Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's time for Nina's what's trending? Well, can you do

(00:02):
a good impersonation of Little John? Don't do it right
this very second. I just want to give you the
headline headline, and I just need like.

Speaker 2 (00:08):
What, okay what?

Speaker 1 (00:11):
Yeah?

Speaker 2 (00:11):
Yeah, that's okay. No, No, I can't do it.

Speaker 1 (00:15):
Do it anyways, just because wait, can I do that?
I need to read the line? Little John just took
home third place and the Men's Physique Masters at the
Mussel Beach Championship.

Speaker 2 (00:25):
In a Kay, yeah, I can't do it. I can't
do it. To my grandpa, I knew, Yeah, no, I
can't do it. I think I used to be able
to do it at some point. You know, but if
you don't practice that stuff enough, it goes away.

Speaker 1 (00:36):
Yeah, I guess, I guess. So. I'm sure that you
didn't really think there would ever be a need to
be Little John again.

Speaker 2 (00:41):
But really good for him.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
I know he's ripped. Now. You guys remember a Little John. No,
I have no idea like he's a producer artist, he's.

Speaker 2 (00:53):
Okay, he got it all in the meditation and he
released a meditation album too, A little Meditation retreating everything else.

Speaker 1 (01:00):
That's dope.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
You know.

Speaker 1 (01:01):
Well, so he's doing meditation, he's lifting weights, and he's
placing third and the first time ever out at the
Muscle Beach Championship and our rip. I just wanted to
bring that up because I just thought, you know, it's
so great you're it's never too late to change your lifestyle.
He's fifty three, which is still actually quite young, but.

Speaker 2 (01:18):
Yeah, oh yeah, he is ripped.

Speaker 1 (01:21):
And all I heard when I read that headline what okay? Anyway,
the Muscle Beach contest. Uh huh, Muscle Beach Championship. I
didn't even know that existed either, but I feel like
it'd be something fun to watch. There's a new theory
out there when it comes to dating, and it's called
the date them till you hate them theory and then
just breaking up with him when you don't like it. Actually,

(01:41):
I kind of hate this theory, and I'll explain why
in a minute. But this woman has gone viral and
other people are taking it seriously. And she said that
she stayed with someone until she hated him, and that way,
when the breakup happened, it made it easier for her
to walk away. Huh, because she hated him. And she
said the catches. You've got to let them disrespect you. Oh,
you've got to let them disrespect you so much that

(02:02):
you no longer want to associate with them at all.
And then that way, by the time you break up
with each other, it's so just have.

Speaker 2 (02:09):
A super toxic relationship for like a long time until
you just can't take it anymore.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
Huh.

Speaker 2 (02:15):
And then when you leave.

Speaker 1 (02:16):
It's easy to miss them.

Speaker 2 (02:19):
That sounds very unhealthy.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
It sounds unhealthy too. But I don't know about you,
but I have this hard time sometimes processing, Like if
you're with someone for years, right, and then all of
a sudden they just disappear or you hate them, doesn't
that feel like a waste? I don't want to ever
hate the people unless they really did me dirty, and
that's a different story. Yeah, you want to at least
think that that time was spent for a reason.

Speaker 2 (02:41):
Yeah, I feel like you got to look at it
as you learn some sort of lesson, some sort of
valuable lesson for sure about yourself or about the other
people in your life that you should have in your life,
or something like that. For sure, you learned something about
somebody that you now hate, So the next person you
will not hate somebody that has that quality so you
don't hate them in the future.

Speaker 1 (02:59):
I don't know, because with this theory, it kind of
sounds like this girl's going to keep doing this that way. Whatever.

Speaker 2 (03:04):
It ends like she's purposely trying to hate people so that, yeah, she.

Speaker 1 (03:08):
Lets them disrespect her so much that she just doesn't
want to associate with them.

Speaker 2 (03:14):
No, I don't. That just doesn't sound like the right
thing to do.

Speaker 1 (03:16):
How would you find love that way? Every single man
is just going to disrespect you so that one day,
don't worry. It's a breakup's easier there's I mean, but
that's not good either, because that means you jump right
back in before you're even ready and you're just ready
to hate again. Yeah, it's just sad, so many things,
but you gotta be sad to crack open to see
where the light shines. No one likes me sad, nobody

(03:37):
likes it. But we're strength built. I've had a lot
of breakups badness.

Speaker 2 (03:41):
You know, and most of them were very not very
functional relationships. But I've had two that where the breakup
was like good, healthy, actual normal breakup. You know, the
relationship just doesn't really work. It is a different feeling
when it's like good and you know you have to
leave somebody, you know what I mean, It is a
weird feeling. It's really Yeah. It ends up being nice though,
because you guys can be cool with.

Speaker 1 (04:02):
Each other after well, it just feels like you know them,
you're growing, you learned what you like, what you don't like.
I mean, breakup suck, heartbreak sucks, but just this one,
I wouldn't do it. That's that's what's trending. I would
not do that, right,
