Speaker 1 (00:00):
Welcome to Insider's Guide to the Other Side, a production
of My Heart Radio. Hi, y'all, I'm Julie. Hi there,
I'm Brenda. Welcome to Insider's Guide to the Other Side. Now,
y'all need to know that we are obsessed with everything
on the other side. Yes, we are, because once you
(00:22):
learn to navigate the energetic, or to some the invisible world,
life is going to be more fun and much more serene. Heck,
yes it can, because, let's be honest, Brian Arth, school
is hard. In fact, you taught me that let's crush
Earth school together. Well, hello, my witchy pooh, do you
(00:45):
have any dreams to share with that doesn't rhyme? Damn it.
I was kind of like I would be a terrible,
terrible rapper. I would be on sage go and dream
a little bit fucking walk off the stage. Anyway, How
are you my with you? I'm so glad you don't
(01:07):
have to be a dream rapper. Oh wow, boom boom,
I didn't see what it was. So good? That was
so good. That's good? Are you good? I'm good? How
are you you know? I'm pretty fabulous. My dog is
snoring in the background, so her and that is all
(01:27):
is right in the world. When my dog is snoring,
it's the best. Ever. How about Lulu? Is she awake
or she? Uh? Lulu? Lulu is um is staying with
today because we haven't we have an irrigation system being installed,
and so she does not approve of that's funny, of
(01:49):
that work. So that's funny. So Lulu will not be
part of our recording session today. Dang it, Lulu, you're
a miss baby girl. Yeah, so we had, you know,
we reached out on Instagram and asked folks what they
wanted us, any questions they had, our topics that they
want us to talk about, and one of them shame
(02:13):
on us talk about dreams. I'm like, we haven't done that.
We haven't done that. I don't think so. And I
think we've like I think we've caught I think we've
lapped a d fifty episodes. I mean, I've killed a
lot of time talking about some horseship and I can't
believe we have completely and utterly forgotten about our dream
(02:35):
world different things. But yeah, we've We've definitely told dreams stories.
I know that, But yeah, I also think, you know,
sometimes we have things scheduled and then you know, we
get chatting in between them, we don't get to finish
our entire agenda. I think that happens a lot, and
so sometimes the dream may have been cut from that way.
I think you're absolutely right. So let's talk about dreams today.
(02:59):
What do you know about dreams? Mouth, Well, not nearly
as much as you do. But you know, i'll tell
you what. I tell you what I understand, okay, because
I think there's lots of different things that happened. So
I think the one thing that we all have in
common is we're human and when we're us, are alien friends? Yes,
which we did have an alien question by the way,
(03:21):
on that same Dreams and aliens, um that actually I
met one at an alien. Yeah. I was like, oh,
at least alien, that's fantastic. Yeah, it was good. It
was good. Unexpected that Yeah, super smart, right? They intelligent? Yeah,
(03:45):
super intelligent, but just that like like, yeah, did they
try to take you home? They did not try and
take me home. But there's you know, it's just it's
just one frequency out, that's all. It's just like one
you know, under standard deviation. Now, So yeah, I think
we have a lot of a lot of humans that are,
you know, just above a mudbug too, So you have
(04:07):
the low vie another vibration. Then you've got like the
super high other vibration with an alien. Anyway, we're not
talking about alien taling about dreams. Here's what I understand
about dreams. If I get this right, Yes, our humans,
our our body needs to rest, but our spirit does not. True. Okay,
(04:29):
I'm gonna take my passing grade and I'm gonna run
and and and I think what happens when our body
is resting that there's a number of different things. We
can travel two other national travel, go to other dimensions.
In fact, those are some of my most favorite experiences
that I've had so much fun. I mean, if I
(04:52):
could pick, if I got multiple choice every night before
I went to bed, what would you like to do tonight?
It's that ship. I want to go to some other
or damn dimensions because that is awesome. You want to
go to Uranus. I And I have my Uranus sweatshirt
on right now, just f y I. It's my Uranus
Fudge Packing Union sweatshirt I got from Uranus, Missouri. That
(05:19):
is awesome. You're welcome and no one sports it like
you do. That's nobody does. Nobody's nobody sports uranus sweatshirt
like I do. Um So now in one one way
again is the dimensions right, we can go to other
dimensions again ps my faith. We can have dreams that
(05:39):
are i'm gonna say, kind of spiritually conjure them up
to help us sort through things. That's fair, right. A
lot of times it will use the night time to
work through things we didn't completely processed during the day. Right,
So is that what you're talking about? Yeah, I think so, right,
the process because you know, we move so quickly during
(06:01):
the day, right, it's just scheduled and boom boom boom,
moving from one thing to the other, that we don't
get to actually complete the emotional process, the intellectual processing.
Sometimes we'll get these big inspirations in the night. Oh
you know what, we can do it this way. I
get those, right, which is why you actually need Look,
a lot of people are very anti having yourself phone
(06:21):
next year. Bed totally understand that, right, that that it
emits the blah blah blah whatever. So you don't want
to you don't want to do that. Great, but have
something that you can write, you know, something that you
can write down your dream or you know, we hit
a record button and record it, just a couple of
words so that you remember in the morning, because if
(06:42):
you have that great inspiration in the middle of the night,
oh we need to do vending machines whatever it is, right,
and that happened to everybody. You'll find out later and
when you know you wait up in the morning, it
will be gone. It's just it's it's the nature of it,
like you're in that that alpha state, you know, beta
state or whatever or alpha right, elpha e l F
(07:06):
alpha state, that's nice, alpha state, that's awesome state. I'm
always in a state of elf are. So then there's
also like we can travel, right, we can do dimensional travel.
There's the sorting out of our ship. And there's visitations
(07:27):
as well. I've been visited by spirits a lot in
my sleep. It's the best, the best. Yes, yeah, So
there's that, and then I think there's something, so go ahead,
just just a word about the visitations. So it's when
you have those dreams about loved ones who've passed on,
(07:49):
or sometimes even a guy that you you've had a
past life with. It like it's it's a reunion and
it's so real. People will talk about No, it wasn't
like a dream, and it's not like foggy. It was
so real. I could smell them, I could touch them,
I could like, that's a visitation. So it's not technically
a dream because you're the conscious part of your brain
(08:13):
is engaged. But it also you will go you will
have a visitation, you will go back to sleep, so
that when you remember it, you usually think of it
as a dream. But so no, no, could I share
a really quick one so people didn't know exactly what
that is. And for those that have read my book,
go get a cookie and a some kool aid, but
(08:35):
people sugar or could biketo cookie, whatever you choose. Um,
but you get to choose. So the night or actually
the morning that Mona jumped, and Mona was our dear friend,
I think everybody knows who Mona is. That early in
the morning had to have been. Um. I had what
(08:56):
it felt like a dream, but it was a visitation
from Mona. And all she did was kiss me on
the forehead and tell me everything was going to be okay. Now.
I also heard later that multiple people had that experience,
so I think she went around passing herself around like
a pack of cigarettes, making sure everybody knew that everything's
gonna be fine. Um, and how I knew, and she
(09:20):
was very masterful. She was masterful. Hell, yes, so right,
so good. But I knew it was a visitation and
not a dream because I wasn't. It wasn't re enactment
at all of the event we had had before. Mona.
Mona was very touchy, very affectionate. She would like PLoP,
(09:41):
she would like barge in the house, PLoP on the sofa, hardy.
I had no space. She would have behalf on me,
hold my hand and talk for six hours. I mean
that Mona was like a snuggler, you know, that's just
her nature. But never did she come in and do
a kiss on a forehead like very parental. Right, is
that how it feels? So I knew that it was
(10:02):
her because that's an event that never happened before. And
then probably an hour or two later, we got the
phone call. Yeah, so, um, she was checking and she
had passed. Yeah. I would say it was protective, like
that was the kiss. It was a protective it was yeah,
it was um and said, that's a that's a perfect example.
(10:24):
That's a visitation. That's a visitation. I had the same
with my Aunt Marline. So I'm gonna give you one
more because this one was pretty wild. Um, and this
was I was awake when this happened. And yeah, you remember.
So my aunt Marline is also my godmother, and um,
my aunt Marline and I were very close my entire life.
(10:46):
And I was in the tub because I still are
absolutely hands down. I mean, I will love that woman
until there's no time left or no distance left for spirits.
I just so I was in the tub and I
was You had got me to practice meditation, and um,
(11:09):
we know how I like the water. It extinguishes my
my leo fire. And let's me me calm. That's why
I love I'm so attracted to water, not because I'm
of any water sign, but just because I need to
be extinguished. Okay, just calmed down. Just calmed the exactly.
So I was calming the funk down, practicing what you
told me to practice. And my eyes are wide open,
(11:35):
and I see my Aunt Marlane, who had been in
the hospital. I saw her like flying around and in
the center she put both my cousins and she was
flying through them and she it was just this. Do
you remember me calling you about this is years ago?
This is ahead to been nine years ago, eight years
ago something. And she was flying around and I think
(11:55):
she was showing me that she was getting ready to
go and maybe she will. I don't know why she
was flying through her kids. Do you know is she
telling you? My impression is that she saw herself as
the glue between them? Oh? She was true, true story,
very true story. Um and uh so, but and I
(12:17):
knew and it was like I think it was later
that night I get a call from Kristen telling me
that her mom had passed. And I'm like, well, you know,
I saw her And she's like, because of course I don't.
I had no filter then and I barely have one now.
And and I tell her it is it was actually
very It was a relief to her and uh and
(12:39):
have had a connection obviously with her on the other
side since. But that was a visitation, but I was
wide asked awake. Yeah, but it's still a visitation, very
much a visitation. Okay, so that's another one, right, So
a visitations And then don't we also have lucid dreaming,
which I have no idea what that is because I
don't think I've been lucid a minute my life. And
(12:59):
we we'll talk about that after our break. We'll be
right back. Okay, everybody, we are back with Brenda and
my aunt Marline's back with Brenda well and both are
(13:23):
true te um, So back to dreams and um So
there's a couple of things I just want to that
I think are helpful for people to consider because they're like, oh,
what does this mean your dream? What does this mean
in a dream? And the truth is, there are so
many good books out there and so many things you
can get online. Absolutely there are a good list and
(13:45):
like anything else or crap lists too, that the best
thing for you to do. And this is such the
my boring pet answer, but it's real is pay attention
to your dreams, keep track of them. And it doesn't
have to be just but a few words, like you
don't have to. I know when I started keeping a
dream journal, it was just so annoying because it was
(14:06):
there's so much to capture. Well, then you know, it
was this castle and there were stones, but then when
we went inside, then there was the waterfall, and then
you know, and there was so much detail and so
much to capture, and I was like, I can't. I
don't have all day to capture this, right, And so
that's because then it turns into another thing, and then
you're like four dreams in and you know, just completely overwhelmed.
(14:28):
And and so what I started doing is just running
down a few symbols that really stuck to me, like
really like this this. I just keep going and I
think of this dream, this is what I go back to.
I don't have to remember all those little details in between,
or if there was a sort of overall message or
feeling that I had, I just captured those couple of feelings,
those couple of notes in each one. Now, look, there
(14:51):
are people that would say you have to capture everything
or it's not worth it. But I'm not one of
those people. I like, I'd take an overall view and
take what has that spark and myself, you have something
that I do have a question. I raised my hand.
Um I did raise my hand for real? Um okay,
you said symbols. So just so everybody, for everybody, including myself,
(15:14):
I'm asking for friends. Um so is that how we
communicate either with ourselves when we dream? Is it symbols? So?
Because we've talked. I've talked a lot about mediumship, and
I get a lot of symbols and signs through mediumship.
Is I don't think, I'm sure I dream. I'm not
as big of a dreamer I think as other people are,
(15:35):
at least I don't remember. So are symbols one of
those things that is reoccurring in dreams? Symbols so typically
are dreams and less sort of lucid dreaming or we're
having a visitation. Dreams are usually the domain of the
symbolic world, right because it's our unconscious is so much
(15:58):
more accessible than our conscious minds in that state, so
it will come up with things that have meaning. This
can mean that, but they won't come up with the
actual thing. Rarely will they come up with the actual thing.
So they make us work for it, which is nice
because it keeps us engaged in that specific frequency of
(16:19):
that dream, spirit, of that of that extended message. So
absolutely work with books. You'll find ones that speak that
are more in your frequency than some other lists, so
it doesn't make the other list wrong, But just find
the one that has the biggest spark for you. But
also keep track of your own lists that goes oh,
you know what, I had this dream, Like I remember
one leadership dream where everybody was like different animals, you know,
(16:44):
of my leadership team, and I had to go in,
you know, and and and then I remember like, oh,
you know, tighters like this, I'm going to give him
something to attack, Like I'm gonna give you a problem
to attack, like mate, exactly exactly, but that but that's
what I did. I gave him like a really juicy
problem for him to attack, like that's what and you know,
(17:05):
and so like like this is how it can work out,
like it can it can really work with you in
these ways. And sometimes even though so one one of
my favorite dreams is I in my dream, I was
asked to take care of someone's cat, which is ironic
(17:25):
because I have really no experiences with cats, laughing, I
cat well, and that's because my mom was a fraidy cat.
So like, you know, like I never right, so I
never had experiences with cats. But um so in my dreams,
someone asked me to take care of their cat. And
so I'm in their house, but the cat is underneath
the bed, and so I you know, start by calling
(17:48):
the cat, you know, making some noises, and then I
get a toy, and then I get you know, a
little dish of milk, and then I get some food.
Like the cats not coming out and not coming out
and not coming out, but this cat is under the
under the bed and I can't reach the cat. And
I wake up from that dream and I know that
I have to. I know that my friend Sianna is
(18:08):
in trouble. That's what I know. You got cat. I
did because Sianna is very spelt, you know how cats like,
you know, how they jump and they maneuver and they
can balance on anything. And she's like a master yogi.
She can stand on like a two by two block
and on one foot and lift the other foot above
her head like she said, like she you know, she
(18:31):
can do stuff like that. She can move very cat like,
very feline like, and his amazing balance and can land
down her feet literally and figuratively. So I woke up
from the dream and I knew that she, you know,
it was in trouble. And so I literally like went
and found her and brought her to my house. And
and I didn't have this pretty thought out. It was
(18:52):
all just in the moment. Gave her a glass of
juice and She looked at me and I'm like, here,
drink this before I put you on the healing table.
And she's like, what what do you what do you
what are you doing? Like she said, I said, just
drink it. She goes, I haven't eaten anything in like
three days. I'm like, I know, I've been trying to
feed you for three days. Again, you know, get you know,
just drink it, and so you know, and then we
(19:14):
went up and and you know, did the did the thing,
and so to help her, to help her, right, So
this is like, this is how it's symbolic. Now you say, well,
how did you go from cat under a bed to Siana?
And I told you, like, she moves to the world fluidly.
But it wasn't like I had to think, oh, who
do I know that moves like a cat? Like you
just wake up and you just know it, like and
(19:34):
it's instinctual because your spirit is working with your unconscious
mind to come up with these symbols, so it wants
you to know where they land. So that's just you know,
one example, but it's hopefully it gives you an example
of how how it all works within you because you
are co creating with your guidance with your higher self
however you want to think about it with with your
(19:56):
higher mind, like you are literally co creating and you know,
and and creating the magic of the dreamland. Now, I
will also say Sianna is masterful at working in the
dream state. I mean she is. She will work out
so many problems, um conflict, she has misunderstandings like I
don't really know what's going on here, Like she'll work
a lot of stuff out in the dreamland, um, you know.
(20:18):
And and so that brings us uh more to lucid dreaming.
So that's so cool though, like how you went from
cat to seeing. I really love that. I've had I've
had things where I've woken up and I've called somebody
and something wasn't okay. So like I think I'm a
receiver in that way. It's like distress kind of thing. Yeah. Well,
(20:43):
like I remember one time I was dreaming it was
actually with uh, it doesn't matter who it was with,
but I literally dreamed I was in a World War
two situation, going from location to location, trying to protect people,
trying to protect people, trying to protect people. And I
woke up and I knew exactly who needed help because
it tied back to it sounds crazy, but it tied
(21:08):
back to this unified story of where our paths crossed.
That felt like being under attack. And so I called
her and I said, hey, are you okay? And she's like, hey,
I am not okay. I'm like great, let's talk. So yeah,
so when you like, and it was just one of
those times that I woke up like exhausted because we are,
you know, being under fire, being under fire, and I
(21:29):
realized it's not me, it's her, Okay. I was gonna say,
you like, you're constantly working my witchy poo. I mean
like when you are literally awake and then when your
body's resting, like there's no there's no rest for the
witchy pooh. Well, there's there's a lot of a lot
of things that could be done in the dream stag.
There is a lot of good work that can be done,
(21:49):
and we'll talk more about that when we come back
from our break. I may dreaming, but I think we
just had a break. It's so good. Thanks nicely done, Lucid. Dreaming,
I think is where you're going to take us to next,
(22:10):
which I'm super fascinated about. I want to try it
whatever it is. So lucid dreaming is awesome. Um, but
I want to also give as a ramp up to
lucid dreaming. So lucid dreaming is when you are conscious
that you're dreaming, and you are consciously creating the dream.
You're like, that doesn't work. I need to It's like, look,
(22:31):
I don't play video games, but this is what I imagine.
It's like when you're like, I don't like this level
of the game, so I'm gonna hit restart, Like that's
what I think it is. I like that. That's fun.
I don't know if that's real or not, but that's yeah,
you guys, let me know because I don't. I don't
I'm not a gamer, but I came to play. So
that was so well done, but so so Lucid dreaming
(22:55):
is when you are consciously choosing that doesn't work for me,
Let's do this so I can't do that. I can't
really see that. Can we bring it into focus. Let's
change the shape because I can't see it in this
is shape. So you're you're literally commanding the dream, so
to speak, to create an experience you want, because what
is whatever is happening? Is unacceptable or not working for
you or not useful, and that can include nightmares for
(23:16):
people who have nightmares, like you can learn to lose
a dream to go, uh no, we're not doing this
like I'm running in the dark in a dream, right,
I'm running in the dark. I'm running the dark. I'm like,
I am not running in the dark. I run all
day long. I'm not running in the dark scared in
a dream. What the hell do you need to show me?
And you can show me right now or this is
over like and totally changed, and it gave me a
(23:40):
structure to work in so like it wasn't running in
the dark, like we need like this is this is
the problem that needs to be solved, or this is
something that needs your attention, like let's co create this.
And I was like, thank you, that's all I need
to know that we're gonna do it this way. Because
they didn't get the message from you that polter Geist
is not a comedy. But it is. It is. It
(24:04):
was to me, um and and so. But the ramp
up to loose your dreaming is something you talked about
myself at the beginning when you said, you know, I
wish I could just you know, just say this is
what I want to do. This is what I want
to dream tonight. And that's my invitation to you in
this from this session is like, right down, this is
what I want to dream about tonight. And do you know?
(24:25):
And you can put it in your phone or put
it wherever, but this is what I want to dream about.
And I I recommend doing that for like three or
four or five nights and just see what you get.
Like cast that spell, set that intention I wanted to dream.
I want to remember this or if it's something I
don't remember but I want to remember, or if it's
something I want to see a vision, like I can
(24:46):
feel this coming, but I don't know what it's going
to look like. Ask for it to be revealed in
your dreams. Because when we go unconscious, we're so much
more open, we're so much more available, and then it's
just really exciting in this unlimited state and we do
we don't have all these filters of our conscious mind.
Like our ego isn't afraid. I was gonna say, the
(25:06):
egos not button in right, It is not. It's not
interfering in any way. It's not worrying about you dying
right like, because that's when the you know, or being
unsafe and being judged or ostracized. These are all things
that the ego is worried about. They keep us playing
small when we could be playing big. And so this is,
you know, a fun place to play, to expand how
(25:28):
you move through the world and through the dream stay.
It can be really exciting. I'm taking your challenge. Challenge accepted,
gauntlet thrown down or something down, the gauntlet, whatever the
hell it is. I've accepted it all. And actually you
were telling the story earlier about like and there's a
castle in this and I was thinking about the sword
(25:48):
in the Stone and I'm like, she's going to talk
about the sword in the stone? I know she is, no,
she no, but I think that's what I'm gonna ask
the dream about tonight. Is the sword in the stone.
That's cool, that's a good God. I don't know what
the hell I'm going to do in it, but I'll
get that fucking sword out one way or the other.
You're in the dream state. All you have to do
(26:08):
is ask for it. Yeah, I want to I want
to struggle, what are you kidding? I want to work
at it and thus you have two very passionate approaches,
completely opposite. Both are values. It's all good. That's the
(26:29):
best thing about the dream state. You can't get it wrong, right,
You just can't get it wrong. Just keep playing, keep expanding,
keep learning. This was this was easy for me. This
might be my home base. This is a little bit
more challenging. I'll rimp up to it like it can
be a really fun exploration. And you gotta sleep anyhow,
(26:50):
so you must will make it entertaining, make it work
for you, right. I love that. It's really funny that
we're talking about dreams and the fact that we haven't
actually addressed this until today, right. And it's really insane
because my first introduction to anything that wasn't in the
physical world was actually Suzanne. When we met. She had
(27:12):
that ten thousand Dreams book and has a red cover,
if I'm not mistaken, Because every time we move, we
don't we keep it like it's it's stayed. This book
has stayed with us and for years Suzanne would go
referred to it. She hasn't opened it in decades, but
it's one of those things like it was like a classic.
It's totally yeah. And I also think she liked ten
(27:34):
Thousand Maniacs, so I think she's that band, so Gnadly Merchant.
I think that's why she liked ten Thousand Dreams because
it reminded of her favorite band. Um. Listen, we have
all sorts of processes as we go through for things
that we buy, UM, but we used to reference that
thing and be like, um, and I remember one of
them was like, if you lose your teeth in your dreams,
(27:55):
somebody's gonna die. Like I I think that was one
of them. And it's like no. Oh, so listen, folks,
I say this. I wanted to bring this up here
towards the end because I encourage you not to take
it as a you know, like these dream books are bibles.
It's an interpretation. If it works for you, great, If
(28:16):
it doesn't. Move on emails all the time from friends,
I dread this, the internet says, this means this am
I screwed. Like you're like, if you send me another
one of these, you are I just giggle. I'm like, well,
tell me more what actually happened, what it like when
you were there? Okay, yeah, so chances are you're fine. Right.
(28:39):
So this is just because there are books out there
claiming that they know what your dreams are about and
can interpret them, you know, use them as a with
a grain of salt. Like Brenda said, you know, like
you should know what it is. Yeah, you'll feel it,
You'll fee you'll feel and there's something that you'll pick
and it like you feel it in your nervous system.
It just lance and then trusted and then move forward
(28:59):
and then write down what you're going to create tonight
like this. Yeah, you can do it all over. You
can do it all over again the next night. I
totally want to go hang with like and some of
the other dimensions. That ship is fun. Yeah, and remember
you can you know, if you are someone who does
suffer from the dark, the dark dreams and the nightmares,
(29:21):
you can set your intention you know again calling argangel
Michael that says you are my gatekeeper for the dreams.
And so if you're in a dream where you're having
a nightmare and you're aware of it, bring that whatever protector,
whoever resonates with you as a protector or a high vibe,
bring that protector right. Okay. You know I've had a
(29:42):
few of those over the years. And what I've done
because I recognized I was in it. I actually just
got up. I'm like, I'm tapping out. Man, no more
this ship. I'm out. Yeah, I don't care if it's
four am or not. I'm out. I'm not doing this ship.
I'll just stay awake. And yeah, because that's another option. Yeah,
it's certainly an option. Yeah, at some point you have
(30:04):
to sleep, but yeah you do. Oh though it was,
it's not. It wasn't like a continuous thing. It was
just every once in a while something went I'm like, oh, no,
I'm out. I'm not going through this. I've had those
weird dark dreams. I've also had, so wait before we end,
I have a question. I know we were liked holy
about ready to land the plane, but we just lifted
back up. Okay, okay, what about reoccurring nightmares? What what
(30:28):
is about that? I'm gonna tell you mine really fast,
because it's stupid. I dream and I haven't done it
in a while, but for year decades that I never
graduated college because I did not finish my History of
Dance class. Like I flanked it interpretive dance. Did you no?
For real? I mean I passed the damn class. But
(30:50):
like it's a reoccurring nightmare that I didn't graduate college.
What everybody I know has a recurring nightmare? What does
that ship about? Brenda tell us. Usually it's usually just
trauma that is held in your nervous system. So there's
probably something about that class that made you feel very
uncomfortable and it gets triggered. If something in life gets
makes you feel uncomfortable, it's going to trigger that past trauma.
(31:11):
So yeah, so, and that's the form it takes, because
there's probably something about that that makes you giggle and
panic all at the same time. Is what would be
my guess? Um, And that's a great thing if if
you do um emotional freeme technique or tapping, that's a
great thing to tap on, like do those you know
whatever seven eight points of tapping. Um. It's just a
(31:33):
wonderful thing to do. Okay, So everybody who has that
bullshit happened, you heard it from the wise witchy poo
about what it is. And so apparently I'm traumatized by
dance that that particular dance class. There must have been something. Oh,
I actually can tell you. I mean, I felt very
uncomfortable in that class because I didn't understand I'm like dance,
(31:56):
I could give two ships. I had to take some
FW like what do the humanity? Yes, humanities class and
uh and I hated it, I really did. It's yeah,
and that's that was your trauma there, my traumas. I
didn't like to be there, and you probably thought of
it as a colossal waste of time, an unbelievably massive
(32:18):
waste of time. Yeah. I could have been watching Laverne
and Shirley on TBS during that class so much better.
But again, you know, so, so that was that was
both traumatizing to be their present and then to not
be doing what you needed to do or wanted to
do was double trauma. So yeah, yeah, okay, Well, thank
you for answering one of my life's questions and we
(32:41):
can now land the plane in this episode. And thank
you because this was actually incredibly enlightening. And now I
have a job to do before I go to bed.
I'm so you do. Just write it down down and
thank you for the question to our person I don't
know who. Yes, it's written down somewhere. You know who
you are. Thank you, Thank you for the question. Is fabulous.
