Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to Insider's Guide to the Other Side, a production
of iHeartRadio. Hi, y'all, I'm Julie. Hi there, I'm Brenda.
Welcome to Insider's Guide to the Other Side. Now, y'all
need to know that we are obsessed with everything on
the other side. Yes, we are, because once you learn
(00:22):
to navigate the energetic, or to some the invisible world,
life is going to be more fun and much more serene. Heck,
yes it can, because, let's be honest, brand Earth school
is hard. In fact, you taught me that let's crush
Earth School together. Well, hello, my witchy pooh. How in
(00:48):
the cosmos are you? Thank you, FREDK greeting myself. I'm
doing okay considering the cosmic chaos. That's funny because it's
very true. It's very true. We all all stuff right stuff.
(01:10):
I have people, I have friends that can't sleep when
there's a full moon. That would be me. You were
one of them. I was referring to um. But before
we get into really what is what we've been reading
about hearing about, maybe do a little bit of background
on how chaotic actually the cosmos are, right, so you know,
(01:35):
there's a there's a whole conversation that's really way too
small for my taste. I think it would really help
if people understood that space weather is real. Yeah, and
it matters. It matters. We know that um weather on
(01:59):
other planets influenced the orbit of our entire solar system,
right that the dust that kicks up in Jupiter, right,
the largest planet, if it's having a moment or a
little weather fit, it impacts radiation in the cosmos. It
impacts dust and storms and what gets activated by the
(02:23):
Sun or other meteorites flowing through there get you know,
smashed or let released and energy gets released, and we
feel these things in our system because the magnetization that
happens in these collisions is real. It can be measured,
like you you know, they have apps and you have
pictures from space that can capture a lot of this. Well,
(02:47):
I tell you it's it's it's interesting because a couple
I say a couple of years, because I have no
sense of time anymore, allegedly a couple of years. It's
probably a little bit more. But you know, we had
Patricia Bankins on as a guest years ago, and one
of the things that she talked about, and I think
(03:08):
I actually read it in an older show of ours
because she does these like monthly channel channelings, and one
of them talked about, although your planet lives in chaos,
you're always still okay. It was really interesting because if
(03:29):
you just think about, like with what are cosmos is
comprised of planets, Yes, but think about all the asteroids,
all the meteorites, everything that's flying by all the time.
We're still here, our third rock from the Sun is
still here. And it's kind of shocking. It's amazing, right,
(03:54):
the blue planet. Right, we're so fortunate to have this atmosphere,
this this protection around us that allows life, right, allows water,
organic material to to literally materialize and form and re
(04:14):
grow and restore, and it's we are nothing short of
a miracle. No, it's not. And if anybody has actually
taken the time, and I would encourage those that have
just some curiosity to go take a look at the
photographs that are coming back from the James Web telescope,
(04:35):
they're insane, Like you look at all the particles, So,
I mean, do you just think about the beautiful billions
of particles that are out there and how they form
and what they do have black holes? Why haven't we
been sucked in a black hole, you know. Um, and
the colors, the colors I mean are like ore. You
(04:58):
can't replicate those colors. Not even chat GPT can replicate
the colors of like the real world of our world.
It's extraordinary, it's such it's such a privilege to have
these shots right now, to have this photography sent back
to us, right and to please check it out, like,
(05:19):
just check it out. It's extraordinary because yeah, there's like
there's something that like chemically, like energetically more chemically that
that like connects to my heart when I look at
those pictures. But you are I'm literally in awe like
like it's just there's there really aren't a lot of
words for me. It's just no, there's not vastness. There's
(05:43):
like a vastness to it. There is a beauty to it.
I am. It's funny because those photographs have become my
happy place. Yes, they have, because there's a lot of
things globally speaking, and I say globally, I mean outside
of your household, right, there are so many things that
are happening globally, whether it's politics, whether it's disasters, trains,
(06:08):
you know, the whole I mean I know, your home
state is turned into a trained shit show, seriously, and
um so looking at kind of how I look at
him is like, oh, this is where we came from. Well,
and I came from Stardust, and I like to see
(06:29):
the pictures. That feels like familiar to me, and it
feels like the hand of the divine is more clearly
visible in those photographs. That's exactly right, yeah, I mean
because if that, yes, we have amazing buildings that have
been created, and like, if you look at the planet,
there's a lot of concrete and smoke and you know,
(06:51):
but this these pictures are like they're so clear that
beauty is essential because they're extraordinary, well because humans can't
get there and screw them up, like they know, for real,
we screw a lot of shit up, right, I mean
we pave Paradise and put up a parking lot, you know,
(07:12):
and this is like it's untouched by the manipulation of humanity, right,
and there is the hand of the divine, hand of
the divine. I think you're absolutely right. So when you
have this, all your tabs that you go to and
(07:32):
all the sides you go to, just put the telescope photos.
So that you can get this like instant blessing as
you're scrolling through. Yeah, I take screenshots and then I
go show Suzanne that's a beautiful thing. If Suckie cared,
I would show Sukie, but she really doesn't. So on
the sticky note, let's take a quick break and let's
(07:53):
come back and actually start diving into um, you know,
the beautiful chaos that we live in and how we
feel and how it affects us. So we'll be right back, everybody,
and we are back from a surprising break from your elf.
(08:13):
Thank you, my elf. So one of the things you
know you opened with is the sensitivity we have to
our closest cosmic neighbor, which is the moon. Knowing that
the moon has a measurable impact on tides right, full moon,
high tides, right, and how it moves through the day
is all pulled by the magnetic force of the moon.
(08:37):
But knowing that as human beings, we have a whole
lot of water in our bodies. You know, we come
with like ninety eight percent water when we leave, not
quite as much, but we still have a lot of
water in our bodies, which is why we get emotional
during the full moons. Right, and that's why we have
trouble sleeping. We're a little bit more quick to be
(09:00):
snippy or I get our feelings hurt around the full moons.
And that's all real. And I think that many of
our listeners are aware of that sensitivity. But what they
may not be aware of is their sensitivity to some
of the sun weather known as sun flares, right when
the sun gets a hot spot, and so what you
(09:24):
have a personal experience about, Oh I do. I'm very
affected by those. In fact, I know they're happening before
I ever read anything. I can feel it. And not
that I need to be more fired up, but it
makes me more fired up, is what happens. Like s
Everybody stay away from me during those, but I very
I am sensitive ish to the moon, but the sun
(09:46):
those flares, like I can feel them. They're like, um,
who is the either Greek or Roman god of like
the lightning bolt? Guy who's he Apola? Is that Apolo?
It feels that like yeah, and it just had a momentary,
you know, you can't remember, no, everything come on, But
(10:08):
that's what it feels like to me, Like it is
very intense and it doesn't stop immediately, like I have
to like sit down and shut up and realize that
something else is going on outside of myself. What is
your cue? Because so often it doesn't matter if it's
the moon or sunflares, we feel a little like, what
(10:31):
is happening? Like I'm losing it because you feel something,
but there's nothing in front of you or in your
consciousness that triggers you. So what's your trigger that says
this is happening outside of me? Yeah? It is actually
part of what you taught me a long time ago,
which is being And I do this regularly, and I
(10:53):
started out doing it daily, which was sorting out at
the end of the day what is mine what is
not mine? So I can how that if I'm fired
up and there was nothing to cause me being fired up,
then it's outside of me. If I can't sleep but
there's there's no real issues that are sleep deprivation worthy,
(11:14):
I know it's outside of me. And I think that's
what it is. Is like being present, understanding who you are,
paying attention. Remember we've always talked about how important it
is to pay attention, So I think it's paying attention
and just understanding me. Yeah, and having those daily check ins, Yes,
with yourself. It is essential so that you can begin
to calibrate and sort of build your own library of
(11:37):
sensitivities or cues. Let's say, Hey, pay attention, this is
an energetic thing around you versus this is a cosmic
chaos thing that you're getting whacked by. I'll give you
a big one. I'm sorry, but I'll give you a
big one, just because it was just dawned on me.
It was an experience that I had in Sedona. So
for those that either are familiar with Sodona have been there,
(11:58):
there are the the vortexes, and I remember going to
my first vortex there and I sat down to actually
try to meditate in a vortex. But it was actually
really great. Yes, but it was a really great experience
(12:19):
because it helped me understand that if I can't if
I can't get all the stuff out of my head,
if I have trouble with the focus and all of that,
that might probably be the moment that also helped me
understand when things were outside because I could not concentrate,
I could not be calm, I couldn't do any of
(12:39):
those things. We'll see. That's why I think the moon
doesn't get me to the same degree as like the
solar flares. Is that the moon and very calming to me.
I sleep just fine when there's a full moon. I
no issues with it, you know, I actually really enjoy them. Yeah,
but I know, like you're certainly one of that Shannon's
another has a really hard time with in a full
(13:01):
moon Umner. But I also yeah, right, just al water.
But I also think for you, because you have so
much fire right you, when when it gets heated, that's
when you're like you get that agitation and it's like
energy is moving up right and and you know, just
(13:23):
kind of swirling, and that's why you do so well
with water and baths and swimming. Like it's nice, you know,
find what being able to identify what your cues are
that says, oh, I've done my inventory. I know I
have to finish this conversation. It's kind of distracting me.
Or I know I need to get back to this
person and reset things and get really clear with them
or whatever you need to do to clean up your
(13:44):
side of the street. But then when it's still that agitation,
then things don't settle. You know, you may get an
app or look up what's what's happening with the solar flares,
like you can actually get the confirmation. It's nice to
have the data. You don't have to look every day.
You're like, but I'm telling you, so many of the
radio operators around the world they post things all the
(14:08):
time because they are very affected by these solar flowers. Right, Yeah,
so your cable going wonky, or your bright your net
or something. It happens all the time. Well because other
things that go on too, is like, you know, we
can't talk about mercury and retrograde enough on this planet.
Like it's the thing that we all kind of like, oh,
(14:29):
something goes wrong. It's like margery must be in retrograde.
But that's another thing. It's like about paying attention to,
like because I know people that go through have gone
through a period of time like you know, nothing's going right,
everything's going to shit. I go, have you checked what
mercury is if it's in retrograde or if and if
(14:49):
it's in a sign that affects yours? Because one time
did mercury retrograde go to shit for me? And it
was when it was in Leo. Yeah, and it was
a nice partment. I mean, just it does I locked
the damn door and I hit under like a table
because I could not function out in the real world.
But that's a real thing, and it's again, it's just
(15:11):
paying attention. It's understanding again how different energy affects you.
And like I said, you know that it's the moon,
not my thing. Doesn't hurt. It doesn't really do that
to me. It does it to lots of other people though,
like you right, yeah, yep, And I just plan those
nights I'm gonna be awake and people should know. I
(15:34):
think the most important thing out of this this segment
is for folks to know that it's also temporary. Like
you don't have to think that a bad day is
the rest of your life because you feel weird. Just
there can be reasons that you feel weird. It's okay,
don't make decisions based on this. There's not an apocalypse coming,
(15:55):
or maybe there is. I've been watching too much of
that new show, not that new but the Last of
us um. But it's not that. It's just it feels
like it because you're like, I can't get my head
around things. I am fired up. I got Apollo with
this thunderous lightning bolt sticking it in my forehead and
it's like that that doesn't last forever, you know, it
(16:18):
just doesn't. And it's also the part of living in
a chaotic cosmos because we do yeah, right, it's it can't.
The energy can get really wonky, and just being aware
and if you have a sensitive conversation, an emotionally sensitive conversation,
or a very intense intellectual conversation and you're feeling wonky,
(16:43):
drop grounding chords, bury yourself in black termaline, like it
really grounded, Get around the earth, put your feet on
the earth, or delay the conversation. I've done that, No,
for real, I've I'm like I have felt before, like
I'm in such a bad place and I can't explain
why at the moment that I'm going to delay this. Yeah,
(17:04):
I don't tell them why, and I'll be like, I
think there's something going on in the cosmos, so I
don't want to talk because that's like freaky diki ju lee.
But but it's a bit, it's real, and you don't
want to throw things more into chaos, right because sometimes
for us, yeah, sometimes you don't have that option because
who else is going to be a meeting or whatever,
(17:25):
But so do the other grounding things and get as
clear as you can and take it slow because fire
will want to speed things up, Solar flares will want
to speed things up. The agitation in you will want
to get through this. Do the opposite. Slow your role,
take a lot of deep breaths. Confirm what you're hearing.
(17:47):
Did I get that right? I want to make sure
I'm not missing anything. You know that I drop those
things in to bring other people? Yeah, you got it. Yeah,
we're good owner. There's this other thing, you know, like
give to make sure you're communicating. Okay, it does take
a lot of energy, can be exhausted. It takes a lot. Yeah,
it takes And again for those affected by the moon,
(18:07):
that takes a lot. Right, because you're not sleeping like
you are. It does a lot to the to the
to the physical body and to your mind, and it's
the whole thing. And because really both I guess do that,
but they present themselves in different ways. Did you actually
see um, I don't remember when it happened, but there's
a loud boom in Texas and it was an asteroid
(18:28):
that hit in Texas. Yeah that's fun, right, Yeah, I
don't know if I really saw anything, But I'm like,
of course, the way that my head works is why
did it land here? You know, It's like that's where
I go in my mind. I'm like, oh that makes sense,
I went to Texas. It does, but but I'm like,
I want one anyway. UM, So we have another thing
(18:49):
we want to talk about, um, and we're gonna take
another quick break and we'll be right back. I know, weird, right,
maybe there's solo flares happening now, but we'll be right back.
Everybody whole type and welcome back from my els break.
Thanks nice. So this whole episode idea came up because
(19:18):
of and then and I'm a voracious newsreader. So here
we have it. Um. But I've been reading a lot
about scientists talking about the Earth's core changing course right
the spinning because they say it's it's slowing down and
they think it's going to come to a stop and
it could very well reverse itself. Because also Brenda reminded
(19:41):
me that this has happened before. But I've also because
these are also things I talk about in my real life,
like I'll you know, when I walk Suky, I'll call somebody.
Have you read this? What do you think? You know,
and um uh, And Cop Suey was the one who
was asked. She was like, well, what's that going to
do to how we perceive or feel or respond to energy?
(20:04):
What's that going to? And she was talking about energetically,
not like are we going to fly off our axis?
But that's possible. I guess it's totally possible. Yeah, I
mean why not? Anything's possible, right, And because so much
has changed and from when it happened, you know, years ago,
(20:25):
because we've we've changed how we live. We don't know,
like we really don't know. There are people who say
there's going to be no difference, we won't even notice it.
And then we people like they're going to be disoriented.
Our radar systems won't work because literally the poles shift. Yeah,
(20:45):
so the charge at the north pole goes to the
south pole, the charge at the south pole goes to
the north pole. And you know, so we don't know.
That's the bottom line. I think we should go experiment.
Here's how what I think, because the only thing we
have no for real like laugh, laugh, laugh, because it's
it's true, it's worth it's worthy of laughing. But the
(21:07):
continental divide water like your toilet goes in um in
a clockwise direction, and then uh at at the uh
that in North America and the other way. So at
the continent divide it goes count of clockwise like it
(21:29):
does in South America. I when I went there and experience,
and I, by the way, I don't look far from
it now. When I went first experienced the continental divide,
I was more interested in the watching the toilet water
go different direction because I was in my twenties and
not exactly aware I was in my twenties at the end,
I was in my twenties. But now I wonder energetically
(21:55):
what that would feel like. I wonder if it would
be somewhat like the vortexas because here's the thing. We
do have vortexes here. There's vortexes everywhere, but like really
concentrated in Sedona. We do have the continental divide. And
I want to encourage anybody who's close to there, if
you've had different experiences, share them, because maybe we can
come up No, not really, but maybe we can come
(22:17):
up with like what to kind of look for. And
again these are the these are the poles. I think
it would have a larger effect. But the point is
when we're in an environment that has a different charge
to it, a different energy, a different motion to it,
we feel different, right, So how could this not feel different?
How could we not like? Will it turn our ship
upside down? Will we be walking on our hands? The
(22:39):
hangman rot Guard says, that's probably a good idea. It
is a good idea at at least a forward bend
every day. So yeah, that's fair, get your head beneath
your heart. But again with a with our highly energetically,
emotionally spiritually sensitive audience that we have, we thought it
was worth mentioning right as you you know, if you
(23:01):
can start being sensitive to the solar flares and then
having a great system within yourself to identify these cosmic polls,
you know, depending on what's ahead, you can fear you can, Yeah,
and you can find those days. I can't remember what
they call it and how they measure that spin of
(23:23):
the core of the earth, but they have ways to
measure it. But you can also look and calibrate what's
the kind of day I'm having that's that's not attributable
to anything I'm conscious of in my life, So that
you can start calibrating your sensitivity to that charge of
the spin of the center the center of the Earth.
Super helpful. Yeah, I think this is going to be
(23:47):
really interesting. Um. If this is, and I'm going to
say for me at least the next thirty years, not saying,
you know, it's like, I would kind of like to
experience it, to be honest, because these are also things
to keep in mind that we don't have control over. No,
so you're not going to change it. You gotta go
(24:08):
with it. You're not going to change the moon, although
I think I did. Last time we talked about the moon,
the shits in the sixties wanted to blow it up
or something. Um, and I just recently heard that again,
by the way, somebody would suggest somebody in the government
was suggestinging it. I'm like, oh, we've already been down
this path. I'd put it onto it. We've already been
down this path. We're not blowing up the Moon, you
(24:28):
dumb asses. They actually did that, not to the Moon,
but with it with an asteroid. Yeah yeah, they sent
something asteroid. Yeah, right, and it shifted. It didn't blow
up that asteroid, it changed its orbit, yes, which means
(24:49):
everything arounded was impact as well, right, right, So yeah,
so everything except an asteroid is out of our control. Um,
still out of our control because it wasn't what they expected.
Yeah right right. By the way, I watched that video
countless times because I thought it was fascinating because they
actually had a camera strapped to the missile and um.
(25:12):
But when it comes to the Earth's core, if it
comes to the moon or the sun, these are things
that are out of our control. What we can control
is how we recognize, acknowledge, and do and make our
own shift to it so we don't make ourselves it's
not a crazy making you know experience. Like I know,
a lot of people when they didn't know what mercury
(25:33):
and retrograde was, um, they thought they thought they lost
their minds. Yeah, they thought, well, they thought that they
were being punished, right, They did all kinds of the
kind of things in the sky when they watched the sky,
because you know, you can watch the Great not Grateful Dead,
walking dead, walking dead, you got it. Yeah, So they
watched the skies, right, and they learned so much. You know.
(25:55):
The other thing is there's also a whole conversation that says,
this is what the Earth does to renew itself, right,
and we need this on the Earth because we've broken
so much. Right, Yeah, there's a whole conversation about that now.
It's not a very popular conversation. Most people just think
(26:15):
this is going to mess up our radars, right right,
right to deal with that, make sure all planes are
landed and you know, things like that, right. But I
hope that if that's this is indeed what is happening.
I hope that's what it is. And if it means
that I'm not here anymore as a result of it,
it was well worth the sacrifice, because this is our
(26:36):
home planet, right It's it just is so. And again
I can't do anything about it. It's not like I
can stick my hand through the dirt and be like,
hey speed up right, speed up, so down whatever it is.
We can't do those And that is part of the
kind of understanding because we are in a lot of
(26:57):
you know, we're temporary here and um and we're like,
you know what an aunt is to um a football field.
You know, we're just little creature is cruising around and
just to understand that, UM, I think is gives me peace.
Weirdly enough, it's like I can't do anything about it. Well,
(27:18):
it's humbling, right. I mean, there's a lot of things
we can do to honor the Earth, for sure, And
I think that's a helpful relationship to cultivate, to be
in harmony with as much as possible with the Earth
with all our modern conveniences. It takes a lot of
consciousness to do that, but I think that's a worthy
endeavor as well. And you know, also understanding that everything changes, right,
(27:44):
nothing's permanent. Yeah, and watch them watch them nova specials
on the on the skies and on the Cosmos. You know,
I watched one recently. I talked about how Jupiter's red
red dot, the giant red dot on the largest planet
there is, how it's it's going to burn itself out,
and how they're seeing changes and it's getting smaller, and
things that we since we were little, we knew Jupiter
(28:06):
had this giant red dot right in someday that may
not be there and what does that mean and how
will that impact the pull and the fire and the
heat that gets distributed where Jupiter is, right, So all
these things, nothing is a given, right, so we have
to fight. There's there's no guarantees, you know, And I'm
pretty sure and I'm sure I've said this before, is
(28:30):
one of my most AHA moments in life. You had
said to me, it's years over, like a decade ago.
You said to me something like, well, what are you
so afraid of? I'm like, and I was being all sarcastic,
well what if I die? And You're like, you'll be back.
It's like, you don't need to be afraid of every
single bang and it doesn't have to upset you. It doesn't.
It's like, because we are like, we are impermanent here,
(28:54):
we are here as a tourist. And I think that
is just the way that I now look at really
the world is it's like, I'm a tourist, the worst
thing that happens? What does that actually mean? And so
I just don't live like that anymore. And part of
that was because you know, we've had some listeners reach
(29:15):
out about some of these these intergalactic things happening, and
I just think it's worth bringing up where everybody doesn't
just stress themselves out, but they just pay attention, pay
attention and adjust right and do what you need to
do to take care of yourself so that you're operating
at your best, because that impacts everybody around you. And
(29:38):
everybody around the people that are around you, like, is
this huge ripple effect. So if you develop awareness, you're
dropping a ton of grounding chords. You're doing what you
need to do to just try and stay in the flow.
Don't resist things. Oh no, there's there's a solar flare.
There's a solar flare. Roll with it, take a breath,
slow it down, so first swim, take it back if
(30:00):
you are elf flying. Yeah, all those things and works
for you and let us know how it goes. Yeah.
One other thing for an in my fellow fire signs
out there, do not eat hot sauce during that time.
I stay out as saunas Yeah, yeah, saunas um. And
(30:23):
if you eat Mexican food, like where we live, it's everywhere,
don't put uh sarachi, tapatilla, whatever it is on it
because it's gonna fire yourself up even more than you
already are. Uh. But there's but honestly, I will eat
differently in those times, um, because as Brenda knows, I
(30:45):
