Alec Baldwin was left “shaken and furious” after crashing his white Range Rover into a tree in the Hamptons. Meghan Markle personally ordered her longtime makeup artist Daniel Martin to delete a behind-the-scenes video he’d shared online. Diane Keaton left $5 million of her $100 million estate to her beloved golden retriever, Reggie — described by friends as “the true love of her life.”

Speaker 1 (00:08):
Sure, it's time Level Lo Lo Love lower Loo. Welcome
to the Naughty but niceha have your hair's drum the
shooter and it's Tuesday, which means our dear friend Elena
Dixon joins a say, mis d are you there?

Speaker 2 (00:24):
I am, and I'm still in Georgia. The weather down
here has been absolutely beautiful.

Speaker 1 (00:29):
Oh stay, enjoy every second of your family. If my
dad passing, it really has given me a moment, mister,
to realize love everybody. Tell people you love them, enjoy
their company, Enjoy every second you can. Misty and I
think I'll see you later on this week in New
York City for a prinky pool. Can't wait. Okay, let's
jump into the show. What time is it? My friends?

(00:50):
And it's tea time, so you've kind of breaking news story.
At the top of the show, Alec Baldwin has crashed
this range Drover into a tree in the Hampton's, so
he's shaken and soaked. He was in the rain after
smashing his range Rover into a tree in the Hampton's.
He was in the Hampton's on Monday morning. This was yesterday,
so he is sixty seven years old. He was in

(01:12):
town for the International Film Festival. He looked really disheveled.
There was actually a photographer on the scene, so we
have photographs. The wreck looks really, really bad. He has
spoken out and he said that he's doing okay. His
brother Stephen Baldwin was in the car with him, and
he is revealing that it wasn't actually his car, it
was his wife's car, Hilaria. He said he's blaming a

(01:35):
garbage truck, saying that to avoid hitting him, he hit
a tree and he crashed his wife's car. He said,
I feel bad about that, but all is fine. I'm fine.
My brother is fine too. Now, Alex has been sober
for forty years. So there's got lots of rumors out
there that he was drunk. That is not the case.

(01:56):
The police were called. He was not drunk. But it's
just another in the sloppiness of the Baldwins, like they
just can't get it together. They are constantly does trouble
find their misty or did they find trouble?

Speaker 2 (02:12):
Yeah, I mean every time you turn around, there's something
going on with that family. So I don't want to
use the word curse because nobody should be in that case,
but you just have to be careful knowing that your
life is going to be scrutinized in public. Even when
it's an accident, you just always have to take that
extra moment to say, am I doing the right thing here?

(02:33):
But look, I was in a car accident recently. A
car hit us from behind. So there's sometimes it's just
the way life is, and the most important thing is
that people walked away unharmed, safe, no broken bones, and
so that's what counts.

Speaker 1 (02:49):
Yeah, he's safe here. But I think there is a
bigger discussion about Alec Baldwin, Like it's just constant mystery
if my life had this many challenges in it. I mean,
let's remember he shot somebody. This was really not a
small thing. Like there seems to be drama after drama

(03:11):
after drama. I've had a life once that was full
of drama, and I had to admit it was because
of me. I secretly loved the drama. I love the attention.
I loved everybody talking about me. And I've got to wonder,
at what point does Alec actually ask Maybe he has
asked himself this, maybe he has said, I love all this,

(03:33):
I love all this attention. I like it when people
are talking about me, even maybe for bad reasons. Nobody
wants to be in a car crash, and so absolutely
mistake accidents happen. They happen all the time. But there
has to be a point where we say, is this
it coincidence or is this just happening too much?

Speaker 2 (03:54):
I think so. I think it's hard to create drama
about yourself that positive because people kind of we love
it like a car crash, a train wreck. Isn't that horrible?
But it is true? And so maybe Alec or the
Baldwins haven't figured out how to turn the drama into
something positive. Hello, that's why charities exist, That's why when

(04:18):
you go on interviews you see catchy, fun things that
might go viral. And maybe they just haven't mastered that.
So they need a good PR team, Rob, I'm sure
you can give some suggestion.

Speaker 1 (04:29):
Yeah, I think I could. I think I could give
them some good pr here. They want this, don't they?
And with Alaria just getting voted off to answer with
the stars, it's easy to see how thirsty this family is.
Their reality show has not been renewed. They need a
different outlet for all this passion. Let's call it passion.
I say, read a book, go to the movies, go

(04:49):
swim in like it doesn't always have to be this intense. Thankfully,
Aleck is fine. He walked away from the crash. But
if you see a photographer of the car, it's really, really,
really shocking. Okay, moving along, Our lead story of the
day was meant to be. Meghan Markle has demanded a
friend deleted video. So Daniel Martin. Martin is Meghan's longtime

(05:12):
makeup artist. He's a really good guy. He put up
a video of him doing Meghan's makeup when she went
to Paris for that controversial Now fashion show has become
controversial for a couple of reasons. One because of the
video she posted in the back of a car very
close to the tunnel where Princess Diana lost her life.

(05:33):
And now it has exploded even more because the head
designer at Lanciaga is saying he didn't really invite Meghan.
She invited herself to the show, and so her makeup artists,
doing nothing wrong, took a video. She was aware the
video was being shot. It wasn't secretly. If you've seen
the video, it's been deleted now, but I have seen
this video. It's clear that she she's aware that he's

(05:57):
shooting it. He's helping his business too. He's sort of
become a beauty blogger and expert. When you have a
big client like Megan Markle, your career exposed explodes to
and so I wish him well. Now what my advice
here is, when I'm around somebody famous, I always ask
two or three times, I say if I record this?

(06:20):
And then I'm like, do you mind if I post this?
And I give them then a final third chance, a
third exit rant ramp, which is are you sure? And
so I'm quite careful about exploiting that, using that helping
myself with their celebrity. The last time we were with
Wendy Williams, it would have been so easy, mister, for

(06:42):
you and me to pull out our microphones and interview
her for the podcast. And she was in no shape
to do a podcast. But we could have got her
to say yes, but he wasn't really consent because she
was just in a very bad place. But we didn't
do it, and I think that speaks about us too.
So Megan, be careful here. I don't want to put
down this makeup artist. He's talented, he wants to get ahead.

(07:04):
He wants his own cosmetic line, he wants to be famous,
and none of that's bad. That's all America. That's capitalism,
that's opportunity, that's drive. I applaud that. But when you're
building your success on the back of somebody else's, which
we all are, we're all standing on somebody's shoulders, mistake.
I'm standing on the shoulders of Liz Smith and Cindy Adams,

(07:25):
and whenever Liz is no longer with us, but whenever
I see Cindy, I always thank her. She's the original
gossip queen, not me. So we're all standing on somebody's shoulders.
But if I was going to sort of exploit that,
then I would ask permission, not once, not twice, but
three times. What do you think?

Speaker 2 (07:41):
And I have to agree with you there, you should
ask three times, especially you know, when you're dealing with
somebody who is controlling their image. But again, this could
have been a good thing for Megan because there is
so much negative press out there. This could have been
a perfect opportunity to do a collapse, something light, something fun.

(08:02):
I see, I see the ex comments about Megan, and
a lot of people love everything she does, from the
clothes she wears to the lip that she has. So
this could have been oh I love that red, or
they could have she could have said, oh, it's you
know this if she wanted to promote the brands, or
gone to the brands and said hey, and they might
have wanted to do a collab. So you think it

(08:23):
might have been misfortunate that she told him to take
it down reportedly, but again, she does want to know
every single thing. And when you've known her and you've
done her makeup for that long, you must know that.
So ask thrice and it'll be nice.

Speaker 1 (08:42):
Yeah, yeah, Yeah's so weird because this video is charming.
You're absolutely right mistake here. She's posting videos in a
back of a car in Paris, moments away from the
tunnel where Princess Diana died. That video she didn't take dan,
but her megapont is putting a red lip on hers
is apparently so shocking that it has to be deleted.
I think her priorities are maybe not the best ones here,

(09:04):
which brings us to our whole question of the day.
Megan Mokel demanded her friend her makeup artist, delete a
video good idea or a silly move, just a petty move.
There was nothing wrong in this video. Now I don't
know if permission was given. I'm assuming it wasn't because
it has been removed, But I don't know. What do
you think? Hey, go vote on our Twitter page had

(09:24):
naughty nice rom Our Facebook page is naughty gossip and
be sure to come back tomorrow. Check back tomorrow to
hear your results. Hey, mistery, let are you working that well?

Speaker 2 (09:37):
The late Great Diane Keane has left five million of
her estimated one hundred million estate to her adored Golden
retriever Reggie. Now this this was basically her world. She
used to say that she had great loves in her lives.
Check out this list, her dog, her kids, al pacino,

(10:01):
and architecture. She adopted Reggie in twenty twenty, and the
dog became a fixture on social media. Fans fell in
love with the fuffly golden dog's big smile and gentle spirit.
And what would be Diane Keaton's final Instagram post shared
back in April on National Pet Day, she posted a
sweet photo of Reggie with the caption my heart on

(10:23):
four legs. So now five million dollars this is going
to make sure that Reggie lives in the most comfort
that a dog could ever live in for her last
final years, and also to support animal funds and foundations.
I mean, you're a pet owner, Rob, you have to
know what this feels like. If you could leave five
million dollars to your puppies, you would, I swear you.

Speaker 1 (10:45):
Know it sounds crazy when you hear these figures. You
were always like, oh my god, that's so crazy. Five
millions to a dog. That's not exactly true here. What
she's doing is making sure that after her passing, her
dog is looked after. And they are expensive and medical
bills and food. I will make sure that if anything
God Forvid, happens to me and Darby is still around,
somebody will look after him and they will be compensated

(11:07):
for doing that. So I'm not leaving that money for
a dog. The dog's not going to go to the
Chase Bank with an ATM card and check out their account.
This money goes to the caretaker. When Joan Rivers passed away,
her assistant took her beloved dogs, and I think there
was a budget. There was a budget for that, not
just to pay for dog food and medical bills, but

(11:27):
there was also like a fee. And when you've got
this much money, why wouldn't I Why wouldn't I give
the person who's going to love after the creature that
mattered the most to me. Why wouldn't I want them
to get to get money to look after my beloved dog.
Now I'm not saying they do it for the money.
But if my friend passed away and I looked after

(11:49):
their dog and they gave me a chunk of change
too to put in my bank, lovely, there's nothing wrong
with this here. It sounds weird. The headlines are always
weird that these celebrities are so crazy they leave their
money to their dogs. That isn't true. What they're doing
is making sure that their dogs have a lovely life
without them. And if I want to give you a

(12:10):
bonus for doing that, if I want to give you
a chunk of change as a thank you for doing that,
and I've got the money, why not. There's one hundred
million dollars here, so five million dollars. It's a lot
of money. But I don't have one hundred million dollars.
But if I did have one hundred million dollars and
you took Darby mister, I'll give you the money. Like,
take the money, go and have a great life, and
don't forget to feed my dog. And so I totally

(12:33):
understand it in a sales bizarre but I do get it. Okay.
Moving along, Prince Andrew has been caught lying to the King.
So Prince Andrew told the world and the King his
brother that there were no more emails, there were no
more correspondents with Jeffrey Epstein. Well guess what now we
have seen more emails, a lot of them. Over two

(12:54):
hundred new emails have come forward, and it's very very
clear that Andrew and Epstein will not only close, but
they were quote. This is what Andrew wrote. We are
in this together, keep in touch, will play some more soon.
Oh the King is furious, not only because his brother

(13:16):
and this pedophile were really close. That's awful, but also
to he was lied to. When you ask somebody is
there more, it's not to gloat, it's to prepare that
the palace needs to know that this now is not
going away. Andrew and Jeffrey Epstein were really good friends.

(13:37):
There is emails, text, documents that will come out. This
isn't something they can just ignore and so lying about
it is dumb. Telling the truth is horrific too, because
what you did with this person, it is just such awful.
It's just such an awful story. When you lie about

(13:58):
an awful story, though, mistery, it doesn't make the story
any better.

Speaker 2 (14:03):
It doesn't make the story any better, and it doesn't
make the story go away. And I mean, this email
is it just feels so damaging for the words put in.
And I look, we are journalists. The number one rule
is if you don't want something to come back to
haunt you, you don't put it in writing. That is

(14:24):
the case. And knowing this was sent in an email,
I just believe these men thought they were above the
law and nothing coululd touch them because they had the money,
they had the power. And thank goodness, even though things
are a little crazy when it comes to the Epstein files,
but thank goodness, there are people who say that justice
needs to be served. And you've talked about how the

(14:46):
family keeps separating themselves from Andrew.

Speaker 1 (14:48):
But the thing is right.

Speaker 2 (14:49):
Now, it's King Charles making a call to his brother,
like get your button down here now. And I need
to know ed.

Speaker 1 (14:59):
Everything everything. When I was in celebrity pr The first
thing I asked celebrities when I met them is what
don't you want me to know? Tell me everything and
then I can help. I don't think Andrew deserves any
help here. I think is a terrible human being. But
lying to the king. Hopefully this is enough for finally
King Charles, who has been very reluctant to actually really

(15:20):
come down hard on his brother. This is the moment.
It is over. Okay, we're going to take a quick
break and we will be right back. Welcome back to
the Naughty but n I Show'm your host, Rob Shela
with our dear friend mister heyste Let's get to the
polls ah. Last year, we talked about Katie Perry and
the former Prime Minister of Canada, just In Tradeaux. They

(15:42):
got together before she broke up officially with Orlando Bloom. Now,
let's be clear, we don't know when they broke up privately.
The two of them could have broken up six months ago,
but she was with Justin before they officially announced this split.
Is this shady or is this fine? Let's have a look. Oh,

(16:04):
eighty three percent said shady. It's messy, isn't it? I
get it. I don't like it. People fall in and
out of love. I get that's a reality, but try
and do it in a tidy kind way. It doesn't
have to be sloppy, misty. It doesn't have to be messy.
These are people's lives here. Don't forget to vote on
today's poll. Go add to it a page add naughty

to check Big to Marble to hear your results. And
now ooh, it's time for.

Speaker 2 (16:35):
A nice iciest of the day. Well, are nicest of
the days Taylor Swift or maybe it's Disney, because they
should out a jaw dropping nine figure sum to secure
the rights to Taylor Swifts, the Aerostour, The End of
an Error, and the final show her two or three
new projects premiering on Disney Plus December twelfth. And the

(16:56):
reason why I say Disney could have won is because
they beat out Netflix and Amazon who also wanted these.
But you know they offered this is what Disney did.
They didn't offer just the money, they offered total creative control.
Going back to what we said about Megan, you want
to control your image. So this is a six part
docusentry docuseries The End of an Era, offers never before

(17:19):
it's seen look inside of Swift's two billion dollar world tour,
featuring Travis Kelty, Sabrina Carpenter of Florence Wells, and many
of her closest collaborators. And I told you, I was
on a plane ride back from seeing Beyonce and her
Cowboy Carter tour, and the person sitting next to me
was a gaffer, a lighting somebody, A woman rare in

(17:40):
the business, was like, oh, yes, I've worked with Taylor.

Speaker 1 (17:43):
She's great.

Speaker 2 (17:43):
I'm like light's life. I thought I had a good light,
but that's pretty amazing.

Speaker 1 (17:49):
It's this is this is pocket change for Disney, and
they're gonna make every single dollar back. Congratulations, a lot
of money. And I can't wait to see see this docu.
Nicis of the day, And now I noticed the day naughty, naughty,
naughty Diane Keaton didn't get a chance to say goodbye
to her friends because it all happened so fast. Heartbroken
friends are revealing that it was a sudden health decline

(18:11):
and there's no time for really any farewells. She didn't
get to say goodbye. It all happened so fast everybody
thought she would have more time. Nobody was prepared. That's
the truth. Prepare. Prepare. When you're with your friends, enjoy them.
When you're with your family, love them. You never ever

(18:33):
know what's around the corner. And naughtyist of the day,
none of us have enough time. Let's end with a
moment of Rob. You get a rub, Rob. My happiness
is my priority, not for your approval. You don't owe
anyone a version of you that keeps them comfortable. Happiness
doesn't come from being liked. It comes from being alioned.

(18:56):
When you choose what feels right for you, not what
looks right for others. That's when peace shows up. You
can't please everybody, but you can honor yourself and my friends. Naughtyase,
that is enough. Once again, my happiness is my priority
for your approval. Hey, that is it for today. Thank
