Harrison Ford’s Emmy night wasn’t just disappointment — it was humiliation, with the actor storming out and vowing never to return after his shocking loss. Meanwhile, Kris Jenner once again proved she’s the ultimate puppet master. And behind the glitter, Taylor Swift is quietly craving simplicity, confiding to friends she just wants a “normal life” with Travis Kelce even as the pressure of being America’s most-watched couple grows heavier by the week.

Speaker 1 (00:08):
Scible advice for sure. It's time Hellola, love and love
a leven. Hello, Welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show.
I'm your host, Ralph Shooter. It is Wednesday morning. Donnie
is off today. Donnie, We're sending you I love. Nothing's wrong.
Is just busy, busy, busy with work. It happens, doesn't it.
But don't worry, naughties. We've got a turn of gossip

(00:30):
and as I always say, you're the real co hosts
of this show. Let's jump in. What time is it?
My friends? It is tea time. Big story. At the
top of the show, Harrison Ford was humiliated by his
Emmy loss and he vows never to return. How which
that sounds like a sore loser, doesn't it. So Hollywood
insiders are telling me that Harrison ford very dramatic Emmy

(00:55):
walkout wasn't just disappointment, it was humiliation. The eighty three
year old he looks great Indiana Jones legend finally earned
his first Emmy nomination for Shrinking. Now people are going
to be like, wow, that was his first nomination. Let
me tell you why Harrison is a movie star. Movie stars.

(01:17):
Didn't you still like being on television. They looked down
their nose a little bit at TV stars. All that
changed with streaming and now we have movie stars dying
to do TV. So this is one of the first
times Harrison could ever be nominated, not because of his talent,
he just hasn't done TVB four and the Emmys are
about TV, so it's his first nomination. And it was

(01:40):
quite surprising when the winner was Jeff Hiller from some
Body Somewhere. He's a very very funny, funny actor. I've
known him a while. Jeff is absolutely brilliant. Well, Harrison
was shocked. He looked like a ghost. He came expecting
to win, and when his name wasn't called, he grabbed

(02:00):
Callista Calista Flockhart with wiss, his wife's sitting next to him,
and they bolted. So they left the ceremony right after
he lost. Now, this is a big debate that publicist, agents, managers,
celebrities have. What happens if your award is one of
the very first ones in the evening. Normally, what publicists

(02:22):
would tell you to do is, if you don't win,
you've got to stay at least an hour. It's like
going to a palter. You don't really want to be
at You can't just turn up for ten minutes and leave.
If you're gonna go, go at least for forty five
minutes an hour. So if your award is up first,
then you don't win, you smile and you stay in
your seat. That's the traditional way to go. Harrison is

(02:43):
not a traditional guy. He was like, why am I
sitting here? I didn't win. I don't want the camera
cut into meet all night. If you're on the front
row of the cameras, all will always always get your
reaction to people winning, to people losing. And so Harrison
was like, we are out of here. They didn't go
to winning. After part they went home. He was really
really disappointed. I hit the phones and sources told me

(03:05):
he was furious about this. He told friends that he's
never ever, ever going to attend the m IS ever again.
He doesn't need their validation. That's true. He's got nothing
to prove, and after this embarrassment, he doesn't see the point.
So at his point in his career, if he's not
gonna win, then he would argue why go. I could

(03:26):
argue that not winning and losing in a gracious way
makes you even more likable, makes you an even bigger star.
Nobody told him that. People online are outraged by this.
They're saying that Hans Solo should have stayed in his seat.
Another person online is calling him entitled for doing this.

(03:46):
He's got a career that spans far leave decades, five decades,
fifty years. His body of work is and it really
has defined Blockbuster cinema. When you think of the Blockbuster,
you think of Harrison Ford and the sting of losing
his very first Emmy. It cuts pretty deep. Insiders tell
me Harrison thought this was his moment. Instead it turned

(04:07):
into humiliation. He'll never forget. It is not humiliation, It
really isn't. What is humiliating is not trying to be
in the game. To be in the game after all
the years he's been doing this at eighty three, to
get a nomination. It is a huge armor, and he
has turned a beautiful moment I think into a really sour,
sour note. I'm not sure why he did this. I

(04:30):
know it was his good reaction. I know he felt
like he was gonna win. Everybody said he was gonna win,
so if he was following the buzz the press, he
believed this was his. Everybody in the room believed it
was his. They thought Harrison was gonna get one of
the early awards of the night, and they were gonna
kick this show off with a big movie star for

(04:51):
TV ratings. That's exactly what they wanted. They didn't get it.
In fact, they've got somebody Jeff Hiller, who is pretty
much an unknown. If I'm saying his name and you
can't even picture him in your mind, I'm not surprised.
He's in a really, really small show. He has not
got a huge resume. He's talked about this. I'm I'm
not dumping on him. He's fantastic. He talked about this

(05:13):
when he won. He talked about all his other jobs
when he was a spooky clown in a British haunted house.
He never ever thought he would work, let alone win
an Emmy. So Jeff here handling this just so lovely,
so professionally. Harrison not so much. But there is an
argument you can make that a he's stage in his
career once again. He's eighty three, five decades Indianna Jones

(05:37):
star wars some of the biggest films of all time.
He doesn't need the ems. I would say, if you
don't need them, then don't go. If you can't lose, graciously,
don't go. There is something to be said. I know
some people, some good people, who do not like to lose,
and that's why they never ever go to award shows
unless they know in advance they're guaranteed to win. And

(05:58):
that's a different story. But some awed show MTV do
let you know. Clearly, the Emmys do not let you
know in advance, because if they did, Harrison just wouldn't
have gone. He had a speech, he was prepared, he
was on the front row. He was ready to jump
up before they even said his name, and was shocked
when they didn't. Now people are saying that this is

(06:20):
bad sportsmanship. Some people are saying that he is really
really angry, and it's Harrison's world and if he doesn't
want to sit there for a long, boring show. Although
the eightings were pretty good this year, they were up.
They were up the highest I think they've been in
three or four years, So that's a good side. However,
I thought the show was a little bit dull. This
is a little secret. I've been to many of these shows.
They're more fun on television than in the room. In

(06:43):
the room, they're quite stiff to sit there in a
tuxiedo in in a tight seat. These seats are not
big armchairs like in your living room, big sofas. To
sit in a tight seat in a tuxedo for two
or three hours, sometimes four hours of the oscars helloa,
la la loo, it's just not a lot of fun.
And so I do understand why celebrities leave. Often they

(07:03):
go and stand at the bar, which is kind of cool.
They have rooms backstage. They could go there, hang out
in a green room, they could hang out. They could
go back to their hotel room, freshen up and then
go to the party. No, Harrison was furious, which brings
us to our whole question of the day. Harrison Ford's
dramatic Emmy walkout. He walked out wasn't just disappointing, It

(07:24):
was humiliation that he felt. He felt humiliated, not just disappointed.
Put yourself into his shoes. I don't think he's got
anything to prove, but he felt humiliated. Should he have
stayed after losing his awards? Should he have stayed at
least an hour? Come on, what do you think? Should
he have stayed? Yes? Or no? Go vote on our

naughty gossip. I'm sure to check back tomorrow to your results. Okay,
moving along this story. Oh, it is so inside baseball
what we love to get in the weeds of celebrity culture,
of celebrity news on the naughty butt nishow, we have
a good one for you today. Chris Jenner Mac Cosmetics
leak was a setup. Dum so Chris Jenner never leaks,

(08:09):
she launches. Fans went wild after Mac Cosmetics posted, then
quickly deleted a black and white glamour shot of the
sixty nine year old manager. Chris herself appeared in the
comments section, demanding answers, saying check your dms who leaked this? Now?
Industry insiders tell me the so called accident was anything

(08:31):
but please. One fashion executive scoffed. Nothing goes out without
Chris's approval. This is classic. Chris stage a leak, at
outraged and watch the internet do your marketing. The stunt worked.
The deleted post went viral. Fans defended Chris and ma

(08:52):
scored priceless buzz. She is a vout to take you
all out. One commenter joke while another note, the timing
was just a little bit too perfect. Fresh off her
proudly revealed face lift, she does look good. Chris is
aligning her beauty comeback with a new cosmetic campaign. Every photo,

(09:13):
every supposed mistake, suppose mistake, It's all part of the machine.
And Insider explained Mac has been quiet, Mac Cosmetics. Chris
has been quiet, but in her world, silence isn't scandal,
it's suspensed a d Once again, Chris Jenna is showing
to everybody she plays this game harder, better than anybody else.
They released her campaign yesterday, but before they released these

(09:36):
glorious pictures, she looks great in the pictures. One slipped
out early do der. Now. The reason we know that
it wasn't a real, real leak is it would have
been an unflattering picture had they leaked a picture of
Chris that was untouched, unretouched, If they had leaked a
picture of Chris that was unapproved, if they had leaked
a picture of her from a funny angle. When you
do a photo shoot, you always get one or two pictures.

(09:58):
I normally get one hundred. My nose is a little off,
my mouth is open, but ours are closed. No This
picture was just gorgeous. The problem was, and I say
problem is, it was released a little bit early. They
plan to release it in the afternoon. Instead they released
it in the morning. Now, another thing that you should
know is I worked for mac Car's metics. I did

(10:19):
Pam Anderson's campaign, lots of different celebrities. I did their campaigns.
They are the best in the business. I'm not gonna
give too much away, but I'm gonna say they're controlled.
They don't make mistakes. Let's put it like that. Mac
is so good at what they do, they do not
make mistakes. I think, Chris Jenner, this has your fingerprints

(10:42):
all over it, and I say, congratulations. This is what
the world of show business is. Do we always want
it to be totally truthful? No? Do we always want
it to be totally glamorous and exciting and naughty and dangerous. Yes,
Chris gives the public what they want. So had Chris
just launched a Macaca pain yesterday, we would have probably
spoke about the pictures or seen them on Instagram on

(11:04):
social media. Yeah, she looks phenomenal, but we've seen this
face before. She debuted this face months ago at the
Jeff Bezos wedding. So we've seen this face, so seeing
beautiful pictures of this face not really new us. Chris
looks great, but she's not Kim, She's not one of
the sisters. She's certainly not Kendall or Kylie. So Chris
gets publicity, but not as much as her daughters. However,

(11:27):
if there's a leak, if something happens there wasn't meant
to happen, suddenly the whole world is talking about it.
Chris Janda, I tip my hat to your p R skills. Okay,
Moving along, Taylor Swift is desperately trying to live a
normal life with Travis. She really is. So she's a
global superstar, but behind the glitter, she's craving something very

(11:48):
very simple, normal. So she wants to be another NFL wife.
She loves the stadium, stat snacks, birthday parties, late night hangs.
She never ever really had that growing up, so growing up,
her whole life is about her career, and now she's
enjoying being one of the girls, so to speak. This weekend,
she ducked into the stadium behind a giant barrier to

(12:10):
dodge the cameras. Now fans have theories of this online.
My theory is she just wanted to be there to
support Travis, not there as Taylor Swift. Hours later, she
popped up at Patrick Mahomes's thirtieth birthday party. She was
grinning and plaid and gucci, and she lit up the room.
But she was also trying very much to blend into

(12:33):
the room. She doesn't want to be at all these
events as the main attraction. One guest who was there
told me she was really down to earth. Taylor was
not holding court. She was just hanging out with Travis
and Britney, and honestly, she looked relieved. It was not
the Taylor Show. She was not going to give a speech.
This was not about her. It was not her birthday party.

(12:53):
Now friends tell me she is determined. As well as
being the one of the biggest stars, if not the
biggest star in the world at the moment, she's determined
to have a real life. She has seen all these
celebrities who marry their managers or their agents and they
just have this little insular world where all it is
is them and their celebrity. They never look up and
have a real life. She does not want that. She

(13:15):
doesn't want to be surrounded by people on her payroll.
They're people that she works with. Most of them work
for her. Let's be honest. She wants her own friends.
It's very, very important to Taylor to be normal, and
there's nothing normal about Taylor Swift. Let's be honest here.
She'll never be normal, but she doesn't want that life
of a star. We see all the time these celebrities

(13:37):
as they get older, they've got no one in their life.
They're all alone. It's a really lonely thing being that famous.
And Taylor's not going to make those mistakes. She's not
gonna make it, absolutely not. She knows that she can
never be normal, but she can be normal in a
Julia Roberts way. Look how Julia has her husband, her children,
and she has a life away from being Julia Roberts.

(13:58):
She desperately wants that. Jen Anderson has tried so hard
to have a private life too. Taylor's fighting for that
and we are all for it. Okay, quickly, before we
go to break, The Spice Girls thirtieth anniversary is coming up.
Tell me what you want to what it really really
won't I'll tell you. Oh. On a big Spy Skirl
reunion and so does Melb. So Melb is teasing that

(14:22):
anything is possible. However, my sources tell me Victoria Beckham
has already said Noah. Victoria loves the Spice Girls, but
she's really moved on. Her focus is on her fashion
and her family. She's proud of the legacy, but she's
not interested in reliving it out now. This is deja
vu for fans. Victoria skipped the twenty nineteen Spice World tour.

(14:44):
Why o Melby, Melci, Jerry and Emma played to pactor Rena.
So the four ladies went out on tour without Victoria,
not because they wanted to. Victoria didn't want to do it.
She did belt out one of the songs, one of
the big Spice Girls songs, had her own fiftieth thirty
party like a karaoke version. It was adorable, But inside,
I say, that is very different making fun of yourself

(15:06):
and singing to one of your past songs at Abovedey
Pomalty and going on to her. She adores the girls
and she supports them privately, that's the key word. But
don't expect her to be stretting the stages of Vegas
or anywhere else. She just doesn't want to do it,
and I'm for this. You don't have to do anything.
You've got all the money in the world. You got
your rich husband, your gorgeous husband, You've got your family.
We know there's problems there. Doesn't want to do it.

(15:28):
If you say no, that is a complete answer. Spiccyle reunion, maybe,
but not with all of them. Okay, We're going to
take a quick break and we will be right back.
Welcome back to the naughty but nice show on your
heads from Shoot, how we doing, nort Ease, just checking
in with us today. I am having a very very
good day and it's because I am with you. Okay,

(15:51):
let's get to the polls. Duh Lasher. We talked about
the pressure of Travis Kelsey turning into mister Taylor Swift.
So he had a little bit of a meltdown the
field he was playing with the NFL and he slammed
his helmet. Dan and insiders are saying, that's not like
Travis at all. He is cracking under the pressure under
the spotlights. What do you think will he crack? Yes

(16:13):
or no? A lot of pressure. It's gonna get worse
as this wedding gets closer. And closer and closer. The
screw to me is gonna get harsher and harsher and harsher.
Will he crack? Sixty percent said yes. I don't think
we any of us, None of us think this is
going to be a Britney Spears type Mount Dan, but
it's a lot of pressure. We probably will see him
be a little bit grumpy, maybe lose his temper a
couple more times. I think I agree. Hey, don't forget

Your results are namm. The nicest of the day. Oh,
and nicest of the day is Robert Redford Rest in peace,

(16:56):
rest in power. Who wants a private funeral, shunning Hollywood goodbyeers.
Hollywood may want a glittering send off, but Robert Redford Bob,
while his friends called him mister Redford to us, had
quiet plans. The Oscar winning legend died at the age
of eighty nine in Utah, surrounded by family, and he

(17:16):
left instructions for a quiet, family only funeral, No red carpets,
no cameras, no Hollywood circus. The family requests privacy. One
source tells me that Bob knew exactly who he was,
and he hated the noise of celebrity. He was an actor.
Sundance was his sanctuary, and that's where he wanted his

(17:36):
story to end. I don't need to give you his credits,
but one of the biggest movie stars of all time,
the brad pit of his generation. To our younger listeners,
his wife and his daughters and seven grandchildren will gather
in the Utah Mountains for a low key service. Will
one of his celebrity friends maybe throw an additional service

(17:57):
in California? Probably yes, but it'll be unofficial, be more
about them than Bob. Robert, mister Redford, Robert Redford wanted
a private funeral, just the class act right until the
very end, a rest in peace and nicest of the day.
And now I naught is the day. Naughty, naughty Prince
Andrew was welcome to a family funeral, but Harry was

(18:18):
left out. Yesterday we saw Prince Andrew, the disgraced Duke
of York, sweeping into Westminster Cathedral arm in arm with
Sarah Ferguson, as if nothing had gone wrong. As if
there was no Jeffrey Epstein. It was a striking moment
inside us. Tell me Andrew thought he was brought back
into the fold for this big public moment, and yet
Harry missed out entirely. Harry flew back from London last

(18:39):
week to California to celebrate his birthday with his family. Now,
King Charles led the mourners in black. William and Kate
arrived united. Queen Camilla missed the event due to a
sinus infection. The big funeral was for the Duchess of Kent,
who converted to Catholicism in nineteen ninety six and had
requested a full recreem mask, a historic first for a

(19:01):
senior member of the royal family. When they left the cathedral,
it was very very clear that William wanted no part
of his disgraced, disgusting uncle. I think I'm team William here, Andrew.
If you think you can just slip back into this
family after all the shame, the outrage, that disgusting acts

(19:21):
you have been accused of, think again, and hey, let's
end with a moment of rub. You Rob, you get
a rub, You got ub. You are the biggest, most
important project. You will ever have. Stop waiting for permission
to change, restart whenever you want to. Growth is not
a straight line. It's a messy, noisy and glorious journey.

(19:43):
Do the small things today, Just one decision, one action,
one imperfect step. Build proof that you can do this,
that you can keep going, that you can keep changing.
This isn't about being perfect, It's about being unstoppable. You

The heart was always off-limits to surgeons. Cutting into it spelled instant death for the patient. That is, until a ragtag group of doctors scattered across the Midwest and Texas decided to throw out the rule book. Working in makeshift laboratories and home garages, using medical devices made from scavenged machine parts and beer tubes, these men and women invented the field of open heart surgery. Odds are, someone you know is alive because of them. So why has history left them behind? Presented by Chris Pine, CARDIAC COWBOYS tells the gripping true story behind the birth of heart surgery, and the young, Greatest Generation doctors who made it happen. For years, they competed and feuded, racing to be the first, the best, and the most prolific. Some appeared on the cover of Time Magazine, operated on kings and advised presidents. Others ended up disgraced, penniless, and convicted of felonies. Together, they ignited a revolution in medicine, and changed the world.
