Here's the thing, though, I don't know if I talked
about this yere. Maybe I have, And if I have,
you can just stop me. I've been trying to start
running again. There is hard talos.

Yeah, so I think I have runners knee.

Oh maybe shoot, that's not good.

Maybe I don't know. I've never had any problems knock
on woods. There's no wood around me. But uh so
it was so nice out yesterday and I went for,
you know, a long walk, and now I like, when
I walk for a long time, I'll start having knee pain.
So I called my mom because she had a knee.

She heard her knee doing kickboxing. She's way cooler than
I am, but I asked her. I called her yesterday
to ask if you know blah blah blah, and I
talked to you about it. And I broke my foot
in twenty twenty, and you said that since I didn't
wear my boot, you think that it could be possibly
be because of that, Well you were boot for by day.
I did, yeah, and then decided nope, Well we were
going in to lockdown.

It's fair.

Speaker 7 (01:28):
So I figured I wouldn't be doing much, you know
after you know, just I literally broke my phone like
the fourth day of twenty twenty. So so I didn't
know that we were going to be in like a
global pandemic yet.

Speaker 6 (01:39):
But I just you know, I can't be tamed, so
now I can hear.

Speaker 9 (01:44):
So.

Speaker 5 (01:46):
I know.

Speaker 7 (01:46):
So I I was having this knee pain, I was like,
you know what, maybe I was looking for. I have
a knee brace from when I played lacrosse for some reason,
and it's definitely it's brand new.

Speaker 6 (01:55):
It's still in the packaging.

Speaker 7 (01:56):
I don't know why I have it because I don't
remember ever hurting my knee play lacrosse. In yeah, so
I don't know if maybe like when my friend left
it in my bag when I was in college or something.
I'm not sure, but anyway, so I was looking for
it because I know I have it, so when I moved,
I saw it, but I can find it anyway. So
I ended up going to solid cour anyway, which like
definitely didn't feel great. So now I'm just kind of
deciding do I go to the doctor, and I feel
like I'm always going to a doctor about just something stupid.

Yes you should, I don't know, or so I just
do the exercises I found like online, go.

To the doctor, get an MRI, because like that's one
of those things where you don't fix it now and
you got probably what four or five more years left
in you.

I didn't want that to be a problem down the line.

Speaker 6 (02:31):
I know. I'm like, oh hawt girls, Nummer is coming.

Speaker 2 (02:34):
I can't like it, especially for a joint thing, because
you walk every day.

It just feels like it's just like my kneecap, Like
it's not even like kneecap, but it just feels weird.

Well, the I think about your body, as I told you,
the reason I think it's probably your foot.

Speaker 7 (02:46):
I didn't know you're a doctor. That's why I just
told this. My mom was like, didn't realize John was
a doctor on.

The side, like this is but John said Brazilian sports injuries,
so like pain in your knee could be from something
your foot being off, and he's overcompissating for it.

Speaker 7 (02:57):
Well now, like when I'm walking, I can tell that
my my right side overcom sayings my left side, like
my hips are just getting really tight again, and I'm like,
oh yeah, so anyway, I'm just that's where I'm at feeling.

Speaker 10 (03:08):
Yeah, I would say go to a doctor also, because
you don't want to do one of those exercises you
found and mess it.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
Up even more.

Speaker 6 (03:15):
Yeah, yeah, that's all it's new with me.

Speaker 4 (03:18):
Fun times rose to the last twenty four hours.

Speaker 3 (03:21):
I had a very busy day yesterday. I had so
much stuff that I had to get done.

Speaker 10 (03:26):
I also feel like I got punched on the inner
portion of my el I had to get blood work
done yesterday, and I've never had an issue with getting
blood work done where the next day I feel like
my arm is sore from it.

Speaker 3 (03:40):
But yeah, like I do not know what happened.

Speaker 10 (03:43):
I don't know why because the lady's like, oh, you
have great veins. And I was like, thank you very much.
I have been told that before. I know, you know,
flex And so she did it and she had to
take four vials like the big tubes for it. Yeah
I know, And I was like, whoa, that's a lot.

Speaker 3 (03:59):
Didn't think anything of it. I don't know if.

Speaker 10 (04:01):
It was from like her wrapping the band a little
too tight or what was going on, but I feel
like I've been punched.

Speaker 3 (04:07):
Damn, that's weird, right, yeah, I think so.

Speaker 7 (04:10):
Okay, I've ever I don't think I've ever had that
happen I I am.

Speaker 10 (04:14):
I was like, it's I've never had bruising or like
pain like that just from getting like blood work done.
But like you know when you get like a flu
shot in your arm and it's so the next time,
that's what it feels like, but like on the inner
portion of.

Speaker 3 (04:23):
My elbow on.

Sorry, no, it's fine, honesty, Rose. We need to be
stronger women, really obvious.

Life's beating us down, man, yeah, all three of us,
all three of us.

But I did get to go on a date night
last night with my husband. We had a couple of
glasses of wine, some nice food. It was very nice.
Ended up being a very nice evening.

Yesterday I went golfing, very fun because I was lovely out.
Uh you forget how long golf takes. I know, like
there's always no jokes about, like, yeah, my boyfriend goes
golf and this takes all day.

Speaker 4 (04:57):
It was five hours.

Speaker 3 (04:58):
Yeah, it takes a long time.

Speaker 2 (05:00):
And then like with driving, probably six hours. One of
our friend DJ Rice, some other buddies too. It was
very nice. Although golf is funny because like we're behind.
Dudes are clearly retired because they had nowhere else to
be and they were taking their dear sweet time with
like everything, like, well, some of us have like responsibilities
later on today, Yeah, I mean I almost hitting the ball,
which was very exciting.

Uh yeah.

Speaker 2 (05:21):
So I was walking to the cart to get something,
and our friend DJ Rise is probably on the two
hundred yards to my southeast, and all of a sudden
I was putting some of the cart here on top
of the cart. His ball hit the cart. Oh my god, yea,
and my life flashed from my eyes. I would have
been dead, probably probably.

Speaker 4 (05:38):
Have been dead.

Speaker 6 (05:38):
Probably I was gonna be like what would that entail
if you got hit like work today.

Speaker 4 (05:43):
I was probably dead Rose and yeah guys have to work,
Yeah for sure, Yeah, I know you know you.

What what kind of announcement would we make?

Do you think?

Honestly?

I think the let them like wonder where are you

of me recorded already that they would for sure milk
as long as I could, but they wouldn't pay me
for it, or they wouln't pay my mistake.

like like whenever you talk like we're like kind of

For like three hours last day, I couldn't I just
couldn't stop sleepwalking.

When I started last night on a Netflix too.

I started the Cassandra show that you mentioned, saus where
it's kind of like Smart House coming alive. Yeah, I'm
only like Tony mins in. But it's also it's like
it's like weird. It's voice dubbed over.

I don't like those, Yeah, looking at the lips and
then that's all I focus on that. I don't think
they're talking about.

Ay. Some times I'm like, you know, this would be

So, the two astronauts that have been stuck in space

Space Station for nine months and they've been waiting return
because their original space.

So a SpaceX Crew ten mission intended to bring them
home home was set to launch yesterday afternoon, but that
launch was scrub there was I guess issues with the
hydraulics and the launch platform. But they're gonna try again

will be home sooner rather than later, because none once
is entirely too long.

Also for nine months, they've been watched twenty four hours

Safety Board recommended that a helicopter route along the Potomac
River used by military and government aircraft be partially shut down,
especially after the January twenty ninth mid air collision that

killed sixty seven people. So NTSB chair said during a
news briefing that the board recommends the FAA permanently prohibit
operations on helicopter Route four when there are two runways
at Reagan that are in use, So they are recommending
that the FAA designate an alternate route when that is closed.
And March's full blood worm Moon is going to appear

tonight thanks to a phenomenon that takes that makes the
moon look red during a total lunar eclipse, So the
lunar eclipse will last for more than an hour, so
you should be able to see it regardless of if
there's like clouds in the sky. There should be gaps
at some point, so the eclipse is viewable anywhere in
the western hemisphere. It's going to start just after one,
but totality is happening between two thirty and three thirty.

And it's going to look red which is so cool.

So cetra clock so you can see that this is
one of two total lunar eclipses this year, but the
only one that's visible from North America, and the next
one will be able to see is in marked of

and financial aid, went down yesterday for users. The disruption
occurred just a day after the Department of Education lead
up approximately half of its workforce, including many IT staff

person of interest in the case, which is the guide

that she was seen with the last person she was
seen with. Authorities in the Dominican Republic, however, say that
was incorrect and they have not designated anybody as a
person of interest at this time. So we're getting conflicting
reports different countries. I'm sure there's some barriers there. Authorities
are searching on land and water for any sign of her.

More than three hundred people have become involved in the
search efforts to find her, and the Dominican Republic National
Police have formed what is being called a new high
level commission to oversee the case. The investigation also includes

It took me about a year and a half and
I did what literally everyone does now. I should have
TikTok was around. I literally would park my car really
far away at college so that I could just walk
and walk and walk. Yeah, and then I did hit train.
I also had insanity on my computer, which I know
that that's like an MLM so don't do that.

But I would go to the gym.

I would do my old lacrosse can strengthening conditioning workouts,
which but I tone them down, so I wasn't trying
to be like, you know, taking people off on the field,
just like you know, be toned. Sure, so it's not
like for everyone. It was kind of all over the place.
And I'm not a personal trainer. But I also stopped
drinking completely. Yeah, that's why I wasn't going out as
much anymore.

Oh and portion control, sorry, portion control. I learned portion
control because I was overeating everything. And yeah, so this
is a normal things, very small things that you change
and it just it worked.

they say that we only work out to look better,

Well, there's a study out that the reason gyms have

you'll get addicted to the working out. So that's part
of the reason why there's mirrors. So you can like
