Speaker 1 (00:06):
Hey, I'm Chris, I'm Andy, and this is my vagina said.
Speaker 2 (00:11):
What welcome? Welcome, Welcome every day, vaginas welcome. We are
so honored to have you with us, as oays, I
am so eager. So let's get right to it. Andy,
What is your vagina saying to you today? She is saying,
what did you get for me? Oh? Yeah, today is
(00:32):
a big day for us because it involves shopping at
one of my favorite places. Target.
Speaker 1 (00:38):
Yeah, I also love Target. What is your favorite thing
about Target?
Speaker 3 (00:44):
Chris?
Speaker 2 (00:45):
Plus size clothing, small businesses, black businesses.
Speaker 1 (00:50):
Way too deep I think of Target. My mind races
too dollar bins, Starbucks, tampons.
Speaker 2 (00:58):
Oh no, I'm thinking way too small and not giving
Target the credit it deserves. Target tells me what I need.
Speaker 3 (01:06):
I hear this from people, So what does it speak
to you?
Speaker 2 (01:09):
Okay? For instance, for grab bag at work, I got
this bath bomb called the f bomb.
Speaker 3 (01:15):
Okay.
Speaker 2 (01:15):
It had little sayings in it, like a fortune, like
a fortune cookie. Okay, So when it dissolved, a little
saying would pop out.
Speaker 3 (01:23):
What did your fortune say?
Speaker 2 (01:25):
I don't remember. All I remember is I really liked it.
So I went to Target and bought some more. I
love Target. I am loyal to them and I advocate
for all of their small businesses. Yeah.
Speaker 1 (01:37):
I love Target because I appreciate being able to buy
the marketplace, fruit strips, a bathing suit, and cat litter
all in one twenty minute trip.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
I agree. I love getting clothes, items for my kids, toys,
house were stuff. I mean, you really can get anything
at Targe. And I love a clearance sale. I am
the queen of the Clarence end cap. That is my weakness.
Speaker 1 (02:06):
Yeah, because you love to try all the things, and
when they're displayed on the end I think you feel
that it just is screaming your name.
Speaker 2 (02:15):
Absolutely, especially if it's on clearance. How do you have
all the cool stuff?
Speaker 3 (02:20):
What do you mean?
Speaker 2 (02:21):
My kids think you're way cooler than I am.
Speaker 3 (02:23):
Wait, which ones?
Speaker 2 (02:24):
All of them? What? And you always have all this
cool stuff in your house? I never see you buying anything.
How do you have all the latest things?
Speaker 3 (02:36):
I have no idea.
Speaker 1 (02:38):
I shop at my favorite store, Amazon and uh, Facebook,
Marketplace and garage sales.
Speaker 2 (02:48):
Yeah. Well, I'm really glad to show you my Target.
I love to shop. We did some recon work for
our Everyday Vagina's by going all in on our target.
Hall into Target and purchase several of their products that
are focused on women's health needs. We experimented with them,
and today we're going to give you.
Speaker 3 (03:08):
Our reviews are expert reviews.
Speaker 2 (03:10):
Actually, I didn't say expert on purpose. Our reviews are expert.
We are experts. We are not experts.
Speaker 1 (03:19):
Okay, So it should be no surprise to you all
that this strip started with a spat between the two
of us, and its surfaced when we could not agree
who would drive. I immediately knew that I wanted to
drive so I wouldn't get car sick.
Speaker 2 (03:34):
Oh my god, I knew you were going to make
me feel in defensive about my driving.
Speaker 1 (03:38):
And then I also had to give you kind of
a speech before we got out of the car and
we're walking into Target about being on a budget.
Speaker 2 (03:46):
Yeah, a budget, but you know I am thrifty Clearance.
Speaker 1 (03:52):
You say thrifty, I just think you are a marketer's dream.
Speaker 3 (03:57):
You are just such a sucker.
Speaker 2 (03:59):
I am, I am. You are so right. Marketing works
so well on me. I go into the dollar store
and I'm like, it's only a dollar. Next thing you know,
I'm walking out with thirty dollars worth of one dollar items.
They see me coming a mile away.
Speaker 1 (04:12):
All right, well, let's get this started for our everyday vagina's.
I don't even know where to start. Why don't you, Chris,
why don't you pick one to kick us off.
Speaker 2 (04:23):
Let's start with one of my favorites, this pH balancing
cleanser by Love Wellness.
Speaker 1 (04:29):
Also before we when we went on this trip, I
didn't know that there was such a thing as a
pH cleanser until we were like specifically looking for things
for our bodies. I didn't know that that was an option.
Speaker 2 (04:44):
And by the way, there are a ton of products
and companies out there that are marketed directly and made
just for us and our evolve us.
Speaker 3 (04:55):
I did you know?
Speaker 2 (04:57):
I did not.
Speaker 1 (04:58):
Yeah, okay, So this product costs fifteen dollars and it
boasts that it safely cleanses your volva while maintaining healthy
vaginal pH levels. My professional review when I used it
has no sense and it felt like regular soap for me.
Speaker 2 (05:16):
Yeah, I agree, it didn't have a scent, but I
knew I could wash my volva with it. And you know,
the volva is the part on the inside that doesn't
get touched with a rag and soap when you're just
washing regularly. In any case, I could use it on
my vulva safely, and I knew I wasn't going to
get irritated by it.
Speaker 3 (05:35):
I don't know, I didn't get it. Not worth it
for me.
Speaker 2 (05:38):
Yeah, it is expensive and it's not a necessity, but
I do think it's something I would like invest in
to use every once in a while. I mean, like,
I have Summer's Eve in my shower.
Speaker 3 (05:48):
I have never bought Summer's Eve.
Speaker 2 (05:50):
I bought summers Eve frequently. As a matter of fact,
the douches I used to buy were Summer Eve.
Speaker 1 (05:57):
You have been a long time follower of some receive
and they have They also have a spray that I've
used as well.
Speaker 2 (06:04):
But I have their soap in my shower and I
don't use it often.
Speaker 1 (06:08):
So you know, okay, I want to just take a
time out and say, always in Summer's Eve, you owe
her a royalty check.
Speaker 3 (06:18):
Yeah, yes, yeah, pay me.
Speaker 2 (06:22):
The next product that we experimented with was breast pedals
by Lingerie's Solutions. These are seven dollars. I have huge nipples,
and I have to honestly say, I was so impressed
that not only did it cover my nipple, but it
held it flat so that if I were to wear
a shirt without a bra, it would you know, my
(06:44):
nipples wouldn't show. The reality is my breasts are too
big to wear a shirt without a bra, so that's
not really an option. But these covered it really well.
Speaker 1 (06:54):
Okay, I really liked these, and I've actually had these before.
I mean, I said, ampled with them again so I
could be refreshed on it for every day Vidraina's but
I've used these before.
Speaker 3 (07:06):
They cover well.
Speaker 1 (07:07):
The petals are made of kind of like an adhesive fabric,
softer than the fabric on a band aid, but kind
of similar to that, right, and it made it easy
to like mold around my nipple to cover it.
Speaker 3 (07:20):
Four stars.
Speaker 2 (07:22):
Yeah, yeah, I like these.
Speaker 1 (07:25):
Let's stay with this category and review the gel pedals. Okay,
so again this is by Lingerie Solutions. These were nine dollars.
I really like these because the gel is thicker than
the fabric petals, and I.
Speaker 3 (07:39):
Like that they are reusable.
Speaker 1 (07:41):
You can wash them with like a mild soap and
water and they maintain their stickiness. I tried it and
it was successful. Five starts.
Speaker 2 (07:50):
Yeah, I liked them too. I liked them, and I
think they were pretty much the same as the fabric
ones until I had to take the fabric ones off. Why,
oh my god, I out like I was ripping my
skin off.
Speaker 3 (08:03):
It didn't hurt me like that.
Speaker 2 (08:04):
It hurts so bad that my conclusion is to stick
with the gel ones because they were usable and they
don't hurt to come off.
Speaker 1 (08:13):
Well, you're actually reminding me of my sister's experience with
the breast pedals.
Speaker 3 (08:19):
She actually developed a really.
Speaker 1 (08:21):
Bad rash from when she removed it, and she ended
up looking it up, and a lot of other women
had developed rash.
Speaker 3 (08:29):
I never did.
Speaker 2 (08:30):
No, I did either.
Speaker 3 (08:31):
If you have more sensitive skin, I agree for what
was it a dollar? More dollar?
Speaker 2 (08:36):
Yeah?
Speaker 3 (08:37):
The gel pedals are worth it.
Speaker 2 (08:38):
Yeah, definitely. Here's a funny story. I'm at home with
the fabric pedal on my nipple. Okay, I'm in the
kitchen making dinner and I'm testing it out for the show.
Speaker 4 (08:50):
Uh.
Speaker 2 (08:50):
My husband comes in slips his hand underneath my bra
and he says, oh my god, what is that. I forgot?
I had it on so it was comfortable.
Speaker 3 (09:04):
Oh my gosh.
Speaker 2 (09:05):
All right, on that note, let's just take a quick
pee break.
Speaker 3 (09:07):
All right, good idea.
Speaker 1 (09:09):
Let's also set up all the stuff we bought on
the table. Let's take a pic to post it on Instagram,
and we'll be right back.
Speaker 2 (09:16):
All right, welcome back, all right. So I am dying
(09:40):
to hear what you thought about the thong liners. These
were only three point fifty nine and made by Carefree.
You were so blown away that they even existed, all right.
Speaker 1 (09:51):
I don't know why I was the only woman in
America not aware of thong liners, But whenever I.
Speaker 3 (10:00):
Shared with other friends that I was experimenting with them.
Speaker 1 (10:03):
They were all like, duh, Andy, they've been around for.
Speaker 2 (10:07):
A while, I told you.
Speaker 3 (10:10):
But I always wear a thong, and this did make
it easier.
Speaker 1 (10:14):
Plus when I ran out of my regular liners, when
I wanted to wear them at night, I just flipped
it around and used it that way.
Speaker 2 (10:21):
Oh that's a really good idea, all right, So I'm
going to keep it real. I did not try this product.
I don't wear a thong, so that's all.
Speaker 3 (10:30):
Andy, Okay, I'm going to give it four stars.
Speaker 2 (10:34):
Why not five?
Speaker 1 (10:35):
Because my thongs very in with that the part that
goes up my crack varies in with yeah, and so the.
Speaker 3 (10:43):
Wings weren't always the right size for the crack length.
Speaker 2 (10:49):
Uh huh the crack strip okay?
Speaker 1 (10:51):
And so I was always worried that some stickiness would
like pull on a hair.
Speaker 2 (10:56):
Oh wow, I never thought of that. I only wear
a thought during sexy time, so I don't know nothing
about that.
Speaker 1 (11:03):
We also tried the Womanis brand menopause hormone and estrogen
free support. This product claims that it may relieve symptoms
like hot flashes, night sweats, memory focus, calm.
Speaker 3 (11:17):
And our sex drive.
Speaker 2 (11:18):
See that's the feature I'm most interested in, the increased
sex drive. You know how much I enjoy a great
sex life, and the thought of it being increased sounds awesome.
Speaker 1 (11:30):
This product is one that benefits are probably not felt
unless it's taken regularly over a length of time. I
don't remember to take vitamins, I don't remember to take
birth control pills. I just am not going to do it,
so I don't feel as though I can give it
an honest review.
Speaker 2 (11:49):
I agree, and you know, we spent forty dollars on this.
Speaker 3 (11:53):
That makes me want to throw up.
Speaker 2 (11:56):
Because honestly, I did not give it a fair try either.
I took it for a couple of days, and then
I just kind of forgot about it. You know, maybe
in Everyday Vagina has tried this and can give us
an honest review. Wouldn't that be great?
Speaker 1 (12:11):
That would please DM us and we'll share it with
the every day vaginas out there who are interested.
Speaker 2 (12:16):
Right, Okay, So next we experimented with the honeypot bergmont
Rose foaming wash. It costs nine dollars and this brand
boasts made by humans with vaginas for humans with vaginas,
a statement I can really get behind. I didn't care
(12:37):
for the scent, honestly, but the soap was nice, and
I would love to try the other scents and products
made by the company.
Speaker 1 (12:45):
I personally didn't care for this product. I didn't feel
like the scent matched my vagina's vibe.
Speaker 2 (12:50):
Really, your vibe? What is your vagina's vibe? Do tell? Well?
Speaker 1 (12:55):
I know now the vibe is not bergmont Rose. I
want to say my vagina is more of like clean linen.
Speaker 2 (13:02):
I don't remember that being one of the options. And
if I remember correctly, we were pretty both pretty excited
about bergmont Rose. We thought it would smell good.
Speaker 3 (13:12):
Alrighty, what is Wait, let's see what is this?
Speaker 1 (13:15):
Honey pot plant derived feminine care gin of college to
prove page balance, minimizes odor, gentle and non irritating.
Speaker 4 (13:25):
Ooh, I like that it's foaming.
Speaker 2 (13:27):
And it's foaming.
Speaker 3 (13:28):
Should we try one?
Speaker 4 (13:29):
I want to try it. Okay, there's cucumber alo sensitive,
normal and Bergmont rose.
Speaker 3 (13:36):
M I think bergmont rose sounds good.
Speaker 2 (13:39):
It does?
Speaker 4 (13:39):
It sounds like it? Really? I don't either. I think
I remember having like a Bergmont candle and that smells good.
Speaker 3 (13:47):
Okay, we'll get it.
Speaker 4 (13:48):
Okay.
Speaker 1 (13:49):
This season we also touched on our facial hair issues,
so we bought the Finishing Touch Flawless Facial Hair Remover.
Speaker 3 (13:56):
This was twenty bucks.
Speaker 1 (13:58):
Loved this part, painless, quick effective, six stars.
Speaker 2 (14:04):
Same. I don't even use it that often. I keep
it in my purse. It's clean, it's easy, it doesn't
irritate my skin at all, like the battery last forever.
I just love this product. Six stars. Okay. So next
is what do you know another Summer's Eve product. This
(14:26):
is the Summer's Eve Intimate Skin Serum for eight point fifty.
I thought it was really nice. I didn't even realize
how dry the skin was down there. I liked it,
and now I really do moisturize everything.
Speaker 1 (14:41):
This product felt extra to me. I just slap on
the same lotion that I'm throwing on my legs. Ye,
and it seems sufficient.
Speaker 2 (14:49):
No. Oh, I love the extra effort. I like going
all out and pampering myself. I have this whole aftershower
regimen that I do. So I'm in the shower, I
exfoliate my face and my body. Okay, then when I wait,
wait every day every day?
Speaker 3 (15:07):
You exploliate your face and body every day every day?
Are you? I don't think you're supposed to do it
every day.
Speaker 2 (15:12):
It doesn't bother my skin. I'm not irritated or anything.
Feel how soft my arm is.
Speaker 1 (15:17):
I know you have wonderful skin because let a dead
follicle girl once in a while tofoliate.
Speaker 2 (15:24):
Well, it's what I do.
Speaker 3 (15:26):
Okay, anyway, continue Okay, So.
Speaker 2 (15:28):
Then when I get out of this shower, the first
thing I do after I dry off is put my
door in on and then I loation my entire body,
including your butt cheeks.
Speaker 3 (15:39):
No, no, well now your lips.
Speaker 2 (15:42):
Oh hold on, that's coming.
Speaker 3 (15:43):
Oh that's right.
Speaker 2 (15:44):
Sorry, that gets added into the routine. Got it keep
going okay? So yes, as a matter of fact, as
I loation my entire body, I probably would then put
on the Summer's Eve moisturizing cream seum. I like it,
it's nice. Then I put perfume on because I love
(16:05):
to smell good. It makes me happy.
Speaker 3 (16:07):
Love that for you.
Speaker 2 (16:08):
Oh yes, Then I lotion or put vasoline on my feet.
Speaker 3 (16:12):
I do that every day.
Speaker 2 (16:13):
Tell so, I do this regiment every day, and now
I'm incorporating Summer's Eve Intimate Skin Serum into my little ritual.
It feels good to do something for yourself.
Speaker 1 (16:28):
The last product we tried was the always Zzz Period
Underwear for eight dollars. This packaging came with seven disposable
period panties.
Speaker 3 (16:39):
I like these.
Speaker 1 (16:40):
It felt more comfortable than a pad in your underwear.
And remember the hospital panties that you would get after
you gave birth and they had the elastic.
Speaker 2 (16:51):
Oh yeah, I love those.
Speaker 1 (16:53):
Yes, it feels like that, so you feel like there's
gonna be no leakage.
Speaker 3 (16:57):
It's really comfortable.
Speaker 2 (17:00):
So is it like wearing a boy short? Yeah? Yeah, okay.
It kind of makes me wish I had a period
so I could dry them well.
Speaker 3 (17:07):
You can still wear it around town if you want.
Speaker 2 (17:12):
I can wear it in place of the peabag. Yeah, Hi,
start awesome. My conclusion is that there are so many
products for the vagina you can easily get confused and
just really upset your vagina. Figure out what your need is,
and then only try one product at a time so
that you know how your body is reacting to it.
(17:33):
And remember, the vagina is self cleaning, so it doesn't
necessarily need these products.
Speaker 1 (17:39):
We had so much fun doing this and we got
a lot of really great products from Target. Check out
Instagram to see them and feel free to send us
your reviews and thoughts.
