kind of hard to even
get into that space because all of our audiences is football, football, football,
So that will come with time noo. Yeah, and that
will come with time and patients. But that's just that's
something that you have to look out for. Depending on
who your target audience is, you got to make sure
you be able to balance that well. Facts um. So

(39:33):
that's it for this episode. Those are great outside of
you grows questions, appreciate you appreciate that, and yeah, so
I will next episode. I guess uh, I'll be in
sild Ben. Yeah that's great. Yeah, I guess you will
at least so yeah, let me check your flight inventory. Yes,
I just text you and your Delta flight. You're good, alright,

(39:55):
bet so next one I'm excited for. Appreciate you all listening,
and we'll see the next episode. You should said, yall,
you should
