Speaker 1 (00:00):
What's going on? Guys. Welcome back to another episode of
Legit Check with Sa Boy Easy Busta. Yes, I am
still at home, just how everybody should be. We're all
quarantine and chilling by ourselves. Ah. This sucks, but you
know it's necessary and um, it's gonna save lives at

(00:21):
the end of the day. So if you're listening to
this and you're at home and your board out of
your mind just like how I am, don't worry. There
is a light at the end of the tunnel. Summer
will be amazing and we'll all get past this together.
But for now, just stay at home and you know,
watch some YouTube. And speaking of YouTube, your boy is back. Um,

(00:41):
I took a four month break. I I never really
get to deep dive on YouTube about kind of why
I take breaks and what's really going on in my life,
because you know, YouTube is so kind of like fast paced,
and there's only so much you can fit in, you know,
a five to ten minute video, and I don't want
to bore you guys with forty minute videos or anything.

(01:02):
So instead I'm gonna give you guys a thirty to
forty minute audio today. So if you guys are listening
to this, I appreciate you, but I kind of want
to talk about a few things. So around my video,
obviously I was exposing TikTok hype beasts. Um, you guys
should go check it out if you're listening, if you
haven't watched it already, and if you guys are listening

(01:23):
to this, you guys should know that I actually do
have a giveaway. So for everybody who downloads all my
episodes of this podcast, so just I mean, if you're
listening on my Heart Radio, on Spotify or on Apple Music,
make sure you guys download everything, and um, that's how
I'm going to be picking the winner. Basically, all you

(01:44):
have to do is follow me on Instagram, subscribe on YouTube,
and like my last video. Uh, I'm going to include
the giveaway in the next video as well, which would
be next week, so make sure you guys look out
for that. For a bonus entry, I'm giving away a
pair of half Way Jordan's fives. So I'm really excited
to give those away. I really think that, you know,
I think I deserve it because I think, actually I

(02:06):
think you guys deserve it more so not me, Um,
you guys, I meant I deserve it in the sense
that I haven't posted it so long as the least
I could do. But you guys deserve it for being
so supporting, and you know, obviously I would be nothing
without you guys, So I appreciate you guys to make
sure you guys go join that giveaway. But let's kind
of talk about I come back videos, so hype piece

(02:27):
on TikTok. So, as you guys know, TikTok is probably
the biggest social media platform right now. All the biggest
creators are going over there and it's the hottest new thing.
And I'm not gonna lie. Sometimes I go on the
Apple get sucked in for two and a half hours,
and I'll be like, shit, I should probably get back
to work. And it is very reminiscent of Vine if

(02:48):
if you guys remember that app. I feel old saying that,
but it's very reminiscent of Vine. It's a little bit longer.
I think they perfected Vine, like that's what Vine should
have turned into and evolved into. And now all the
other apps are trying to catch up, Like I think
Instagram is kind of going downhill right now. Twitter has
been dead for a while. I think it's only going
to continue to die. I personally love Twitter and Instagram.

(03:11):
I love both of those apps. Um, I'm pretty sure
Instagram is still growing, but Twitter, I'm pretty sure is
actually losing accounts. A lot less people were active these
days on it. Obviously there's a different demographic on each
social media platform, but for the most part, everyone's on
TikTok right now. I would, I mean the younger crowd. Um,
you're not really gonna see any four year olds on TikTok.

(03:31):
I mean, you might see a couple, but you know,
it's definitely not the you know, ideal demographic. But anyway,
so it didn't take long for the hype pieces to
finally come around and say hello, because you know, there's
a piece on every platform, and it didn't take me
that longer to get on either. I think I've had it.
I think I've had my account for a few months now,
but I haven't really been as active. I should post

(03:53):
a lot more. I have like seventy thousand um followers
or fans or I don't even know what they all them.
I think I don't know. I don't really know what
they're called on TikTok, but it's crazy. Their algorithm is
so different. If you're a creator and you're listening to this,
the biggest way that you can were, the fastest way
that you can blow up right now is on TikTok.

(04:14):
TikTok is your gate into the influencer slash social media
icon status. It's the closest, it's the fastest way to
put your following right now. I have a couple of
friends who have gone from zero to a million followers
within like a month, which is incredible. So but anyway,

(04:38):
so let's get into the hype stuff, because I know
that's what you guys came here for. Basically, in my video,
I roasted some TikTok hype beast. It seemed like you
guys really liked it, so I appreciate it. I'm definitely
going to drop Apart two coming soon because I said
Part two in ten like and it's already at like
thirteen k. So appreciate you guys in less than a day.
You guys are amazing. But anyway, there's a lot of

(05:01):
people who are flexing fake stuff on TikTok. It's not
really as like rampant as Instagram yet, but I feel
like all the tick all the hype beasts across social
media are going to go and migrate over to TikTok eventually,
so be on the look out for that. But I
did managed to bust quite a few um TikTok influencers.

(05:25):
I don't even know Tiktoker's that what, We're just gonna
call him TikTokers and one of the biggest people on
the platform. His name is um little Huddy. I really
gave it to him in the video. And I mean, obviously,
guys like the roasting, it's just for fun. Like, I
really don't hate anyone. I really don't like bullying anyone.

(05:45):
I will never say anything really personal. I'll just like,
you know, I'll just I'll be like, Okay, cool, your
hair is whatever or something like that, like, but I'll
never really take any personal jabs. Um but yeah, a
little honey. He has eighteen million followers, and I've seen
him wearing a lot of hypee stuff like Supreme Hoodies,
um off Way Blazers, I saw him wearing what else

(06:07):
that I saw wearing Fear of God, Vans and all
kinds of other crazy stuff. So I don't really know
if he's actually a hype piece because in a lot
of his other photos he's not really wearing any of
that stuff. He's more so focused on his black fingernails
and his middle part. But anyway, I don't know. It's
interesting because a lot of the tiktoker's are kind of
like into sneakers, like Charlie Damilia, which is the fastest

(06:29):
growing Um TikToker. I saw she was wearing Jordan's and
Um Addison Ray, which is Um kind of like everyone's
favorite TikTok girl. Um. Ever, there's like a memes and
the songs about her. She Um has been wearing Jordan's
once as well, So I don't know if that's like
because they're trying to become hype pieces, or if it's

(06:51):
more so sneakers are becoming more and more of a
trend for girls, because I've noticed that most girls don't
really wear sneakers like that, you know, and it's slowly
starting to become a thing. I really hope to see more.
I really hope that we're able to see more like
girl hype piece because you know, it's just such a

(07:12):
male dominated space that it would be interesting to see
kind of like a female group of influencers or a female.
I don't really know how to say it, honestly, but
it'd be cool to see some female hype beast, female
hype pieces in general, or female hypeist YouTubers. I don't
really think there is one right now, Like is there?

(07:32):
If there is one, I'm so sorry, I haven't seen
the channel, but I don't know. I really do want
to see more females kind of get into the hypeie
scene because it's such like a male dominated thing. And
I mean, obviously guys are more into sneakers and like
street where than girls are, because girls are more into
like purses and dresses and you know, workout clothes and

(07:53):
stuff like that. I don't know, I'm not a girl.
I don't want to sound sexist or anything, but um,
it'd be cool if more girls got in the sneakers
and streetwear and see how and it would be nice
and it would be cool to see how they style
things kind of differently than guys. And you know, I've
seen a lot of girls get into it, which is
really cool. But it's funny because on all my analytics,

(08:14):
like on YouTube and on Instagram, my male to female
ratio is like nine point five to one. Um or
it's I think it's like male actually, so, I mean,
obviously it's like kind of like an untapped territory, you know.

(08:35):
And I don't know, maybe as high piece might start
buying handbags and makeup. Um, I really hope not. But
actually I don't know, because a lot of rappers these
days are wearing purses. I mean, I'm a victim to
it myself. I don't have any purses, but I have
like a few side bags. Um, those are always a

(08:58):
kind of like a thing in Europe. It they just
kind of became a thing in the States. But I guess,
like I mean, you see people like young thug wearing dresses,
and um, you do see some some artists wearing makeup
and stuff. And I don't know, I don't really think
I would ever put makeup on myself. I don't really

(09:19):
think that it's really for me. But um, I don't know.
It's interesting, it's weird, like why is it? I don't know.
I don't I don't even want to deep dive into
that whole realm because as a whole rabbit hole in itself.
But what I was just trying to say is that
it would be really cool to see more girls kind
of become hype beasts. Let's get back to TikTok hypees.

(09:43):
So in my video, I called out a few people. Um,
I really didn't see what they got they look like,
because one of them, I literally only saw his feet
and I totally roasted him. I kind of was relentless
and I went crazy. But anyway, there's a there's a
really large amount of people on there who like to flex. Obviously,

(10:03):
you know, it's like the same thing on Instagram and
in every platform, but there's literally trends on TikTok like
rich boy check, where you say rich boy check and
then you proceed to show off and flaunt and flex
every single item that you have in your home. And honestly,
I don't think that I could ever do something like that.

(10:23):
Like one time I posted on my TikTok hype beast
check and I showed kind of like the stock room
at Blitz, and people were commenting and saying all kinds
of stuff, but I was just trolling, like obviously, like
none of that stuff was mine. I am involved with Blitz, No,
I'm not the owner. A lot of people like to
think that I am for some reason, that's that's tray.

(10:45):
I am involved though I am part of the team.
But but yeah, I was trolling. I was totally trolling
about a lot of people thought I was being serious
and but I mean, you would never catch me just
like saying rich boy check and then flaunting my car
or my jewelry or any of my stuff. And I
totally trolled one of the kids who did it. Like

(11:05):
I said, if you guys watched my video, you guys
will have a little bit more context. But yeah, it's interesting.
I have a feeling that a lot more people are
going to be going on a TikTok and posting cringe
e hypie stuff. So if you ever see anything on
TikTok that is fake or cringe e, sent it my
way and maybe it will be in my next video.
But one thing that I really saw that was big

(11:26):
on TikTok was I'm not only flexing but actually flexing
fake stuff. So many people were out for we're posting
TikTok's where they like buy stuff off of wish and
they will review it. I I think that's kind of
interesting because that before that used to be such a
YouTube thing. That used to be like okay, cool. I'm
gonna order something off wish Way two weeks review it

(11:49):
like ten minute video. But no, like these dudes are
crazy out here, Like some of them will order something
and it will get there in a week and they'll
bang out like a fifteen second video and it would
be crazy. I was like, what, Um, some people don't
like to say that they're buying it from which they
just like to buy fake stuff and pretend it's thrill,
which is you know, obviously another issue that I've had
many discussions about with a numerous amount of my friends.

(12:13):
But I will save you, guys at the time on that.
So I'll tell you, guys what I'm doing, because I
know you're you're like, honestly, right now, while you're listening
to this, you're probably either driving, cleaning your room, out
on a walk, cooking, or doing something that you just
like to mindlessly listen to a podcast, which I do.

(12:34):
I do all the time, like literally every morning. Um,
I'll wake up, I'll start getting ready for the day,
I'll like play a podcast or while I'm driving or
while I'm doing chores. It's like it's something that I
love doing. And now it's crazy because everybody's doing the
exact same thing. Everybody's at home, everybody has nothing to do,
and it's so sad because obviously it's such an economic downfall.

(12:58):
But at the same time, it's you know, it's interesting
because so many people would complain, like I work so much.
I worked so much, I really just want to take
a week off, And now we've all taken over a
month off. I don't even know when the whole thing
went into effect, but it was definitely a few weeks ago. Honestly,
just take this time to just spend with your loved ones,

(13:20):
whether you're staying with your family, significant other, or friends,
or wherever you might be. Just take this as time
to really focus on yourself and your well being, in
your mental health. I think part of the reason why
I was able to release my video was because I
really just locked in and I zoned in. I really
just focused on myself. I was a little bit selfish,
and I you know, I had to blow off my

(13:42):
friends a few times and kind of really just focused
on myself and take this time to really reflect. It's
funny because a lot of people think that, you know,
from just being at home, you just be bored and
eating all the time, which you know is more or
less true. But I have actually lost like almost ten
pounds and like the last month because I've just been

(14:02):
eating healthy. Um my family is actually staying with me,
which is which is really nice. Um someone cooked meals.
My mom is like the best cook ever. So you know,
eating very healthy, nutritious, non fattening food every day has
definitely helped. And going on walks. It is really important
to go outside, guys. Make sure you guys are getting

(14:23):
enough sun, make sure you guys are getting like that
vitamin D, and also just staying active. It's very important
to stay active. I don't know why I couldn't think
of the word. Um. Sorry, guys, my brain is a
little bit fried. It is uh very late at the
time of this recording. But make sure you guys are
just staying preoccupied and staying busy. It's very very important.

(14:45):
And honestly, if you are a aspiring um YouTuber, influencer
or whatever you guys want to say, go on TikTok
take some time and really learn the algorithm and learn
how it works. And there's so many different like there's
so many different ways to learn the algorithm and how
the app works and they're all on YouTube. Just go

(15:07):
on YouTube and search like how to become TikTok famous.
And I'm telling you, guys, TikTok is like Instagram in
two thousand and four, two fifteen, that's when everybody was
like blowing up and growing. Now it's like impossible to
grow on Instagram Now. If I don't post for a
couple of days, like, I literally lose the followers. And
I know, like there might be a couple of trolls

(15:28):
listening to this, and no, it's not because I'm you man,
event um, it's because everybody's losing followers, like all my friends.
And basically, if you're not gaining followers from like an
external source, you're losing followers, which is really crazy if
you kind of think about it. So all the people
you see who are like gaining followers, like I mean
exclude like massive celebrities, even though they're losing followers as well,

(15:51):
followers are coming from outside sources. So so even like
the big celebrities obviously they're releasing new music, new albums, tour,
I mean not touring right now, but you know what
I'm saying, Like they're getting followers from from by other means.
But if you wanted to become a YouTuber or i mean,
influencer through Instagram, it's really difficult these days. Unfortunately, even

(16:11):
like giveaways, like Instagram has like slowed down somehow. Um,
they've made it very difficult for your posts to get shared. Um.
But yeah, I love TikTok. It's so much fun. It's
like fifteen second videos and I don't know why they're
so entertaining, and there's so so many satisfying ones. I mean, honestly,

(16:31):
the reason why I like tick talk is because of
the memes. I'm gonna be real here. If it was
just dancing or like satisfying videos, I probably wouldn't have
gotten into it. But the memes A one a one
memes like I'm talking deep fried memes all over there,
really really good, like very goofy, very gaffy. I'm a
goofster and a gaster on TikTok. So the algorithm has

(16:55):
played well in my favor and given me the biggest
goosters and gasters on the platform. Um. But yeah, so
that that that's one thing that I thoroughly enjoyed about
TikTok is the memes. But if it was just like
a dancing platform like how it was before with musically,
I really don't see it blowing up as much because
now it's like full mainstream. Before it was mostly just

(17:17):
kids and people who just wanted to watch like dancing
like singing videos. But now because of like the meme
aspect and the meme culture, it's I think it's really
brought a much bigger audience, and I think that's the
reason why that it's done so well, and that's why
it's killing it right now. If you're a hype beast,
and I mean you're probably high beast if you're listening

(17:38):
to this uh podcast. But if you're a hype based
and you want to grow, TikTok is your answer, and
please do not do any rich boy checks. There are
other ways that you can blow up. Yeah, that's pretty
much it for TikTok. Just make sure you're not wearing
anything anything fake because I will bust you and you
might end up in one of my new videos. You
know what, I'm gonna start doing every week that I

(18:01):
haven't done in the past, and once I have some
guests on the show, because I know the last couple
of episodes have been solos. Once I have a couple
of guests on the show, which, by the way, after
this quarantine thing is over, I have some fire guests
lined up. Right now, we're all we're all social distancing,
so trying to you know, stay at home. Even though
I'm going to be able to possibly do some over

(18:23):
the phone, I'm still trying to figure out how to
do that. But once this whole quarantine thing is over,
get ready for some Fuego guests. So I'm really really
excited for that. What I'm gonna start doing is at
the end of every episode, I'm going to ask for
the guest shoe like favorite true, and we're going to
pick a shoe of the week. So this week my

(18:45):
guest is myself. Okay, so easy Busted, what is your
favorite true? My favorite true is the Red October. Actually,
thank you for asking, also easy Bust to this week
in lieu of it being the first one and and
me being by myself, I'm going to say that today's
shoe of the week is, drumroll, please, the Red October.

(19:09):
That was so sad, but anyway, so yeah, the Red
October is this week's shoe of the week. And every
week we're going to choose a different tree. Well, well,
we'll try. I know eventually it'll overlap at least once.
But this week's shoe of the week is the air
easy to read October. Now. It is my favorite shoe
of all time. It was one of my grails for

(19:29):
a while, still is one of my grails. Was very
fortunate to buy it at the time that I did. Um,
I was like the happiest person in the world when
I bought that shoe. It means so much to me,
and sentimentally, it really was like the one shoe that
I've always wanted, So it was really really important to me.
And I'm like so and I'm so blessed and happy

(19:52):
to officially have it in my collection. So yeah, this
week's shoe of the week is the Red October. And
I have been talking to myself for about twenty minutes now,
so as you guys can imagine, it's not the easiest
thing in the world. But I really appreciate you guys
listening to the podcast. I know this one is going
to be cut a little bit short. I will probably

(20:14):
have a guest either next week or the week after. Um,
we're just trying to figure out who exactly can come
on over the phone because, believe it or not, like
people are still busy at home. Um, there will be
some cool guests over the next couple of weeks. Guys,
make sure you guys are staying at home, stay safe.
Please make sure you guys are subscribed to the podcast
if you guys aren't. And I'm looking forward to catching
you guys next week. And that was legit check piece.
