Speaker 1 (00:08):
Scalable vie for sure nice. It's time, Nice Lou, welcome
to the Naughty but Nice Show. I'm your hostel shooter.
It's firstly one of my favorite days because idea friend
Mark Lupa joins us. Hey, Loopy, Hi.

Speaker 2 (00:23):
There, you've been loose here and I love too wrong.

Speaker 1 (00:28):
It's a good way to start the day. It puts
me in a good mood to giggle for twenty minutes
or so fifteen twenty minutes a celebrities. What's going on
in the world. It puts me in such a good mood.
And seeing you just as well, Mark, and I noticed
he You've got a very fresh haircut today, very dapper.

Speaker 2 (00:42):
I feel fresh. I took a shower of a week.

Speaker 1 (00:45):
It looks good.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
Thank you, It looks good.

Speaker 1 (00:47):
It looks good. It's good. Okay, let's jump into the show.
What time is it, my friends? It is tea time.
Big story at the top of the show. So Did
his legal team wants those freak off videos to be
evidence to prove of that he is innocent. You heard
that right, Let me explain So Did. He and his
legal team are doubling down on his defense that these

(01:10):
free cuffs, which are at a center of the case
against him, is actually going to exonerate him. So in
our motion that they filed in New York Federal Court,
I have it here in front of me. Did his
at tourneys claim that the nine videos? Now we know
that we did not know that, Mark. We knew there
were videos, we didn't know how many. There are nine

(01:30):
videos in question. They involve his ex girlfriend, Cassie Ventura.
Now he claims that these videos demonstrate private sexual activity
between two consenting adults in a long term relationship. They're arguing, Mark,

(01:51):
if you review the videos, it's abundantly clear as what
they say that mister Combs is innocent. They argue that
the footage provided by Cassie, that's interesting too. Mark. For
the first time ever, we found out we now know
who gave them the sex tapes, the freak off tapes.
It was Cassie, is what Diddy is claiming in this

(02:13):
new motion. And they say that she is not only
consenting to sex in the videos, you can see that
she is enjoying herself. There are no secret cameras, they claim,
no orgies, no underground tunnels, no miners, just a consenting
couple having kinky sex which they claim might be a

(02:34):
little naughty, might make you blush a bit, but is
totally totally legal. What an interesting strategy.

Speaker 2 (02:43):
It is, and I don't think it's one that you know,
is unique. I think we've seen this before where I
think these lawyers try to negate the bigger picture here,
which is that she's made claims of rape, manipulation, corrosion,
and for them to point out that she's enjoying herself,
that's speculation because she might have been feeling pressure to perform.
You might have been you know, the dynamic that exists

(03:05):
between them and an abusive relationship. It's very very complex,
and so that for us to determine that we wouldn't
be able to know from watching a video.

Speaker 1 (03:14):
Yeah, I think that if they show these tapes, it's
going to be almost impossible to say if it's forced
or if it's consensual. Is she drugged? She's claiming, We've
got to listen to her. She's claiming that she was raped,
that this is not what she wanted. She didn't even
know if she was being filmed. Now, the more evidence, obviously,

(03:37):
the clearer the case becomes. So having more evidence I
think is probably a good thing. But a couple of
things here. We find out in this motion that the tapes,
all these tapes we've been talking about for weeks, there's
nine of them, not one hundreds of them, not one
of them, nine of them, and all nine involved Cassie,

(03:59):
not other people. So all those claims about did he
videoing himself with miners with other people, none of those
tapes we have found so far. Maybe they do not exist.
That's what his team is claiming. What I thought was
fascinating too, is that now we know the cops FBI
got their hands on these tapes, not in the rate,

(04:21):
not when they raided did his home, but Cassie handed
them the tapes. So Cassie had kept these tapes. I'm
not saying that makes a innocent or guilty. I'm not.
I'm saying it's just another detail that makes the case
so much more complex. I predicted from word go I
used to work with did he twenty twenty years ago,

(04:41):
twenty five years ago, Mark, and I predicted he would
not go down without a fight. He's definitely a fighting
type of guy, and now he's going to really punch
back hard. And I'm not at all surprised that This
is the defense that he is pursuing. If you remember,
Harvey Weinstein did something very similar. There were no tapes
with Harvey, but Harvey claims all the people he abused

(05:06):
it was consensual sex, that all these people wanted to
be movie stars, they all wanted to sleep with Harvey
to help their careers. Well, ultimately that it did not
work out for Harvey. Harvey's in jail. Could it work
for Diddy?

Speaker 2 (05:20):
You know, It's so hard to say because I think
they're in a moment they're trying to distract us from
the bigger picture. Again, there's been so many other people
who have also chimed in and had similar experiences, And
we don't know what evidence exists outside of the nine
tapes that Cassie has presented, and I would imagine there's
a lot of things that they haven't presented yet from
that that they found in his home, and you know,
things that would point to you know, the possibility of

(05:43):
assault or a rape and other things like that. So,
you know, I take this with with a pause, knowing
that we don't know the full picture here and that
you know, there's a lot more to come here.

Speaker 1 (05:53):
I like that we should take this with a pause.
I'm going to steal that expression market. It's a really
good expression. Take it with a pause. There's a lots
more evidence to come forward. There's lots more witnesses, people
to speak out to give their first hand account of
what it's like to be alone with Diddy, and so
that's going to be devastating. I spoke to a law

(06:16):
enforcement source of mine who I've worked with for about
ten years now, and they're really, really good at this.
They said that the cops know the difference between a
kinky sex tape between a husband and wife or a
couple and something that is not. They know when someone's drugged,
they know when it crosses a line. Some people are
very much into bondage and they have their own, their

(06:37):
own specific kinks. And I'm not judging that market. It's
not for me, but I'm not judging that. But I'm
told that law enforcement experts, not cops that do different things,
but they have a special unit that just investigates sex crimes,
and they can tell by the video. They can tell,
and so there must have been enough evidence here for

(07:00):
them to be at least suspicious, at least uncomfortable or
as my sources say they saw it very well, and
if did he think this is going to help, He's wrong.
I know somebody who has seen not the whole tape
and not all of them, but a partial, partial moment
from one of these tapes, and they said it is

(07:20):
clear that this is something that is really, really off
and the power dynamic is something that can't be ignored.
So did he? I guess it's the only card you
can play at this point. It's the only Hail Mary
pass you can throw. But it's going to be a
really controversial one, which brings us to our whole question
of the day. Did his legal team are saying the

(07:42):
freak off videos prove his innocence amid the explosive allegations?
Our question is quite simple. Will they release the tapes?
Will we ever get to see these tapes? I'm not
sure I even want to. Hey, go vote on our
Twitter Naughty Nice rob Our facebook page is Naughty Gone

(08:03):
Zip and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear
your results. Hey, Loopy Lou, what are you working on?

Speaker 2 (08:10):
Yes, so we're taking a left turn here, but some
more drama for Ben Affleck, which we love. This time
it's involving the FBI cops and heated words.

Speaker 1 (08:20):
Oh Ben, all.

Speaker 2 (08:22):
Right, let me explain what's going on here. So Ben
Affleck was caught and the heated roadside showdown with police,
just days after an unexpected visit from the FBI. It
was luxurious Brentwood home. The fifteen year old star was
snapped leaving out of his BMW gesturing at two police officers.
Park nearby. Paparazzi caught every fiery moment as Affleck pointed

(08:43):
towards the exit. His frustration was clearly visible.

Speaker 1 (08:48):
You can see it, you can really see it.

Speaker 2 (08:49):
And now sources are telling page six that neighbors had
brought in private security, disrupting the residents' access to their
own homes and afflic was clearly unimpressed and voiced his
concerns to the officers, eventually securing permission to return to
his property.

Speaker 1 (09:03):
He's so angry, Mark, He's just a ball of mat
show elf and male agriness. If you want to see,
if you want a visual, if you look up in
a dictionary toxic masculinity, it's a picture of Ben Affleck.
It's just he's this guy, Mark. He's got millions of dollars.

(09:23):
He's handsome, he's successful, he lives in a twenty million
dollar has he flies on private planes, and he's so angry. Mark.
I don't know if there is a solution to Ben's anger.
I've met him a few times when I worked with
j Lo, and I've got to emit. He has demons.
You can tell it just by talking with him. He
thinks he is wildly intelligent, which I think he is.

(09:47):
But he believes he's the smartest person in the room,
which he might be too. But just don't think that.
There's no there's no humility with Ben Affleck. He thinks
he is just fabulous, and I've got to say he is,
like so, I sort of get it. But when you
walk around thinking that you are so superior, all you

(10:08):
end up doing is having a miserable life. He's just
a miserable, miserable devil. I don't know what it is. Mark.
I'd love him to find happiness. I'd love him to
go to therapy. I'd love him to sit down and
figure out what's the problem. I know, sometimes when we

(10:29):
have friends or people and we just want to shake them,
don't We're like, what's the problem. We have a great life,
but they've got to find it themselves. There's nothing you
me j Lo Jennifer Gana anybody can do here. Ben's
got to find happiness.

Speaker 2 (10:41):
It does because every picture I see of him, he's
always has this horrible expression. He's smoking a cigarette, he
looks annoyed, he's selling a door like. I don't get
it either, but his face and something about his expression
just shows that he just is suffering. Something is just suffering,
really making him unhappy, and it makes me sad to
see it, because he really does have one too.

Speaker 1 (11:01):
I do too. We know people like that, don't we
in our lives who are just suffering so much. I
have so much pain that we have a real empathy
for them until they annoy us so much. Like I
have this dilemma book. I have one friend who is
so annoyant, clearly in pain. She's clearly in pain. I
try so hard to be there for her, and every

(11:22):
time I try to help, she bites me, like she's
just a rather unpleasant person. But I know why she's unpleasant.
But at some point, you've got to take personal responsibility.
Jennifer Lopez. Run Run, run your dodged a bullets. Okay,
moving along, Hugh Jackman's wife. We spotted her out at
the Australian Open, that's the tennis down Under, with her

(11:46):
daughter Ava, who we very rarely see. People forget that
Hugh Jackman and deb have two children together. So this
comes amid the new photographs of Hugh kissing his girlfriend
Sutton fus Star. So Debb is keeping things classy on
and off the court. The sixty nine year old actress
and producer was startled at the twenty twenty five Australian

(12:07):
Open with her daughter Ava, just days after her husband
went public with his new girlfriend, Sutton Foster. My sources
suspect that those pictures with Sutton were staged, like they
both they both look a little too perfect. They both
like they didn't have to kiss outside the car. They're
standing there and they made you and the photographers got
their shot, like after they've been together, probably about six

(12:30):
months a month. We've never seen them for six months
now that it's out now. Certainly photographs in an out burger,
when did you chap with those absolute needs? Not eating
in that burg? And so I think deb is probably devastated.
She saw on the pictures, Well, Deb thought, where will
I go? Where there's a lot of cameras the open,
the tennis match and who will I bring my daughter Ava?

(12:54):
So I'm told the kids are very much on Deb's part.
They were married for twenty seven years. Deb's back home
in Australia with the kids. The kids are not with you.
Oh it's messy, isn't it. You forget because I think
we we love celebrity drama, particularly on this show and
other TV shows. We love it, but you forget there's
a family involved. This isn't just dead Hugh Jackman and Sutton.

(13:17):
There's two kids involved, and I think Sutton has a
baby too, and then there's ex partners and ah, little messy,
Mark messy.

Speaker 2 (13:26):
It's so sloppy. And I will also point out that
they're not officially divorced. So this is going to make
everything way more complicated in the way of he has
a two hundred plus million dollar fortune that will have
to be spoiled up, and so I don't think him
flaunting Sutton faster around town is going to help his
situation when it comes down to is she going to
be okay with splitting the fortune in a certain way?

(13:47):
And so I don't know, I don't see this being
a happy, friendly divorce. I really don't.

Speaker 1 (13:53):
Yeah, this is gonna get ugly. She's gonna have to pay. Okay,
quickly before we get a break. Taylor Swift is expanding
her seventeen seven million dollar Rude Island mansion. So she
has this massive mansion. It's eleven thousand square feet not
big enough for miss Taylor Swift. So she's adding a wing,
adding one point seven million in an extension. I say

(14:13):
good for her, Mark. I read today that she has
a portfolio of property, about one hundred million dollars in
just property that she owns. She's passionate about it. She's
got the money you want to put in a new bathroom.
Although one point seven million, I guess it's more than
new tiles in the kitchens. It sounds like, I mean,
this is not just new carpets or curtains. Mark good Foot,

(14:34):
Taylor Swift. Ooh, should we start a roomor maybe she's
even adding a nurser yom wow wow. Okay, We're going
to take a quick break and we will be right back.
Welcome back to the Naughty but Nice Sham, your host
of Shuder with our dear friend Mark Lupo. Hey, LUPI.
Let's get to the poles. Last year we talked about

(14:57):
Kate Middleton revealing that she is thankfully in remission after
her cancer battle. Should Kate make her diagnosis public? We
still don't know what sort of cancer Kate has. She's
not saying a word. We have suspicions, but nobody out
there has been able to confirm it. Should she make
it public? Let's have a look. Seventy percent said no,

(15:17):
it's her story. Mark. If she doesn't want to do it,
don't do it. I think I agree with you, and
I'm a very nosy person. Hey, don't forget to vote
under day's pole. Go to our tweeter page I'd Naughty
Nice rob or a Facebook page which is Nordy Gossip
and be sure to check back to Marau to hear
your results. And now it's time for a Nicest of

(15:38):
the day.

Speaker 2 (15:40):
Now, wow, it's Prince William, our nicest of the day.
So Prince William is making power moves as he's prepares
for the throne. With the site said I'm giving two
lesser than royals a shot at the spotlight. Oh, the
forty two year old Prince of Wales is step being
up to ease the burden others cancer stricken father, King
Trials by taking charge of the royal families long term future,

(16:01):
and among his plans, he's persuading possibly Prince Edward and
Duchess Sophie of Edinburgh's children, Leady Louise and James Earl
of Wessex, to reconsider being working royals.

Speaker 1 (16:14):
Yeah, that's interesting. Louise and James they were offered royal titles,
or their parents were when they were born. They weren't
offered anything because they couldn't walk or speak, but the
parents were given the option, do you want your kids
to be r H, which means He's or her Royal Highness.
They declined them at birth because the parents wanted them
to have a more normal upbringing. So normally Princess Anne

(16:37):
did this too. Her kids are not hr H. They're
not they're not. They don't have those royal titles. However,
the family has suddenly got a lot smaller. Harry and
Meghan and Kate and William were meant to carry the
banner of the royal family. They're down fifty percent. Harut
Meghan's out, so they need some more help. There's lots
of events that royals are expected to turn up to

(16:59):
hospital life opening's charity events, so they need more royals.
So William's looking around and these two are lovely individuals.
She's at university at the moment. He's about eighteen, he's
about to go to university. And he's reached out to
them saying, do you want to become members of the
working team here? There's a job opening. I guess you
put it like that and you match the criteria. Would

(17:21):
you like to be part of this? And I'm told
they're really really thinking about it. They're a lovely couple, young, beautiful, smart,
so I think it's a good idea. William's really really
thinking this through. Okay, let's do and not. Is the
day naughty, naughty, and notice the day of those naughty
devils inside the palace who came up with a brutal
nickname for Prince Andrew and Prince Harry. They call them

(17:42):
they're both dukes. They call them the Dukes of Hazzard
because they are both a nightmare. So within the palace,
these two, Andrew and Harry are known for their chaotic
personalities and thus they are known as the Dukes of Hazzard.
I do think it's unfair to put Andrew and Harry
in the same category. Where Andrew did disgrace. Andrew with

(18:06):
Jeffrey Epstein's scandal is very different from Harry writing a
tell old book and leaving the family. However, I think too, Mark,
and you know this. I hate nicknames. I don't like it.
I don't like us when we call people nicknames. I
don't think it's funny. I don't think it's cute. I
don't do it. I try so hard not to do it.
Don't do it. Nothing good comes from mocking other people.

(18:30):
It's a put down. That's what it is. It's a
put down. You might have a nickname that people use
about you and you just don't like it. And so
if you don't give yourself the nickname loopy Lou, if
you don't give yourself a nickname, don't let other people
do it for you. And notice the day. Let's let's
hold off with the nicknames. Let's end with a moment

(18:51):
of rab. You gonna rub. I'm not here to be perfect.
I'm not here to be anything but my best. We
waste a lot of time trying to be perfect. Let's
be honest, We're never gonna be perfect. I've worked with
some of the biggest stars in the world. I've got
a secret. They're not perfect too. What you see on

(19:12):
Instagram on the cover of magazines is not exactly how
they look. They look like that, just not quite as perfect.
So enjoy your floors, be who you are, look your best,
be your best, But don't try to be perfect, because
it's a goal that you are chasing that you will
never accomplish, So why chase it. Don't worry about being perfect.

(19:35):
You are perfect. Hey, that is it for today. Thank
you so much for listening to the Naughty but Nice
