I'm going to tell you why everybody is not wearing
shoes at work in a moment, But first we can
celebrate why we are number one today America. We are
number one at getting scammed? Are we really well, I
don't even know if it's the success of being scammed
or how many times that we are given the opportunity
to be scammed in a day. We're pretty gullible. Well
(00:23):
each person. This is actually a pretty insane number. There's
a whole new study that's saying that people on average
are scammed or attempted to be scammed twenty five times
a week.
Speaker 1 (00:35):
That's nuts. That's like three to four times a day.
Speaker 3 (00:37):
You're getting my phone rings non stop, like when numbers
does too.
Speaker 2 (00:42):
And I was getting a lot to be collectors. I
was getting calls from Capital White. I don't even use that.
Did you say, isn't it usually a bill collector?
Speaker 3 (00:49):
Yeah?
Speaker 1 (00:49):
I don't know. I'm not trusting it. I was not
listening to you.
Speaker 2 (00:54):
And then I got to that part and I was like,
remember when your car got repode, you know, long ago?
Speaker 3 (01:00):
Answer called Yeah, I was not gonna get scammed by
those guys. Either turns out they were legit. The other
ones that are calling me, I'm sure they're not.
Speaker 1 (01:08):
We tried to call you multiple times.
Speaker 4 (01:11):
Yeah, sorry, man, Like I get scammed a lot, Like
I was gonna trust that.
Speaker 3 (01:16):
Yeah, some medical clinic that I went to that I
didn't pay the bill for.
Speaker 1 (01:20):
Why how they get that information?
Speaker 3 (01:22):
You know?
Speaker 1 (01:22):
Yeah, they get phone number.
Speaker 3 (01:23):
Scammer's got that information and they're trying to use it
against me. I'm not answering, man, I shouldn't have told
you this story. Meanwhile, people's gonna take it real seriously. Now,
no emails, no textis just no nothing.
Speaker 1 (01:34):
Who not the emails? So he's not going to email collectors?
Get out of here. She hasn't made a bill in
over ten years. Gonna show up at his house. That's
what you gotta do. Yeah, you gotta take take take
something to mine and then I'll get it to you.
Speaker 4 (01:50):
And you realize like, oh dang, that's a bad idea.
Speaker 2 (01:53):
We'll stay safe out there. They're really coming for us.
This is interesting. There's a there's a couple that's getting
divorced that is going viral right now because of the
reason they are getting divorced. They are citing irreconcilable pets
as the reason why.
Speaker 1 (02:07):
They're guys don't get along.
Speaker 2 (02:09):
So they exactly that. So they bonded over their love
of animals. At the beginning. One has a dog, the
other has a cat, and after being married for a
little while, they realized that their dog and their cat
don't get along at all, and.
Speaker 1 (02:22):
So they're like, oh, that's it bye ooh.
Speaker 2 (02:25):
And they just pieced. Yeah I know. I think the
cat was the one that was harassing. Uh oh, yeah,
the dog was harassing and attacking the cat. So the
wife was like, we can't do this any divorced because
of that.
Speaker 1 (02:35):
That's crazy.
Speaker 4 (02:36):
I read a lot of random, not random, but interesting
reasons of why people get divorced. Like someone said, like
they couldn't side on a baby name, so they got divorced.
I was like, oh dang, Like no one wants to
just like bow down just to like the.
Speaker 3 (02:48):
Heck of it pregnant at the time. I wonder, I like,
they can't agree to what they didn't name it, so
they get divorced before it comes out.
Speaker 2 (02:55):
It makes me feel like there are a lot of
underlying issues and you just looked for an excuse.
Speaker 1 (02:59):
And if I was on the got burned that I'm
in that kid, your fault.
Speaker 4 (03:01):
Yeah, it doesn't background.
Speaker 1 (03:06):
It is a little your fault. It's your fault to
pick up your fault. That's your fault.

Kid.

Oh no, I hope that. I'm not going to do that.
We'll just go and move on.

So nobody's wearing shoes at work anymore. And this is
a whole thing that's getting a lot of attention because
it's a new movement in companies, especially startups. They're actually
asking people or their employees.
Speaker 1 (03:31):
Not to wear shoes.
Speaker 2 (03:32):
No, no, they want They're allowed to wear socks, slippers,
or go barefoot.
Speaker 1 (03:36):
But no shoes, a mind slippers.
Speaker 2 (03:38):
It's because it's supposed to create a more relaxed and
collaborative work environment.

So take off your shoes.
Speaker 4 (03:44):
I don't want to be walking around and someone's socks
are a must.
Speaker 1 (03:47):
Yeah, that's that's for sure, for sure.

Like could you imagine someone has like their paws about
on like the death like vibein and.
