must first give credit where credit is due. My wife is,
without a doubt, the MVP. After my first podcast this morning,
I had to go take care of some business. I
turned towards my left shoulder and I remember something very

My phone's on my computer, which is only about ten
feet away from the bathroom. I quickly run towards my
phone call. My wife asked for an extra role of TP.
She comes down and delivers the goods, but first cracks
a joke. I'll be down there in tent fifteen minutes,
she says. But then came down and delivered the goods

without even questioning it. So thank you to my sexy,
smoking hot wife Hayley for helping my anus out in
that situation.

What's working for the Minnesota Vikings.

I think just really focusing on ourselves, owning and on
our game plan stack in the day is every day,
like I said, we know what's coming in our home.
Kayo does a great job of game planning, making sure
every day that we're attacking the day, not just coming
in and going through the motion, and really taking advantage
of the week.

You told me the other day, you've been saying, don't
sleep on Sam Darnold. What is he doing on a
weekly basis to make you, guys believe?

He's just showing it in practice every day. He's leading
us every day. He's consistent, and you know it's contagious.
He shows up happy, happy at work and it spreads
around the building. So super proud of him, and you
know he has our full trust, our full belief, and
we're gonna come out here and sell out for him.

He got you a touchdown today. I watched you watching
your highlights up on the board. You're cheeting it on
the sideline. You were even doing the skulf chan before
the game. After years of coming in here as a visitor,
how fun are you. How much fun are you having
as a bike.

This is probably some of the most fun I've had.

In my career.

Just a great, great group of guys in that locker room,
great group of coaches that make it fun to come

affected the game many times. I know you've seen it.
I want to say, it's close to one hundred and
thirty decibels in here, which is crazy. I've never seen that,
so I think it's a hand in hand in hand.
Everybody has a piece of it.

What's this week gonna be like preparing to face your

Aaron Jones has been exactly what the doctor ordered for
the Minnesota Vikings this season. He's an explosive running back.
He's still got plenty of quickness, even though he's been
in the NFL for several years already, and the running
back life isn't very long. Nineteen carries one hundred and
two yards five and a half yards per carry, with

a touchdown catch five catches forty six yards.

The Minnesota Vikings, a dynamic, do it all running back

ball because Madison lacked quickness and explosiveness. Aaron Jones brings
in leadership, He brings a lot of fun. Seems like
a very fun guy, and he loves playing for the
Minnesota Vikings. And I'll say this as a Minnesota Vikings
fan that has watched Aaron Jones play for the Green
Bay Packers for years and now that he's a Minnesota

Vikings player, I feel like we appreciate those players even
more because of where they once played, how we had
to watch them for years and now how they're dominating
for the Minnesota Vikings. You know, you think about all
the years that we had to watch Aaron Jones run
up and down the Minnesota Vikings. Well, the Packers didn't

want him anymore, Vikings pick him up, and now he's
running all over other teams for.

Speaker 2 (04:57):
The Minnesota Vikings.

Speaker 1 (04:58):
I feel like there's a little extra appreciation, a little
extra excitement because of him being on the Vikings, because
of a little revenge factor against the Green Bay Packers,
because that's just as fun for the fans as it
is for the player. And Aaron Jones is gonna want
a win badly against the Green Bay Packers who dumped

him for Josh Jacobs. And the Packers are two and one.
Josh Jacobs it seems like he's having a pretty good season,
so good move by them, But a fantastic move by
the Minnesota Vikings to bring in Aaron Jones. And you know,
he said he loves playing for the Minnesota Vikings.

Your team is three to zero.

If you're not loving playing for this team right now,
then you've got problems. Okay, winning keears everything and not
that there's anything to be cured right now. There's no
contract disputes, there's no you know, guys holding out, there's
no animosity towards the organization right now because they didn't

play a certain player, or so it appears from the
outside looking in. But the Minnesota Vikings are also three
and zero. There's been no adversity. They've blown out the
Houston Texans, they were up by two scores against the
San Francisco forty nine ers, and they blew out the
New York Giants. Things are good, people are happy, and

Aaron Jones loves playing for the Minnesota Vikings, and that
is a very good thing for the Vikings. He's only
under a one year deal, So I will be very
intrigued by the Vikings decision this season and this upcoming
free agency, whether or not they try to sign them

to a contract extension now middle of the season, or
if they wait till free agency, let them walk, let
them sign somewhere else, or if they try to bring
him back in free agency. So that's something to keep
an eye on as that gets closer.

In the postgame locker room as well, talk about this
team being special. It seems like every single player is
on the same feeling right now, has the same opinion
that there's something special going on in Minnesota and we're
