King Charles has confirmed an official state visit to Canada next week but will not be seeing Prince Harry or Meghan Markle — despite being on the same continent. Lauren Sánchez isn’t walking down the aisle — she’s strutting. Don’t expect to see Hoda Kotb sipping coffee in Kelly Clarkson’s studio chair anytime soon.

Speaker 1 (00:08):
Scalable advice for sure. It's not Nicelo. Welcome to the
Naughty but nic Sham, your host, Rob Shooter. It is
Thursday morning, and normally our dear friend Mark Lupo joins us.
He's not here today. I just texted him. Mark is
the most organized person in the world. So normally when

(00:29):
Mark takes a day off, which he doesn't do very often,
I always get to text. So I've not heard from Mark.
But maybe he'll jump into the charm to keep the
zoom open in case he pops up. I hope everything's okay, Mark,
give me a call. I'm a little worried. Okay, let's
jump into our show. What time is it, my friends?
It is tea time. Big story at the top of
the show. So King Charles is too busy ah to

(00:52):
see Harry and Meghan during his North American trip. So
the King is going to fly across the Atlantic, but
not across the emotional divide. Let me explain. So King
Charles has confirmed that he's going to make an official
state visit to Canada next week, but will not be
seeing Harry and Meghan, despite them all being on the

(01:15):
same continent, and Royal insiders are telling me. This is
no accident. Sources say quote Charles claims that his schedule
is packed, but let's be real, if he wanted to
make time for Harry, he would Ooh, isn't that the truth?
I say that all the time. People are not too busy.

(01:38):
Nobody's too busy. You're just not a priority. If I've
got time every day to watch the Kardashians an hour
every day, I've got time to do other stuff. However,
I choose the Kardashians because that is a priority to me.
If Madonna called me, I'm very, very busy today. But
if Madonna called me and invited me for drinks tonight,
I'd figure out a way to make it work, because that, again,

(02:01):
is a priority. And so when people say they're too busy,
not true. They're just not a priority. Say that to yourself.
The next time you say I'm too busy, stop yourself,
and maybe don't say it out loud, because it's a
bit rude to actually admit this, or maybe too honest
for many people. The next time you say, oh, I'm

(02:21):
sorry I can't meet you tonight, I'm too busy, take
a step back and quietly say to yourself that's not true.
The truth is this is not a priority for me,
and that's fine. Everything can't be shouldn't be a priority.
We have our lives, we have our priorities. Bruce is
at the top of my tree of priorities. My husband, Bruce,

(02:43):
friends come next, work below that. Then acquaintances. Family is
a priority for me too, Darby, my little doggie is
a priority for me too. But I know where my
priorities are. I've thought about them. I've spent hours thinking
about is this a priority? Is a priority because we
all get the same twenty four hours in a day.

(03:04):
And if Beyonce probably and Taylor Smith, two of the
busiest celebrities in the world, if they can make time
to get all that stuff in, then you can too.
But you've got to be honest with yourself. What is
a priority now. The snub comes just weeks after Harry
told the BBC in a tearful interview that the two

(03:25):
have not spoken, saying there's no point in continuing to
fight anymore. I don't know how much longer my father has.
That sentence really upset the Palace because what it di
is is it started a conspiracy theory. It started a
rumor that Harry knows the King's dying. We know he
has cancer. I'm told actually he's doing pretty well. He

(03:47):
wouldn't be coming too Canada if he was on his deathbed,
he wouldn't be traveling. The King is doing pretty well.
But Harry is saying that, adding that little innuendo, that
little bit of naughty naughtiness to a sentences. If he
knows something that we don't, that is really really dangerous.
And so now a lot of people are saying, what's

(04:08):
going on with the King? What does Harry know? He
doesn't know anything, because, as he has said himself, they
do not speak. Now, Charles is not budgeting. The palace
is trying to spin this as a logistic issue. But
it's a choice. It's calculated, and yes it might seem cold,
but how many times are you going to trust somebody?

(04:29):
This is the hard thing. When you fall out with somebody,
you both have to want to kiss and makeup if
one of you does. I've been in this position where
I've had disagreements with people and I want to be
friends again, but they don't, and I have to respect that.
Or they say they want to be friends again, which
is what Harry's doing. And then he goes on television
and pulls a stunt like this. And so I do

(04:50):
think actions speak louder than words. Don't listen to people,
watch them, see what they do, and that tells you everything.
And what it has told Charles is just not a
very nice picture. And they've swallowed it, they've accepted it.
In the beginning, it was denial. They thought, Harry, oh,
he's just having a moment. This is just a little incident,

(05:12):
it's a phase he's going through. No, this is Harry's
new life. Now, this is Harry accepting for who he is,
or don't. But then he's not going to be in
your life. These two fractions, these two sides of the family,
I just don't see coming together. Now. What I do
advise this would be a miracle, is that while Charles

(05:32):
is in Canada, it would be so easy for Harry
and Meghan to go and see him. It would be
so easy to see him, or forget Canada. These are
really rich people with private planes fly to London, go
to Britain. For you and me to go to London,
it's a lot of money. I get it. We don't
have that amount of money. To get there they do.

(05:53):
They could literally drop into Britain and go and see him.
Or even if you don't want to do that, pick
up a phone when you're Dad's in Canada and he's
going to be doing lots of press, lots of public engagements.
They're all going to be on the news. Pick up
the phone and say, I saw you on TV, Dad,
you were great. I miss you. Neither side is budget here,
which brings us to our pole question of the day.

(06:15):
King Charles is too busy in quotes to see Harry
and Meghan during his North American trip? Is this a ruse?
Or is this the right move? What do you think?
Is this the truth or is this a rouse? What
do you think here? I want and right move or
a ruse? Hey? Go vote on our Twitter page. I
had naughty, nice rob our facebook pages, naughty, gossip and misure.

(06:39):
To check back Tamar Road to hear your results. Okay,
moving along, Lauren Sanchez's wedding. It's coming up soon, only
a few weeks away. Everybody's talking about this big, big wedding.
Jeff Bezos Lauren Sanchez. I know they're not the biggest
stars in the world, but they're getting so much attention.
Everybody's talking about this wedding and now inside tell me

(07:00):
the dress will be her most revealing look ever. Oh
and that's exactly how Jeff wants it. So Lauren Sanchez
is not gonna just walk down the aisle. She's gonna strut.
Sources tell me that the media maven and helicopter pilot
she is a helicopter pilot, plans to wear her most sexy,

(07:21):
most jaw dropping look ever when she marries Amazon founder
Jeff Bezos. Inside of say quote, Laurence dress is going
to leave little to the imagination. Think high splits, plunge
in netlines, sheer panels. It's going to be less a
royal wedding and more red carpet at the party at

(07:43):
can Film Festival. The revealing down has been custom designed
and told there are five gowns in total. I don't
think she's gonna wear all five in one day, but
the wedding's gonna last about three or four days. It's
a whole week of celebrations, so lots of different gowns,
and it is one thousand percent Lauren. She's not shy,
and Jeff loves that about her. He thinks she looks incredible,
and he wants all eyes on her. Kind of sweets.

(08:08):
I'm a little bit more conservative when it comes to
a weddings. I love that show, Say Yes to the Dress.
Randy on the show known him forever. He's a really
good guy. We get drinks and he's funny and he's
a great designer. His wedding dresses are doing really really well.
But I like what he designs because they're more conservatives.
I don't like wedding dresses to look like lingerie. Now.

(08:29):
I get it. That's just my opinion. Some people like
that really sexy, over the top, dramatic look. Go for it.
If that's you, go for it. I think even if
you're not getting married in a church or a synagogue,
I like to believe there's a little bit of a
religious element to the ceremony, and I like to think
God does not want to see all my bits and pieces,
if you know what I'm meeting, and so I'm a

(08:50):
little bit more covered up. What about you? Do you
regret that your wedding dress was a little too revealing
or do you regret it was too covered up? I
get it. Everybody wants to look beautiful, look sexy, but
there is a line. Lauren likes to be the voom,
Like remember the inauguration of big political event. Huh. Her

(09:11):
top was very low, her cleavage was there for everybody
to see. She likes this look. I've never seen her
look anything but fabulous. But it's a certain type of fabulous.
It's a wow, it's a the voom, it's boom boom,
And so we shouldn't expect the wedding dress to be
any different. And I actually think probably that's a good idea.

(09:32):
Don't change who you are for one day. This is
who she is. And I think friends Jeff would be
disappointed if she came out looking like Julie Andrews. No,
that's not gonna happen. She's gonna come out looking like
Kim Kardashian. Who is going to the wedding? My friend
Nicki Gossin from page six. She bumped into all people,
Gail King on the red carpet, and she asked Gail

(09:54):
about the wedding, and Gail did confirm she's going. Nikki
is so cheeky too. She asked Gail are they registered
with an Amazon account? Gail didn't answer, but wouldn't that
be something. Where do you think they register billionaires on Amazon?
Maybe they do. That's really funny. Okay, moving along, breaking news,

(10:15):
Hold a copy has passed. I'm replacing Kelly Clarkson. So
for weeks we've been telling you Kelly Clarkson is pretty
much really considering leaving her show. It's a huge hit.
People love it, but Kelly doesn't. She's a musician, she's
a singer, she's a performer. She misses her time on
the road doing a talk show five days a week,

(10:35):
every day of the year. It's an enormous, enormous, stressful job.
It makes a lot of money. Kelly doesn't care about money.
She lives a very humble life for somebody as wealthy
as she is. She doesn't care about it. She cares
about happiness. She wants to spend time with her kids.
She wants to spend time recording new music, going on
the road and singing, and this talk show is getting

(10:57):
in the way. So top of the list and then
these to replace her, we told you first, is Holder
to hold us left for today show Hoda for a
similar reason to Kelly wants to spend time with her kids.
Hold has made so much money she doesn't need any
more money, and so she wants to be with her
kids and she doesn't want to get up anymore a
three point thirty am. That is brutal. However, if she

(11:18):
took over Kelly's show, it's much nicer hours. It's a
nine to five type of job, but it is a
lot five days a week, but it's an easier job.
So they've really wanted Holder to have her own talk show.
I think it's a great idea. Holder has approached them
and said, thank you for the offer, but no, it's
not really for me. She's flattered, of course she is,
but that isn't what she wants her life to be.

(11:40):
In fact, she's got bigger plans, insiders tell me, and
that is to start her own lifestyle brand. Think Oprah,
think Goog, think these fabulous brands. That's something that Hoder
wants to wants to build, and it's something that is
totally hers. It would be easier for me to work
for a big media company, but I wouldn't known. I

(12:00):
would rather have my substack, Rob Shooter on Substack, my
podcast Naughty but Nice. They're mine, I own them. I'm
the boss of my own little company, and I love that,
and Holder wants to do the same. When you work
for the Today Show, you are part of a massive machine,
a cog in the wheel. Even if you are the
star of the show, even if you are the host

(12:22):
of the show, the machine of the Today Show just
keeps rolling on. Look Hoder left, and the show rolled on.
Matt Lower got pushed out left rightly so and the
show rolled on. If the show can survive Katie curric leaving,
it can survive. It just goes on. Holder does not
want to do that anymore. She doesn't want to be
a cog in the wheel. She wants to be the

(12:43):
whole wheel. And even if the wheel is much smaller,
it will all be hers. I'm told this brand could
explode there, so Holder with a lifestyle brand, towels, honey, jams, clothing, makeup, beauty.
I think people really buy this. I'm told you investors
have been lining up because they believe in Holder. In fact,

(13:04):
the same reason the brand is going to be successful
is the same reason NBC would love Holder to replace
Kelly Clarkson. She's authentic, she's a person you trust. She's
not too over the top, but she's so interesting. She's beautiful,
but not too stunning that it is. It really turns
you off. She's that every person, that girl next door

(13:25):
who we all love, who we all want to be
friends with. And I know Hoder. Let me tell you
the holder off camera is the holder on camera and
that's her superpower. Good for you, Holder. Okay, quickly, before
we go to break, there will be no prenup for
Bill Bella check. So he is in the news with
his twenty four year old The unsay Jordan, Well, they

(13:47):
have just got engaged. The New York Times have all people,
not us Weekly, not People, not the Naughty but Nice podcast,
not TMC, not Radar, but no, the New York Times
has revealed that they are engaged. That's how big a
moment they are. Even the New York Times are covering
these two. So Billy is seventy three, she's just twenty
four years old. They have got engaged and now they

(14:08):
are planning their wedding and sources tell me exclusively the
Bill says he doesn't need a prenup. All he believes
in Jordan. He trusts her completely and he doesn't want
anything to get in the way of love. He's estimated
to be worth about seventy million dollars. He owns a
lot of properties. He's had decades in the NFL endorsement deals.

(14:32):
No prenup. His family, his friends are really worried about this,
but it's none of their business. You can advise somebody.
I did not sign a prenup with Bruce. When I
married Bruce, who's so much more successful than I am.
He never asked, and had he asked, I would have
signed it. But he never asked, and I was so
young and innocent at the time. It's over twenty years ago.
I'd never even heard of this sort of stuff. People

(14:54):
that grew up like me didn't have prenups, and a
regular people, there was nothing to have a prenup to protect.
It was different when I married Bruce. He was way, way,
way more successful, but no prenup came up. So love
can exist with that a prenup. I know it's gonna
be controversial here because the age difference, because of the
control issues here. What do you think about this one?

(15:16):
Is this a huge mistake? Okay, while you think about that,
we're gonna take a quick break and we will be
right back. Welcome back to the Annaughty but my show
I'm your host, Rob Shooter. Hey, let's get to the polls.
Do last show, we talked about Gwenneth Peltrow is dead
serious about launching a new candle of follow up to
her candle that was called it Smells like My vagina. Well,

(15:39):
this new candle's gonna be called it smells like my bottom,
except she's gonna say ass, which I'm not sure we
can say on this show. Would you buy it? Do
you want to smell Gwenneth Peltrow's bottom? Oh, the stories,
the story, This story made you noughty scream. Rutta, who
was one of our long time listener as a friend

(16:01):
of mine who I saw her a few weeks ago
when she was in New York. We went and got
drinks at Barkino's. It was a fabulous few hours. She's
such a cool person. She texted me saying, oh my goodness,
you're on fire today with Grennath Paltrow news. But what
do you think? Wood you buy it? Let's have her look?
Eighty five percent said no enough, I agree, I don't

(16:22):
want the candle smelling like anybody's bottom. Okay, don't forget
to vote. You can do so by going to our
twittip page at Naughty Nice rob Our facebook page is
Naughty Gossip am be sure to check back, a'ma to
hear your results. And now it's time for the nicest
of the day. Oh So, Taylor Swift has broken her

(16:45):
social media silence to support Kobe's daughter. So Taylor's trying
to keep a really low profile. She's over exposed that
to her albums, her dating life. She's really really pulled back.
She wants a moment out of the spotlight, which is
why all this Blake Lively legal drama is really really
something she wants no part of. But shit, that didn't

(17:05):
stop her. Even though she wants to keep a low profile,
that did not stop her from making a powerful statement
with a single Like. So, the pop star quietly emerged
from her social media slumber to support Natalia Bryant, the
twenty two year old daughter of the late NBA legend

(17:26):
Kobe Bryant, who just graduated from the University of Southern California. Congratulation.
Taylor hit Like on a TikTok video showing showing her
and her friends in their white dresses. It was a beautiful,
beautiful video and the lip syncing in the video to
Taylor's lyric from nothing can New. Oh I love that song?

(17:48):
Their lip sync into Taylor. They must have tagged her.
That's how she got to see it. And so even
though Taylor has not posted anything for it for days,
she obviously remains looking. She knows what's going on. She's
deeply away where social media is something that Taylor really
really enjoys. So even if she's not responding, Taylor could
be listening seeing what you are posting. Oh and nicest

(18:12):
of the day, just a simple like and now it's
time for Aniuties of the Day. Naughteen Naughty Blake Lively
is being accused of running a quote in saying toxic
and emotionally draining brand, so staffers have broke their silence.
Six former staffas have come forward to The Daily Mail
accusing the Gossip Girl actress of fostering what they describe

(18:33):
as a toxic, emotionally draining and unprofessional work environment during
her short lived brand. She had this brand in twenty fourteen.
It didn't last more than a year. The company, I'm
told her, was an absolute disaster. Staff ex employees said
there was no chairs you turn up and nothing was
set up it was chaotic, it was disorganized. Now these

(18:54):
allegations come at a particularly awkward time for Blake, who
is currently Royal in a high profile lawsuit against Justin
Bell Downy toxic working for Blake Ouch. Let's end with
a moment of rob. You get a rub, you get
a rob, You get a rob. Be patient with yourself.

(19:16):
You're becoming someone newer. Growth is uncomfortable, change is messy,
and becoming the next version of you takes time and
grace and patience. You are becoming somebody you've never been before,
so give yourself a little room to breathe. Be patient
with yourself. You're not behind. You are becoming That is

(19:40):
so important. Change is scary. The unknown is scary. But
you are becoming somebody new. This is a person you've
never been before. So that's going to be scary. That
is going to be uncomfortable, It could be messy, But
give yourself a little grace, give yourself a little patience,
and it's all gonna work out. Hey, thank you so

(20:03):
much for listening to the Naughty but Nice with Robin Naughties.
You're the co host today. Mark text me, I didn't
get a text from you. Maybe he's traveling and I
