Speaker 1 (00:08):
Scalable advice shoe.
Speaker 2 (00:12):
Hello, Lo, welcome to the Nordy Beni Show. I'm your
host from Shooter and it's Tuesday, which means ourday, friend
del I know Dickson joins us, hemster, are you there?
Speaker 3 (00:21):
I am a lovely Tuesday. What a lovely day of
the week?
Speaker 2 (00:25):
Lovely day? Now? Did you take Monday to sober up?
Because I know you went out for drinks on Saturday
Sunday with Shady Mat.
Speaker 3 (00:33):
Yes, I was out into the wee hours of the night,
so I did need a day to recoperate.
Speaker 1 (00:39):
But we had fun.
Speaker 3 (00:40):
We went to a local bar called Blue in my neighborhood.
It's a lot of fun. You can get oysters. They
have happy hour on the weekends after eleven, so it's
a good time.
Speaker 2 (00:49):
It's a late happy hour eleven pm.
Speaker 1 (00:52):
Yes, yeah, so we met up.
Speaker 3 (00:54):
We met up in the wee hours of the night
and stayed up way too late.
Speaker 1 (00:58):
Wait as Missy's bed time.
Speaker 2 (01:00):
I love it, I love it, I love it. Let's
jump into the show. What time is it? My friends?
And as time? It was Princess Lilibert's second birthday and
hopefully she got a video call from King Charles so
happy birthday to Princess Lilibert, who turns to and celebrated
with an all American bash. We don't know many details
about it, but we do know is the young princess
(01:22):
did receive a video call from her grandfather, King Charles.
He's trying, He's trying. Lilibert was born June fourth, twenty
twenty one, and she actually spent her first birthday in
the UK. They had left but they were back for
the Queen's Platinum Jubilee. So last year they were at
Frogmore Cottage, where they stayed during the queen celebrations. They
(01:46):
actually had a small party at Frogmore Cottage last year.
This year, no Dad, it was a much bigger affair
in their mansion in Montecito in California. Insiders told me
that there were some celebrities there, but it was pretty
laid back. But what we won't see, which is really
interesting and a lot of people are quite angry about
this mystery, is the King will not go on social
(02:08):
media to mark the birthday. So insiders tell me that
the royal family doesn't mark the birthdays of non working members.
So people are going to say that Charles Kate William
snubbed Little lilybit. But my sources are telling me no,
that's not true. They decided to withdraw from the family.
They did not want to be working members of the
(02:29):
family anymore, and so they're basically respecting their wishes. It's
no shade here. They don't want to be working members
of the family, and the rules are that they don't
drag non working members in. It's all this attention. They
might want privacy. So instead of saying happy birthday on
social media, I'm told they reached out personally, which I
(02:50):
actually think is much much nicer. On my birthday, your birthday, mystery,
you text me, I don't expect you to go on
social media to say happy birthday. I'd rather a text
from from my family and my friends. What do you
think about all this drama?
Speaker 3 (03:03):
I know, I mean, come on, he's doing what a
grandparent's supposed to do. He's supposed to call and then
stick money in a card and put it in your
book bag or whatever.
Speaker 1 (03:13):
The case may be.
Speaker 3 (03:14):
I mean, she's just two years old, so I mean
she's probably not gonna remember too much about this birthday.
But isn't this wonderful that they have this record that
she can go back and look at that. Her grandpa,
the King of England, gave her a video message. So
I'm not upset that they're yeah a video Yeah so
(03:34):
I yeah, video record, So I'm not upset that he didn't.
They're not posting it on social media. Like I said,
they're not working members of the family. And when Lilabeth
and little Archie get old enough, if they decide, because
they it is their birthright to rejoin the family in
a working manner, then that is the opportunity. But right
now their babies just let them enjoy their cake, their
(03:56):
smash cakes.
Speaker 2 (03:57):
Yeah. Do you think Oprah and Gail with We don't
have any reports on that, but I hope they were.
Speaker 3 (04:01):
I'm sure Oprah was there. She's probably god mother.
Speaker 2 (04:04):
Would you rather have a call from King Charles Oprah Oprah?
Speaker 1 (04:09):
I think I would have a call from Oprah as well.
Speaker 2 (04:12):
He would pretty cool from Oprah. Now because of the birthday,
Harry got himself in a little bit of trouble. Yesterday
was the first day of his trial in the UK
about the phone hacking scandal, and lawyers representing the Mirror
newspaper group accused Prince Harry of wasting the court's time
because he failed to show up on Monday's Day. Now
(04:32):
the judge got pretty angry with him and said he
was a little bit surprised to hear that Harry couldn't
be attending. Harry's lawyer said he arrived late because of
Lily Bit's birthday party, but that apparently is not a
good enough excuse, a good enough reason, and so Harry's
going to be in the UK for a couple of weeks.
(04:52):
Carrie and three others claim that the Mirror newspaper group
got information about them that was illegally obtained to generate stories.
This is a civil case, not a criminal case, and
when Harry ultimately does take the standards, believe that's gonna
happen on Wednesday, He's going to be the first senior
(05:14):
royal to be cross examined in a court since the
nineteenth century. So a lot of legal news we're going
to have over the next couple of days with Harry Misty.
Speaker 3 (05:24):
Absolutely, and of course, I mean it takes a little
while to take a plane across the country and then
across the ocean, so I mean it's not like he's
not showing up on purpose.
Speaker 1 (05:35):
He had.
Speaker 3 (05:35):
Actually, he is a father, we have to remember that,
and his kids are a priority, and he had to
go to Litlabeth's little baby birthday party. And now he's
taken care of the case. So cut him some slack.
He's got to travel quite a bit.
Speaker 2 (05:50):
Yeah, cut him some slack. Which brings us to our
pole question. The day little Princess Lily Bit turned two
years old, she did get a video message from King Charles,
but no post on social media. Are you okay with that?
Is that fine with you? Go vote on a Twitter
page at Naughty Nice Rabbi. Facebook page's Naughty Gas and
be sure to check back to mor row to hear
(06:12):
your results. Hey, miss Dia or should I call you
Sherlock Holmes, This story brings out all your detective skills.
Speaker 3 (06:21):
Oh my goodness. So talking about grandparents. So people are
in an uproar that it seems that Kylie Jenner and
Kendall Jenner skipped their grandmother's funeral and the reason why
Kylie did it, in part, it seems because she went
to the Beyonce Renaissance concert tour instead. The sisters did
(06:44):
not appear at the funeral, which honored Kitlyn Jenna's mother, Esther,
who passed away at the ripe old age of ninety
six on April twentieth, and though Kitlin paid tribute to
their mama Esther on social media, was noted by fans
that neither Kylie nor Kendall posted about the loss or
seemed to acknowledge it publicly at all. Now Kylie Jenner
(07:08):
is getting the brunt of it because people are talking.
They're in the Kardashian Genner forums and they're basically saying
she was at the Beyonce Renaissance contem oh Itzer instead
of attending the California based funeral in person. Kendall was
also spotted elsewhere while her grandmother's funeral was being held.
The model was seen on vacation in the South of
(07:30):
France at time at the same time. So, I mean,
you know, funerals, you only get to do them once.
Speaker 1 (07:38):
I don't know, Rob, what do you think about.
Speaker 2 (07:39):
Your grandma's funeral? If you're listening, it's not ex habitable. No,
I don't like this at all. And even if you
have a bad relationship with Caitlin, who they still call father,
if they have a bad relationship, this is their grandmother.
Show some respect. There is nothing that would keep me
away from my grandparents' funerals, particularly a Beyonce concert. And
then if they're gonna do this, they have hundreds of
(08:02):
millions of followers. Why are they posting pictures? Why are
they going out? They know that if they turn up
at a Beyonce concert, there's eighty thousand people there to
take your picture. You're gonna turn up on social media.
Don't be shady and think you're gonna get it away
with it. You went to a Beyonce concert? Out, okay,
moving along. Jessica Chastain, who I Love, is saying she's
(08:24):
got a lot of flak for wearing a mask. Had
an Award show, so she got a ton of criticism
after she attended several award shows wearing a mask in
order to help prevent contracting COVID nineteen. She said, we
were testing every day at the show. She was doing
a show on Broadway. She still is and she's fabulous
in it. And she said, even if you have no symptoms,
if you test positive, you're out for a week. You're
(08:47):
out of the show for a week. And she said,
that to me is irresponsible. So she said everybody in
the Broadway community totally understood what she was doing, but
people in Hollywood did not understand, and that's why she
was wearing a mask. Fool the Oscars. Last night, mister
Bruce and I went to out to meet some feater
people at a cocktail party, and the person in Funny Girl,
(09:08):
Julie Benko, who's going into Harmony, she wore a mask
because if she gets COVID, if she tests positive, she's
out of the show for a week, and there's not
another understudy, there's not another standby. So I thought she
was just being really responsible. What do you think about
all this wearing masks has become such a big sort
of red button hot potato, and it.
Speaker 1 (09:30):
Shouldn't be right.
Speaker 3 (09:32):
If you choose to wear a mask, you should be
able to do so. And a lot of places where
I go people are wearing mask. Every once in a
while I slip one on, especially if someone starts coughing.
I'm like, okay, but let's take a moment. Jessica Chestin
is actually nominated in this year's Tony is her best
leading actress in a play. She's in a Doll's House.
It's a modern retake. She actually sits on the stage
(09:54):
for the first like fifteen minutes before the show even starts.
You're walking in, you're getting your seat, and she is
sitting on the stage. She is doing a tour de force,
tour defoor a performance. It's incredible, and so she feels
responsible if she's not in it. You didn't pay her
name is on the marquee, you didn't pay to see
her understudy. You paid to see Jessica's testing. So I
(10:15):
think it's absolutely fine. I did notice her wearing a
mask at the Oscars and I was like, oh, yeah,
she has to get on a plane right after this
and fly back and do a show.
Speaker 2 (10:22):
She's so broad.
Speaker 1 (10:23):
Leave the woman alone. Rules.
Speaker 2 (10:25):
Yeah, the theater rules are so strict. If you test,
they test every day everybody, even if you have no symptoms.
When you turn up to the theater, you get tested
and if you're positive, you're off for the whole week.
It's not a day, you're off for the whole week.
Now they can continue some shows with understudies, But you're right, Misty,
people are paying all that money to see Jessica Chastay
and all those people involved with the production. They would
(10:47):
be out of work if it wasn't for her. So
I think she's been really responsible. What is going on
with Andy Cohen myster.
Speaker 1 (10:55):
Oh well, this is so amazing.
Speaker 3 (10:57):
So Andy Cohen's little girl, she's helped make his story
in the Big Apple here in New York. So Cohen
revealed that his one year old daughter Lucy, was one
of the first children born via guest stational surrogacy in
the state of New York. Now, this is a procedure
where the surrogate who is carrying the baby does not
provide their own egg for fertilization. So and it was
(11:18):
actually illegal in New York until the passage of the
Child Parent Security Act, which legalized the practice in February
twenty twenty one. So Andy has said of his surrogacy advocacy,
coupled with his desire to have a baby born in
New York, accounts for the three year age gap between
his son Benjamin, who's four, and little Lucy, who we
(11:39):
know is one. And he said, people could look at
my life and think, oh, this guy must have this wonderful,
drama fee life. And I think if you read the book,
some of the books that he's written, you'll see that
he's dealing with everything else.
Speaker 1 (11:53):
That we're dealing with.
Speaker 3 (11:54):
Okay, maybe not everything else, but when it comes to
big issues like having children, he has had. His challenge
is just like a lot of families when they're trying
to bring children into the world.
Speaker 2 (12:04):
Yeah, yeah, absolutely. He recently on social media documented his
son having a breakdown over wearing shorts and he wanted
him to wear short ben wanted to wear long trousers.
It was really hot, Ben won, and he said they
were literally outside the building screaming and shouting, and Benjamin
dragged him back in and changed. So he said he
has all these issues too. It's fascinating here that Andy
has been responsible for this. He really pushed hard to
(12:27):
change the laws in New York. He worked with the
then governor. He really lobbied hard. I think he used
his celebrity to really help people out there who want
to have babies. Andy, this is a great story. Congratulations
and the pictures of Lucy, Little Lucy, and also to
your son, Benjamin. I can't get enough. Okay, quickly before
(12:49):
we get a break inside as it saying Harry made
a very unwise decision at King Charles's current nation. So
they're saying there was really unwise of Harry to leave immediately. Yes,
we know he was rushing to arch his birthday, but
they saying he looked petulant, and he looked like he
only had to be there because he was the king's
son and he could not wait to get away. Inside,
(13:11):
as the saying, the royal family were deeply upset that
he had to leave so quickly. They knew, they knew
the birthday, They got it, they understood it, but still
they felt really upset about this. Nobody actually knew what
he was planning to do until the morning of the
current nation and when he left right afterwards to go
to the airport, everybody gathered at Buckingham Palace, and I'm
(13:31):
told they were sad about this. It's quite sad, isn't
it. It was only in the UK for about twenty eight hours.
I added them all up, I get it. I get
that he wanted to go home. I do understand that,
but that doesn't stop his parents, his brother, his family
from being disappointed.
Speaker 3 (13:48):
Well, I can certainly understand what you're saying, but you
have to look at this. It's like I said before,
he's a father. Now, yes, your own father only becomes
king once, but he's a grown up. He understands what
the sacrifices you have to make when you're a parent.
And I can tell you this, a seventy year old
man might be a little bit upset that his son
(14:09):
couldn't stay. He made it for the coronation, flew halfway
across the world to make it to the coronation, which
was extremely important. But a four year old boy, we'll
never forget that his father wasn't there for his birthday.
Speaker 1 (14:22):
So I think you.
Speaker 3 (14:23):
Have to just you have to give him some leeway,
some space for trying to be a good son and
be a good father. And look, people do this all
the time. We go We like, hey, we're here for
the moment. We wanted to let you know we care,
but we got a roll because life keeps going. So
let's treat Harry just like any other busy and devoted
parent in the world and give him some slack for
(14:44):
being able to make both events halfway across the world.
Speaker 2 (14:47):
That's impressive, absolutely, and also to enjoy the time we're together.
I'm going back to Britain in a couple of weeks
and I won't let my mom get sad on day
two because I'm leaving after five days. I won't do that.
We've got to be happy of the time we spent together.
Let's look at the good stuff here, not anything else. Okay,
we're going to take a quick break and we will
be right back. Welcome back to the not even I
(15:08):
Show'm Robshuna with our dear friend Misty Henyesty. Let's get
to the polls. That does is there? He talks about
Harry and Meghan will live to regret that their children
don't have any relationship with the royal family. So Grad
and Carter, the ex Vanity Fair editor for a long time,
very respected journalist, kind of like part of that app
echuleanch of society, very fancy pants. He's saying they will
(15:32):
live to regret this. Do you agree, yes or no?
Let's have a look. Oh most people do not agree.
Seventy percent said no, you don't agree that they are
going to have love in their lives. They're with their
mom and dad and they will be just fine. And
as mister said earlier in the show, the doors always open.
If they get a little older, they will be able
(15:53):
to move back into this family. Don't forget to vote
on today's pole. Going to add debage at naughty Eyes
on a Facebook page Norty Girls Air Baby Shoes to
check back tomorrow to hear your results. And now it's
time for Rene's Nicest of the day.
Speaker 3 (16:11):
Ah well, her nicest of the day is Taylor Swift.
She nearly made a young fan's dream come true by
bringing the young fan on stage during her eras tour,
but Swift said she immediately changed her mind when she
when she thought about the little girl's safety, so she
Taylor Swift was performing twenty two at a concert in
(16:32):
Chicago on Saturday, and she saw this little young girl.
She gave her her black top hat and briefly appeared
she tried to get the little girl on the stage
before ushering her back down. So later in the concert,
Totally told the audience that she was thinking of the
fans safety, saying, I'm just like, I'm gonna bring her
onto the stage and I'm gonna hug her and I'm
(16:52):
gonna bring her here, And then I remember thinking, I'm
not sure how we'll get her back down off the
stage safely. So this is why she said, you know what,
stay there there, you know, you get up, you try
to bring somebody down she could have fallen, could have
gotten hurt, and the Meleaea people. So it was smart
and Swift's part.
Speaker 2 (17:10):
Very smart, lovely, thought Taylor. The sentiments delicious, but safety first.
That nicest of the day. And now I noticed the day.
Harry Hamlin and Lisa Renna's daughter is hinting that her
parents have already got a new show. So Harry Hamlin
and Lisa Renner might be planning their next Korean moves.
According to their daughter, Delilah said, there is a show
in involves cooking. I don't know if I'm allowed to
(17:31):
say anymore, but there you go. Lisa recently left The
Real Housewives. I hate these type of teas, Dela. You
know I knows abb Delilah, tell me when the show,
tell me all the details. Don't tease me like this.
I think Lisa and Harry would be delicious on the
Food Network. It certainly would make me love But I
(17:53):
hate these little sort of celebrity teases. Tell me or
don't I do this with friends too, mister whisper. Whisper,
I can't say anymore. I'm like, they don't say anything.
What are you like on secrets like this?
Speaker 3 (18:06):
I mean sometimes You're just like, ugh, I don't even
care until you give me back. I'm hearing it, but
I'm just letting it go out of the other ear
so it doesn't bother me. Sometimes my friends love to
talk in secrets and they're like I had one friend
who was like, I've done something in my life, but
I'll take it to my death bed. I'm like, okay,
you want me to prove.
Speaker 2 (18:26):
And it's such an amazing person. I'd be like, what
did you do? Every time I saw that friend, what
did you do?
Speaker 1 (18:34):
Well?
Speaker 2 (18:34):
I couldn't let it go. I'm just too nosy. Maybe
I'm the naughtyes today, I said with that moment of Rob.
So yesterday a few naughties contacted me, Misty. There seemed
to be some sort of problem with the sound. The
show cut off before a moment of Rob. Terry McTavish,
thank you for dming me. I'm so sorry you didn't
(18:55):
get to hear the whole show. But today will be
extra careful. iHeart has a shoe adm that all the
problems are fixed. Today's quote is from Dolly Parton. She
said the following quote the way I see it, if
you want the rainbow, you gotta put up with the rain.
I want the rainbow. I do. I know it's Pride month,
but I want the rainbow all your round. And you
(19:18):
know what. To get the rainbow, you also get the rain.
You've got to put up with the rain. Hey, that
is it for today. Thank you so much for listening.
So they're not even nice with Robin mist Show, a
production of iHeart Radio. Don't forget to subscribe on the
iHeartRadio app, Apple Podcasts, wherever you listen, leave us a
review if you can, and remember altogether now loud and clear,
(19:38):
my friends, you've got to take care everybody.
Speaker 1 (19:46):
It's very nice with Rah.
Speaker 3 (19:51):
Wonderful
