Speaker 1 (00:08):
Advice for sure.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
It's nice, low and low and lower low. Welcome to
the naughty but nice show. I'm your host from Shooter,
and it is Tuesday, which means our dear friend Elene
Dixon joins us. Hey, misde, are you there?
Speaker 1 (00:25):
I am. It is Tuesday, just a few days past
my birthday, and thank you for celebrating with me, mister Shooter.
It was so much fun.
Speaker 2 (00:33):
I wouldn't miss it. We had so much fun. We
started off together, then we had dinner with friends, then
we ended up singing the night away at Piano Bar,
and it was just the blasphemiesty. I love you, I
love hanging with you, I love celebrating you happy birthday.
I posted a lovely picture of you looking very Carry
Bradshaw too, And is that a ruffled skirt? Is that?
Speaker 1 (00:52):
Yes, it was a little teared skirt, a little tap
at a moment, and yes it was an ode to
the original Carry Bradshaw the way I will always remember
her Beata. So I did love her, and just like that,
the wardrobe was fierce. The storyline in another movie you have.
Speaker 2 (01:12):
You have great clothes and you also, mister you have
a fabulous storyline which is your life. Okay, let's jump
into as show. What time is it? My friend said
his tea time. Big news at the top of the show,
Nicole Kidman and Keith Urban have split up. There's some
rumors that Tom Cruise is involved in this. I can
tell you absolutely not. There is no other person involved.
So I hit the phones really hard mystery trying to
(01:33):
figure out what happened here. They have been married for
a long time, for nineteen years. I think they have
been together, and so what happened with Keith Urban and
Nicole Well, insiders are saying, if you're paid attention, it
was quite clear actually, and their friends knew they were
in trouble. They had not been seen together in months.
(01:54):
He has moved into the Nashville residence, so he's living there.
Nicole is remaining at the house with her two daughters,
Sunday who's seventeen, and Faith, who is fourteen. Sources tell
me Nicole did not want this. She tried to hold
the Maggie marriage together, but Keith was already gone. You're
gonna hear a lot to do mystery about his battles
(02:15):
with substance abuse. He's been very, very honest about this.
We don't know yet if that played into this. She
stood by him all those years that he struggled, so
she was aware of what was going on in Keith's life.
I think he got past it. We all thought that,
but it's often something that you just don't get rid of.
It doesn't just go away. So there's lots of questions
(02:36):
today about that. We don't have details yet. More than that,
we know that no other person was involved. We certainly
know Tom Cruise was not involved, so seeing that all
over social media not true. He's not involved. They have
not spoke in a really, really long time. They have
nothing to do with one another. Nicole fought to save
this marriage, but I was told she really had to
(02:57):
fight every day from the day they got married. This
was not easy. He also has a very difficult job.
He's a musician. He's on the road. He's always on tour,
he's in different countries. She works very hard on movie sets,
but it is a sprut of work and then she
doesn't work again for several months. Nicole does a lot
of work. She's a very busy, busy working actor, working actress,
(03:18):
but she is at home two of the kids. I'm
sure the kids are devastated. They're at an age seventeen
where they understand. I'm told both parents have spoken to
the children about this. They know what's going on. And
then another little detail that I thought was so interesting
is Nicole is leaning on the shoulder of a dear friend,
Reese Witherspoon. But also two Deb Furnace. Deb is Hugh
(03:41):
Jackman's ex wife. So remember Hugh Jackman just had a
really ugly breakup with his wife of over twenty years.
He's now dating Sutton Foster. Nicole was always teamed deab.
Deb and Nicole are best is from Australia, and so
these two are really supporting one another. Really sad. I
hate it when when relationships break up. I hate it
(04:03):
when Hollywood relationships break up. They're never easier just because
you're rich and famous. In fact, some ways they can
be even worse. Here children are involved. Let's remember too,
she has two children with Tom Cruise that we never
talk about this four children there, she doesn't really see
them that much. But all sad, Mistie, did you see
it coming? You have your ear to the ground. We'd
heard some rumors for some while.
Speaker 1 (04:24):
Now, what do you think, Yeah, there's been some some
moments that have kind of clued us into this, But
we have to go back to when they first met
back in two thousand and five, and Nicole has actually
said that she was very into him, but not so
much that he was into her that they kind of
had She had to kind of, like, you know, use
her her guys to get him. So this has been
(04:44):
something that she's been fighting for for a long time.
And then when she posted about their marriage, their anniversary,
their latest anniversary into twenty twenty five, he did not
post his own post. He put a heart on hers,
but usually Keith had always put something on hers. And
then kind of the third thing that we had heard
is that she had applied to be a resident of Portugal,
(05:07):
but he did not do the same. Now they're saying
this is because he had to physically be there and
he was on tour, but these were all kind of
maybe hence that there was trouble in paradise. Of course,
as a person who loves love, this makes me incredibly
sad because we know that this is not what Nicole wanted.
But people are saying that relationships run their course. Hopefully
(05:29):
they can still be amical bill with one another. They
do have children that are still under college age, so
they know they need their dad and hopefully they'll find
a way to co parent and make this work. But
it's still a really sad situation.
Speaker 2 (05:44):
Sad situation will keep you in the loupey moving along.
So this story was going to be a lead today,
but he got bumped because of the big nicole kidman
breaking news. So we found out that jay Z personally
pushed for Bad Bunny to do the Super Bowl. So
I told you first it was not going to be Taylor's.
I knew that a couple of weeks ago we broke
that news. I did not know it was Bad Bunny.
(06:05):
Adele's name had been sort of floated out there. But
I'm told Bad Bunny got this gig months ago and
had to keep it a secret. And everybody says, oh,
the NFL picked this person up. Has no jay Z
is in charge of this halftime show. He signed a
contract with them. They signed up jay Z to bring
in some spice, to bring in some drama, to bring
(06:25):
in some real, real exciting moments, and he thinks Bad
Bunny will deliver that. We have to be clear here,
we are not a political show, but we do live
in a world that is surrounded by politics. Bad Bunny
is very political. I'm told that the show will be
a message as well as entertaining. He said that when
(06:45):
Jlo took the stage at the Super Bowl and wore
the Puerto Rico flag, the Puerto Rico flag, he loved it.
So expect lots of Puerto Rico images. We know the
President has said some very very tough things about Puerto Rico,
and so this is gonna be how jay Z, how
Bad Bunnie. How. Lots of other people too want to
see America as a diverse, inclusive place, and so I
(07:09):
think this is not going to be a Duller halftime show.
This is going to be in our faces. I'm told
Bad Bunny is fired up. Let's remember he refused to
do any shows in the mainland of America because of
ice raids. He was frightened that ice would be stantiononed,
set up outside his concerts and arresting people. He did
(07:32):
not want that, so he refused to do any shows here.
In fact, he told his fans come to my residency
in Puerto Rico, which was great for the local economy.
Just before the announcement was made, He took to social
media and said, I've consulted with my team and maybe
we will do one show, just one show in America
that is the super Bowl. So it's going to be bad, Bunny.
(07:53):
Expect politics. Expect this to be in your face, deliberately,
not by accident. This is what they wanted to be.
Speaker 1 (08:00):
Absolutely, I have to agree. As we know, he's hosting
the first show of Saturday Night Live fifty first season,
so we'll probably get a little taste of what he
would do in the super Bowl there, even though he's
not the musical performer, but just seeing his style and everything,
and it's so interesting that he's taken to this stage
(08:20):
to be there for the world. I mean, it would
be very, very challenging to have something as big as
the super Bowl and ice reads at the same time.
I just don't see that happening. But you know what
it could be. That sounds like the plot of a
movie that I never expected to hear.
Speaker 2 (08:36):
Right, we'll just have to see. But unfortunately, it feels
like every day that we're living at the nice plots
to these movies, stuff that I never ever thought i'd
see I see, which brings us to our pole question.
Of the Day. Jay Z personally pushed for Bad Bunny
to perform at the Super Bowl. Who would you rather
have seen Bad Bunny or would you rather see Taylor Swift?
(08:57):
Taylor Swift, Bad Bunny? Hey, go vote on our Twitter,
pay jad Nordinis, rob our Facebook pages, Naughty Gossip, and
be sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results.
Hey mister, what are you working on.
Speaker 1 (09:08):
In the well? Like you said, we are not a
political show, but sometimes politics and celebrity they kind of collide,
and that's the case here. So Ariana Grande's latest Instagram
repost may have thrilled her fans, but it's giving the
team behind Wicked. As we know, Wicked for Good is
coming soon a pounding headache. So she shared a post
that was speaking out against Donald Trump supporters, sparking cheers online.
(09:32):
But the Universal execs behind Wicked are panics, so they
think every time Ariana gets political, the studio gets nervous.
They want Wicked to be this global family blockbuster, and
they don't want headlines about Trump voters. And of course,
the person who's most nervous as Mark Platt. He actually
is producing the movie. And if you remember, he actually
(09:55):
flew to New York to speak to Rachel Zegler during
Snow White. She said some things that were considered a
radical and you know, she refused to back down. I
don't think Ariana Grande is going to back down on
her views. And it's interesting. They say they want it
to be a global family movie, but if you think
about it, Wicked has been a political commutee. It's about otherism, right.
(10:17):
One woman has this feeling about people being suppressed, animals
being suppressed, and when she tries to speak out, they
turn against her. So it's kind of Yes, it's a
global family movie, but it's all about how we perceive people.
So it's all connected.
Speaker 2 (10:33):
What do you think, Rob, Yeah, I'm a big believer
in free speech, even when I don't like it. Ariana
Grande is entitled to her views, but at the same time,
she is part of a potential billion dollar franchise. I'm
sure producers. Do you get nervous about this stuff? You
make decisions, don't you. In life? You have to make
decisions as a company, as a brand, where you're going
to go. We make decisions every day on this show
(10:54):
what we're going to cover and what we're not going
to cover and sometimes it's more difficult to not say
anything than to say anything. I think Arianna was brave here.
We know, we know this is something she's very, very
passionate about it. She's not going to lose a single
fan of hers for this. Her concerts are going to
sell out. Her fans are going to still turn up. However,
she has ventured into a new genre doing movies. Being
(11:17):
an actress is a new thing for her, and so
she needs more than just Ariana Grande fans to make
this Part two a hit. I would argue though, that
I think the first movie did so well. If they
get eighty sixty seventy percent of the people that watched
the first movie to come back, the second movie is
going to do really, really well. It might even do
(11:38):
even better. I know that I saw the first movie.
I loved it. There is almost I love it. There's
almost nothing that would stop me from going to see
this second movie. I can and not wait for it.
The trailers out it looks great. But the money people,
the producers, the people behind the scenes, they're always the
ones that get a little bit nervous. And that's what
they are doing right now. Moving along, Donna Tella Versarchi
(12:01):
was not invited to the Vasaci Isn't that weird? So
she got ousted from the company and now she's been
a stout, which I think is a bit cruel. So
they were doing their show and she was not invited
to it. It is fashion week in Europe right now. Now.
The critics were divided about this. Some people called it taki,
some people said it was saxy. That's what fashion is
(12:23):
all about. But not having Donna Tella in the front
row really interesting. This happens, doesn't it. Big companies sell,
big personalities sell their brands, and when they sell their brands,
they're no longer involved. Bobby Brown, the makeup artists. I
used to work for Bobby Brown. She sold Bobby Brown
to Este Lauder. She has nothing to do with it.
So even though her name is on every lipstick, every rouge,
(12:46):
every blush, it has nothing to do with Bobby Brown.
I don't feel bad for Bobby. Bobby made tens of
millions of dollars. She wanted to sell the company. So
Donna Teller has made a fortune here. But it's over.
That era of Vasaci and Donna Tella is over. Dive,
I think sort of. You know, it sounds strange at
first because it's her company, but nobody made her do it.
(13:06):
She's richer than she will ever need to be in
the rest of her life. So I think both people
are winners here. The company wants to continue, they want
to want to have a new image, and so they're
they're stepping away from her. She's stepping away from them.
This is rich people's worries.
Speaker 1 (13:19):
Fine, I know, well, I think in this case, Donatella
needs to take a page from the playbook of Bobby Brown,
who started her own She do make a blind I
want to say it's called country Road, but I'm not wanting.
Speaker 2 (13:31):
Jones Road, Jo Jones Road.
Speaker 1 (13:33):
I was close. It was close, so you know, I mean,
they might have Frisace, but they don't have the name Donatella.
And that's all she needs to do. Design her online,
slap the name Donnaatella on it. We all know what
is implied, and she will be fine. And like you said,
she's a millionaire. But it makes me think of an
episode of Emily in Paris, and there was a designer
(13:54):
and he was kind of pushed out for a new designer,
but then he came back and he had this golment. However,
you know what, Like I said, TV and movies, we
never thought it would come to fruition, But it seems
like they're just keep on coming and shocking my brain.
Speaker 2 (14:09):
But it's keeping they keep shocking U see right, Donna
Tella now is such a big name she doesn't even
need the bassachi part. Donna Tella, we know exactly okay,
quickly before we get a break mistake. Selena Gomez and
Benny Blanco married away, but we found out they have
an iron clad prem up. What do we know now?
Speaker 1 (14:26):
We know that Selena has insistent on the agreement to
protect her billion dollar empire, yes billion, including rare booty,
her music catalog, and her growing real estate portfolio. So
it wasn't optional. When Insider has told us Selena built
everything from the ground up. The prenup was about respect,
not suspicion. Now Benny is reportedly worth millions himself, and
(14:50):
he didn't hesitate. He was fully on board. He loves her,
respects her and what she has achieved. There was zero drama.
Speaker 2 (14:59):
Yeah, I like this. He he loves or he loves
soies not after her money. He's got plenty of his
own worth about fifty million dollars is not a billion,
but fifty million dollars. You'll be fine. You'll be fine
on that fine, And so the two of them were
happy to sign this agreement. Congratulations. The pictures from the
wedding are just lovely, lovely, lovely. Okay, we're gonna take
a quick break and we will be right back. Welcome
(15:20):
back to the naughty but nice shamy host of Shooter
with her dear friend, Miss d Hayl. Let's get to
the poles. Do take it, darling lash he Slina game
as marrying Benny Blanco in a star studied Santa Barbara wedding.
Should Tailor Swift have performed? So Taylor was there, She
gave a very emotional speech to her sister. These two
love each other, but she did not perform. Should she
have performed? Eighty percent said no, it was not Taylor's
(15:43):
murmur This was not the Taylor Swift show. This was
the lead go mate show. I totally agree, although if
she wants to get up and a home along to
a number or two, I wouldn't say no. Don't forget
to vote. Aren't today's pole going to add Twitter page
add naughty nice our Facebook pages, Noughton Girls, and be
sure to check back tomorrow to hear your results. And
(16:07):
now it's time for a nice nicess of the day.
Speaker 1 (16:12):
Our nicest of the day is Prince William. Though it
may not sound like it's nice, but hear me out.
So Palace insiders have confirmed a hashtag shooter scoop that William.
That's almost that's Prince William, but soon to be King
William has forced King Charles to permanently sideline Prince Andrew
from all public facing events now the king, He's trialy tried,
(16:37):
He's quietly tried to rehabilitate his brother for years, but
you know what, he finally relented. So Andrew will never
appear alongside William again, not at Christmas, not at Easter,
not ever. Now the immediate fallout, Andrew won't even be
invited to Sandra haam this Christmas rob you'll tell us
(16:57):
how to say that correctly. With a shocking break of
decades of condition of tradition, I mean, this is crazy,
but you know what, Andrew has been accused of some
pretty nasty things, and William just doesn't want that to
be a part of his history. Or his future.
Speaker 2 (17:14):
William's right here. We've given Andrew every chance in the
world and he keeps failing this. William is right, and
sometimes it's very difficult to lay down the law, and
William has here. His dad just couldn't quite do it.
So a nicest of the day, and now and not
is the day, naughty, norty, noughty breaking news. Prosecutors are
demanding that did he spends eleven years? Eleven years behind bars?
So did? He's fighting for his life. The prosecutors want
(17:36):
to lock him away for more than a decade. In
a blistering new court filing that was released just today,
federal prosecutors are urging a New York judge to hand
the disgraced hip hop mogul at least eleven years in prison. Hey,
they say he's been unrepentive, mystery, and they've accused him
of literally ruining people's lives and leaving victims in fear.
(18:01):
This is ongoing and naughtyut naughtius of the day. Let's
end with a moment of rob You'll never feel ready
because ready isn't a feeling. Ready is a decision. Waiting
to feel really ready is just fear. Dressed up as preparation.
(18:22):
Let me say that again, waiting to feel ready is
just fear dressed up as preparation. The truth, action creates readiness.
You choose, you move, and in the moving you become ready.
Once again, you will never feel ready, because ready isn't
a feeling, mistery, it's a decision. Make the decision today
(18:45):
to move to do what you want, to move forward
to achieve your goals. Because if you're sitting there waiting
for that feeling to come, it ain't coming. It's a decision,
not a feeling. Hey, that is it for this week.
