Speaker 1 (00:12):
Hell no and level. Hello, Welcome to the Naughty but Nicia.
I'm your host, drop Shooter, and it's Tuesday morning, which
means our dear friend Elima Dixon is joining us. Hey,
mistery are you there?
Speaker 2 (00:23):
I am. How are you this morning?
Speaker 1 (00:25):
Very very well. You looked a little bit concerned as
we started to take Misty. I can see you on
the zoom. What's going on?
Speaker 2 (00:32):
Oh no, you know, sometimes the mic wants to work.
She's being a little temperamental this morning. I guess she
hasn't had her coffee. So we're doing it Roth style
right into the computer.
Speaker 1 (00:43):
But I have.
Speaker 2 (00:43):
A brand new Mac and she's pretty good at it,
so fantastic for you. Guys can hear me? Wonderfully?
Speaker 1 (00:49):
They can? We all can. Okay, let's jump into our show.
What time is it, my friends? It is? It's tea time.
Big big story at the top of the show. This
story is bigger than it's going to sound at first.
Travis Kelsey has unfollowed Ryan Reynolds as the legal drama
with him and wife Blake Lively heats up. So we're
all talking about what happened to Blake Lively and Taylor Swift.
(01:11):
It looks as if Taylor Swift is going to be
subpoenaed very very soon. There were some reports that she
was going to be subpoenaed last week. I'm told that
has not happened yet, But Taylor is going to get
dragged into this. So over the weekend, fans insiders noticed
that Travis had quietly unfollowed Ryan Reynolds, igniting new speculation
(01:36):
between the rift between these two people. Now I think
we can say it's more than speculation. All our reporting
says that Blake and Taylor not in a good place,
and this isn't gonna get any better. In fact, unless
they settle this lawsuit, which I don't think they will,
this is gonna get worse. People tell me that Taylor's
(01:57):
just not that person. She doesn't like sloppiness, she doesn't
like a mess. If you want to get into a
fight with somebody, don't involve me. And so I'm told
Taylor's really really hurt by this. Now, who does Taylor
talk to the most? Obviously her partner, Travis. Travis knows
the truth. We've got good reporting, Misty, but I don't
(02:17):
have as good a reporting as Travis. Travis knows everything.
She's told him everything here. A lot of people in
the business blame Ryan for this. They think Ryan is
the one that has been egging Blake on. He's the
one that's been pushing her to sue. Now it's all exploded.
And although this sounds a little bit silly, this one
didn't follow that one. This one's fell out with that one.
(02:39):
It feels like a housewife's story, doesn't it, or a
Kardashian just nonsense like, oh my goodness, Ramona doesn't follow
jule zaren No, this is bigger than that. These people
are very savvy, they know social media, and so at
the moment, Travis, of all people, we shouldn't be surprised
he's sluppier than Taylor. Travis is the one that's given
(03:02):
us all the information, the clues. Mistaye, what do you think?
Speaker 2 (03:06):
Oh? Saying so much without saying a word. It's so
sad to see how a friendship has fallen. I mean
they were all hanging out at games together back in
twenty twenty three. Oh, it seems so nostalgic and long ago.
But as reporting says, Taylor Swift's name is somehow in
all these legal papers, these you know, hundreds and hundreds
(03:27):
of pages of this lawsuit against Justin Baldoni, and that
is an issue. She wasn't even in the movie, not
on the set. Why is her name mentioned in this paperwork?
And like you said, she could be subpoena and that
could fracture a friendship. Because let's remember, Blake Lively is
a brand. Taylor Swift is a brand. And if people
(03:49):
are taking sides, we know how celebrities are affected. Their
dollars aren't affected. And that's what this is about. Why
are you messing with my brand? And Travis being a
very devoted boyfriend, you know, we're waiting for you to
put a ring on it.
Speaker 1 (04:08):
Bub We needn't do it.
Speaker 2 (04:09):
But he is making a statement and just pulling back
a little bit, letting the world know this is the
side I stand on you.
Speaker 1 (04:18):
But you're right there, mister. I hit the phones my
sources telling me Travis never really liked Ryan Reynolds. Ryan
is alloudmouth, he's the center of attention. He's deeply insecure,
and they like Blake. It's Ryan that they think is
the problem. They've just never really bonded. Ryan is very
(04:38):
different from all Travis's guy friends. I think we would
like Ryan at BOTTINAZ. I think we would like Travis too, mistery.
All the our circles open to anybody, naughties. If you're
in town, we'll meet you at Bottinas. Come and drink.
We'll love a drinking poop. What I was thinking about that, mister,
and I think this might be a little controversial, because
everybody knows I love Taylor Swift. What I was thinking
about it is if you were involved in a lawsuit, Misty,
(05:01):
and I was texting you, and we would talk about it.
If you got involved in a work lawsuit, a legal
issue concerning your job, ME and you would text about it.
We'd have drinks at Patina and you'd be like, oh,
I had a horrible day and this happened and that happened.
And I'd give you what I think is good advice
and we'd gossip them and we'd talk and I might
text you, are you okay today? I know things are rough,
(05:22):
and if they took my text, if I got subpoanut,
I'd still support you. I don't know why Taylor is
backing down here now. I know, mister you said it
was about money and celebrities and money, and I totally
totally get that. However, she's worth a billion dollars. If
I lose ten percent of the naughty but Nice brand, mister,
(05:43):
I'm in trouble because there's not that much to begin with.
But when you've got so much, is one hundred million
dollars worth losing? Blake Lively, You're best friend for for me. No,
I would not lose you for one hundred million dollars, mister.
If I had Taylor Swift money now with Rob Sho's money,
I'll give you fifty dollars the amount. No, I think
I would be there. I'm a little disappointed in Taylor here.
Speaker 2 (06:06):
Well, okay, let's take a step back. Just because Travis
stopped following Ryan Reynolds doesn't mean that people aren't making
phone calls or meeting in back bushes to have conversations.
So we will not be privy to that. But social
media is extremely public, and so this sends a message,
whether it sends a message the message they want to
(06:28):
send us. And yes, I said it's about money, but
it's more about your brand because a brand can be tarnished. Yeah,
you may lose one hundred million dollars, like trying to
keep that gold vision of your brand. That's always on
your mind, and that's more than money. That's your reputation,
that's who you are at your heart.
Speaker 1 (06:49):
So that's it.
Speaker 2 (06:50):
But again, like I said, these two girls could be
meeting in the bushes. All right, this is what's happening.
I understand why you had to do it. Yeah, you
know that's you gotta do what you gotta do.
Speaker 1 (07:01):
Yeah, I would be flattered. I would be flattered. Mister.
If a text existed of you saying, Robshooter's my dragon,
I'd say, yes, I am, come here and I'll set
you on fire, Like I would be flattered by that.
They said, Taylor's a really really concerned that her name
was used. But I don't think that's using somebody. I
think that's like just showing your friendship. I always say
when I can't get into events and I'm friends with
(07:22):
miss Doo and then I get mutter it's right away,
And I think I think that's part of friendship, which
brings us to our whole question of the day. Travis
Kelsey has on funneled Ryan Reynolds as Taylor Swift's and
Break Life's friendship is falling deeper into chaos. Is this
(07:42):
a sign? Are we reading into this? What do you think?
Is this a sign? Hey? Go vote on our Twitter
page at Naughty Nice rob at Facebook page is Naughty
Gossip and be sure to check back tomorrow to hear
your result. Amos dy, what are you working on that?
Speaker 2 (07:59):
I have got the that Tina Fey is not doing
a reboot of Golden Girls.
Speaker 1 (08:03):
Oh my goodness.
Speaker 2 (08:04):
When this news came out, which isn't really news, I
was so excited. Now she would love to create the
magic and capture the magic of the show, you know,
for fierce, funny women of a certain age. But she's
far too smart to simply just rehash an old hit.
And the reason why is because the original creators would
(08:24):
get millions in royalties. Now that would be Susan Harris.
Tina is a genius comedian, but she's even a smarter
business worth. She's even a smarter businesswoman. This is what
sources are telling us. If she's rebooted The Golden Girls,
the original creators and their estates would get a massive
cut at every dollar earned.
Speaker 3 (08:46):
Why do that?
Speaker 2 (08:46):
When she can create something original, she can do something
about form women.
Speaker 1 (08:50):
It's been done many times.
Speaker 2 (08:51):
Sex and the City girlfriends and she would own all
the profits herself. Now, of course people were thinking it
was going to be Amy Poehler, Tina Maya Rudolph and
Lisa kudrou Oh, just the thought of it. But Tina said,
I would never touch this. This is too perfect. She
told this to Entertainment tonight. Those ladies on Golden Girls
(09:12):
can't be touched. And I would agree that was the
Fierce Foursome.
Speaker 1 (09:16):
It's great, it's great. I still watch it. When we
talk about shows of women of a certain age. Now,
let's be honest, we've got sex in the city, and
I'm not being disrespectful. Via to Sarah Jessica. Sarah and
her friends are pretty much the same age now of
what The Golden Girls was. It just goes to show
you how definitions of age, images of age change over time.
When I was a little boy, I thought forty years old.
(09:38):
Now now I don't. But it doesn't It changes, doesn't it.
And I think Madonna and Cher they've changed what the
definition of being sixty seventy years old. I do think
it's a great idea. I love TV shows, I love
shows plays where it's a group of friends, and I
think that's why Friends might be one of the most
successful shows of all time. It literally is about friends,
(09:58):
and I think that's something we all have in our
lives or we want in our lives. And so I
totally get the concept of Teina Fee don't be fooled naughties.
She knowah, a doll is even with rich people. I
never used to get this. I used to think, Gosh,
if I was rich, I wouldn't care about money anymore
because I had so much. All the rich people I know,
(10:21):
mister care about money more than my poor friends. My
friends that don't make it very much are very generous.
My friends who have millions they never pay for dinner,
They never pick up a taxi. They are shady, shady shady. Okay,
moving along. I love this exclusive. So Miley Cyrus has
(10:42):
still not spoken to her dad's new girlfriend, Elizabeth Hurley yet. So,
despite Billy Ray making out with Elizabeth Hurley, they've just
released the more pictures. The first ones came at Easter
A couple a few days ago. Insider's teld me that
Miley Cyrus has still not directly spoken to her dad's
new flame. Inside a say a quote, there has been
(11:04):
zero contact between Miley and Elizabeth. She doesn't even know
if this thing is serious. She's seen her dad move
fast before, remember when he recently got married and then divorced,
And then she said she's very wary of really jumping
and including anybody into the family without warning. This might
pass very, very quickly, and so Miley's just holding back
(11:25):
a little bit. She has a very tricky relationship with
her dad. She's very much her team mom. That was
an ugly, ugly breakup, but he is interesting here, misty
when a friend, when a family member meets somebody new,
how soon it's too soon to drag them into the family.
I don't want to meet all my brother's girlfriends if
they're only going to be around for two weeks. It's
(11:46):
exhausted life. At least, you know, way a few a
little while to make sure that I'm going to see
this person again. I'm with Miley on this. Where are you?
Speaker 2 (11:56):
Yeah, I would say that it's important to wait, and
Miley's been in relationships herself, so she knows how that is.
Oh no, no, Yeah, it was great to meet your mom,
but I'm out, so I think it's smart to wait. Obviously,
you want your dad to be happy and we again.
She may have gotten on the phone, sent a text,
be like hey, glad to see you're happy, but to
(12:19):
actually sit down and break bread. You're an adult now,
it's a little awkward, right when you meet someone, you
meet your parents, you know, interests, it's kind of a
little awkward because you're an adult as well. And it
really doesn't matter what you think as long as the
person isn't hurting them, they're allowed to do what they
want to do. So but waiting and seeing, you know,
(12:41):
if a year goes by, six months go by, and
he's serious, and here's my deschistion of seriousness for celebrities,
when they stop putting up the pictures, that's when she'll
go meet Elizabeth.
Speaker 1 (12:53):
That's right, Okay, quickly, before we get to break Martha Stewart,
I love her, is making news confessing that she has
never ever done this? What am I talking about?
Speaker 2 (13:04):
Mister Martha Stewart is not just like us, because she
has admitted that she's never once ordered food delivery in
her life. She's eighty three years old, so she has
I'm never ordered in never, she declared. She was on
the Kelly Clarkson Show and Kelly said, are you kidding me?
But Martha wasn't bragging with a trademark calm. She insisted
(13:28):
even her daughter Alexis Stewart could vouch for her delivery
free lifestyle. And look, she says. Look, you know, Kelly said,
what about when you want some taco bell? You know
you're hungry, you don't feel like cooking, And Martha said,
I just don't eat. Let's be real. You know, Martha
always got something in the freezer. She probably makes her own,
(13:48):
like you know, frozen dinner meals and has a stack.
So she's like, I'm hungry, she just takes one out,
pops it in her air fryer, and keeps it rolling.
Speaker 1 (13:58):
I've been to Martha's house in Connecticut and it smells
like cookies when you walk in with Steve's always fresh
bread or cookies being baked, and oh, it's just lovely.
I do love this. Although I should point out Martha,
if you're listening, Gillo hello alone. Just last year, Martha
did a commercial was the spokesperson for Uber Eats, which
(14:20):
is a food delivery service. I'm told the people of
uber Eats today are pulling their hair out, say Martha.
We paid you millions millions to promote Uber Eats, and
now you are national TV saying you never not ever
once use the product that you endorsed. Shady shady shady,
(14:46):
although it does give me a giggle. Okay, we're going
to take a quick break, but we will be right back.
Welcome back to the Naughty but Nicer I'm your host
for Robstrutter with their dear friend. Mister. Hey, mister, let's
get to the polls that the last year we talked
about Ryan Reynolds and Blake Lively's marriage is under tremendous
(15:08):
stray and our question was very very simple, will they
survive this? Oh split down the middle fifty to fifty.
This is big. This is when marriage's relationships are really tested.
There is no denying the stress this couple is under.
They did not in a million years think this would
(15:29):
play out as it has. They thought they'd got justin
and they did not realize he not only fought back,
he got receipts and now he's going to subpoena more
people here. This is messy, this is ugly, This is
putting a strain on the relationship, and why why don't
they just settle this and get out. You know, sometimes
(15:49):
when you dig yourself in too deep and you keep digging,
keep fighting, keep screaming, it's time to put down the sword. Okay,
don't to vote on today's Paul, go to at tweet
page at Naughty Nice rob Facebook page is naughty girl
saip and me sure to check back to my brow
with her. Hear your results. And now it's time for
(16:12):
Annis of the day.
Speaker 2 (16:17):
Well, our nicest of the day is Prince William. Now
he's breaking one of Granny's rules. Queen Elizabeth rest in peace,
but I think she would have smiled. So he was
on a tour of Estonia and he actually took selfies.
So he happily grabbed man's phones and cameras and stepped
dozens of selfies. And now this is a striking break
(16:39):
from the late Queen's firm no selfies degree that was
considered unshakable royal law. You know, Grilly liked tradition. That's
what a palace insider told you. Shoot her because you
know everybody at the palace. She understood the power of mystique.
But you know William, she always had a soft spot
for him, so she probably is to smiling down from
(17:01):
heaven and people have noticed the ship. You know, the
Royals want to see more people related, more people friendly,
and what better way than to staff a selfie. So Grannie,
I hope you're okay with it. Look if I was
there and I got a picture with Prince William, I
would have been smiled. I'm here to you.
Speaker 1 (17:18):
I like this. She loved William. Although the Queen was
very traditional, a real traditionalist, she could change with the
times and now self is it's something that people do.
It's so special to have one. It's not going to
ruin the brand of the royal family. I think here
Megan and Harry have helped push the family forward a
(17:38):
little bit because they're doing this stuff, and so I
love to see William doing it. I'm not sure I'd
be bold enough to ask King Charles for a selfie.
But if I saw William, if I saw William, if
William walked into Bodynes, Miss Steve would say, oh, come over, Prince,
your Royal Highness, sit here and take a picture. We would.
If it was King Charles, now I probably would do
(18:00):
to him. But I do like this. Institutions people can evolve.
Just because she didn't do it a generation ago doesn't
mean you can't do it now. Stop holding on to
traditions that don't serve you anymore. It doesn't serve him.
This is gonna help him. It's gonna help him connect,
(18:22):
it's gonna help the public. It's gonna make them more loved.
I say, Queen Elizabeth is probably smiling up in heaven. Okay,
And that is the dayteen Naughty Naughty. Paramount is furious
after Scott Pelly turned on them on sixty Minutes. So
the executive producer of sixty Minutes has resigned, saying the
network no longer has his back. Now CBS is where
(18:45):
sixty Minutes air, but Paramount is the global company. Now
Paramount is involved in trying to sell off CBS, so
they're really more involved now with sixty minutes. And so
at the end of the show, Scott Pelly let them
have it. But this is where it gets complicated. Insiders
are telling me why doesn't he resign? He earns five
(19:06):
million dollars a year from CBS and Paramount. If you
don't like your company, don't don't take the money. I'm
quite clear about this. Don't bite the hand that feeds you.
If I get upset with iHeart, I'll either shut my
mouth or I'll leave and find another platform for this podcast.
But if I fundamentally disagree to my bones with who
(19:27):
they are as a company, maybe it's time that Scott
leaves to Okay, let's end with a moment. A rub.
You get a rob, You got a rub, you go
a rub. When the wrong people leave, the right things begin.
So sometimes the greatest blessing is the people who walk away,
Because when the wrong people leave your life, mister, the
(19:49):
right things finally have space to show up and grower.
Not everyone is meant to stay for your whole story.
Some people are lessons. Some people are detour us, and
when they exit, they make room for true happiness. So
let them go and watch your life open up. If
(20:10):
you're missing somebody, if somebody's left your life and you
really miss them, think about it. What is going to
grow in that space they have left behind? And I
promise you it's going to be something really, really great. Hey,
that is it for today. Thank you so much for
listening to the Naughty min Eyes with Robert Miss Tishop,
(20:30):
ppdiction of Elvis Duran and iHeartRadio. Don't forget to subscribe.
On the iHeartRadio app podcast. Wherever you listen, leave us
a review if you can. They really do help. And
remember all together now, if you're going.
Speaker 3 (20:43):
Going to be naught speaking everybody, it's not even nice.
Speaker 2 (20:53):
Ro
