Miles is just an ordinary kid going on a NOT-ordinary vacation to the jungle with his scientist parents. But when they get separated, Miles finds an ancient, forgotten world beneath the jungle — a world filled with fantastic creatures and menacing enemies. Right when Patrick told me no one had ever gotten
close enough to whatever lives in the Abyss to come
back to tell the story.

Let's say I might have had a few nightmares about that.
Speaker 3 (00:59):
But the good news was we were getting really close
to the Forbidden Jungle. Well, actually that probably doesn't sound
like good news, but.
Speaker 2 (01:10):
It was where we needed to go.
Speaker 3 (01:11):
Petro was convinced that the temple we saw on that
old coin was super important, and she was worried that
if Lobotech got there first, bad things would happen. And
you probably remember that this temple was smack in the
middle of the Forbidden Jungle, which also happened to be
where PAX's nemesis knocked us the Destroyer lived, So we
were definitely heading into more danger, but it was for

a really important reason. Besides, it couldn't be any more
dangerous than the usual, right.
Speaker 2 (01:43):
I was starting to wonder what my mom and dad
were up to.
Speaker 3 (01:46):
Mom's message through my walkie watch, you know, the one
that almost got me eaten by giant metal snakes, had
said they were coming to get me.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
I just didn't know how unless they had found another
hole leading down to the World Lost World.
Speaker 3 (02:02):
Part of me felt a little bad that I hadn't
been trying harder to get back up to the surface.
I knew they had to be worried about me, but
helping Petra Impact stop Globotech was just too important. I
think my parents would have understood, especially since Globotech wanted
to capture all the cheetahs, take all the solar diamonds,
and do.

Who knows what else. It just wasn't right.

There wasn't time to think about my mom and dad
were doing. Part of me hoped they would confind me
and part of me hope they wouldn't because it was
too dangerous. But we had to focus on getting through
the forbidden jungle and into this hidden temple. Unfortunately, we
were about to find out that things were much much
worse than we thought, and that getting into the Hidden
Temple wasn't just going to be hard, it was going

to be all but impossible.

He's found the end of the abyss.
Speaker 2 (02:56):
We're almost there, and I understood him.
Speaker 4 (03:00):
Come on, what do you say we jog for a bit.
The jungle edge is just over there around the corner
of the abyss, and I'd like to get into some
shade and rest for a while.
Speaker 2 (03:08):
Sure, let's go.

So the Hidden Temple is in the middle of the jungle, right,
how long do you think it'll take us to get
to it.
Speaker 4 (03:23):
Well, the jungle is pretty massive, and it's not like
the jungle up above. It's very dangerous, right because the
jungle up above is just a candy store where nothing
ever had happens.
Speaker 2 (03:38):
You know what I mean.
Speaker 4 (03:40):
So my journey will kind of depend on what we
come across. If we have to deal with a lot
of risky situations, it could take us a week or
even more.
Speaker 2 (03:50):
We'll just have to see great.

Here's hoping all the animals are nice and they just
want to have us over for dinner in instead of
having us four.
