I think at this point I tore my rotator cuff
because I feel I've done that before. It's very different
than frozen shoulder.

it's there's it's tender. I've had this before, and I'm worried.

The reason why I'm asking about Kibi's shoulder for potential
new listeners is, of course Kibi has been dealing with
frozen shoulder.

And increasingly less frozen. I think I'm definitely in the
thawing stage. We're over a year.

So you think it's getting better or worse. You just
said you think you tore your total.

The frozen shoulder is getting better, But I now have
because it hurts right here. Never hurt right here.

I've had frozen shoulder before. I think the pilates. You know,
I don't do too many arms. I'm very light on
the arms and pilates. But there was one time the
other day I went, that's in the morning. Remember I
was talking to FaceTime you and Uh, there's a move
that you know. It's sort of like uh doing the
flies on the machine. Yes, and those those springs on

that thing are very difficult. They're very tough, and I
think I pushed it a little bit. I was already
hurting there. But I think, I really, I gotta go.

Do you think there are real housewives of any city
that do pilates? Like, which housewives do you think have
pilates bodies? Oh?

That's interesting. I mean, well they all definitely have ozempic bodies.
But I don't know, I don't know what you know,
it's interesting. I was looking at all the it's a
very young thing pilates up here in the Upper East Side.

Where you go, Yes, like it's old schools.

Well, the machines are there are they're the old school machines.
You've got the chair, you've got all. I think it's
natural plates because I think it's like the original Joseph
Pilates name. I think it was Joseph Pilates. Okay, well
we're getting off trafic. But the young girls, okay, excuse me.
I look at the young girls and they very slender.
You know, when you go to CrossFit, it's a different

type of body. You know, you see pretty hefty women.
You did there, what with all you're lifting a tire,
But it's not exactly the aesthetic that I want, you know,
I like the leaner long Russell's thing, the shoulder. I've
got to go checked out.

I think I may have done something not good.

The reason why I even asked you about Pilate's babe. Yeah,
and guys, I don't know who's watching it or who's
not watching it, but there needs to be an award
given to fucking Jia Judice oh Man on Special Forces.
Oh Man, Guys, Jia Judice is a fucking She's a beast.

She's her mental fortitude is something I've never seen before,
and she.

Is a little tiny.

This last episode, you guys have to see this. They
were walking up hills with thirty pounds each two tires, each,
so that's sixty pounds. She had them on both shoulders,
I mean massive, huge tires. Not batting an eye, not
batting an eye like I mean her focus and her
her determination. I mean I was like, she is the
best of both her parents.
Speaker 1 (04:55):
Truly. I know her parents must to be so proud
of her.
Speaker 2 (04:57):
Dad must be looking at her like whoa, whoa shout.
Speaker 1 (05:00):
Out to Joe, because they take a lot. Your daughter
is a badass, and she's sweet, she's caring, she's encouraging.
And not only was she carrying those two tires. Then
they go up this hill running she's found it with men,
Like the men are doing the same tires. Then you
run back down and then they're carrying chains.

It was like ninety change.
Speaker 1 (05:25):
Yes.

One of the girls was like, it's literally heavier than
I am.
Speaker 1 (05:28):
She's a badasss people that are too.

It's babe, it is so impressive. Like I was watching
and the whole episode I was like I have I
was literally I've said it, and I wasn't being facetious.
I was having a panic attack.
Speaker 1 (05:43):
That show induces something said yes and at this point
like I'm not invested, Geo, we love, but the other
people I don't really care, you know, like I love
the football player and all them, but now we've gotten
to know them. But it's the tests of the will.

It's all mental. It has to be. Yeah, it's mental.
Even the gymnast girls. It's wonderful. It's like you can
see because I was a gymnast. I know this mental thing.
It's kind of why I'm sort of the it's stuck
in me. The training for a gymnast is so intense
when you're doing it at the professional level that you
can become mentally like sick.

I still have some habits in me that are so
type A focused that It's why I could do Viposita
meditation sit still for twenty one days without moving, and.
Speaker 1 (06:29):
I'm fascinated by that kind of training. And when I
was doing Traders off camera, I asked Johnny Weir and
Tara Lepinski because I know, even if you're like people
are like, oh, you care about figure skating. I don't
care about figure skating, but I love and respect the training. Yeah,
And I remember one day I was asking Johnny Weir
(06:51):
yeah about his training and what he ate and he
thought it was so weird. But he told me about
like the amount of food eating he couldn't eat, and
how it makes you nuts, and the waking up and
then the stretching and then the getting on the ice.
And it's similar, I'm sure to the gymnasts. And Johnny
Weir didn't ask me anything about myself, but he was

he was very sweet. He asked me nothing about myself.
But these are all my little my little insights in
the traders.

I like this. Yes, yeah, this is all off camera,
but like I mean, he gave me his entire thing,
and he was, you know, talking about cigarettes and the
intense training into that one girl. We don't know her name.

but I'll just say this, and we've said it before.

Last night's episode episode it was episode eight. We didn't
ask each other because we knew the answer.

like if you were like, can you do just that
one challenge? Well, yeah, I could probably do that one
challenge if you just PLoP me in and you had
me do the tires. And I hadn't been there for
a week week because their bodies have to be sores. Show.

I was going to ask you, I know it's episode
eight and so two weeks. It's two weeks total. I
would guess those do you think two weeks?

I would guess based on because you know it's a show, yes,
and you know there are union rules and all that stuff,
and you do need to give.

Them enough sleep time, sleep time and breaks.

And you know, a day off and there are weekends.
You can't just run them all the way through. So
they are making it appear that it's concurrent. But I
would guess I don't know for sure, but there are
a break but I would say they've probably been there
now like two weeks. But those are a tough two weeks,
I mean, and I will go back to traders. By
the time I had been there for a series of
days and I don't know, I could can't say my

back like there was like a tweak then you weren't
even doing But we we did a few things. It's
not as anywhere near as challenges, but there are they
are unusual things that we did and you want traders,
and you know that's one of the things we like.
We're like, this is crazy that being said again, the
special Forces in Gia Judas and like we said, Joe
and Theresa, particularly Joe because I know he's got so

much conflicting feelings about not being able to see his daughter.
Fucking beast. Yeah, g is a fucking beast, and we
say them it's just a sweetheart and tough. And I'm
shocked she's still in it. She's a bad I'm not.

I could see it in her.

She's also grew up very fast. Her mom, her dad
is tough.

when I was getting off the plane, I was away

he came up. I met drunk Drawn get out. I
met him when I was leaving JFK. I can't remember
his real name. He said, blah blah blah blah, I'm
drunk drunk because I didn't know what the real name is.
But he was a great ig follow If you love

was like, oh shit, drunk Drawn. And I also he
asked me all Traders. I said, let me tell you something,
drunk Drawn. When you watch Traders, you better be nice
because he draws me.

He draws all the reality show and he got me.

Looking cock eyed and he picks out like the weirdest
things about you. But when I was just getting off
the plane and drunk Drawn asked me about this drunk
Drone and his friend. I don't know if it was
his boyfriend or his husband, but they were very, very sweet.
They said, did you see the thing with Lindsay Hubbard
and Tom Sandval And I said, fuck yeah, I just

saw the thing with Lindsay Hubbard and Tom Sandval. Now, guys,
this was a long flight where I was flying from
San Diego to New York, which is like you might
as well be going somewhere in Europe.

So strange. Even that the flight from New York to
Vegas is weird too. It's like shorter than LA, but
it feels longer. Same with San Diego. I think it's
a little longer, but it feels.
Speaker 1 (11:29):
It's a lot now. When I was walking through the airport,
I did notice a few groups of guys and girls
with like Bravo Khan hats. It looked like people like
it's like Lisa. A lot of people, yeah, yes. And
there was also a rabbi convention in New York, so
I saw a bunch of rabbis getting on planes and
a bunch of people that looked like they had one
too many stops at the tequila bar from Bravo kN

So it was a funny mix. So I'm talking to
drunk drunk, and when he mentioned Lindsay Hubbard, it clicked
right before I saw a drunk drawn. I actually saw Lind's,
but I was checking her out. Her hair was short.
She's way smaller than I thought. Not that it's too
as big, but it's like some of these realities shows
when you see them in real life, like Dreek, the

Teeny tiny, yeah, tiny, tiny.

Tiny, And you know, I was coming off the planet.
I didn't sleep good. She had a hat on, and
you know they were kind of incognito. Now where were you?

You had just got she walked past you, or she
was on.

Your she was on that flight from Vegas with all
these other New Yorkers. She must have been and I
and I kind of made eye contact with her, and
she seemed to be skirting through as she should, and
I was like, that girl looks familiar and I was
like she. I couldn't really put it together at the
time because I just wasn't paying attention. And when he
said did you see the thing with Lindsea Hubbard? I
was like, oh shit, that's why I just saw. That
was Lindsay Hubbard. And then he was like, where is she?

And I said, I don't know, She's somewhere around here.
But we're talking, talking, talking, talking about Bravo. Connie was
telling me he was drawing people there. That's so cool.

And then when we like, meeting him is pretty cool.

I would love to ask him how he does he
get drunk and really draw or like what I think
he's drawing them when they're drug when he thinks they're drug.

coming off the escalator to get to the baggage claim,
I saw the sign of the driver and it said
Lindsay Hubbard. So you did see her. It was fucking her.

And we looked at the sign guy and he was like,
oh you and we were like no, no, no, we
were because we look like crazy, like stalker fans. I
was crazier than drunk drawn. But the reason why Lindsay
Hubbard was on our brain and is because there is
a now iconic clip of Lindsay Hubbard confronting beefing arguing

with Tom Sandoval and Tom Sandoval's girlfriend in bravocan that's
somebody sneak video. Course.

out late. Maybe the girlfriend wasn't necessarily with them. Tom

did something wrong. The girlfriend was mad at Tom, and
Lindsay was trying to referee between the two of them.
It wasn't that she was in a fight with them.
It looked as though you guys are taking this. It's
sort of like the words that were inaudible.

Porscha Williams was involved. This is allegedly involved in a
dispute or some sort of ruckus on her flight back
from Bravo Khan and there is video of her being

citizen or US citizen at all and so allegedly in
trouble for something or I don't know. That's the first
thing I thought, was like, oh, didn't X of hers
get her involved in something? When you say FBI, that's
what TMZ said, I mean the US marshals. I think,
come when you get in trouble on the plane because

I don't know. She didn't look like she was in

don't need that. Let's just hope that she needs some

and Joe Judice, also Louis, all of them have apparently

The family has come together. There was even a picture
with Gia next to her uncle, and I thought I
was gonna cry this family coming back together, but also
not to make it controversial. Did you see the clip
of our girl Dolores on stage and she kind of
goes a little ham She uses the F word several

times about the family. She says, you know, whether they're
getting together for real and it's gonna last or not.
Like you know, everybody was alluding to the fact that
Teresa and Louie and the Gorga's just to like, let's
we're messing up our pocketbook here where we're really messing
with our money, our paycheck. Let's get it together right.
This was allegedly the kind of the rumor that was screwed.

I think they really were had fatigue from just being angry.
And you know, when you're you know, a strange from
family members, over time, you forget why you even were fighting,
like it's stupid, It's like silly. The kids were running
into each other and it's just unhealthy. But the picture
of seeing them all together really made me happy. But
Dolores standing up there going I'm sick of it. There's

other storylines to tell. I don't want to hear it
if it happens again. I mean, she I've never saw
her that animated. When I see that, Oh yeah, I
got to show you the clip is like, I was like, okay,
She's like, I got engaged, my son got married. There's
other stories to tell.

I'm suspecting that Dolores is probably frustrated with the fact
that the show isn't right. It's pause or we don't

bet you that was part of it. Sure, and she's
probably believe I'm guessing I have no idea. She's probably like,

because people like, is it fake? Is it set up?
Of course they were conscious of the cameras, and of course,
based on everything you're hearing, the rumors that they've tried
to get together their family. Yeah, And I think one
of the things about this family is unfortunately the show
and the stress of the show and the egos of
the show has pulled them apart. But if the show

and the stress of the show, and the egos of
the show and the money of the show brings them together.

So like people like, it's fake, it's it's their brother

So it reminds me though, like in this day and age, though,
when you do something wrong, you make an apology and
people are like, is the apology good enough? Right? You
you mean it? Why did they say this? Did they
mean when they said I love this person? Did they
mean when they said I'm sorry? I'm like, we should
all be happy. And Joe Gorga said that he goes
I would love the Bravo community, the family, the fans,
he said, the fans to bring us together, don't pick sides.

This isn't a bad relation. This is brother and sister.

to know them. But it's the tests of the will.

see because I was a gymnast. I know this mental thing.
It's kind of why I'm sort of the it's stuck
in me. The training for a gymnast is so intense
when you're doing it at the professional level that you
can become mentally like sick.

I still have some habits in me that are so
type A focused that It's why I could do Viposita
meditation sit still for twenty one days without moving, and.

I'm fascinated by that kind of training. And when I
was doing Traders off camera, I asked Johnny Weir and
Tara Lepinski because I know, even if you're like people
are like, oh, you care about figure skating. I don't
care about figure skating, but I love and respect the training. Yeah,
And I remember one day I was asking Johnny Weir

yeah about his training and what he ate and he
thought it was so weird. But he told me about
like the amount of food eating he couldn't eat, and
how it makes you nuts, and the waking up and
then the stretching and then the getting on the ice.
And it's similar, I'm sure to the gymnasts. And Johnny
Weir didn't ask me anything about myself, but he was

he was very sweet. He asked me nothing about myself.
But these are all my little my little insights in
the traders.

not as anywhere near as challenges, but there are they
