the show.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
Man.

Speaker 3 (00:47):
I thought I'd had a headache before, but when Agent
eleven hit us with that sonic disruptor, it was bad.
It knocked me out cold for a few minutes, and
when I started waking up, you couldn't hear anything at all,
and my.

Speaker 2 (00:59):
Head was hurting so bad. I was even having trouble seeing.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
I just remember lying there after it happened, wondering what
he would do to us if we couldn't fight back.
I felt a hand touch me, and I was sure
it was Agent eleven, so I tried pushing him away,
but then the hands started.

Speaker 2 (01:16):
Tapping me like someone was trying to get my attention.

Speaker 3 (01:20):
I opened my eyes and for a second I thought
maybe it was all a dream, because it wasn't Agent
eleven at all.

Speaker 4 (01:30):
Miles, Miles, can you hear me, buddy?

Speaker 5 (01:33):
Oh?

Speaker 4 (01:34):
Come on, talk to me. Hmmm, Dad, that's right, son. Oh,
I'm so glad you're okay.

Speaker 2 (01:45):
Where's Agent eleven?

Speaker 5 (01:46):
Ah? Who?

Speaker 3 (01:48):
Oh my gosh, where's Petra?

Speaker 6 (01:51):
Hey? Hey, Hey, calm down, son. I think whatever that
noise was must have hit you pretty hard.

Speaker 4 (01:58):
You're not making any sense. Can you hear me, Miles? Dad?

Speaker 2 (02:03):
I don't think I can hear you.

Speaker 4 (02:05):
Okay, so that's a no. Come on.

Speaker 6 (02:09):
Your mom is over here, Rachel, you found Miles. I
can't believe it.

Speaker 4 (02:15):
Roger, how did you get here?

Speaker 6 (02:19):
I think we're gonna need a relax here for just
a bit and til you both can hear again.

Speaker 3 (02:24):
What It was so great to see my dad again,
and not just because we were in a ton of trouble.
There had been more than a few times where I'd
woken up in the Lost World to some big problems,
but this one took the cake. Agian eleven was gone,
but so was Petra, my mom and I couldn't hear anything,
not to mention the splitting headaches we both had, and

(02:45):
then packs, poor packs. As bad as we felt, there's
no telling what he was going through. Dad was able
to get us some food and water, so we all
just rested for a little while, waiting until we felt
better so we could try and find Petra.

Speaker 4 (03:01):
I can't believe I found you both.

Speaker 6 (03:04):
Once you're feeling better, we're getting out of here, and
it's a good thing. That lion looks like he's not
going anywhere. I have never seen such a huge animal.
He'd eat us all for sure.

Speaker 3 (03:20):
Oh my gosh, hacks, packs, packs, Can you hear me?

Speaker 4 (03:30):
Miles stop? Are you crazy? Get away from that thing?

Speaker 7 (03:35):
No, Roger, it's okay. The lion is with us.

Speaker 2 (03:38):
Huh, he's our friend.

Speaker 6 (03:41):
Oh okay, just okay, read my lips. I know you
can't hear me, but I need.

Speaker 4 (03:54):
You to explain what the heck is going on?

Speaker 2 (04:01):
Okay, why do you want a going log? I think
we need to find Petra for his dad.

Speaker 4 (04:08):
Oh, for the love of it, Okay, one.

Speaker 6 (04:11):
More time, I need you too.

Speaker 3 (04:18):
It took a few tries, but I finally figured out
Dad was trying to get me to catch him up
on what had happened down here in the Lost World.
It wasn't like we had much else we could do
until we got better, so I started from the beginning
and told him everything, just like I had with Mom.
I still couldn't hear him, but watching his face was
kind of funny. While I told him about all the
crazy animals, lubottech Petra, everything. You should have seen him

(04:41):
when I told him about the solar diamonds. I thought
his eyes were going to pop out of his head.
The good thing was, by the time I was finishing
with my story, I started to get a kind of
ringing in my ears. I couldn't exactly hear yet, but
it looked like it wouldn't be much longer, which was
good because we were about to find out we didn't
have much longer.

Speaker 2 (05:01):
Things are about to go from bad to worse.

Speaker 3 (05:07):
And then after we plugged all those solar diamonds in,
we came out here to activate the Grand Solar Diamond.
But then Agent eleven showed up with some night wolves
and he.

Speaker 2 (05:19):
Hit us with some kind of sound attack. It hurts
so bad, but I actually, hey, hey.

Speaker 3 (05:28):
I can almost kind of hear some stuff God's bringing
in my ears?

Speaker 4 (05:33):
Can you hear me now? Hey?

Speaker 2 (05:37):
Yeah, yeah, it's kind of quiet, but I can hear
you me too.

Speaker 8 (05:43):
Oh, thank goodness, Miles, that is the most amazing story
I have ever heard, and I am so proud of you.

Speaker 6 (05:54):
This Globo text sounds like trouble, though. I think we
need to get out of here as soon as we can.

Speaker 2 (06:00):
No, Dad, we can't. What about Packs? What about Petra?

Speaker 7 (06:04):
I was wondering why Pax hasn't shaken this off yet. Roger,
did you look him over?

Speaker 5 (06:09):
Of course not.

Speaker 6 (06:11):
He is a lion. I didn't know he was friendly
and tell a few minutes ago.

Speaker 9 (06:16):
Well, let's go check on him. I know a thing
or two about big cats after all. Oh dear, what
he's well? I think that device Aged eleven used on
us did a lot more damage to Pas than did
to us. That poor thing is still in a lot
of pain. Lions have much better hearing than we do,

(06:37):
so I'm sure that noise seemed much louder to.

Speaker 3 (06:39):
Him, oh man, even louder than we heard it. Gosh,
poor Packs.

Speaker 2 (06:46):
What should we do?

Speaker 7 (06:47):
Well? The first thing we need to do is to
make sure to be as quiet as we can around
him more noise will only hurt him. But he also
needs rest, and with a pain he's in, he might
not be able to say. Why don't you two go
gather some more food and water. I think we might
be here another day or two.

Speaker 4 (07:06):
You're not coming with us.

Speaker 7 (07:08):
No, I'm going to stay here and try to soothe packs.
A gentle head rub might be able to relax some
of the pain and help him sleep if I put
my hands here above his eyes and make slow, careful
circles with my fingertips.

Speaker 2 (07:25):
There.

Speaker 7 (07:25):
Yes, I'll stay here and try to help him. We'll
be fine.

Speaker 6 (07:29):
Okay, Well, come on, sport, Let's go see what we
can find.

Speaker 3 (07:33):
Okay, thanks for taking care of him, mom, We'll be
right back.

Speaker 4 (07:42):
This place really is amazing.

Speaker 6 (07:45):
I wish we could spend some time here to study it,
but I'm afraid it's also just too dangerous. Maybe one
day we can come back with a full science team
and some security.

Speaker 2 (07:57):
I would have to be a lot of security.

Speaker 3 (08:00):
I tried to tell you everything, but chances are good
I left out some of the danger stuff that's happened.

Speaker 4 (08:05):
I believe you.

Speaker 6 (08:07):
So this Agent eleven is the pilot who flew us
out here and crashed our plane. Right, Yeah, I'm starting
to wonder if Globotech didn't want us out here at all,
because they're trying to take control of everything. It makes sense.
I just can't believe they'd put us in danger like that. Also,

(08:28):
they can make money.

Speaker 3 (08:29):
I know they're bad news. Well, at least most of
them are. There was this one guy who worked for them.
He uh, he was pretty great.

Speaker 4 (08:39):
Oh is this the Drake guy you mentioned?

Speaker 2 (08:42):
Yeah, but I think he's gone.

Speaker 6 (08:45):
Maybe, but don't count him out just yet. I wouldn't
believe a thing that Agent eleven said.

Speaker 2 (08:51):
Yeah, you're right. Hey, look some blue glow grapes some
what Now?

Speaker 3 (08:57):
Remember I told you about the fruit I found my
stay down here. It was these things here?

Speaker 2 (09:02):
Try it?

Speaker 6 (09:03):
Huh glowing fruit? All right, I guess I can give
it a shot. Oh wow, wow, d I'm amazing.

Speaker 3 (09:15):
Right, just wait until you try the other colors. You
wouldn't believe.

Speaker 2 (09:21):
Oh no, no, no, no, no no no no no.

Speaker 4 (09:25):
Wolves. Where are you going?

Speaker 2 (09:27):
It's the night wolves. Dad, they're after packs, and Mom
is there too.

Speaker 3 (09:32):
Yeah, like I said, bad to worse. Packs could handle
a couple of night wolves. Normally but he was still
down for the count. Not to mention, my mom was
there trying to help him. Dad and I hadn't walked
very far away from the temple, but it sure didn't
feel like we had. When we started running back, I
kept picturing those wolves getting up on packs of my mom,

(09:53):
so I ran as fast as I possibly could. My
Dad couldn't keep up, but I didn't care. I had
to get there to help them. But when I got
back inside the temple, I think my heart stopped in
my chest for a few seconds because it wasn't just
the night will summer after packs.

Speaker 2 (10:11):
Get away from him, You nasty mangy aa.

Speaker 5 (10:14):
Well, well, and who are you?

Speaker 2 (10:18):
Uh uh what talking hyena singy?

Speaker 5 (10:23):
I am not a talking hyaena thingy. I am monoctous
and this is my world. You're in human octus, that's right,
young ling, And before my night walls drag you out
of here and I put an end to the pitiful backs.
You will tell me why you're in this temple.

Speaker 6 (10:45):
Miles, what are you?

Speaker 4 (10:49):
What is that?

Speaker 5 (10:52):
I tire of this? Answer me? Human?

Speaker 3 (10:55):
We uh well, we found this place on the back
of an old coin. We came here to try and
fight something to fight Globo tech.

Speaker 5 (11:06):
I see. So you don't know this temple's true purpose,
then good night Wolves. Remove the humans, do with them
whatever you wish, leave me with packs.

Speaker 2 (11:18):
Wait, you can't hurt him.

Speaker 5 (11:20):
Oh but I.

Speaker 4 (11:21):
Can, and I will, Roger Miles that stop.

Speaker 2 (11:28):
If you don't stop, I'll.

Speaker 3 (11:32):
I'll turn the Grand Solar Diamond on nice try.

Speaker 5 (11:35):
You don't even know how.

Speaker 3 (11:37):
Oh yeah, we've already plugged in, although there's smaller diamonds,
and I've got the key right here in my pocket.

Speaker 2 (11:44):
Maybe you've seen it.

Speaker 3 (11:45):
It has eight sides and all I have to do
is put in the slot and twist.

Speaker 5 (11:49):
Night Wolves. Stop. So you do know about this temple.

Speaker 3 (11:54):
That's right, and I'm betting you won't like being so
close to the Grand Solar Diamond when it lights up.

Speaker 5 (12:00):
Come night Wolves. We will deal with these fools another day,
and you, boy, you will find out what happens to
those who dare to threaten the Great Knots. You won't
be able to stay within this Temple's protection forever. And
when you've left it's safety, I will find you.

Speaker 4 (12:26):
Miles.

Speaker 9 (12:27):
I can't believe that worked, and I didn't realize you
still had the key.

Speaker 2 (12:31):
Yeah, I don't Egean eleven took it from me.

Speaker 4 (12:35):
That whole thing was a bluff.

Speaker 7 (12:37):
Uh huh wow, great work, suite her. You saved us all,
especially Packs. He was drifting off to sleep when they
showed up. They're there, Packs, you can rest.

Speaker 3 (12:47):
Now, you've gotta help Packs get better. Knocks us out
there still waiting, and I'm sure Globotech will be here soon.

Speaker 4 (12:55):
Well, Miles, you're the expert here. What do you think
we sho do?

Speaker 2 (13:00):
Mom? You keep helping Packs. We're definitely going to need him.

Speaker 4 (13:04):
And what about you and me?

Speaker 3 (13:06):
We're going to get ready to make Nactus and globotechs.
Sorry they ever messed with our family
