Speaker 1 (00:00):
Give us three minutes and we'll give you everything you
need to know for the day. With Nina's what's trending.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
There's a new hot exercise trend and it's called running
on all fours. Actually that's not what it's called. That's
just what it is. So it's called quad robics. Quad
a roobics. A personal trainer says it's all about primal movement,
and it's becoming more popular because people are craving more functional, holistic,
and playful ways to move. Now they're talking about not

(00:26):
just walking on all fours, jumping running. I don't feel
like that's good on your disc.

Speaker 3 (00:32):
It's like a biometric push up kind of you know,
they're good for you.

Speaker 2 (00:36):
What well have you ever done like bear crawls like
you know, for your abs basically what you were describing exactly.
And so sometimes I don't know about you, but if
I'm in like a bear crawl position, if I try
to jump like that, I feel like I'm going to
really hurt my wrists or like my outlaws or something.

Speaker 3 (00:50):
I don't know. I don't think so well because my
upper body is not as strong as yours. I don't know.
Maybe I don't know it works. It works.

Speaker 1 (00:58):
I mean it's not like they're new moves, you know,
but this person calling them primal.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
They're primary.

Speaker 1 (01:04):
It's because, dude, I'm like a bear, you know what
I mean, Like I just roll around all fours and
I eat all kinds of meat that I kill myself
in the woods with my own mouth.

Speaker 3 (01:14):
Oh he's one of those dudes, I'm sure. Yeah, he
called a quad aerobics. It's aerobics for the real man.

Speaker 1 (01:22):
I was doing the research about like brainy stuff out,
like you know, human DNA stuff, and like we were
basically bears before, so.

Speaker 3 (01:31):
This one we're like we just bears and we primal
it out.

Speaker 2 (01:34):
Yeahould imagine walking into a workout class with people on
people on all fours.

Speaker 4 (01:40):
I would not I think this is quad robics. I
would think something is going on. It's just like a
one on one entry level class to that kind of stuff.

Speaker 3 (01:47):
Don't get me wrong. I'm completely into bro science, you
know what I mean.

Speaker 1 (01:50):
Like, I like to work out stuff and I watch
all these video I watch a lot of the videos
with the bro Science. But it is funny sometimes. Wow,
these guys get to their conclusions about things.

Speaker 2 (01:58):
Well, it's interesting if you do decide to try quad robics,
just be safe and careful so you do not hurt yourself.

Speaker 3 (02:04):
That's what's trending.
