White House Easter Egg Roll Now Has Corporate Sponsors

For the first time in history, the White House Easter Egg Roll will feature corporate branding, allowing companies to pay for naming rights and custom-branded Easter baskets at the historic event.

What’s the deal?

  • Packages range from $75,000 to $200,000.

  • Companies can put their logos on event signage and baskets.

  • This isn’t the first time sponsors have chipped in (the American Egg Board donates eggs every year), but it’s the first time branding will be visible.

Some are joking it might end up being called the "Tostitos Easter Egg Roll." 🐣

Jennifer Coolidge Says ‘White Lotus’ Gets Her More Action Than ‘American Pie’

Jennifer Coolidge, aka Stifler’s Mom, says her role in HBO’s ‘The White Lotus’ has brought her more attention from “cute guys” than her iconic MILF role in American Pie.

Her thoughts on the ‘White Lotus’ effect:

  • “Even though I play a complete weirdo, cute guys come up to me.”

  • “This is far better than ‘American Pie’ because people were really sad about Tanya falling off a boat.”

  • She still gets recognized as Stifler’s Mom, but the White Lotus impact has been way stronger.

Apparently, falling off a yacht = instant attraction.

Speaker 1 (00:00):
It's time for Nina's what's trending.

Speaker 2 (00:01):
So the White House Easter egg Roll will have corporate
branding for the first time ever, corporate branding. This means
the eggs can be bought, the baskets can be bought.
There's going to be different packages for companies that range
in prices from seventy five thousand dollars to two hundred
thousand dollars. Yeah, forget trying to advertise the Super Bowl.

(00:21):
You go ahead and put it on an egg at
the Easter egg Roll. I feel like I rarely hear
about the Easter egg role. Well, it's been a tradition
since eighteen seventy eight. It's been held on the South Lawn.
This isn't exactly the first time they've had any type
of sponsorship because the American Egg Board usually donates the eggs,
so they have that, but all of the other options,
it's pretty funny to me.

Speaker 1 (00:43):
It's not funny who's making the money on it. So
it is the money going towards SEG the deficit or
something nobody.

Speaker 2 (00:50):
Knows, it says. The whole reason for this is to
avoid using taxpayer dollars to throw the Easter egg Roll.

Speaker 1 (00:57):
But also the companies are paying for it, so the
taxpayers don't put for it.

Speaker 2 (01:00):
Yeah, so do we normally pay for it?

Speaker 1 (01:02):
Sounds made.

Speaker 3 (01:03):
I don't know.

Speaker 2 (01:04):
I honestly have no idea.

Speaker 3 (01:05):
If the eggs are usually donated, then we probably don't
pay for anything anyway. Wait a minute, step, Oh, you have.

Speaker 1 (01:12):
The staff that will be there.

Speaker 3 (01:14):
They're getting paid anywhere.

Speaker 2 (01:15):
Don't they just invite anybody.

Speaker 1 (01:16):
To do they pay the kids?

Speaker 3 (01:18):
I hope? So casting?

Speaker 2 (01:20):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:21):
Are the kids all cast factors.

Speaker 2 (01:24):
If they can have their Eastering baskets brought to you
by insert whatever here?

Speaker 3 (01:27):
You know, there's an event's budget that actually comes out
of the president's salary. Oh, so it's he's saving himself money.
The corporate sponsorship of a federal thing is disgusted.

Speaker 1 (01:39):
That's weird to me.

Speaker 3 (01:40):
It's not funny. We shouldn't it's not we should not
take it lightly. It is a disgusting act.

Speaker 2 (01:46):
It feels weird.

Speaker 1 (01:48):
Yeah, that doesn't. Companies shouldn't be able to sponsor the
government things.

Speaker 3 (01:53):
Real kick me girl, and already sponsoring the rest of
the government, they don't need to also sponsor this.

Speaker 2 (01:59):
So we'll see who decides to buy into that.

Speaker 3 (02:01):
One is also we'll see.

Speaker 1 (02:03):
How much it is, because I definitely would put Jewel Shawan.

Speaker 2 (02:07):
I supported seventy five thousand dollars is where the package
is started, so we can be on a few eggs
that you know, you guys know who Jennifer Coolidge is,
the actress. Yeah, yeah, Okay, She's been in a lot
of different things, and I would imagine as an actor
and actress, you play so many different roles. It's interesting
to see which ones the fans gravitate towards the most,
like you're hot in this one and you're not in

(02:29):
another one. And this was just a funny story because
she's talking about how much action she's been getting since
people have really fallen in love with her. Between the
White Lotus and American Pie. Do you guess which one
you think she gets the most action for because she
was Stiffler's mom and American Pie, which was supposed to
be like the ultimate mill from all time, whether you've
seen it or not.

Speaker 3 (02:46):
White Lotus, Yeah, yeah, it's funny. The character in White
Lotus is so funny.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
Yeah, and White Lotus has really taken off, So just
because of the show's success, she's getting more action and
she's not even in this season. Okay, she was also
the set mom and a Cinderella story.

Speaker 3 (03:00):
Okay, I don't.

Speaker 2 (03:01):
Know if that movie or that rule would get her
as much action, but I don't know. She's funny to
me and somebody else who's not usually top of mine.
But jaw Rule. So he he's just launched a new whiskey,
but it's designed to be catered towards whiskey curious people.
It's a new rye whiskey called Amber and Opal. It's
a honey and fused rye made with both season sippers

(03:23):
and or four season sippers, and the whiskey Curious with
notes of orange blossom, honey, smoked tea, cinnamon, ginger, and figs.
I don't know who that is. You don't know who
jaw Rule is.

Speaker 3 (03:33):
No, remember Firefest that never happened? He was involved in that. Yeah,
that's he also has some songs or something.

Speaker 1 (03:39):
Yeah, he was. He was a big, a big music
for like yeah, I don't know what, the late nineties, Yeah, all.

Speaker 2 (03:47):
That kind of stuff. Okay, I just thought it was
funny that he's targeting whiskey curious people. So his real
name is Jeffrey Bruce. Atkins that his actual name.

Speaker 3 (04:01):
The worst thing about him was that fast and furious appearance.
But no, apparently.

Speaker 1 (04:06):
Jeffrey Bruce has doesn't. Yeah, it's a good thing. He
called himself joh Rule
