Speaker 1 (00:29):
It was so wonderful. Let me just tell you. I'm
going to post some clips from the show on my
website soon.
Speaker 2 (00:35):
Please do.
Speaker 1 (00:36):
But yeah, but I did an amazing tribute to Tony
Bennett and to Shirley Horn, and then I did a
tribute to the Vogue kids of the nineties.
Speaker 2 (00:43):
Oh the singer is the Vogue? Oh, Corey, please post it.
What's your website? What's what? Yes? Please thank you?
Speaker 1 (00:49):
It's Corey Andrew dot com.
Speaker 2 (00:51):
See yes, Corey. No, no excuse to not find out
except don't put a NSS on it. Sometimes I call
you Corey Andrew Julia no relation to Julie Coreydrew dot com.
We'll check it out. Okay, let's jump into the show.
What time is it, my friends? It is so we
have the real reason that Harry and Charles reunited, and
(01:13):
it's because of the King's health. So Harry made a
surprise team meeting with his dad. And it may look
like a similar, a really familiar, small family event, but
insiders tell me something much bigger was going on. The
monarchy is bracing with charles health not being great. Insiders
(01:33):
told me the King's health is far worse than the
palace is letting gone, and that's why Harry was summoned.
It was actually Charles's idea to do this. It wasn't
about reconciliation only. It was about the future. It was
about succession, it was about what happens next. Now we
do know that Harry turned up armed with videos of
(01:55):
his kids. Charles has not met Lilyburch yet. He's met
Archie and so that was a lovely moment. My sources
are telling me there will be a follow up. There
will be a zoom call with Meghan and the kids
in California. There's no plans yet to get the kids
to the United States or Meghan, but insiders are saying
they wanted this moment together. Charles knows that he's a
(02:17):
very sick man and he doesn't want to end his
life with bad, bad blood, with bad feelings, particularly towards
his son. It wasn't just about forgiveness. This was about
maybe Charles does not have so long left now. I
don't want to put really be frightened people here. He's
(02:37):
doing okay. He's just not doing great, and for a
man of his age with cancer, it's difficult. It would
be silly of us to believe otherwise. And so part
of the reason this happened, and it makes much more
sense now. A lot of people couldn't understand this reunion,
particularly because William was against it, and so a lot
of people were asking me, how did this happen. It
took me a minute. I had to scratch my head.
(02:59):
I didn't think it was going to happen. He insulted
the king's wife. The love of his life was not
Princess Diana. It's Camilla Parker Bowls. You might not like that,
you might not even understand that, but that's a fact.
The love of his life, the one he should have
always married, was Camilla Parker Bowles. When his son, when Harry,
insulted her, it was over. It had nothing to do
(03:20):
with William. This was over. He said some really cruel
things about Killer in his book, not to a friend,
not a body knows. In a book If you do
that in a book, there's no coming back. And so
I asked my royal insiders, how did this happen? For
eighteen months, Charles hasn't wanted no part of Harry. They
(03:40):
said it's his health. His health has taken a turn
for the worse that the Palace is not letting on
how sick he is. In fact, that's why he was
in London. He flew from Belmorle not to see his son.
He was having a cancer treatment. That's why he was
back in London. And while he was there he saw
his son. I think Harry knows that his dad's sick.
You know, my dad is a very sick man. You know.
(04:02):
You know when your parents are getting towards the end,
it sounds so awful. And so this was a really sweet,
beautiful moment, and God forbid something happens to the king.
I think there's some peace there there, that there's some closure.
I'm told it was a beautiful hour they spent together.
Speaker 1 (04:20):
Yes, yes, well, you know it's it's one of those
things we've all witnessed. I think when there's someone who's
elderly in our families who's sick, and they maybe maybe
there were some discrepancies between them later or earlier. They
do try to resolve those things. Usually, Like my granddad
died at ninety three, and the best time of my
life was with him in those latter years. And he
was a very difficult man with me when I was younger,
(04:43):
but those last years, you know, he was really conscious
of making peace and I enjoyed him in that time frame.
So I'm really happy that Harry and his dad. Hopefully
we'll be doing the same thing. That would be really nice,
because you can't get that time back once it's over
three years old.
Speaker 2 (04:59):
All right, you're right. I was in London just a
few weeks ago. My dad is a very sick man.
He was in hospital. He's thankfully out of the hospital now,
but every day I was home, I sat by the
side of his bed, his bed ridden now, and I
sat by his bed and we had a lovely several
hours together remen He said, it's the best time I've
ever had with my dad. And I think it's because
we both know we don't have that much time left,
(05:19):
and so I think for Harry and Charles to do this,
it really explains it. Now to everybody asking me, why
did this happen. What changed? Did Harry apologize? What went down?
Why was there a sudden change? And my sources said, Rob,
it's really obvious, and I was like, what is it
that We're like, it's Charles's health. Yeah, I mean very
(05:41):
very sick man. In fact, Harry said that four months
ago in a BBC interview, and he upset the palace
because he told the truth. When he was asked about
his father, he said, I don't know how much more
time he's gonna be here when not speaking. I think
this is a really important moment, William. If you're listening
a lower, lower low, I understand why you're upset, but
maybe this will reframe it. Once you realize why people
(06:05):
are doing doing things, it helps, doesn't it, Corey. But first,
when you're angry, like oh gosh, that feels like a
betrayal and how dare you forgive him after he said
awful things about your wife and my wife. But once
you put it into this much bigger, bigger framework, the
framework of life and death, I think things can really
really change, which brings us to our pole question of
(06:28):
the day. The real reason Harry and Charles reunited was
because of the King's health. What do you think do
these two have a chance of making peace before it's
too late they've started. I think it's a very good
start for a step. What do you think? Yes or no? Hey,
go vote on our Twitter page add Naughty Nice rob
(06:49):
Our facebook page is Naughty Gossip and be sure to
check back on Monday to hear your results. Hey, Corey,
what are you working on? Yes? What? This is?
Speaker 1 (06:57):
More of it? All upbeat? I guess happy story. So
Cameron Diaz, who I just love. She's been one of
my favorites forever. You know, she just stepped out recently
with her family, her her daughter actually Radics in a
very rare New York City appearance because you know, she's
very private, but she swapped Hollywood glam for mom life
this week. The fifty three year old Charlie's Angel Starr
(07:18):
was spotted strolling through New York City on Wednesday with
her five year old daughter Rados in toe Radis and yes, yes,
these Hollywood people in these names. It's like it's like
it's like Radish and Maddox. Jennifer understood, my goodness, Yes,
but it's yes, but it's Radis and Radiss out with
her so The actress looked very, very casual as she
(07:40):
walked along Radis who zoomed happily along ahead, and a
purple scooter on a purple scooter, now Cameron Dia. She
kept it low key in her blue jeans, a white
T shirt, denim jacket, and crisp white sneakers. Her blonde
hair was pulled into a messy mom bun, and she
completed the look with a tan cross body bag slung
across her chest, probably with all kinds of like baby
(08:02):
kids stuff in it. You's got to always have, you know,
wet wipes and all kinds of stuff in there. Probably.
But Raddix meanwhile stole the show in a very playful
white peplum dress decorated with little colorful kitten faces and
pink leggings. You know, she was doted with strawberries and
purple sneakers, all topped off with a very bright pink
helmet for scooter safety, of course safety. She's a good mom, right,
(08:23):
She's got her kid's head protected with the little helmet,
so you know.
Speaker 2 (08:26):
But this is a really.
Speaker 1 (08:26):
Serious thing though, because Cameron Diaz and her husband Benji Madden,
they don't come out with their kids a lot. They're
very protective, very which you know a lot of Hollywood
stars are very conscious of not having their kids in
front of the paparazzi. So it was quite a spectacle
and nice to see them out right right.
Speaker 2 (08:43):
It was nice. It was I never get to see
these children. It's none of my business to see them.
This is a to Cameron. What was more exciting to
me was seeing Cameron being a mom. This is what
she really really is proud of. She doesn't want to
be remembered as a movie star. She wants to be
remembered as a great mom. I'm sure she is. To
see these private moments, it really is so touching. She's
made so much money she doesn't need to work again,
(09:04):
and she's had one of those celebrities who just needs
the attention. One of my very early PR jobs was
in a PR office that represented Cameron, and she was
unlike every other celebrity on the books because she didn't
want publicity. She paid the office her fabulous publicist Brad
to really keep her out of the press. She wanted.
She liked the craft of movie making, but she didn't
(09:26):
really want to be famous. She didn't want to be
j Lo she didn't want to be as famous as
Jennifer Anderston and the friends. She wanted to make her
movies and really not be be that big a tabloid star.
And I think she's she's achieve that, and so it's lovely,
lovely to see because sometimes those celebrities, those housewives are
so first they never they never stop. Is a class actor. Okay,
(09:49):
moving along, Golden Bachelor Nell Owens. If you remember he
got himself in some trouble long ago talking about that
he doesn't really want to date women over a certain age. Well,
they've remind he is the Golden Bachelor, and now he
said there's no age to love after I'm sure several
very intense sessions with ABC's PR and the PR people
(10:11):
have clearly got to mal. He's a retired NFL linebacker,
a really really sexy, sexy man, and so he sparked
outrage when he admitted on a podcast that he planned
to cut contestants off over fifty. Everyone have a sixty,
sorry over sixty. He joked about artificial hips and wigs,
and he told producers his sweet spot was forty five
(10:33):
to sixty. Well, now he's learned his lesson. He's apologized
for that. He said it was not fair, and he
is asking women to give him another chaga. No, I think,
wouldn't you tell the truth? You tell the truth? What
is it that Mayra Angelo said? Believe? Yes? Yes?
Speaker 1 (10:52):
And also like that's isolating to probably one of the
biggest demographics. That's where the panic is setting in, because
there's probably women over sixty who are in love with
that show, or a lot of them. And so you
just got rid of half your audience, which is he's stupid,
move stupid.
Speaker 2 (11:07):
You know, ABC was pulling their hair out.
Speaker 1 (11:09):
Oh my gosh, what you said?
Speaker 2 (11:12):
You are the golden People don't want to see you
with a twenty year old girl. That's why that show
is a success. It is what we would call age appropriate,
but I don't know if that's really even the right
term for it. But but it's such a silly, silly
and I think it's not only done. I think it's
a truthful thing. I think he said it because he believes.
(11:33):
You don't say stuff he believes, and now he's not
telling the truth. I'd actually have more respect for him,
Corey if he doubled down and said, yeah, right, I
over sixty, get off I'm not going to date any whatever.
Speaker 1 (11:43):
We're just not saying, like he could have easily just
gone there and that could have been his mo o
without verbalizing. I just don't say it, like, why.
Speaker 2 (11:50):
Do you think that was a good idea? Exactly? I
would get with the people like I'm not particularly funned.
I'm sorry if you're listening of blonde hair on guys,
I've never really been attacted to a blond, so I
would just kick them ballast, say I don't like everybody blonde,
pack and leave. Oh my goodness. So moving along this
(12:11):
a new report hayes that Britney Spears is getting closer
with her sons, which is lovely. So we did some
digging to see what her relationship is like with her
moment God, what did we find that Corey.
Speaker 1 (12:22):
Well, you know, nearly three years after finally breaking free
from her conservatorship, that was like thirteen years basically, you know,
her family ties are still a little, well, a lot
of bit fractured, I would say so, especially when it
comes to her father. So insiders tell hashtag Shooters group
that the singer's relationship with her parents could not be
more different. Though, So Brittany's her vibe with her dad
(12:44):
is non existent, quite honestly, That's what one source has
blatantly revealed to us. There's no chance of reconciliation. Furious
does not even begin to cover how she feels about him,
and she will apparently never forgive him. Now that's her dad, Jamie,
of course, who oversaw her finances and personal life throughout
the entire conservatorship. And no, he's accepted this, this distance
(13:05):
between them. He just has no like false sense of reconciliation.
He knows it's pretty severed at this point. But you know,
he's had some serious health problems to focus on himself
with now, you know, since his leg amputation in twenty
twenty three, which is very serious, and so he's kind
of focusing on himself and he probably he probably deserves
to do that, because he did, he did deal with
(13:26):
her for quite a long time. Now when it comes
to her mom, Lynn even more complicated. One insider described
that connection as very fragile and they maybe just exchange
like text messages every few weeks or so, with no
real plans made to meet in person. And I'll tell
you there's been some really weird like videos again of
Brittany where I don't know how well she is. Right,
(13:46):
there was the video of her on like the cruise ship,
and there were it was just really.
Speaker 2 (13:51):
Story on this podcast on my sub stack that should
find her maid And now the house is is don't poopepper,
and just it's just really not good. Brittany is not
in a good place. I wish she was in a
better place with her parents, but it's sort of understandable
after that conservatorship, she still is very very angry about that,
(14:12):
and so this one it just makes me so sad.
I wish we had a better, better conclusion, a better story, Britty. Okay,
quickly before we get a break. Kim Kardashian's best friend
Jonathan Chabinda has been spotted up cozy and getting cozy
with her ex best friend Larissa Pippins. That's so good.
I'm interested here in Larissa and Kim and Jonathan. What
(14:32):
I'm interested in is if I fall out with somebody,
does my best friend have to fall out with them? Yeah?
Like that's the real It's so complicated, Like if you
were really cruel to mister, I don't think I'd be
hanging out with you. It could be my thing, And
so I kind of expect a bit a loyalty here.
So I hate to admit it, but I think I'm
on team Kim here. Yeah, if me and Larissa had
(14:53):
a horrible falling out, Jonathan, why are you hanging out
with them? Yeah? You know what's funny.
Speaker 1 (14:57):
We talked about this, I think a couple of weeks back,
and we're in discussing that with relationships, like if your
partner is no longer friends with someone, can you be
friends with them? So yeah, like, you know, Joe and
I had a situation recently like that, and Joe just
came to me when the situation. He was like, I
know you're not talking personally and I was like, no, honey,
of course I'm not. You know, you have to be
loyal to your people, have to have you upset.
Speaker 2 (15:19):
Prates done. You're done John by your mayor. Jonathan and
Kim are not in a good place. That's the story
here that no one's really saying. And so if Jonathan
and Kim were still best is they've not been seen
together in a couple of years, If they still were
as close as what they claim they are, he probably
wouldn't be doing. Okay, we're again to take a quick
break and we'll be right back. Welcome back to the
(15:40):
Naughty but Night Shamia Hairstrom shoot with my differend Cory Andrew. Hey, Corey,
let's get to the polls. Last ship we talked about
Prince Hallie, Prince Harry finally got what he is craving,
which is a face to face meeting with his dad,
King Charles. Is this the start of a new beginning?
Seventy percent said yes, I hope so. Season now now
we know the reason why. It's a really sad, tragic reason,
(16:03):
but it's also a beautiful reason to remind you how
short life he is. And so grab it, grab it
and the people you love you tell them you love
them all the time. Hey, don't forget to vote on
today's poll. Go to our Twitter page at Naughty Nice Ramba.
Our Facebook page is Naughty Gossip and sure to check
back on Monday to hear your results. And now it's
(16:26):
time for Nic of the Day.
Speaker 1 (16:30):
Yes, this is very sweet Kylie Kelsey. She is fiercely
defending the delay in addressing Travis and Taylor's engagement on
her podcast. You know, it's actually like the podcast audience,
they were kind of coming after her saying that she
was almost two weeks late publicly acknowledging Travis and Taylor's engagement.
But she's like, hey, I recorded my show before the
(16:51):
announcement dropped, which is true because you know, people don't
know with a lot of podcasts, you do them in advance.
Like with us, we do ours every day on time,
but some are done in, you know, weeks in advance
because you book your guest in a week's So she's said, hey,
I recorded my show before the announcement dropped, And she
was just kind of calling out a bunch of the
comments that were accusing her of being quote late with
the congratulations. But you know, Timmy wasn't the only factor.
(17:14):
Kylie admitted that she's made a conscious effort not to
turn her podcast into like the Taylor Swift Kelsey Show,
you know, and I don't blame her for that. And
she's like, look, I can text them. I'm family, right,
I don't need to come out here and make statements
when I talk to them privately. So I think that
she's really nice, and and the fact that she's also
protecting their privacy and letting her fans know that, hey,
(17:34):
she's got nothing but support and she's all supportive and
happy for them.
Speaker 2 (17:38):
So she's beautifully. She's talking about Taylor today on the
podcast which she's talking just enough. She knows how to
do this, she's she's doing just enough. I think it's great.
You're right. Nice is the day now I know she's so.
Prince Harry gave one point one million dollar charity gift
out of his own money. Often when celebrities give charity
(17:58):
gifts it's out of sponsors. This was his money. Well,
now he's making look prince, making Prince William look cheap.
So Prince William gets twenty three million a year from
the Duchy of Cornwall. He inherited that from his dad.
It goes to the first son, so it didn't go
to Harry, it went to William. That's a lot of
money every money. Now, I look through the records and
(18:18):
William does a lot of charity work, but he don't
put up a lot of money. In fact, all I
could find was the ear Shot Prize, which is a
million dollars, but it's underwritten by corporate sponsors. It's not
William's money. So now he's being compared to Harry's very
personal donation. It looks like he's being a little bit cheap.
So Harry literally puts his money where his mouth is
(18:41):
and William you have more money just saying okay, let's
end with a moment of people who want to see
you win will help you win. It's that easy. He's
the truth. Real support is active. It is not passive.
It's not just clapping when you succeed. It's encouraging your
ideas instead of poking fun of them. It's offering help,
(19:03):
offering resources or connections ahead of excuses. It's celebrating your
growth without jealousy. Pay attention. The people who want to
see you win won't just say it, Corey, they'll help
it happen. That's really important. Look around, see who wants
you to win. They're the people who are helping. Hey,
(19:25):
that is it for this week. Thank you so much
for listening to The Naughty Bit Nice with Robin Corey
show production of Elvis Durant and iHeartRadio. Don't forget to
subscribe on the iHeartRadio app, Apple podcasts wherever you listen,
leave us a review if you can. They really really
do help. And remember altogether. Now, if you're going to
(19:46):
you've got to be nice, take care of it's starting
nice with Roun
