story at the top of the show. We could do
a whole show on this. So Harry and Charles have
reunited after nineteen months, and William is boiling mad. So

Harry finally got to meet his dad, a face to
face with his father. The shocking reunion took place at
Clarence House. Now I think a lot of people think
the King the Queen lives in Bookingham Palace. That's never
really been the case. Buckingham Palace is like an office,
a very nice office, but it's the office that's where
all the state stuff happens. That's where the Throne room is.
(01:21):
That's where they do the big dinners. But when it
comes to sitting down in front of the telly to
watch Dexter with a steak and kidney pie, they do that.
They do that at Windsor Castle. That's really where they live, Windsor,
bell Moral or Clarence House. And so Harry turned up
at Clarence House. There's always reporters outside. It was about
five twenty pm UK time and he was just there

for fifty five minutes while I hit the phones, and
my sources tell me it was very last minute this meeting.
The King did jump on a plane from Aberdeen. He
was up at bell Morrell, the Queen's favorite home. The
royals love it up there. He jumped on a plane
to come down to London. People were like, oh my god,
this meeting's going to happen. My sources at the time
(02:03):
said he was flying back for a cancer treatment. He's
still getting weekly cancer treatment and then he was going
to go back to bell Morrale. He had a few
things on his schedule, a few meetings, and they had
a fifty five an hour break in the schedule. Harry
came in and the Palace has since confirmed that this happened.
Now I hope we find out no details from this
(02:25):
because if, oh if Harry leaks this, it's going to
be terrible. So I'm kind of praying we don't get
any details from that meeting. It was just the two
of them and a cup of tea. That's so British, Mark,
and so they did have a chat. It seems like,
doesn't it fifty five minutes to see your dad after
eighteen months? That doesn't seem good, But this is how
this family are. Everything is scheduled, they're both very very busy.

What do you think, Mark? And I'm happy it happened.
I'm a little surprised it happened, but let's hope this
is the beginning of something nice.

I hope it's the beginning of something nice. But I
think to your point, it's fifty five minutes and we're
kind of nervous about what's going to happen after it.
And the thing is, you know, Harry has made millions
of dollars selling his family secrets to Netflix and his memoir,
and now he can't unsell it because he wants people
to recognize is Plump through your work. He wants people

to recognize as his marriage and his family. But now
all people care about is the secrets of the family.
They don't care about anything else he's doing. And this
is a chance to kind of turn the ship around.

Yeah, I think so. I think you're right. It's tricky.
Can you imagine that meeting? Do you say I'm sorry.
I'm told and my sources were not in the room,
so I'm not reporting this on my substack. I'm happy

I'm told that he apologized that part of this meeting
was an apology. At least that's what people expected, people
in the politics, but they were not in the room,

to say I'm sorry. You don't have to dwell on it.
And let's be honest, fifty five minutes. It's not very long,
so you don't have to dwell for very long at all.
But I think you have to say sorry. Let's remember
that Harry, he didn't say behind your back. He wrote
a book some really vicious things about Charles's wife. Now

I'm told that's Charles's achilles heel as it should be.
You can come after me, people do all day long.
Somebody gives me a chuckle. If you come after Bruce, Oh,
then I get really nasty. Like you Mark. You have
your mom, Doris, you have your boyfriend Kevin. There's people
in your life. You can actually take it pretty well.
If somebody makes fun of you or say something bad
about you, bring it on. But if they go after

a loved one, that's really hard to forgive.

It's hard to be It's hard to take those kind
of comments without being defensive or protective. And I think
you know, in this instance, Charles is in a tricky
spot because he's sick number one or he has a
frosty relationship with his other son, and I think he
has to really kind of balance. You know, who else
am I going to piss off by being with Harry.
My wife's gonna be mad, my other son's gonna be mad,

the public's gonna be mad. But he's in a hard
spot and he's sick, So what is he supposed to do?
It's tricky.

It's got to the position, hasn't it where there's no
good choices Like I always laugh when people are like, oh,
I made really good choices, and I'm like, actually, you
had no bad choices. He all there is is bad choices,
Like he didn't meet him. That would look terrible. If
he does meet him, that's going to anger his wife

fight over chocolate bars. This is not over the future
of the royal mon Okay, it didn't really matter, but
you do feel slighted, like if Darris picked Jonathan your
brother in a disagreement with you. Mark. It's just it
must be so hard to be to be a parent.
I can't imagine what Charles is going through, which brings
us to our whole question of the day. Harry and
Charles reunited after nineteen months. William is boiling mad about it.

I have some not so or good news for Ariana
Grande in Eaton Slater. They're on the rocks rum and
friends are expecting a spoil it. So sources are saying,
you know, the VMAs were supposed to be this big
family celebration for Ariana Grande, but there was one seat
that was empty and it was for Ethan Slater. Mm hmmm.
So while Ariana was she was flanked by her entire family,

her boyfriend was noticed to be absent. Everyone clocked it,
and one music executive has told our podcast that this
is Arianna's big night. Her parents, her brother, they were
all there, but Ethan wasn't it? And you know I was.
I was at the VMAs this past Sunday and I noticed,
I'm like, where is Ethan? Is No mention of him,
No mention.

Of him, not even in her acceptance speeches. So she
won that night. She also presented Mariah Carroy, which was
a fabulous moment. Yes, there's something going on here. Mark,
We've done this for a long time, unless he was
making a movie or had a work commitment. But even
if he did, this was a night he could have

flown to New York to celebrate Arion if my Bruce
was getting an award and I could fly. And it
was on a weekend. I think it was on a Sunday,
Mark a Sunday night, Yes, it was a Sunday night.
I'd come. I'd take the day after. I'd fly back
late to get back to the set. And they've got
tons of money. Ethan might not have a lot of money,
but a do, and so I'm sure she could have
sprung for a first class ticket or even a business coach.
(08:11):
I'd fly coach, Mark, I'd fly coach if you were
getting an award, and I'd come on a buzzy even
I'd get on the train. I'd be there for you
big night. When they don't turn up at big, big celebrations,
particularly when your entire family was there. Her mom and
dad are not so close. And the fact they were
there together Frankly, Oh, I love Frankly the brother, Oh
(08:32):
we loved fabulous Frankie was there. There was something going on.
While I hit the phones and I spoke to all
of my sources, and they said they're going through a
difficult moment. Now, this should not be surprising. Love and
romance and relationships are hard. Add on that the spotlight,
add the disparity with their wealth. She's got hundreds of
millions of dollars and he does well, but he doesn't
(08:53):
have that sort of money. It's very, very difficult. All
the dynamics here are very, very complicated, and sometimes they're
still together. They're trying to work it out. However, my
sources think too Wicked is coming out at the end
of the year, and the last thing they want is
a distraction from that movie. That's a billion dollar movie.
And so I'm told if they do break up, which
they probably will, it won't be until after Wicked comes
(09:15):
out this Christmas. So they might even be over now,
or they certainly it's it's nearly done. My sources tell
me it is literally holding on by strings. Mark. This
could collapse at any minute, but it won't. And if
it does collapse, they won't say anything. They'll just keep
going forward until they'll announce it after the Wicked movie.

Oh too bad. Arianna's had some bad look, hasn't she?

She has, But this is something we all could have predicted.
She kind of she has a guy for a year
or two, then she treats them for someone else, and
then it's a pattern, you know. And to Ethan's credit,
he did post this awkward thing on Instagram supporting her award.
It was like he did, yes, you know, video of
the Year or whatever. But I also saw that he
was out with his ex partner and walking. You know,

I'm a third kid, and I think he's just a
guy that really made a big mistake and he's MESSI.

This was when it started. He was married, had a
new baby, and oh messy, messy, messy. You know what
starts messy ultimately will probably end messy. That's my rule.
If I start sloppy, it's gonna belens sloppy. It really
is not for me. Okay, moving along Glenn Powell, who
I really do like. I went to his sauce launch.
He has a condiment line. I've got to be honest.

When my friend Val invited me to join her at
this event, I read it as a condom line and
I was like, oh, oh my goodness, this could be
quite a naughty night. It was condiment. So we went
down to a restaurant. He has a delicious, delicious ketchup.
I very much enjoy his maydays. But he just made
me laugh. He seems like a really good guy, and
you know that because the people around him that were
at the event. He was not at the event, but

all his staff were really, really nice. Well, now he's broken.
Tom Cruise is number one rule. Let me explain, sir,
Glenn has crossed the line and then spoken line with
Tom Cruise, who is not smiling. He's on the cover
of Jeek Fu magazine, and he revealed some personal advice
that Tom gave him during his split. So remember he

was with Sidney Sidney Sweeney, that's her name, Gigi Parris.
He's been through a lot of Hollywood social lines, worth
through stars, and he broke up with one and Tom
gave him some voice which is turned down, advice which
is turned down, the noise, turned down the noise. Well,
that's very good advice. However, Glenn should not have shared
that with GQ. People tell me Tommy is one of

the most private actors in Hollywood. If he gives you advice,
he doesn't expect to read about it in a magazine.
It's private. It was a private conversation between Tom and Glenn.
Is there any harm done here? Probably not, but it's
an indication that maybe I can't trust you, like Tom
just doesn't like this. He doesn't like you talking about it.
And if you say, what's it like to work with
Tom Cruise or did Tom Cruise give you any advice?

You say, yes, he did, But that's a private conversation,
like you don't do it. So I think Glenn was
not trying to be mean here. Maybe he was showing
off little bit that he can get Tom Cruise on
speed dial, but ultimately stop because Tom does not tolerate this.

Now he doesn't. And then you know, this doesn't come
as a surprise because Tom was, you know, really successful
in making us forgetty as a daughter named Siri, and
so we don't we you know, we see his powerful
ways in the way of just kind of hypnotizing the public,
you know, his his curated image. But you know, Glenn
seems like a very pleasant person and did not mean
any harm.

Yes, I don't think it meant any harm. People Glenn
just just walk carefully. We've had We've got this trick too.
We meet, we meet different celebrities from the housewives love
us talking about them. If they're a reality star, they
really celebrate us. Some like the really big stars that
we know, I'm a little bit more careful with, like
they don't really want you talking about them. Okay, moving along,
This is actually I think some good news. I'm excited

about this. Lindsay Lohan has as a big project coming
up fingers cross. What is she doing?

I'm excited too, So Lindsay Lohan could be dusting off
the mic again, and insiders tell our podcast the actress
is quietly taking meetings with record labels a better return
to music and no, this is great. So there are
sources are saying she's serious this time. Lindsay's been writing,
she's been in the studio, and she's meeting with the
executives about a full project. And this timing comes just
as Hillary Duff inked a major new deal with Atlantic Record. Yeah.

Hillary duff is not recorded for I think a decade,
and so she's back. Maybe everything old is new agay,

Don Lemmon wants to be friends again with Chris Cuermo,
but Chris is not interested. So this bromance that they
had remember when they were both on CNN and they
tossed the show. I think Don tossed to Chris and
they had like a three four minute exchange. It was delightful,
it was very very funny. Well, Chris Cromo said that

that was all staged by Jeff Zucker, the big boss
at CNA, and it was his idea to do this handover.
And then Don said, oh no, I did not know that.
For me, it was really authentic. I really love Chris
as a brother. Well, Chris is sort of implied, if
you love me so much when I got fired, you
might have called me, which you didn't do. So you

got to take this with a with a grain of salt. Here.
I think I love Don, but I think I'm leading
on Chris's version here. I think that Don, if Don
did not know this was a stage showbiz sort of up,
then I think he's not telling us the whole trip.
He's very smart, Don, it's done, knows what's going on here.
So does he want Chris back? Yes? Who wouldn't want
to be friends with Chrisquermo? But after you betray me,

He's just Diana at this. There's nobody better at meeting
the public than Harry, and if you're good at something,
you normally enjoy it. He knows he's really good at this.

Moaning and winging it's not Harry's style, and for the
last five years, playing the victim and being upset and
angry hasn't really been a good look for him, and
he's not been that good at it. Good at doing this.
He's a really good second tier royal. He might never
be king, but he's fantastic at this. Could he ever
return to his old life? He's so good at it.

he could. There is going back. The problem here, Mark
is the job is the family. You can't separate them.
This is a family business. So if you want your
old job back, you might be able to get it,

I get how difficult this is, and I would be
very cautious about what I would want to say. But
your silence here is deafening, and that's not good. We've

say something and saying nothing doesn't help. You have to
you have to say something, as uncomfortable as it is.
This is a really ugly moment. Saying nothing is not
how Tyler, it's not helping you, and it's not helping

I have some not so or good news for Ariana
Grande in Eaton Slater. They're on the rocks rum and
friends are expecting a spoil it. So sources are saying,
you know, the VMAs were supposed to be this big
family celebration for Ariana Grande, but there was one seat
that was empty and it was for Ethan Slater. Mm hmmm.
So while Ariana was she was flanked by her entire family,

her boyfriend was noticed to be absent. Everyone clocked it,
and one music executive has told our podcast that this
is Arianna's big night. Her parents, her brother, they were
all there, but Ethan wasn't it? And you know I was.
I was at the VMAs this past Sunday and I noticed,
I'm like, where is Ethan? Is No mention of him,
No mention.
Speaker 1 (07:28):
Of him, not even in her acceptance speeches. So she
won that night. She also presented Mariah Carroy, which was
a fabulous moment. Yes, there's something going on here. Mark,
We've done this for a long time, unless he was
making a movie or had a work commitment. But even
if he did, this was a night he could have

flown to New York to celebrate Arion if my Bruce
was getting an award and I could fly. And it
was on a weekend. I think it was on a Sunday,
Mark a Sunday night, Yes, it was a Sunday night.
I'd come. I'd take the day after. I'd fly back
late to get back to the set. And they've got
tons of money. Ethan might not have a lot of money,
but a do, and so I'm sure she could have
sprung for a first class ticket or even a business coach.

I'd fly coach, Mark, I'd fly coach if you were
getting an award, and I'd come on a buzzy even
I'd get on the train. I'd be there for you
big night. When they don't turn up at big, big celebrations,
particularly when your entire family was there. Her mom and
dad are not so close. And the fact they were
there together Frankly, Oh, I love Frankly the brother, Oh

we loved fabulous Frankie was there. There was something going on.
While I hit the phones and I spoke to all
of my sources, and they said they're going through a
difficult moment. Now, this should not be surprising. Love and
romance and relationships are hard. Add on that the spotlight,
add the disparity with their wealth. She's got hundreds of
millions of dollars and he does well, but he doesn't
(08:53):
have that sort of money. It's very, very difficult. All
the dynamics here are very, very complicated, and sometimes they're
still together. They're trying to work it out. However, my
sources think too Wicked is coming out at the end
of the year, and the last thing they want is
a distraction from that movie. That's a billion dollar movie.
And so I'm told if they do break up, which
they probably will, it won't be until after Wicked comes
(09:15):
out this Christmas. So they might even be over now,
or they certainly it's it's nearly done. My sources tell
me it is literally holding on by strings. Mark. This
could collapse at any minute, but it won't. And if
it does collapse, they won't say anything. They'll just keep
going forward until they'll announce it after the Wicked movie.

Oh too bad. Arianna's had some bad look, hasn't she?
Speaker 2 (09:39):
She has, But this is something we all could have predicted.
She kind of she has a guy for a year
or two, then she treats them for someone else, and
then it's a pattern, you know. And to Ethan's credit,
he did post this awkward thing on Instagram supporting her award.
It was like he did, yes, you know, video of
the Year or whatever. But I also saw that he
was out with his ex partner and walking. You know,

I'm a third kid, and I think he's just a
guy that really made a big mistake and he's MESSI.

This was when it started. He was married, had a
new baby, and oh messy, messy, messy. You know what
starts messy ultimately will probably end messy. That's my rule.
If I start sloppy, it's gonna belens sloppy. It really
is not for me. Okay, moving along Glenn Powell, who
I really do like. I went to his sauce launch.
He has a condiment line. I've got to be honest.

When my friend Val invited me to join her at
this event, I read it as a condom line and
I was like, oh, oh my goodness, this could be
quite a naughty night. It was condiment. So we went
down to a restaurant. He has a delicious, delicious ketchup.
I very much enjoy his maydays. But he just made
me laugh. He seems like a really good guy, and
you know that because the people around him that were
at the event. He was not at the event, but

all his staff were really, really nice. Well, now he's broken.
Tom Cruise is number one rule. Let me explain, sir,
Glenn has crossed the line and then spoken line with
Tom Cruise, who is not smiling. He's on the cover
of Jeek Fu magazine, and he revealed some personal advice
that Tom gave him during his split. So remember he

was with Sidney Sidney Sweeney, that's her name, Gigi Parris.
He's been through a lot of Hollywood social lines, worth
through stars, and he broke up with one and Tom
gave him some voice which is turned down, advice which
is turned down, the noise, turned down the noise. Well,
that's very good advice. However, Glenn should not have shared
that with GQ. People tell me Tommy is one of

the most private actors in Hollywood. If he gives you advice,
he doesn't expect to read about it in a magazine.
It's private. It was a private conversation between Tom and Glenn.
Is there any harm done here? Probably not, but it's
an indication that maybe I can't trust you, like Tom
just doesn't like this. He doesn't like you talking about it.
And if you say, what's it like to work with
Tom Cruise or did Tom Cruise give you any advice?
(11:52):
You say, yes, he did, But that's a private conversation,
like you don't do it. So I think Glenn was
not trying to be mean here. Maybe he was showing
off little bit that he can get Tom Cruise on
speed dial, but ultimately stop because Tom does not tolerate this.

Now he doesn't. And then you know, this doesn't come
as a surprise because Tom was, you know, really successful
in making us forgetty as a daughter named Siri, and
so we don't we you know, we see his powerful
ways in the way of just kind of hypnotizing the public,
you know, his his curated image. But you know, Glenn
seems like a very pleasant person and did not mean
any harm.

Yes, I don't think it meant any harm. People Glenn
just just walk carefully. We've had We've got this trick too.
We meet, we meet different celebrities from the housewives love
us talking about them. If they're a reality star, they
really celebrate us. Some like the really big stars that
we know, I'm a little bit more careful with, like
they don't really want you talking about them. Okay, moving along,
This is actually I think some good news. I'm excited

about this. Lindsay Lohan has as a big project coming
up fingers cross. What is she doing?

I'm excited too, So Lindsay Lohan could be dusting off
the mic again, and insiders tell our podcast the actress
is quietly taking meetings with record labels a better return
to music and no, this is great. So there are
sources are saying she's serious this time. Lindsay's been writing,
she's been in the studio, and she's meeting with the
executives about a full project. And this timing comes just
as Hillary Duff inked a major new deal with Atlantic Record. Yeah.

Hillary duff is not recorded for I think a decade,
and so she's back. Maybe everything old is new agay,
and I love this and I hope it's a real
poppy sound. There's too much going on in the world

Don Lemmon wants to be friends again with Chris Cuermo,
but Chris is not interested. So this bromance that they
had remember when they were both on CNN and they
tossed the show. I think Don tossed to Chris and
they had like a three four minute exchange. It was delightful,
it was very very funny. Well, Chris Cromo said that

that was all staged by Jeff Zucker, the big boss
at CNA, and it was his idea to do this handover.
And then Don said, oh no, I did not know that.
For me, it was really authentic. I really love Chris
as a brother. Well, Chris is sort of implied, if
you love me so much when I got fired, you
might have called me, which you didn't do. So you

got to take this with a with a grain of salt. Here.
I think I love Don, but I think I'm leading
on Chris's version here. I think that Don, if Don
did not know this was a stage showbiz sort of up,
then I think he's not telling us the whole trip.
He's very smart, Don, it's done, knows what's going on here.
So does he want Chris back? Yes? Who wouldn't want
to be friends with Chrisquermo? But after you betray me,

if you're not there, would I need you? I don't
know if I want you're there now.

Yeah. I think they're just coworkers and I think the
relationship is over and they can both move on peacefully.

He's just Diana at this. There's nobody better at meeting
the public than Harry, and if you're good at something,
you normally enjoy it. He knows he's really good at this.

Moaning and winging it's not Harry's style, and for the
last five years, playing the victim and being upset and
angry hasn't really been a good look for him, and
he's not been that good at it. Good at doing this.
He's a really good second tier royal. He might never
be king, but he's fantastic at this. Could he ever
return to his old life? He's so good at it.

Could he ever return to it? Seventy percent said yes
he could. There is going back. The problem here, Mark
is the job is the family. You can't separate them.
This is a family business. So if you want your
old job back, you might be able to get it,

were really hard to listen to. Now attention is turning
to Tyler's friends, Oprah Meghan, and they have not said anything.
I get how difficult this is, and I would be
very cautious about what I would want to say. But
your silence here is deafening, and that's not good. We've

all had moments in our lives when we're meant to
say something and saying nothing doesn't help. You have to
you have to say something, as uncomfortable as it is.
This is a really ugly moment. Saying nothing is not
how Tyler, it's not helping you, and it's not helping
the alleged victim. Speak out, Speak out, even when it

is hard. Okay, let's end with a moment of rub.
You gotta rub, you rub, you gonna rub. Your life
reflects your choices. The life you're living right now is
