To see it voted down feels like a slap in
the face, not just to them, but to everything they've
done for New York City, the state's Community Advisory Board,

Four said no, two said yes. They sided with the
Broadway theater owners and the restaurants who did not want
the casino there. Now the Cantas, who have long been

role here than community kernncerns. Jay Z and Beyonce don't
need New York needs them. I'm not sure that's quite true,
but that's what insiders are saying. They brought the city
global prestige, tourism and lots of money, and now they're
asking themselves, why stay where we're not wanted. Well, I

think New York will be fine without jay Z and Beyonce. Yes,
they are an international couple. They are exciting. I've bumped
into jay Z walking around New York. It's exciting. Beyonce
is Beyonce. You know, there's no other way to say it.
Beyonce is Beyonce. However, New York survived before them, it
will survive after them. This is so interesting. A couple

of things here. Jay really wanted to do this, and
let's be clear, yes he wanted to help New York.
He loves New York, but he is a businessman. He
wanted to do it for the money. It was gonna
make him unfathomably Richie already is a billionaire. How much
money to they really really want? So when business people

tell you they are doing something for you, it's just
for you. I'm going to sing songs tonight at Madison
Square Garden just for you, for my audience. We've heard
it a million times. No, Madonna, you're doing it for
the money. I love the Barbra streisand is so honest
about it. She said she only does shows if they
pay her a lot of money, and so she's not
interested in performing anymore. She's just totally honest that it's transactional.

A lot of pop stars pretend I'm going to do
it for the fans, for my public out there, they
need me, rubbish, we do not. You need the money,
And so jay Z and Piance maybe don't need the money.
They've got a lot, but rich people always want more.
So this was about money, and another inside had told
me the reason they hurts so much is not that

New York City is missing out on the cultural honor
of a casino, but rather they are not used to
being told no. Nobody tails Beyonce and jay Z know well.
These six local community board leaders have said no. They've
said no to Beyonce and jay Z. They can't quite

understand it. They want to go above their heads. If
they don't get a reservation in a restaurant or whatever
they want, they call the owner and then everything is fixed.
There is no one to call here New York City.
Our government is run by local officials who we elect. Now,
this casino is concerning has a lot of debate. Even

within the Shooter Sussman household, there is a disagreement. Some
are for it, some are against it. And so I
think it's a good debate to have. Do we want
a casino in New York It is the entertainment capital
of the world. I think it would be a good idea. Personally,
I love casinos. I love going to Vegas, but I
want it to be in the right spot. Would this

steal tourists away from Broadway. Broadway suffering at the moment.
PRISM is down double digits, so a lot of tourists
did not want to come to America anymore. So Broadway
is really really suffering. If we add a casino to
Times Square, that's more competition, not as many people. That's tricky,
but that's like saying if we open another Broadway show,
we shouldn't do that because that's going to take an

audience away from the shows that are already running. Lots
of diffiant arguments here that we're not going to get
into really political arguments, which is not our show at all.
But celebrity is our show. And so I am fascinated
to know what do you think about Beyonce and jay Z,
which brings us to our whole question of the day.

the other housewives just don't have, and one of them
is Harry's styles or the pop star. Let me explain. So,
Carol Ratzawell has just scored the ultimate Real housewife revenge Revenge,

and Bethany Frankel is fuming inside has tell me that
Bethany nearly choked on her skinny girl Margarita when photos
of the former friend me. Bethan, Me and Carol started
as friends on the show. But as everybody knows with Bethany,
she always falls out with everybody. She's always going to
bite a friend, a colleague. She's just can't help us up.

So they had a horrible falling out. And then skip
forward a few years and what is Carol up to.
She's arm in arm with Harry's styles at a wedding.
It was not their wedding, but they were at a

I think Bethany would tell us that. And suddenly the
whole world is talking about her nemesis, Carol. It kills her.

This makes me love that is so much competition between
these ladies. The reason this story is funny is because

so silly. But that's what The Housewives is all about. It.
It's escapism, it's nonsense. It's rich people problems. They're all
gonna be just fired here. Bethany sold her company for
a fortune. Carol Razwell is a Kennedy. She married into
the Kennedy family. They're all fine. So what is interesting, though,
is that despite Bethany's fame and money, she's never really

been able to buy her way or claw her way
into the A List. She was friends with Andy Cohen
for a while. Andy has really A list friends Sarah,
Jessica Parker. He also has Kelly Ripper. He knows a
lot of movie stars. Anderson Cooper is his friend, and
so he does know these people. Bethany almost got into
that group. But then what did she do? Oh foolish Bethany.

And so once again Bethany bit the hand that fed her.
You had to be careful around better, Bethany. Don't trust her.
She's gonna bite you aventably. Have you become Bethany's friend.
It's not gonna last. So Andy cut Bethany out of
that A List group and since then, her contacts, if

Now we have Carol hanging out with Harry Styles and

is a very confident person and she was not going

three finish. So she wanted to win a cup, second,
or come third or wilse She wasn't doing it. She
flat out wanted a promise that she would make the final.
Sources tell me, now, one in the show's history has
ever asked for that it's a competition show, and producers
couldn't believe it. Now the Daily Mail are also reporting
that she wanted to control who she picked us her partner.

She wanted to pick her pro partner. She wanted to
control the rehearsal schedule. She also wanted to control how
much we talked about her romance is a very controversial
romance on the show, and they said no, no, no.
But the final straw that broke the camel's back was
she wanted to be top three. Well don't we all?

If you do that show, you want to win. However,
that's about your fan base, nothing to do with producers.
This is really really interesting, isn't it. Celebrities who do
this show, What do you do if you don't have
a fan base. So Jordan is very very popular on
the internet for really things that she has said or

not so kind comments made by people. She's a tabloid
stone because she's dating a much much older gentleman and
so their age difference, and then how controlling she is
and she looks like she's the boss in this relationship.

fan base. She's that controversial figure. She's the Hilaria Baldwin
spot controversial Marrit someone famous, somebody older, is very opinionated.
Would have been terrific reality TV. I'm not sure if
she can dance, but she does not have a fan base,
and she's smart enough to know that she would have

she said, I'll do the show, but I want these guarantees.
The show said thanks, no, thanks. Probably the best decision. Okay,
Moving along, Taylor Swift has snubbed Andy Cohen and picked
to doo one rare TV appearance with his nemesis. So
Taylor Swift is playing favorites and Andy Cohen did not
make bur cut. Instead, it was Graham Northon, Who's Norton, Sorry,

Graham Norton, who is the British person of Andy Cohen.
He has a very popular show in the UK, The
Graham Norton Show. He gets the biggest celebrities on this
show because he's sort of naughty but nice. He really is.

I get it right. I like him. I've met him
a few times and he's a really nice guy who

going to sit down with him on October third, the

show Girl. Insiders are saying, because this is her only interview,
it is very very telling that she's doing it on
a British TV show. Maybe she's more worried about the

robertson GMA Savannah. They all want Taylor Swift, who got hurt?
So telling Graham Norton. Now I hit the phones and
insiders tell me there is a strategy there. Of course
there is. Taylor Swift is so smart. She doesn't do
anything by chance, but she just likes him. She thinks
he's campy and funny and cheeky. And even though he

will ask some naughty, probing questions about her relationship that
might make up blush a little bit, he doesn't go
too far and is used to interviewing the housewives who
are on his payroll. He can ask him anything and
they have to answer because he's paying them. They're all
scared of him because he's an air boss. Imagine sitting
down with somebody who had that much more power than you,

You're out of control. Well, Graham's not that guy. And
so Andy learned from the housewives to be really, really,
really naughty. And when it comes to other celebrities who
are not on his pay roll, Taylor Swift does not
need Andy Cohen. He finds it difficult sometimes to pull
it back. And so I think Graham is an excellent,
excellent idea. Even though we probably won't watch the show,
the clips will be online, they'll be on social media,

kept in the dark. Now. Sources told me earlier this
summer that the crew and the cast were planning for

wrap it all up, and know they didn't. Everybody was shocked,

Nobody saw this coming. If you saw the ratings or

she is jealous. Has this happened to you? Who's the
popular person in your group? And does everyone want to
be their friend? Does everybody want to hang out with them?

Moving along. Jordan Hudson, you know her. She's Bill Bellacheck's girlfriend.

While she was nearly on Dancing with the Stars, but
in the eleventh hour it crumbled because of her shocking demands.
So Jordan is only twenty four years old, she's a
former Sheer leader. She's now dating Bill. But she he
is a very confident person and she was not going
to do the show unless she was guaranteed a top

three finish. So she wanted to win a cup, second,
or come third or wilse She wasn't doing it. She
flat out wanted a promise that she would make the final.
Sources tell me, now, one in the show's history has
ever asked for that it's a competition show, and producers
couldn't believe it. Now the Daily Mail are also reporting
that she wanted to control who she picked us her partner.

She wanted to pick her pro partner. She wanted to
control the rehearsal schedule. She also wanted to control how
much we talked about her romance is a very controversial
romance on the show, and they said no, no, no.
But the final straw that broke the camel's back was
she wanted to be top three. Well don't we all?

If you do that show, you want to win. However,
that's about your fan base, nothing to do with producers.
This is really really interesting, isn't it. Celebrities who do
this show, What do you do if you don't have
a fan base. So Jordan is very very popular on
the internet for really things that she has said or

not so kind comments made by people. She's a tabloid
stone because she's dating a much much older gentleman and
so their age difference, and then how controlling she is
and she looks like she's the boss in this relationship.
Remember that big interview they did on CBS where she
took over the interview. Well, there's a lot of buzz
around her, but I don't think she necessarily has her

fan base. She's that controversial figure. She's the Hilaria Baldwin
spot controversial Marrit someone famous, somebody older, is very opinionated.
Would have been terrific reality TV. I'm not sure if
she can dance, but she does not have a fan base,
and she's smart enough to know that she would have
been voted off I think the first week, and so

she said, I'll do the show, but I want these guarantees.
The show said thanks, no, thanks. Probably the best decision. Okay,
Moving along, Taylor Swift has snubbed Andy Cohen and picked
to doo one rare TV appearance with his nemesis. So
Taylor Swift is playing favorites and Andy Cohen did not
make bur cut. Instead, it was Graham Northon, Who's Norton, Sorry,
(12:17):
Graham Norton, who is the British person of Andy Cohen.
He has a very popular show in the UK, The
Graham Norton Show. He gets the biggest celebrities on this
show because he's sort of naughty but nice. He really is.
He's cheeky, he's fully Andy could just be naughty and
it could be a little bit mean. So what's what
happens live? If you ask me, where did Andy steel

the idea from, it's Graham Norton. Norton. I've got to
get that right. Graham Norton for our British listeners, going,
I get it right. I like him. I've met him
a few times and he's a really nice guy who
has a house here in New York, but he's based
out of London. So Taylor is going to go on
his show. People cannot believe that she's doing this. She's
going to sit down with him on October third, the

same day that her album drops, The Life of a
show Girl. Insiders are saying, because this is her only interview,
it is very very telling that she's doing it on
a British TV show. Maybe she's more worried about the
album in the UK than she is in America. I
don't think she has to worry about this album anywhere.
But every single booker of every single show is trying

to get Taylor Swift and co and everybody else. Robin
robertson GMA Savannah. They all want Taylor Swift, who got hurt?
So telling Graham Norton. Now I hit the phones and
insiders tell me there is a strategy there. Of course
there is. Taylor Swift is so smart. She doesn't do
anything by chance, but she just likes him. She thinks
he's campy and funny and cheeky. And even though he

will ask some naughty, probing questions about her relationship that
might make up blush a little bit, he doesn't go
too far and is used to interviewing the housewives who
are on his payroll. He can ask him anything and
they have to answer because he's paying them. They're all
scared of him because he's an air boss. Imagine sitting
down with somebody who had that much more power than you,

You're out of control. Well, Graham's not that guy. And
so Andy learned from the housewives to be really, really,
really naughty. And when it comes to other celebrities who
are not on his pay roll, Taylor Swift does not
need Andy Cohen. He finds it difficult sometimes to pull
it back. And so I think Graham is an excellent,
excellent idea. Even though we probably won't watch the show,
the clips will be online, they'll be on social media,

so we'll all get to see Taylor with Graham. Oh,
I can't wait. This album is going to be something
only a few more weeks and it is going to
be Taylor Swift's world. Okay, we're going to take a

Kristen Davis is confirming what we told you first, Sex
and the City was canceled abruptly, so and just like

that was canceled and we broke this news. Kristin is
nag confirmed she had no idea this was happening and
was blizided by their news that the show was suddenly
canceled by HBO Max And so the actress emitted that
she had no idea they were pulling the plug after

three seasons. She said that she had just assumed. She
just assumed it would keep going and the cast was
kept in the dark. Now. Sources told me earlier this
summer that the crew and the cast were planning for
at least one more season. That's why the storyline did
not end very neatly. They thought they had another season,

They thought they had season four in the bag to
wrap it all up, and know they didn't. Everybody was shocked,
including Kristin Davis, Sarah Jessica Parker, and Michael Patrick King.
Nobody saw this coming. If you saw the ratings or
dare I'd be cheeky enough to say if you saw
the show. Oh, wasn't very good. Wasn't very good? Was it?

I really wanted to love it, just wasn't very good.
And it's not an embarrassment to admit that it came
to an end. And so I'm not quite sure why
the spin is out there that this was always going
to be the ending, This was always going to be
the plan. No, it wasn't. You were blindsided. You did
not see this coming, You did not want this to come.
In fact, Sarah still pushing the show to other streaming networks.

She's even pushing a new movie on it. Maybe it's
time to say goodbye to Carry Bradshaw at least for

powerful job and earned a lot of money, hanging out

thought the bigger the star I was sitting having dinner with,
the more happy and happy I would be. Not true.
I thought if I earned a lot of money, I'd
be really happy. That was more miserable. I thought if
I lost five pounds, I suddenly would be happy, happy, happy.
I wasn't. It doesn't come from out there, It comes

from within, and it comes from within your mind. Happiness
