Speaker 1 (00:12):
It's hello, welcome to the Naughty but Niceham, your host
to Rob Shooter. It's Thursday, which means our dear friend
Mark Lubou joins us. Hey, Lubi are there?
Speaker 2 (00:23):
Bloopy lowis here?
Speaker 1 (00:24):
Hey Rob, Hey Lupy. I love that name. It just
makes me giggle. It reminds me of Betty Boop. It's
just one of those cute names a lot too. I
love it. Did you see the music all? I went
to see Betty Boop last week.
Speaker 2 (00:37):
I wanted to see it. No, I didn't see it.
Speaker 1 (00:39):
Oh, Mark, get yourself tickets, tap dancing, singing. There's a
really cute guy calls Ainslie, who is an openly gay
guy playing Betty Boop's boyfriend, who is delicious. He's from Australia.
He's like the new Hugh Jackman. He's just the best.
Speaker 2 (00:54):
It's so funny. I went to see Gypsy last Thursday
and Megan Wrkle was audience as well.
Speaker 1 (01:03):
What was it I hear she had quite a scene.
Speaker 2 (01:06):
Well, I was sitting behind me Burkas and his husband,
so that was my kind of view. But yeah, there
was a scene I think after the show ended from.
Speaker 1 (01:12):
Megan when she enters the theater. Is it just before
the lights go down or do the lights go down
and then they slip her in? How did she do it?
Speaker 2 (01:19):
I think it was all done in secret because no
one really knew. It seemed like it was very quiet.
She didn't make a scene about herself, which was kind
of surprised she didn't.
Speaker 1 (01:27):
Whenever I've been to the theater with a big star,
like a big pop star or a big actress, what
happens is you get there and you wait in your
car outside and then the stage manager, the house manager
comes out and says, we've just lowered the lights, and
then they slip you in through the side door. You
can walk through the lobby, but everybody seated. So the
minute the conductor picks up his bat on to start
the orchestra, that's when you slip in. So nobody knows
(01:49):
you're there for the first act. It's what do they
do with intermission? Do they usher her out or did
she stay in the scene.
Speaker 2 (01:55):
I don't think she was in the in the lobby.
There was no traction. There's no star horror power in
the lobby. I think they went to some private room.
Speaker 1 (02:03):
Got it, got out. Yeah, I saw Julia Roberts. She
was watching Pretty Woman the musical. Obviously she was in
the movie. And what happened is that when intermission came
and Usher went down the aisle like two minutes before intermission,
and Julia left while the show was just ending act one,
and they put her into like some VIP suites, and
then she didn't come back out after the intermission until
(02:25):
everybody was seated. I love the mechanics of it. Often
two celebrities by the two seats behind them, so they
can put people behind them so you can't actually sort
of get to them. Oh, Megan, Megan, Megan. That would
have been distracting to me. Marks. I probably wouldn't have
watched a Gypsy. It's a great show. I would have
just stared at Megan.
Speaker 2 (02:44):
It's hard not too. I mean, she really is her
own show.
Speaker 1 (02:47):
She's that's a fabulous way of putting her the kind way. Okay,
let's jump into our show. What time is it, my friends?
It is tea time, So we have some Megan news.
At the top of the show. Sources are saying Prince
William has decided that he's going to strip Harry and
Meghan of their h that's his her Royal highness titles.
When he becomes king, he feels betrayed to the core. So,
(03:09):
according to Pallas Insiders, the future king is not the
king yet has every intention of stripping Harry and Meghan
of their his and her royal titles, and it's a
move that's going to start probably a civil war. But
William feels betrayed and he just is done with this.
He's also sick to of them seemingly using their royal
(03:31):
connections to sell stuff. Now, they're always going to be
famous as celebrities. They can do whatever they want. But
the Sussex title, the HRH titles, they probably won't have
those now. Inside, as are saying at the moment, William
is biting his tongue out of respect for his dad,
King Charles. But once the crown is his, all that changes.
(03:51):
Harry and Meghan need to think about this. Charles is
a really nice guy and he's their dad. He's just
the sweet guy. He doesn't like conflict. He's the opposite
its conflict. William not so much. William MKAT are pretty
tough and when they take over, when they finally become
the King and the Queen, they've already decided some of
the things they're going to do, they're going to make
the family smaller. I'd be very worried if I was
(04:13):
Prince Andrew, the Duke of York, that shady one, and
I certainly would be a little bit not worried, but
I think I would know if I was Harry or Meghan,
I'm probably not going to be able to use this
royal stuff quite as much because William's going to take
it away.
Speaker 2 (04:28):
What do you think, you know, I'll be worried too, Rob,
because they have made their money using these titles. That's
how they kind of secure these friend deals and these
TV shows and the jelly and whatever. My thing is this, though,
you know, Prince Harry will always be Prince Harry. He
was born of friends, and so I think it's unlikely
this will happen. I think, you know, this might be
(04:49):
shots fired. As we discussed, the family is very petty.
They like to speak to us via the media. So
maybe this is their way of letting them know, like, hey,
you need to pull back on all these endorsements and
stuff embarrassing us, you know, in a nice way. But
I don't know. I still see Harry is just royalty
in his blood.
Speaker 1 (05:08):
It is sort of what it is, isn't it. They
tried to do this with Diana. When Diana got divorced,
she lost her title. She lost her title, she got
the money. When Sarah Ferguson got divorced, she kept the title.
So Fergie is still HRH, but she didn't get any money.
I think I'd rather the money than the title. Like
you could keep all those hr hs. People don't even
(05:29):
know sort of really quite what that means. You can
even keep your dooke and your duchess. Give me the money. Well,
they're not going to get either. I don't think William's
William was going to be his own man. I think
we didn't see much change when Charles became king. He
pretty much followed in the footsteps of his mom. There
hasn't been any huge massive changes. I think William a
different generation, a different sort of style of leadership. I
(05:53):
think we're going to see the family really really change
when that when that moment comes, I think.
Speaker 2 (05:58):
So too, And I think that's what is needed at
this point, because it doesn't need you know, the generations
are changing and there's different expectations in different ways of living,
and my thing is, though, I think, if Diana we're
still here, should really want these brothers to reunite and
not have this divide. And that's I think, ultimately what
I hope happens here. Forget the titles and whatever. Are
(06:18):
their family, and I would like to see them, you know,
come together at some point.
Speaker 1 (06:22):
Yeah, well, we're good people. And I'm not saying they're
bad people, but they're This family is petty. Yeah, And
when people say when they listen to the show, I
love Harry, I love Meghan, I love Kate, I love William,
I love all four of them. But I can that
they are a little tricky they and so they should.
They They were born to be royals. From the day
(06:44):
these two boys were born, people bowed to them. Can
you imagine being three years old and a grown man
had to come in the room and bow to you. Mark,
It's going to change your perspective about the world, and
not necessarily for the best. Like this is a big,
big moment in the royal family, and I think William.
I think William wants to put his own stamp on it.
(07:05):
And I think too, this is an easy petty move
to make because it doesn't really change anything. If he
strips them of the title, it's not changing the constitution.
It's not changing massive infrastructure within the Palace which probably
needs to be tweaked a little bit as we as
we move forward. This is an easy thing to do,
but it makes a lot of noise, which is often
(07:25):
what politicians, what people in power like, They like to
make a lot of noise. If he does this, he's
going to set himself up as his own man, which
brings us to our pole question of the day. Prince
William has every intention of formally stripping a Prince Harry
a mega model of their royal titles. Is this the
right move or is this the wrong move? Hey? Go
(07:46):
vote on our Twitter page i'd nady nisrab our Facebook
pages naughty gossip and be sure to check that tomorrow
to here your results. Hey Lupie, what are you working on?
Speaker 2 (07:56):
All right? So Serena Williams is feeling conflicted after the
rag fall out over the Super Bowl?
Speaker 1 (08:03):
All right?
Speaker 2 (08:04):
So Serena really they have set the Super Bowl stage
on fire with her surprise dance cameo during Kendrick Lamar's
explosive halftime performance, But behind the scenes things got icy
and fast.
Speaker 1 (08:15):
Yes.
Speaker 2 (08:16):
So when she was asked and she was shading her
former flame, Serena said, absolutely not. I would never do that.
It's sad that anyone would even think that. But brought
up all sources say that seren didn't regret working with Kendrick.
They revealed that the tennis star didn't anticipate how fast
the headlines would turn the moment into.
Speaker 1 (08:36):
What was she thinking? What was she thinking? Come on,
we need the song, the dance. She knew what she
was doing. I hit the phones and I spake to
my Drake. So they said, Drake is not buying this
at all. They used to date and so it was
a real, real digheare, she knew what she was doing,
He knew what.
Speaker 2 (08:52):
She was doing.
Speaker 1 (08:53):
We all know what was going got here, So why
pretend otherwise just because he got a lot in the kitchen? Answeredly,
pretend that you didn't know. I'd have more respect for
everybody involved with They were like, yes, I absolutely was
being naughty. Yes I guilty, guilty, guilty, And it's not
like she got caught. This is a national television show
(09:14):
to one hundred million people. Serena, girl, you want camera
doing this? We saw it with that old eyes. It
definitely was a diss definitely, of course.
Speaker 2 (09:25):
I mean this is one of many songs that he's
written about Drake. I mean in the song, the accusma
of being a pedophile, Like, what's she talking about? And
they're both from Compton Ray and they were trying to
celebrate where they're from. But the song is literally directed
at Drake. It doesn't make any sense.
Speaker 1 (09:43):
Yeah, And it wasn't like she just got up and
he was like called her up on stage. They rehearsed this.
She had careography. The way she's talking is like, oh,
it's just at a club, Mark and you know what,
Taylor Swift sang that horrible song about Mark Lupo and
she pulled me out the crowd to dance and oh
so embarrassed of all the songs, I was dancing to
an anti Mark Lupo. Something. No, that did not happen.
(10:06):
This was choreographed, it was rehearsed. She knew the sung
during rehearsals. I might have said to my people, I
don't know if this is such a good idea. I
don't know if I want to do this. It doesn't
feel Can I dance to a different song? I don't
know if or should I Just like I said, I'll
bring the tennis racket out and I'll hit balls into
the crowd. But I'm not doing that sort of Drake
(10:27):
dance to mock him. Serena, you're too smart. This is
not being insulting here. This is a compliment. You're too
smart to think we're gonna believe that we know you know,
Drake knows. Okay. Moving along, Oh, this is heartbreaking, but
also rather beautiful. They discovered love of notes in Gene
Hackman's really ramsacked house. And the house was in disarray
(10:51):
when the cops arrived. And we've all seen the photographs
of the pills and the dogs and all the stuff
in the house. But the one thing that's not being
reported very much is there were love notes all over
the place. Everyone signed with love. Also to it showed
Gene's sense of humor, saying love from what's his name?
He had Alzheimer's and he was aware of that. So
(11:14):
there was a lot of love, a lot of love
in this house.
Speaker 2 (11:17):
Mark.
Speaker 1 (11:17):
And when bad things happen, we always want the details,
the juicy stuff. But I think this is really beautiful
mark that these two loved each other. You could tell
by the notes that he would send her, by the
notes she would send him. You know, it's something ton't
think about. God forbid something happens to us and somebody
comes into our apartment. What will they take away? I
(11:40):
want people to know that Bruce and I love each other.
I'd really think that's important. We don't have love notes
around the place, but we might do. Now might I
might start writing them? I thought this is beautiful.
Speaker 2 (11:51):
I think of this too first. I mean, I'm so nosey.
I love seeing inside people's homes and I love to
see what's going on and having just like us. You know,
it reminds me almost you know myself. It's like in
my apartment, if I were to disappear, there's I have
a box. I have this a big metal box, and
I put all these notes that people have written me. Cards,
(12:11):
things are special that you can't replace, and I keep
them on one place. And then I just like when
I'm feeling nostalgic, I like to look reflect bag and
I just remind I'm reminded of the people of my
life and that have cared for me over the over
the year.
Speaker 1 (12:23):
That's so lovely. I'll have to send you a little
note to put into the bark. I know it's so
nice my house. My sister visited last weekend from Britain.
And my house is not a glamorous house. It's not
a palace. But it's a home full of love. And
that's what I want people to take away from it.
(12:43):
I like it to be a little chic like your
apartment mark, but it's full of like just happiness. And
I love the fact there's doggy toys everywhere, Like I
don't clean up his ball or his bones. Like if
you come to this house, there's a water bowl pretty
much in every room because he's too lazy to walk
down the hallway. I'm looking at your right now, I'll
be my little dog. And so I want people to
(13:03):
know that. And so everything we're taken away from this
really horrific story, there's also too a lot of love
that was in that house. Okay, moving along. Chloe Kardashian,
who you know is my favorite Kardashian, is spilling the
tea about her reality show Who's the Pickiest of All
the Kardashians. It might surprise you what did she have
(13:25):
to say?
Speaker 2 (13:26):
So Chloe revealed that the big sister Courtney is hands
down the pickiest when it comes to cutting content from
the reality show.
Speaker 1 (13:34):
I know.
Speaker 2 (13:34):
She said it's because Corny will say things like I
say like too much, so remove that word. And though
Chloe assured fans that she's not scrubbing full storylines, she
made it clear that any of the sisters and including
Chris Jenner, can scrub footage they don't like.
Speaker 1 (13:52):
Ah, it's so oh, I like this. People would think
it was Kim. Kim's very comfortable in her own skin. Actually,
I've interviewed these ladies. I've been around them obviously for
like twenty years fifteen years of that show. Chloe's my
favorite because she just says it as it is. Kim
is magnificent. To look at it. When you're in a
room with Kim, you're like, she's beautiful. She's just physically
(14:13):
stunning to her skin. Oh my goodness, she doesn't have
any pause, the one that's a little bit frosted. I
wouldn't want to be on the wrong side of Courtney.
Courtney's a tough one. I wouldn't mess with Courtney, and
so it does not surprise it. I think Courtney doesn't
really want to do it. She just does it for
the buddy, and she's made it quite clear she's really
not that into it. She doesn't mess about.
Speaker 2 (14:34):
No, there's been storylines over the years of her wanting
to quit, and she doesn't really seem to be on
the show as much as the others. I think she
has a real life now and she doesn't.
Speaker 1 (14:42):
Really that's a real life. Yeah, it's actually sort of
a compliment that she has a real life. The others don't.
This is their whole life. And they do sort of
imply though that they wouldn't cut storylines, just tweak it.
Come on, the Kardashians. They're not known for their light touch.
They're not They're not subtle mark. They're not a subtle group.
(15:05):
I can't imagine them. If there's something they don't like,
it's gone. Let's be clear, of course.
Speaker 2 (15:11):
I mean, they're executive producers of their own show. They
have performed decision making in this.
Speaker 1 (15:15):
Please, that's the whole point of being the executive producer
of your own show is to be in charge. I
love it, I love it, I love it. Okay, we're
going to take a quick break where we're not going
to make any edits to this Mark, who's the fussiest
the last show. You're a little particular. You were when
you began, now not so much. Yeah, Donn is a
little fussy too. I don't need it anything, I know.
I tell everybody I will. I leave it in. Okay,
(15:36):
we're going to take a quick break and we will
be right back. Welcome back to the ignored it but
nic show. I can't admit that. I can't believe. I
just admit that often because when we record the episodes,
some of the co hosts don't actually listen to the
episodes because they just recorded it. They're in the episodes,
they know what we spoke about. Some people do listen
to the shows. Donnie never listens to the episodes, so
(15:58):
when he asks me to edit stuff, I can say yes,
and I never do because I know he'll not hate it.
Do you listen more? You know?
Speaker 2 (16:06):
I listened to the other co host shows. I don't
listen to myself always. I do sometimes, but I hate
to hear myself talk same.
Speaker 1 (16:12):
I think you have a lovely voice. What is it
that you don't like? I don't.
Speaker 2 (16:15):
I think it's just everyone has that feeling of just
you did well.
Speaker 1 (16:19):
I love my voice I think I've got to love
I've got the oddist voice of all of us, and
I love listening to myself. I can Let's get to
the poles. Last show we talked about Katie Perry is
starting to regret ever going to space. The backlash. More
people are being vicious about this. Our question was, was
(16:42):
the whole stunt? Was the pr stunt a big mistake?
Let's have a look. Seventy percent said yes, that NOVIC
just feels like billionaires playing tourists. We could have fed
so many people with the billions. They didn't really do
anything in space. Like often, space is about exploration, finding
(17:02):
something about science. And I'm also too. I'm told there's
an eternal internal debate at NASA because they shouldn't be
calling themselves astronauts. They are space travelers. To be an astronaut,
you actually have to guide the ship, you have to
be behind the controls, and they weren't. It was all
(17:23):
computerized and they just sat in a chair. So, Gale,
can you were in an astronaut? You sat in a seat.
And let's be honest, many rides at Disneyland last longer.
This was only eleven minutes. It's a small world. That's
fourteen minutes. I'm that right. I think it's so cheeky
(17:43):
this backlash going away. Hey, don't forget to vote on

it's time for analysis of the Dayowhor.
Speaker 2 (18:00):
Has broken her silence on her Asper lost finally, so
in a can interview with Time magazine, the sixty two
year old I kind of revealed that she had a
gut feeling moments before the Best Actress was announced in
twenty twenty five Academy Awards. She said, I leaned over
and researched my manager. I think it's going to be Mikey.
I don't know why, but I just didn't. And Moore
(18:21):
was up for her jaw dropping role in a substance
performance that earned her a SAG and a Golden Globe
and Great Choices word but she said, once it happened,
I was centered in calm. I didn't feel good it.
I just trusted whatever was going to unfold.
Speaker 1 (18:37):
I'd like to believe that's because you're the nicest of
the day. We will let you go with that. I'm
glad that's the conclusion you've come to it. Q. You
do know, don't you? I feel it in my gut
when I want something really bad, a job, a boyfriend,
a friend, a chocolate cake. When I want something and
it's gone and I can't have it, you sort of know.
(18:57):
I can tell. Can you tell? My intuition is quite good?
Speaker 2 (19:00):
Yeah, and it's just the disappointment.
Speaker 1 (19:02):
I just it is.
Speaker 2 (19:04):
That's really really tough.
Speaker 1 (19:05):
And the more you want it, oh, it's really really
tough and nice is the day now? I noticed the
day naughty, naughty noticed the cheeky naughties of the day.
James Brolin, who is married to Barbara Streisan for I
think over thirty years, is revealing the secret of the
relationship and it involves the bedroom. That right, he said,
the best investment they ever made was our mattress. They
(19:25):
have a very comfortable mattress. And he said, you don't
understand me. We are both very lazy and we love
to sleep late, and we do a lot of work
on our bed. We have our phones with us, we
have the paper, we do the reading. We sit next
to each other. You know, as I've got older, and
as I've worked more from home, I love lying on
my bed with my laptop. Mark. I can get so
(19:46):
much gossip and worked. And if I look to my
left and Bruce is there right in the songs that
make the whole world sing, that's lovely too. I think
a good mattress is a very good investment.
Speaker 2 (19:55):
I mean, some of my best work has been done
in the.
Speaker 1 (19:59):
Be careful, your mommy is listening cheeky Devil. Okay, let's sad.
With a moment of Rob Rob Rob, you get a Rob.
Words fade, actions blur, but impact lasts forever. How you
show up with kindness, with patience, with respect, with empathy,
That's what people remember. It's not about being perfect, it's
(20:21):
about being real. So focus less on saying the right
thing or doing everything flawlessly, and focus more on making
people feel seen, heard and valued, because that is your legacy. Hey,
that is it for today. Thank you so much for
