Speaker 1 (00:08):
Advice for sugar spice.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
It's time and Loveallo, Welcome to the Naughty wan Nic Show.
I'm your house from our shooter and it's Monday, which
means our dear friend Garrett vogels with us. Hey, Garrett,
are you there? Bob's hello, Hella Lo, my friend. How's
your weekend?
Speaker 1 (00:26):
Oh it's fabulous.
Speaker 3 (00:27):
You know, got to see the new Smurf movie that
comes out this weekend where it's probably the closest thing
we'll get to a Rihanna concert in the next fifty
years probably, And then we celebrated my son's tenth happy birthday.
Speaker 2 (00:40):
We celebrated Bruce's birthday this weekend, so it was a
birthday weekend all around. On the Naughty but Night Show.
Speaker 1 (00:46):
You were at a fabulous general look.
Speaker 2 (00:47):
I was at a fabulous dinner. I get some really
quite nice places. I'm very, very lucky, but I've got
to be honest. Give me a burger and a diner
and I'm just as happy. I don't need a birthday.
It's coming out this week the sixteenth, when happy birthday
to be. Okay, let's jump into your birthdays, my friend.
It is tea time. So in Britain, there has been
(01:10):
a sighting. We have spotted Prince Harry's representatives and Prince
Charles having a little bit of a meeting together. Now
some people are calling this peace talks. My sources are
saying that when you work in a royal organization, you
all know each other, even though you're on maybe different teams.
If you all work in a sports you all know
the different teams, Garrett, you work on a radio show,
(01:32):
you know the different shows. And so I was told
it was a very informal get together. However, sources are
telling me no matter if it was formal or not,
if William ain't there, if William's representatives are not there,
it's not going to work. So is this a good
first steps? Absolutely yes. But big picture here, I find
(01:52):
that when you have a falling out, you don't have
to be a royal Garrett, it could be you and
be God forbid or or some of our friends. You
got to get in the room yourself. Don't send a representative,
don't send an agent, to publicist, a manager, all that
is nonsense. Do it yourself. And until Harry and the
King and William are all willing to have a chit chat,
(02:13):
this is not going to work.
Speaker 3 (02:15):
What do you think It's something that could easily be
set up via a text or a phone call or
a FaceTime for God's sakes, to send your people is
almost like you're not even at the stage of getting
ready back together. Everybody's trying to feel out. It's like, hey,
King's still pissed at me. He is Harry still made me?
Is Charlie?
Speaker 1 (02:35):
You know?
Speaker 3 (02:36):
So it's like you're I feel the way it reads,
the way the story reads, they are nowhere near getting
back to anywhere close together.
Speaker 2 (02:44):
Yeah, I think you're right. This is about people that
work within the same business having a drink. I know
the other podcaster is out there, I know the other
gossip columns is out there, and we often have a
drinking perman It's really fun to do it. It's not
exactly a peace talk. It's just a drink. So I
think we're reading into this a little bit. But I
do think here my sources are so right. William William
(03:04):
is gonna be the future king. The future of the
monarchy is all about William. We are not killing golf
King Charles here, and we love him. May he reign
for as long as possible. But we're being realistic. The
future of the monarchy is about William k to the kids.
We saw it this weekend at the tennis Wimbledon. That
is the future of the monarchy. And see, if Harry
wants a future, not a pastor future, it's gonna be
(03:27):
with his brother. And I think here the King would
rather take a back seat and have these two brothers meet.
They've got to get in the same room. I have
an example of this in my work life when I
worked with Jennifer Lopez shared a huge falling out with Vogue.
For whatever reason, she wouldn't speak to Anna Winter, the
editor in chief of Vogue. I met with the Vogue people.
We had peace talks, all a waste of time until
(03:48):
Anna and Jennifer spoke.
Speaker 1 (03:50):
That were you Harry's representative King?
Speaker 2 (03:54):
No?
Speaker 3 (03:54):
No, no, Like in this situation where j Lo and
Vogue were you, were you acting as the part of
the king representative or Harry.
Speaker 2 (04:03):
That's a good question. Now. I think Jlo would say
she was the king or the queen. Vogue would probably
say they are. So that's another thing though, too. Isn't
it interesting there is a disparency of power Prince Harry
and King Charles are not equals. He's the king, and
so these peace talks, whatever they are, let's call them
peace talks, are very very tricky because it's not neutral.
(04:26):
It's not like we both go in with the same
amount of power. I think the Royal family has pretty
much moved on. I've been reporting on this family for many,
many decades, and they have pretty much.
Speaker 1 (04:37):
You almost know as much as the family as the
family itself.
Speaker 2 (04:40):
I used to work for them too, so they paid
me for a while, so I was on their payroll,
so I know how this institution works. All my Royal
sources are telling me they've actually come to kind of
like an uncomfortable conclusion with Harry. This is what it is,
and I've sort of moved on now with ha. It's him,
and they don't really know what Harry wants. Harry's people
tell me he desperately wants his family back, although if
(05:02):
I dig a little deeper, they're the first to admit
he wants the perks of the family back.
Speaker 4 (05:06):
At the money. Being a member of that family Beach,
you never pay for anything. You travel for free. The
security is free, your rent is free. That's what I'm told.
He's really missing. Is he missing the stuffiness of the
palace and doing all the work that he didn't really
ever sort of want to do. He didn't want to
get a hospitals and kiss babies. He wanted all the
fabulous stuff. Who doesn't.
Speaker 2 (05:26):
It's like our job's Garrett. They look really, really fabulous,
and they are. However, there's a bit of a grunt
work behind the scenes that nobody receives.
Speaker 3 (05:35):
In your closet right now, and I still have boggers
in my eyes. I mean, let's let's be real here,
let's call it what it is.
Speaker 2 (05:41):
Yeah, there's part of these jobs you don't want, and
I'm told that's what the Royals are not having. They're like, Harry,
We're not just going to give you all the money
and send you on fabulous trips. You've got to do
the work.
Speaker 1 (05:50):
But is it Harry or is it Megan pushing Harry.
Speaker 2 (05:52):
Oh to make friends again because she wants that money. Yeah?
Maybe I think at this point they are a unit.
Like once they've been married, after six weeks, weeks, after
six months, I think you are now a couple. So
I think of them as united here. So hopefully they're
on the same page. I'm glad that they're meeting with
the King's people. I think it's a little bit of
a waste of time. But I've been in show business
for a long time and I find agents and managers
(06:15):
and publicists all a little bit of waste of money.
You do it yourself. And so Harry, if you're listening
to a level, pick up the phone and call your brother.
Call your brother.
Speaker 1 (06:23):
Where do they go?
Speaker 2 (06:24):
Like?
Speaker 1 (06:24):
So you know in Hollywood, like you want to get spotted.
Speaker 2 (06:26):
You go to the Ivy or Nobu.
Speaker 3 (06:28):
Yes, So like in England, especially for the royals, like
where do these representatives go to?
Speaker 2 (06:34):
Like they went to a really nice restaurant in London
where you know, London's a big, small town. You do
bump into people, and if if the King's representatives were there,
they'd be like, oh my goodness, he works for the king.
She works for the king. And then if Harry's people
walked in, they're like, oh my goodness. It's like if
you walked into a bar, they'd be like, oh my gosh,
he works with Elvis Duran. And then if you were
(06:55):
meeting Howard Sterns people, they'd be like, oh, what's going
on here?
Speaker 3 (06:58):
Howard, right, So it's all this, But the place that
they went to is that like one of those notorious
places where it's like you want to be spotting you.
Speaker 2 (07:05):
As notorious as though. But Britain doesn't quite have that
same celebrity paparazzi culture that they did here in America.
But they could have been more subtle if they wanted.
Good question, Garrett, which brings us to our pole question
of the day. King King Charles and Prince Harry's people
have been spotted in what the Brits are calling peace talks. However,
(07:26):
William and William's people were not there. Should William have
been included? If they want to ever make peace here,
doesn't it have to include William hago Vos on the
page Adnal denized rom Our facebook page is naughty Gossip
and be sure to get back tomorrow to hear your results. Garrett,
what are you working on all right?
Speaker 3 (07:45):
Well, the album came out on like twenty four hours
notice last week on Thursday, and we got the album
on Friday. Justin Bieber number one album in the world
right now, with Swag making a ton of money and
of course his wife now seems to just be supporting
him even more than she was prior to this, especially
(08:06):
with we're talking about Helly Bieber, of course, but especially
since yesterday Scooter Braun decided to put out a statement saying,
everyone's been asking me, I'm always curious when people say
I got a ton of messages. I'm finally responding to this.
Scooter put out a message talking about how authentic justin
Out album was, and he was proud of him and
this is the album that he's he's always wanted to make.
(08:27):
Blah blah blah. But but Helly Bieber is really blaming,
blaming Scooter for everything that Justin's been through, the financial mess,
the tour, the exhaustion. She's pretty convinced that, you know,
Scooter wrecked Justin's career and she's the one that had
to fix it. You know, you know, I personally I
(08:48):
could argue from that, but you know, let me keep
on going real quick. You know, Justin had to go
back and pay the forty million dollars advance that because
of the tour that he he canceled pathway through, and
he had to pay Scooter back because Scooter fronted the
money for him, because he didn't have the money at
the time, and Haley used the money that she just made.
(09:09):
She became a freaking billionaire for utzings. And you know,
if you notice yesterday on social Hally put a filter
on with a little side eye and Mariah Carey is obsessed,
and you know it kind of was sending a message
without sending a message. And I think she's done, you know,
playing nice, and she wants the world to know what
all the Taylor Swift fans have have talked about for
(09:32):
the last five years.
Speaker 2 (09:33):
You know, yeah, that's bad blood. I've known Scooter for
a while. I think it's very, very talented. I think
with that question, Justin's career might not be where it
is today, but that might be a good thing. He
might be a lot happier with himself. And so it's
a lot. It's a lot to take in. It's interesting,
isn't it that You know what my feelings are about managers,
Nine out of ten of them are just hopeless. They're
(09:54):
just not very good, right. I don't think Scooter's one
of those. I think he did a good job.
Speaker 3 (09:57):
Well, yeah, I mean you can make the argument Scooter.
You know, Scooter didn't have to fly his mom and
Justin out to Atlanta to do audition in front of Usher,
you know, like he didn't have to put all this
money into it.
Speaker 1 (10:12):
You know.
Speaker 3 (10:13):
I think we've all been through a teenage phase where
we thought we knew everything in the world, you know,
and just Scooter had to deal with Justin in that
part of his life.
Speaker 2 (10:23):
Babysitting a little bit had to be a therapy.
Speaker 1 (10:25):
It's almost like he became the dead, not even the brother.
Speaker 2 (10:27):
Yeah, complicated relationships. What I do like about Scooter is
he was there from the beginning. Though, a lot of
these managers, particularly if they're your husband or your wife,
or your brother or your sister, they come when you're successful. Like,
let's be honest, at this point, my mother could manage
Taylor Swift. She's just such a massive superstar that that
isn't the hard work hard you start out when you
(10:49):
start out, Garrett, when nobody wants to take your calls,
when you can't get that audition with Usher, who can
make that happen? And Scooter did? I hate the bad
blood here. I don't know if it's fixable. I certainly
know it's not fixable. If Haley is not part of
this conversation, you three. Okay, moving along talking about three years.
Guess who has a new, very strange friendship. Oprah and
(11:12):
Chris Jenna. You heard that right. Oprah and Chris Jenner
have become really good friends. They became this by became
very very close at the wedding at Jeff Bezos's wedding.
But then after the wedding, they went on a lavish
girl's trip on David Geffen's multimillion dollar yard. Sources are
saying Gail feels a little bit pushed out. So Gail
has always been Oprah's number one always, but now that
(11:34):
Chris is around, she's starting to feel a little bit
like a third wheel. I should point out that Gail
was on this trip with them, But has that ever
happened to you? You have a best friend, you've been
friends for so long that you stop really sort of
focusing on the friendship. It's just a given now, and
you get a little bit lazy as a friend. Maybe
that happened to Oprah and Gail, And then sudderly, somebody
(11:56):
new and shiny, the shiny person of the month shows up.
Speaker 3 (12:00):
You're like, oh, Oprah finally feels like what Stedman feels.
Speaker 2 (12:04):
That's where's Stedman? That's another good question, where's Steedman? It's
wild Chris Jenna, she must have some magical powers. I've
met her a few times and she's really charismatic. She's
really good fun. There's no one more fun to go
for a drink with than Chris Jenna. And she did
build those Kardashians into a billion dollar brand. Talk about
a scooter and a manager. She really did do this.
(12:27):
It is Christian and so Oprah's fast. Oprah's always liked them.
This is the sinnc thing with Oprah. As brilliant and
as respected as Oprah is, She's always liked celebrities. She's
always had a few celebrity friends around her, some even controversial.
She likes this world and good for her. She can
do whatever she wants. She's Oprah. But I love it
(12:48):
when new friendships happen. I believe my new best friend
is just around the corner I like right now. I
like new friendships, but I also too, I'm very aware
of what it does to those older friendships when somebody
knew and shine. Maybe it's not even a friendship, maybe
it's just at work. You know what it's like when
you've worked at a place for ten years, twenty years,
and suddenly somebody new and shiny turns up and they're
(13:10):
like the apple of the It will pass, It will pass.
But I think gaylic flavor of the week a lower
lower love hold tighter. Okay, Garrett, Quickly before we go
to break, we have some Jen Anderson news. She is
in fact now dating.
Speaker 3 (13:26):
Yes, so it looks like she may have found love
again and she's doing it her way this time, according
to reports, So Jennifer Addison Anniston, who is fifty six,
dating Jim Curtis.
Speaker 1 (13:38):
What a basic name like? He seems like a normal guy.
Speaker 3 (13:41):
He's a fifty nine year old hypnotist and helps self
help guru Rob Shooter.
Speaker 1 (13:48):
Could you see yourself dating a hypnotist?
Speaker 2 (13:50):
I think?
Speaker 1 (13:50):
And do you think?
Speaker 2 (13:51):
I think?
Speaker 1 (13:51):
You think he tricked her into data?
Speaker 2 (13:53):
Did you hypnotize me and to dating? Jenny's very much
into the self help books? Yeah, they're very fair. I
am too. I think they're really really good. I wrote
one like this is something that I can't keep finding
really important and.
Speaker 1 (14:03):
Personal hypnotize.
Speaker 2 (14:06):
Person personal growth is a really really big deal too.
I hope she finds happiness. I really really do At
first we were hearing they were not dating, and they weren't.
They'd met, they were friendly. Now as time has passed by,
and know, the reason we're getting mixed messages about this
is that Jen's friends have been really protective. They know
what happens that once you were labeled Jen's boyfriend, My goodness,
(14:27):
we dissect your life.
Speaker 1 (14:28):
I remember his name's John Mayer.
Speaker 2 (14:30):
We jumping deep, and so I think Jen's being careful
here and going slowly here, not just for her own harm,
but just to protect this guy. It's not easy to
suddenly go from being a regular person to one of
the most famous guys in the world. I see now
people are jumping into his past, every single post he's
ever put on social media, videos that he's made to
(14:53):
sell his books, and now being sort of cited, maybe
used not against him, maybe for him, but at least
to shine a spotlight on who he is. Jen, Honestly,
nobody wants to see you more happy than we do.
We really do. We want Jen to be happy. We're
hoping he's the guy. I hear he's a nice guy,
and I think taking it slow is probably a good idea. Jen. Okay,
(15:15):
we're going to take her quick break and we will
be right back. Welcome back to not even nice, show
your hands from I'm shoot, don't difference, Garrett, Hey, Garrett,
let's get to the polls. Here we go talking about
just friends. Tom Brady and Sophia Ragara are just friends.
They are absolutely not dating different reasons. So we've heard
there's an age difference out. We've also heard too here
(15:38):
that actually there isn't that big of age difference. What
the rumor was a little bit old she thought he
he thought she was too old out. These people are
pushing back saying that's absolutely not the case. We pointed
out on our show. They're just not each other's types.
He likes the victorious secret models and she likes these
burly guys who don't have a manicure and pedicure. Tom
does I love him for that? So they just didn't
(15:59):
figure together. But my question was would they have made
a good couple? What do you think? Do you think
they would have made a good couple? But not? But
what are they? Let's look eighty five percent? So no,
just a bad fit, doesn't.
Speaker 1 (16:09):
Think, don't you hate it?
Speaker 3 (16:10):
The two beautiful people can't just hang out and be
friends without being linked to each other.
Speaker 2 (16:14):
I love it personally because they're not upsetted there. They're
probably enjoyed all this attention.
Speaker 1 (16:20):
That's why we can't hang out. Every beautiful six is
always riding about you.
Speaker 2 (16:26):
I find that gossip away. It's fine if you want
to save me and Garrett are dating. It makes me giggle.
Some people get really really upset about it, don't they? Right?
Oh my goodness, I'm not that big a narcissist. Nobody
cares what I do. Knock yourselves out, but don't forget
to vote on today's Paul. Go to our Twitter page
at naughteen Nice Ramp. Our Facebook page is Naughty Girl.
(16:46):
I'm sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results.
And now, oh, it's time for our nicest of the day.
Speaker 3 (16:53):
Yes, well, let's talk about Travis Kelcey melting a little
sweetheart sweetheart's heart when she was by praising Taylor Swift.
So he was out at the American Century Championship in
Nevada like a big celebrity golf outing over the.
Speaker 1 (17:10):
Weekend, and fan.
Speaker 3 (17:11):
That was on the sideline yelled out, you have the
best girlfriend in the world.
Speaker 1 (17:16):
And Travis, of course a good point.
Speaker 3 (17:18):
Oh and and then he said, uh.
Speaker 1 (17:24):
Uh, he's a good point.
Speaker 3 (17:25):
He blushed, pacing the green the green like a shy
teenager at the prom, you know, because he just, uh
he just you know, complimented his girlfriend. The crowd, of
course loved it. The internet loved it even more, and uh,
you know, it just shows that you hear Travis say
that they just want to be as normal as possible
and things like that, you know, is as normal as
(17:47):
it can be. You know, he still acts like he
can't believe she she picked him out of you.
Speaker 1 (17:51):
Know, the bazillion people in the world.
Speaker 3 (17:53):
So you know, you know, it's only a matter of time,
Rob before you and I are talking about the the
wedding that will probably be bigger than Jeff.
Speaker 2 (18:01):
I can't wait. I love both of these people, and
nice is of the day. And now I noticed the
day not even know you naughty. I notice the Day's
Billy Bush, who has revealed that he wouldn't tried to
out Ricky Martin. So in nineteen ninety nine, when Ricky
Martin was still in the closset, he didn't talk about
his sexuality. Billy interviewed him for Access Hollywood, and he
outright asked him are you gay? And Ricky walked out,
(18:23):
and now Billy's saying he's mortified. I taxted Billy about this.
I've known Billy for a long time. He's no longer
on Extra, he has a podcast now and I was like,
my goodness, you're on fire, like you're just telling it
as it is. And Billy responded with saying, I'm just
telling the truth, and yes, she are, Billy, you are
telling the truth. But you also did it. You're a
guy that many years ago, you, when somebody was at
(18:47):
the peak of their success, tried to pull them down.
You were not going to out Ricky because it was
a journalistic thing to do. It's not about the truth.
It was about you getting headlined, the headline, getting attention,
and so that question was more about you than him.
And it was a really rough.
Speaker 3 (19:02):
Question, and something about a straight man asking, you know,
someone who has been questioned about being gay if they're
straight or gay, just doesn't feel.
Speaker 2 (19:10):
It doesn't feel know what I mean. And the intent
was not good. The intent there was not to help Ricky,
it never was. It was to destroy him, and it
would have back then. I'm ashamed to admit that. But
times have changed, thankfully, and so Billy Bush and Naughtist
of the day. I think we're going to see more
of Billy now that he's unleashed, now that he doesn't
have to worry about interviewing celebrities on Red Carpets, on Extra,
(19:31):
now that he's sitting behind a mic each morning. I
think he's going to become more like a Megan Kelly,
more like a Joe Rogan.
Speaker 1 (19:36):
I think he's got everybody.
Speaker 2 (19:37):
I think he's just gonna say stuff, but best to
look to you. I guess, not for me. I'st of
the day. Let's end with a moment of good A
Rob choose experiences over possessions. The things that you buy
they fade or the break, or they go out of styles.
But the moments that you live, Garret, they become part
of who you are. So laugh with your friends, look
at sunsets when you can, and the feeling of doing
(19:59):
so thing that scares you when you do it and
you realize it was actually great. Do it experiences, my friends.
That's what you want out of life, not possessions, Not
stuff you don't want to collect any more. Stuff you
want to collect more and more stories, Hey, that is
it for today. Thank you so much for listening to

It's not even nice with Ram
