Speaker 1 (00:04):
Hey, friends, it's mister Jim and welcome back to kid
Short Stories. You know what makes these stories and everything
a whole lot more fun? Yes, sharing with a friend.
Just like last time when Silas invited all of his
friends to be critter protectors with them and go save
the zoo, you can do that too, So sharing these
stories or telling your friends about being a critter protector

(00:25):
is gonna be a lot more fun to do it together.
Think of two friends that you can share this with today.
Are you guys ready for today's adventure? Me too, Let's
go has The ground started shaking and everyone was in

(00:45):
a panic. Silas and his friends, we're not ready for this.
This all happened way too fast, and as they ran
around trying to rescue as many critters as they could,
it was all too late. Takeover, shouted Silas. As over

(01:08):
the hills, they could see a volcano not that far
away explode in a cloud of smoke into the sky
as everybody who rushed to hide underneath tables and ostriches
and elephants. Wait what yeah, everyone was hiding under whatever

(01:28):
they could find. A few minutes later, the rumbling finally
came to a stop and Silas's pocket began to buzz. Silas,
are you okay? We just heard confirmation that the volcano exploded.
How are you and your team? Sh? Well, we're I

(01:53):
think we're okay. Something's about to Wait a second, something's
falling from the sky. But it's not lava. It's little
parachutes and little packages in the world. Sh Did you
say it's little packages falling from the sky? Sh Yes,
And they have little parachutes on them. Then they're gliding

(02:14):
down and hair hold on, let me take a look.
Silas and all the other critic protectors couldn't believe it
that volcano did not explode lava, but instead little tiny
packages with parachutes on them. They landed down all around them.
People eagerly ran over to them to open them up.

(02:34):
An old man next to Silas was the first one
to open a package. Hey, let me see what's inside
of here. Maybe it's free cotton candy. I be careful
with that, sir, said Silas. Oh, it's a little bouncy ball.
Look at this thing. The old man took the bouncy
ball out of the package. Uh, what what's going on here?

(03:01):
As soon as he touched that little bouncy ball in
the package. It immediately started to get bigger and bigger
and bigger, until it sucked the entire old man into
the bouncy ball. Dun, dun, dun. Immediately around the zoo,
panic started to race as people couldn't help themselves and

(03:24):
touch the bouncy ball that was in the package, and
one by one they were sucked inside of that very
sticky bouncy ball. Nobody touched the baggages, shouted Silas. It
all happened so fast as nearly every person around was

(03:47):
now stuck inside of a very sticky bouncy ball. What
in the world are we gonna do it? Oh, dear,
I was not ready for this, Silas said to him. Okay,
all right, nobody move. Uh. I think I need S
Biology Squad's help on this one. S S Biology Squad.

(04:10):
People have just gotten stuck inside of some very sticky
bouncy balls. I'm gonna need some help in getting them
out of here. Sh okay, just saying tight. We'll send
you over some bubbleberry so hopefully that will do the
job in disintegrating those very sticky bouncy balls. Said Jaden.
We'll send it to you on the drone right away,
over and out. Sh Meanwhile, up at the sticky blimp lab,

(04:34):
the Purple Ninjas were throwing a ginormous party with Professor's
sticky fingers. Woow, wait, Tennant, look at all those people
getting stuck inside of those sticky bouncy balls.

Speaker 2 (04:44):
Professor, this was a brilliant idea. Oh boy, yes, it
was a great idea. The doctor it's gonna be so
happy when he sees everybody stuck inside there.

Speaker 1 (04:55):
It's gonna make taking over the world like taking caddy
from a baby, which I've done many times. What is
going on over here? It's getting very noisy. Does that
mean good things or bad things are happening?

Speaker 2 (05:11):
Well, it depends on your definition of good and bad.
But I think there's lots of bad things happening down here,
which is good for us. But they're bad things, which
is good.

Speaker 1 (05:19):
Right, Purponins, You're always so confusing to my brain. But yes,
if there's bad things happening down eh, he's good for us.
So you mean all the people are getting stuck inside
of those sticky bouncy things, that's right, great job. As

(05:40):
Silas was still waiting at the zoo, he could hear
this Biology Squad drone appearing in the distance. It landed
carefully right next to him with a ginormous spray bottle
of bubble berry soap. You know, this is our very

(06:01):
specially made soap that's Biology Squad made to get rid
of the stickiest of sticky messes that come from doctor
Stinkybret's plans. One by one, Silas took the spray bottle
and sprayed it at every single sticky bouncy ball, and
in seconds, the stickiness started to disintegrate and the bouncy

(06:23):
ball started to just melt right into the floor. One
by one, the entire zoo was saved. The people couldn't
believe it and didn't understand what in the world had
just happened. Some volcano had just exploded a whole bunch
of I don't know were those traps. Thank you very

(06:44):
much for saving me out of that mess, said the
old man to Silas. I couldn't have done it without you,
and you were right. I shouldn't have touched it in
the first place. I'm glad you're safe, sir, but holy smokes,
look over there. Silas looked up and noticed that all
the critters in the zoo had done the same thing.

(07:06):
They were very curious and wanted to see what we're
inside of those little packages, And so now every single
critter was stuck inside of a sticky bouncy ball, from
an elephant to a giraffe, to a rhinoceros and penguin.
It's a good thing. They sent Silas a very large
spray bottle of bubbleberry soap. The rest of the afternoon,

(07:26):
Silas and his friends spent saving all those critters that
had gotten stuck, and by the end of the day
the zoo was back to normal, but back up in
the stinky Blimp lab. Doctor Stinkybreath was not happy. Why diens,
this always happen to me? All of our greatest plans

(07:48):
are always destroyed by this biology squad. Help ninjas. We
must find a way to get stops them from ruining
all of our sticky messes. How does they do that?

Speaker 2 (08:02):
Well, Boss, I think they have some kind of special spray.
I think I heard that to say it was called
babble berry soap.

Speaker 1 (08:09):
Bobulberry soap. Well, I think that is our new mission.
We must destroy the bubbleberry soap forever. Who that was
a close one? But by the looks of it, looks
like Doctor Stinky Breath is not about to give up

(08:31):
his evil plans. Even though this is the end of
the story, it's only just the beginning of the adventures
that lie ahead the end. Great job, you listened all
the way to the end, and you know what time
