Speaker 1 (00:00):
Ladies and gentlemen, Welcome to the Lance wallnow show. I
have my son with me over here. Carl, Hello, Carlin,
did you get a did you you you shaved recently
and then your hair grew back so fast. Yes, it's
a benefit of the Middle Eastern bloodline. It's clearly it's
the it's it's the it's Ashkenazi Jewish. Is there speaking
of genius Jewish ideas? Not that I was speaking of

(00:23):
it necessarily, right, I think I'm thinking about it, thinking it.
We have doctor Jordan Ruben with us. He's he's on
the cue here. I want to talk to him because
every time I talk to him, I find out another
distinction that is made in the area of how to
manage my physical well being at a higher level. And
I got to tell you I've got I've got products
now all over the place. Now my challenge is figuring

(00:46):
out the proper combination. I don't want to combust myself.
But today, by the way, and I get the journalists
are writing down they said, remember this, one guy was
writing about how I'm selling bone broth. I thought, that's
doctor that's doctor Ruben. He said, yeah, I know, as
Lance Rano sells bone broth, and so I want to
bring in the man who has got me on this path.
Dr Jordan Robin, Welcome back to the show.

Speaker 2 (01:08):
It's great to be here, gentlemen.

Speaker 1 (01:10):
Now look, it's good every year it's the same problem,
and this is where we started. I think when I
first met you. It's the holiday problem where people bloated
and their feelings, you know, just all messed up. And
what I'm trying to figure out is you've got a
New Year Reset bundle and you're putting together the different

(01:32):
products that you think are going to be the most extraordinary.
But I have to know, is bone broth going to
be one of them? It better be.

Speaker 2 (01:40):
We were talking about Jewish grandmothers and what is more
Jewish than Jewish penicillin and everything else you can think of,
because in reality, my Jewish grandmother believed that pick and
super bone broth could pretty much help you overcome any
malady known to man.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
And there's an element of strange truth in that because
it's it's weird. But some of these old fable things
are like we talked earlier on different shows about liver
and heart and all the things that people don't like
to eat. But my gosh, there's a realization in this
in bone broth. Why is that a great New Year focus? Well,

(02:23):
first of.

Speaker 2 (02:23):
All, for most of us, it is a colder time
of year and you want something warm and nourishing. What's
great about bone broth is in its protein form, which
is the first time this has ever been done. You
have to imagine when I came up with this idea,
people were looking at me kind of side ways when

(02:45):
I said you could have chocolate bone broth protein. Because
all everyone knows about bone broth is having it warm
as either a base for a soup, a sauce, or
as a meal if you're looking at chicken soup. What's
great about bone broth is it is warming to the body.

(03:07):
Even if you have it at room temperature or cold
in a smoothie, there's still some elements of that and
it helps you build your internal organs and systems of
the body. It also supports a healthy immune system and
a healthy gut. And we know that during the winter time,

(03:28):
even if you live in a tropical environment, it's cooler
in January then it would be in the summer, so
to speak. And so consuming these type of foods helped
to keep your insides healthy, and everybody knows that from
November ish to early March that is a season of

(03:52):
time where people struggle with their health. And as we
talked about off the air lands, I don't remember what
your dad called it, but that's where more people have
spocus and their connectic as though dead than usual, so
they are not feeling well for all kinds of reasons.
But truthfully, when they talk about the term get catching
a cold, a cold is a virus. The reason they

(04:15):
call it a cold is because your body tends to
be colder and you do well consuming warming foods, and
there's nothing more warming than broth. And with bone broth protein,
whether it's pure vanilla or chocolate, you can make a
warm drink out of it, you can make a cold
drink out of it, you can have it in your smoothies.
And the main reason I developed it was that I

(04:38):
have called bone broth the quintessential superfood in every one
of my books. My grandmother said it could do pretty
much anything for you. But I have said that anyone
who has serious health challenges could consume copious amounts the
bone broth, even if they can digest nothing else. It
is digestible usable by the body, contains all kinds of

(05:02):
minerals and other compounds known as glycosamino glycans. Probably haven't
heard that term, but you have heard of glucosamine and
chondroiten for the joints. You may have heard of hyaluronic
acid for the skin. Bone broth has all of that,
and it is in a naturally occurring combo. And unfortunately today,

(05:25):
this modern generation doesn't consume bone broth at all, whereas
our ancestors, particularly my Jewish ones, consumed it every single week,
if not every day.

Speaker 1 (05:38):
Well explained to me that the inflammation part because I
went through a period of time when I was traumatized
by every new development my wife was talking about. She's
talking about how the number one cause of high blood
pressure and you're cooking your organs because you're not alkaline
in your blood. And then it was all about this,
But I noticed you have inflammation response. God, how does

(06:01):
bone bread? Does bone broth have a relationship with inflammation?

Speaker 2 (06:05):
It does. There are multiple ingredients naturally occurring that have
been shown in scientific research to support or manage inflammation.
And you might say, Jordan, I don't want to manage it.
I want it gone, No, you don't. Inflammation is the
god given way that our body and organs and tissues

(06:25):
know there's something wrong and to shuttle resources to it.
So inflammation itself is not bad. Excessive long term inflammation
coming from certain bodily dysfunctions can be problematic. The nutrients
in bone broth are absolutely amazing for managing inflammation, and

(06:50):
they include ologen type two G, lucosamine, chondroid, and hyaluronic acid.
And there's even minerals such as naturally occurring sodium potassium.
All of those together help support healthy inflammation levels in
the body. And that includes the digestive trap, the joints, ligaments, tendons,

(07:11):
and the skin. And bone broth can even help statiate
you and make you feel full while providing little to
no calories.

Speaker 1 (07:20):
Now that's a big deal, and I guess I got
other some other products I want to focus on in
a second. But the weight management aspect, coming out of
the holidays, people are all like, I can't believe I
put on the pounds, and so this is all part
of that concept that you can you can begin to
manage that weight. But I'm going to point out again
what you said, this is bone broth, protein vanilla. So

(07:41):
it's not just the hot souper talking about. You've figured
out a way to make it something for a smoothie
or as delicious like you could, because if everybody's in Florida,
they roll their eyes because they're in Florida, or they're
in California. I know, in Texas, but you've had don't
know how you do it, but I look at these.
You got mushrooms, you got eggs, You've got all kinds
of things that I would never think would be compatible

(08:03):
with a milkshake, but somehow you make it tasty, and
I think, I think that's ingenius. But I'm transitioning to
the multi coollagen protein because now you've got me on
the collagen trip, and so everything I'm doing, I'm looking
at the collagen. Tell tell our audience again. The women know,
but I have men that listen to me. Why is collagen?
What are the what's the benefit of collagen in terms

(08:26):
of looks? What does it do for your appearance?

Speaker 2 (08:29):
Well, as we age, we lose collagen, and we use it.
We lose it rapidly, starting at the age of approximately thirty.
There is an enzyme that can attack our collagen, and
our collagen makes up more of our bones than calcium
makes up the lining of our gastrointestinal track, joints, ligaments, tendon, skin, hair,

(08:52):
and nails are made up of collagen, which is the
most abundant protein in the body. But the area that
seem the greatest benefit from consuming collagen is our skin,
which has proteins in it called collagen and elastin.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
So think of it this way.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
If you are sagging in all the wrong places, that
means that you have collagen loss. Consuming multi coollagen protein
which is virtually tasteless, virtually odorless, easy to mix, can
be consumed in oatmeal, yogurt, smoothies, spaghetti, sauce, soups, you

(09:32):
name it. It is so easy to consume and it
helps to block the degradation or reduction of collagen. It
helps you preserve collagen by adding it to your diet,
and it will really help build your body from the
inside out. Because the truth is external beauty is a

(09:53):
reflection of internal health.

Speaker 1 (09:57):
That's a great quote, ladies and gentlemen, external beat and
listen the crows feet. This is an interesting statement. But
the softening of the crow's feet. You see this, look
at me. I think it's the collagen. I haven't had surgery,
it's college. I think there is some evidence that this
actually slows out the skin. Correct.

Speaker 2 (10:15):
Absolutely. One of the key ingredients, which is now your favorite,
Lance because it comes from eggshell membrane, has been shown
in just twenty eight days to visibly improve your skin appearance,
reducing wrinkles, fine lines, and of course rose feet. You
want to know something ironic though, Lance and Carl, rose

(10:35):
feet is probably a rich source of collagen in and
of itself, although crows are detestable animals according to the Bible,
so we will forget about that one.

Speaker 1 (10:44):
Are you talking about literal crows feet? Oh my gosh.

Speaker 2 (10:46):
Well, chicken a secret weapon to make chicken soup, and
I used to do this is to add the chicken feet.
But it would be really scary when my wife or
one of my kids would dig into the chick consume
and a little fingernail or toenails. Oh my gosh, Oh,
I guess they're all toenails, right, they're all toenails.

Speaker 1 (11:06):
Yes, it's a little crunch, you know, it's fine fucking feet.

Speaker 2 (11:09):
Bird's feet are loaded with collagen.

Speaker 1 (11:12):
Well, aren't you glad that you don't put everything in
these products? But hydrology? Why not that you know of Listen,
but I know it. But I want to talk to
you about the bovine hide. I can't believe that you've
got a bulvine hide collagen peptide. What the heck are
you talking about a bulvine hide?

Speaker 2 (11:30):
Well, there is great information throughout hundreds of years that
when you consume an animal food, the corresponding body part
in humans is supported. So if you eat liver, it
could help your liver. If you consume heart, it contains
coke ten and carnetine and other nutrients to help your heart.

(11:51):
When you want to boost your skin health, you want
collagen that contains the components of your skin. So inside
the skin of animals you have loads of collagen. You
also have it in the bones, you have it in
the feet. That's why you use these parts in stoops
and stocks. But the hide of animals contains a rich

(12:14):
source of collagen that is inside of their skin to
protect them, keep them warm, et cetera. And so that
collagen is helpful to support healthy skin, hair, and nails
when you consume it.

Speaker 1 (12:30):
And I'm thinking that the wait a second, this is
the multi collagen protein. Is this just have a flavor
to it? Or is this flavorless? How does this?

Speaker 2 (12:38):
This is flavorless virtually odorless, and it is what you
can sneak in almost anything. So every one of my
kids every day and my wife I make them smoothies
or coffee drinks or hydration beverages, and they get collagen
every day in their diet because even though we eat
a super healthy diet, we don't provide dietary collagen very

(13:03):
often because people tend to eat white meat, chicken breast
or thighs, they eat mussel meat. When it comes to beef,
they eat eggs, they consume dairy. None of those are
rich sources of collagen. Collagen comes from the joints, bones, ligaments, pendons,
or egg cell membrane, the parts we don't like to

(13:24):
eat very much anymore, but that our ancestors relied on
because frankly, they didn't let anything go to waste. That's
why when I hear from my grandmother who grew up
in Poland, which Poland slash Ukraine, it depends on what
era you think about. They made sick and soup once

(13:45):
a week. And my grandmother was the youngest of seven
and she ate last, and so she would tell me
Jordi or Jordila as we were talking about Yiddish plants.
Doordila all I ate was the schmoll send, the gribbinus
and the bones, and she got the dregs, which is
Yiddish for like the the leftovers. Yeah, but I actually

(14:09):
believe he got the best of the best because she
had the extract from the bone, the joint, the skin.
This was collagen, this was glucosamine, cadrot and the hyaluronic acid.
And that's why when she was eighty years of age,
he never drove, but she would walk through the grocery
store when we came to eat at her house, one

(14:29):
mile there, one mile back, carrying heavy groceries.

Speaker 1 (14:33):
Amazing, amazing, amazing. Listen, folks, the reason why I have
doctor rubenin right now, it is because I want you
to focus on the weight management health, your ability to
resist you know, the cold, to lose the weight that
you put on over the holidays, reduced the cravings because

(14:53):
we get carbohydrate condition. But I want to I want
to zero in in a moment on the digestive health
at issue and the bloatedness, and what's really crucial for
weight management is going to be waste elimination. I want
to talk about the probiotics in a second, but right
now you on the podcast, you'll be able to busy.
This is a special bundle. Let's put together as a

(15:16):
New Year Reset bundle. So you want to go to
Lancewallnow dot com w A L L L n AU,
Lancewalllant dot com, Forward slash Reset get your New Year
Reset bundle, because this is how you're going to reduce
the cravings. You're going to be able to get increased
healthy gut digestion, and you're going to have overall rebalance

(15:38):
with it. You're going to be looking right your skin,
your digestive system, and as your and as you're experiencing
this about joint pain and stuff like that. This is
where nature goes to work to fix you up. Doctor
talk to me about the SBO probiotics. And for my audience,
it doesn't know what a probiotic does. Start at the
basic level. Why is this important?

Speaker 2 (16:00):
Are good germs and that is not an act oxymorod
by the way, These are micro organisms that should be
in your gut, that are needed to activate digestion, elimination
and a healthy immune system, and they detoxify the body.
Think of sbos or soil based organisms as little pac

(16:23):
men that go into your gut and they gobble up
undigested food or waste products that cause gas, floating indigestion,
occasional constipation, diarrhea. Sounds like we talked about Saturday Night Live,
remember Lance Rosanna Rosanna Dana, where she would read all
the health issues that say you got this, you got this,
and you have gas and now trying to talk about

(16:46):
how someone's a real attractive guy, but I'm constipated. So
bottom line, when we come out of the holidays, we
are eating more junk food, more unknown ingredients more. I'm
afraid to insult anyone by not concent assuming this at parties,
and we have a bunch of gunk in the trunk

(17:06):
and we need to degunk the body and get our
digestion back in working order. And let's face it, a
lot of people come out of the holidays, they're traveling,
they're here, they're there, they're under stress, and they are
backed up and not quote unquote regular. So what do
probiotics do. They are the guardians of your gut. What

(17:26):
do SBO probiotics do. They help you move things through
your body, digest what you eat, and support a healthy
immune system. I said this to you once Lance off
the air, that if I had one go to during
the winter season to protect my immune system, it is
soil based organisms. There is great research showing that the

(17:50):
probiotics we have in the SBO probiotics help to fight
bad germs, create a shield in your gut to protect
you against toxins and help remove what doesn't belong. This
is a gentle cleanse. Again, I'll use a Saturday Night
Live reference. This is not some colon blow products where

(18:11):
you have to strap yourself to the toilet. This is
going to help you in all aspects of your body, because, frankly,
life and death begin in the colon. Although the Bible
says it's in the power of the tongue, I would
argue that your health is a reflection of your gut.

Speaker 1 (18:33):
I couldn't agree with you more. And if you want
to get really profound about it, Man's original sin had
to do with tasting that which was forbidden, and the
thing Jesus had to do in the wilderness was man
shall not live by bread alone. He had to overcome
the appetite. And most of us are eating ourself to death,
which is why we were running out of time. But
I was going to say, have you ever had a

(18:54):
bad gut day where you yourself are well? I mean, le,
you're the doctor, right, I always wonder what doctors go through.
You ever have, Oh, I shouldn't have eaten that? Can
you tell when you eat some junk food in your
present condition, young man? The way that you are so
meticulous when you're around your family or in laws, I
know they're pushing bad food in front of you. Do
you ever feel the result of that?

Speaker 2 (19:13):
Well, first of all, Lance, because of how sick I was,
and because my illness was digestive related with Crohn's colitis,
and I was sick and in the bathroom constantly for
two years, I tend to eat very very well. I
even safeguard against those holiday indiscretions. But here's what I
will tell you. I've traveled the world since I've had

(19:37):
my health returned to the glory of God. And when
I am traveling, or when I am under stress, or
when I am even going into the holidays, I will
double up on my sbos. I have been consuming SBO
containing probiotics for almost no actually just about thirty years.
And when I say every day, I mean every day.

(20:00):
I went to Europe this summer, doubled up. I went
to Africa, India, anywhere I go, even my in laws,
hopefully they're not watching it, I double up. But by
and large, to answer your question, if I were to
go off the rails on my diet, I would absolutely
feel it, but I try my best to safeguard against it.

(20:21):
I do practice what I preach. It's a really important
principle of mine. But I also arm my gut with
the right army, if you will, to make sure that
bad things don't get in and everything I want to
move out does in the right fashion and timing.

Speaker 1 (20:41):
All right, folks, listen to me. This is the New
Year Reset Bundle for a reason. Why did we do
this for January? Because this is the time you need
to get the bone brought, the multi collagen protein and
that SBO probably out. It's this little pac man that's
gonna get the gunk in the trunk. I'm serious. I
forgot about that, but I'm remembering now. When I'm traveling,
when I'm on these planes and I don't know about you,

(21:01):
but I'm around people that are sniff fulling and coughing
and this and that, and I'm thinking, what can I
do that. It's it's doubling up on those SBO probiotics
is so smart. I mean, this is this is a
smart thing. To get the bundle. The You can get
the link at Lance walnut dot com. Forward slash reset
and listen. If you're on Instagram or Facebook, just put

(21:21):
the word reset in. That's all you gotta do. I'll
take you directly there. There's no coupon code needed.

Speaker 2 (21:26):
Uh.

Speaker 1 (21:26):
We have a special offer that's there for you. This
is the New Year Bundle. Any final thoughts on because
it's weight management, they're gonna lose, They're gonna get to
what they're gonna get to manage the weight, drop some
of those extra pounds, get your gut back into shape,
get rid of the stuff that you've accumulated. And I guess,
I guess overall this, they're gonna have a much more
balanced way of adjusting.

Speaker 3 (21:48):
Any final thoughts, Well, I think that when people are
looking for weight loss, they want to take certain things
that boost their metabolism, boost their central nervous system.

Speaker 2 (22:01):
Sometimes they get jittery, and that is not the right
approach you want to start your new year off. As
Lance and I both said, by removing the jump that
is in the trunk, it's a gentle way to cleanse
and a gentle, powerful way to build up your body
during the start of the year and as it continues on.

(22:23):
But basically, you are consuming three products that represent missing
links to your health. That would be bone broth with
all the powerful nutrients for your gut or your joints
or your ligaments, tendons, all of that good stuff, multi
coollagen protein for your skin, hair and nails, and SBO

(22:49):
probiotics to help you digest properly, eliminate properly, reduce occasional
gas bloating, constipation, indigestion, diarrhea, et cetera. And when you're
inside's work, you're going to get more benefits from your
foods and you're going to get the waste out of
your body efficiently. And best of all, these products work

(23:11):
great together. There are ways to utilize them with virtually
every single meal. This will be the best and cleanest
way for you to start off the new year and
continue on. As I mentioned, I've been consuming SBO probiotics
for thirty years in various forms, and believe me, I

(23:31):
get my college in every single day.

Speaker 1 (23:34):
Powerful, Powerful, Okay, lancewhilenot dot com Forward slash Reset, New Year,
New you start the year off right. Thank you, doctor
Jordan Rubin, and appreciate the research that you do. This
bundle is put together on purpose because if it has
synergistic qualities that I think are going to work for you,
we're going to be back again tomorrow. You don't want

(23:55):
to miss what's coming up. But I'm going to tell
you this, the stress and the warfare of life will
start to wear you down. You've got to be You've
got to actually take care of yourself so that you're
able to show up in doing the call of God
in your life. That's why I do these special focuses
on the physical part of your life, because my demographic

(24:16):
is an older demographic to a great extent, and I
don't want you. I don't want you breaking down when
you're in the best lane, best chapter of your life
on planet Earth. So thank you, doctor Rubin, and we
look forward to having you back in the future. Goblass,
did you enjoy this latest episode, please remember to share
it with your friends, because the more knowledge you have,

(24:38):
the better equipped you are to navigate the world.
