Welcome to the Overcomfort Podcast. My name is Jenniica. For
those of you who don't know me, I'm so excited
to have my own podcast and to be able to
be here with you guys today wherever you guys are
watching or listening in your car or at home. Thank
you guys for taking the time to listen. Let's get
right into it. I want to talk about what is overcomfort,

why I started a podcast, and what you guys are
going to expect. Overcomfort is essentially about choosing your calling
over your comfort, who you are as a person over
being comfortable, because I personally believe that if you're in
a comfortable place for too long, you won't grow or
you won't move. So in this podcast, we're going to
have uncomfortable, vulnerable conversations that are going to bring healing

and hopefully just inspire you to do the same with
others or if you feel like you know you could
relate to me, relate to the guests that will be
on the podcast, that you can find some healing as well.
It's also going to get very deep here. I'm going
to talk about a lot of things about my life
that you may not know about me, things that I

have been through personally, things that my guests have been
through personally as well. So I can't wait for that.
