Speaker 1 (00:08):
Scrible advice. Hello, Hello, hello, hello, Hello, Welcome to them
not even night show. I'm your host to Rob Shooter
with our friend Donny met Jim from Okay Magazine dot
com in l A. Donnie, are you there? Hello? Helloallo, Hello,
Hello Donnie. So last week there was a crisis on
(00:28):
the show. Did you hear what happened? I posted the
wrong show, Donnie, and I only posted my own audio.
So Donnie and I record on separate audio tracks and
then I merged them together. However, last week I was terrible, Donny.
I only posted my own It's actually my favorite show
of all time. I sounded marvelous. But this week I promise,
(00:48):
I promise that you will be including Donnie. I probably
you'll be there. Did anybody let you know? Oh? Yeah,
Well I woke up to a bunch of messages on
Facebook being like I don't hear Danny, and I'm like, well,
I I fully spoke this morning. I got up early
and I did it. It's terrible her mad to get
episode early, and then I just posted my own vocal.
Donna loved it, and then I listened to it. You know,
(01:10):
I actually did listen to it, and it did take
me a moment to notice there was something that could
put my finger on it. There's something missing, and then
a lovely lovely friends told me there's no Donny. Okay,
well he's here today. What time is it? It is
d time. This is an exclusive from Okay Magazine dot com,
(01:31):
your site, donning Bethany Frankel is meddling in the casting
decisions of the Real Housewives. So after Dorinda Medallely was
fired from the show, which really was quite surprised, and
it was shock waves. People did not see this coming,
particularly to render. People are now wondering how did this happen?
Who's next? And now it appears that Bethany Frankel, of
(01:51):
course has her finger in the pipe a game. Sources
are telling Okay magazine dot com quote, Bethany is like
the wicked witch that will not die. She left the show,
but she can't walk away, and she can't stop meddling
behind the scenes. She's still having private meetings with the
show's boss, Andy Cohen out in the Hampton's very fancy
out there, and he's been out there the whole summer
(02:11):
or the whole coronavirus. I think Bethany too, She's not
shy about telling him who he should fire and who
he should keep on the show. What's surprising about this
is Bethany has had very little success in TV away
from the Housewives. So I think she did Skating with
the Stars or something Stars on Ice because a disaster.
(02:33):
It's awful, It's awful. It's a huge hit in Britain,
but it was not a hit here. She also did
Martha Stewart's Apprentice, the one that didn't work, and she
also had her own talk show I think, and that
didn't that didn't do too well, that got failed to
canceled too. So it seems that everything Bethany has touched
that Andy hasn't been involved in hasn't really done that well.
So nobody understands why is it he's listening to her.
(02:55):
She doesn't have a long resume of TV success. Every
everybody is asking what does she have on Andy? Is
this a Donald Trump Russia situation? Does she have a
tape of him? I don't know, I'm just speculating, what
is going on? What do you think, Donnie? Well, look,
I think Bethany is Andy's best girlfriend, and I think
we all have one of those best girlfriends where whatever
(03:18):
they say, we listened because she's your mind. But I
don't listen to anything you said. Nobody can't, she said
the girl. You see, the thing is with girlfriends and boyfriends,
with friends in general, you can get into someone's head.
So after a couple of drinks at Botty, you know,
if you said to me, Donnie, you know, I think
(03:38):
Billy Joel could do a better theme song than Barry
mad I would be like, oh, like, I might listen.
I don't think, but I might listen. Has a friend
ever put something terrible into your head? Every one of
my friends I know, but this relationship is really not
being very good for the other ladies, and they're all
(03:58):
starting to suck up to Bethany now. To see, she's
like the boss of the show. She left the show,
she came back to the show. So what do you
think is going to happen here? Is she the boss? Study? No,
hear me out, I think Bethany. I have no proof.
I think Bethany that was coming back to the show
because I even just did a story yesterday on Bethany.
She's posting these selfie free self love I'm aging gracefully photos.
(04:23):
She's now a vegetarian because her friend, her daughter asked
her too. So she's just slowly trickling back into the atmosphere.
She's up to something, and I just don't know. She's very,
very clever. I've known her forever. I knew her before
she was a housewife, So she was knocking around New
York trying to be famous for a while. And I
don't say that with disrespect. I really like her for it.
(04:43):
And then when she got The Housewives, she dumped me
trying too fabulous. But I remember the first two seasons
of Housewives, going for dinner with her and drinks with
her and really encouraging her. I think one of the
reasons she was nice to me is that I wrapped
Jessica Simpson and that at the time was sort of
the peak of reality to e V success, So she
was trying to get all those ideas once again, very
(05:04):
very smart. Bethany is no fool here. She has got
I think her own show coming out on one of
the streaming services. I'm not quite sure which one, but
it's going to be like a Donald Trump Apprentice thing
where you work for Bethany and then if you win it,
you get to work for her company, Skinny Girl. That's
the name fit Skinny Girl. But I don't know. I
(05:24):
think she thought it would be a big network show
like ABC or NBC. It didn't happen, so I think
it's only eight or nine series seasons, not seasons eight
or nine episodes that they're doing. But she's always got
andy if it doesn't work out. Can you imagine being
that lucky that if it doesn't work out, you can
fall back good old, good old brother And it's kind
(05:46):
of a nice safety net, isn't it great? It's a
great safety net. Let's do our pole question of the day.
Bethany frankly still meddling again with the Real Housewives casting.
Will Bethany ever move on? Move on? You know somebody,
somebody that you worked with who still comes back to
the office to visit you know what I mean? Some
people it's really hard to let go of a job.
(06:07):
I'm very good. I move on so quickly. It's actually
it's in fact, it's rude. I move on so fast.
Bethany can't move on? What do you think about this?
Yes or no? Go vert on our Twitter page at
Naughty Nice rob Facebook page Naughty Gossip and be sure
to check back tomorrow to hear your results. Donnie. What's
going on with the Bachelor? Well, the Bachelor star Nick Vile,
(06:29):
he actually is reconnecting with one of his Bachelor x
is sort of what are you doing? This is where
you kind of So the Bachelor start, Nick val and
his fiance Vanessa Grimaldi, so they called the quits, but
they actually reunited. So Nick has a new project in
the work. It's called Nick v Talks Trash TV, where
he goes on and he talks about, you know, reality TV.
(06:51):
It's funny that he's calling a trash TV even though
he's been on three different seas and some two bachelorre
and he was on The Bachelor himself. But what he's
saying is that he invited his X on and I'm
assuming he's inviting more xs on, and he had an
open conversation about the relationship why it didn't work out.
I just I don't know if I could literally invite
(07:12):
my ex on to be like, hey, let's hash out
why we didn't work isn't that what you do in
a bar in the privacy of your own apartment. I'm
not sure that would make a maybe make a great
episode of right or text. I'm not sure it is.
He's in a very difficult position. Nick sort of famous.
He's very handsome. I recognize him when I see him
on TV. I met him once. He's a good looking guy.
(07:35):
But what do you do have to be in the Bachelor?
You know, it's the same with Bethany in some ways,
it's really hard to move on. Like I think it
was two thousand and fourteen he first appeared. That's now
six years ago, and he's still making his living out
of this franchise, which I respect. I'm not saying it's
a bad thing. I just wonder where does it go.
I know he wanted to be an actor, and he
(07:55):
did some auditions out in l A and New York
and they didn't quite work out. So what's going to
happened to him? Donnie? Is he going to be able
to do this now for the next ten years? Maybe
he will if it's a hit, if it's good, right,
you've got to put out quality work, though, that's it.
We know somebody that was on a reality show. We
won't say her names, it's a bit cruel, but was
on a sort of like a princess type reality show.
(08:16):
Donnie and I Beth know the same person, and she
has not moved on. I mean, what was it five
years ago, Donnie? Ten not moved up? Ten and ten
years still talking about Still do you do that? Donnie?
Can you move on or do you still talk about
the good old days when you're at serious exam No,
I can reminisce. Reminiscing and moving on are totally different.
(08:36):
But I agree this is a wild story. Andy Cohen
has posted the most delicious photograph shirtless of Anderson Cooper. So,
Adison Cooper is on CNN. He's a real news man
and he's kind of a serious He's not the laughing
giggles types of person. But his best friend is Andy Cohen,
so he must have a fun side. And he said
they would normally be on vacation now him and his
(08:58):
best pal would be on vacation some here, but since
they're not because of the virus, and he thought he
had just posted a picture of Anderson without his permission
to upset him. He looks good. I mean, he looks
really good. Do you know we used to work out
at the same Jim Anderson Cooper and my good self.
And when I say work out, I mean he worked out,
(09:18):
and I gently jogged on a trip. I was awful
by I got a I got one of those big balls,
and I used to sit on it and roll around
the floor like and I said to myself, I just oh,
I'm exhausted. I don't know why I'm not losing anyway.
It's terrible. And then I'd see Anderson and I'd always
follow him downstairs to the weight room, and he was
(09:40):
with Ben, his boyfriend at the time, and Ben and
him would lift these weights like there were bobsicles like.
So then when he finished, I walked over to touch
the same weight. Oh. I couldn't even pick it up
with both hands. It was awful. It was awful. Now
do you think they're back to the story to all
(10:01):
about me? Do you think he got permission? If if
Anderson didn't like it, he texts him and say take
that dad. Also to if you had a shirtless picture
of me, I probably would want to remove because it's
not that nice. Anderson looks amazing. There's nobody fat there.
He looks faby. It's like you, Donnie. I bet you
look great, probably too skinny for my liking, but you
(10:22):
look great with that your shirt. So you probably wouldn't
say take it off. No, I think I look, the
two of them love to go at each other. But
I think though that I wouldn't need my friends permission
to post them, but they would need my permission. To me,
that's not very double standard. Nuts talk about pictures. This
is quite a scandal that's happening. What's happening with Aubrey
(10:43):
o Day. This is a very he said, she said
seriousness too, so former Dandy Kane singer Aubrey oh Day.
So what happened was she's speaking out now and her
lawyer is speaking out against these paparazzi picks that were
posted about her. So these picks were allegedly posted of
her and they got spread around two different outlets where
people were saying she was unrecognizable as she was walking
(11:05):
in Palm Springs and it is over her weight ging,
alleged weight ging because she didn't look like she normally
looked as it pictures are very very different. I mean,
let's be honest, we don't fat shame on this show.
We have no tolerance for it at all. We don't
find it funny. But there's some pictures out there that
claimed to be her claim now the photographer is sticking
by the story and saying they are her. Page six
(11:26):
is reporting they are her. It's a dramatic difference, and
so she's fighting back, continued, She says no, she says
these are not me. She posted a picture of herself,
she says, an unedited photo of wearing a black one
piece from Fabulous Fabius the same night, and she, you know,
on her Twitter account, she said that she doesn't understand
(11:47):
the industry's obsession with women's bodies and that basically this
needs to stop, stop abusing women's bodies. And she's basically
calling out people for fat shaming her. She's for shaming her.
She's right, she's absolute, be right. You know, if the
pictures are doctored or not, it's terrible they are, But
if they're real, who cares. I think that it's very,
very difficult. Like this is currently the number one story
(12:09):
on the New York Post dot com. It's got more
readers than stories about politics or President Trump or or
Vice President Biden. The number one story is Aubrey oh Days. Wait. So, unfortunately,
as long as we keep reading these stories, photographers will
keep taking the pictures and selling them and posting them.
I feel really awful about this. I actually know her
(12:30):
a little bit. I just sent her an email. She
hasn't responded yet, but I didn't even ask her like
to come on the show, would defend herself. I just
wrote to her team Aubrey, and you know what begins
with an f M. All you look great. Let's not
dwell on it anymore. Aubrey, we love you. Here, be yourself.
This story is quite quite lovely too. Bradley Cooper's opening
(12:52):
up about being the caretaker for his mommy Gloria. My
money took her to the oscars. They're very close, he said.
He just likes hanging out so it's so cute. So
during the pandemic, he told Interview magazine that his daughter,
his mom, and his two dogs are all hunkered down together.
None of them have left the house. His mom's eighty
years old. Gosh, she looks marvelous, and he won't let
(13:14):
anybody in the house either, because if she gets the coronavirus,
it's over. They're in a little town has that has
a backyard. However, he must have done this interview a
couple of weeks ago, because recently we saw him on
a movie set looking very dapper and who can forget
we saw him shirtless on a beach with Jennifer Gardner.
(13:35):
So my question, Johnny, is what happened? Jennifer Garner happened?
That's what. She's a woman, and you know men. I
love him And Bradley's a wonderful man. Every mom a
good looking woman comes along. He's my mom. Oh tell
me that's not true, Johnny. Who could get you? What
celebrity could get you out of your little quarantine bubble?
(13:57):
Who would get you out? Bradley Cooper could, Andy Samberg
could cop It's a very diverse lit list, though, isn't it? Though?
There's not much that connects those three, is there? Look?
And the number one most important quality men? Terrible shallow
(14:19):
shallow shallow. Okay, we're going to take a quick break.
We will be a right back. Hello, Hello, Welcome back
to the nort of a night Shall and Rob Shooter
with Johnny Meecham. Donnie, talk up. Let's see if we
can hear you this week. Someone cut that mike last week.
If you're just listening halfway through, I forgot to post
(14:41):
Donni's audio. I only posted it won't happen again, So
let's get to the polls that Donny. On yesterday's show,
we talked about Mariah Carey saying she was very uncomfortable
on an episode of Ellen. Our question was, and remember
Ellen can hold a grudge? Will Mariah ever be invited
back on the show? Yes or no? Let's have a
(15:02):
look here on Twitter. Eight zero said no, Mariah will
not be back on said yes. She has been on
the show though about five times since this little incident happened.
What do you think, Johnnie, if somebody criticizes you or
your show, God forbid our beautiful podcast, would you invite
them back? Yes? I would, absolutely you would. You don't
(15:25):
hold a grudge? You know I do hold the grudge,
but idout them back to go? What have you talked
about to tell them off? So you have them back
to tell them if you're a monster, they don't forget
to vote on today's Twitter question or Pole question either,
Bethany Frankel, Can she just move on? Can you move on?
Go to our Twitter page at Naughty Nice Robber, our
Facebook page Laughty Gossip, and be sure to check back
(15:48):
tomorrow to hear your results. And now it's time for
the nicest of the Day. The nicest of the day
are actually Trevor Noah and Mika Kelly and they're in
a serious relationship. It's so adorable. They're very happy, a
source tells us. And this is the part so the
(16:10):
Daily Shows Trevor Noah, he has been very cute. Oh,
he's so handsome. He could also give me to the apartment,
definitely when everyone on the show is getting you out
of this apartment. Because it's been very quiet about always
dating someone and I decided perpetually single. But he is
dating actress Mika Kelly. And funny enough, Mika Keelly is
actually famously dating the Yankees started I remember that got
(16:34):
good taste. Mmm. So I think they're even living together
during quarantine. They've kept it, kept it a secret, but
too bad, We've told everybody about it. I'm sorry. They
make a beautiful couple. Have you ever met him in person?
So he's not only adorable on the TV. I've seen
him at a couple of events. Beautiful and the accent
that South African acts. Oh, he's just he's everything to me.
(16:57):
He he could get me out of the house, okay
out And naughtiest of the day, naughty, naughty, naughty, nting, shame.
I love how you just changed my jingles every thursdayad that.
Oh gosh, I got the wrong day Wednesday. Okay, so
I noticed the day. I'm not really sure who's the
naughtiest here, but the situation's naughty at least sad. Prince
(17:20):
Harry is revealing details about his last conversation with Princess
Diana before her death. So this week it's the twenty
three anniversary, Donny, twenty three years since Princess Diana died,
and so an old interview of Harry's talking about his
mommy is popping back up the documentaries from two thousand
(17:41):
and seventeen called Mother Diana, and he talked about one
of the biggest regrets that he still carries is that
before she passed, she called where he was staying, which
was at the Queen at the Scottish residence Belle Moral,
and he was too busy, distracted playing with his cousins.
So he was on the phone with his mom, who
he didn't really want to talk to. He was a
(18:02):
young guy at the time, and he sort of rushed
her off the phone. He said, it had I know,
and that was going to be the last conversation I
was going to have with my mommy, I would have
obviously said very different things. He also opened up saying
that him and his brother William, there's not a day
that goes by when they don't think about their mommy,
wondering who she would be now, what her role would be.
(18:23):
It makes me also sad, done it really does. I
talked to my mommy every Sunday, and she's probably listening home.
Mom she finally knows that I have a job, like
she never really understood what I did for all these years.
But now you can hear me. I'm gonna be honest
here and Mommy, I'm sorry that I'm telling secrets. But
initially talking to my mom every Sunday, particularly if I
(18:44):
was hungover, if I went out on a Saturday with you, Donny,
it was not always the most enjoyable twenty minutes, but
it was something I had to do. It's changed now
I really look forward to it, and I do think
in my mind, gosh, you know, she's in her eighties.
This could be the last time I talked to us.
So I make sure I end every conversation with I
love you, which my mom doesn't say back. We're British,
(19:07):
so we don't really talk about our feelings very much
over there. So nobody in my family says I love you.
They just would never say it. And I can feel
over the telephone cringing what I'm saying. I love you,
I love you, I love you. But I'm going to
do it. I'm not going to stop. What about you
and your mommy, Donnie, I know there's been a you know,
there's been a troubled past there. We've been honest about that.
Where are you with your mom? We talk at least
(19:29):
two or three times a week, um, And I'm the
same with you though. Even if we do have our
disagreements and our spared I always try and make up
because you just you never know, No, you don't know. Okay,
let's have a moment of Rob. So for twenty Rob
not yet, sweetie, I'm still doing the promo intro too
hasty to well, gosh, what's a terrible mistake. I'm rethinking that.
(19:54):
So for twenty minutes or so, we try to make
you giggle or laugh, but for a moment were little
bit more serious. This is our moment of Rob, Donnie.
What you get? You blew it? You blew it. Okay,
so this quote is from Oprah Winfrey. We've been talking
all wheat, Donnie about getting to know yourself? How well
do you know yourself? Are you confident? Do you like yourself?
(20:15):
Are you comfortable in your own skin? Oprah said the
following quote. I was once afraid of people saying who
does she think she is? Now I have the courage
to stand and say, this is who I am. It
took me a long time to be comfortable being this ridiculous,
like it really did. Like it's like a muppet growing up,
(20:36):
but like I really was, I'm sort of like a
big muppet now. But I sort of like myself being
a muppet. Donnie, do you like yourself? How well do
you know yourself? I do really like myself. I am
learning about myself every day. I do learn new things.
But I really like the person that I am. I
like that person too. I liked you from the moment
I saw you. And everybody else we like you to
(20:59):
thank you so much for listening. We ran out of time.
This is not even nice. With Rob Show, a production
of I Heart Radio. Don't forget to subscribe on the
I Heart Radio Apple Apple podcasts or wherever you listen
and leave us a review. They are helpful. I know
I nag about them, but they do make a difference.
I'm not sure how, but I'm told they do. And
remember altogether. Now, if you're going to be naughty, you've
(21:23):
got to be nice. Take care, Donny, take care of everybody.
It's not even nice with ro
