At the top of the show, Taylor Swift is stunned
that our private text messages are going to be exposed,
and she blames Blake Lively for this legal nightmare. So
Taylor Swift has got dragged back into the drama, and
she is furious are telling me she's shocked and betrayed
after a federal judge ruled that Justin Baldoni can legally

access her private text messages with Blake Lively as part
of his explosive and her explosive legal battle over the
disastrous It Ends with US film. Sources tell me Taylor
cannot believe this is happening. She trusted Blake, she'd never
bought in a million years that their private conversations would

end up in a court filing. Who would think that?
And she's blaming Blake for not protecting her. Now while
Taylor will not, Let's be clear here, she might have
to appear in court. Her subpoena has been dismissed, so
she's not appearing in court, but that did not stop
Justin's legal team from winning access to her text messages.

Let me explain. In the beginning, Justin's team threatened to
drag Taylor into court. They tried to suppear in her
that was dismissed. However, the text messages ann and will
be of this case. Ooh, this is a really tough one.
So I think Naughtie's we all thought this was over
for Taylor Swift and maybe even Justin when his four

hundred million dollar lawsuit was thrown out. So we spoke
about that a couple of days ago on the podcast.
Throughout his lawsuit, However, a judge did not yet throw
out Blake's lawsuit saying that he accuses him alleging that
he sexually harassed her. Well, he is allowed to defend himself.
And so now they're in the process of discovery. You've

got to remember Blake did talk about Taylor several times
while making the film and certainly while promoting it. There's
also to that infamous, infamous quote where she called Taylor
Swift and her husband Ryan Reynolds her dragons as if
she was Calisi on Game of Thrones and they protected her. Well,
now Justin's people are saying, whoa, whoa, whoa. Taylor's part

of this narrative thanks to Blake. Let's be honest here,
Justin did not drag her in.

And so he's got all these interviews, all these comments

Can you imagine talking freely with a friend and suddenly

I wouldn't like is all my celebrity contacts and information

being exposed that I think that would be really really
tricky for me. Plus, because of what I do for
a living, I have a lot of sources, a lot
of people in that phone who talk to me who
I don't even acknowledge.

You would not believe some.

Of my sources. People I speak to were really high up.
Some you know, sometimes it's the celebrity themselves. So I
protect their identity with my entire being. No nobody would
tell me anything if they couldn't trust me, and so
I never reveal sources. Well, if my phone got this
sub peanut, it wouldn't be that hard to work out
who was leaking, who was giving me al these delicious,

delicious stories, And so I'm very protective about my phone.
I have several different locks on it. I have a
way of raising stuff on it. I don't know if
Taylor has the same, but if she does, she's got
to hand it over. It doesn't matter how many locks,
how much security she has on that phone. This is
now part of a legal case, and she has no choice.
I think this is very, very difficult. The only way

this could go away is for Blake to drop her lawsuit,
to settle it, or for the lawsuit to be thrown out.
Justin's was so maybe Blake's will be thrown out too.
It's messy when you take legal action, You've got to
think of the big picture. What is the consequence here?
What is this gonna what is this gonna explode? That's
how I feel about a lot of behavior. If I

want to go nucular on somebody, what does that actually mean?
And then can you ever take it back? And the answers, no,
you can't. Once you start a process doesn't have to
be a lawsuit. It can be a disagreement of falling
out with a relative, a friend. Am I willing to
burn the whole place? Dan?

And I'm not.

I'm not that guy. I'm not a burner bridge type
of guy. Don't get me wrong. I've burnt many a
bridge and I do regret it. I'm not that guy.
And so I wonder here if Blake has some regrets.
Insiders tell me there was a chance of this being settled.
Then Justin's lawsuit got thrown out, so now they're back
back all over again. I think we all thought when

Justin's lawsuit was thrown out, this was over, or at
least Taylor was going to be safe. No, no, no,
this is ongoing, which brings us to our pole question

That's not why you are there. You're there to promote something,
not your personal life, not lawsuits, but the ever reverent

while promoting his beloved football team at Wrexham, he jokingly
tasked out a lion that insiders say hit a little
too close to home. He was offering a bottle of
water to an overheated fan. What a sweet thing to do.
He was looking out in the crowd. Somebody clearly was overheated,
needed some help, and so he threw them a water bottle.

It was a nice moment, but he said the following,
I'm not throwing this. I've been around lawyers. Well there
was a gasp.

Now his legal team has made it clear, do not
say anything. Ryan is funny, He's witty. I totally think
this is innocent. It's a sort of funny, cheeky thing
to say. But it could be used against him. Now,
could this be used to say he thinks the whole
thing's funny, he thinks this whole thing is a joke. Yes,
it will be used against him. Listen to the advice

you get from the experts. It doesn't matter if they're lawyers,
it doesn't matter if it's your hairdresser. I trust experts,
people that have studied, people that have worked really, really hard,
dedicated their lives to a chosen profession.

Ryan is a very dedicated actor. He would not listen
to somebody who gave him acting advice who knew nothing
about it. And so Ryan, listen to the advice of
your team. Goodness knows paying them enough money. You know,

you don't listen. You can go to a personal trainer
five days a week. But if you don't listen to

what they're telling you, you're never gonna feel good, You're
never gonna get fit. Listen to the experts. I understand,
I really do the need to fight back or to
pope back, or to say something. I do understand that.
However I resist it. I don't take the bait on
social media. In my private life, I don't take the bait.

I can walk away. This Lion's Festival was not about
his lawsuit. And now because of that one remark about lawyers,
of course it's gonna be connected. And we should shout
out Mara at paid six for breaking this fabulous, fabulous story. Okay,
moving along, a really concerning story that I've been all over.
Anne Borell's husband has allegedly lawyered up. He's still cooperating

with the authorities, but now he has his own lawyers.
Is this suspicious? Is this smart? The sudden and tragic
death of celebrities Chef and Barell has taken a chilling
turn now that her husband has been asked some really
serious questions. He discovered her lifeless body in the shower
of their Brooklyn home, and sources say he has been
(10:13):
and is cooperating with police law enforcements. Sources confirm that
he told investigators that he last saw his wife an
alive around one am, but then he found her cold
and unresponsive, unresponsive. At eight a m. He called nine
one one, claiming she had gone into cardiac arrest. Now,
(10:36):
the authorities have not ruled out foul play.

They have not done that. They are investigating this.

And the story gets even more serious because there are
new reports that she was surrounded by pills. I hit
the phones and I spoke to my celebrity sources. I
knew and we texted. We've had dinner together a few times.
I know a lot of people at the Food Network
and they said, this doctor shopping these pills, These prescription
drugs are not that uncommon, particularly in the restaurant the

food The high pressured world of being a chef, a
celebrity chef, and so there's a lot of doctors, a
lot of food styles, celebrities, names you would know who
are really really frightened.

Today.

The police have those pills. Now, they can trace those pills,
they can see who prescribed those pills, and so this
is just beginning. This whole thing is shocking. It's messy.
There's something not right about this story. Fifty five years old,
out the night before, having a great time. Now, yes,
people can have a cardiac arrest, a heart attack at

any minute. However, there's something about this story now, the pills,
the fact that the husband was in the house with her.
There was only two people in that house, the husband
and Anne, and one is dead. And so this is
going to be investigated. My law enforcement sources.

Are saying this is not a clear case. Great, something
is off. Okay, moving along.

Brad Pitt has a no kissing in public rule, but
he unfortunately did not tell his girlfriend about it. So
the long standing no kissing in public rule, it was

He forgot to tell he his girlfriend Anes and she
learned about it when she leaned in to give him
a kiss on the red carpet and he sort of

pulled away. It was a bit awkward, as they said,
he's been like this for years, particularly.

that any photograph kissing is going to be on the
cover of every single magazine. So yes, he's proud of

That's interesting. Some people are saying it's all a big

They're definitely together. They've been together for two years. Who
would have a pr stunt for two years? But the
moment on the carpet doesn't help. It is awkward. I
get what people are saying, Bradley, if you're listening a

them with your partner. And so before this red carpet,
would it have been so bad if in the limmo,

in the suv going to the big event in Times Square,
you mentioned, you know, we're very much couple. Let's hold hand,
but let's not give the paparazzi that kiss. I don't
want to have another tabloid relationship. And if he did
kiss her, he would be on the cover of every
single magazine. And so he knows what it's like to
have a relationship that is over analyzed and that's never

a good thing. He's learned his lesson. Can he date
anybody on the download? Probably not, he's Brad Pitt. However,

but no, she gave him a cat. She loved may

And he said, it's the greatest gift and I'll never, ever,

snuggling her own cats, and he said her show was

they were just a long for Anne's ride.

of chocolate cake. She likes to go out and have

And then can you ever take it back? And the answers, no,
you can't. Once you start a process doesn't have to
be a lawsuit. It can be a disagreement of falling

was warned by legal counsel and PR teams, especially PR teams,
to keep quiet about his wife. Blake Lively is explosive
legal battle with Justin Belt only don't talk about it.
That's not why you are there. You're there to promote something,
not your personal life, not lawsuits, but the ever reverent
actor crackter wise crack anyway right on the stage. So

while promoting his beloved football team at Wrexham, he jokingly
tasked out a lion that insiders say hit a little
too close to home. He was offering a bottle of
water to an overheated fan. What a sweet thing to do.
He was looking out in the crowd. Somebody clearly was overheated,
needed some help, and so he threw them a water bottle.

It was a nice moment, but he said the following,
I'm not throwing this. I've been around lawyers. Well there
was a gasp.

Wow.
Speaker 2 (08:11):
Now his legal team has made it clear, do not
say anything. Ryan is funny, He's witty. I totally think
this is innocent. It's a sort of funny, cheeky thing
to say. But it could be used against him. Now,
could this be used to say he thinks the whole
thing's funny, he thinks this whole thing is a joke. Yes,
it will be used against him. Listen to the advice
(08:32):
you get from the experts. It doesn't matter if they're lawyers,
it doesn't matter if it's your hairdresser. I trust experts,
people that have studied, people that have worked really, really hard,
dedicated their lives to a chosen profession.
Speaker 1 (08:46):
Listen to them.
Speaker 2 (08:47):
Ryan is a very dedicated actor. He would not listen
to somebody who gave him acting advice who knew nothing
about it. And so Ryan, listen to the advice of
your team. Goodness knows paying them enough money. You know,
you can pay people a ton of money. But if
you don't listen. You can go to a personal trainer
five days a week. But if you don't listen to
(09:07):
what they're telling you, you're never gonna feel good, You're
never gonna get fit. Listen to the experts. I understand,
I really do the need to fight back or to
pope back, or to say something. I do understand that.
However I resist it. I don't take the bait on
social media. In my private life, I don't take the bait.

I can walk away. This Lion's Festival was not about
his lawsuit. And now because of that one remark about lawyers,
of course it's gonna be connected. And we should shout
out Mara at paid six for breaking this fabulous, fabulous story. Okay,
moving along, a really concerning story that I've been all over.
Anne Borell's husband has allegedly lawyered up. He's still cooperating
(09:51):
with the authorities, but now he has his own lawyers.
Is this suspicious? Is this smart? The sudden and tragic
death of celebrities Chef and Barell has taken a chilling
turn now that her husband has been asked some really
serious questions. He discovered her lifeless body in the shower
of their Brooklyn home, and sources say he has been
(10:13):
and is cooperating with police law enforcements. Sources confirm that
he told investigators that he last saw his wife an
alive around one am, but then he found her cold
and unresponsive, unresponsive. At eight a m. He called nine
one one, claiming she had gone into cardiac arrest. Now,
(10:36):
the authorities have not ruled out foul play.
Speaker 1 (10:38):
They have not done that. They are investigating this.
Speaker 2 (10:40):
And the story gets even more serious because there are
new reports that she was surrounded by pills. I hit
the phones and I spoke to my celebrity sources. I
knew and we texted. We've had dinner together a few times.
I know a lot of people at the Food Network
and they said, this doctor shopping these pills, These prescription
drugs are not that uncommon, particularly in the restaurant the
(11:03):
food The high pressured world of being a chef, a
celebrity chef, and so there's a lot of doctors, a
lot of food styles, celebrities, names you would know who
are really really frightened.
Speaker 1 (11:17):
Today.
Speaker 2 (11:17):
The police have those pills. Now, they can trace those pills,
they can see who prescribed those pills, and so this
is just beginning. This whole thing is shocking. It's messy.
There's something not right about this story. Fifty five years old,
out the night before, having a great time. Now, yes,
people can have a cardiac arrest, a heart attack at
(11:39):
any minute. However, there's something about this story now, the pills,
the fact that the husband was in the house with her.
There was only two people in that house, the husband
and Anne, and one is dead. And so this is
going to be investigated. My law enforcement sources.
Speaker 1 (11:55):
Are saying this is not a clear case. Great, something
is off. Okay, moving along.
Speaker 2 (12:04):
Brad Pitt has a no kissing in public rule, but
he unfortunately did not tell his girlfriend about it. So
the long standing no kissing in public rule, it was
made after his ugly, ugly divorce with Angelina Joe Lee.
He forgot to tell he his girlfriend Anes and she
learned about it when she leaned in to give him
a kiss on the red carpet and he sort of
(12:25):
pulled away. It was a bit awkward, as they said,
he's been like this for years, particularly.
Speaker 1 (12:30):
Since his break with Angie. It was ugly.
Speaker 2 (12:32):
He doesn't kiss on the red carpet, it's a rule.
He's fine holding hands and grabbing your waist a little bit,
but kissing not going to happen, especially with cameras around.
This is because he's been a celebrity in the tabloids
for so long. It's not just Angelina Jennifer Anderston, two
of the most famous people in the world. He knows
that any photograph kissing is going to be on the
cover of every single magazine. So yes, he's proud of

I Nare's They are very much together.
Speaker 1 (12:58):
But this was a rule, a kind of a smart rule. However,
he should have given her the hands up.
Speaker 2 (13:02):
So now we've got this really awkward moment where she
leans in to give him a kiss and he sort
of pulls away, and online it's exploded. People are calling
it cringy and cold and proof that this romance is stage.
That's interesting. Some people are saying it's all a big
pr stunt to promote his movie.
Speaker 1 (13:19):
It is not.
Speaker 2 (13:20):
They're definitely together. They've been together for two years. Who
would have a pr stunt for two years? But the
moment on the carpet doesn't help. It is awkward. I
get what people are saying, Bradley, if you're listening a
lower Labalowa, these rules so only work if you discuss
them with your partner. And so before this red carpet,
would it have been so bad if in the limmo,
(13:42):
in the suv going to the big event in Times Square,
you mentioned, you know, we're very much couple. Let's hold hand,
but let's not give the paparazzi that kiss. I don't
want to have another tabloid relationship. And if he did
kiss her, he would be on the cover of every
single magazine. And so he knows what it's like to
have a relationship that is over analyzed and that's never
(14:04):
a good thing. He's learned his lesson. Can he date
anybody on the download? Probably not, he's Brad Pitt. However,
can he not feed the machine? Yes? And so this
is actually a very very smart move. I'm with Brad
on this on this action. I'm not with him on
how it was planned.

Give people the heads up.
Speaker 2 (14:26):
If I was on a red carpet and I went
to kiss Bruce and he pulled away, I'd excuse me.
You better get right back here, right now, mister, and
you better kiss me right on the lips. I would say,
no problem in the relationship. You're gonna hear lots of
stories today over the weekend that they're breaking up, that
this was a sign of trouble, this is a red flag.

No, it's just his rule.

And I think the reason, the rationale behind the rule
is really important to know.

Bobby Flay and he's revealing the greatest gift that he's friend,
his dear friend, Anne Burrell gave him. It was a
pussy cat, that's right, Not clanry that's a new apron.
Not pots and pans, not tips on how to cook salmon,
but no, she gave him a cat. She loved may

and cooncats, and so she gave him one. It's called Natcho.
And he said, it's the greatest gift and I'll never, ever,
ever forget Anne. He posted a beautiful picture of Anne
snuggling her own cats, and he said her show was
the funniest on TV, and all the co hosts, including Bobby,
they were just a long for Anne's ride.

She was the star.

She brought the fun. I had dinner drinks with her
a couple of times. Bobby, I agree, there was nobody
more fun, that big, big smile, that big big heart.
It's going to be really really sad to not text,
to not laugh, to not giggle with Anne again. But
I love that Bobby when out of his way, because
this story is getting dark, it's getting really suspicious. There's

something not right here. So while all that is dominating
the headlines, I love I love that Bobby has reminded
us the essence, really, the soul of this beautiful human being,
and rest in peace. And now Anne naughty is the
day naughty Naughty? Kelly Ripper is revealing that mark on
swell us. Her husband is way too disciplined to live with. Yes,

so he looks incredible, of course he does. We've seen
the pictures of him with Addy shirts on. He looks incredible. However,
that isn't natural, isn't just how he wakes up. He
works really hard at it and he has the most
strict diet. Kelly said she went on it for about
seventy two hours and it made her feel great, but
she just couldn't live like that. She likes a piece
of chocolate cake. She likes to go out and have

her drink. Kelly is a really fun, fabulous person, so's mark. However,
when you're that disciplined to something, when you're that dedicated,
it changes to your life. That's his priority. I see
all these beautiful muscle guys in Chelsea walk walking around
without the shirts on, and they've all got these six
pack ams. And while I admire their bodies, I really
admire their dedication. But I know I wouldn't want that myself,

or I wouldn't want to live with somebody who is
that focused on thickness because.

You can't have a glass of wine. Tonight.

I'm gonna meet miss Dean ketchup or we'll have her

I know I'm never gonna have six pack ams, and

When one person likes to go out and have fun
the other one's in bed by nine o'clock after eating
nothing but cabbage and lettuce. Oh tricky, tricky, tricky and
