pour out your adoration to God for his wisdom. God,
I thank you that you were wise beyond compare. Your
knowledge permeates the heavens and the earth. By your infinite wisdom,
you called the galaxies into existence and spoke creation into being.

I exalt you, for none can compare to your greatness.
I praise you Lord, for you give wisdom, Knowledge, and
understanding come from your mouth. A good word will encourage
the heart. When you feel anxious and oppressed. You can

find refuge in sound advice, a friend who will speak
the truth in love, or a fellow believer acquainted with
your quandary. Friends and family are an amazing support system,
but certain issues can only be addressed by the Holy Spirit.

The knowledge of the Holy Spirit is incomparable, for there
is no greater wisdom than what is found in scripture.
Maybe you've been isolating yourself from everything and everyone. This
is your opportunity to cleanse your heart. Be honest with

yourself and with God in prayer, confess to the Holy
Spirit the areas you are struggling with. Think for a
minute on all the times God provided you with a
good word, those moments where God placed a friend in
your life to speak kindness over you, the times of confusion,

when you found clarification in Christ, situations where heaviness and
isolation threatened to overwhelm you, but the Holy Spirit minister
to you. Thank God for past situations He reached out
to you when he removed your heaviness and weariness. Thank

God because His goodness is eternal and He will always
be there for you. God is present and he is
listening to you. Going through life without experiencing a heavy
heart is unavoidable. God never said life wouldn't feel overwhelming.

Quite the opposite. He promised that at time times it
would be Do not allow this to discourage you. God
promised he would always reassure you. The Holy Spirit is
on your side. He wants to help you, so be

bold and ask him. Ask the Holy Spirit to speak
to you through God's word. Ask him to help you
understand and process the Bible when you read it. Ask
him to help you apply the knowledge you gain, for
this is wisdom. Ask Jesus to speak to your heart

his word, a desire that will overcome fatigue and disinterest.
Remember you can always find an encouraging word in the Bible,
even if the word is of correction, for correction prunes
