Speaker 1 (00:00):
Hi, y'all, I'm Julie. Hi there, I'm Brenda. Welcome to
Insider's Guide to the Other Side. Now y'all need to
know that we are obsessed with everything on the other side.
Yes we are, because once you learn to navigate the
energetic or two some the invisible world, life is going
to be more fun and much more serene. Heck, yes
(00:24):
it can, because let's be honest, brand earth School is hard.
In fact, you taught me that. Let's crush Earth School together.
Welcome to Insider's Guide to the Other Side, a production
of My Heart Radio. Well, hello everyone, or My hill
Billy Way is Hi, y'all. I have to say this
(00:46):
is undoubtedly my favorite topic, not just for this show,
but in the world. There's and even I love crystals
more than pie, and that says a lot, given I've
put on six five pounds living in Arkansas, back in
Hillbilly back. Oh my god, I'm back with my people
and they make such good pie. But I love crystals
(01:08):
more than pie. So we called this episode getting stoned
because we think we think we're funny, but legitimately, when
crystals actually carry a vibration and some of them of
really high vibration can make you feel stoned lower. Oh no,
we cannot get Phoenick Hite muldivide things like that near Brenda,
or she will pass out. She will, she will like
(01:30):
just quill to be like boom. She's out, just like
she's hammered, just like me. Having too much tequila is
what happens to Brenda. But let me tell you something
about crystals. It might feel new to many of you,
this whole idea of you know, having crystals as part
of spirituality, But us humans, we've been rocking crystals for
over thousands and years. And really, I would say more
(01:53):
than just helping in supporting your spiritual experiences, it's just
life like. It's the energy you need to maneuver your
life on that particular day. Things that are helpful and
supportive you. You are drawn to it and get activated
in your system. So it's not just amplifying your spiritual experience.
It is life. It is life, life tools. They are
(02:13):
life tools, compliments of Mother Earth, and we thank her
every day for our lovely and beautiful crystals. But I
have to say what I'm so excited about, and I've
made this very public in my personal life. I'm gonna
make a public on the show. My favorite generation are
the millennials. I do. I love the millennials because they
are moving so much in this direction and they really
(02:36):
feel that, you know, crystals and stones are part of
their life, part of their daily life. They put them
in their cars, and they keep them on their bedside tables,
and they talk about them, and they have parties and
that's where they exchange for gifts are crystals. And so
I love them for that. So thank you. That's your
confession that No, I'm sure we're gonna go away. My
confession is this is my bias. My confession is a
(02:58):
biased and my confession is I love crystals more than pie.
But I think that another interesting thing about crystals, and
about this whole thousands of years thing that we humans
have been rocking them. We we literally have been rocking them.
And and I think Brenda, you have talked about kind
of the history of how we've used them in different
times in our humanity history, particularly with like royalty and
(03:21):
things like that. I know that Vikings actually used I light.
They used I alight for direction and in the breastplates
of the Great Warriors and in paintings that the royals
would commission. They would grind up these minerals to catch
the light and amplify the value according to someone's status
(03:45):
in the court. Right, and so they were used for status,
they were used for directional purposes. They were used in ways,
and and I didn't say this, but in the breastplates
of the armor they were protection. They emanated protection emerald
at the heart. And you know love that now, I mean,
that's nice, juicy green emerald. Hello sailor. Love those see
(04:09):
my favorite thing. I don't think I've ever said Hello
sailor to a piece of pie. So here I've met
Susanne has made pie that said Hello sailor to for sure.
That's that's true. So crystals come in all shapes, sizes, colors,
They have different molecular structures to them, and you can
find them all over the world. There's a lot of
(04:30):
places in the US you can find I mentioned in
a previous podcast where I have a friend that owns
a crystal mine that is just north of San Diego,
and he has some of the most stunning stones I've
seen in my life. He has coonsite and actually it
was discovered in his mind by a guy named konsite
and it's his beautiful purple color. And I actually bought
one of his stones um and gave it to Suzanne
(04:53):
and it's like a sixty carrot in a ring. Yes,
she lucky woman. Hello another, Hello sailor right my eyes,
just like out of my head. You're gonna go to
our house and then go find it On't you like
Susanne when you keep that stone that Julie got you
like Susanne. I never saw that conduct and poof it
was gone. They're all over the planet. What's interesting is
actually courts. So did you say? You know my love
(05:15):
affair with stones literally started when I was a little girl.
I would come home with stones, little little rocks in
my pockets and my mom would do the launch and
be like, Branda, you've got to stop doing that. You know.
I haven't met a kid that didn't love rocks. I
haven't met a kid. I I bought a rock polisher
for my friend Becca for her son, and he loved
that rock polisher. Kids love They don't want to hear
(05:37):
about him and hold them. They just want to touch them,
which is our big lesson in this one is touch
your rocks. And our last episodes with Chackras is to
touch yourself and this episode is touch your rocks. Yeah,
unriddle that one. So I'm a self professed nerd, so
part of my nerdhood is to share with you what
(05:59):
I've learned about crystals and a few interesting facts and
then we'll get into the good, juicy stuff about them.
But I think it's really important to understand some of
this is that actually courts is one of the most
prevalent elements on the planet and it represents of the
Earth's crusty folks. That is, over a quarter of the
Earth's crust is quarts, and quarts has a chemical compound.
(06:22):
Of the reason I'm telling you the chemical compound is
that there is a point to that and it is
s I O two and that is it has one
silicone atom and then two oxygen atoms. And what's interesting
is that the human body also has this. So it's
not a wonder why we're so connected to these beautiful
I call them creatures because they are alive to me.
So these beautiful creatures is because we have that in
(06:44):
our body. And also crystals, you know, they're used and
so many ways. I mean crystals are used in watches,
they are used in lasers, quarts, movement guys. They're used
in in lasers because of the preciseness that that it offers.
So there's so much I mean, we as humans use
(07:06):
them in very practical ways, right, I mean, these are
it's like a it's like a perfection that Mother Nature
created for us. And I could go on for a
very very long time about the science of rocks. In
the last I will do is that is that Benjamin
Franklin and I've actually discussed this in the past, but
(07:27):
Benjamin Franklin experimented with black turmaline, and Benjamin Franklin is
our father electricity. And it's because black turmaline holds a
charge just sitting on the table, it holds a charge.
Rocks are magical and rocks are powerful, and I just
think it's important to understand that. You know, it's just
(07:48):
not something that the hippies took over and made their own.
And I love a good hippie. They're just not very
well organized, but I think sometimes they're not that hippies
are bad preppers. If guys tuned into the Halloween Prepper
and my love for um, the Doomsday Preppers hippies are
bad preppers, wonderful, magical people. And sometimes you know, when
(08:10):
we have things that might feel you know, strange to
us or we stay away from, it's because there's been
a group that's really taken ownership of it. And as
much as I love the hippies, some the hippies stock
ownership of rocks, and and really they're here for all
of us. And I think that's what's so important about
bringing the science into it and why I wanted to
do that with you all today is to know that
a we're not hippies, but we love hippies because we
(08:31):
love everyone. But therefore therefore all of us and so
just know that of the Earth's crust is meant for
you too. So Brenda, as we are, you know, gliding
into this and I'm not landing the plane very well.
You talk about this a lot, is that sometimes the
people just keep going on and on and on, like
land the plane, land the plane. But I'm not landing
(08:53):
the plane yet, because I think another step into the
introduction into getting stoned with your rocks is to understand color,
because that will help you understand the rock that you're holding.
And because color holds frequency, correct. Color is frequency. It
(09:14):
doesn't hold it. It isn't. This is Brenda correcting me again.
This is why we're here because we're a good change.
So Brenda, why don't you talk to us about color?
So the reason we see color is because it is
a frequency that it vibrates to different levels, and that's
what creates the different colors. Right, So the slow frequency
would be red. M it's a very slow frequency, which
(09:34):
is why it's the bottom of the rainbow. It's the
first the Hey, I'm just getting ripped up. I didn't
know that? Is that why ency so much? She's amazing?
Do you guys will love her as much as I do.
I know you won't love as much as I do,
but you will love her because she's just full of
fun facts and and if you go hang out at like,
you know, parties and cocktail parties, she'll give you so
(09:55):
much ammos, you might want to write some stuff and
so go. The reason why red is at the bond
the rainbows because it's the slow it's it's the slowest one.
It's the lowest one by that definition. So you think
the things that have form, it's like the ice water
steam of H two O right. Those are the three variations.
The slow the lowest frequency is the ice because it's
the most solid, and then when it's water, it's a
(10:17):
higher frequency. And when it's steam it's even a higher frequency.
So it gets lighter in color and less dense as
it changes from ice to water to steam and the same.
So we're talking frequencies right, same with colors. So red
is slow frequency, so it has to do with physicality
and it has a lot of energy in it. So
if you want a lot of energy, you know, thinking
(10:39):
red thoughts well. And one thing that you taught me
about color, because I remember when Suzanne and I were
repainting our the inside of our house and in Sherman Oaks,
and you're like, my elf, whatever you do, do not
paint your bedroom red. I think I don't think I
just offered that. I think you were considering painting it red. Okay, fine,
tell the truth. We're talking about the fish shocker right now,
(11:01):
but fine, go ahead, tell the truth. That is exactly
what happened. And you were like, you might have hot
sex in that room, but it also promotes anger, anger
and in a lot of energy, so you won't sleep.
You want to choose colors that support your environment. And
I think you said, if you really want that, where
red panties, Where red panties, that's great for hot sex,
(11:21):
right or red boxers. These are the kind of tips
that's for your red boxers. Seth is are very talented
sound sound engineer and we love him and he has
his crystals all lined up in front of him anxiously
awaiting what's going to come next exactly, So that's red.
Red obviously has a lot to do with creation as well. Right,
it's creative energy. And now that moses into orange, which
(11:47):
is also creative energy. Red is because it is slower.
It's more about manifesting and taking shape of the creative energy,
and orange is more the process, the creation part of
creative energy. So when we see or orange, we feel
what we feel playful, playful, creative, creative. I love orange.
(12:08):
That makes you have your shoes on. I do. I
have orange tin issues on today. We will snap a
picture of those and post it on it. Yeah, they're
my favorite. I have orange, right, very creative, very playful,
very joyful. And then of course if it's more, if
it's a muddier color, that would mean all that sort
of energy is blocked or mucked up or stuck in
(12:28):
someone like a burnt orange. So that's like Oklahoma State
University used to have like the burnt orange color. I
think they change it to more vibrant orange, but it
was the burnt orange and always felt that without only
it's wrong with that color. It just doesn't feel right. Sorry,
my fellow Oaky's her a big ISHU fans, But that's
just at or people who love burnt orange. That can
also be people who like that can be your jam.
(12:49):
So then we move into yellow, and yellow is also
a place of mental activity, and so it can be
creation in a different way, but trying to solve things
and figure things out out also intellected. Just taking information
in can be very helpful to to surround yourself or
use yellow highlighters or things like that that will stimulate
(13:09):
the mental activity. That's for so I have I have
yellow tennis shoes too. But there you go. That only
makes sense, right, We're going to go through all so
you're literally grounding in that energy, grounding energy, um and
then next time the list we have pink. This tends
to be high frequency of emotions of love. Obviously, Disney
(13:32):
has pretty much hijacked this color for girls, but that
is a different topic. But if just in the scope
of pink, it has to do with again creativity, but
again a playfulness, a light, a lightheartedness. Really it's a
it's a happy emotional heart center colored connections of the heart.
So when I see pink, I feel gushy. Yes, right,
(13:56):
it's a happy heart. It's a happy heart, feel gucious like,
oh pink. Yeah. Susan was allowed to decorate our house
one room in pain. It is her favorite color on
the planet. I'm like, baby, I can't take it in
every room, so you've got to just pick one dominate it.
And she did. There we call it the pink room.
There you go. And then green. So green is actually
a very healing color, very soothing. Obviously it reminds us
(14:19):
of nature, which is very healing, to be surrounded by nature,
to be one with nature, to connect, to have those
sacred moments of connection. But it's also very healing. The
watch out so all often times when people will be
I'm going to send healing, green, healing energy, but you
would never send green energy to someone who has a
tumor or a cancer situation. That's just the watch out
(14:42):
because that literally causes growth and vitality, and that's not
what you would want in that situation. Oh that's very good. Yes,
In general that this can also be a heart centered,
loving color as well a frequency as well. It also
represents abundance. When you think of green, you think of
all the different shapes, like when you're looking at in
a forest, all the different shades of green. Right, it's
(15:02):
an abundance because is money to green his money because
it's abundance, right. And also if you think about corporate logos, right,
so this is what's interesting, Well Starbucks is. But you
know what, so many of the green logos now are
the eco conscious companies, and so they use that because
they want you to feel that when you see their
logo hashtag forward Marketer, recovering, market, recovering, recovering, Marketer here um.
(15:27):
And then light blue is also a very soothing color.
This color is really one that reminds us of the
expansiveness within us. It literally reminds us of the sky,
and so it's a soft opening that that really helps
us think of greater and more expansive energy. It feels
childlike to me in many ways because it's filled with possibilities.
(15:50):
Right when I think of expansion, it's possibility. Anything is possible.
So it doesn't bring that intensity that perhaps a yellow
will bring, which is mental focus and problem solving. It's
like anything's possible. I can be whatever I want when
I grow up. When I grow up, I know I
still I still think about that one when I grow
We're waiting any podcast UM Indigo will ring forth a
(16:13):
couple different experiences UM one. It absolutely dials into the
intuition side, and it brings in guidance in a way.
It also supports expression. So when you think about receiving guidance,
you think about giving messages. I think about giving messages.
It's a trusting color. It's very well and I'm gonna
go back to corporate logos because I am a recovery
(16:33):
marketer about the corporate logos or this color because they
want you to trust them. Yes, yes, and again when
you think about expressing, right, if you listen to our
con podcast, it's about the fifth chakra and it's literally
where integrity lives. It goes right back to these truths
that are hardwired in our body, in our system, so
(16:54):
that this is it's all frequency, it's all frequency. Purple
in the past has always been reserved for royalty. That's
Brenda's favorite. I'm just going to tell you, or Liz Taylor,
who's also royalty, right, she had violet eyes. She did, really,
I mean the most stunning eyes were ever saying. Yeah,
so this is a very high frequency. So it's really
associated with a high vibration that of royalty or high spirituality.
(17:18):
So I think of the priests in whatever tradition very
much reserved for the high spiritual experience. Purple is my
favorite color, isn't really? Yes, it is. It was Margaret's
favorite color too. You're not just saying they're not just
sweet talking. No, I'm not just sweet talking. It is.
Purple is by far my favorite. We're painted our living
room purple because of you. He loved it. I mean
this is to you. Well, I knew you liked it,
(17:40):
but I didn't know it is. It is absolutely my
favorite color of Okay, let's listen back to she said
that about orange too. I think I said love orange.
It says my favorite. Okay, Okay, yeah, see you're trying
to there, you are trying to correct me. Um. And
then we have black. Black is a very stable, hyper stable,
(18:01):
hyper grounding, very protective color. I just get to think
of foundation when you think of black. It can also
be reflective in a way that brings it into that
protective mode, right, well, when things are so dark, it
reflects back. I love black, I know you do know.
I love it hard. And then gold, which is again
(18:23):
a color that was often reserved for royalty, literally jewels
like rings and things. It's barkly things, metals and metals
and metals, right, That's what I meant. It's also considered
archangel Michael or as you call St. Michael, oftentimes will
come in out of gold frequency. So it's associated with
the divine, it's associated with angels, high frequency, high high frequency.
(18:46):
And so the reason why we got our education on
color from Brenda is because there is a reason on
how we're going to talk about stones to you. Because
these colors are also correspond many of them correspond with
our chakra colors, and so when you hold a stone,
you can understand a little bit more about where it belongs.
(19:10):
So we're going to talk about the different stones and
how they correlate to the chakras. So we're to start,
So we just had our chakra Khan episodes, and now
we're gonna get stone, and we're still going to talk
about our chakras. So the first chakra, as you can
imagine if you listen to the last episodes, is that
Brenda talked about how it emanates this red. So the
(19:32):
stones that are most closely aligned are things like ruby
and garnet. And we're going to give you stones throughout
the rest of this episode, and we're going to tell
you the ones that are more accessible financially for folks,
because ruby gets ruby isn't on it. Garnet is a
little more. You can get rough garnets and can get
refrubial right it is. But there is one that I
(19:53):
was taught to use for the first chakra, which is
smoky courts and smoky courts. It is certainly one of
my favorites speak because it helps us release release all
that we do not need. And it could be things
from the past, it could be things that just happened,
but they release. And I will warn people, and I'm
going to try to be as non crude as possible.
If you work a lot with smoky courts you carried
(20:15):
along with you, you may find yourself having to go
to the ladies room in the man's room, a lot
release release and you are literally releasing. So it's so
no that that there is. It corresponds to that. So
I would now do a healing session without putting a
Smoky Chords on the table. I mean, it is just
such a go to stone for me I have and
(20:36):
it's it's such a great transmuter of negativity. Um, it's
super super helpful. So I have corporate clients that will
take just put smoky Courts in there, you know, in
their bag that they go from meeting to meeting with,
Like I need this in this meeting, I need audentities.
Do you have hormone? You know? Right? Because if it's
a really super charged meeting, you want that energy around you.
(20:57):
You do need all the help you can get, you sir.
We do. So those are I think some of the
core stones for the for the first chakra, and then
we moved to the second chakra um so Chra. Yeah,
the sacred I So Carnelian is nice orange, such a
beautiful orange and really accessible. It's an aggate, so it's
(21:20):
really easy to find. You can find it tumbled. It's
a beautiful orange. So if you're looking to you know,
really activate, keep in check that you have that second
chakra of yours. Um, Carnelian is great. Brenda does not
allow me to touch Cornelian. Do you remember that you
told me. You're like, no, you cannot have Cornelian. Your
(21:41):
second chakra is fine. Not need to over activate your
second chakra. You did say that, You're like, nope, you
cannot touch it. Now other people can apparently, just not me.
It's a nice stone because sometimes we are attracted to stones.
It's interesting, Um, we're attracted the stones that we don't need,
and then we're not attracted to stones that we need,
(22:04):
and so that's in it. So if you are interested
when you go to a crystal store, and you know,
there was a time I remember I was not attracted
to malachite, which we'll get to in a second, but
I need It's what It's what I needed. And so
if there's something you're not attracted to, you probably need it,
So pay attention to that. And the same with oils.
It's the same with oils. And then if there were
things that you're overly attracted to, you probably don't need it,
(22:25):
but it's fine if you want it. But and Remember,
it's just because it's already in harmony with you. That's
why you're attracted to it, because like attracts like so
you're like, oh yeah, this is this feels like me.
But that may not be what's missing, right. Um. I
also like orange calcite for this. Orange caw site is
good for that as well, So orange being the color
for that, and so you can find that and a
carneelium you can find that in a cal site. Third
chakra is citrine and citrine. The solo plexus is thing.
(22:51):
You know, we just sounded like that snl skit. It's
like that moment was so snl so castic voice over
that was hilarious. Um. And then of course now I
can't go there. I'm gonna stop. So so sit Trene
is more of a yellow you can. It can look
(23:13):
a little goldish, depends. It goes in the kind of
a light yellow too. It can be a little bit
orangey as well. Um. Sit train is a stone for me,
that is I'm gonna bring in abundance. I'm gonna bring
it in whether it's abundance of whatever I choose it
to be. It can be money, um, it can be joy,
(23:34):
but it is. I want to bring it in in abundance.
And the train is actually one of the stones that
they used to keep in cash boxes. Oh well there you.
I mean there's a couple of them, but that's definitely
one of them. Well the brand money. So, um, I
have lots of citrine. I love citrine. Uh no smartness
comments from you, peanut gallery snl Lady, you can't have that.
(23:54):
But but citrine is also available. And because it's it's
a the Courts family, it won't cost you a fortune. Right,
speaking of money, it will not cost you a fortune.
You can just carry one in your pocket. But we're
going to get to where to to put stone soon. Um.
The four Chakra. I'm gonna let you have the four
chakra because I know how much you love your Rose Courts,
how much I love love. The fourth chakra, the heart
(24:16):
chakra is all about love. It's all about emotional connections
and honoring your emotional state because that's always super important
for self love as well. And so this is Rose
Courts the universal stone. You can also put um emeralds here,
as we talked about in the breastplate. You can also
because it can be green, you can have pink apples.
(24:36):
You can write pink U lovely right? Yeah really nice O.
Those are having a moment right now in passion to
say no. Of course, our adventuring is also good. But
that Rose Courts um is really so healing and so
supportive of making these heart connections that we all want
(24:57):
to be connected, we all want to be supported. So
when when I'm grieving, I'm a good griever. Now, I'm like,
I feel like I'm a pro. I was not before,
but I'm I feel like I'm a pro griever. I
will actually take a piece of Rose Courts and put
up my bra I get that Rose Courts as close
to my heart as I possibly can, and for me,
I will do um. I have like literally probably maybe
(25:20):
eight inches in diameter across a crystal ball that I
will put in my bathtub because bathtub is water, right,
and water is emotions. And so when I'm upset about something,
I crawl in my bathtub with my Rose Courts and
I'm going to do that. It's so good, it's so good.
So you sound like you're a little drunk, Just Brita,
just gott thinking about seems so excited. Oh that's amazing.
(25:44):
I love that. And green adventuring is not a stone
that is terribly popular. I don't find people really ste
it's a great stone, and a green adventuring is something
you can find tumbled. So when when I use the
term tumbled stone, they tend to be the smaller stone
that they will polish through tucket stones. They have black
pocket stones and really cost effective for folks. So you
(26:07):
can find green adventuring in a tumbled form, which is
really great. So the fish chakra, so many, so many
to choose from blue laced age. So these are going
to be blue. These are all going to be in
the blue family. Blue lace age. It is that light
blue color of the sky that Brenda when she talked
(26:27):
about colors before. Um. Aqua marine is also in the
light blue incredible expensive. Guys, don't feel like you have
to go get aquay. You could find some tumbled aqua maybe,
but like aqua, get get a little pricey. And if
you're feeling like making an investment, right like when Brenda
and I went shopping and went all walking into a
confession that turned into shopping last night, and she stumbled
across I'm gonna say kindly, a aquamarine rain drama. Gasp
(26:52):
aqua marine there, and we all gasped, and then I
saw the price, and then I gasped some more. So
aquarine is pricing. Blue lace aggt is not blue light saget.
When I was practicing not interrupting people, really not interrupting people,
because that was a thing that I would actually keep
a blue ye saget in my bra, I liked it.
I put I have extra space that I put a
lot of rocks that my bra. You just find I'm
(27:13):
holding onto aniholite right now that I also had in
my bra. I've said my broad too many times already
in this, but it's it's a it's a real thing
with me and rocks. Um Kainite is another really incredible
stone that not only is great to support your throat chakra,
but it is incredibly great to support all your chakras.
But it brings them all into alignment really beautifully. And
(27:34):
when we're talking about these stones, they have a range
a color range of frequency range, and so there's a
green kinite, right, and so some of them will change
colors because the frequency will change over how they were
heated changed. If something is lighter doesn't mean it's worse
or better. Right, it can be equally as powerful no
metal where it is in them. And also your rocks
(27:54):
will change. They will change. They will change like Brenda
told the story of when she put her crystal balls
closer to her to touch and then she started to
touch them more and they became more vibrant. Right, definitely
more vibrant. And I have the smoky courts. They said,
I'd never do a healing session without smoky courts. It's
a double terminated smoky churts, incredible piece. Termination is a point,
(28:15):
I thank you, thank you. And the ends where the
points are are literally draining. I'll take a picture of it,
will posted. That's really crazy. It's because I've used it
for hundreds and hundreds of healing sessions. This is a
go to piece. But it's they will change, Like I'm
literally using this piece so beautifully and so powerfully. I
am taking all of its power. But they want to
(28:40):
be touched, they want to be used like that's what
they're here for. And they're also gorgeous to look at.
But don't forget to touch a rock. Um. And then
turquoise is another one. Yeah, turquoise, I just can't even
I love it so much. Yeah, it's a good one.
And I find it's that there's a softness to it,
like there's a soft there is and it's and so
those that have of turquoise, I just want to say softness.
(29:02):
What I'm talking about softness, I'm talking about the energy,
not the actual touch of the stone. Well, the funny
thing is about turquoise that actually is a soft stone
on the most scale, is a softer stone as fluoride
as a soft stone, and quartz and rubies are hard stones.
Somebody went Nerd just jumped right in both feet. So
love my rocks. And then we're getting to some really
(29:23):
serious favorites here for the six chakras. So when we
talk about activating our creativity, right, would we like, would
I want to be creative? I have, I I cycle
through these these stones and again I'll have on the table,
I'll have right literally right now, have an h light
in my hand. And so an hilight is one of
my favorites. Um, not the easiest to find. I'm going
(29:46):
to tell everybody to just know, not the easiest to
find the but it is worth the pursuits if you
really like want to activate your creativity and because I
know when I would work on a project, if I
were if I was stuck, I would grab an eye
light can also grab an amethyst, a moonstone, Hello Sailor.
I got another Hello Sailor in there for a moonstone.
(30:08):
Just stunning. Yeah, really right, So these help really feed
our creativity and especially for me when I'm teaching, I
will absolutely have these stones around, right, They're super helpful
to help with train of thought and the clarity and
everything that's needed to be supported right and connected. So
amethyst moonstone I a light, big, big supporters for the
(30:32):
six chakra. Now we're going to go the seven chakra.
And this is interesting and I'm gonna say there's debate.
If you can imagine a bunch of crystal people debating,
but there's a debate among the crystals that can really
help activate and support your crown chakra. And I will
tell you personally what I'm a fan of is that
(30:52):
I love Tiger's eye. I love Tiger's eye. And I
was also taught by Patricia to use the Tiger's eye
when we do transcrystal therapy to support that, you know,
connection to the divine because it's gold. So Tiger's eye
there's multiple colors tiger's eye. There's really two that are
in nature. In the third they die. So when you
(31:12):
see tiger's eye, if they have red, blue and gold,
the red is actually not natural. They is gorgeous when
they die it. So if you like the color and
attracted to it, that's great. But now that red is
for your root chakra, it's fake, and it's fake. I'm
not a fan. I just be honest. I don't like
I don't like things that are cooked or dyed. Barbie says,
(31:33):
you come back as a cockrunch if you do that.
Barbie was part of the Crystal Guy and that is
why she is are one of our sources for for
crystals and their understanding. But but you're now holding a
blue tiger's eye. So tiger's eye starts out when it's younger,
it's blue, and then as it matures and gets older,
it is gold. And Brenda's right now holding one that
(31:55):
I gave her this morning or last night. Actually that
is blue and has gold in it. So you see
it's stunning. It is really a stunner. I bought that
one in Eureka Springs. She's totally van a whitey, right, now,
so what I use for the crown chakra is is gold.
Now what Brenda has can be used for your six
(32:16):
leading into your seventh because it is that indigo color
and then it's also gold. So gold is what I
like to use. I also like amethyst for the crown
chakra as well, no doubt, high frequency high frequency apothelight,
which um talk about getting stoned. Yeah, well you get
super stone an apothely. I have certainly been known to
get a little high on apothol At myself has a
(32:38):
very high vibration. It is found in geodes in India.
Oh my god, look at a little nerdy again. And
it's clear. And so people also like to use clear courts.
I am going to just warn everybody try not to
do that. Clear courts I love so much, but use
clear course with something else because it can amplify what
else that you have. Because clear courts is meant to
be programmed. It's like it's like tofu. You're absolutely, Oh
(33:02):
my god, that's perfect. It's like tofu. Clear courses like tofu.
It takes on whatever flavors around it it does. You're
exactly right. Look at you Herkimore diamonds of those can
get super high as well. Found in the United States
and in New York upstate. UM and selenite. That is
Brenda's right. She's like holding one and she's like doing
(33:23):
the woo woo with it. So selenite is easily found,
widely found, mara very affordable, very affordable. I will warn
you with selenite, if you get rough selenite, it grows
in like sheets and if you get it, it flakes
off and you can get it because I know this
because I actually had a piece of my foot the
other day. I had a few stray strands of selenite,
(33:47):
So be careful with it's It's good to get it polished.
And I will also say, um, and I didn't know
this until my cleaning ladies did this, but they somehow
dented it like it can. It's very soft, a soft stone.
It's a it's pillar. I've seen a flake off, but
I've never seen it damage to that. It can if
you knock it off of like a table or something,
can absolutely get dented. So it is a soft stone.
(34:09):
The other stones Tiger's eyes pretty soft. Amethyst is not
because it is in the Courts family, but it is
light sensitive. It is light sensitive because you will drive
by and you'll see these beautiful amethist geodes in the
windows of stores. I'm like, don't do it right. It
is light sensitive. They will fade. They will absolutely fade.
So selenite is amazing if you can find like I have.
(34:29):
We have stones on the table right now, true confession.
We have a mouth in the spirit of talking about
getting stoned, and we have a selenite here, and the
selenites actually cut like a heart shaped these that a
store should cost you a few bucks, you guys, Yeah,
it's you should not have to break the bank for selenite.
And it's a really magical stone because it also has
(34:52):
multiple purposes. Does why don't you tell everybody Brenda it's
a great high vibe stone, so it's great for protection.
Is remember when your vibration is high, when you're vibrating,
you're taking care of yourself, you're doing your gifts in
the world. Your vibe is high, and selenite will keep
it that way. So I literally like to put it
like high in the room, like it's a cord cutter. Well,
(35:15):
when you're buying a bitting high, you don't have to
worry about core that's why, right, That's why you're all clean, right,
So that's why I like to keep it, hind. I
actually made a magic wand because I do that because
I'm a weird little metal working elve and I may
and I kept it, which is you know me, I
don't keep stuff like it has to be. So I
made a magic wand where the one part is a selenite.
(35:36):
And not only is it a selenite, it's an hydro selenite.
So there's water. I've never seen one, correct, So there's
water that was trapped in the selenite during its growth process.
So that water is millions of years old. And it's
so cool because when you move it like it's in
a bubble and it goes back and forth and hydros
are awesome. And this is Elbady. This will not be
our last Crystal conversation, folks. This is truly the intro
(35:57):
to it, because we will get We will go in
to all sorts of areas with it to finish this
up for you and your you know, getting stoned. Welcome
to your Crystal Guide episode. You know. The things that
we want to leave you with is don't forget to
touch your rocks fetch your stones, hold them. They want
to be held. They're meant to be held, that's what
they're here for. And always keep them handy. So I'm
(36:18):
gonna give you a list you can keep in your pocket. Right,
don't put the ten pound rock in your pocket, but
you don't put the little tumble stones in your pocket.
You have them nearest you put your hand in your pocket,
you can touch them. That's when we came pocket rocks,
pocket rocks. And there's also stones that can promote sleep.
So I love amethysts. Amethyst really calms my ship down.
And I will put amethyst under my pillow. It's a
(36:39):
really great stone for that, So under your pillows. Good.
Wearing them as jewelry, keeping them on your person is
another way to make sure that you touch your rocks.
So whether as a bracelet, because I love that. All
of the round beaded bracelets are so popular now, like
the stretchy ones, because people are wearing their rocks and
it's so exciting to me. So wear them on your wrist,
(36:59):
wear them on your fingers, wear them around your neck,
and then of course I love to put them in
my bra Judge all you want, but it's really helpful.
I'm doing okay in life. Um. And then I also
keep rocks in my car. I keep black turmaline in
my car. I keep taking a tie in my car.
Well it keeps tigers are in her car. But keep
in your car, keeping in your handback stones, Yeah, it's
(37:20):
one of my personal soul stones. So black turmaline is
my go to because I'm a protector, right, Like my
nature is to protect people. So I'm a protector. And
so that was obviously when I go to keep rocks
in your handbag, folks, Um, keep them at your desk.
I actually give stones to folks at work as a gift,
and I encourage them to keep them on their desk.
(37:40):
And I will tell you those that do look at
them all day, they play with them. They're there to
support them during their work day. So desk is great
bedside table. Please please go buy some black turmaline, folks
and put it on your bedside table. Do you gave
me a great piece of black tourmaline? Oh, I gave
you a magic piece of That is one of my faiths.
But really I encourage people to actually sleep with the rocks,
(38:02):
the small tumbled ones. You don't want to put big
ones because you will roll on top of it. You
will not like me, and they will be concussion number four.
So you don't really that. No small rocks, but they
do help, but keep them with you. So today we've
talked about the colors and the corresponding colors. So between
the like this episode and then the chakra episodes, we've
talked a lot about color energy. We've talked about different
(38:24):
stones that can support you and just explore and explore,
and and you know, I love to hold rocks in
my left hand because left is are receiving and right
is are giving. Left is are receivings, and I love
to hold them. Did I say it wrong? It's fine, Okay,
what did I do wrong? It's all good, she corrects me. Folks,
we all know that. But I hold them in my
(38:44):
left hand and I'll close it, I'll close my eyes,
and I'll just pay attention to how I feel. So
when you go, you know, exploring and shopping, you know,
hold them in your hand and see how they make
you feel. And if you hold them in your hand
and you don't notice anything, hold it to your heart.
Here we go and hold it to your heart. How
does that How does that it feel? How is it different?
Notice what you notice? Let it talk to you, and
(39:06):
they do talk to you. They will tell you, they
will get you up. Enjoy, enjoy, getting stone m Thanks
