Yesterday was a rough show. It was really hard to

just get through it, and so misster I might have
to rely on you today my friend, I know you
can talk. He was, what time is it, my friends,
it is tea time, really sad story at the top
of the show that this sort of knocked the wind
out of me. Yesterday, Malcolm Jamarl Warner is dead at
just fifty four years old after drowning on vacation. So

you know him from The Cosby Show, of course, but
he also went on to do a lot of other major,
major things. He was on vacation in Costa Rica over
the weekend and he tragically, tragically drowned. Mister I know
he was there with his wife and his daughter. They've
never actually been named publicly. He was so protective about

his family. We do not know their names. And so
now the outpour of grief, of condolences, of emotion, miss
it's just overwhelming. Now I know you have a personal
connection with him.

First of all, this rocked me to my core finding
out about this yesterday. And of course I wrote the

up to him and just saying, oh my goodness, because
you're meeting someone from the Cosby Show, but he was

a grown man at that time. So he's like, hello,
it's nice to meet you. And I was like, ooh,
feel Huxtable is so charming now. And what struck out
to me is that he actually said that he just
was so humble that he had been able to be
in this career for forty years. It was for the
resident was back in twenty nineteen. I also had the
opportunity to speak with his mother, Pamela last year. She

wrote a book about raising a child actor and how
she protected her son, and my heart is just breaking
for her. So I just sent love, light and peace
to the family and Malcolm rest in power.

Bill Cosby has put out a statement. I'm told there's
some discussions now about will Bill Cosby be invited to

like I've lost a son. They were on television for
a really long time and he was a kid at
when he made this brilliant TV show, and so I
think today now as heartbroken as we are now, the internet,
my friends, people in the media are asking this question,

like what happens next? Do they involve Bill? Do you
want Bill Cosby? Their Bill definitely wants to say goodbye.
It's unfortunate, isn't it. Mister? This is such an ugly
situation now that I'd almost moved past, but now it's
back in the headlines.

It's very complicated and very delicate. I think what will
happen is Bill will get his chance to say goodbye.
It may not be a public facing opportunity for him,
but as we know, theo Huxble was based on Bill
Cosby's real life son who died in nineteen ninety seven,
so this is twice a loss for him personal. I

believe he will be there in some kind of capacity.
It just probably won't be at any type of public ceremony.

Yeah, after the scandal broke, it was very difficult bumping
into or interviewing anybody that had been on that show
because that was a question that we really needed to

very uncomfortable and also to there was a financial aspect

So not only did they lose or change their opinion

has been called royally cheap after eleven of his gardeners
have walked out in disgust. So he's lost eleven of

the mass, saying that the monarch is cheap. So despite
raking in millions and millions of dollars each year, staff
are paid eleven pounds and ninety eight p an hour,
and they said that just is not right. One person

Now the Palace has launched an internal probe to find
out what's going on here, But I don't think they're
going to come to the conclusion that the king is
cheap because they work for the king and so it's
a little complicated here. It's like all jobs, it doesn't
matter who you work for. You could be a king,

Get your worth and if you don't want to work
for the hourly rate, don't. I laugh when some of
my friends say, oh, it's so hard getting good staff,

find out what the minimum wage is in London. And
the number I came up with it was twelve point
twenty one pounds. So they're not even making minimum wage
and they're working for a king and they're out there

are you bringing them lemonade? So they could probably take

their skills. I mean on their resume it says, oh
I tended the Royal garden. Who's not gonna hire them
for an amazing praise. So right, you guys, go, but
do you the twenty five more pence or where a power?
It's so crazy.

Charles in the long run. He loves flowers, he loves
his gardens. This is who is or they're not going
to look so nice if people aren't that they're working

massive bonuses and she treats them really, really well. I
know musicians who actually have trouble finding people to work

for them because they're so cheap. Madonna's a little bit cheap.
I have friends who have worked for Madonna, and they
said it was pretty much minimum wage. It wasn't quite
as fabulous as you think.

I got to sit next to a lighting engineer. Female
lighting engineer is actually working on the Beyonce concert, but
she's worked with all of these people, and she actually
said that Taylor Swift is a person who pays well

Fake outrage. Good for ben Okay, moving along. King Charles
has been called royally cheap after eleven of his gardeners
have walked out in disgust. So he's lost eleven of

his twelve gardeners at High Grove. They walked out on
the mass, saying that the monarch is cheap. So despite
raking in millions and millions of dollars each year, staff
are paid eleven pounds and ninety eight p an hour,
and they said that just is not right. One person

said he treats his compost better than he treats his staff.
Now the Palace has launched an internal probe to find
out what's going on here, But I don't think they're
going to come to the conclusion that the king is
cheap because they work for the king and so it's
a little complicated here. It's like all jobs, it doesn't
matter who you work for. You could be a king,
it could be a store, it could be a bank.

Get your worth and if you don't want to work
for the hourly rate, don't. I laugh when some of
my friends say, oh, it's so hard getting good staff,
and I'm like, wow, what are you paying? And it's
so low? I'm like that why art?

Yeah? I did a little research because I wanted to
find out what the minimum wage is in London. And
the number I came up with it was twelve point
twenty one pounds. So they're not even making minimum wage
and they're working for a king and they're out there
in the hot sun trying to make those flowers look good. No, no, no, honey,
are you bringing them lemonade? So they could probably take

their skills. I mean on their resume it says, oh
I tended the Royal garden. Who's not gonna hire them
for an amazing praise. So right, you guys, go, but
do you the twenty five more pence or where a power?
It's so crazy.

People can be so so cheap, and it's gonna hurt
Charles in the long run. He loves flowers, he loves
his gardens. This is who is or they're not going
to look so nice if people aren't that they're working
on them. None of this stuff just happens. Our job's misty.
I think people just think it just happens. It doesn't.
We have to do the work and we have to
be compensated for that, and you decide what you think

is a fair mountain. You negotiate that, and the staff
is saying, no, it's too much work, not being paid enough.
We can make more money cutting Hilda's lawn next door
my neighbor. I can cut my aunt Betty's lawn and
make more money than cutting the King's lord. They got

we haven't got the money. I'm like, you're living booking
the palace.

Isn't that funny how it goes that we as regular people,
you know, use that term loosely but we pay a
fair share for the work that people do, and we
always hear about rich people not doing that, and so
it's right, and that's of course one of the ways
they stay rich. But it's not fair.

It's not fair. If I was super rich, I do okay,
But if I'm super rich, gosh, I'd be so generous.
I'd want everybody wanting to work with me for me,
because I would pay them a great salary. It's like
what Taylor Swift. Taylor Swift gets the best in the
world working for her on tour because she gives them
massive bonuses and she treats them really, really well. I
know musicians who actually have trouble finding people to work

for them because they're so cheap. Madonna's a little bit cheap.
I have friends who have worked for Madonna, and they
said it was pretty much minimum wage. It wasn't quite
as fabulous as you think.
Speaker 2 (12:55):
I got to sit next to a lighting engineer. Female
lighting engineer is actually working on the Beyonce concert, but
she's worked with all of these people, and she actually
said that Taylor Swift is a person who pays well
as does Beyonce.
Speaker 1 (13:09):
So I love that.

It was just so interesting. I love the female in
that kind of role.
Speaker 1 (13:15):
They know, bowed down to act queens. Okay, mistake quickly
before we go to break. Austin Butler so cute. Zoe
Kravitz just as cute. They're not dating. You're gonna hear
lots of rumors that they are a couple. Of sources
tell us mistake, that is not true. What are you know?

It's not true. So they were spotted leaving a downtown
New York City immersive theater show together without their director.
They've made a new movie that's coming out together in
twenty twenty five, so of course spans were like, they
are the new couple. But it was nothing but friendly vibes.
They're co stars. They are not a couple. I mean,
I know it's moody lighting. They're going to the theater.

That feels like a date night. But this was just
two people maybe knowing that they would stir up a
little a little bit of marketing, a little bit of promotion.
But they're not dating.

for a quick Gwenne's story. You know I'm obsessed about
before we get a break. So Gweneth has read the
Bombshell tell all sources tell me she thinks it's funny,
but she doesn't exactly remember it all exactly as it
is in the unauthorized biography. What people don't realize is
that Gwyneth Paltrow is very body. She has a really

good sense of humor. She can actually laugh at herself.
She loves a dirty joke, and so to flick through
a book that's full of really shocking things about yourself
that might upset people. I hear Ben Affleck's not very
happy about this book, but Gwenneth herself is giggling about it.
I spoke to one of her friends last night and
they were like, we're going to have a session at

Gwennoth's mansion and a fabulous house where we're going to
read the book aloud and drink wine, and we're all
going to sit around the table and we can all
read the paragraph each about Gwenneth while she sits there
chuckling away. And I think this is a good good
way to handle this, is that enjoy your life. Even
if there's things in your book that you don't like
then are not very flattering, You're still Gwenneth Paltrow. You're

gonna be fine. You live in a fabulous haze. She
got lots on Monday. It's sort of I think, what
comes with the with the territory of being this famous?

Yeah, I mean she chooses her bottles. We know she's
gone to court over other things, but look, she is
a multi millionairess. She owns her own very successful business.
She married a very successful producer. She's happy, she has
her kids. She's not gonna worry about this, and she
made a big stink about it. All it's going to
do is make people run out and want to read

the books. But if she just goes, yeah, maybe it
happened like that and smiles it up, people will be like, Okay,
maybe it didn't happen this.

Neeson is seventy three years old. I had to do
a double take here. He looks amazing. Pamela is, Oh,

she's just timeless. And so if they want to be
a little flirty flirty for the movie, I say go
for it. You both look fabulous and I'm happy for you.

Of the day I worked for Pam for a little
while in my PR days. Really cool, really really cool.
There was a big billboard of her in Time Square
and we're in a big black suv and we drove
through Times Square and Pam was so excited to see
her face up. It was massive, like the size of
a build, and she stopped the car and jumped out,
and nobody believed it was her at first. They did eventually,
but At first, Pam was just standing in the middle

of Times Square screaming, I'll never forget it. One of
the nicest celebs are nicest day and now I noticed
the day not only naughty naughty. Justin Bieber's come back
seems to be happening. He has a new music out
that's doing pretty pretty well. However, sources are saying, do
not be filled. There are underlying issues there. You know,
releasing new music doesn't help your mental health. You have

to really really focus, You have to get therapy, you
have to get professional help, none of which Justin is doing.
So don't hear. Don't be confused just because everything looks
great on the surface, it's not. If you scratch a
little bit deeper and naught is the day. Let's end
