of thy strength, Psalm one thirty two eight. Dear Lord,
without your presence resting in my life, there is no
rest for me. I have no strength without your presence
flowing through me. I can do nothing on my own

(00:23):
and need you with me. Make my heart your permanent
resting place. It is in your presence that I find
my strength and peace. I trust in you, Lord to
direct my path and lead me into your perfect plan
for my life. Without your presence, I am lost and alone.
I need you, Lord to abide with me and fill

(00:45):
my life with your strength. Find your rest in me, Lord, Amen.

(01:50):
Close your eyes, take a deep breath in, then exhale out,
Taking captive every thought, shift your focus unto God. He
is waiting for you. We will be meditating on Psalm

(02:10):
chapter fourteen, verse twenty six from the King James version.
In the fear of the Lord is strong confidence, and
his children shall have a place of refuge. Take a
moment to pour out your adoration to God, Jesus, I

(02:32):
will love you and praise your name. For you, Lord
are my rock, my fortress, and my deliverer, my God,
my strength in whom I will trust, my shield and
the horn of my salvation, my stronghold. God. It is

(02:55):
you who harms me with strength and makes my way perfect.
I praise you, for you are the everlasting God. You
do not faint or grow weary. Your love and kindness
towards me will never cease. Confidence comes from fearing God.

(03:17):
Confidence is generally the opposite of fear, but fear of
God is the source of confidence. To fear God is
not to be scared of him, but rather to love
and obey him, to seek his presence and his power,
to keep his commandments, and to cherish his correction to

(03:39):
treasure his wisdom and to value his knowledge. To meditate
on his word day and night, to let it catch
fire in your heart. To yearn to know him and
to be known by him, To receive his unconditional love,
and to love him with no restrictions, to recklessly pursue him,

(04:03):
to desire him above all others and all else. Simply put,
to fear God is to put him first in your life.
When you honor God, when you make him your priority,
he honors you. He fills you with his courage and
his strength. He covers you with his grace and goodness.

(04:26):
He empowers you with his wisdom and knowledge. He pours
his Holy Spirit over you. He reveals truth to you.
He envelops you with love, with the very essence of
His being. Sometimes we forget this and forget to put
God first. This is your opportunity to rectify your situation.

(04:50):
Turn to Christ and confess your sins to him. Ask
him to cleanse you of inequity and to purify your heart.
Take just a few minutes to dwell on the blessings
of God. Thank Jesus for his instruction and guidance, for
helping you to navigate the obstacles of this world. Thank

(05:12):
Him for his divine wisdom and knowledge, which enable you
to not only survive, but to thrive in life. Thank
Him for the love and care he continuously bestows upon you.
Now think of past situations where you were filled with
confusion and frustration. Thank the Holy Spirit for being your

(05:34):
comforter during those hard times, for being your light in
the darkness, and for showing you the way. Thank God
for being your place of refuge. God is present and
he is listening to you. Jesus longs to bless you

(05:56):
and to fill your heart with his assurance. He knows
that difficulties and challenges you face in life. As His child,
you have access to His throne room. So come before
him and ask for aid. Ask the Holy Spirit to
imprint God's words upon your heart to enable you to

(06:17):
live out the promises found in scripture. Ask him to
help you love the Lord with all your heart, with
all your mind, and with all your strength. Ask Jesus
to help you be obedient to his word to empower
you to love and know Him as you are loved
and known by Him. Remember, confidence comes from fearing God.

(06:44):
To fear God is to respect him, to love him,
and to obey His word. Choose this day to put
your trust in God. To boldly stand and trust in
the promise of His word. Allow His Holy Spirit to
fill your heart, mind, and soul with the truth of

(07:04):
who He is. Open yourself to the peace and assurance
God has prepared for you. Thank you for completing today's
