Speaker 1 (00:08):
Scalable vie for sure, It's Bice, It's time nice sprint. Hello,
Helloa loa loa loa loa Hello, welcome to the Naughty
but Nice Show'm your host from Shooter. It is Tuesday morning.
Normally Miss D joins us every Tuesday. She was having
a few technical issues this morning, so she was up
bright and early. We actually did tape a show and
it was only at the end of the show did

(00:30):
we realize or did Miss D realize that her microphone
was not working very well at all. So don't worry.
I'll do a solo show today, Misty. I know you're listening.
Helloa loa loo let's jump in. What time is it,
my friends, it is tea time. When I say a
solo show, you know I've got you. Naughtyse Thank you.
You're the co hosts today, so please sing along. Big

(00:52):
story at the top of the show, mister Travis Kelsey
is finally cracking under all the pressure of being mister
Taylor Swift. So sauces are saying that Taylor is very,
very worried about her fiance Travis Kelsey, who had a
little bit of a meltdown at an NFL game during

(01:13):
Sunday's loss to the Eagles, travis frustrations boiled over in
a viral now it's viral, it's everywhere viral outburst where
he slams his helmet down. Sauces say that Taylor, who
quietly slipped into the stadium, was shaken by it. She's
a little bit worried. Taylor loves him clearly, and she

(01:36):
knows that this is taking its toll on him. She's
seen this happen before. When you date Taylor Swift, when
you get engaged to Taylor Swift, that is major. She
is the biggest pop star, maybe celebrity in the world
at the moment. She knows that bringing people into that
is very, very difficult. That's why she now is sneaking

(01:59):
in to stadiums. She also went to a friend's birthday party.
One of Travis's teammates had a birthday party, and she
went to that, and she tries to be low key
because she knows that when she enters a room, the energy,
the oxygen changes, not because of anything she's done, but
because of who she is. She is Taylor Swift. It

(02:20):
takes a certain type of person to be comfortable around
Taylor Swift. I solve this problem when I was working
with Jessica Simpson. Jessica and Nick were deeply, deeply in
love until she exploded and became a superstar, at least
a tabloid superstar. She was on the covers of all
the magazines every single week, not with Nick, just Jessica.

(02:43):
I was on the vent once where I saw a
major celebrity be told can you step out of the picture,
We just want your wife. I knew that was the
beginning of the end too. It takes a lot, particularly
when the woman, when the lady is more fami. We
see men with people all the time who are not

(03:03):
as famous as them. We see it all the time
in Hollywood. How often do we see a lady, a
woman on the red carpet with a man who is
man enough to stand next to her and know that
he is not her equal at least in the world
are fame and fortune. Money's a tricky thing. You have

(03:26):
to have conversations about it. Taylor and Travis have done
this so well. They have negotiated her level of fame.
He's famous, he's very successful, he earns a lot of money.
He's not Taylor Swift, so was he prepared for this
a little bit more so than a regular person like
you or me. However, it's still difficult. Think about it.

(03:47):
Do you have one rich friend? Do you have a
friend semi famous? Do you know somebody who has lost
lots of money? When you go for dinner, who pays?
Do they pay all the time. It's all these odd
conversations that you just don't have in your your daily life.
Most people in my life are pretty similar to me.
I met them at work. We have similar jobs. We
go out, we split the bill. I'll pick up a tab,

(04:07):
they'll pick up a tab. What would happen if I
was dating Taylor Swift? Would I expect Taylor to pay
my dental bill? Would I expect Taylor to buy my clothes,
to pay for my drinks, to pay for my dinners.
It's a complicated path that they are navigating, and it's
going to get more complicated when they get married. Where
do they live? When they buy a house, do they

(04:28):
buy a house that he can afford, he can afford
a great house, or do they buy a compound a
village that she can afford. See how these innocent, small
little moments can get really complicated and really really big.
That's what Travis is going through every time he's being
upset on the footboard field. Before. We've not really paid

(04:50):
much attention to it before Taylor, because we were not
following him. I did not even know who he was.
It's not my genre. Now, the entertainment world, the people
like us who love celebrities, who love our stars, who
love famous people, we love talking about them. Now he's

(05:11):
very much on our radar, and he is. He is
stepping into that world. He's hosting game shows, he's modeling,
he's got a hit podcast, and so this is gonna
be something that they're going to have to figure out.
I know they've spoken about it. I know that Taylor
is super smart and aware of this, although the cracks
are starting to show just a little bit having a tantrum,

(05:34):
a little temper tantrum on the field. Now this meme
is going around. It's a side of him taker and
out of context. It's just the thirty second maybe a
ten second meme, and so it's a video of him
looking really aggressive, and I think people are worried. If
you did not know Travis Kelsey and you just saw
this video, you'd say, Taylor run for the hills, run run.

(05:55):
This is someone with anger issues. This is somebody who
is very, very cross. This is somebody who can't handle
their emotions. Well, no, this was just ten twenty seconds
of his life. He's under a lot of pressure, not
just to win on the field, because if he doesn't win,
the fans are going to blame Taylor. He wants to
win on the field, but he also wants to win
a life in relationships, in love, well, wishing the best.

(06:18):
I don't think this is something we should be worried
about yet. I don't think we should overblow this. However,
if we do start to see a pattern, if game
after game, if he doesn't win, if he throws a tantrum,
maybe that's something that we should pay a little bit
more attention to. What do you think? Which brings us
to our pole question of the day. Travis seems to

(06:38):
be cracking under pressure of being mister Taylor Swift. What
do you think will he crack? Do you think before
the wedding we're going to see more of this behavior? Hey,
go vote on our Twitter page, add Naughty nice ram
our facebook page which is Naughty got him and be
sure to check back tomorrow or to hear your results.

(07:00):
Moving along, Meghan Markle is trying to change the subject
after Harry's disastrous interview, Meghan to the rescue. So Harry
may have landed himself in more hot water with a
really shocking interview about his family, but Meghan has stepped
forward changing the subjects by letting us all know how
much she loves him on his birthday. So, just hours

(07:22):
after Harry double down, he did double down on his
family criticisms in a new sit down interview that insiders
are calling tone deaf and disastrous, Meghan rushed to Instagram
to post a beautiful tribute, calling him handsome. She put
a beautiful throwback picture of him in his uniform. The
caption was oh hi, birthday boy. Now insideers telling me

(07:45):
Meghan is super smart. She knows Harry's comments have stirred
up a storm. So just a few days after he
met with his dad, after really the peace talks with
his dad that went really well, everybody in the palace said,
Harry's done it. He's pulled it off with his dad.
They had a great hour together, not that long, but
they had fifty five minutes together. It was the first step.

(08:06):
This was wonderful. Maybe we can see her reconciliation, Maybe
we can see a friendship, a relationship forming a game
between dad and son. And then twenty four hours later,
forty eight hours later, he does an interview where he
really doubles down and saying that he has a clear
conscience and what he wrote about his family in his
book Spare, which was pretty harsh, probably true, but pretty harsh.

(08:31):
He's not taking that back. So there's no apology here. Well,
everybody was like, Harry, you just blew up the peace talks.
Meghan jumped in immediately posted this picture, changed the subjects.
People are saying, she is so so smart, she knows
what she's seeing. Meghan really knows how to handle a press.
That's why I'm so surprised things went so so bad
with Meghan and Harry and the British media, because Meghan

(08:53):
does understand the press. She thinks like a celebrity, she
thinks like a publicist, and so at the moment, I
think this is probably pretty helpful jumping in when Harry
puts his foot in his mouth. However, a cute picture
of your husband on his birthday isn't enough to get
rid of all the fears all the new suspicions they
have been ignited within the palace. Oh it's too bad,

(09:16):
isn't it. Harry? I thought this was gonna go great.
The meeting was great, and then why do this interview?
Why sit down and do an interview. You're not selling
an album, you're not selling a movie. I think Harry
likes publicity as much as Hey. He says he doesn't
as much as they say privacy. Please leave us alone,
don't talk to us. They do do quite a bit

(09:36):
of press. I've worked with celebrities and I can tell
you the ones that don't enjoy doing it. They don't
want to really do interviews, even when they're promoting a
record or a movie. They love the work, but they
don't like the promotions. Harry's not like that. I would
argue Harry doesn't really love the work, but he does
love doing the press. Oh, you can do the press,
but stop talking about your family. Okay, Moving along. GJ

(10:00):
is really angry with Bradley Cooper because they went on
a date night and the entire evening he was looking
at his phone out. So let me explain. Bradley, maybe
for whatever, as one of the most romantic people, a
great boyfriend. However, he was sneaking his phone and taking
sneak beaks at his phone watching the Eagles versus Chiefs

(10:22):
game during a date. God good. It was her big
Vogue celebration. She's on the cover of Vogue, Big celebration.
They went out together. She was glowing. This was her moment.
But when she realized he was glued to his phone
instead of to her, she was furious and she felt
completely disrespected. Now, the thirty year old runway star held
it together through the cocktail party, through the dinner. However,

(10:45):
inside a say it did blow up later on that evening.
How rude. I can't imagine anything rude. Before I was married,
before I dated Bruce, I dated some guys in Edinburgh,
not that many, but even then I remember the best gift,
the best date, was the dates where people gave me
their attention, when they gave me their time, when they

(11:07):
were interested in me, when they were present. When I
go for drinks with my friend Miss Donnie, everybody else, Cory,
we put our phones to one side. We don't sit
there on our phones all night. In fact, we don't
look at our phones every maybe hour or so. When
we go to the bathroom or order another drink. We
might have a glance, but both of us will say,
let's our phone break and just catch up. Make sure

(11:28):
we've got no urgent emails, there's no crisis breaking in
the celebrity world, and then we go back to talking.
I have been at so many bars and restaurants where
I've looked across the room and I've seen beautiful couples
on the phones not talking to each other. It doesn't
even have to be a romantic relationship. The best thing
you can do in a relationship, romantic or not, is

(11:49):
give you time, give your interest, pay attention. Listen and Bradley,
if you wanted to watch the football game, you should
have stayed home. You can't do if you have to
make decisions in life, don't you. People that try to
juggle birth do both things normally rather badly. People that
pick one thing to do and focus on it, they
do that very very well. Part of my success is

(12:11):
that I can focus for short periods of times on
one thing. So for an hour day every day, though
I focus on something, This next hour is all about
the podcast. There's nothing else on my mind. The dishes
in the sink and not nagging me. Darby needs to
go to for a walk in a minute, but I'm
not thinking about that. All I'm thinking about for the
next twenty minutes is this podcast, and that's what makes

(12:33):
it good. Then the next hour, I'll think about writing
a chapter of a new book. Then I'll think about
the next hour following that it will be about going
for a walk. I try to live in the moment.
I try to focus on what's happening right now. Bradley Cooper,
shame on you. I would be furious. Okay, moving along,
Hugh Jackman's having terrible trouble selling seats. That is Radio

(12:54):
City Concert. So Hugh Jackman's playing Radio City and the
seats they're now really check, like twenty five dollars. He
cannot sell out Radio City. People are saying what happened now?
Some are saying it's the lack of tourists. Tourism has
really really dropped around America. In New York, Lots of
people from Canada are not coming. Lots of people from
Europe now do not want to come to America. So
it's quite difficult for pop stars, for artists, for broadway

(13:17):
shows to survive at the moment, and so Hugh. Some
people are blaming that, but what has really tipped it
over the edge is his divorce. Fans do not like this.
He was married for twenty seven years to Deb. He
and Deb were the love letter with the poster child
of the industry, and then he blew it up and
ran off with Sutton Foster. I was the first to

(13:38):
break that news. People have turned on Hugh a little bit.
They think it's a betrayal. They saw him as a
forever couple with Deb and now they see him as
somebody they might not quite trust. I've seen this show too.
I went to it at Radio City. It was good,
but it wasn't great. And part of the problem is
most of the audience do not want to see Hugh Jackman,
the song and dance man. They want to see Walls

(14:00):
for Hugh even jokes about it. He asks the audience,
raise your hands if you know me as Wolverine, just
as Wolverine. Eighty percent of the audience does. And Hugh said,
you're going to hate tonight because it's all Broadway, it's
all Labies. It's the greatest show, but it's all the
musicals that he's been in Oklahoma, the music Man, and
so he's up there doing a traditional Broadway type show,

(14:22):
and I think most of the audience it's unfortunates. It's
a really weird career, isn't it. We love you for
singing and dancing, most people love him for being an
action star. Well, on stage, he's not given much action.
He's given a lot of musical theater and not a
lot of actions. So I think a lot of people
are leaving disappointed. Maybe this wasn't really thought through that well,
he should be doing smaller venues. He's playing venues the

(14:45):
size of a movie star. However, he's given the act.
He's given the performance of a cabaret star, and so
maybe if he was playing a smaller room. A lot
of celebrities have this trouble. A lot of celebrities overdo it.
They do too many shows and there's only so much demand.
After a while, people not gonna keep coming. Hugh Jackman,

(15:05):
between the tourists, the divorce, and the complicated creer that
you have. I love it, but it's complicated. Not doing
so well. Okay, we're going to take a quick break
and we will beat right back. Welcome back to their
naughty but night show and Heystrom Shore to Hey, let's
get to the polls that the are did you sing along?

(15:25):
Thank you very much, LEAs Shore. We took abo Kelly Clochson,
who shared her home during the pandemic with her then
husband and his new girlfriend to be So we don't
know if the ex husband and the girlfriend were together.
This was Kelly's assistant, so during the pandemic they all
moved into her ranch into Montana. She did some of
her shows from the ranch. Remember that when celebrities were
zooming in and doing their own shows on zoom. Her

(15:47):
husband was there, her assistant was there. Fast forward, the
husband and the assistant got two together. Do you think
the romance started under Kelly's roof? Oh? I think a
lot of Kelly's friends do. Let's have a look. Oh
seventy percent said yes, Oh Kelly inviting somebody into your
home and then this ultimate betrayal. Awful, awful, awful. Hey,

(16:11):
don't forget to vote on today's pole. Go to a

but your results and now, oh, it's time for our
nicest of the day. Ah nicest of the day is
Chris Pratt, who secretly helped Christopher Schwartzenayer shed the pounds,

(16:32):
so Christopher had a massive body transformation. You know his
brother very well, Patrick. His dad is Arnold on a Schwarzenegger,
and his mother is Maria Schreiber. When he's lost a
lot of way, he's twenty seven years old. He looks
great and he is enjoying this because now he's shirtless
on a family boat. His sister's posting pictures. Everybody wants
to know how did this happen? He looks fantastic. We

(16:53):
want the secrets. We love that he looks so good,
but we want to look great too, So how did
this happen? So us to say Chris was like a
big brother and a mentor. He didn't he didn't just
give him advice. He got in there and helped him.
He disciplined, he trained, he prepared meals, he talked about balance,
and Chris picked a lot up just by watching him

(17:13):
and talking with him. Now, if you remember, Chris famously
transformed his own body for Blockbusters, so he used to
be a different size, a different shape person. And Chris,
through fitness and through eating right, and working out really
transformed his body. Now he's sharing all that information with Christopher. Oh,

(17:33):
I like this. If you can help somebody, do it.
If you see somebody wanting to change their life and
you've changed yours, or you know how to do it,
share it. It's all so lovely and nicest of the day.
And now I noticed the day nerdy, naughty, naughty White
Lotus is on the brink. So it was once the
crown jewels of HBO, but now the White Lotus is

(17:54):
suddenly facing a crisis of confidence. It was shut out
of the Emmy Awards a couple of days ago, got nothing,
and now inside is a buzzing that they're very worried
about season four. We know Season four is going to
be in the South of France, but there's a feeling
in Hollywood as if the show has peagued and it
went from being a critical darling to overconfident smug The

(18:15):
arrogance of success ruins the franchise. That's the key phrase here,
isn't it. You can believe your own hype, And I
think that's what happened in The White Lotus. The first
two seasons so brilliant, so funny, the third one not
so much. Let's hope the fourth one goes back to
that original formula of being cheeky and smart and witty
and not so smug, not so sure of itself. Arrogance

(18:38):
can ruin success. Hey, let's end with a moment of
rob Fill your life with I can't believe I did that, moments,
I can't believe I did that, moments when you look back.
Make sure your story is full of moments that make
you smile and shake your head in disbelief, not regrets
and what ifs. I can't believe I did that comes

(19:01):
from courage, from saying yes when you are scared, from
stepping out of your comfort low zone, and from living
fully instead of safely. Now, I should have done that
comes from hesitation, from letting fears call all the shots,
from letting opportunities slip you by, so choose boldness over regret.
