Shannon Sharp has been sued for fifty million dollars from

with his daughter. The child support system has been less
than favorable to Tyrese Gibson. We're gonna speak to some

news again. For people who are unaware of the circumstances
surrounding the Shannon Shap situation, there's been a Jane though,
a young lady that they're saying has an only fans
who has now filed a lawsuit alongside of Tony Bunsby.
If you know who Tony Bunsby is or that name
does not ring a bell, I'll refresh your memory hit

F five. Tony Bunsby is the individual who went after
jay Z and Diddy. Jay Z in turn got those
charges dismissed and then filed a lawsuit against Tony Bunsby.
So it's a very shaky pass that Tony Bunsby has
as it pertains to filing these lawsuits. And I don't

want to be in the middle of any litigation. And
so what we speak about today is going to be
alleged on all fronts, and it's feel entertainment purposes only.
I see a reach as it pertains to Tony Bunsby.
Right when I look on the court and I just
look at the players, and I just look at what's
going on, I'm looking at not a man playing defense.

I'm looking at a man reaching for a steal, itching.
I'm looking at a man stressing for a blessing. Right,
So when I see him file a lawsuit about jay Z,
and some of these details are off file, it about
Ditty and Drew Ski is named, and some of this
shit is off, it starts to become a pattern that's recognizable,

pay attention.

about what is actually going on up until this point.

Shannon Sharp firing back at an x who says she
was raped by the Hall of Fame thing tight End
several times at the end of last year and the
beginning of twenty twenty five. In the thirteen page complaint
obtained by ET, she also claims he threatened to kill her,
beat her up, and recorded their sexual encounters without her consent.

The alleged a victim admits to being more than thirty
years younger than the fifty six year old star, and
says she met him at an lagm in twenty twenty
three when she was just twenty. She filed under the
pseudonym Jane Doe, but in this scathing denial, Sharpe's legal
team calls her out by name. We won't repeat it,
but they're dubbing the suit a blatant and cynical attempt

to shake down mister sh Sharp for millions of dollars,
and they released a series of explicit text messages that
they say proved this was a consensual adult relationship that
included a role playing, sexual language, and fantasy scenarios. She's
seeking a fifty million dollars. Sharp's lawyers say he's looking

forward to fighting the allegations in court.

I hate to seem like a petty individual for picking
apart lies.

This comes just days after reports that the club Shasha
host may be negotiating a substantial deal for his media empire,

any of the allegations. True off, I want to say this.

really the involvement of any of the situations. I do

feels calculated, but it's to be found at the time
that it is fould But I don't want to sit
on any high horse and actors, though, I want to
try to have a real conversation today about how the
lines are blurred, in particular when you have in this
kind of level of sex that they allegs to be

the details and some of the text messages and some
of the back and forths about what was said to
one another. But while I do send my support and
herd out to Shannon, because I can imagine he up
late at night thinking about their honey meal. When you
get that close to the food, you can smell it,
you hear me, When you get that close to the listen,

you can smell it, My nigga, you can take you
can feel it. You done already start looking here, looking there, right,
So I can imagine he up at night saying they
just fucked up my whole play. If I'm being honest
about the marketplace, I don't know if the momentum continues
to go up. It feels like Club Sha Shay has peaked.

But I do believe it to be very sustainable. He's
visible on TV. But this can affect all of that
because the pressure get too hot and ESPN is being
called to make a move. How long do you stand bound?
Because they just got some fucking tapes out. Now that
is crazy. What he said, I'll choke you in public,

more and more. This story starts to develop shortly after
the announcement. Here's the sequence of events Shannon Shaw last
week Thursday or Friday, press release goes out He's looking
to be acquired for one hundred million dollars and for

this to include the club shay Sha and some more
of his ventures. His contract with Volume has now terminated.
The following week, Monday morning, lawsuit comes out. Shannon Shap
does not even give it a date any response. Take
a look at what Shannon Shap said to my.

you directly and from the heart. This is a shakedown.
I'm going to be open, transparent and defend myself because
this isn't right. This is all being orchestrated by Tony Buzzley,

and I believe He's going to release a thirty second
clip of a sex tape that tries to make me

look guilty and play into every stereotype you could possibly imagine.
That video should actually be ten minutes or so. Hey, Tony,

what happened, and you're trying to manipulate the media. The

and now that appears to be able to deliver itself.

getting is sued for defamation and trying to take me down.

shortly after now. While I understand what Shannon is trying
to do in the moment, right he's trying to represent
himself he's trying to respond to the allegations, and he's
trying to do some consumer facing right, trying to tell
the people what he believes the scenario to be.

But when I zoom out, I'm looking at a man
that's clearly been rage baited. Why do I say that?
Number One, I'm not sure production is on set. The
mic isn't even connected, so he's speaking through the camera mic.
The generic mic that literally comes alongside the camera is
better than that, So I don't even know or what
kind of sound system he's dealing with. Number One, that
tells me that he's rushing to it. And number two,

he docs the lady and he broke the agreement that
he had her sign. He had her sign the NDA
of sorts that there'll be a confidential clause as to
what she can speak to in public. But he came
out and spoke to a lot of it in public.
And why did I say they raised baiting, Because he's
coming out saying what they're gonna release. If I'm a
good lawyer, now that you say that I don't release that,

I release something else this. I just want you to
be viewed as irate and responding like someone that's guilty.

when you're in the middle of contract negotiations and all
of this stuff starts to heat up, you will get
a phone call about yo, do you want to settle,
and then you have to make a decision at that point.
And Shannon Sharp has, behind the scenes, without anyone knowing,
been going through this. And this is why I think
it's gonna be. This is why I think a lot

of Shannon Sharp's public image is gonna come back to
hunt him if he's not careful down the long road,
right Because Shannon Sharp has been going through some sort
of litigation with this lady for the last I don't
know how long, but he's been able to wear a
fake smile, fake lab fake joke around and act like

nothing has been going on behind the scenes, which is
part of his job. But at the same time he
wants to on the other side say that he gives
us transparency and he keeps it real. Transparency would have
been it's a shakedown on me, just like Jay Z.

time for you to even do it. But the fact
that you didn't do it, some of your fans can
call it into question. Right, So he's been going through
littlegateation behind the scenes from some time. This lady has
a barrage of text messages she's been recording for quite
some time. But these contract negotiations. I think this is

very interesting, and so as we unpack this entire Shannon
shawp situation, I think a common theme that you're gonna see,
at least from my perspective, is we all have to
pay attention and it ain't even happen yet. I'm calling
this right. I'm telling you what potentially could happen in
the future. But the public admiration for being so personable

can turn in to persecution. And I'm gonna show you
this in real time, at least from my perspective.

what you say, in particular in this moment if you're Shannonshaw,
because you have to deal with the audience that is saying,

ain't honest, this is gonna blow up in your face.

So if you're trying to act like shit ain't there,
it's really there, it's gonna be a problem. But we
just spoke about how there's truly no way to say
transparency is your tradition and then smile knowing you're being

shap a little bit of this game and say, yo, man,
be careful, open your eyes with how you communicating and
what you're saying. And also, y'all better start doing things
to clean up some of the public consumer facing you

I look at the entire game. I still look at

entire market, And so I look at content sending niggas
to jail and it being repercussions as to what's said
and done in public forums and on these platforms. Niggas
is being persecuted for that, and I understand that, and
that just don't go for Big U, they go for
Shannon Shawp, they go for all these different niggas is

happening in the way that we digest information and the

happen is in twenty years some of these laws will

three when she was just twenty. She filed under the
pseudonym Jane Doe, but in this scathing denial, Sharpe's legal

but they're dubbing the suit a blatant and cynical attempt

to shake down mister sh Sharp for millions of dollars,
and they released a series of explicit text messages that
they say proved this was a consensual adult relationship that
included a role playing, sexual language, and fantasy scenarios. She's
seeking a fifty million dollars. Sharp's lawyers say he's looking

The generic mic that literally comes alongside the camera is
better than that, So I don't even know or what
kind of sound system he's dealing with. Number One, that
tells me that he's rushing to it. And number two,

he docs the lady and he broke the agreement that
he had her sign. He had her sign the NDA
of sorts that there'll be a confidential clause as to
what she can speak to in public. But he came
out and spoke to a lot of it in public.
And why did I say they raised baiting, Because he's
coming out saying what they're gonna release. If I'm a
good lawyer, now that you say that I don't release that,

I release something else this. I just want you to
be viewed as irate and responding like someone that's guilty.

But this is what he didn't get from jay Z.

mistake wasn't that he came out and said something. He
should have had a formal statement reference jay Z because
jay Z has now built up some equity as there
is a catch and kill that they try to doing
this culture where they want you to hay if you
pay for it, will make it go away.

so they do this at the highest level. Right, so
you deal with you kind of piggyback on some of
the jay Z equity that the culture has, which he's

the interesting parts of this before we even get to
what she looks like. One of the interesting parts is

Shannon Sharp is in the middle of contract negotiations. And
when you're in the middle of contract negotiations and all
of this stuff starts to heat up, you will get
a phone call about yo, do you want to settle,
and then you have to make a decision at that point.
And Shannon Sharp has, behind the scenes, without anyone knowing,
been going through this. And this is why I think
it's gonna be. This is why I think a lot

of Shannon Sharp's public image is gonna come back to
hunt him if he's not careful down the long road,
right Because Shannon Sharp has been going through some sort
of litigation with this lady for the last I don't
know how long, but he's been able to wear a
fake smile, fake lab fake joke around and act like

nothing has been going on behind the scenes, which is
part of his job. But at the same time he
wants to on the other side say that he gives
us transparency and he keeps it real. Transparency would have
been it's a shakedown on me, just like Jay Z.

I'd have probably jumped out with Jay.

I'd have piggybacked on Jay if I was Shannon shap
ain't right because some of us can question and so
if your brand is really built on transparency, then I believe,
I truly believe that you and your audience could have
had a conversation well before this that you may be
going through some of the same things that jay Z
is going through, and that would have been a proper

time for you to even do it. But the fact
that you didn't do it, some of your fans can
call it into question. Right, So he's been going through
littlegateation behind the scenes from some time. This lady has
a barrage of text messages she's been recording for quite
some time. But these contract negotiations. I think this is

very interesting, and so as we unpack this entire Shannon
shawp situation, I think a common theme that you're gonna see,
at least from my perspective, is we all have to
pay attention and it ain't even happen yet. I'm calling
this right. I'm telling you what potentially could happen in
the future. But the public admiration for being so personable

can turn in to persecution. And I'm gonna show you
this in real time, at least from my perspective.

Again, we just spoke about how I believe it's important
what you say, in particular in this moment if you're Shannonshaw,
because you have to deal with the audience that is saying,
all right, we're not dumb. Of course, that's why it
looks like a shakedown. But if you ain't careful, you
can turn this shit on his face. And if you
ain't honest, this is gonna blow up in your face.

So if you're trying to act like shit ain't there,
it's really there, it's gonna be a problem. But we
just spoke about how there's truly no way to say
transparency is your tradition and then smile knowing you're being
quote a quote extorted behind the scenes. You would have
been transparent about that. That's just an opinion. That's just

something that's on the table. And I'm really giving Shannon
shap a little bit of this game and say, yo, man,
be careful, open your eyes with how you communicating and
what you're saying. And also, y'all better start doing things
to clean up some of the public consumer facing you
that you have done. You know, when you talk to me,
I look at the entire game. I still look at

the entire market, even if I don't speak about the
entire market, And so I look at content sending niggas
to jail and it being repercussions as to what's said
and done in public forums and on these platforms. Niggas
is being persecuted for that, and I understand that, and
that just don't go for Big U, they go for
Shannon Shawp, they go for all these different niggas is

did is in jail right, Dirk. It's a lot happening
that just don't pertain to the rappers. There's a change
happening in the way that we digest information and the
way that we take in information. And so what's gonna
happen is in twenty years some of these laws will
be changed that actively ascend dues to jail.

Stone internet fadder, niggas is actually going to get life sentences.
But in twenty years that should have changed, like the
crack law, because they'll have a deeper understanding as to
what trolling is in line online and what could be
took as truth and what should be looked at. It's
sat tire. You gotta start to draw a line, but
the fears know that the line is blurred. Not only

do the fears know the criminal, the judicial system, the
entire infrastructure knows that the lines are they goes for
music business all the way up and all the way down,
and so the entire infrastructure understands that the lines are blurred.
And so if you can tie in online some kind
of way, you gotta high chance to win in your case.

And appealing to an audience who may not know you
saw young Thugs trial, the Ycale trial in Atlanta in
Folding County, this is what they tried to do. Wrap
the internet fodder around the foundation that they found in
fathers right, and send a nigga up the road. And
so at some point they'll have to reverse those like

you see them do the cracking powder laut the discrepancy
that was clearly in place when we talk about how
people were being punished because they knew who was typically
in possession of one or the other right systematic things
that are taking place right in front of your eyes,

and so his public persona, if he's not careful within
a blink of an eye, can be used against him
the same way they did did it right? You see
how everybody was at Diddy part is laughing that did it,
laughing with did it?

He just did a world to it getting all kind
of motherfucking awards.

being celebrated, almost like he knew that somebody was on
his trail. But he were moving around handling business in
his love era, trying to redeem itself, relinquish some of
its power. Right, It's what it felt like, And so
we got to watch. I think it's important to watch

how the's some folks was Shannon Shap. Now let's move
past that. The litigation that we're talking about with Shannon
Shap was very detailed, and some of the press has
released some of the intricacies that were involved in some
of those conversations. Again, I want you to take note
that Shannon Shap just broke all confidentiality agreements, and so
now whatever they have in possession, even things that he said,

things he considered, all of these things are now fat
game because he's came out in the public. And I
believe Tony Bunsby to understand, I can argue to a
judge there is no confidentiality agreement because he broke it.
And this is why I mean rage Baden is never
you never make a decision emotional no matter what it is.

And that's much more easier said than done. Right, they're
attacking your name, hundred million dollars down to drain some
little skin and white girl.

And So, while I do got love for Shannon shap Right,
he's a black man. It's gonna sound like I'm critical

and perspective is key moving forward.

with Tony Bunsby and this young lady again, they were
very detailed. What we're dealing with is they had reached
out from Shannon Sharp's law firm and that was a

series of events that we'll get to today. One of
those events being they watched a sex tape. There was
a tape involved. Shannon Sharp understood that they had a tape.
They've spoke about the tape. There were also a conversation
about a settlement offer that came from Shannon Sharp to
the tune of ten million dollars, and I want to

speak about that.

A couple of.

Things came to my mind when the young lady didn't
take the ten million dollar settlement offer. Number One, I said,
Tony Bunsby as much more slicker than people are giving
him credit for. That's number one, he's a slickster allegedly.
And number two, I couldn't wrap my mind around that
we're dealing with someone that will not take ten million
dollars but also will not go to the police, but
(26:58):
we'll go to the public. So those three ingredients. Tucked
those to the side as we move forward, but we'll
pick those up in a second. At the ten million
dollar long the first thing I did was winning check
to her age. And when I said she was in
her twenties and he was in her fifties, I said,
what kind of mistakes are we making now as nine
figure niggas, as eight figure niggas, as human beings, as
(27:22):
black men?

What kind of mistakes are we making? Right?
Speaker 1 (27:26):
And that's before I even knew what she looked like.
I'm taking you through my thought process check gain before
they showed me what she looked like. Right, They got
some text messages that come out with or Right. So
I'm sitting back and I'm saying, what the broad looked like?

And so some of the text messages, as matter of fact,
let's take a look at some of the text messages
that she even was sending, right, because all we have
at this point is imagination. All we have is man,
wonder what's shating fucking with man white broad done?

Until this point, we don't know what she looked like.
We don't know what they into. We just know some
woman filed a lawsuit on Shannon Shaw. But then that
was chatter about text messages and it being freaking text
messages and him choking in sex and a dog collar. Right,
So the text messages are released, here go something on
pay attention. Shannon Sharp's team end up releasing this so
(28:19):
pepe game.

Right. The first round.
Speaker 1 (28:21):
Of text messages end up coming out from Tony Bunsby,
which is the alleged the alleged victims lawyer. Right, And
so here's one of them. Matter of fact, let's read
what's going on. It says, I want to read this
from tm Z Sports Shannon shap acuser confronted him over
alleged r ape.
Speaker 2 (28:42):
No means no.
Speaker 1 (28:44):
It says Shannon Shawpacusa confronted him over alleged January twenty
twenty five sexual assault, with the newly released text messages
showing the woman told him no means no, Shannon. The
combo took place on the evening of January second, two thousand,
in twenty five, the day the Jane Doe alleged in
her lawsuit that Sharp All worded her. Let's take a
(29:07):
look at these text messages from the young lady from
Gabby to Shannon Shaw. But I cried when you left
because I beg you to put a condom on and
not to put it in my ass.

Huh No, nothing about die No, nothing about die freak,
He asked. Nigger here sixty nine, God freaky ass, nigga
here sixty nine. God, Hey, hey, run for your life.

was what this first message? Before we we ain't even
got to what she looked like. But this first message
would have told me a few things. Number One, I

go through this with some of my you know, exes
and things. Well, when I'm talking to him, they try
to say my name, so it's clear who they're speaking with.
For me, I just say, yo, you think I ain't
smart enough to know you trying to set me up
or do some kind of screenshot play. If we already
have a relationship, what is the reason for you to
be like Shanning like whoa man?
Speaker 2 (30:17):
She would have taxt me back. It would have win Green.
Speaker 1 (30:20):
Here's something else that she says, I don't know how
to process this, and then from Shannon to her, can
I call you later? John Doe tells Sharp in the message,
I cried when you left because I beg you to
put a condom on and not to put it in
my ass, and you didn't listen.
Speaker 2 (30:37):
I don't care what our history is.
Speaker 1 (30:38):
She added, no means no, So she went on to
tell Sharp, I don't know how to process this, and
then respond Sharp asked if he can call her later.
At this point, it is unclear if the two were
able to talk about the matter.

The text message is that we're looking at here. Will
release to TMZ Sports along with hundreds of others on
Tuesday afternoon. Most of the mess show what appears to
be a kinky, consensual relationship between the two. Here we go,
I want to be abused, Daddy. That comes from Gabby.
I won't like some hardcore BDSM action that also comes
(31:13):
from girl. I want you to tie me up like
this and abuse me, Daddy. And this is a picture
that I guess you got from online from a girl
who is tied up in some sort of BDSM type
of vibration. Let me talk about that too, because I
think it's clear that you guys got to understand that
the boundaries are invisible until they exposed. You know how

you can get in the water and you get so
deep and you don't even know how deep you are
in the water. You gotta pay attention to what's happening
around you. Let's talk about a couple of different layers
right here. This young lady sends them another message. What's
taking so long? You either don't have the cash to
show me right now or you with Michelle, Which one
is it Shanning. So if you don't know, this is
(31:59):
a very important context. If you don't know, Shannon had
just came off of a live video that kind of
exposed the fact that he was having sex.

Very interesting dynamic.

This was right around the time where he had had
a couple of social media missteps and it may or
may not have been in question which side of the
fence he lands on if ain't nobody looking right. So
that's when he started, in my opinion or other's opinion,
he started to kind of lean into Man, they got
unc fucked up.

Yeah, nah, they got unk fucked up.

So what happens is that live goes viral, that live
is a marketing play that's coupled with that live is
either a marketing play or Shannon Sharp Team Reversed engineered
a marketing play that was rolled out alongside of that
video going viral. Right, So that was something that a

lot of people in the social media world was wondering
how did Shannon Sharp get a with that? And Paul
Pierce was fired for that. Doctor Umar spoke about that
on It's Up that podcast. If you haven't seen that,
go watch that. But Shannon Sharp was leaning in to
him not being gay. And I want all you athlete
niggas to know the gang banging niggas is online trying

to prove they gangsters. That's how you trick them off
the streets. How you trick an athlete off the streets
is you call him gay, and he got to do
something that make itself not seem gay. And he got
to do something to try to prove his sexuality. If
he's not comfortable with just coming out and saying he gay,
he got to do something to prove his sexuality, and

in turn what happens, it opens him up to public
scrutiny down the line. The playboy image turns around and
prosecutes you once you become in the light. And the
only way they can get the evidence to be able
to persecute and prosecute you.

sex tape came out. Shannon ain't pushing no kind of
pee naw Shannon line and bind time man, Shannon telling women,

now I really like you and all that. That's what
he come off to me. He don't come off as
the player, you know what I'm saying. He come off
as he might be. You know, he might be trying
to tell him this and that and then this to
try to make it go where it need to go.
Not lying to him, but not pushing a hard line,
