Speaker 1 (00:02):
The Lance Wall Now Show is coming at you.

Speaker 2 (00:05):
Lie from the Master himself with a special broadcast taken
from one of Lance's most recent appearances.

Speaker 1 (00:10):
Tune in and get ready for some major revelation.

Speaker 3 (00:13):
So you're gonna exit one season entered out of the
way that you leave is the way that you enter.
This is why some people get messed up in the
place they go. If you come into a church, but
you leave burton the last church, you're probably coming in
with the smell of smoke. The best way to exit
a situation is healthy because the way that you exit
is the way that you enter. If you have a

(00:33):
bad relationship, I promise you the next relationship pays a
price for the bad relationship you just had. Because you
gotta make sure you don't get burned again. Always enter
the new season victoriously exiting the old season. That makes sense.
That's one way. You don't go in a circle. You
learn and you go up. So when you go here's

(00:54):
the cycle. Here's the cycle, and it's a conversion cycle.
Watch how this works. God gives you a dream, gives
you a desire, gives you a vision of that which
you want to do. You have a dream and in
that dream. You're very happy about the thing that God
shows you could be the next building, the next project,
the next it's it's the beginning of a relationship. It's

(01:15):
the beginning of a new chapter of ministry. Very important
you get this down and your pastor's talking about vision,
because we're going to show you the phases of vision.
This is research that was done, by the way, by
a research or French research name Enred L. Cursier and
the curse. Notice four cycles that take place in the
development of any team, group organization. And then I sat
back and studied the Cursier when I was in business management,

(01:37):
praying in the Holy Ghost. The Lord said, that's actually
a cycle of Joseph. It's a Bible cycle. It's just
the curser. La Cursier found it. Here's the cycle. See
if you canna identify it. You start with a dream,
but the moment you step out to work on the dream,
you end up in distress. It's like the Lord gives
the word and immediately the devil comes to contradict the

(01:58):
steel or to run of the thing that God gave you.
So the moment you get it, you shouldn't just be
like casually there you should be guarding it because something's
a burlier is going to come and try to steal
the thing that the revelation that God has gave you.
So what happens is motivationally, you're happy because of the dream.
But then the first thing that happens is you go
into the distress. The moment you start to act on

(02:20):
that thing, you run into the opposition. Now, this curve
here is actually I'm going to call the emotional motivational curve.
It's the emotional motivational curve. It's it's going to be
easy to be victorious after an election is won. Do
you know what's hard? It's being like people like me
in like twenty twenty when you think you're winning and

(02:43):
then you're looking at how many ways election could possibly
be stolen, and then you're isolated as being a nut
job because you really believe it was stolen. And then
keeping your attitude right and your spirit right and building
creatively over the next four years to get to the
next opportunity, and not giving up the process and not
getting all distressed and backsliding because your favorite prophet missed

(03:06):
it like some Christians are. So the emotional journey as
you start off high, then you go into a low.
Now this is where the devil takes a lot of
people out. Every vision gets tested. I'm just telling you.
It's just the way it is. So you have the
high and the reason he gets tested. I watch this.

(03:26):
This is very important, moi importante, because this is the
motivational curve. This is a different curve, and this is
a fascinating one. This is called your skills, your knowledge,
and your competency. So here's the funny thing I just
got done saying, got you to the fullest things in
the world can found the wise, the weak things can
found the mighty. That's what that means is you may

(03:50):
be motivated because God showed you. Why did he show you?
He showed you your face in the future. And you're
happy because God showed you prophetically where he's taking you,
and you're it's here, and you're looking at that there
and thinking you're going to go from there to there.
You see Rachel and you are Jacob. But in the

(04:15):
morning you wake up with Leah. This is as old
as Jewish history, and you're wondering, what the heck happened. Well,
you're gonna have your Rachel. But there's a process involved.
Everybody said the word process thirty sixty one hundredfold by

(04:38):
reason of use. You go from milk to meat, the
strong meat. There's a process going up the mountain, and
those that pay the price to persevere come into that
one hundredfold realm. Eventually you'll start to see the things
that you're saying manifest. But at first you got to
deal with some of the contradictions. Consider him that endured
the contradiction of sinners against himself, lest you become weary

(05:01):
in your mind. Those aren't our favorite Bible verses to
put on a refrigerator, but they're very real. Consider Jesus,
who endured the contradiction of the way they treated him,
And how was it that he was able to endure
the contradiction? He despised the shame. So I got to
sit down and look at all the slander, all the

(05:22):
hate mail, all the death threats. I say, Lord, I'm
famous for all the wrong reasons with all the wrong people.
Lord says, You're exactly where you're supposed to be. Now
watch this. Skills, knowledge and competencies are down here. You
do not yet know how to do the thing that
God has called you to do there. So he is

(05:43):
going to increase your knowledge and your skill, and your
desernment and your wisdom so that when you get there,
you're able to occupy that territory. But he doesn't require
you to have that when he calls you. That's the
part that messes the devilop and Hunt predicts the world system.
You don't start off with Harvard connections at a superior opportunity.

(06:05):
You start off with a call of God and a promise.
Now what happens is the dream hits. And at first
you're in what we call the dream is formed and
you're ready to see it happen. But then the distress comes.
This is called the storm. And in the distress zone
right here, a lot of people quit because the cont

(06:27):
it didn't work. I gave, but it wasn't. It didn't
happen like they said it was. Well, you should understand
that the blessing comes thirty sixty hundred fold with persecutions.

Speaker 3 (07:48):
So Skeltz competencies. What's happening here is this is the
This is the mastery process. God is going to give
you mastery over the enemy and over that field and
over that domain. You starting up with a call and
you're emotionally excited, and you want to be You ought
to be happy. God gave you a dream, you got
Rachel on your mind. You wake up in Leah's contradiction.
The business isn't going the way you thought. You got

(08:11):
a partner, it's not not be trusted. You got somebody
that was embezzling some funds. You learned you got to
tight up your bookkeeping. And I mean, this is hilarious.
I've got friends of mine that really successful, but if
I ever get look at this process and get them
to talk behind the scenes about the learning curve, it's
hilarious the dumb things that they've done. One guy who
had one of the largest Starbucks contracts didn't know he

(08:36):
had to have a restaurant license for food. He just
started getting into creating food. He had never had his
plant inspected, but his product was so superior Starbucks was
buying from him. Then they came by to check out
his plant to go investigate it because they really love
this product. And he lied and told him that he

(08:59):
was looking for that license, but it was somewhere in
his paperwork. Then his wife told him at night, as
some wives are the mouthpiece of God. God cannot prosper
a liar. You got to come clean. He came clean.
He told them he didn't realize till it was too
late that he had to have a proper license for

(09:20):
the restaurant business in order to be selling food. He
didn't know that, and so they were furious with him
because of the vulnerability that he put them through. So
they marked his name down. He would never ever be
doing business with them again. He was so humiliated, so hurt.
I said like, well, like what kind of like what

(09:40):
do you mean, Like what did you learn? He goes, well,
then I hired a consultant who came and showed me
how to set up a proper manufacturing place. I went
and moved to another city and I opened it up,
and he came in and I was just doing something stupid.
I got like what he was like a metal detector.
You know, you have to have these very very fine
calibrated like you know, instruments that pick up on any
micro filing, the slightest bit of metallic that could have

(10:02):
gotten into you know, into the food. It finds it.
I said, well, what did you use? He said, well,
you know those you know on the beach where you
go around and try to find jewelry. I had him
hanging down with duct tape over the product table, and
I made sure the batteries. He said, when my consultant
came in, he hit himself in the forehead. He said,
are you telling me this is what you have? He

(10:24):
goes as a metal detector. Anyway, he said, that's how.
But here's the hilarious thing. Changes his name of his company,
moves to another location, gets himself properly certified, licensed hires.
The consult has the expensive equipment instead of like duct
tape hanging down with the beach stuff with his new brand.

(10:50):
Starbucks picks up on the new product from the new company,
and once again it is the number one product evaluated
by the company. They have learned from that knucklehead they
worked with before to go inspect the plant before they
start running the product, so they want to come down
and meet him, and he doesn't tell them it's the

(11:12):
same knucklehead because he's got a new name and a
new city. And they love the new product. It's as
good as the old one with that idiot that wasn't licensed.
So they show up, the consultant meets them, They walk
through the entire plan. Now they want to meet the
CEO of the company. It's me. They go you and

(11:36):
they say, well, what are we going to do? They said,
he's met every criteria. He's doing it right. In other words,
what happened. He had actually gone to the place where
he went from being unconsciously incompetent to being competent. Now
he was the master of the process. God took him

(11:58):
through that process there because he went ahead and did
in the zeal of his heart. Not smart, but somehow
the Lord redeemed it, and he became the number one
franchise customer of Starbucks with a seven hundred million dollar operation.
All of the you know, lemon pound cake, all the

(12:19):
stuff that made Starbucks famous came out of him amazing.
But their backstory he couldn't tell for years because it's
too embarrassing, which is that he started off with metal detectors.
So the dream goes into distress. I want you to

(12:40):
see this in your own life. Look at phases. The
dream goes into the distress, but then gradually the distress
starts to normalize. As you do what you persevere, you
endure the country as you endure. The reason why eighty
percent according to our research, do not go into convergence.
Is it because of sovereign circumstances that closed and around

(13:03):
them that kept them from it? That wasn't the prisin
It was because they quit the process because the nature
of the contradictions was such that they lost their zeal
for being able to pursue the original vision that they had.
But if they would persevere, they would find that the
wind would get behind them, accelerants would come alongside, unexpected
favor or agents of cooperation would come alongside to accelerate

(13:25):
the vision. But watch what happens. So you start at
this level, you're emotionally excited, then you hit a low
point over here and make a decision, I gonna stick
with it. Here's the moment of truth right there, when
your actual skills overlap with where you're at. This could happen.
You could be on one hitt wonder, you could preach
your greatest sermon. People love it. It's annoyed, the signs
and wonters. You're moving. Then you realize you got to

(13:45):
do that every week, and the next week is in
as good as that one moment you had a breakthrough,
and you discover there's a process to actually being able
to do this. And what God does is the competencies
are growing as you endure the process. The reason why
a lot of Christians don't get to the next level
is they quit on the process because they thought it
would be easy as a prophecy laying out of hands

(14:06):
or just a magical anointing. Then it realize that God
makes you into the vessel that's going to occupy that position.
That makes sense. So what I'm giving you is the cycle.
In each of these cycles, it gets faster and faster
and faster. It goes from unconscious competence to conscious incompetence.

(14:32):
That's that's a humbling moment. Now you you didn't know
in this phase, and you didn't know that you didn't know.
Now you know that you didn't know, And so all
you got to do is say, did the Lord call
me to do it? If he did? Endure the contradiction,
because the next one is is conscious incompetence, and then

(14:56):
you're going to develop into what's called conscious competence, which
means you're conc and trading on the fundamental skills like
a pilot's checklist. This is what we do. We do
the checklist. Why because we have a conscientious procedure from
making sure we do it right, and then in the storm,
in the chaos, in the blow up, what kicks in

(15:17):
if you're really good is unconscious confidence. You instinctively know
what to do. Why because you've done it so much?
Is second nature? Does that make sense? The only way
that can happen is if you pay the price for
mastery in the process. And so God gives you the
school of development. And yet that school of development has

(15:40):
an element of supernatural wisdom, supernatural favor, supernatural endurance. It's
not you, but Christ with you. But I think the
Church doesn't appreciate you could go through that process one, two, three,
four like that. You might have that happen three or
four times in a ministry. And the third process time
you go through that, you're hitting into your conversion site.

(16:01):
It's the final time. It's the final time you go
through that kind of test. So I've learned, like from
my Harvard experience, when it hits the New York Times
or the Washington Post, it's now no longer that you
know guy at Harvard talking. It's national media. But what's
it saying. It's saying to me that what we've got

(16:21):
is a movement that has the ability to reshape the
culture of the United States. And the devil doesn't like it.
So how many for instance, let me go through this thing.
This is the forming stage of the dream, is the distress.
Then you've got the development stage right here that's forming storming.

(16:42):
You're learning how to norm it. You're norming is what
it's called conscious competency is you're learning how to do here.
You're going to ride the bicycle because your brother's riding
the bicycle. Everybody's riding the bicycle. You get on your
bicycle and the first thing you know when you're going
to I don't know why my brother did it to me.
And if your brother was like mine, it's weird. All
the other kids are on the street riding bicycles and

(17:03):
you're kind of going out. They're gonna do like your
older brother or someone else is doing. And you got
on a bicycle, and where do they train you on pavement?
I don't know why they don't do it on the
lawn because you're going down. But you're gonna you're gonna
skin your knees, You're gonna hit that asphalt, You're gonna
bash into the mailbox. You're gonna try to stop with
your feet. You gotta go like that because you haven't

(17:25):
figured out how to do everything together yet. So what
happens is you start off with the vision and you
start crashing, bloody knees, crying, mangled up bicycle. Gotta get
back up and try to wipe away with it. Feels
like you're in front of your friends. Get back up
and try to do it again, and they're laughing at you.
Doing circles the ones that are done, but they all
did the same thing when they started. Gradually you develop

(17:48):
unconscious confidence. Now you're letting go your handlebars, you're doing
wheel they're doing all kinds of crazy, so you're skidding
around in your brakes and sliding. That's you move up
the skill curve like that. It happens in every area
of life. And when you see someone who's really good
at something, it's unconscious competence. They know what they're doing.

(18:11):
It just looks effortless, because if you're really good at it,
you shouldn't be looking like you're practicing. That's the conscious
competence phase, where you're practicing. Being good makes sense. This
cycle will happen like I said two or three times
before you hit what I would call the convergence cycle.
But every time you do it, my experience is the

(18:33):
cycle is shorter, intense, but you now know what to expect.
So whenever I get into a whole new domain, I realize,
and it's humbling. I won't do it as well at
first as I will do it later. I just have
to buckle up and endure the contradiction, the feedback, the critique.

(18:56):
And here's another word for you. It's important to get
this mastery is in the distinctions. The higher up you
go in the mountain of any field, the more refined
and elegant your ability to desern and make distinctions. This
and that's important in the word. It's important in the
word of God. It's important in the work of God
that you make those distinctions. Does this make sense to

(19:20):
you as a different I feel like I'm doing a
business seminar. But the church benefits by this process because
this is this is the actual practice of vision. It's
where God drops that dream on you. I'm telling you
vision as your church is getting ready to go in
the next season of vision. I got a word for you.

(19:42):
I understand each service. Here is different. Some of you
might not be coming back. You're gonna miss parts of
what's going to happen tomorrow. But the word I want
to give is a prophecy is and it comes from
I'm gonna give you three verses real quick, and then
I can, I can, I can wrap it up. But
once you go to John seventeen real quick and see
that once you were born again, and America is in

(20:05):
that moment now of a corporate convergence, I think for
a calling, something's got to happen. It's got to happen
within the window of time, within the next short period.
And I'm concerned about the backlash of how the enemy's
going to respond to what's about to happen. Because you know,

(20:26):
Jesus went through all the synagogues casting out devils. Nobody
knew was that many devils in the synagogues till he
came in with an anointing and all the manifestation happened.
And people don't realize how many devils there are in
America until the annoying starts to move and starts taking territory.
Then you see people manifesting. So that's another subject. But
you're going to see a national response to what I

(20:48):
think God wants to do. And it's going to be
it's going to require tremendous intercessory restraint upon the enemy.
John seventeen. Jesus speaks these words, lifted up his eyes
to heaven and said, Father, the hour has come. Glorify
your son, that your son also may glorify you, as

(21:11):
you have given him authority over all flesh, that he
should give eternal life to as many as you have
given him. And this is eternal life, that they may
know you, the only true God. In Jesus Christ. Of
me you have sin. Now here's the verse. I've glorified
you on the earth, or I've finished the work which
you've given me to do. The most important issue for

(21:33):
you or for me is that you're born again. I mean,
the last thing you want to do is climb the
ladder of success and finest leaning against the wrong wall.
The first order of business is being born again right
with God. Say this is eternal life, that they may
know you the only true God. And Jesus Christ, if
you have sain, if you don't know Jesus and you're

(21:54):
here tonight, might be find me entertaining or interesting, But
you're totally missed. I'm talking about because I'm talking to
people in phase two, and phase one is you must
be born again. Phase two is born again people finishing
the work they were given to do. So when you
stand before Jesus, imagine he has an idea of what

(22:15):
your gifts, talent's abilities, and plan is. Bible says that
God should wipe away all tears from their eyes. Often
wonder what kind of tears could there be? And I
contemplate that if there is tears in heaven, it's only
happening when you have a review of your life and
you get an understanding of what God's blueprint was versus
how close you came to running on the blueprint. Then

(22:37):
you see the good plan that he had. You see
how where you hit it, where you missed it, how
you missed it, and what happens when you miss it.
It's all learning and then he wipes it all away
because it isn't about remorse, it's about reward. But he's
showing you here's what I had, here's what you did
well done, this is what this is what was there?
Potentially that's what I think that keeps me motivated anyway,

(22:58):
because I don't want to show up where the Bible says, behold,
I come quickly, and my rewards are with me. God
wants me to think about meeting him, and he's got rewards.
I want to make sure I'm doing the thing that
he wants me to do that he wanted to reward
me for. And if it's not what I'm doing now, Lord,
I don't want to keep doing it. Show me what
it is I can do ought to do that brings fruit.

(23:20):
So here's the idea. Jesus says, I finished the work
you gave me to do. The work means your assignment. Convergence,
in my book, is when you enter into the ultimate
assignment that God had for you in mind before you

(23:40):
were born. Now that doesn't mean He doesn't have assignments
for you right now, because you're in an assignment preparing
you for the ultimate work. I showed you the cycles
you got to do. Those cycles you got to complete.
The cycles of stepping in obedience, not sure what to do,
learning how to do it, master it, coming to the
point of graduation. Then boom cycle takes over, storming, norming, forming, perform,

(24:03):
storming and then norming and then performing is the final phase,
you get to the place you're actually doing it. The
dream enters distress, but the stress leads to development. But
once the developments completed its work, there's a demonstration of
what God wanted to glorify. There's a manifestation of what

(24:24):
he wanted to create. The final phase is going to
be you manifest, You demonstrate, you do what you're called
to do, and then there's a termination that happens. That's
the new cycle. It starts and the old thing kind
of ends. When you're called to the work that God
has for you, you're doing the work he called you

(24:46):
to do. The work is the assignment. I put an
envelope over here like that, and that assignment is the
current assignment that you have. I say verse four, I've
glorified you on the earth. I finished the work. Get
me to do most important prayer. We can pray His
Father update me as to the work that I am
called to do. Because that's what you when you when

(25:08):
you're in your final moments before you meet Jesus, your
satisfaction is I finished the work. What you don't want
to do is not be finished with the work and
leave someone else that to finish the work. You were
supposed to do. Makes sense, so I look at that
with great interest. Convergence is when you enter into the
work that God called you to do. But I just

(25:29):
got done making the argument that you don't start with
the ultimate work. If you don't mind me saying so,
your work until God sets you apart for the ultimate work.
You know, there are stories in the Bible that are
actually so amazing. Imagine if God gave you a dream
and he said to you, asking me anything that you wish,
and I'll give it to you. Well, that actually happened.

(25:51):
Solomon asked for wisdom and God gave him wisdom. Suppose
God was to ask you, if you wanted the ability
to open up Heaven with your prayer life, you could
come up into this very presence and see his plan
and his purpose and his detailed blueprint for what you're
called to do. And then suppose God added to that
and said, and I'm going to give you the power

(26:13):
over every demon and earthly circumstance that gets in your
way when you want to administrate that vision. I'm going
to give you kingly power and priestly access to the
throne of God at the same time. That's the end.
Time move of God folks is called the Melchizedek spirit.
Jesus comes to us, the Bible says, in a new order.
It's called the order of Melchizedek. We've seldom seen it

(26:34):
manifest in the church, but it's showing up now where
God is giving to his people the royal priesthood authorization
to be able to see what Heaven wants to do,
pray prevailing prayers, and administrate that prayer right over the
works of Hell. We're seeing amazing answers to prayer. We're
seeing new testimonies happen every day. I want you to
get this special teaching Lancewala dot com forward slash mel

(26:57):
short from Melchizedek Lancewill dot com forward slash mel. You
don't want to miss it. This is fresh revelation hot
off the press.
