to them Beside everybody. Oh, I'm Julie. Actually, I'm going
to tell you who we are. I don't know. Please,
I don't know if anybody's noticed, but Brenda and I
are are are not alike. We're not the same part,
we are not the same. We're like in the important ways,
but we're very different. And when we really discovered who

we were in relation to one another, I think how
we interact is when we went to go see The
Heat together with Melissa McCarthy and Sandy Bullock, and because
I was working at Fox at the time, and it
was truly one of my favorite experiences I had at
that company, was marketing The Heat. I loved it so much.
(01:32):
We had such a good time, such a good time.
So we have, you know, when we would launch movies,
we would have previews and we're watching this movie and
we are elbowing each other the entire way through. So
we just kept sliding down just see it's laughing so
(01:52):
hard because it was just so we recognized those characters
so much. So in case for those of I haven't
seen The Heat, go watch The Heat. It's a really
great movie. So for those of you have been listening
and have seen The Heat, you can figure out that
I am the bliss of McCarthy character in this who
was I'm kept a foul mouth like Capital F foul mouth,

and I too like big subway sandwiches, like big heroes.
H And if I was into guns, which I'm not,
but if I was, I would, I would keep them
in a refrigerator just like she did. Very scrappy, very resourceful,
and dressed like she was homeless, which is mostly how
I dress. And then there's you dressed in comfy clothes. Yeah, no,

super And then there's you who always looks great always,
you always look great, and you were like the grown up.
You're more like the straight person and literally in our case,
you want to ste you're literally the straight one between
us in our group. Um end like I mean, so're

more put together, more like, you know, intelligent and also
doesn't know all references to culture. It's little isolated sometimes
and Augar, you have a top hat, which she didn't.
You probably have pajamas that look like a tuxedo. I
think you did, do you do? But that's us. We're
the odd couple. Are odd couple. And for those that

remember the odd couple, it was Felix and an Oscar
and those are two great names. This is our the
last part in our in the Dead People series, which
we always will talk about dead people. These are just
episodes that are dedicated to different aspects of what happens

to us and our loved ones when we when we cross,
what we do when we hang out as a spirit,
you know in Saturn. See previous episode right and last
episode Brennan I talked a lot about our communication with
the spirit world. And and for those of you who
you know don't communicate with the spirit world directly like
we do, we want to talk about the different signs. Brna.

What's your favorite sign that spirit gives us. There's so many, right,
there's so many, because it's all every time you notice
when your signs, it's like a celebration. It's a celebration
of that's right, life is magic. I forget that life
is magic. I forget that we get to interact with
the spirit world and that all our loved ones who
we've passed on and we missed so much, we are
not done interacting with them. And that's what makes me
(04:30):
so excited when people start identifying their signs, these sacred connections,
is that they remember their life is bigger than just
this one. And I love that so much. So that's
what I get really excited about. But the ones that
I just like, I'm so totally excited about. You're like,
wow with the Wawi factor are when spirits will actually

move an object. My favorite. This is amazing, right, because
they have to be so masterful in condensing their energy
and slowing it down to impact a physical item. It's
so impressive. And usually for the master's spirits, it's you know,
(05:12):
their masters, so it's not that hard. But for our
loved ones, when they are able to like really focus
that much, it's really impressive work. Like, so it takes
a little practice, takes a lot of I have a story.
You are you shocked. I have a story about this,
but I do. If you've listened to us before, you've
heard us talk about my friend and now Brenda's Harper Gray.
(05:35):
So I told the story actually of her grandfather who
had not passed and how he communicated with me. But
not long after that, Harper called me from her house
and she goes, it feels weird and I'm kind of scared.
So she was like doing that, I'm fearful call like
what do I do kind of thing. I said, well,
let me just kind of protect, let me can see
what's going on. And then I hear her screech on
(05:58):
the phone could come and no, it's not. And then
there's a screech, right, so she is like, oh my god,
oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, and
she's like panicking on the like you need to just
sit down, you need to tell me what you use
your words and tell me what happened. She's like, her
dog had has a tennis ball that she plays with,
(06:20):
and she goes the tennis ball like five seconds ago,
was on the ground, now it's on the window sill.
I said, okay, hold on a second, let me look
and see who this might be. And she's pants. She's
like she's wanting to tear out of her house and
never go back again. I'm on the other end of
the phone. I of course close my eyes because that's
how I see. And I say, was your great grandmother
(06:43):
named Eva or Eva or something? And she's like, yeah,
that's my great grandmother. I said, okay, I said did
she have a walker and she's yeah, she did. I go, so,
I'm guessing that you guys used to cut tennis balls
and put them on the you know, the feet of
the of the walkers, so it moved is better. She's like,
that's exactly what we did. And I so that's your

great grandmother, So run fast, right, and to say, you know, like,
if you're scared of tennis ball's moving, you know, you
gotta check yourself, right. But you know what this and
I'll actually say in all seriousness in her defense. The
whole spirit world thing at that time was very new
to her. It's not new to her now because she
(07:26):
has her own gifts that are like going wild, but
it's new to her, and I think when it's new
to you, it can be scary because you don't know
what in the world's going on, and you don't know
when it's going to stop. No, it does, it go
to knives flying like I get that. Of course, it's
like you can't go to sleep. But now, if she
called me and said that, I'd be like, oh, girl,
(07:46):
calm your ship down. You know it's fine. But I
couldn't say that then, right, And I also know that
her great grandmother would not have done that if I
were not on the phone with her. I think they're
also smart like that, right, Like her grandmother didn't want
to pet you fine and terrify her. Her grandmother want
to know she was around, and she did it masterfully.
That's some impressive work. Moving a tennis ball from the
(08:08):
ground to a window sill and moving from the window
sill to the ground not as impressive, but gravity. Gravity
is still here, still super incredibly cool. Yes, So how else?
What else? How else do spirits communicate with. They show
up in a lot of ways. So moving things physically is,
like I said, sort of the advanced version. The things
(08:29):
that are more accessible shall we call them more accessible
for spirits because think of it, they don't have a body,
their energy, They are literally energy. So electricity is a
really accessible way for them to set up signs. Now,
one of the most the one that people most aware of,
I think is flashing lights because this is how it
(08:50):
showed up in Stranger Things. Oh it totally did. I
love Stranger Things. One loves Stranger Things. Look at Brenda,
look at you. Culture watching something that people have heard
of that from this decade, and because it's scary, I
have to watch it, like in fifteen minute increments, I
binge it. I know you're gray, right, but I'm Lissa
(09:11):
McCarthy in the heat. She's a benger. Yeah. Lights, I've had,
I mean lights all the time actually because again it's electricity,
so it's easy for them. So can I tell you
that I didn't even know the stories relating. You have
no idea what I'm not ready to say that this
is one of my I've had a lot of amazing
moments when I worked at Fox I loved it. I
love that job. It was the greatest job I've ever had,
(09:33):
next to this one. This is definitely the greatest I've
ever had. And there was a day and our conference
room and in the conversation was it was fancy, like
it had these five, I guess five screens, big screens,
and lots a lot of electronics in this room, like
it was a powerhouse of electricity. Literally, it was a powerhouse.
(09:56):
And there was a moment when I don't remember what
the meeting was about, but I got a little angry, angry.
It's like I was fed up, and I ended up.
I raised both my hands up like I was a preacher.
That's the best way I can explain it to people
who are listening right now, is like, because if they're
up now, you just can't see me. And I raised
(10:18):
my hands up. I'm like, no, it's not right. And
I went ah. And when I all the electricity in
the room went off, the lights and only in that room.
The lights went off, all the power of the TVs
went off, everything off the whole place, and there was
at least twenty people in the room. They all felt dead, silent,
(10:40):
and they looked at me like I was a witch,
and the ones who knew me were like, how did
you do that good party track? That's a really great
party track. But I don't know if that was me
or if somebody was doing it for me. Maybe my
mom was acting as a wingman, and like, I want
to make a point from my kid, and I want
to shut this ship down so they know that she's serious. Well,
(11:01):
and don't underestimate. Really, you can give off that kind
of spark, right, we can individually do that. We all
know someone who can't wear watches because they shut them down.
My grandfather was like that. My friend Sarah cannot have
her iPhone around because she has to. But she's always
on one percent battery. She can charge that seconds later
(11:21):
it goes from full to like one percent. She is
the one percenter. You talk about one percent of the population,
it's her. But we're talking about battery straight. Yeah. And
and because we have again, everyone has their own frequency,
and some of those frequencies just drain batteries. Well, there's
one thing you do. Yeah, my superpower is not draining batteries.
Although sometimes that's hard. Um, sometimes I'm hard on batteries. Um.
(11:45):
But lights in general light blow a lot of light bulbs.
I love it about you. I remember the first time
I met Teresa ca Pudo. I don't know how many
years ago it was, but I remember when I first
met I was so excited to meet her. And she
walked into the rest strong and she's that whole like
lip bity thing and start talking about my mother because
she's ever present. But we sit down and I sit
(12:06):
next to her, and and I was naive. I think
is a fair word. Naive is a great word. Um
naive um. But as we know, I like to talk.
So we have a podcast. And so I turned to
her and I say, so have a question. She's like,
what's that. I go, do you blow out light bulbs?
(12:27):
And literally that's how I asked it. She's thinking they
all do this. No, it was interesting. And I said,
do you blow up light blow out light bulbs? And
she goes, no, why are you asking me this? Well
kind of she looked at she had this look on
her face, and I said, well, I'm asking because we
have a really good friend that blows out light bulbs
(12:49):
and like her name is Brenda. And she looked at
me and she held her hand up probably like around
her kind of chest area like for height wise, and
she's you know, not that one is better than the other,
but like in this within the spirit world, she goes,
I'm kind of here and she's your friend Brenda. And
then she moves her hand up like whale like reaches
(13:11):
way over her head. She is your friend, Brenda's up here,
and her hair above her hair, but she weirdly could
reach above her which is crazy and so high. It's
so high. I think the higher the hair, the closer
to God. And so she reaches the way up there
and she goes, your friend has is so powerful that
she can blow things out. She can like blow out
light bulbs. She was, and I'm sure she does a
(13:32):
lot of other things that you're not aware of. And
I'm like, oh my god, I love you, but I
love her more now the light bulbs. That's one of
your special powers. And and again, like your conference from example,
when I get agitated and or stressed in whatever way
I am, it gets worse, it gets worse. Really've never
told me that, will you blow out my car? Yeah?
(13:53):
I did. I had a Chevy Tahoe. I love that
Car's living room on wheels is amazing and a Chevy
ha Ho hybrid and you borrowed it. She foolishly lent
it to me. Yeah, you are it one day in
l A and you returned it broken. I mean, not
a damn thing worked in that car. I mean I
(14:13):
turned it on and like all this weird ship started
having in a car and it was like there's a
poultergeist in my car. And I'm like, oh my god,
what you broke my car? How did you break my car?
It's just a little hangover, a little energy hangover. Time.
A friend came to pick me up and from the
airport in Connecticut and she comes picked me up for this.
(14:37):
It was a business trip, but she she picked me
up and we went out to brunch and we had
a great time. She dropped me up at the hotel.
She went home, and she went to get back in
her fancy Mercedes the next morning go to work. The
whole electrical system had to be replaced. Oh my god,
she was not my friend for long. So you so,
so you have the power to do that. And so
if you have the power and you're in a big
(14:58):
dumb human body like the rest of us, are spirits,
definitely well can manipulate electricity, and it's not part of
it is mean, but part of it is the energy
that I'm running right And so when I you know,
I have a cordless phone right hand set because people
need to know. So Brenda, I mean part of your
you do readings for people, and when you have a
(15:19):
bank of chrdless phones, yes, because when I'm doing readings,
the batteries drain, like a battery will last for you know,
a whole day, but if I'm doing readings, they last
for reading. Yeah. So's so I've got to have You
have a bank. You have a bank, she's a phone bank. Yes,
you ever wondered where a phone bank exists? It's in
Brenda's house, in the basement and all and I've seen them.
(15:42):
They're all lined up. And it's because I remember walking in,
I go, what's with all the phones? You got a
sex ring running in here? Like sex line? It's like,
what's with all the different numbers? Do you use a
different accent when some calls? Why? Why all the phones?
You're like, yeah, I drain them when I do I read.
It's the of course, the work drains them. But it's
like I like to say, you drain Okay, so one
(16:06):
thing we've also another thing we've talked about in terms
of signs has been music. And this has actually happened
to me a lot, and you talked about musical and
in the last episode it keeps running the theme of music, right, music,
it's it's it was interesting. Um when we lost Mona,
Mona mess with everything. Like everything on our list today
(16:29):
you can put Mona next to it because she was
a busy as ghosts. And she's still busy, but just
not as busy, Like she just is disruptive, She's not
as disruptive. She's busy, it's not as disruptive because she
was very disruptive and she did a few things that
she did. Just Um, in my car and the one
that you blew up, because you know, I bought that
(16:50):
car after Mona was killed the accident because she had
an older Ford explore, like when this big gass Ford
explores that didn't have all the safety for chers in it.
And so after their accident, I bought a brand new
car that was like bubble wrap, So that Tahoe was
was it my bubble wrap car for safety because of
(17:12):
what she had experienced. So maybe I'm alive today because
of move never done. So she would not only mess
with music. She would find it was one song and
it was psychedelic Furs ghost in You. That's awesome. So
she got very clever with her song choice and she
(17:33):
would whatever I had on she would she would skip
it to that. And now let's keep in mind, this
is solid state technology that we deal with. In solid
state technology means that even a bump something like that
cannot change a track, right, Like it's we're dealing with
hard drives and things like that. So it's that's what
it's called. That's still electronic because it is. But I
(17:53):
want people to know that it's like, not like I
hit a bump right and it moved over. It's not
like it's a it's a compact disc that would have
done something like that. Solid technology means it's solid right,
that's my nerd coming out in me. That's back from
my segate technology days. But I put your glasses up.
I've better take the tape off of the nose bridge.
I hear this so often from people that they will
(18:14):
be like, you know, I just been missing my mom
so much, or I'm missing my sister so much. And
I get in and you know that their song was
playing and you know, like I got that message, they
get so And what happens is when you get a
message or you get a sign like that, that confirmation,
the more you acknowledge it or share the story, it
like builds the energy circuit for spirits, so it gets
(18:35):
stronger and stronger, so you'll get it more and more,
and then they can bring in different signs. It's really fun,
but it builds the energy field in the connection in
the sweet way. Well don't you remember, because if you
haven't heard, I'm fifty that when we were here in
Atlanta and Harper came to visit and just to have
dinner with us since she went back to Nashville, just
a birthday dinner. And I looked at you guys, and
I looked at her and I said, do you hear that?
(18:56):
And I and she looked at me and it was
you were sitting right next to me. It was Rag
and bone Man the song Skin and it's her favorite
and it's definitely one of my top favorite songs. And
it's he's like a he's I think he's European or something.
I mean, it's not like it's a common song. It's
not a popular song. It's nothing. It's not like Taylor Swift. Right,
(19:17):
you can walk into a department store and hear Taylor Swift.
You're gonna walk into an elevator and you're gonna hear
Taylor Swift. You go into your cards with the radio,
you're gonna hear Taylor Swift. That is not Rag and Bone, man.
But we all have to be sitting there and I
hear it faintly at the Lowe's Hotel and their restaurant, right,
and it's there on my birthdays. Right, It's like, that's incredible.
(19:39):
You know, I love I love when they use music
to communicate with us. Clock's another thing, right, Yeah, that
those times, that's sacred threshold times, especially if you get
on the internet social media. That's how good that interweb thing,
the interweb machine shot I was doing so well? You did.
I'm I'm taking striking one or two one. But one
(20:01):
of the the things you see a lot on social
is you know the four or four four, eleven eleven
or whatever it is that you know that these numbers.
People will see them and they'll identify as divine timing
or angelic time, and they are the master numbers and numerology.
So those typically people will spark to a certain hour.
(20:24):
So if you say someone, oh it's three three, they're like, oh, yeah,
that's not my time. My time is one one one,
And you're like, oh my god, you're just an yeah
like they but people have these sparks. Have a confession.
Here we go, yeah, yeah, we're waiting for it. Took
it took a few It took twenty one minutes first
to get into my confession. But we got a confession.
Just change my California license plates over to Arkansas. And
(20:47):
I made friends with the woman at the d m
V in Springdale, Arkansas. She's lovely ps uh and I
hope someone's listening and they give her a raise, but
it's government so they probably wouldn't. So she was so
sweet and and I'm like, so what license plates you
got back there in the back And she's like, oh,
we're on number like nine to four tbh or whatever
(21:08):
it was. And I said, do you guys have other
ones in the back? You go pick something for me.
She's like, yeah, I'll go pick a license fight for you.
And I said, how about one one one? She's how
gonna get you? One? One one? And she's why I said,
because I want people who have a numerology thing with
one one one to know that that's a sign for them.
(21:29):
Does it count it's an intentional sign. Absolutely yes, this happens.
And so what happens. You're what you're doing is you're
helping spirit and saying, use me. I'm a spirit helper, right,
use me, and use you know, use this. I'm gonna
I'm gonna carry this frequency and if someone needs to
see that and put them behind me, I'm an elf. Yeah,
that's what I did. And now apparently I'm an elf
(21:50):
for spirit and absolutely absolutely help. I mean, I can't
even tell you how many times, like funny things will
show up in front of me on the highway, like
I would be going on place and I was walking
down the streets of New York and going to something
that was I was kind of nervous about and I
wanted to go really well. And I walked by the
(22:11):
place where I was turning on the sidewalk to go
into this building. I walked by this this truck that
was parked halfway in the street, halfway on the sidewalk
so I couldn't miss it. And it was in this
picture of Lakshmi, the goddess of abundance and good luck
and wisdom, was like it was like just this little
blessing and like thank you and my go to girl.
(22:34):
Right do you remember? You probably don't, because I know
when you read for people, it's their messages and they
walk away and they walk away with them, and that's
you don't retain those things. But when you this is
again after we first met and you had said to
me you were talking to Mona and you said, because
I think I asked, what's my sign? Is there a sign?
What's my sign? Kind of thing? And you said, well,
(22:57):
does the number six mean anything to you? I'm like no,
And you're like good because Mona wants the number six
to be your sign. I'm like, oh cool. So fast
forward not long. Susanne and I are in Palm Springs
and we're at the Agua Caliente Casino. So I like
to use my signs for so I watched it's different
(23:19):
than being a helper to spirit, but it's not so.
So I walked up to the roulette table and I
looked at sus and I said, you know, I'm just
going to play number six because that was the sign
from Mona. So I'm just going to play number six. Yeah,
I won. In fact, that six came up a lot
that I staid at that table for a while. Thank you,
miss Mona. I possibly was able to buy a new
(23:42):
mountain but because you. But I appreciate that numbersome. So
signs work. Those numbers are good. Yeah, they would pay
attention to your sign exactly. Um. And you know phones too,
like so joining the batteries we've already addressed. But so
we're being a little non linear, like you guys haven't
met us. So the other thing with phones from electronic
(24:03):
standpoint for people is you can get a call because
you know, we never race people in our address books.
And so I still have my mother, I still have
Aunt Marline. I still have their contacts in my vial.
These are all people who These are people who I've lost.
You didn't lose them, Okay, they lost their bodies. I
have Cindy Ray and there still. I mean, I still
have my people. But other people do the same thing.
(24:23):
And I've had reports from people how they've gotten calls
from loved ones who have passed, like hi, I'm here,
kind of thing which I would love to get a
call from my dead people. That's a note. Phones call
me on my phone, bring it on, mom. Oftentimes was
the way I hear is that people do get those
phone calls from their beloved who have passed, like on
(24:47):
the anniversary of their passing or something. On anniversaries, that's
what you get. Yeah, I've also had I have another
friend in the publishing world. Her name is Kathy Bird.
She's amazing. Kathy wrote the book The Boy Who Knew
Too Much, and it's about past lives and how her
son really either had the spirit of or connected to
(25:09):
the spirit of Luke Garrig and this amazing book. I
encourage every to go read it. But Kathy and I
have become friends, just like a Nata Moore. Johnny and
I have also become friends. And Kathy texted me one
day with all these screenshots of messages that were deleted
off her phone, deleted, they were gone, but they came back.
(25:31):
But they all had meaning and they were about because
she's trying to get her book made into a movie,
and so they were all about kind of movie making things.
But they were deleted or she got messages that were
on other people's phones that were being sent to hers
and not intentionally, like it was some really crazy like
spirit stuff going on. It's like they were beating her
upside the head, going you need to do X, sister,
(25:52):
and they were and again they talking to her through
the phone. So that's great opportunists. Electricity is super available
to them. I have one story A long time ago.
I was reading the book Many Lives, Many Masters of Faith. Right,
is so good? Everybody Many Lives, Many Masters. That is like,
you have to read that about Brian Weiss. Dr Brian
Weiss book We're getting to your sister. That book. That's awesome. Um,
(26:19):
and yeah, it's it's one of those great books. And
so I'm reading this book. I'm totally enthralled and and
it is a At the end they're talking about how
people have signs and messages of past lives, and I
literally was sitting on the couch just thinking, I wonder
if this could possibly be me and why I have
(26:40):
these other things going on that I don't have anyone
to talk to about, and I don't know how to
even say it, like, and I'm just sitting there contemplating
like maybe like just in that space, that he's actually
speaking to me. And my stereo across the room turned on. That.
(27:01):
It's like it was like spirit flick on the forehead,
on the forehead, pay attention. That's incredible. Get into a
class and do something. If somebody knows Dr Brian Wise,
will you tell him about our show because I would
love to talk. I know, only just want to talk.
I want to meet him. I have you ever met him? No? No,
(27:22):
we need to put that. We're putting that in our
vortex that we need to meet slash talk to Dr
Brian Wise. Get the word out. Oh yeah, we do.
So brave of him, right, so brave of him to
go forward and his journey. How incredible is that journey?
Everybody please read this, Read the Ghost Photographer, Read many
lives of any masters. That is like such a go
(27:43):
to for me, and I've read it multiple times. It's
just and I've asked others to do it. He does,
he does workshops. I just love him and we can
we can have a book club. He's been on, right,
So tell us about another way how else spirits communicate
with us? So many ways. A favorite way that people
(28:05):
actually experienced spirit is hot and cold. Right, there's a
sensitivity that when there's spirits in the room. Things can
people will either feel very hot or very cold, and
people in the same room, when the room gets crowded
with spirit will feel different, like, oh my god, I'm sweating.
This is so hot in here, and other people will
be freezing. I need something to wrap up in. Now,
that's not the only reason you would ever feel hot
(28:25):
or cold, but it's very clear that that's happening. So
um back in the day, was dating professional musician who
was on stage playing. And you've dated a lot, you'd
a lot. It was this one. Also named him his
name Jampling, Yes, And so he's a symphony musician. And
(28:46):
so he's playing and he is just working his little
hard out and and playing beautifully and red his face
was red. He was sweating, and you know, obviously it's
a physical job. And he's wearing this big jacket, you know,
heavy jacket, and he's he's very hot, and so I'm like, oh,
you know what, I can help cool him down. And
so I just very lovingly just enveloped him with a
(29:09):
light blue frequency the color like like frozen, right, the
movie Frozen, you know, when you got your point back relevance.
I am on a roll of people. So this heat
turned cool and he's playing, playing, playing, playing, and he
just looked up at me just a glance, because he
never did that, because he gave me my tickets. He
(29:31):
knew what I was sitting right, and even he looked
up at me just for a glance and looked down.
And then afterwards he's like, what did you do? That
was awesome? That's so crazy. So I think the universe
also gave us a producer that was meant in for
a world. And I think you guys have met Maya before.
I think my you've experienced the temperature changing I have.
(29:54):
I have a couple of interesting different stories with the
spirit world and connecting. But the one that is coming
to me right now that I'm thinking of is when
my grandmother passed, so a couple of years ago. It
was Thanksgiving Day. Um, out of nowhere, my grandmother goes
to the hospital. Really, I mean she was nineties. She
(30:16):
was in her nineties, so you know she was up there,
but she was doing quite well. She just kind of
fell faint, ended up going to the hospital and that
same day she passed. So our entire family was there
just for Thanksgiving. Everybody came and when we were in
the hospital, my boyfriend and I, you know, we decided, Oh,
I think it's time to go. She was still alive
(30:36):
at this point. Oh you know, we'll go, maybe we'll
come back. We're walking out of the hospital and as
soon as we're about to walk out of the door,
I get this little chill and I realized I forgot
my purse. So I walked back where we go back
to the room, and as soon as we walk up there,
she had just passed. Wow, it's so good. She's good.
(30:58):
She she fetched you. You were fetched, but she knew
that I didn't. I didn't want to be there at
the moment that it happened. So she had me leave
and then come back right after right after. Yeah, that's
a great connection. Right, way to go, grandma, way to go.
(31:19):
That's yes, And good for you for paying attention. Right,
So many times that'll happen and you'll be like, oh,
that air condition was just annoying me or something like
we make up stories instead of like didn't really down
in and going, oh wait, what's going on? Yeah, that's beautiful.
Thanks for sharing. Now, So what about our pets? Pats
(31:39):
pets totally dialed in? Pet you guys had a sign though,
like if you if you you know, have your dog
and your your cat and they're acting a certain way
or something, is that a way to know or think
maybe your loved ones are around us? Well, and we've
all had if you have a dog or a cat,
there are times when they'll go after something that you
can't see, and it's very clear that they are intentionally
(32:00):
engaged with something that's just invisible to you, and you
can pretty much guarantee that it's a spirit. Now, maybe
a spirit that's one of yours. It may just be
a spirit that's in the space. It may be a
drive by spirit. We don't know, but in the drive
by ones. It's actually good to know because like our
pets can alert us. You know, Homer was that dog
for me. I mean he was he was my protector dog. Yeah,
(32:21):
there's no doubt tele a protector dog. I even have
of my nine thousand pictures of ghosts, um, I have
several where you can actually see Homer looking at them,
and even have one where ghost is coming out of
his But I don't understand why it was on his butt,
not coming out of it. It was on it that
is his saggeration. Um, and you can see he's looking
at it and I'm like, I remember seeing that photo going,
(32:44):
oh he was not happy where that ghost was placed. Yeah,
he's like that's my butt. Yeah, I'll take that. I'll
take that. But but I I think that the the
they notify us, right, But I think it's a sign
for people too. So like if you aren't you know,
we've been through a lot of signs so far, and
if none of these are ringing true to you yet,
this might be one. If if you see your animals
(33:06):
acting in a certain way, if it brings you, you know,
maybe this is the one that brings you comfort, the
one that you see it's like, oh, my little fight
out by the way, every animal is not gonna be
named five unless are our animals? You know, is letting
you know that that there is someone around for you. Yeah.
They definitely are doing so much more than we are
always truss them. So when they bark and you're like
(33:28):
stop it, you know there's nothing there, Yeah, check yourself
because that's not true. That just means you can't see
that now, can't can't our loved ones make us feel them?
Can't they do that? Oh? Completely, completely and a lot
of times this is where the smell will come in,
or they'll they'll give you a feeling like a reminiscent,
Like all of a sudden, you'll be reminiscing about something.
(33:50):
You're like, oh, that wasn't I wasn't thinking about that
a minute ago. But it was with this other person,
right that that's passed on, and it's like you can
just feel them and it gets transmitted almost into sub
either way, like oh, I remember that, thank you, I
love you. You know you can really they just connected
in heart energy and they come in close and again
sometimes you feel heat or cold, but there's an absolute
(34:11):
connection there that they make their presence known. Had it?
Do you want to hear it? Of course? Because I
think I just told you this the other night and
you weren't aware, you didn't I had not told you
this story. And again it's Mona is a consistent theme.
Not long after she passed and we were all because
it was so sudden to all of us, you know,
and she was so big in everybody's life that she
(34:34):
was in. And I went to go see a friend
of hers that was a hairdresser, and I went to
see her to cut my hair. You know. I think
I was looking for anything to say to be connected,
and so it's like, well, like I'll go get my
hair cut hair, why not, right, and uh, because I
(34:56):
just want to talk about her, and I think that's
also part of what we do when we're grieving, right,
And so I go see her and it was Marty. Actually, Hi, Marty.
You probably never hear this about him, Marty. So on
the drive back and my big gass tahoe, I had
just gotten over the hill on the four oh five,
getting close to our exit to go home, and I'm
by myself in the car, and I remember feeling like
(35:19):
in the in the driver's side like this kind of
like I remember thinking like there's a ball of energy
that's near me, like kind of to the left of
the steering wheel, but low. And then all of a sudden,
that ball of energy goes in my body, like I
felt it enter into my body, and I start sobbing,
(35:39):
like uncontrollable sobbing, where I had to pull over on
the side of the road because I couldn't see, which
is not easy to do what you were driving, which
is not easy to do on the four or five,
And I felt her it was like her hug. It
was like an inside hug because I love I mean,
Mona was such a great hugger. I oh my god,
(36:00):
I love blah blah, such a great hugger. And I
fancy myself being a good hugger too, Just for the record, everybody.
But I just felt it. But it was like because
you had said you could feel things in your cells, right,
I felt her in every cell of my body and
it was so overwhelming. And the tears weren't of loss,
they were it was of love, absolutely, and I I
(36:23):
can it was so incredible. Yeah, that's a beautiful story.
So incredible story. Yes. And and another way that Sparits
connect with us is in our dream state. And we
call these visitations visitations, and they are so lifelike. You
could swear that you know they were there, and you
(36:45):
could smell them, and you could touch them and you
could talk to them. And they can be split seconds
long or they can be really long dreams. And I
love those. Oh my god, I love those. And I
think you know, we've talked about dream state the four
and you know, for those that either think they're crazy
because I don't think it's real, or somebody tells them
(37:06):
that they're crazy even though they thought it was real.
If you you discern yourself, if you if it felt
real to you, then that was a visitation. And remember
when you feel it, like sometimes we see it and
it doesn't feel real, but usually you know it was real,
like because you can feel it in your heart and
you can feel that joy that you only have with
(37:29):
that special person, like it's a special frequency for you.
I know when my brother comes to visit, we are
always outside because when we were growing up, we were
always outside. Like I'm not saying my mom locked us out,
but maybe but she may have out sanity check, but
we were just always out in sand, sandy and santity check.
(37:52):
I love that. I'm sorry playing with one so but
this was you know, And so when he comes to me,
we aren't always still playing outside and it's just such
a special special connection and of wake up so joyful
and so blessed, and I just want to go back
there again and again. And the other thing about dream
states is first of all, it's your dream. No one
(38:13):
can deny your dream. So there truth, Yeah, that's right. Truth.
So nobody can tell you, yeah, what your dream is
or that it was wrong, right. It's perfect um And
for people who don't have any quiet time in their
life for reflection or sit for meditation, the dream state
is the perfect palate because you haven't given spirit any
(38:34):
other opportunity. So that's the perfect palate for them to
engage with you. No judgment, but I'm just saying that,
you know, open up to the fact that the dreams
may be really packed full. That was me that it was.
I mean confession too, that was totally me. I I
left no room, I left no room for grace in
my life, for peace, for grace, for any I was
(38:56):
so busy. I was busy, being busy, need things to
make myself busy, the business of being busy, the business
of being busy. And so it's very real. And that's
when because Mona was the first one to come to
me like that that I can remember, and I knew
what she had done is something that she had not
(39:16):
done in the physical world. And that was actually my
first kind of clue because I also want to dissect it,
like I would be like, was this really real or
am I going crazy? I'm I'm mind playing tricks on me.
She had never leaned over and kiss me on the floor.
That was not her jam, That's not what she did,
and so I knew, based on what she had done
in that visitation that it was truly a visitation. Second
(39:37):
thing because of not paying attention. I love to drive,
and I'm we're super peaceful when I drive, because when
I drive, I only drive. I'm not somebody who looks around. Clearly,
I don't look it if holms are being built down
the street. For me, I'm when I drive, I'm a
very focused driver. But it leaves a lot of other space,
and so spirit comes to me a lot when I'm driving.
That caution, don't do this if you control it is
(40:00):
not my recommendation. It is not a recommendation. I do it.
I've learned to do it, but it's like not the
best thing. But then I've also learned to actually have
other space for them to come see me, right, So
I started learning to make space, and I imagine once
you did that, they don't come to you as much
when you're driving. No, they don't not as Again, this
is a very important thing to create space for the
opening for this sacred and it doesn't have to be
(40:23):
three hours a day. It can literally be three to
five minutes a day, because if you do it over time,
then you've done it a lot. It really adds up.
It doesn't it totally shuts up. It totally adds up.
And even if the spirit does come to you while
you're driving, I just have to tell you, which is
an extension from the story um from last week, which
is when Suzanne's friend named Philip came to visit her
(40:44):
but through me, and he was I was driving tek
me when I was driving, and and and at the end,
because for him it was the end. He had said
to me, he goes, I'm going to go now, because
the traffic is going to get it's gonna pick up.
It is gonna pick up. Its gonna a little ridiculous,
and you need to really focus on that. So he
wanted to make sure and he was right because we
(41:04):
were driving back from Sedona to Los Angeles. We were
going around it was around Palm Springs and people can
destrive crazy around Palm Springs for some weird reason on
the tent and people were driving like jackheads, and so
he knew that that was going to happen. And he's like,
I'm going to set you free. You need to focus
on this, So I'm just saying, yeah, they'll also help
you out. Look, I'm not saying that I have never
(41:26):
checked in with someone or something when I'm driving, but
in general I would encourage don't do it. Yeah, I
don't do it. Find your space off lies, don't use me.
I am no one's template. I mean, in general, I
am no one simpler. You are the template what not
to do. I am whatever I do or say, do
the opposite. Um, so watch the heat. Watch the heat
for real. When when I was first writing my book,
(41:48):
I had a colleague, Sally and and it was interesting
because she was this, um, very no nonsense type of woman,
and she had heard from somebody else that I was
actually writing this book. And she pulled me aside and
literally took me out of a building behind another building
to talk to me privately, which I thought was really
(42:09):
I had no idea what the hell is happening, and
be like, okay, this woman just pulled me into an
alley to talk to me. This can't be good. And
she scared me anyway. So and mind you, this is
on a movie lot, so there's lots of little buildings.
So she pulls me over and she starts telling me. She's, well,
I hear you're doing this thing. She goes, there's something
I have never told anybody, um that I I just
(42:31):
I want to believe that's true, and I wanted to
ask you. And my eyes are big on what's happening.
And she talked about on her father's birthday, not his passing,
but his birthday, that this dragonfly, yes, our winged messenger
friends this dragonfly, and she felt him. And so remember,
(42:53):
they will use their great opportunities. They will use any
medium they can. And so I medium, like me or Julian,
but like if I can love you call me a
medium by the way, because I find myself to be
a large But so you know, electronics, television, radio, birds
are notorious for delivering messages. They are insistent, and they
(43:16):
are great servants of spirit. Always bumblebees, um, dragonflies, hummingbird, hummingbird.
My woman loves her some humming. Yeah, And so they're
they're great, great messengers. And again it is I'm seeing
this thing and it's flying in a way that may
not be normal for that species. So it's definitely standing
out and getting my attention. And then drop into your heart,
(43:37):
feel what you're feeling. Like, wait, wait, what is this
helping me feel? What is this? What does this feel
like to me? And trust that let that be your message.
Super super important because those those wind creatures that UM
have a really high heart rate, write a fast heart rate,
like a dragonfly or a humming bird something like that
that typically um kind of dart around a lot or
(44:00):
move away from you if you're closer. If they start
coming in close to you and you've never experienced that before,
Like Brenda said, drop into your heart, man, because there's
something happening. I've even hard stories of pelicans. Pelican yeah,
like they like. So it doesn't have to be little ones.
Any winged being will do because they normally don't want
(44:21):
to be around it, like they just don't. But if
they show up and start just moving in an unusual way,
you're like, huh, that's interesting. Something that catches your attention
tune in right, or if they stop, Yeah, that's the
other thing. Well, anything that catches your attention, Yeah, that's
that's amazing. So I think we have covered We've covered
a lot of signs. We've got more to come, but
we opened up our eyes and saw the sign. I
(44:46):
just can't help but I love that song. I hope

attention and ask for them because because they're always there
to support us magic and that there's magic, because that
is magic, and we talk about the other side, but

to tell you who we are. I don't know. Please,
I don't know if anybody's noticed, but Brenda and I
are are are not alike. We're not the same part,
we are not the same. We're like in the important ways,
but we're very different. And when we really discovered who
(01:09):
we were in relation to one another, I think how
we interact is when we went to go see The
Heat together with Melissa McCarthy and Sandy Bullock, and because
I was working at Fox at the time, and it
was truly one of my favorite experiences I had at
that company, was marketing The Heat. I loved it so much.
(01:32):
We had such a good time, such a good time.
So we have, you know, when we would launch movies,
we would have previews and we're watching this movie and
we are elbowing each other the entire way through. So
we just kept sliding down just see it's laughing so
(01:52):
hard because it was just so we recognized those characters
so much. So in case for those of I haven't
seen The Heat, go watch The Heat. It's a really
great movie. So for those of you have been listening
and have seen The Heat, you can figure out that
I am the bliss of McCarthy character in this who
was I'm kept a foul mouth like Capital F foul mouth,
(02:16):
and I too like big subway sandwiches, like big heroes.
H And if I was into guns, which I'm not,
but if I was, I would, I would keep them
in a refrigerator just like she did. Very scrappy, very resourceful,
and dressed like she was homeless, which is mostly how
I dress. And then there's you dressed in comfy clothes. Yeah, no,
(02:39):
super And then there's you who always looks great always,
you always look great, and you were like the grown up.
You're more like the straight person and literally in our case,
you want to ste you're literally the straight one between
us in our group. Um end like I mean, so're
(03:01):
more put together, more like, you know, intelligent and also
doesn't know all references to culture. It's little isolated sometimes
and Augar, you have a top hat, which she didn't.
You probably have pajamas that look like a tuxedo. I
think you did, do you do? But that's us. We're
the odd couple. Are odd couple. And for those that
(03:23):
remember the odd couple, it was Felix and an Oscar
and those are two great names. This is our the
last part in our in the Dead People series, which
we always will talk about dead people. These are just
episodes that are dedicated to different aspects of what happens
(03:44):
to us and our loved ones when we when we cross,
what we do when we hang out as a spirit,
you know in Saturn. See previous episode right and last
episode Brennan I talked a lot about our communication with
the spirit world. And and for those of you who
you know don't communicate with the spirit world directly like
we do, we want to talk about the different signs. Brna.
(04:07):
What's your favorite sign that spirit gives us. There's so many, right,
there's so many, because it's all every time you notice
when your signs, it's like a celebration. It's a celebration
of that's right, life is magic. I forget that life
is magic. I forget that we get to interact with
the spirit world and that all our loved ones who
we've passed on and we missed so much, we are
not done interacting with them. And that's what makes me
(04:30):
so excited when people start identifying their signs, these sacred connections,
is that they remember their life is bigger than just
this one. And I love that so much. So that's
what I get really excited about. But the ones that
I just like, I'm so totally excited about. You're like,
wow with the Wawi factor are when spirits will actually
(04:52):
move an object. My favorite. This is amazing, right, because
they have to be so masterful in condensing their energy
and slowing it down to impact a physical item. It's
so impressive. And usually for the master's spirits, it's you know,
(05:12):
their masters, so it's not that hard. But for our
loved ones, when they are able to like really focus
that much, it's really impressive work. Like, so it takes
a little practice, takes a lot of I have a story.
You are you shocked. I have a story about this,
but I do. If you've listened to us before, you've
heard us talk about my friend and now Brenda's Harper Gray.
(05:35):
So I told the story actually of her grandfather who
had not passed and how he communicated with me. But
not long after that, Harper called me from her house
and she goes, it feels weird and I'm kind of scared.
So she was like doing that, I'm fearful call like
what do I do kind of thing. I said, well,
let me just kind of protect, let me can see
what's going on. And then I hear her screech on
(05:58):
the phone could come and no, it's not. And then
there's a screech, right, so she is like, oh my god,
oh my god, oh my god, oh my god, and
she's like panicking on the like you need to just
sit down, you need to tell me what you use
your words and tell me what happened. She's like, her
dog had has a tennis ball that she plays with,
(06:20):
and she goes the tennis ball like five seconds ago,
was on the ground, now it's on the window sill.
I said, okay, hold on a second, let me look
and see who this might be. And she's pants. She's
like she's wanting to tear out of her house and
never go back again. I'm on the other end of
the phone. I of course close my eyes because that's
how I see. And I say, was your great grandmother
(06:43):
named Eva or Eva or something? And she's like, yeah,
that's my great grandmother. I said, okay, I said did
she have a walker and she's yeah, she did. I go, so,
I'm guessing that you guys used to cut tennis balls
and put them on the you know, the feet of
the of the walkers, so it moved is better. She's like,
that's exactly what we did. And I so that's your
(07:04):
great grandmother, So run fast, right, and to say, you know, like,
if you're scared of tennis ball's moving, you know, you
gotta check yourself, right. But you know what this and
I'll actually say in all seriousness in her defense. The
whole spirit world thing at that time was very new
to her. It's not new to her now because she
(07:26):
has her own gifts that are like going wild, but
it's new to her, and I think when it's new
to you, it can be scary because you don't know
what in the world's going on, and you don't know
when it's going to stop. No, it does, it go
to knives flying like I get that. Of course, it's
like you can't go to sleep. But now, if she
called me and said that, I'd be like, oh, girl,
(07:46):
calm your ship down. You know it's fine. But I
couldn't say that then, right, And I also know that
her great grandmother would not have done that if I
were not on the phone with her. I think they're
also smart like that, right, Like her grandmother didn't want
to pet you fine and terrify her. Her grandmother want
to know she was around, and she did it masterfully.
That's some impressive work. Moving a tennis ball from the
(08:08):
ground to a window sill and moving from the window
sill to the ground not as impressive, but gravity. Gravity
is still here, still super incredibly cool. Yes, So how else?
What else? How else do spirits communicate with. They show
up in a lot of ways. So moving things physically is,
like I said, sort of the advanced version. The things
(08:29):
that are more accessible shall we call them more accessible
for spirits because think of it, they don't have a body,
their energy, They are literally energy. So electricity is a
really accessible way for them to set up signs. Now,
one of the most the one that people most aware of,
I think is flashing lights because this is how it
(08:50):
showed up in Stranger Things. Oh it totally did. I
love Stranger Things. One loves Stranger Things. Look at Brenda,
look at you. Culture watching something that people have heard
of that from this decade, and because it's scary, I
have to watch it, like in fifteen minute increments, I
binge it. I know you're gray, right, but I'm Lissa
(09:11):
McCarthy in the heat. She's a benger. Yeah. Lights, I've had,
I mean lights all the time actually because again it's electricity,
so it's easy for them. So can I tell you
that I didn't even know the stories relating. You have
no idea what I'm not ready to say that this
is one of my I've had a lot of amazing
moments when I worked at Fox I loved it. I
love that job. It was the greatest job I've ever had,
(09:33):
next to this one. This is definitely the greatest I've
ever had. And there was a day and our conference
room and in the conversation was it was fancy, like
it had these five, I guess five screens, big screens,
and lots a lot of electronics in this room, like
it was a powerhouse of electricity. Literally, it was a powerhouse.
(09:56):
And there was a moment when I don't remember what
the meeting was about, but I got a little angry, angry.
It's like I was fed up, and I ended up.
I raised both my hands up like I was a preacher.
That's the best way I can explain it to people
who are listening right now, is like, because if they're
up now, you just can't see me. And I raised
(10:18):
my hands up. I'm like, no, it's not right. And
I went ah. And when I all the electricity in
the room went off, the lights and only in that room.
The lights went off, all the power of the TVs
went off, everything off the whole place, and there was
at least twenty people in the room. They all felt dead, silent,
(10:40):
and they looked at me like I was a witch,
and the ones who knew me were like, how did
you do that good party track? That's a really great
party track. But I don't know if that was me
or if somebody was doing it for me. Maybe my
mom was acting as a wingman, and like, I want
to make a point from my kid, and I want
to shut this ship down so they know that she's serious. Well,
(11:01):
and don't underestimate. Really, you can give off that kind
of spark, right, we can individually do that. We all
know someone who can't wear watches because they shut them down.
My grandfather was like that. My friend Sarah cannot have
her iPhone around because she has to. But she's always
on one percent battery. She can charge that seconds later
(11:21):
it goes from full to like one percent. She is
the one percenter. You talk about one percent of the population,
it's her. But we're talking about battery straight. Yeah. And
and because we have again, everyone has their own frequency,
and some of those frequencies just drain batteries. Well, there's
one thing you do. Yeah, my superpower is not draining batteries.
Although sometimes that's hard. Um, sometimes I'm hard on batteries. Um.
(11:45):
But lights in general light blow a lot of light bulbs.
I love it about you. I remember the first time
I met Teresa ca Pudo. I don't know how many
years ago it was, but I remember when I first
met I was so excited to meet her. And she
walked into the rest strong and she's that whole like
lip bity thing and start talking about my mother because
she's ever present. But we sit down and I sit
(12:06):
next to her, and and I was naive. I think
is a fair word. Naive is a great word. Um
naive um. But as we know, I like to talk.
So we have a podcast. And so I turned to
her and I say, so have a question. She's like,
what's that. I go, do you blow out light bulbs?
(12:27):
And literally that's how I asked it. She's thinking they
all do this. No, it was interesting. And I said,
do you blow up light blow out light bulbs? And
she goes, no, why are you asking me this? Well
kind of she looked at she had this look on
her face, and I said, well, I'm asking because we
have a really good friend that blows out light bulbs
(12:49):
and like her name is Brenda. And she looked at
me and she held her hand up probably like around
her kind of chest area like for height wise, and
she's you know, not that one is better than the other,
but like in this within the spirit world, she goes,
I'm kind of here and she's your friend Brenda. And
then she moves her hand up like whale like reaches
(13:11):
way over her head. She is your friend, Brenda's up here,
and her hair above her hair, but she weirdly could
reach above her which is crazy and so high. It's
so high. I think the higher the hair, the closer
to God. And so she reaches the way up there
and she goes, your friend has is so powerful that
she can blow things out. She can like blow out
light bulbs. She was, and I'm sure she does a
(13:32):
lot of other things that you're not aware of. And
I'm like, oh my god, I love you, but I
love her more now the light bulbs. That's one of
your special powers. And and again, like your conference from example,
when I get agitated and or stressed in whatever way
I am, it gets worse, it gets worse. Really've never
told me that, will you blow out my car? Yeah?
(13:53):
I did. I had a Chevy Tahoe. I love that
Car's living room on wheels is amazing and a Chevy
ha Ho hybrid and you borrowed it. She foolishly lent
it to me. Yeah, you are it one day in
l A and you returned it broken. I mean, not
a damn thing worked in that car. I mean I
(14:13):
turned it on and like all this weird ship started
having in a car and it was like there's a
poultergeist in my car. And I'm like, oh my god,
what you broke my car? How did you break my car?
It's just a little hangover, a little energy hangover. Time.
A friend came to pick me up and from the
airport in Connecticut and she comes picked me up for this.
(14:37):
It was a business trip, but she she picked me
up and we went out to brunch and we had
a great time. She dropped me up at the hotel.
She went home, and she went to get back in
her fancy Mercedes the next morning go to work. The
whole electrical system had to be replaced. Oh my god,
she was not my friend for long. So you so,
so you have the power to do that. And so
if you have the power and you're in a big
(14:58):
dumb human body like the rest of us, are spirits,
definitely well can manipulate electricity, and it's not part of
it is mean, but part of it is the energy
that I'm running right And so when I you know,
I have a cordless phone right hand set because people
need to know. So Brenda, I mean part of your
you do readings for people, and when you have a
(15:19):
bank of chrdless phones, yes, because when I'm doing readings,
the batteries drain, like a battery will last for you know,
a whole day, but if I'm doing readings, they last
for reading. Yeah. So's so I've got to have You
have a bank. You have a bank, she's a phone bank. Yes,
you ever wondered where a phone bank exists? It's in
Brenda's house, in the basement and all and I've seen them.
(15:42):
They're all lined up. And it's because I remember walking in,
I go, what's with all the phones? You got a
sex ring running in here? Like sex line? It's like,
what's with all the different numbers? Do you use a
different accent when some calls? Why? Why all the phones?
You're like, yeah, I drain them when I do I read.
It's the of course, the work drains them. But it's
like I like to say, you drain Okay, so one
(16:06):
thing we've also another thing we've talked about in terms
of signs has been music. And this has actually happened
to me a lot, and you talked about musical and
in the last episode it keeps running the theme of music, right, music,
it's it's it was interesting. Um when we lost Mona,
Mona mess with everything. Like everything on our list today
(16:29):
you can put Mona next to it because she was
a busy as ghosts. And she's still busy, but just
not as busy, Like she just is disruptive, She's not
as disruptive. She's busy, it's not as disruptive because she
was very disruptive and she did a few things that
she did. Just Um, in my car and the one
that you blew up, because you know, I bought that
(16:50):
car after Mona was killed the accident because she had
an older Ford explore, like when this big gass Ford
explores that didn't have all the safety for chers in it.
And so after their accident, I bought a brand new
car that was like bubble wrap, So that Tahoe was
was it my bubble wrap car for safety because of
(17:12):
what she had experienced. So maybe I'm alive today because
of move never done. So she would not only mess
with music. She would find it was one song and
it was psychedelic Furs ghost in You. That's awesome. So
she got very clever with her song choice and she
(17:33):
would whatever I had on she would she would skip
it to that. And now let's keep in mind, this
is solid state technology that we deal with. In solid
state technology means that even a bump something like that
cannot change a track, right, Like it's we're dealing with
hard drives and things like that. So it's that's what
it's called. That's still electronic because it is. But I
(17:53):
want people to know that it's like, not like I
hit a bump right and it moved over. It's not
like it's a it's a compact disc that would have
done something like that. Solid technology means it's solid right,
that's my nerd coming out in me. That's back from
my segate technology days. But I put your glasses up.
I've better take the tape off of the nose bridge.
I hear this so often from people that they will
(18:14):
be like, you know, I just been missing my mom
so much, or I'm missing my sister so much. And
I get in and you know that their song was
playing and you know, like I got that message, they
get so And what happens is when you get a
message or you get a sign like that, that confirmation,
the more you acknowledge it or share the story, it
like builds the energy circuit for spirits, so it gets
(18:35):
stronger and stronger, so you'll get it more and more,
and then they can bring in different signs. It's really fun,
but it builds the energy field in the connection in
the sweet way. Well don't you remember, because if you
haven't heard, I'm fifty that when we were here in
Atlanta and Harper came to visit and just to have
dinner with us since she went back to Nashville, just
a birthday dinner. And I looked at you guys, and
I looked at her and I said, do you hear that?
(18:56):
And I and she looked at me and it was
you were sitting right next to me. It was Rag
and bone Man the song Skin and it's her favorite
and it's definitely one of my top favorite songs. And
it's he's like a he's I think he's European or something.
I mean, it's not like it's a common song. It's
not a popular song. It's nothing. It's not like Taylor Swift. Right,
(19:17):
you can walk into a department store and hear Taylor Swift.
You're gonna walk into an elevator and you're gonna hear
Taylor Swift. You go into your cards with the radio,
you're gonna hear Taylor Swift. That is not Rag and Bone, man.
But we all have to be sitting there and I
hear it faintly at the Lowe's Hotel and their restaurant, right,
and it's there on my birthdays. Right, It's like, that's incredible.
(19:39):
You know, I love I love when they use music
to communicate with us. Clock's another thing, right, Yeah, that
those times, that's sacred threshold times, especially if you get
on the internet social media. That's how good that interweb thing,
the interweb machine shot I was doing so well? You did.
I'm I'm taking striking one or two one. But one
(20:01):
of the the things you see a lot on social
is you know the four or four four, eleven eleven
or whatever it is that you know that these numbers.
People will see them and they'll identify as divine timing
or angelic time, and they are the master numbers and numerology.
So those typically people will spark to a certain hour.
(20:24):
So if you say someone, oh it's three three, they're like, oh, yeah,
that's not my time. My time is one one one,
And you're like, oh my god, you're just an yeah
like they but people have these sparks. Have a confession.
Here we go, yeah, yeah, we're waiting for it. Took
it took a few It took twenty one minutes first
to get into my confession. But we got a confession.
Just change my California license plates over to Arkansas. And
(20:47):
I made friends with the woman at the d m
V in Springdale, Arkansas. She's lovely ps uh and I
hope someone's listening and they give her a raise, but
it's government so they probably wouldn't. So she was so
sweet and and I'm like, so what license plates you
got back there in the back And she's like, oh,
we're on number like nine to four tbh or whatever
(21:08):
it was. And I said, do you guys have other
ones in the back? You go pick something for me.
She's like, yeah, I'll go pick a license fight for you.
And I said, how about one one one? She's how
gonna get you? One? One one? And she's why I said,
because I want people who have a numerology thing with
one one one to know that that's a sign for them.
(21:29):
Does it count it's an intentional sign. Absolutely yes, this happens.
And so what happens. You're what you're doing is you're
helping spirit and saying, use me. I'm a spirit helper, right,
use me, and use you know, use this. I'm gonna
I'm gonna carry this frequency and if someone needs to
see that and put them behind me, I'm an elf. Yeah,
that's what I did. And now apparently I'm an elf
(21:50):
for spirit and absolutely absolutely help. I mean, I can't
even tell you how many times, like funny things will
show up in front of me on the highway, like
I would be going on place and I was walking
down the streets of New York and going to something
that was I was kind of nervous about and I
wanted to go really well. And I walked by the
(22:11):
place where I was turning on the sidewalk to go
into this building. I walked by this this truck that
was parked halfway in the street, halfway on the sidewalk
so I couldn't miss it. And it was in this
picture of Lakshmi, the goddess of abundance and good luck
and wisdom, was like it was like just this little
blessing and like thank you and my go to girl.
(22:34):
Right do you remember? You probably don't, because I know
when you read for people, it's their messages and they
walk away and they walk away with them, and that's
you don't retain those things. But when you this is
again after we first met and you had said to
me you were talking to Mona and you said, because
I think I asked, what's my sign? Is there a sign?
What's my sign? Kind of thing? And you said, well,
(22:57):
does the number six mean anything to you? I'm like no,
And you're like good because Mona wants the number six
to be your sign. I'm like, oh cool. So fast
forward not long. Susanne and I are in Palm Springs
and we're at the Agua Caliente Casino. So I like
to use my signs for so I watched it's different
(23:19):
than being a helper to spirit, but it's not so.
So I walked up to the roulette table and I
looked at sus and I said, you know, I'm just
going to play number six because that was the sign
from Mona. So I'm just going to play number six. Yeah,
I won. In fact, that six came up a lot
that I staid at that table for a while. Thank you,
miss Mona. I possibly was able to buy a new
(23:42):
mountain but because you. But I appreciate that numbersome. So
signs work. Those numbers are good. Yeah, they would pay
attention to your sign exactly. Um. And you know phones too,
like so joining the batteries we've already addressed. But so
we're being a little non linear, like you guys haven't
met us. So the other thing with phones from electronic
(24:03):
standpoint for people is you can get a call because
you know, we never race people in our address books.
And so I still have my mother, I still have
Aunt Marline. I still have their contacts in my vial.
These are all people who These are people who I've lost.
You didn't lose them, Okay, they lost their bodies. I
have Cindy Ray and there still. I mean, I still
have my people. But other people do the same thing.
(24:23):
And I've had reports from people how they've gotten calls
from loved ones who have passed, like hi, I'm here,
kind of thing which I would love to get a
call from my dead people. That's a note. Phones call
me on my phone, bring it on, mom. Oftentimes was
the way I hear is that people do get those
phone calls from their beloved who have passed, like on
(24:47):
the anniversary of their passing or something. On anniversaries, that's
what you get. Yeah, I've also had I have another
friend in the publishing world. Her name is Kathy Bird.
She's amazing. Kathy wrote the book The Boy Who Knew
Too Much, and it's about past lives and how her
son really either had the spirit of or connected to
(25:09):
the spirit of Luke Garrig and this amazing book. I
encourage every to go read it. But Kathy and I
have become friends, just like a Nata Moore. Johnny and
I have also become friends. And Kathy texted me one
day with all these screenshots of messages that were deleted
off her phone, deleted, they were gone, but they came back.
(25:31):
But they all had meaning and they were about because
she's trying to get her book made into a movie,
and so they were all about kind of movie making things.
But they were deleted or she got messages that were
on other people's phones that were being sent to hers
and not intentionally, like it was some really crazy like
spirit stuff going on. It's like they were beating her
upside the head, going you need to do X, sister,
(25:52):
and they were and again they talking to her through
the phone. So that's great opportunists. Electricity is super available
to them. I have one story A long time ago.
I was reading the book Many Lives, Many Masters of Faith. Right,
is so good? Everybody Many Lives, Many Masters. That is like,
you have to read that about Brian Weiss. Dr Brian
Weiss book We're getting to your sister. That book. That's awesome. Um,
(26:19):
and yeah, it's it's one of those great books. And
so I'm reading this book. I'm totally enthralled and and
it is a At the end they're talking about how
people have signs and messages of past lives, and I
literally was sitting on the couch just thinking, I wonder
if this could possibly be me and why I have
(26:40):
these other things going on that I don't have anyone
to talk to about, and I don't know how to
even say it, like, and I'm just sitting there contemplating
like maybe like just in that space, that he's actually
speaking to me. And my stereo across the room turned on. That.
(27:01):
It's like it was like spirit flick on the forehead,
on the forehead, pay attention. That's incredible. Get into a
class and do something. If somebody knows Dr Brian Wise,
will you tell him about our show because I would
love to talk. I know, only just want to talk.
I want to meet him. I have you ever met him? No? No,
(27:22):
we need to put that. We're putting that in our
vortex that we need to meet slash talk to Dr
Brian Wise. Get the word out. Oh yeah, we do.
So brave of him, right, so brave of him to
go forward and his journey. How incredible is that journey?
Everybody please read this, Read the Ghost Photographer, Read many
lives of any masters. That is like such a go
(27:43):
to for me, and I've read it multiple times. It's
just and I've asked others to do it. He does,
he does workshops. I just love him and we can
we can have a book club. He's been on, right,
So tell us about another way how else spirits communicate
with us? So many ways. A favorite way that people
(28:05):
actually experienced spirit is hot and cold. Right, there's a
sensitivity that when there's spirits in the room. Things can
people will either feel very hot or very cold, and
people in the same room, when the room gets crowded
with spirit will feel different, like, oh my god, I'm sweating.
This is so hot in here, and other people will
be freezing. I need something to wrap up in. Now,
that's not the only reason you would ever feel hot
(28:25):
or cold, but it's very clear that that's happening. So
um back in the day, was dating professional musician who
was on stage playing. And you've dated a lot, you'd
a lot. It was this one. Also named him his
name Jampling, Yes, And so he's a symphony musician. And
(28:46):
so he's playing and he is just working his little
hard out and and playing beautifully and red his face
was red. He was sweating, and you know, obviously it's
a physical job. And he's wearing this big jacket, you know,
heavy jacket, and he's he's very hot, and so I'm like, oh,
you know what, I can help cool him down. And
so I just very lovingly just enveloped him with a
(29:09):
light blue frequency the color like like frozen, right, the
movie Frozen, you know, when you got your point back relevance.
I am on a roll of people. So this heat
turned cool and he's playing, playing, playing, playing, and he
just looked up at me just a glance, because he
never did that, because he gave me my tickets. He
(29:31):
knew what I was sitting right, and even he looked
up at me just for a glance and looked down.
And then afterwards he's like, what did you do? That
was awesome? That's so crazy. So I think the universe
also gave us a producer that was meant in for
a world. And I think you guys have met Maya before.
I think my you've experienced the temperature changing I have.
(29:54):
I have a couple of interesting different stories with the
spirit world and connecting. But the one that is coming
to me right now that I'm thinking of is when
my grandmother passed, so a couple of years ago. It
was Thanksgiving Day. Um, out of nowhere, my grandmother goes
to the hospital. Really, I mean she was nineties. She
(30:16):
was in her nineties, so you know she was up there,
but she was doing quite well. She just kind of
fell faint, ended up going to the hospital and that
same day she passed. So our entire family was there
just for Thanksgiving. Everybody came and when we were in
the hospital, my boyfriend and I, you know, we decided, Oh,
I think it's time to go. She was still alive
(30:36):
at this point. Oh you know, we'll go, maybe we'll
come back. We're walking out of the hospital and as
soon as we're about to walk out of the door,
I get this little chill and I realized I forgot
my purse. So I walked back where we go back
to the room, and as soon as we walk up there,
she had just passed. Wow, it's so good. She's good.
(30:58):
She she fetched you. You were fetched, but she knew
that I didn't. I didn't want to be there at
the moment that it happened. So she had me leave
and then come back right after right after. Yeah, that's
a great connection. Right, way to go, grandma, way to go.
(31:19):
That's yes, And good for you for paying attention. Right,
So many times that'll happen and you'll be like, oh,
that air condition was just annoying me or something like
we make up stories instead of like didn't really down
in and going, oh wait, what's going on? Yeah, that's beautiful.
Thanks for sharing. Now, So what about our pets? Pats
(31:39):
pets totally dialed in? Pet you guys had a sign though,
like if you if you you know, have your dog
and your your cat and they're acting a certain way
or something, is that a way to know or think
maybe your loved ones are around us? Well, and we've
all had if you have a dog or a cat,
there are times when they'll go after something that you
can't see, and it's very clear that they are intentionally
(32:00):
engaged with something that's just invisible to you, and you
can pretty much guarantee that it's a spirit. Now, maybe
a spirit that's one of yours. It may just be
a spirit that's in the space. It may be a
drive by spirit. We don't know, but in the drive
by ones. It's actually good to know because like our
pets can alert us. You know, Homer was that dog
for me. I mean he was he was my protector dog. Yeah,
(32:21):
there's no doubt tele a protector dog. I even have
of my nine thousand pictures of ghosts, um, I have
several where you can actually see Homer looking at them,
and even have one where ghost is coming out of
his But I don't understand why it was on his butt,
not coming out of it. It was on it that
is his saggeration. Um, and you can see he's looking
at it and I'm like, I remember seeing that photo going,
(32:44):
oh he was not happy where that ghost was placed. Yeah,
he's like that's my butt. Yeah, I'll take that. I'll
take that. But but I I think that the the
they notify us, right, But I think it's a sign
for people too. So like if you aren't you know,
we've been through a lot of signs so far, and
if none of these are ringing true to you yet,
this might be one. If if you see your animals
(33:06):
acting in a certain way, if it brings you, you know,
maybe this is the one that brings you comfort, the
one that you see it's like, oh, my little fight
out by the way, every animal is not gonna be
named five unless are our animals? You know, is letting
you know that that there is someone around for you. Yeah.
They definitely are doing so much more than we are
always truss them. So when they bark and you're like
(33:28):
stop it, you know there's nothing there, Yeah, check yourself
because that's not true. That just means you can't see
that now, can't can't our loved ones make us feel them?
Can't they do that? Oh? Completely, completely and a lot
of times this is where the smell will come in,
or they'll they'll give you a feeling like a reminiscent,
Like all of a sudden, you'll be reminiscing about something.
(33:50):
You're like, oh, that wasn't I wasn't thinking about that
a minute ago. But it was with this other person,
right that that's passed on, and it's like you can
just feel them and it gets transmitted almost into sub
either way, like oh, I remember that, thank you, I
love you. You know you can really they just connected
in heart energy and they come in close and again
sometimes you feel heat or cold, but there's an absolute
(34:11):
connection there that they make their presence known. Had it?
Do you want to hear it? Of course? Because I
think I just told you this the other night and
you weren't aware, you didn't I had not told you
this story. And again it's Mona is a consistent theme.
Not long after she passed and we were all because
it was so sudden to all of us, you know,
and she was so big in everybody's life that she
(34:34):
was in. And I went to go see a friend
of hers that was a hairdresser, and I went to
see her to cut my hair. You know. I think
I was looking for anything to say to be connected,
and so it's like, well, like I'll go get my
hair cut hair, why not, right, and uh, because I
(34:56):
just want to talk about her, and I think that's
also part of what we do when we're grieving, right,
And so I go see her and it was Marty. Actually, Hi, Marty.
You probably never hear this about him, Marty. So on
the drive back and my big gass tahoe, I had
just gotten over the hill on the four oh five,
getting close to our exit to go home, and I'm
by myself in the car, and I remember feeling like
(35:19):
in the in the driver's side like this kind of
like I remember thinking like there's a ball of energy
that's near me, like kind of to the left of
the steering wheel, but low. And then all of a sudden,
that ball of energy goes in my body, like I
felt it enter into my body, and I start sobbing,
(35:39):
like uncontrollable sobbing, where I had to pull over on
the side of the road because I couldn't see, which
is not easy to do what you were driving, which
is not easy to do on the four or five,
And I felt her it was like her hug. It
was like an inside hug because I love I mean,
Mona was such a great hugger. I oh my god,
(36:00):
I love blah blah, such a great hugger. And I
fancy myself being a good hugger too, Just for the record, everybody.
But I just felt it. But it was like because
you had said you could feel things in your cells, right,
I felt her in every cell of my body and
it was so overwhelming. And the tears weren't of loss,
they were it was of love, absolutely, and I I
(36:23):
can it was so incredible. Yeah, that's a beautiful story.
So incredible story. Yes. And and another way that Sparits
connect with us is in our dream state. And we
call these visitations visitations, and they are so lifelike. You
could swear that you know they were there, and you
(36:45):
could smell them, and you could touch them and you
could talk to them. And they can be split seconds
long or they can be really long dreams. And I
love those. Oh my god, I love those. And I
think you know, we've talked about dream state the four
and you know, for those that either think they're crazy
because I don't think it's real, or somebody tells them
(37:06):
that they're crazy even though they thought it was real.
If you you discern yourself, if you if it felt
real to you, then that was a visitation. And remember
when you feel it, like sometimes we see it and
it doesn't feel real, but usually you know it was real,
like because you can feel it in your heart and
you can feel that joy that you only have with
(37:29):
that special person, like it's a special frequency for you.
I know when my brother comes to visit, we are
always outside because when we were growing up, we were
always outside. Like I'm not saying my mom locked us out,
but maybe but she may have out sanity check, but
we were just always out in sand, sandy and santity check.
(37:52):
I love that. I'm sorry playing with one so but
this was you know, And so when he comes to me,
we aren't always still playing outside and it's just such
a special special connection and of wake up so joyful
and so blessed, and I just want to go back
there again and again. And the other thing about dream
states is first of all, it's your dream. No one
(38:13):
can deny your dream. So there truth, Yeah, that's right. Truth.
So nobody can tell you, yeah, what your dream is
or that it was wrong, right. It's perfect um And
for people who don't have any quiet time in their
life for reflection or sit for meditation, the dream state
is the perfect palate because you haven't given spirit any
(38:34):
other opportunity. So that's the perfect palate for them to
engage with you. No judgment, but I'm just saying that,
you know, open up to the fact that the dreams
may be really packed full. That was me that it was.
I mean confession too, that was totally me. I I
left no room, I left no room for grace in
my life, for peace, for grace, for any I was
(38:56):
so busy. I was busy, being busy, need things to
make myself busy, the business of being busy, the business
of being busy. And so it's very real. And that's
when because Mona was the first one to come to
me like that that I can remember, and I knew
what she had done is something that she had not
(39:16):
done in the physical world. And that was actually my
first kind of clue because I also want to dissect it,
like I would be like, was this really real or
am I going crazy? I'm I'm mind playing tricks on me.
She had never leaned over and kiss me on the floor.
That was not her jam, That's not what she did,
and so I knew, based on what she had done
in that visitation that it was truly a visitation. Second
(39:37):
thing because of not paying attention. I love to drive,
and I'm we're super peaceful when I drive, because when
I drive, I only drive. I'm not somebody who looks around. Clearly,
I don't look it if holms are being built down
the street. For me, I'm when I drive, I'm a
very focused driver. But it leaves a lot of other space,
and so spirit comes to me a lot when I'm driving.
That caution, don't do this if you control it is
(40:00):
not my recommendation. It is not a recommendation. I do it.
I've learned to do it, but it's like not the
best thing. But then I've also learned to actually have
other space for them to come see me, right, So
I started learning to make space, and I imagine once
you did that, they don't come to you as much
when you're driving. No, they don't not as Again, this
is a very important thing to create space for the
opening for this sacred and it doesn't have to be
(40:23):
three hours a day. It can literally be three to
five minutes a day, because if you do it over time,
then you've done it a lot. It really adds up.
It doesn't it totally shuts up. It totally adds up.
And even if the spirit does come to you while
you're driving, I just have to tell you, which is
an extension from the story um from last week, which
is when Suzanne's friend named Philip came to visit her
(40:44):
but through me, and he was I was driving tek
me when I was driving, and and and at the end,
because for him it was the end. He had said
to me, he goes, I'm going to go now, because
the traffic is going to get it's gonna pick up.
It is gonna pick up. Its gonna a little ridiculous,
and you need to really focus on that. So he
wanted to make sure and he was right because we
(41:04):
were driving back from Sedona to Los Angeles. We were
going around it was around Palm Springs and people can
destrive crazy around Palm Springs for some weird reason on
the tent and people were driving like jackheads, and so
he knew that that was going to happen. And he's like,
I'm going to set you free. You need to focus
on this, So I'm just saying, yeah, they'll also help
you out. Look, I'm not saying that I have never
(41:26):
checked in with someone or something when I'm driving, but
in general I would encourage don't do it. Yeah, I
don't do it. Find your space off lies, don't use me.
I am no one's template. I mean, in general, I
am no one simpler. You are the template what not
to do. I am whatever I do or say, do
the opposite. Um, so watch the heat. Watch the heat
for real. When when I was first writing my book,
(41:48):
I had a colleague, Sally and and it was interesting
because she was this, um, very no nonsense type of woman,
and she had heard from somebody else that I was
actually writing this book. And she pulled me aside and
literally took me out of a building behind another building
to talk to me privately, which I thought was really
(42:09):
I had no idea what the hell is happening, and
be like, okay, this woman just pulled me into an
alley to talk to me. This can't be good. And
she scared me anyway. So and mind you, this is
on a movie lot, so there's lots of little buildings.
So she pulls me over and she starts telling me. She's, well,
I hear you're doing this thing. She goes, there's something
I have never told anybody, um that I I just
(42:31):
I want to believe that's true, and I wanted to
ask you. And my eyes are big on what's happening.
And she talked about on her father's birthday, not his passing,
but his birthday, that this dragonfly, yes, our winged messenger
friends this dragonfly, and she felt him. And so remember,
(42:53):
they will use their great opportunities. They will use any
medium they can. And so I medium, like me or Julian,
but like if I can love you call me a
medium by the way, because I find myself to be
a large But so you know, electronics, television, radio, birds
are notorious for delivering messages. They are insistent, and they
(43:16):
are great servants of spirit. Always bumblebees, um, dragonflies, hummingbird, hummingbird.
My woman loves her some humming. Yeah, And so they're
they're great, great messengers. And again it is I'm seeing
this thing and it's flying in a way that may
not be normal for that species. So it's definitely standing
out and getting my attention. And then drop into your heart,
(43:37):
feel what you're feeling. Like, wait, wait, what is this
helping me feel? What is this? What does this feel
like to me? And trust that let that be your message.
Super super important because those those wind creatures that UM

Any winged being will do because they normally don't want

to be around it, like they just don't. But if
they show up and start just moving in an unusual way,
you're like, huh, that's interesting. Something that catches your attention
tune in right, or if they stop, Yeah, that's the
other thing. Well, anything that catches your attention, Yeah, that's
