Prince Harry is back in the UK — but not for tea with Charles. Mark Consuelos may be baring it all for fashion — but behind the scenes, ABC executives are baring their teeth. Actor Adam Mondschein, who played the OBGYN in the now-infamous birth scene, is speaking out — and he’s not holding back.

Speaker 1 (00:09):
Yee, it's no welcome. Do the naughty bur nic sham
your host, Rob Shooter. It's Wednesday morning now. Normally, our
dear friend Donny Meecham joins us every Wednesday. He's been
doing that for years. Today sick. He's not feeling very well.
I woke up to a text from Donnie saying he
is not well. So Donnie, I know you're listening. Feel better,

(00:30):
my friend. Don't worry. We've got a ton of gossip
to get to. What time is it, my friends? It
is tea time. Big story at the top of the show.
So Prince Harry is back in London, saying it is
too dangerous for him to visit with his kids without
police protection. So Harry is back in the UK. But
it's not to have tea with his dad or his brother. No,

(00:53):
this is because he is going to court. He made
a surprise solo It's appearance at London's High Court yesterday,
launching a two day legal appeal to regain tax payer
funded security for himself, Meghan and their children. Insiders tell
me the whole situation is quote tense, embarrassing and deeply personal.

(01:18):
So Harry's can be saying that he feels abandoned, that
he believes he's been punished and he's done nothing wrong.
So when Harry and Meghan stepped away from being official,
working members of the Royal family, they lost their police protection.
This happens to everybody now. He took that to court,

(01:38):
saying that he feels like he's been singled out for
an unjust and for inferior treatment, a sting in line
that was aimed directly at the UK Home Office and quietly,
I think we can say, at the firm, at the
Palace itself. And while Harry is pleading this case in
London whereas his dad, well, his dad took off and

(02:02):
is in Italy with Queen Camilla. They did overlap. There
was a rare three hours, about three three and a
half hours. My team did the research where they were
both in the UK at the same time. They could
have met, they were both on British soil, but know
that did not happen. They did not call each other,
there was no meeting, there was no coffee. Insiders tell

(02:22):
me there was not even a text. So this emotional
frost has not forwwed between son and father. Now Harry,
who's nigh forty, is arguing that if he returned to
the UK, it's just too dangerous without proper police protection.
And he reminded the court that he had personally offered

(02:44):
to fund armed guards and that was rejected. Meanwhile, his children,
Archie and Lilibert, they've barely set foot on UK soil
since the whole family moved to America. Let me explain
what's going on here. So work in Royals do not
get full time police protection. If they go to a

(03:05):
big event and it's thought necessary, of course there is
security there. This isn't something that the British Police Force do.
You can't hire them. When Madonna goes to London, when
Taylor Swift goes to London, they are given security at
big events there are concerts, but they don't have a
twenty four hour security entourage that is provided by the

(03:28):
British taxpayers. They pay for that themselves. Now this is
where Harry is getting a little bit confused. He can
hire the same security as Madonna, as Taylor Swiped, as
anyone that visits the UK that is really high profile,
But he can't hire the London Police. They're not an
organization that offer rent. If that was the case, think

(03:49):
what would happen. All the rich people in London would
hire several policemen to just follow them around, and what
happened if they broke the laws? Is this buying off
the police. It's not an institution that you can pay for.
I can't turn up in London and hire ten policemen.
It just doesn't work like that. And if I hire
ten policemen, the work that they should be doing in

(04:09):
London on the tubes, making sure London's safe, they won't
be doing because they're following me around to fancy restaurants
and to know Boo and to concerts. So you can't
hire the police. So the only other option is for
the Home Office to give Harry back his tax payer
funded security while he visits. That is a very bad look.

(04:31):
Brits are struggling. Everybody is really struggling at the moment.
Goodness knows. Prices are higher than ever. It's really really
expensive to just be alive at the moment. So the
last thing the British public want is to be paying
for Meghan, Harry and the children. Does anybody want anything
bad to happen to them? Absolutely not. I'm not saying
that nobody wants anything bad to happen to Harry or

(04:54):
anybody else in the royal family or anybody else in
the whole world. We don't want bad things to happen. However,
we can't all be given security. You have to decide
the lie and where is the line between Yes, that's
part of your job, you get security, and no, you
no longer get government security. But if you want to

(05:16):
pay for private security, you get it. Celebrities have this
all the time. Sometimes I go out with celebrities and
they have security guards with them. Sometimes they don't. They
assess the risk. Last time I had drinks with Wendy Williams,
I went out with Wendy a couple of years ago.
Wendy didn't have any security with her. She had a driver.
Last time I went out with big big stars Jessicas

(05:37):
Simpson and Jalo, they did have securities. When they were
at a public event, so if they were doing the
signing or a red carpet, there was security. But afterwards
at the after party, they did not have security there.
And so it's your your decision. I understand why Harry
feels vulnerable. Everybody wants to protect their kids, their spouse.
I totally get that, but instead of trying to hire

(06:00):
the British Police force higher private security. There are some
of the best security guards in London. I was in London,
went to Paris Hilton and the security team private, not
provided by the government, private were fantastic. She did a
signing of a fragrance at a big store. Now the
police was there because the police knew this was going

(06:21):
to be a big event, that they were there to
do crowd control. But they did that for free. That
was part of their job of keeping law and order. However,
Paris's personal security she paid for herself. So Harry, I
get what you're trying to do here. I get you
keep saying. Your lawyer keeps reminding us that he did
offer to pay. But let's remember he didn't offer to

(06:41):
pay for a private security. He was trying to pay
for the London Police and that is something that you
just can't do. And I think we can all agree
it's probably a good thing you can't do that, because
if you could do that, we could all rich people
could all buy off police people. And that's not a
society we want to live in at all. So Harry
here in London, arguing again he won't let this go.

(07:04):
He will not return to the UK unless he has
government funded security. However, well undercut this argument. This is
in the UK now, and he has private security. He
went to a wedding in the UK and had private security.
Megan was there for several different events a couple, not several,

(07:25):
a couple since they left the family what five years ago.
She was fine, nobody wants anything bad to happen here,
but they decided to leave the job. It's like if
I left my pr job and still wanted to keep
my company credit card. Know what the answers know. If
you're lucky enough to maybe have a car allowance with
your job, when you leave the job, you lose the car,

(07:46):
So the perks of the job have gone when the
job goes. He would argue, but he's still a prince. Absolutely,
yes you are. And you've made a lot of money
being a prince in America, over a hundred million dollars
just on a TV deal, on a podcast deal, and
so maybe spend some of that money on private security
when you are in Britain, which brings us to our

(08:07):
whole question of the day. Harry is warning that the
UK is just too dangerous for his kids without police protection.
Do you agree, yes or no? Hey? Go vote on
a Twitter page at Naughty Nice rab facebook page is
Naudy goozib. I'm be sure to check back tomorrow to
hear your results. Okay, moving along, Mark can suele us,
who you know I love, is nearly naked in an

(08:29):
ad campaign and it's raising eyebrowser Disney So Mark who
co hosts Live with Kelly Ripper. His wife is bearing
all and for fashional though I think it's a little
bit for retention. But behind the scenes ABC executives are
a little bit shocked. So sources tell my substack. I've
started a substack if you want to see these pictures

(08:50):
of delicious Mark. They're suitable for work. He looks fantastic,
but you know I wouldn't open them in a public place.
Let's say that bits and pieces are covered. However, they
still are quite racy. So my substack is Rob Shooter.
Thank you for following Mark's Raaunchy pictures for the Stuart
Weissman ad campaign were featured on Live. Sir Kelly held

(09:12):
them up on the show. However, executives behind the scenes
were called a little bit of God sources tell me
they weren't told, they weren't asked, and they definitely didn't
approve this, and they're really not that thirralt about it.
Can you imagine if Robin Roberts or George Stephanopolis or
Michael Straham wanted to post naked pictures or almost naked pictures,

(09:34):
there would be concern about that. There is a morality
clause when you work for Disney you do have to
sign this long contract. Part of the contract is living
up to a morality cause. And now morals are a
very interesting thing, aren't they. They'd change what is acceptable
today was probably not acceptable thirty years ago. So this
would have got you fired twenty years ago, maybe ten
years ago, but now maybe not so much. And he

(09:56):
is gorgeous, he is a model, he is an actor.
But so what do you think about these pictures? Particularly
now for staff that work with Mark? Would you like
to see your boss almost naked? Would you be able
to come in the morning meeting and say, good morning,
this is what we're doing today. Oh, by the way,

(10:17):
what great abs you have under that shirt. It's difficult,
isn't it. You're not allowed to walk around at ABC
without your underwear on. You're not allowed to walk around
without your pants on, so should you be allowed to
take photographs without your clothes on? This is a really
big discussion at the moment. There is a young gentleman

(10:38):
who used to work with me, Patrick McDonald, who's a
big producer, was a big producer at Bravo. He's been
fired from Bravaro. So he alleges after he started an
only fans page. It's very, very explicit. It's not comparing
this to Mark is not right. What Mark is doing
is arty, it's very Kelvin Klein, it's very fashion. What

(10:58):
Patrick's doing is outright x rated. However, Bravo fired him,
or didn't fire him, they stopped using him. He was
a freelancer on one of those housewife shows. And Patrick
claims the minute he started this only fans page his
X rated modeling business that he never got called back
from from Bravo. And so I don't think ABC is

(11:21):
getting rid of Mark. He's a superstar. He makes a
lot of money for that network. But what would happen
now if a producer at ABC took some erotic pictures
for their partner and they leaked out, could they be
fired now after if the host can do it, why
can't the people behind the camera do it? What do
you think? This is a little bit more complicated, isn't

(11:42):
it than we first thought? Okay, moving along, Glenn Close,
he's refusing to give a nervous Kim Kardashian acting advice.
Aren't the set so the seventy eight year old Oscar
nominated legend, she should be in Oscar? Come on, it's
Glenn Close. She's doing a new film, a new series.
It's a legal drama a Ryan Murphy legal drama for

(12:04):
Hulu with Kim, and people asked her what was it
like working with Kim Kardashian and she said she was amazing.
She said that she's a brilliant woman. But she would
not presume to give Kim acting advice. Now, at first,
that sounds like Glenny's been a little bit distant, a
little bit remote. I've been around actors. My husband Bruce

(12:26):
recently had a Broadway music hall, he's had a West
End show, He's done animated movies. I've been around a
lot of actors. You don't give actors acting notes. You
talk to them about the character. I did not know
this etiquette I'm like, say the line like this. No, no, no,
you're not allowed to do that. You're not allowed to
give line readings at all. And so although this sounds
a little bit harsh, it does aget. It sounds a

(12:48):
little bit harsh. Glenn was not being being here. She's
actually been really professional. Actors would argue that I can't
tell you how to say that line. It's got to
come from you. How do you feel, what's the motivation,
how do you want to do that? And then I
react to it, but I can't tell you what to do.
It's thought of us very disrespectful. So even though here
it sounds as if Glenn's not trying to help, it's

(13:10):
the opposite. She's trying to help a lot. Okay, moving along,
Blake liveliest co star has hit back. This is a
big story. So Adam Mondschen, who played the obgyn in
now the infamous birth scene, and is speaking out. He's
not holding back at all. He said, quote, I'm not

(13:31):
going to speculate as to Miss Lively's motivations for mentioning
me and her complaint. She mentioned him, Adam in her lawsuit.
He continued, but my experience working with her is very
different from the one she describes in the lawsuit she
described sexual harassment. She also said that Justin Baldoni hired
a friend this Adam, to be part of a really

(13:55):
intimate moment in the movie. It was a birthing scene
where she was nearly nearly naked. Well, now Adam's firing back,
saying she never complained, she never expressed discomfort, and there
was nothing unusual or improper about the scene. In fact,
it was entirely professional. He goes on to dispute her
claims that she was almost naked, saying she was wearing

(14:16):
a full hospital gown, black shorts, and a torso coloring
prosthetic because she was pregnant, and additional garments of her
own choice underneath. He then also says he didn't get
this job because of a friendship with the director, with
the co star. He's got an amazing resume. He put
out his resume, and he said, it's dismissive to say
I was just hired as someone's friends. After all this

(14:37):
work I've done, I'm really qualified for this. Now this
is explosive because it's another person coming forward, questioning, really
questioning what Blake said in her court filing once again,
really coming after the credibility of Blake Lively. Blake, this

(14:59):
is getting Nastia and Nastia. It is beyond me that
the two of you have not settled this. I cannot
believe this will go to trial. If it does, it's
going to be absolutely explosive. You're both going to damage
one another, maybe to the point where you can't bounce back,
and the only people who are going to win are
the lawyers. Think about it, Blake, if you're listening, a lower, lower, lower. Okay,

(15:20):
we're going to take a quick break and we will
be right back. Welcome back to the naughty but nicea
your hostop shooter. Hey, let's get to the polls are dumb,
Thank you very much. Did you think along? So Megan
Markle has issued an apology after her as ever stock
left fans very disappointed. So people bought stuff online or

(15:41):
they thought they bought it. Meghan ran out, They sold out,
so she had to issue an apology and a refund.
That question was quite simple. Will you will you try
to order again? Yes? Or no? Will you try to
order when you order something and you get that email
two days later, Sara, here's a refund. We don't have it.
I'm like so disappointed. I'm like I was really looking

(16:03):
forward to that, and I don't normally go back and reorder.
Will you reorder again, Let's have a look. Eighty percent
said no, you gave it a shot, you tried to order,
and now that's it. You blew it. Bad customer service
is really, really, really frightening. If you don't treat your
customer as well, they don't come back, even if the

(16:24):
product is fantastic. I love great jeans, great shoes, but
I also like the experience of buying them. If it's
a bad experience, I buy a different brand, I go
to a different store. Megan, get this together, Okay, don't
forget to vote on today's pol got a Twitter page
at Naughty Nice rab Our facebook page is naughty your

(16:47):
your results. And now it's time for our nicest of
the day. A nicest of the day is Shiloh Joe Lee.
I was gonna say Pitt, but it's no longer pitched
Shiloh Joe Lee, who's stepping into their own beauty. So
it's not easy being compared to two of the most
beautiful people in the world, Brad Pitt and Angelina Jolee. Well,

(17:07):
now we spotted Shiloh coming out of an LA dance
studio eighteen years old now and looking fan fantastic, had
braids in their hair. It's very Laura Croft inspired. It
looked fantastic. Sources, I'm telling me that Shiloh is forging
their own path forward. Oh, this is lovely to see.

(17:29):
For a long time Shiloh really really was uncomfortable in
their own skin. You could see it. People would talk
about it. Now really stepping out of the shadow into
that spotlight, you look fabulous. I nicest of the day,
and now I know it is the day. Naughty, naughty, naughty. Oh,
it's Meg and Markle. Meghan has now ditched both her
last names, so her podcast now she's just going by

(17:52):
one name. She's the new Beyonce, the new Madonna, the
new Cheer. There's a new one name person in town
and it is me. So at the top of the
show she says, I'm Meghan. No Markel, no Sussex, no fanfare,
just Megan. Now. The reason missus naughty is Just a
few weeks ago, Meghan went viral for telling off Mindy Kaling,

(18:13):
who said Meghan Markel and she said, oh no, no, no, no,
it's Meghan Sussex. Now well, a few weeks later, it
looks like she's not Meghan Sussex anymore. She is just Meghan.
I watched I saw all the promos and its confession
with the female founder with Meghan. Noticed the name just Meghan,
and the closing credits it says, hosted by Megan, just Megan.

(18:35):
So moving forward, it is just Meghan. But Meghan, you
can't change this again. You're not diddy. It's enough with
the name changes Megan, moving forward. Note taken, Let's end
with the moment of rub you rob, you gonna rob,
you gonna rob. Generosity makes life better. The more generous
you are, the easier, the more satisfying, and the more

(18:58):
fun your life becomes. And yet so many of us
learned this the hard way. We think giving will drain us,
take our time, our energy, our resources, but in fact
it does the opposite. Generosity creates connection, It builds purpose.
It remind you that you have something to offer, whether

(19:20):
it's your time, your kindness, your knowledge, or just your presence.
When you give freely, life gives back to you. Oh,
that's lovely, isn't it be generous? Generous today? That is it? Naughtise?
Thank you so much for listening to the Naughty but
Nice with Rob and Nortisha. You're the co host today.
