Nobody saw this coming. He has pumped up in London
in a stunning appearance at the High Court for the

first hearing of a lawsuits accusing the publisher of The
Daily Mail a phone tapping and privacy breaches. Sir the
Duke of Sussex brought this action along with other celebrities
including Elton, John Ann Elizabeth Hurley. However, nobody expected the
semi retired royal to actually show up in person in London,

but yesterday he was there. So it started yesterday on Monday,
and the hearing will consider the initial legal argument in
the case and a judge will decide if the case
can proceed. The media company denies all the allegations. Let
me explain what they are Harry, one of several people

in the case who says that they have been the
victim of criminal activity and a gross breach of privacy.
The group announced that last October they were going to
bring legal action against Associated newspapers for all this misuse
of private information. At the time, back in October, the

law firm that's representing carry alleged that the media giant
hired private investigators. There's more secretly placed listening devices into
people's cars and homes. Is Harry saying he was bugged Also,
the media Giant is alleged to have snooped on private

phone calls and also paid the police for sensitive information.
Now we're journalists, Misty, and it's very, very hard to
get a story, but there's also a line that you cross.
You don't bug people's cars, their homes, you don't pay
the police for information. It's a shocking, shocking story. But Misty,

it obviously means the world to him because there he
is in London. Nobody knew he was coming, not even
his own family. What do you think? I mean, it's
just mind boggling. Look, I'll stand outside of a bathroom

people's homes, if you're putting things inside their houses, if

a line. So this is so shocking. But it's really
interesting that Prince Harry found the time to fly to
London for Theirs. So while he's doing this, I think
he can find time on MASIX to fly in for

you think. The outcome is going to be misty. While
he's there, he has no plans to meet with his father,
the King, or his brother, Prince Williams. Sources have said
that both camps, so it's not just Harry here, but
William and also King Charles. They're too busy too, William Kate,

so they're not in London. And Harry is believed to
be staying at Frogmore Cottage, which is going to have
to shortly vacate. That's the cottage on the grounds of Windsor,

a story. Now, of course we know this is really
really complicated because it's so hard. You want to be
the first person to get to the story up, and
sometimes people do kind of take short cuts. But this

into Wendy about a week ago, a little over a

week ago, and I asked her about her podcast. We
do a podcast, mystery. I asked her you were there
and she said she's not doing a podcast. She said
it's over and she's going to LA in three weeks. Mistery.
She told us to start a new TV show. She
said she didn't want to do podcasting. So, whoever their sources,
I agree with them. Just because a publicist says something
doesn't necessarily make it true. I'm not implying here that

the publicist is lying, but the publicist and Wendy should
have a conversation, because Wendy is out and about in
New York and she's talking to people, and so she should.
She's a grown person. She can do whatever she wants.
And so make sure you're on the same page, because
if the client's telling everybody she's not doing a podcast,
and the publicist is telling everybody that she is, it

doesn't make any sense. Although I've got to admit the
quote here to page six was very very carefully worded.
As a former publicist, I looked at this and the

were having drinks with her, Misty I even said to Wendy,

wants to do new projects. She definitely is trying to
move to Los Angeles. She wants to be there basically
within the next two to three weeks, and she wants

Of course, you know, I made the suggestion that we'd
love to see her and in reality show just to

a single woman, what her next projects will be. But

her response. Was she into a reality show? She just

with a mic. I God, it's quite easy to record
a podcast there. There's no one better at it than Wendy.
So I'm not telling her not to do this. I

the Palace regarding the coronation. So the King's historical coronation

is coming up on May six, and Buckingham Palace is
reportedly in full preparation mode. They're scrambling, they're rushing, they're
getting everything together. Nobody does this better than the Bridge.
They are great a pomp and circumstance. But royal commentator
Tom Quinn sat down with The Express and he dished
on Kate and William and said they're arguing over the
role of their oldest son. That would be Prince George.

all over social media. I'm telling Sanderson that he had

was asked about her friendship with Taylor Swift, and she said,

saying they're very nice. There's something about Gwenneth. I know
she rubs people the wrong way, but I just can't

with them. Wendy Williams and her podcast, well, I can
let you know that it is not canceled, contrary to
some reports that have come out claimed otherwise. So basically

a spokesperson for Wendy Williams and saying we are still
working behind the scenes on several projects. There has been
no cancelation of the podcast. And this is coming from
Sean Zanati and he actually told it to page six.
So it's unfortunate that the credibility of storytelling is performed
without vetting sources, and seasoned reporters report on hearsay as
(11:45):
fact rather than checking facts for the truth before publishing
a story. Now, of course we know this is really
really complicated because it's so hard. You want to be
the first person to get to the story up, and
sometimes people do kind of take short cuts. But this
is why you have to do your homework. Yeah, you do, Misty.
But the problem is with this is that we bumped
into Wendy about a week ago, a little over a
(12:07):
week ago, and I asked her about her podcast. We
do a podcast, mystery. I asked her you were there
and she said she's not doing a podcast. She said
it's over and she's going to LA in three weeks. Mistery.
She told us to start a new TV show. She
said she didn't want to do podcasting. So, whoever their sources,
I agree with them. Just because a publicist says something
doesn't necessarily make it true. I'm not implying here that
(12:29):
the publicist is lying, but the publicist and Wendy should
have a conversation, because Wendy is out and about in
New York and she's talking to people, and so she should.
She's a grown person. She can do whatever she wants.
And so make sure you're on the same page, because
if the client's telling everybody she's not doing a podcast,
and the publicist is telling everybody that she is, it
(12:51):
doesn't make any sense. Although I've got to admit the
quote here to page six was very very carefully worded.
As a former publicist, I looked at this and the
quote was there has been no official cancelation of the podcast.
That is true. So Wendy was telling us through her
PR people that she was doing a podcast beginning of
the year. January came no podcast, February came no podcast.
(13:17):
March Misty's Nylidia the March, we do a podcast for
a living Misty. We're pretty good at it. Hello, Hello, Hello,
And so we asked Wendy about this, and when we
were having drinks with her, Misty I even said to Wendy,
I even said to her, would you like me to
introduce you to our podcast people, the people that we
work with, And Wendy said, no, Rob, you were there,
She said, nope, I'm not doing the podcast. Yes, she
(13:39):
wants to do new projects. She definitely is trying to
move to Los Angeles. She wants to be there basically
within the next two to three weeks, and she wants
to get back on television. That's where she was comfortable now.
Of course, you know, I made the suggestion that we'd
love to see her and in reality show just to
see how she is putting her life back together as
a single woman, what her next projects will be. But
(14:01):
we'll see what happens. If she does want, you can
thank me, Wendy, thank you very much. I don't remember
her response. Was she into a reality show? She just
kind of strugged and gave her Wendy smile. That's what
she wants to do. She wants to be back on
TV doing the Wendy william Show. If she wanted to
record a podcast, I could go over there right now
with a mic. I God, it's quite easy to record
a podcast there. There's no one better at it than Wendy.
So I'm not telling her not to do this. I
(14:24):
would listen to it. I would love it. Twenty minutes
a day of Wendy talking about celebrities sign me up.
But she doesn't want to do it. If she wanted
to do it, it would have happened, So I don't
know about that story. Hey, quickly before we get a break.
Prince William and Kate are reportedly in a argument with
the Palace regarding the coronation. So the King's historical coronation
(14:46):
is coming up on May six, and Buckingham Palace is
reportedly in full preparation mode. They're scrambling, they're rushing, they're
getting everything together. Nobody does this better than the Bridge.
They are great a pomp and circumstance. But royal commentator
Tom Quinn sat down with The Express and he dished
on Kate and William and said they're arguing over the
role of their oldest son. That would be Prince George.

He's only nine and what role will he play in
the event. Quinn noted that they're both worried that there's
too much pressure being placed done a nine year old
miss d and they don't know if they want him
to have a big role during such a big day.
Maybe he can do something small. But they also said
this echoed the uncomfortable positions that often William and Harry
found themselves in during their childhood. We all remember them

walking behind their mother's coffing so let's let's just say
that this isn't the same. I get that they're not
this is apples and oranges. But what they are trying
to say here is he's nine. Let's cut him a break.

have these crazy FaceTime rituals. One of them is Kelly
Ribber putting her computer up on a ladder because she
wants to make sure that she's at that good angle.
And girl, I totally understand you need it up and
facing down because she was saying that she doesn't want
him to see what gravity is doing. But we all

know she looks fantastic. I just love the fact that

the Real Housewives of Salt Lake City. Her sentence could
be reduced by a year, so according to the Federal

Bureau of Prisons, her sentence has been reduced. She is
now scheduled for release on August thirtieth, twenty twenty eight.
A pel person spoke with People magazine and said quote,
I have spoken to my client over the phone this
week and she's doing very well and remains committed towards
making her victims whole. She has initiated her payments towards

her itstribution, and we hope to have her home as
soon as possa ball oh I no, no misty. She
pled guilty. She pled guilty to defrauding thousands of people
out of their money, particularly elderly people, in a telemarketing scheme.
Initially she pled not guilty, and then she changed her mind.

She has been sentenced to serve what we thought was
a six and a half year sentence. Now it's a
five and a half year sentence. And also she has
to pay six point five million dollars and naughtiest of
