Speaker 1 (00:08):
Terrible advice. Hello, welcome to the Naughty but Nice Show.
It's Tuesday. My name is or Arab Shooter, and every
Tuesday we're lucky enough to have my dear friend Elena Dixon,
Miss d join us. Hey, Miss Dea, there I am,
(00:29):
but oh the weather. It's been crazy, right, it's crazy.
I meant to go out tonight a friend of Bruce's,
my husband, is performing downtown at Joe's Pub. It's a
great little cabaret room in the public theater, I know.
But the show doesn't start I think till nine thirty,
so I think it's going to be in the middle
of a snowstorm. I'm quite excited about it. I'm gonna
(00:50):
look like Doctor Chavago by the time i'm home, I
think later on that evening. But do not worry. We
have tons of gossip, tons of gossip to keep us warm.
What time is it, my friends? It is So there's
a brand new pole out, Misty, and it's a shocking,
shocking pole with shocking results. Prince Harry and Megan are
(01:11):
now more unpopular than Prince Andrew in the US. You
heard me, right, So Prince Harry and Megan markle the
Duchess and the Duke of Sussex are now more unpopular
than Prince Andrew in America. According to a new pole
their popularity has sunk by forty eight points since December,
(01:37):
giving him a net approval rating of minus ten, not
ten minus ten. Now. Her Meghan's favorability has also dropped
forty points, so not such a big drop, but she
wasn't as popular to begin with, so her net favorability
(01:57):
Misty is now minor seventy minus seventeen. This poll was
released after their book came at his books Spare and
I think they come under a lot of criticism for
the book for maybe revealing too much, or maybe people
are just sick of them. Misty, what do you think? Yeah,
I think this is just kind of Megan and Harry
(02:19):
fatigue more than anything else. They were all over our
TV screens. He was talking about this book and how
horrible his family is, and it's hard to hear how
horrible your family is when your family is royalty. So
when people have what they consider maybe more intense issues,
I'm saying, everybody's burden is their own. But when you think, okay,
(02:40):
you're just having problems in the royal family. Mine yours
don't compare it to mine. I also think when it
comes to Prince Andrew, I'm not sure how many Americans
understand what he is under scrutiny for. They might just
not be as involved as people in England. So there's
really no reason to like. Oh, I don't know him,
I don't like him, so I'm kind of don't care,
(03:02):
and so that might be why it's low, but not
that people just don't follow him as much. An interesting
statistic within all this data, and there's only a tiny
amount of people misty that fell into the category of
not really been aware of who the two of them
are or not really caring. People had really strong opinions
(03:23):
about these two. And that's the little dirty secret here.
The reason they won't go away is because we won't
let them in the media business, do you know what
is the strongest emotion? Hate? It's terrible to admit that,
but love and hate sell magazines, They get clicks on websites,
they even get people listening dare I say, to podcasts.
(03:45):
So nobody's neutral on Harry and Meghan. But the pendulum
to swing forty points in such a short period of time,
I don't believe it's the book, misty. I think it's
all the publicity around the book. If you actually read
the book, which I did, about four hundred pages. Honestly,
it's a fast read, it's an easy, easy read. It's
(04:07):
very scandalous. It's like reading a very thick copy of
US Weekly. It's tabloid, it's delicious. It's not that sort
of like fancy language that people who write literate books. Right,
it's gossipy. So I enjoyed every minute of it. But
if you read the book, if you actually read the book,
he's much more sympathetic. Now we know, because of what
(04:28):
we do for a living, what has been pulled out
of the book, what has been picked out, cherry picked,
is all the most scandalous parts. And I think that's
what people read absolutely. I mean, like you said, there's
always a heroine and a villain and a reality show,
and those are the characters you remember. You don't remember
the people that are in the middle. And so this
(04:48):
is why people say, oh, I can't stand them, they're
all over. But look, just like you wouldn't want somebody
to say that they hate you and they've never met you,
and that you don't know what your personality is like,
what your morals and your values are. We should feel
the same way about Prince Harry and Meghan. And I've
had the opportunity to meet Megan Marco. I was actually
mistaken as her mama, and I have to say as
(05:10):
she was lovely and polite, she was very professional the
more the farthest she got in her career, and I
totally understand that. So for us to say, oh, we
just hate someone, it's it's it's it's not really cool
though there are people you know it's I'm not crazy
about that too. You are right, mister. I mean, I
hope people give them a fair chance. And if you're listening,
(05:31):
hellollo alone Megan and Harry, dare I suggest it's time
to find a new publicist because what you're doing is
not working like it's it's not And to have that
sort of swing, a forty point swinging popularity, that's something
that you really have to be careful of when your
(05:52):
job is being famous, when your job is being a celebrity.
They don't make movies. They are famous for obviously being
of the royal family, but they're famous for being famous.
They don't have jobs. They're not making movies like Julia Roberts,
or they're not making music like Beyonce. They're famous for
being famous. So this is why popularity really really matters,
(06:15):
because if they lose that, I don't know else what
they will do. Misty, I have no idea, which brings
us to our pole question of the day. Harry and
Megan are now more unpopular than Prince Andrew in the US.
Are you Are you sick of Harry and Megan? Go
vote on our Twitter page at Naughty Nice Rob or
(06:38):
a Facebook page which is naughty yoursip and be sure
to check back tomorrow to hear your results. Hey, Misty,
why are you working on? Well? You know that Kim
Kardashian's always breaking fashion rules, but this one she should
have thought about, because she's struggled to walk upstairs wearing
dazzling reads skin try Maxie skirt during Milan Fashion Week
(07:02):
and her stylist Chris Appleton actually caught the moment on video,
so you can imagine she's got this skirt on, it's
got she's in these high black heels and it's just
got the you know, just a little bit of give
at the back of the skirt, and so she's literally
taking like any bitty baby steps trying to get up
the stairs. And then you could hear her stylist in
the background going, come on, girl, you got this, And
(07:26):
so somebody wrote, you know, on her on the Instagram
beauty is pain And no matter what anyone says, this
is a skill set now less than ladies. You all know,
we all want to look fabulous, but you got to
be comfortable in your clothes. You mean, smooth around, have
some give. You're the most stylish person I know, Miste.
(07:48):
When we go out, you always have a fabulous ensemble
outfit on. But I've never seen you. Maybe I've seen
you in the pair of heels that might have been
a little bit too high. I have seen you wobble.
I don't know if that's there the amount of prosecco
we drink, but I have seen you. But I've definitely
never seen you in a skirt that is so tight
(08:08):
and lung that you couldn't get up steps. I mean,
that's why they put slits and skirts. She could add
a sexy slit all the way up to her who
she wanted to, that's there so you can move those
legs around. But of course I'm not sitting front row
at Milan Fashion Week at Lisa, and maybe my invitations
got lost in the mail. So I understand that she
(08:29):
has to make a statement. But ladies and gentlemen, you
can still look stylish and wear clothes. You can move in.
The clothes shouldn't wear you. You wear the clothes well,
said Misty Hey, moving along Aubrey Plaza from White Lectors.
Apparently it was very annoyed during their win, the big
(08:52):
win at the Sack Awards, so there is video up
of them on stage they won the Best Ensemble Cast.
In a comment for White Lotus, fabulous to see them
all up there. It took him a minute to decide
who was going to talk, so it was kind of
like an awkward pause. Ultimately, f Murray Abraham, he gave
a speech. And while he was giving a speech, it
(09:16):
looks as if the actor who plays Greg on the
hit series That's Jennifer Coolidge's husband, he seemingly pointed out
to Aubrey that she was about to suffer a wardrobe malfunction,
and so she shouted, She shouted out Jesus Christ. Now
(09:37):
it was unclear if she was saying that about her
own fashion almost emergency, or if she didn't really like
the fact that the speech was going on about unions
and other stuff that she might not have agreed with.
You know, it's a rule here celebrities, if you're listening
when you get up on stage at an award show,
(09:57):
even if you're not speaking, we can see you. To
be careful. They said, this is something they have to
teach actors really early on. A lot of time, people
that are beginning this profession they don't realize that when
they're not talking, you've still got to act. Like just
when you're talking, Yes, you have to act then too,
(10:18):
but it's equally as important to act when your mouth
is shut. This day, we should practice this too. Over
drinks and at dinner someone's telling you a story, you've
got to react to it too. You can't just sit
there with a blank face. And so I think this
was so wild to watch. What do you think about
it all? Oh my goodness. Well, first of all, talking
(10:39):
about fashion that you want to be comfortable, and I mean,
I hope she had a lot of boob tape to
keep that in place. I mean, it was it was addressed,
that was meant for you to think that a malfunction
could happen in any minute. And you know what, she
wore it beautifully, but you had to be careful to
keep the girls where they needed to be. Yeah. Of
(10:59):
course we've done live television and when one of us
is talking, we have to make sure that our faces. Ah. Yes,
what you're saying is the most intelligent thing in the world,
even though you're preparing to say something else. So you
know how it is right. It's like passing a baton
in a race. Hey, moving along, We have some sad,
some tragic news. We finally now know what caused Hayden
(11:23):
Panetaria's brother to die. He passed away recently. What is
the family saying, mistake? So yes, The family released a
statement and they revealed that Jansen died from an enlarged heart,
though it offers little Soulas the medical examiner reported, jen
sence sudden passing was due to an enlarged heart coupled
with an aortic valve complications. This is what the family
(11:45):
told ABC News, and they also remembered him for his charisma,
his talent, and his kindness. He's an artist, so Jansen's
heart could be seen in his eyes, his charm, and
his brilliant, engaging smile, and his soul and his masterful
and revealing paintings. This was only a twenty eight year
old man. He was found unresponsive by his friends over
(12:07):
President Days weekend in New York and he was just
sitting up in a chair unresponsive. Of course, they called
nine one one. They administered CPR, which is wonderful. This
is why everybody should know it. But he will be
remembered for being a wonderful and talented young man. Absolutely.
She's yet to comment on it, but just tragedy and
(12:28):
so young, just twenty eight years old. Hey, quickly, before
we get a break. Britney Spears is in trouble again,
dog trouble after her pup that her husband Sam gave
her allegedly escaped and bit somebody. Yeah. So, Brittany has
owned lots of dogs. She loves dogs and at the
(12:49):
moment she has a Doberman called Porscha, and sources told
TMZ that the pooch got out of their compound and
was wondering grand the neighborhood. Eventually, the dog came across
a man with his bike and the individual who was
in his seventies. He reportedly got off his bike and
then the dog bit him. Shortly after that, Britney's security
(13:13):
team arrived and they got hold of the doggie. The
man who was bitten got his injury treated at urgent care.
Additional sources went on to say it was more of
a nip than a bike. Nevertheless, Brittany got a call
from animal control and they want to make sure now
that the premises are secure. Brittany, You've got an awful
(13:37):
lot on your plate. I know this, but it is
important to be a real responsible dog owner. I have
a dog. I love dog is, but I'm also too
very very responsible. It would break my heart if I
thought my Dobby had bit somebody. And potentially there's legal
implications of this too. Absolutely. I mean, being a dog
(13:58):
owner is like having a child. You have to watch
it at all times. My family has dogs. We had
a puppy that recently passed away and it's so devastating.
And so, you know, Brittany, if right now you're concentrating
on so many other things, this might not be the
time to have a pet. And that's okay. It is
okay to say I am not in a place to
(14:19):
be able to take care of of of an animal,
because it really is a twenty four seven job. I
always say with a child, they'll learn how to go
to the bathroom on their own, hopefully, But with a
with a puppy, you know you're always going to be
chasing after it and picking up that poop. You got
to make that commitment. You gotta make that commitment or
we're wishing you all the best here. I want Brittany
(14:41):
to have some pet. Hey, let's take a quick break
and we will be right back. Welcome back, missy, Hey,
miss let's get to the polls. Thank you very much.
So Paris Hilton said that Harvey Weinstein followed her to
the bathroom when she was just nineteen years old. Our
(15:03):
question was, do you think there are more stories out
there yet to come out? So obviously Paris has kept
this very private story private for over two decades. Now
she's talking out about it. Do you think there are
more stories that will come out about Weinstein? Let's have
a look. Eighty percent said absolutely yes, they fear this
(15:28):
is just the tip of the iceberg. Hey, don't forget
to vote on today's poll at Naughty Nice Rob or
our Facebook page. You can go to there. It's called
Naughty Gossip and make sure you come back tomorrow so
that you can hear your results. And now it's time
for a nice of the day. Well, our nicis of
(15:53):
the date is Tom Cruise. As we all know, he
reunited with val Kilmer for a Top Gun Maverick, you know,
thirty years since the sequel of Top Gun, and it
actually brought him to tears. So Tom was on Jimmy
Kimmel Alive and he said, I just want to say
it was pretty emotional. I've known Valve for decades for
him to come back and play that character, He's such
(16:16):
a powerful actor that he instantly became that character again.
Like I said, Tom was in tears, he was crying,
he got emotional, and he just basically said it was incredible. Now,
if you remember, val Kellmer was diagnosed with throat cancer
in twenty fifteen and has done limited work ever since
because of a tricheotomy. So yes, I for all the
(16:39):
medical people out there, I hope I said that correctly.
So this really was an incredible connection. Incredible and I
love that Tom is showing a real human side of himself.
It's very rare for Tom to do these type of
interviews and it's lovely to see him really getting emotional
about his dear friend. Hey, let's and naughties of the day, naughty, naughty, naughty, naughty.
(17:03):
Austin Butler revealed to People magazine that he ended up
in the e R the day after he finished film
in Elvis, so he headed to the emergency room right
after filming Elvis. He revealed that it was very dramatic
his hospitalization and he was bedridden for a week with
(17:23):
a virus, and he said, I didn't get sick the
entire time I filled Elvis, but the day I finished,
I ended up in the emergency room. Back in May,
he told British GQ that while filming he had to
get up at four am and it was a lot
of work. He even lost his voice at one point.
(17:47):
But no jobs, my friend, even a job that could
potentially win you an Academy award, Nay job is worth
ending up in the emergency room. Remember that all year
work a holic sat there all your people, misdy who
worry too much about work and what people will say,
(18:07):
it's not worth it. I agree, And basically he was
running on fumes, so That's why at the end of
filming he just fell apart. His body had just reached
its limit. And you know that I do push myself.
I do, but thank goodness I got mister shooter around
and be like Darling. Put down, close the keyboard. We're
(18:29):
going out for a little, a little, a little champagnia,
happy to do it. Let's end with a moment of Rob.
You get a Robbie Robie. So for fifteen twenty minutes,
we love giving you the celebrity gossip. But for a minute,
or actually a moment, we love being a little bit
more deep to day's moment of Rob. The smartest decision
you will ever make is deciding to embrace whoever you are.
(18:54):
Work really hard at being the best you, because pretending
to be someone else never works out. Instead, find out
who you are and learn to love and accept that
person because no matter who other people want you to
(19:14):
be here, you have to be smart enough to be you.
You're enough. You really are enough. That is it for today.
