Speaker 1 (00:05):
Ye Shooters, Bice, it's no Welcome to the Naughty but
Nice sho I'm your host, Rob Shooter.
Speaker 2 (00:19):
It's Friday. Normally on Friday, our dear friend Corey Andrew
joins us. He jumped in yesterday, so Mark's and Greece
for two weeks. So I asked Corey to do the
Thursday show instead of the Friday show because we are
up very early today. I'm on the Elvis d Rand Show.
Elvis is a producer of this podcast, and so I'm
in a whizoptown and do his show. And it was
(00:39):
not fair to ask Corey to get to put the
crack of dawn, and so what a treaty was to
have him yesterday. So it's just us today, naughties. But
don't worry. I've got lads and lots of news gossip
tales to tell you a few laps. We're going to
have to in the next twenty minutes. What time is it,
my friends? It is tee. I'm big story at the
(01:01):
top of the show. So the Diddy freak off tapes
will be shown last in court. So the most disturbing
bombshell of the Sean did De trial is being served
last and prosecutors know exactly what they are doing. Let
me explain. So I hear that these infamous freak off
(01:25):
sex tapes, which are graphic, violent, allegedly showing Didy coercing, degrading,
and filming women, including Cassie, they will be the final
piece of evidence shown to the jury before deliberations. Sources say, quote,
(01:45):
they want these images seared into their minds. Somebody else
goes on to say, quote, this isn't about proving guilt,
It's about making sure the jury feels it. Now. One
particularly harrowing case reportedly shows Cassie forced into graphic sex
(02:08):
acts for Diddy's own private collection. His own collection are videos,
and insider tells me, quote, it's worse than the hotel
beating tape. Wow. Prosecutors are counting on a very emotional impact.
They are saying, quote they want juries walking into that room,
(02:31):
shaken second and unable to forget what they saw. So
the trial started with Cass's testimony, do you remember that?
And it's going to end with her trauma on tape.
Lots of people have been asking, We've been talking about
these tapes for two weeks now and the jury has
(02:52):
not seen them. Yet now we have the answer. They
are being saved on purpose to be used right at
the end. So everything up to now, we've talked about them, really,
really spoken at length and detail about what happened. Cassie,
really brave Cassie, she relived this on the stand. Well,
(03:14):
we know these tapes exist. And if you think the
Cassie Hallway tape in the hotel, you know the one
I'm talking about, If you think that was a bombshell,
I'm told these freak off tapes are absolutely shocking. Now
we will not get to see them, but the jury will,
(03:35):
and after the trial, I'm sure jury members will be
interviewed and we'll talk about them so the public. They
are not being released to the public, so we will
not see these online. They are kept under lock and key. However,
the jury will see them privately, and those ten people
(03:55):
will be shocked about what they see. I think this
is a very disturbing but very smart move by the prosecutors.
I think this will have an emotional emotional impact. And
if you remember, we started the trial with a pregnant Cassie.
She's already now had her baby, but at the time
(04:16):
she was so pregnant, just two weeks ago, and now
to go from that pregnant woman to see a woman
potentially allegedly abused on tape, that is gonna be really,
really dramatic. Another update too, Diddy was told off in
court yesterday for nodding at the jurors. So he was
(04:39):
nearly kicked out of his own trial in a really
stunning courtroom moment after a federal judge accids kind of
trying to sway the jury with body language. Very interesting.
So the judge really was stern to Diddy, and they
said he had to stop nodding vigorously at jury. Stop
(05:00):
that nodding during the morning session, specifically while an alleged
victim was testifying. The judge barked, quote, it cannot happen again.
He threatened to throw Diddy out of the court. Now,
NBC spoke with people inside the court who have been
there for weeks, and they said this is not new.
He's been making eye contact and nodding at the jury
(05:22):
as if somehow he can convince them. He's very theatrical.
He believes in his own charm, and he is charming.
I worked with him twenty years ago. He's very very charming.
He believes in himself. Well, the judge is having none
of this and said there is zero tolerance for these
antics that are meant to intimidate or manipulate the jury. Quote.
(05:42):
If he can't sit quietly like everybody else, he will
be removed. Simple as that, one legal expert tells me,
which brings us to our pole question of the day. Judge,
the judge in the Diddy case has threatened to time.
Did he out of the court room if he keeps
nodding at the jurors, stop trying to make eye contact,
(06:04):
stop trying to make any contact with them, don't be nodding,
don't be smiling. He's been doing this since day one.
I'm not sure while it took so long why it
took us along for the judge to say something, But
now he has. And that question is did he have
been removed instead of warned? He got a warning? I
don't know if he wasn't a celebrity. If he wasn't,
did he if it was you or me, we might
(06:25):
have been thrown out. He got a warning. What do
you think is that right? Should he have been removed
right away for trying to intimidate the jury? Should he
have gotten the warning that he did. Is this special
special treatment? He go vote on our Twitter page. I
had naughty nice rom on a Facebook page which is
naughty gossip, and be sure to check back on Monday.
(06:46):
Yet hear your results. Okay, Moving along the royal sphere,
that Mega Markel might have had some really really intimate
secret recordings. So the royal family they've survived, tell alls
Netflix specials even that awkward an interview with Oprah Winfrey.
But insiders tell me their latest panic has them really
rattled like never before. It's not what Megan Markel has said,
(07:09):
it's what she might have filmed. So, following the release
of her Delivery Room dance, it was in all over
the internet to celebrate daughter Lilibert's fourth birthday, Palace insiders
are sunning the alarms over what else might Meghan have captured.
One inside palace source tells me she was always filming everything,
(07:31):
private rooms, private moments. There's no telling what she's gone
on tape. Now. The big fear here, my sources tell me,
is that Megan attended Queen Elizabeth the Second's funeral and
numerous confidential royal events. This is very sensitive. There could
be sensitive footage that could emerge at her any moment.
If Meghan has held on for four years to dancing
(07:53):
in the delivery room with her husband, what else does
she have on that phone? She had access to the
inner work, into the palace place where assistance courtiers, people
that work there, they don't have this access. She was
in the private residence, she was in the Queen's bedroom.
She has seen everything. Could she pulled out her cell
(08:15):
phone and took some footage in the crown room? Potentially
could if she pulled out her cell phone and called
interactions within the family? Yes? Could? Is she video conditions
inside the cottage that they were given by Queen Elizabeth
that Oprah said was really really grotta? Yes, I'm sure
it's all documented and eventually it will come out. It's
(08:35):
on her phone. I'm not that good, even though I'm
a reporter. Once I break a story, I move on
to the next one. I don't hoard stuff for two, three,
four years, four years she's been hoarding this footage. What
else does Megan have In the royals. They are nervous.
This story is a really big one. Hailey Bieber regrets
(08:57):
that she didn't sign a prenup so She might glowing
after her billion dollar beauty sale, but behind the scenes,
sources are telling me she's haunted by one major mistake.
No prenup. There was no prenup, so sources tell me.
When she married Justin, he was a very rich guy,
and she had not very much at all, and she
never thought she'd need one. Now she's not so sure.
So when she married him, he'd made a billion dollars.
(09:18):
I don't think he was worth it because he spent
so much money. But nevertheless, that's a lot of money.
He was just In Bieber. She was a model. She
was okay, but she wasn't near me Campbell. She wasn't
making gizel money. We sawt of knew her. I knew
her more from the Ball to Win family than actually
her as an individual. She's terrific, just she wasn't as
big a star. Let's be honest. When they got when
(09:39):
they got married in twenty eighteen, what's that eight nine, ten, five, six,
seven years ago, and they had a court house wedding.
Very simple. But now that she sold the company for
a reported billion dollars, Hailey is facing the cold truth
of California's community property law, which means they will split
(10:01):
things fifty to fifty. So if this marriage is over
and we know they have been struggling, We've been talking
about that on the podcast. If this marriage does end,
god forbid it does, But if it does, just think
I'd walk away with hundreds of millions of dollars. Insiders
tell me that now Hayle is the breadwinner. It's her
that's paying the bills here and justin if they do
get divorced, no prenup. I used to work for Jessica
(10:23):
Simpson when Jessica married Nick. Nick was a huge star
and Jessica not so much. There was no pre nup,
and she regretted it because by the time they got divorced,
she had all the money, but she had to give
him half of it. So you go into these arrangements,
these marriages thinking you're marrying somebody rich. Well, I bet
on myself and so I would always believe that I'm
(10:45):
gonna do okay, I'm gonna do fine too. I don't
think I'm gonna be worth a billion dollars like Haley Bieber.
But she did not think like that. She was like, no,
he's got so much, I've not really got anything. I'm
not signing a pre and up. His team pushed quite
hard for her to sign a prune up and she
was like, no, I'm not going to do it. Well, no,
she regreted it. Whoever thought a billion dollars? Okay, this
(11:11):
story made me a little bit sad. Jennifer Lopez has
no interest in reuniting with her old friend Leah Reminie.
She's done. So Leah is on the cover of US
Weekly magazine and she's talking about Jennifer Lopez and the friendship,
and she said they did reconnect. They definitely had a
falling guide but they reconnected when she got divorced and
(11:31):
Jennifer got divorced from Ben. However, Jaylo inside has told
me that Jennifer's not mad, she's just done. She's like
completely done. So Leah skipped her wedding in twenty twenty
two to Ben Affleck after she told Jelo not to
marry him. Of course, she didn't go to the weddingen
after that, and Jennifer never really got over that. She
said Ben was selfish and committed, all of which probably
(11:52):
turned out to be right. But nevertheless, that's a bit
of pill to swallow. People tell me that if Leah
really wanted to be friends with Jenny again, if she
wanted to go back to the good old days, she
wouldn't be doing interviews on the cover of magazines. Jennifer
does not like her private life discussed like this, and
so yes, there was a moment they were really close.
Something happened. We're not exactly she will want. I think
(12:16):
part of it was her wedding to Ben, and that
Leah made it very clear she didn't approve of it.
But there was trouble even before Ben. There was trouble
in this friendship. I think it's okay for the ebbs
and flows of friendship. I don't want us to be enemies.
I don't want us to fall out. I don't want
us to be vengeful towards one another. But I've had
people that this one's really really close to Susan. I
(12:36):
used to work in this office with Susan for like
five years, and every day, at four o'clock, five days
a week, Susan and I would go in to get
a cup of tea at four o'clock. I looked forward
to it. I missed her desperately at first, but now
we've both moved on with our lives. If I bumped
into her, I'd give her a big hug. But I'm
not desperate to make friends again, to hang out, have
tea every day. Life's changed. You change, you grow, don't you,
(12:57):
And so to think they can go back to what
they once had is not realistic. Jlo once again not
being mean here. And there's no mean girl here. She's
just done. There's no need, She's over it. Okay, quickly
before we go to break this story is major. Blake
Lively might be ready to throw in the towel on
(13:17):
this ugly lawsuit. Insider says she knows now it's unwinnable.
So Blake Lively's courtroom dreams quickly turned into a nightmare,
and now I'm hearing that she might be ready to fold.
The Gossip Girl alum is this close to settling her
high drama lawsuit with Justin Baldoni. Insiders tell me Blake
(13:42):
knows it is unwinnable. It's already cost her too much,
her image, her allies, Taylor Swift, and possibly her future.
The Falllight is sending shock waves through her inner cirtle,
especially Taylor's Swift, who has been distancing herself This is
such an ugly, ugly fallout and ugly ugly scandal. Even worse,
(14:06):
Blake's side hustles her alcohol brand. It's all nosed, dye
her hair products. None of it is doing that well.
This isn't just a legal mess. It's a brand meltdown.
And one thing's clear, with no good options left and
the walls closing in. Maybe Blake's best move, maybe is
(14:28):
the one that she dreaded the most, which is backing
down quietly. There is nothing wrong by omitting that you
made a mistake. There is nothing wrong by changing your mind.
File a lawsuit if you believe in it, but once
you know that you're not gonna win. In fact, this
lawsuit could destroy you. I think it's best here for
(14:49):
everybody if we got out of this Blake. If you're
listening low and lower low, you can bounce back, You
really really can. It's been a lot of damage, though.
I've gotta be honest here. When this verse broke all
team Blake, the ford of Blake being sexually harassed by
Justin Baldoni was too much. But then, slowly, day after day,
week after week, as more evidence came out, the tide
(15:10):
started to turn and other information was released, and I
think now it is just so messy, so ugly. Did
these two really want to get on a stand and
have to defend themselves and have to talk about this.
It's just not gonna be winnable for anybody. The only
person that's gonna win this is the lawyer. They're the
(15:30):
ones that are making all the money. Okay, we're gonna
take a quick break and we will be right back.
Welcome back to the naughty but nicely. I'm your hainesteram shooter. Hey,
let's get to the polls. Naughties that da da Last
year we talked about Amy wrote back and t J.
Holmes getting very raunchy at a public event here in
New York City. They were all over each other. Delay
(15:50):
was at the event. Sources told me he had his
hands all over dan her pants. At one point. They
were really making out, really heavily. I love love Love's
love'es loveies of his love. But do they need to
be doing this? Our question was quite simple, are these
too just trying too hard? Let's have a Oh? Any
three percent said yes, it's too but we get it.
(16:13):
We get you to our love. It is lovely Deo
you love. I'm all for it, but this a little much.
I agree with the naughtys. Hey don't forget to vote
on today's bol go to our Twitter page had Naughty
Nice rab or our Facebook page which is Naughty Gossip,
and be sure to check back on Monday to hear
(16:33):
your results. And now it's time for our nicest of
the day. And nicest of the day is Tom Hanks,
who's finally broken his silence on his daughter's exclusive memoir.
So Tom is finally speaking out about his daughter Ae
Hanks bumbshell menoir. We told you about it on this show,
(16:54):
and he said he's not exactly shocked. He said, quote,
I'm not surprised. She's a knock out, always has been. Now,
the memoir does pull back the curtain on the Hanks household,
and it's not that flattering. It's a very turbulent childhood. Tom, however,
seems to take it all in his stride. He told
Access Hollywood, quote, we all come from checkered, cracked lives,
(17:17):
all of us. That's true. I'm not surprised that my
daughter had the wherewithal as well as the curiosity to
examine this thing that I think she was incredibly honest
about so he is supporting his daughter. He loves his daughter,
even though she's telling us stuff about the quote. Checkered
(17:39):
cracked lives that. Let's be honest. Tom's right. We all
do have hey and nicest of the day. And now
I noticed the day. Naughty, naughty, naughty. Oh Miley. Cyrus's
album is not doing very well in thanks. Some people
are saying it has bond, so Sauces telling me there's
going to be no partying in the USA next week
because Miley's new album Something Beautiful. I've been listening to it.
(18:03):
I like it. It's tankin. It's projected to sell just fifty
thousand copies in one week. That's not enough and fewer
than actual thirty thousand in actual sales. So thirty thousand
in sales not great. The rest is streaming. One music
insider tells me, quote, this is a brutal release after Flowers,
(18:24):
which won the Grammy. I loved that song. The bar
was just too high, and unfortunately Miley missed it. Oh Miley,
I've been listening to it. I like it. I wish
there were some more hit singles on it. In the
old days, you had to have three or four really
great songs on the album. There were commercial that could
be on the radio if she had two or three
(18:46):
or four flowers. There's brilliant, brilliant songs on this album.
Maybe it would do better, but so far, Miley not great. Okay,
I'm naughtyus the the day. Let's end with the moment
