So I stopped drinking in February, right, I gave up
the bottle. Once I gave up the bottle, so much
ship start coming out that I couldn't see that. I
see right now that's going on around me, that the
mentor is going. But it's like, wow, I can't believe

I had a store in my backyard at like eight
years old. I always cut grass all the time. So
I always been wanting to be an entrepreneur. And when
I came up with this, it's just like felling my lap,
you know what I'm saying, Like literally filling my lap
by some some cats. We just met in the hood
and they was doing it and they started teaching us
how to do it, like some old g's. I've been

doing it ever since. And they just real talk, some
real atl out of town. All the old jeans just
teaching us the game.

So uh so, basically went from nothing to someth man,
I cut out the mud little would you say? You
the first person in your family made some of themself?

Speaker 4 (03:28):
Well, honestly, other than my granddaddy, I'm the first person
in my family that made something of itself.

My granddaddy really was everybody mentor, but nobody could live
up to him.

And I think I'm the only person in the family.
And don't beat me.

Speaker 4 (03:44):
Up nobody for saying this that actually did something like
my grandfather and probably.

Speaker 2 (03:50):
Greater, next level shit next. So what type of pressure
is that? Man?

Speaker 4 (03:55):
That's a lot of pressure, man, because every you know,
sometimes I even hate to show up at family because
I don't be wanting all the pressure everybody coming up
to me. Hey baby, George, it's just like, you know
what I saying, it's a lot of pressure being that guy.
And and I'd be like, somehow I just stay home,
and why he ain't come, Like, well, he has something
to do.

I'll be like, I don't even want to pressure you know,
you know, because it's it's a lot, it's a lot
to deal with.

Speaker 5 (04:19):
But you you employ a lot of family members too.

Speaker 4 (04:21):
Though, Oh yeah, I got I employ a lot of
family members. I imploy them like for real employing, and
then I still they still like work with me on
the side and able to make money with the company.
So pretty much everybody in my family in some kind
of way work with crash the cash doing something they
doing them but referring to some clients.

So how you deal with like business and family, Like
how you separate the too?

Speaker 4 (04:46):
Oh man, I separate family. Man, you know what, It's
hard to separate business and family. But what I try
to do, I try to keep my I can't say
I keep my out personal Like my personal life is
out there. Everything I do, I put on our reality
show and it's like for.

I don't think it's been a reality show.

So I don't really separate the family, but I separate

You can't just come to me and just just like
get free shit. You gotta put something. You got to
put something in to get something out, and it's just
what it is.

So how you deal with like trust and theft and
do you like somebody's steal from you, like a family
member something you catch them stealing? Do you cut them
off for you give them another shot?

What you do? Man?

It's crazy you say that because since I've stopped drinking,
That's one of the things that came to light because
I'm like, I'm just like working, trusting everybody, family member, friends,
you know, everybody. And in the light of all of this,
once I stopped drinking, start hearing stuff, and then it
came to light that one of my family was robbing

me blind, like like like my one of my most
trusted people and was robbing me blind. And I you know,
and I forgave still work with me. Now you know
what I mean? You know because you know that is
that honestly, after I looked at him like who can

you trust? I'm just you know what I'm saying, I'm
like I had to. I'm like, I can trust her
do that. Maybe I can't trust it with the money,
you know what I'm saying.

When I can trust to do that something else, I
can't tip it with the money no more.

But I can trust on some other.

Might kill a nigga about me, you know what I'm saying.
But I can't trust it with the money, you know
what I'm saying. So, and that's I guess you got
to put people in categories.

You know, you can't cut all your family mims off
because you know they your family, They're close to you.

So it's just like you got you got to keep
them around some kind of way, you know, you know.
And that's what I had to do. And you know

And I did it not with a hatred in my heart,
but I did it with love of my heart. You
know what I'm saying, Like, Hey, I do neither. You
know what I'm saying, aud my whole life.

with with with just being successful period, no matter what
you're doing. You could be an athlete, football player, entrepreneur, ship,
drug deal or whatever. With that shit come resentment and entitlement.
So how you deal with those two?

Obviously it's hard, and I deal with it the same
way I kind of deal with my family members, you
know what I'm saying, but a little different because I
don't gotta deal with people people who resent.

Me around me.

But most of the people who resent you or the
people who are the closest to you, You're gonna be
your business people who you work with, your family members
sometimes be your friends who were closer to you, and
and like and everybody got a job, just like like
you know, certain stuff, you can't let them see certain stuff,

you can't let them know partake in, you know what
I'm saying, because you want you know how they're gonna
be resent for you, So you got to put them
in certain categories.

In the past, I've been putting them all in one category,
and I've been like, oh wow, I can't put this
joker right here. Have one guy put him on jets
with me, had him going around with me, doing everything
with me, I mean, treating him like he like he's
my best buddy.

And the whole while here.

Was he had never been no jet, nobody, but I
put him on one and he can find out he wanted.
My biggest resenters you know they say, they say, they say,
when you do ship for neither that they can't do
for theirself.

Yeah, I do too, because it's like the motherfuckers. I
tell no love me, but the motherfuckers, I say.

So, what's the hardest conversation you feel like you have
to have as a business man and with who?

Speaker 4 (09:35):
Well, my hardest conversations I had to have. I had
to have my my my kids. Who's gonna eventually take over,
you know, my place. So I got to my business
set up for my kids to you know, come along
after me, and I had to have a hard conversation
with them about I can't trust nobody. Gotta watch everybody.
You know what I'm saying, no matter who it is,

Told me, I got to watch your brother, watch your other,
you gotta watch your niece, you gotta watch your mama.

I said, when we're dealing with money, you gotta watch.
It's just the rule.

And that was a hard conversation because I always try
to trust everybody, you.

I read about five hundred of them and think and

well next time, if you have a friend or family
in the accident.

be at the Christal party next year. I might give

I had to fight that other lady. They wasn't doing
they was. They were moving around slow. They got this

care of you. They wouldn't help me get in on
the car. I can't get around. Say I get you

get you in to run a car. Cend the five
