time with Oprah and Gail, and let me tell you this,

Jennifer and Ben may have broken up, but his taste
in real estate is still haunting her bank account. Let
me explain, so, sources reveal there's sixty eight million dollar.
Get your head around that. I don't even know what

Hills mansion, which they bought in twenty twenty three, has
been yanked off the market after failing to sell the
property for almost a year. This has been up on
the market for a year, a whole year, twelve months,
and not only did they not sell it, very few
people have even gone to see it. Sources say that
jen actually hated the house from day one. This was

all Ben's idea. She thought it was successive. Now for
Jennifer Lopez, somebody who loves success, This is not someone
but shy. This is not somebody that sits her home
knitting shoe. She loves over the top. She loves drama.
Even for Jennifer, it was too too much. He loved
it because it was over the top, and also be
too because it was so private. So now with no

buyer and the price has been slashed by millions, and
now the mountain upkeep costs they have to keep paying
the costs each month. Jennifer has been left holding a
bill that she didn't want to have. So I'm told
they split the cost. It's very, very expensive, but they
split it for they are divorced, but they still are
paying the price this mega mansion. Oh, I would be

so angry if somebody pressured me into doing something financially
and then we broke up and now they can never
really be over and not when sixty eight million dollars
is still out there pending, and so I know it's
easy to think they're worth hundreds of millions. They don't care,
they do. This is a massive amount of money. Both

of them now have moved on into twenty million dollar homes. Beautiful, magnificent.
It's almost silly that I can understand what a twenty
million dollar home is. I've been in quite a few
celebrity houses. I can't imagine the difference between twenty and
sixty eight. That's a big difference. I just can't imagine
what more you could want if you went to a
twenty million dollar home, You're not going to be like, oh,

you know, we need to spend a little bit more
money and get twenty more bedrooms, Like you just don't
say that these houses are buffect these twenty million dollar homes.
So I don't know what they were thinking. I think
Ben was showing off. I think he had got j lo.
He wanted to live like he lived with a queen.
They bought this massive, massive, monster mansion, which actually isn't

even that beautiful. I asked some of my real estate
sources in LA and they said, it's not that great
a house. It's massive, but it's not very refined. It's
got no history to it. It's got nothing about it
that makes it really special, apart from the size. In fact,
one of my real estate pels said, it's clunky. It's
a big, clunky box. The only foolish people would buy

who are trying to show off. So old money's not
going to buy this. If you have got old money
in LA and you live that lifestyle, you've got that
amount of money, you're looking for a very different home.
You do not want that. Angelina brad Pitt, George Clooney,
they would never live in this show palace. It's just
something that they would probably find Vulga. Maybe Laurence Sanchez
might buy it. She's got the money and they like

flashy don't they. Maybe they should try and call those
They should have gone to the wedding. Jayla should have
been the wedding singer. And in between songs she should
have tried to unload this big white elephant. Oh what
a mess? Okay, moving along. Kate Middleton is really hiding
her cancer recovery struggle. So inside, tell me. A palace

The princess kids might be on the balcony, smiling on
the balcony, but sources say her true battle is far
from hover, far from over. Though she has been declared

battling this very very scary disease and she's not quite
there yet. So people who are asking why is she
canceling some events, why is she not working harder, It's

telling me this is all his idea. He's pulling the

is the one behind Blake Lively's latest headline grabbing legal drama.
So Reynolds is the one, is the one that convinced

was quite unhinged on a YouTube rand calling the lawsuit
