I gotta let that heat penetrate it and uh loosen
it up. But I'll be back in bidding man, probably
by first of the year, meaning like I already got.
I'm at about one hundred and twenty five degrees. We
walk around at like one thirty one forty degrees, so

I'm at like one twenty five, so I'm close to normal.
So I think the yoga is definitely helping. Like I
got red light therapy and cryo therapy in my studio, ojo,
so I use it on the regular. Yeah, I ain't.

body is trying. Your body is rushing so hard to

walk around at like one thirty one forty degrees, so

So I think the yoga is definitely helping. Like I
got red light therapy and cryo therapy in my studio, ojo,
