Speaker 1 (00:03):
Ahead on this special New Year's Eve addition of American
Sunrise strikes inside Venezuela new reporting suggesting that the CIA
carried out its first strike inside the socialist country.

Speaker 2 (00:17):
What was the target exactly?

Speaker 1 (00:18):
And are we now one step closer to downright war
against the Maduro regime?

Speaker 2 (00:23):
To take a closer look.

Speaker 1 (00:25):
Plus a war of words are on issuing a warning
to the US to not attack their country. What's America's move,
we ask a top military expert, and later word salad politics.

Speaker 2 (00:40):
Hello Kamala her.

Speaker 1 (00:42):
Latest venture as she tries to stay relevant in left
wing politics.

Speaker 2 (00:46):
What is she up to now exactly?

Speaker 1 (00:48):
Well, we have those stories and more as American Sunrise
starts right now.

Speaker 3 (00:56):
Good morning America to American Sunrise.

Speaker 4 (01:02):
Well, it's culture.

Speaker 5 (01:03):
We have breaking news to share with you.

Speaker 4 (01:05):
Politics.

Speaker 1 (01:06):
President Trump is joining us live now from Florida.

Speaker 4 (01:10):
You've got your covering.

Speaker 1 (01:11):
This is what it looks like to be a patriot.

Speaker 2 (01:14):
We have to protect the American family.

Speaker 5 (01:17):
The American dream is still alive.

Speaker 6 (01:20):
I'm David Brody, I'm Terran, and I'm doctor Tina.

Speaker 3 (01:29):
Good morning everybody, Happy New Year's Eve. I'm doctor g
and welcome to our special New Year's Eve edition of
American Sunrise. Let's bring in Emily Finn, who's with me
here in the Palm beaches, and David Brodie, who is
out there.

Speaker 5 (01:42):
In the swamp being a swamp monster.

Speaker 3 (01:44):
But a very heartful congratulations is in order after the
birth of your third I hope the loud and children
are listening. Third grandchild, Congratulations to your sweep.

Speaker 7 (01:57):
Congratulations David, I love it.

Speaker 4 (02:00):
Thank you.

Speaker 2 (02:01):
Gina. Yes, Isabella Marie Brody Bella. They're gonna call her Bella.

Speaker 8 (02:05):
I love that name.

Speaker 2 (02:06):
Bella Barrodi.

Speaker 1 (02:07):
A lot of bees going on there, Bella Barrodi, Bella.
Say that five times fast. But yeah, we're very excited.

Speaker 4 (02:13):
You know.

Speaker 2 (02:13):
I don't want to say the third times of Charm.

Speaker 1 (02:15):
Because that would make no sense for my first and
second grandchildren, so I won't say that.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
But this is the first for.

Speaker 1 (02:23):
Our oldest son, the other two coming from my middle son,
and of course my daughter who's twenty three. She needs
to get cooking and get moving here because ultimately, as
you ladies know, it's all about me and the grandkids.
It has nothing to do with them at all. So
but I'm fine after twelve hours or so of labor.
I'm doing just great, So thanks for asking me.

Speaker 3 (02:45):
I know I was texting you there in the hospital.
You were sounding a bit exhausted into like the tenth hours,
So I'm glad you're doing better today.

Speaker 2 (02:51):
That's right. I was the Panera bread run guy.

Speaker 1 (02:54):
I was that guy, but finally got to hold beautiful
Bella late last night or last night actually, so I hear.

Speaker 5 (03:02):
It's the best thing.

Speaker 9 (03:03):
Thank you.

Speaker 5 (03:03):
I can't wait.

Speaker 7 (03:04):
Absolutely cut.

Speaker 5 (03:06):
No one cares.

Speaker 3 (03:07):
So yeah, I'm very excited.

Speaker 2 (03:10):
I want one, want one.

Speaker 9 (03:12):
Yeah, I love it.

Speaker 2 (03:13):
No one cares.

Speaker 3 (03:14):
All right, Well, you guys, it's a day to talk
about resolutions. It's a day to talk about going to
the gym, praying more. I heard David doing his own little,
his own little hype show before the show, because you know,
his mic was live and he didn't know it. He's like,
I'm a walking carbohydrate. I gained so much weight.

Speaker 10 (03:33):
Yeah you were.

Speaker 3 (03:33):
You were having a little fits with yourself over there,
David Brody.

Speaker 1 (03:36):
Yes, literally, I had a how do I say this?
Maybe a piece of bread or two this morning? And
then I looked at the bread and I went, yeah,
maybe one more, just to be safe there.

Speaker 3 (03:46):
Look, oh, bread too, bread that flew all the way
from Germany. It's kind of funny because the airport lost
my friend's luggage, but he managed to get here with
two loaves of bread.

Speaker 10 (03:56):
For me.

Speaker 5 (03:56):
It's German bread.

Speaker 3 (03:57):
And it has cheese on it, because that's really good.
And Kolby would really like some, but he's not getting
any because I don't give him bread. But yeah, it's
it's been a carbalicious Christmas, carblicious.

Speaker 1 (04:08):
Awfully, how are you doing over there? I'm a walking
cholesterol pill.

Speaker 5 (04:11):
Yeah, that's what you said.

Speaker 11 (04:12):
Living living the dream, looking forward to starting twenty twenty six.

Speaker 3 (04:16):
We'd have one more question. The producers are telling me
to go to Bible, and I will. When do you
guys take your tree down.

Speaker 2 (04:22):
January, like after the twelve days, like January sixth.

Speaker 5 (04:26):
January sixth?

Speaker 11 (04:26):
Okay, Emily, I feel I didn't even put a tree up, Gina,
I feel terrible.

Speaker 7 (04:30):
Okay, all right.

Speaker 3 (04:31):
Sometimes mine stays up till like Easter, so that's a
whole other story.

Speaker 2 (04:35):
All right, Is that is that true? Really?

Speaker 12 (04:37):
I mean, I'll Jean.

Speaker 3 (04:38):
Easter, I decorated for my birthday, which is coming up
in January. Then I decorated again for with all my
little memories. And then I decorated again for Valentine's Day,
and then I just carried on into Easter sometimes, but
I will not leave all six trees. I have six
different colored trees up in my house. I will not
leave all six of them up all right. Today's Bible
verse goes like this, as Isaiah nine to six, For
unto us a child is born, unto us, the son

(05:01):
is given in the government will be upon his shoulder,
and his name will be called Wonderful counselor Mighty God,
Everlasting Father, Prince of Peace. And I know anybody that
knows that song, it's all running through your head right now, right,
is it?

Speaker 5 (05:16):
Dot Amy Grant? David Brodie? Is that Amy Grant Day?

Speaker 13 (05:19):
Yeah?

Speaker 3 (05:20):
I didn't get enough Amy Grant this Christmas. I think
I'm gonna go home and listen to it. And I'm
gonna have plenty of time because my family's making me
host our New Year's Eve party tonight at my house,
which means that I.

Speaker 5 (05:29):
Will be cleaning all day with music on. So there
you go.

Speaker 3 (05:33):
Homeland Security, Speaking of homes, new reports are saying the
CIA carried out a drone strike, earlier this month on
a remote doc facility on the coast of Venezuela, targeting
a site believed to be used in drug smuggling. President
Trump has acknowledged a US strike on a big facility
where drug boats load, but has not confirmed who.

Speaker 5 (05:54):
Exactly carried it out. So anyway, here's the story.

Speaker 3 (05:57):
This is the first known US strike on land in
Venezuela amid tensions over all of this drug trafficking, which
we do want to stop. And somebody who is working
on that every single day is Pastor and North Carolina
Congressman good enough to.

Speaker 5 (06:13):
Be with us here on New Year's Eve. What congressman
works on New Year's Eve?

Speaker 3 (06:18):
Congressman, We can't get your colleagues to ever work ever,
And here you are our New.

Speaker 5 (06:21):
Year's Eve, working with us.

Speaker 3 (06:23):
Congressman Mark Harris, a gentleman and a scholar.

Speaker 5 (06:26):
Have you been briefed on this? What can you tell us?

Speaker 4 (06:30):
Well? Good morning.

Speaker 14 (06:31):
First of all, it's a pleasure to be with you
on this New Year's Eve, and I hope that all
of you have had a wonderful Christmas and are expecting
a great new year as we bring it in here
in just a few hours. But no, I'm hearing the
same reports that you're hearing of what was carried out
there in Venezuela. I understand that it was at a

(06:51):
place a doc actually there where trand or Ragua uses in.

Speaker 9 (06:58):
Order to load these drug boats is.

Speaker 14 (07:00):
Considered a place of implementation, I think from where many
of these boats get their start, and I think taking
that out was probably very strategic, and I would imagine
that it's going to put us in a position to
be able to have to make less strikes out there
in the open water.

Speaker 9 (07:20):
So I think this is a very smart move.

Speaker 14 (07:23):
I think it's once again President Trump doing what he
said he was going to do. I think it continues
to apply pressure to Madua to understand that we mean business.
I mean, when you stop and think about it, that
one hundred thousand people lost their lives Americans now lost
their lives in twenty twenty three to drug overdose. I

(07:43):
find it almost laughable that colleagues on the other side
are critical of the president's steps that he's taking to
end this shipment of drugs coming to the United States,
and any of these steps I think are extremely pivotal
and important, and I'm confident that this was a good move.

Speaker 2 (08:04):
Yeah.

Speaker 1 (08:04):
I mean, I can just see what the Republicans you
do is basically have a slogan Democrats for fentanyl in
the midterms.

Speaker 2 (08:11):
I mean, you can really make that argument, Congressman.

Speaker 1 (08:14):
The big story across our country right now is happening,
obviously in Minnesota, this massive fraud taking place. Latest, of course,
that viral video posted by a twenty three year old
YouTuber of all people, Nick Shirley, who's become like this
household name, now showing new allegations of fraud by daycare
centers run by Somali residents.

Speaker 2 (08:33):
There's the headline we just showed you where it said.

Speaker 1 (08:35):
The Trump administration now saying that it's freezing childcare funds
to Minnesota after a series of these fraud schemes. So
the Department of Homeland Security also posted on exit they
are now conducting a massive operation to identify, arrest, and
remove criminals who are defrauding the American people. So, Congressman,
this has been going on for a while now. In

(08:57):
fiscal twenty twenty four, the federal government literally provided more
than one hundred and seventy two million dollars to Minnesota's
childcare and development fund.

Speaker 2 (09:06):
Should Governor Tim Walls resign? And what can Congress do here?

Speaker 9 (09:12):
Well?

Speaker 14 (09:12):
Listen, I think it's very clear that Tim Walls should
step down. I think lawmakers there in Minnesota have already
made that call for him to do it, and I
think it's something he certainly needs to consider doing. I
think from the federal government standpoint, I'm very pleased to
hear that HHS has indeed, Health and Human Services have

(09:35):
cut off funding until we get a better grip on this. Listen,
when you point out that kind of money that was
flowing in twenty twenty four and those things that happened,
I think we come back to the statement that there's
a new sheriff in town. I think Pambondi put out
just last night information about how the number of people

(09:55):
that have been caught up in this have already been
tried and convicted and charged in many cases with these
crimes of this fraud and abuse.

Speaker 9 (10:07):
It's just more of what President Trump expressed.

Speaker 14 (10:10):
Was going to happen and we were going to get
involved in, and so listen, we shouldn't be surprised. I
think this is the tip of the iceberg, perhaps of
what we're going to see and listen. Thank God that
there was an independent individual that was out there willing
to video and highlight these things and make this part.

Speaker 9 (10:30):
Of a national conversation. The mainstream media has.

Speaker 14 (10:33):
Been ignoring this and hiding it, seems for so long,
and it took this to enter it into the national conversation.
And I'm thankful that we're having it. And I think
that we've got to continue to cut out the waste, fraud,
and abuse nine billion dollars. I understand that this may
eventually turn out to demonstrate and these are just example

(10:56):
after example of what we're seeing.

Speaker 11 (10:58):
Yeah, I think you're right, Congressman. I think it is
just the tip of the Iceberg. House Democrats announce a
special hearing to mark the five year anniversary of the
January sixth capital attack. They say the session will remember
the violence of twenty twenty one, honor law enforcement, and
examine ongoing threats to democracy. Minority leader Hakim Jeffrey said

(11:18):
lawmakers must never forget the attack and its impact on
free and fair elections.

Speaker 7 (11:23):
Congress, what is your response to all of this?

Speaker 14 (11:26):
Well, I think that we have to look at this realistically,
and I have to think that it's fascinating that Kim
Jeffries and the Democrats are trying to highlight a lot
of this and make hay out of this, when in reality,
for three years they've had plenty of opportunity more than
that information about the pipe bomber, and it took less

(11:47):
than a year for the FBI under Cash Patel and
the leadership of this Justice Department to get to the
bottom and find and make an arrest. And listen, I
just think that this is more political hype on their part.
They're looking for any issue that they can find to
even talk about, because listen, we're seeing things happening right
now where the economy is about to take off like

(12:10):
a rocket ship. I think that we're seeing gas prices
that are coming down. We've certainly seen egg prices down.
I think we gas down that that's going to begin
to bring the price of groceries down even more. From
the transportation in effects everything, and so the tax cuts
that are in place and people are going to see
more in their pockets as we move into twenty twenty six.

(12:30):
A lot of things are in place and are now
going to begin to happen over the next several days,
and I think we're going to see in the months
ahead that this economy is going to take off.

Speaker 9 (12:41):
So Democrats have nothing to talk about.

Speaker 14 (12:43):
They have to find anything to become foil for their
talking points.

Speaker 3 (12:49):
Well, Congressman Harris, we as always appreciate everything you do.
Wish you the very very best in the upcoming year.
God bless you, our friend. Thank you for being here
this morning.

Speaker 9 (12:59):
Thank you, God bless you guys.

Speaker 3 (13:00):
All right, thanks commings Coming up, we check out the
hottest headlines from the RAV newsroom with Emily Finn and
also later China's new war games The Land of the
Dragon have conducted drills New Taiwan. What does this mean
for that part of the world and it analyze Asia.

Speaker 5 (13:18):
Just ahead on American Subnis.

Speaker 15 (13:34):
This news break gets brought to you by AMAC Association
of Mature American Citizens.

Speaker 1 (13:49):
Give it just a few more hours or so, it's
going to be a mayhem of madness in Times Square
as the ball is about to drop on twenty twenty
five into twenty twenty six. By the way, I missed it, Clark,
Ryan Seacrest, come on stop, I'm not staying up to
midnight for Ryan Seacrest. Welcome back everybody to American Sunrise

(14:10):
I'm David Brody coming up.

Speaker 2 (14:12):
Have you heard what's going on in Iran this morning?

Speaker 1 (14:15):
Look at this There are protests on the streets of Iran.
The inflation is insane. There fifty percent inflation. People are
taking to the streets. It is a huge deal and
it is a developing story at this hour. We're going
to discuss it here in a moment. First, though, Emily
Finn standing by with the latest headlines from the Real
America's Voice newsroom, sponsored by AMAC.

Speaker 16 (14:37):
The Association of Mature American Citizens is the conservative voice
for Americans fifty and older. AMAC is fighting for the
values that you hold, dear. Joined today, together, we can
write the course of America.

Speaker 11 (14:52):
Our top stories this morning, The Treasury Department says it
has sanctioned ten individuals and companies in Iran and Venezuela
their roles in the raid of combat weapons and drones.
Official say the sanctions target a Venezuelan firm and Iran
based entities accused of helping facilitate Iran's military industrial network
and unmanned aerial vehicle operations. Officials also say this move

(15:17):
to Ran and Caracas accountable for aggressive and reckless proliferation
of deadly weapons. Now over to Chicago, where Border Patrol
officials say they will be in the Windy City for years.
Border Patrol commander Gregory Bovino posted on x if you
think we're done with Chicago, you'd better check yourself before
you wreck yourself.

Speaker 7 (15:38):
Don't call it a comeback. We're going to be here
for years.

Speaker 11 (15:41):
The post also had this video of Border Patrol agents
in the city. Some Chicago residents have protested these operations
in opposition to the Trump administration's policies, but official say
operations will continue. Also, Google has released its top searched
terms for twenty twenty five, and Charlie Kirk came in
at number one. Searches surged after Charlie was assassinated in

(16:04):
September at a Turning Point USA event in Utah Valley University.
Other top searches where President Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill,
which passed earlier this year, and the most recent government shutdown.
The iPhone seventeen release was also in the top ten,
along with the collectible La Booboo and Netflix's Demon Hunter.

(16:26):
All Right, we want to toss it over to Tracy Anthony.
She's joining us now for today's forecast it is. I'm sorry, Alana,
Cameron is actually going to be joining us.

Speaker 7 (16:36):
Alana, good morning to you.

Speaker 6 (16:40):
We are taking a look across the nation. If you're
heading out for New Year's Eve festivities, some spots they're
going to have some weather related hazards, especially if you
live in the northeastern United States or the southwestern US. Southwest.
We got a lot of rainfall.

Speaker 10 (16:54):
That's in store.

Speaker 6 (16:54):
It's going to keep temperatures a little bit cooler for
us for your New Year's Eve, and then the Northeast
has some lake effect snowbands that are going to be
moving through. Now one of the nation's biggest celebrations happens,
of course, in New York City. We are also looking
at some snowfall that could be coming down across these areas.

Speaker 5 (17:11):
With temperatures at.

Speaker 6 (17:12):
About ten o'clock dropping down to the thirties and about midnight,
we are expecting some snowfall to be moving through portions
of the Big Apple, so that could lead to some
disruptions if you are enjoying any of those festivities on
New Year's Eve. Here's a few fun locations. We've got
Eastport in Maine, where we've got temperatures dropping down to

(17:32):
the twenties. Mount Olive temperatures dropping down to the thirties.
So stay safe out there, whether for the north central
United States is going to be cold, all.

Speaker 11 (17:41):
Right, Alana, thank you very much. Up next, Iron's new messaging.
The Islamic Republic issues a new warning to the US
to not attack.

Speaker 7 (17:49):
How is this being received?

Speaker 11 (17:51):
We have expert analysis next, but first a quick look
at today in history. It was on this date in
nineteen twenty nine that band's leader Guy Lombardo and his

(18:12):
Royal Canadians played auld Lang scene as a New Year's
Eve song for the first time.

Speaker 7 (18:18):
The song, and.

Speaker 11 (18:18):
Specifically his version of it, are considered standard for tonight
as we ring in the new year. Cheers to Guy
and cheers to you. American Sunrise will be back in
just a moment.

Speaker 2 (18:59):
Time Square, It's going to be crazy.

Speaker 17 (19:01):
Later.

Speaker 2 (19:01):
Grew up in New York.

Speaker 1 (19:02):
As I've said on the show many times, I grew
up like two miles from Times Square on the Upper
West side.

Speaker 2 (19:06):
Of New York.

Speaker 1 (19:07):
Never have I been to the ball drop in Times Square,
and never will I go.

Speaker 2 (19:10):
Are you crazy?

Speaker 1 (19:11):
I'm not going to that cesspool of craziness down there?

Speaker 2 (19:14):
Absolutely not. Welcome back everybody to American Sunrise. I'm David Brody.
All right.

Speaker 1 (19:19):
The war of words continues, Iran's president warning the United
States that any attack on Iran would be met with
a strong and immediate response.

Speaker 2 (19:28):
Yeah, yeah, yeah.

Speaker 1 (19:29):
The statement comes after President Trump said military action could
be an option if Iran continues work on its nuclear program.
Iran says it's not seeking war, but will defend its
sovereignty if threatened. It also comes, by the way, as
mass protests are breaking out across Iran after the country's
currency fell to a record low. Shop owners in Tehran

(19:51):
and other major cities shut down businesses and took to
the streets. This is going on as we speak, angry
over rising prices and economic collapse. Police using tear gas
to break up crowds as unrest spreads or on central
Bank chief, by the way, has resigned a bed growing pressure.
They have fifty percent inflation there in Iran. My goodness
for expert analysis, let's bring in retired Air Force Brigadier

(20:14):
General John Tykert. General, thanks for being here, so I'm
curious to get your assessment of what's happening geopolitically between
Iran and the United States, and also clearly what we're
seeing on the streets of Tehran and other places in
Iran this morning, My goodness.

Speaker 2 (20:29):
I mean, you wonder when and if this regime could
indeed fall.

Speaker 1 (20:34):
We know we've been hearing this for what now almost
a couple decades, about the young folks in Iran rising up.
At some point, the economic frustration there clearly overwhelming.

Speaker 2 (20:45):
I think we have a major developing story this morning, David.

Speaker 17 (20:49):
You're right, and I think that frustration is bubbling over.
And you look back a year and the reason the
Iyahtola originally came to the negotiating table with President Trump
is because he was worried about his regime survival because
even then the economic.

Speaker 10 (21:05):
Conditions were so dismal.

Speaker 17 (21:07):
And now we see these mass protests, and I think
there is a real possibility that the people of Iran
are fed up with the Iatola in his regime and
maybe now is the time for them to do something
about it.

Speaker 10 (21:19):
And even more specifically.

Speaker 17 (21:22):
Iran has spent a half a trillion dollars on their
nuclear program that we destroyed with those B two bombers
in one night, and that just adds to the frustration
of the people of Iran that want to live is
a part of the global community that now have been
stifled because of decisions by the Iatola and the regime
that have hindered their ability for a quality of life.

Speaker 5 (21:45):
General.

Speaker 3 (21:45):
Russia is claiming Ukraine launched a large drone attack on
one of President Vladimir Putin's residences, saying dozens of drones
were shot down. The Kremlin dismissing calls to provide evidence
to support the claim.

Speaker 5 (21:58):
Ukraine and Western.

Speaker 3 (21:58):
Officials have denied responsibility. They've called the allegation unfounded. This
is all, of course, as tensions remain very high on
the ongoing war. General, how concerning is this for the
peace talks?

Speaker 17 (22:14):
This is fake news that there is no indication from
any credible, intelligent source that Ukraine launched the attack that
Russia has described, and more specifically that Putin called President
Trump about.

Speaker 10 (22:27):
And lied to his face.

Speaker 17 (22:29):
And I think all of this is just the pretext
that demonstrates that Russian Putin has no interest in ending
this war.

Speaker 10 (22:36):
They were the ones that started it.

Speaker 17 (22:38):
They're looking for added pretexts to continue striking Ukrainian civilian targets.
And I think maybe specifically President Putin sees that there
is momentum gathering for a consolidated Western position at the
negotiating table to try to end this war, and he's
doing everything he can to scuttle that consolidated momentum that

(22:59):
looks to try to put pressure on him to stop
what he's been doing for the last.

Speaker 10 (23:03):
Four years, though he has no inclination to stop.

Speaker 5 (23:05):
But wouldn't he.

Speaker 3 (23:06):
Know general that this would be unprovable and that media
outlets would call it out like this.

Speaker 5 (23:12):
I mean, it doesn't make sense to me. I'm wondering could.

Speaker 3 (23:15):
He I know Putin's a bad guy and all the things,
but could he have gotten bad intel or something.

Speaker 17 (23:22):
I think he's doing whatever he can in an act
of desperation to try to convince the President of the
United States that Ukraine is the one that doesn't want peace,
when reality is that it is Putin and Russia. And
you're right that all intelligence sources, no doubt, that are
being brief to President Trump are indicative of.

Speaker 10 (23:41):
The fact that this is fake news.

Speaker 17 (23:43):
But I think it's a sign of desperation by Putin
that he's doing whatever he can to try to continue
a war that frankly is unwinnable because he continues to
be deluded into believing that his maximalist aims are possible.

Speaker 11 (23:57):
Yeah, it does certainly seem to be a sign of
desperate you know, General, China has launched large scale military
drills around Taiwan, involving naval ships, warplanes, and missile forces.
Beijing says the exercises are a warning against Taiwanese independence
and foreign interference. Taiwan condemned the drills as intimidation and
says its military is on high alert to defend the island. General,

(24:20):
what do you make of this development.

Speaker 17 (24:23):
Emily, This is another example of China using bullying tactics
to express their dissatisfaction with what's going on in Taiwan.
To be clear, though, any one of these exercises could
be a cover for a real attack, and so we've
got to be vigilant about what could happen. But right now,
China is dissatisfied that the United States provided eleven billion

(24:46):
dollars recently in a security assistance arms deal. They're dissatisfied
that Taiwan is ramping up to five percent of GDP
they're spending on defense, and they're expressing dissatisfaction about some
strong words recently from the Prime minis sure of Japan
against China in the South China Sea. But all of
these are examples of these bullying tactics that could be

(25:08):
a cover for a real attack, but likely are just
trying to strong arm Taiwan into yielding to China's will.

Speaker 1 (25:15):
General let me follow up and go back to Putin
for a second, specifically, Putin and Trump help me through this.
I mean, Trump's the art of the deal guy, He's
really smart when it comes to reading people.

Speaker 2 (25:27):
And yet on Putin he says all of these positive
things about Putin.

Speaker 1 (25:30):
So is this just a public facade by Trump just
on purpose with the Art of the Deal in mind here?
In other words, do we really think that Trump believes
that Putin's this guy that's not this horrible individual? Or
is he trying to butter up Putin in public to
kind of get to a piece deal. What's going on exactly,
or does he really believe that Putin is an honest

(25:53):
broker here?

Speaker 2 (25:53):
Because if that's the case, that's a problem.

Speaker 10 (25:57):
David.

Speaker 17 (25:58):
I don't believe that the president believe eaves that Putin
is an honest broker and you know that based on
the interview recently by Susie Wiles in Vanity Fair that
acknowledges that Trump sees right through.

Speaker 10 (26:09):
What Putin is doing.

Speaker 17 (26:11):
And I think all of this is a negotiating tactic
to preserve negotiating maneuver room to try to find a
way to get to a deal, even though again Putin
is lying to the president and is inclined to never
take a deal because he does believe that he can
achieve his aims in Ukraine.

Speaker 3 (26:28):
Let's ask you this, go ahead, David, No, no, So
we still have never had any accountability from Zelinsky. Putin
might be a bad guy, but I'll tell you what,
I just that little smarmy Zelensky really makes me nervous too.
We've never had any accountability for all of the billions
of dollars that we've poured into that whole situation. We

(26:49):
were told pretty early on that we were going to
have some accountability from him. Do you foresee that ever,
or are we just going to forget this and close
the book and pretend like Zelinsky is a fair player.

Speaker 17 (27:02):
Well, Gita, I think it's important to realize that now
President Trump is not spending a single dime on Ukraine.
That this is European investment into the defense of Ukraine,
and frankly it's helping our economy by buying American for
a lot of those defense systems. But I do think,
especially as this war eventually comes to a close, that
there needs to be a detailed accounting of how our

(27:26):
US taxpayer dollars have been spent and then we can
hold the right players accountable. But I think the right
first step is to stop American spending on Ukraine. Let
Europe spend on Ukraine, buy American and then hold him
accountable or whoever accountable down the road after this war's done.

Speaker 1 (27:42):
Absolutely retired, hear Forsbgdior General John Tiger, Thanks for being here,
and happy New Year to you.

Speaker 10 (27:49):

A song not only for January six, but for all Americans.

Speaker 15 (28:58):
This is bigger than a song. It's a movement.

Speaker 3 (29:26):
It's Chicago, the Windy City.

Speaker 5 (29:29):
I'll tell you what. It's pretty cold in Palm Beach today.

Speaker 3 (29:32):
In case you guys care, I know no one cares, but.

Speaker 7 (29:35):
It is like forty degreesier.

Speaker 5 (29:37):
We have the winter.

Speaker 3 (29:38):
Boots and the puffer coats, out, ear muffs, the whole thing, chapstick,
you name it, it's all happening today. We have pulled
out our winter gear here in Palm Beach because it
is cold. Welcome back to American Sunrise. I'm back to

(30:01):
hangover tomorrow. Listen, We're not naming names or anything, but
we know that some people out there are gonna need
this advice.

Speaker 5 (30:08):
It's New Year's even.

Speaker 3 (30:09):
That may mean that some of you watching at home
will be indulging in cocktails or champagne or maybe a
little good old fashioned beer. So now is a good
time to brush up on how to avoid waking on
the first day of twenty twenty six without the havoc
of a dreaded Holloway holiday hangover. So here are three

(30:31):
ways to treat one.

Speaker 5 (30:33):
Anyway.

Speaker 3 (30:34):
This is sort of prevention too, because you know what
Grandma said, announce some prevention.

Speaker 5 (30:38):
I'm sure she was talking.

Speaker 3 (30:39):
About hangovers right all right, So eat before your first drink,
keep snacking as the night goes on. Rather than banking
on a late night meal after drinking that's some your
favorite greasy spoon or whatever. Have a glass of water
between the drinks. Stick to light beers, clear liquors, and
white wine rather than darker drink that contain more additives

(31:01):
and sulfates that can cause worse hangovers. Try coffee to
speed up your recovery in the morning. Consume extra electrolytes,
of course, like from a sports drink, but not those
sugary ones, so be careful about that. It's good to
have electrolytes, which you don't want all that sugar, and
you don't want sugar substitutes either. Things like honey are
much better for you. Also, try to do some light

(31:23):
exercise or sit in asana to encourage sweating. That will
get the alcohol out of your system faster. My biggest tip, honestly,
I drink a glass of water or iced tea between
every I don't drink cocktails, I don't drink any hard liquor.
I don't drink any wine between every beer for me
because I'm an ozart girl and I like beer light

(31:46):
beer as a matter of fact. So and then you
just drink a little bit of water, some liquid in between,
and I'm telling you, guys, it's the secret doctors have born.

Speaker 5 (31:53):
This year's flu season was going to be a rough one.

Speaker 3 (31:56):
Now even mainstream media outlets are reporting that a new,
more virulent severe flues train is spreading faster in the US.
Here's the kicker, though, the already ineffective flu vaccine less
effective against this news train, only about thirty percent effective.

Speaker 5 (32:11):
What the mainstream media.

Speaker 3 (32:13):
Won't tell you is that doctor Peter McColo warned about
this week weeks ago. And that's why you can trust
the Wellness Company's two step approach. Step one, of course, prevention,

drink things like champagne and wine, like all my friends
do all the fancy stuff. And I'm like to our

Speaker 7 (33:20):

Speaker 3 (33:21):

going to fess up. It's embarrassing. But it is what
it is, you know.

Speaker 1 (33:27):
But that's your ozark roots something straight up. Yeah, you

Oh I'm on my single shot. Oh perfect, I requested that.

Speaker 9 (33:41):
Thank you.

Speaker 1 (33:42):
Now over to the Big Apple, where New York City
mayoral elect a socialist Zoron Mamdani is set for his inauguration.

Speaker 2 (33:49):
Tomorrow.

Speaker 1 (33:50):
Squad member Alexandrerio Kasio Cortez.

Speaker 10 (33:53):
Have you heard of her?

Speaker 1 (33:54):
Her name is AOC. She's going to introduce Mamdani. Of
course you will. And all look who else is going
to be there. Vermont Senator Bernie Sanders will be speaking. Great,
just a plethora of communistsm Donnie will also have a
private ceremony at midnight on New Year's Day where State
Attorney General Letitia James. My gosh, this party I don't
want to invite. She's going to administer the oath of office. Oh.

(34:15):
Mamdamie also facing criticism over his inaugural committee, which includes
a Democrat Socialist of America organizer who, of course praised
two women that were caught tearing down Israeli hostage protests
or poster.

Speaker 2 (34:27):
Excuse me, he called them heroes.

Speaker 1 (34:29):
Critics say the inclusion of this activist, along with other
controversial figures, has sparked outrage amid ongoing debate over anti
Israel rhetoric and of course political extremism. So let's bring
in the host of breaking point, which you can see
here weekends on rad That would be our good friend
David Zeir.

Speaker 2 (34:46):
David, Happy New Year.

Speaker 1 (34:48):
By the way, there's a long list of concerns here
with Mam Dami.

Speaker 2 (34:54):
What are you most concerned about?

Speaker 1 (34:56):
And remember New year's eve, the ball drops in about
I don't know, fourteen hours, So you know, I know
you've got fifteen hours of material, So do what you can.

Speaker 10 (35:05):
Yeah, I do.

Speaker 19 (35:06):
And Democratic Socialist chief of staff, an lgbtq FDNY fire
commissioner who has never actually put out a fire, a
new deputy mayor for economic justice, what.

Speaker 4 (35:17):
Could go wrong?

Speaker 19 (35:18):
I think I'm just gonna drink my coffee and watch
New York City implode. Here and that private swearing in
ceremony after midnight tonight by Letitia James, who had a
couple of recent victories over the Trump administration, is in
a privately built, abandoned irt subway station that the government
put out of business. So and then you know, ken,

(35:39):
Mamdonnie pull off his agenda free childcare, free city bus service,
more subsidized housing, getting rid of misdemeanors, open air prostitution,
running ramp at New York City, and can he get
the true and thirty percent of New York City kids
to actually go to school? But don't worry, Mamdannie is
here with the new on funded Department of Community Safety,

(36:00):
sending social workers in seat of cops to crimes committed
by homeless and mentally ill people, as Mendanie rejected the
NYPD Commissioner's request to add five thousand more cops, and
he refuses to break up New York City's homeless encampments,
which could lead to a new crime wave. And I
would just leave you, guys with this. He's going into
the year with a ten billion dollar shortfall on top

(36:21):
of one hundred and fifteen billion dollar budget that's larger
than the state of Florida with thirteen million less people.
And looking back at twenty twenty five, guys, even though
murder was down twenty percent, seventy five thousand people were
victims of felony and misdemeanor assaults in New York City
over two thousand rapes of sixteen percent from twenty twenty four,
and the top seven major categories of crime are only

(36:43):
down two point eight percent.

Speaker 4 (36:45):
This will likely get worse.

Speaker 19 (36:47):
And the big question is will he bring back a
crime wave and a fiscal crisis like a Beam had
in nineteen seventy five, And he has no clue how
to fight crime or promote the economy. All eyes will
be on New York City here, and and you know,
I'm just again I'm gonna sit back and watch and
soak it in and we'll see where this goes.

Speaker 4 (37:06):
Big Governor's race coming up too.

Speaker 5 (37:08):
So you know, David zyr is so classy.

Speaker 3 (37:11):
David Brady, I know that he drinks wine and not beer.
On New Year's Eve, Tequila tequila, David Zeer, have a
happy New Year.

Speaker 5 (37:21):

Speaker 2 (37:23):

Speaker 19 (37:24):

not woke. And the wokest of them all is back,
Kamala Harris, and she wants your money. The failed presidential
candidate just launched a new pack called Fight for the People,
and it starts with you guessed it a fundraising text.

Speaker 7 (39:12):
Harris says this isn't chaos.

Speaker 11 (39:14):
She calls it a decade's long agenda, and she wants
money to fight it. She promises to travel, speak out
and help elect Democrats, but says donations are critical before
the first FEC deadline translation, everyone's watching and she needs
a big number. This is the modern Democrat move. Lose
the election, start a pack send the link. While Kamala

(39:36):
Harris sells a comeback, President Trump is running on results.
This isn't a movement, it's a money pitch. We want

Speaker 2 (42:28):
Brought to us by Lee Greenwood and the God Bless

Speaker 1 (42:31):
Bible in focus today a new year, and for a
lot of Christians it really is a same old struggle.
We want to pray more, we want to read the
Bible more, we want to spend time with God. But
many say they just don't know where to start, or
they just can't find the time. Well, here's the good news.
God wants to spend time with us, and it's not

(42:51):
perfect routines, just willing hearts. Joining us now is doctor
Jerry Newcomb, executive director of the Providence Forum, and doctor
Newcomb Happy New Year, first of all, and I am
curious how we build simple daily faith habits that actually stick,
because you know, we start out well and then here
goes the fade and there it goes into oblivion. So

(43:14):
I'm curious to see some of your advice this morning.
Good morning, and happy New Year.

Speaker 21 (43:19):
Good morning and happy New Year. Well, somebody once said
that if you do the same thing for twenty one
days in a row, it can help you develop a habit.
And obviously, reading the Bible daily, praying daily is a
really great habit, and by God's grace, I've been able
to build that into my habit. And you know you

(43:40):
were talking about real busy people. I just wrote a column.
I wrote a column once a week for Providenceforum Dot Oregon.
It goes to other outlets as well, and I was
talking about motivation for the new year from some of
our founding fathers. And here's a quote from there where
John Quincy Adams, our sixth president, once in a letter

(44:01):
to his son, I have myself for many years made
it a practice to read through the Bible once every year.
And I thought, Wow, here's a president who spent time
reading God's word every single day. I think we all
can can find the time to do that, which is
really important. And I'd say, you know, find some way
in which you can do it that you can stick

(44:23):
with it regularly. Plus I use a book that I
got many, many years ago. You can see how well
worn it is. I got this in the late seventies
and I've used it multiple times. This is called Search
the Scriptures. If you use it every day, after three years,
you will have studied every single passage of the Bible,
and it gives you notes and helps you really understand

(44:45):
these things. And nobody said, well, when you finish after
three years, you can't do it again and again and again.
And so I have done this multiple times and really
profited greatly. I also think memorizing scripture is a really
important point. And as far as prayer is concerned, sometimes
your mind can wander. I love the acts formula. It's

(45:07):
so simple acts, adoration, confession, thanksgiving, supplication. And that's just
a simple way to do it. You know, even if
you think, Okay, I'm going to discipline myself to think
of five things right now, I'm going to praise God
for adoration, confession, thanksgiving, supplication. One other thing is my

(45:29):
good please yes, two, if I may like a psamister.
One is I made a list of thirty promises from
the Word of God. I memorize them and use them
in the morning. And in the evening. It's also great
to read Proverbs every day. Today's the thirty first, so
I read Proverbs thirty one. The Bible is such a

(45:50):
privilege for us to have access to and to read,
and God speaks to us through it, and of course
memorizing scripture also fantastic.

Speaker 2 (46:01):
That is, there's so much great advice in there.

Speaker 1 (46:04):
You answered all of my follow up questions, so I
think I'm good. But I do have a quick question
on where do you find what is it called searching
the Scriptures?

Speaker 2 (46:10):
Is that what you said? Where can we find?

Speaker 9 (46:13):
That?

Speaker 2 (46:13):
Is that?

Speaker 21 (46:14):
It's I think the copies you'd get now would be used.
But it was published by Intervarsity Press. I'm not even
sure if it's still in print, but I am sure
that you can get an old used copy on the internet,
like through Amazon or whatever. Searched the Scriptures Alan Stibbs.
It was edited in the nineteen forties in England, and

(46:36):
I find it very helpful. And I also find it
helpful to try and concentrate every day and give thanks
to God for one hundred things. And it's not as
hard as it seems. In fact, I'll often do it
with a go on a bike ride and just discipline
my mind to think of one hundred things I thank
God for. And somebody said, well, you must be pretty repetitive. Yes,

(46:58):
I thank God for myself. I thank God for my wife,
I thank God for my children, my grandchildren, etcetera. Yes
I am repetitive, but it's great to be grateful for sure.

Speaker 1 (47:09):
That acts principle at all times, even on a bicycle.
Doctor Jerry Newcom, thanks for being here, appreciate your time.

Speaker 2 (47:15):
Happy New Year, Thank you all right, Happy New.

Speaker 1 (47:17):
Year to you. Back with the second hour, the last
hour of American Sunrise in twenty twenty five.

Speaker 2 (47:23):
We better bring it strong to the rack in two minutes.

Speaker 1 (47:26):
Stick around, everybody coming up on the second hour and
the last hour of twenty twenty five here on American Sunrise.

We're gonna have all those details, and later we look

With midterm elections on the horizon, stage is set for
a major showdown here in Washington.

Speaker 2 (48:27):
And of course across the country.

Speaker 1 (48:30):
Those stories and so much more as the second hour,

Speaker 5 (49:01):
The American dream is still alive.

Speaker 2 (49:04):
I'm David Brody, I'm Terrence, and.

Speaker 3 (49:06):
I'm doctor Tina. All right, everybody, you guys know what.
This is the last hour of the last show of
twenty twenty five, So welcome to it.

Speaker 5 (49:21):
Good morning. I'm doctor Gina. Happy to have you along.

Speaker 3 (49:24):
With us for our special New Year's Eve edition of
American Sunrise. No, that doesn't mean special like it means
on some networks. I know sometimes when they say special,
that means like prerecorded, this is not that, this is
us live right now, right Kobe. Yes, I don't know
how to prove that to you, but it's true. And
in keeping with that, we're gonna bring in Emilie Finn.
She's with me here in the Palm Beaches. David Brodie,

(49:45):
he's out in Washington, DC. David, big congratulations in order
after the birth of your third grandchild. I started to
say first grandchild, Oh, third.

Speaker 1 (49:56):
Number three Isabella Marie Brody. Fella, they're gonna which is wonderful.

Speaker 3 (50:01):
I was gana gentry growing up, my whole life. I
love double initials, my girls, my loud lily, loudon, I
did the whole thing.

Speaker 5 (50:08):
Yeah, I'm all into the yep.

Speaker 7 (50:11):
Very cute. Congratulations to your family.

Speaker 2 (50:13):
David, Thank you, Emily. I appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (50:15):
Twelve hours of labor, Mom and baby doing just great.

Speaker 2 (50:18):
I'm waiting for pictures to post on the internet.

Speaker 1 (50:21):
I'm telling my son, could you please post a picture
so I can post a picture, because once again, back
to me, it is all about me and I want
to post pictures of my third grandchild.

Speaker 2 (50:31):
But I have to wait. I have to wait. Yeah, whatever.

Speaker 5 (50:34):
Kids. I know what's wrong with these kids today. I
have a real cook question for you, Booth.

Speaker 3 (50:39):
I want to ask you what was your favorite I
never asked you this this whole season, either of you.
What was your favorite gift you gave over the Christmas season?

Speaker 11 (50:48):
Yes, I gave I bought my sister a sweatshirt that
she loved when we were shopping. So I think that
was my favorite gift that I gave. It was kind
of in the moment that joy.

Speaker 7 (50:59):
Yeah, very nice.

Speaker 1 (51:01):
Well listen, it's not romantic, okay, But I gave my wife,
don't laugh, a pickleball racket.

Speaker 2 (51:07):
She's really into pickleball.

Speaker 1 (51:08):
And it's a specific light sensitive racket because you know,
you know, we're getting up there a bit in age,
and so it helps with the wrists in the hands.

Speaker 2 (51:17):
And I'll just leave it at that. The point is
there was a lot of.

Speaker 1 (51:20):
Thought put into it, at least a few hours of
just really kind of detailed thought.

Speaker 2 (51:24):
So there, that's the answer.

Speaker 5 (51:25):
Right, all right, But we can move on.

Speaker 7 (51:28):
I think I have a podline for you guys to
share here.

Speaker 11 (51:31):
The Treasury Department says it has sanctioned ten individuals and
companies in Iran and Venezuela for their roles in the
rate of combat weapons and drones. Officials say the sanctions
target of Venezuelan firm and Iran based entities accused of
helping facilitate irun's military industrial network and unmanned aerial vehicle operations.

(51:51):
Officials also say this move holds Tran and Caracas accountable
for aggressive and reckless proliferation of deadly weapons. Yes, now
over to Chicago, where Border Patrol officials say they will
be in the Windy City for years. Border Patrol commander
Gregory Bavino posted on x if you think we're done
with Chicago, you'd better check yourself before you wreck yourself.

Speaker 7 (52:14):
Don't call it a comeback. We're going to be here
for years.

Speaker 11 (52:17):
The post also had this video of Border Patrol agents
in the city. Some Chicago residents have protested these operations
in opposition to the Trump administration's policies, but official say
operations will continue. Also, Google has released its top search
terms for twenty twenty five, and Charlie Kirk came in
at number one. Searches surged after Charlie was assassinated in

(52:39):
September at a turning point USA event in Utah Valley University.
Other top searches were President Trump's One Big Beautiful Bill,
which passed earlier this year, and the most recent government shutdown.
The iPhone seventeen release was also in the top ten,
along with the collectible La Booboo and Netflix's Demon Hunter.

Speaker 7 (52:59):
Those are your head deadlines. Time now for the weather.

Speaker 11 (53:02):
For all of you watching right now, do you see
down at the bottom of your screen, scan that QRC
to join the Weather Nation family. Joining us now for
today's forecast is Weather Nations Alana Cameron.

Speaker 6 (53:14):
We are taking a look across the nation. If you're
heading out for New Year's Eve festivities, some spots they're
going to have some weather related hazards, especially if you
live in the northeastern United States or the southwestern US. Southwest.
We've got a lot of rainfall that's in store. It's
going to keep temperatures a little bit cooler for us
for your New Year's Eve, and then the Northeast has
some lake effects snowbands that are going to be moving

(53:36):
through now. One of the nation's biggest celebrations happens, of
course in New York City. We are also looking at
some snowfall that could be coming down across these areas,
with temperatures at about ten o'clock dropping down to the thirties,
and about midnight, we are expecting some snowfall to be
moving through portions of the Big Apple, so that could
lead to some disruptions if you are enjoying any of

(53:59):
those festive on New Year's Eve. Here's a few fun locations.
We've got Eastport in Maine where we've got temperatures dropping
down to the twenties. Mount Olive temperatures dropping down to
the thirties. So stay safe out there. Whether for the
north central United States is going to be cold.

Speaker 11 (54:15):
All right, Alana, thank you very much. Let's toss it
over to David Brody.

Speaker 2 (54:20):
Okay, Emily, appreciate it.

Speaker 1 (54:21):
The President's push for peace between Russia and Ukraine is
hitting a major roadblock this morning. Russian authorities are accusing
Ukraine of trying to attack Vladimir Putin's home and our
vowing retaliation.

Speaker 2 (54:35):
Do we really believe that.

Speaker 1 (54:36):
By the way, this came right after President Trump welcome
Ukrainian's President Zelenski for a round of talks at mar
A Lago on Sunday. Well, joining us now with analysis
is wrap Chief White House Correspondent Brian Glenn Bryan, this
will be the last analysis of twenty twenty five, so
you always bring it strong to the rack, but I
would think this morning you're going to bring this analysis
may be potentially your best of the year because it.

Speaker 2 (54:58):
Will be the last of the year. Brian, Good morning,
Alps that good.

Speaker 4 (55:02):
Morning to you, David, And by the way, congratulations.

Speaker 22 (55:04):
All of us yesterday on the show are just praying
for you and we're so happy about your new addition
to the family. I think it's wonderful, what a great
way to end twenty twenty five. But you know, this
seems this reminds me of two neighbors that claim that
their the other dog crapped on their yard, but yet
there's really no proof that either one of those incidents happened.

(55:28):
You know, President Trump STU is kind of stuck in
the middle of trying to negotiate this peace deal with
these two countries, which, to be honest, no one really
trusts either one of them. The only one that I
can give a little bit of credit to is Zelenski,
who's actually making an attempt to this is fourth time
meeting with President Trump, just a few days ago at

(55:49):
mar Lango, but putin having phone calls, extended phone calls
with President Trump. So where does this go in terms
of getting this deal done?

Speaker 10 (55:57):
Well?

Speaker 22 (55:58):
President Trump did hit around that we could have a
trilateral meeting in January, but the claim that Zelenski launched
some type of drone attack on Fluton's house, but there's
no proof of that because there would be a video
of that. I'm not buying any of it right now.
I don't trust either one of them. But I think

(56:18):
until this trilateral meeting happens, we get pen on paper,
we get a deal done, a cease fire which means
they stop launching drone attacks. This war continues, but maybe
it ends in a few weeks.

Speaker 3 (56:32):
David Well Brian the Trump administration turning up the pressure
on Minnesota. The Department of Health and Human Services has
frozen all childcare payments Tues state as the FBI and
Homeland Security investigate allegations of widespread fraud, including at these
childcare centers.

Speaker 5 (56:52):
Brian tell us more about how.

Speaker 3 (56:54):
The administration is moving against the massive Friday Minnesota, and
if you could please explain to me how that sign
got made, thinking about the person that turned in the
sheet to have it made, the person that painted it right,
the people that had to climb upon a ladder here,
they all didn't know how to spell the word learning
at a learning center. Every time I see that sign,

(57:14):
I just sit there and go through in my head,
like how many hands it had to go through just
still be spelled wrong.

Speaker 4 (57:20):
That is a great point.

Speaker 22 (57:21):
We should look up to see where Minnesota ranks in
the country as far as education level.

Speaker 4 (57:25):
Apparently it's pretty low.

Speaker 22 (57:27):
Because you're right, whoever hung that sign up should have said,
wait a minute, doesn't that doesn't look like and.

Speaker 5 (57:31):
It probably didn't be English.

Speaker 4 (57:33):
Yeah, no, exactly. And of course it's all been a front.

Speaker 22 (57:37):
But this is really kicked off a bigger dialogue of
where does our tax dollars go, who does it benefit?
Who was draining our system, who was milking our system?
This goes way beyond Minnesota, doctor Gina. There, you're going
to find out that many states are going to investigate.

(57:57):
I know Texas is starting to do that. May is
starting to do that as well. And you know what, Pamboni,
they're not messing around. They are going to go after
and yes we want handcuffs, Yes we want perk walks.
We want these people deported from our country that have
milked the system for years.

Speaker 4 (58:16):
And I'm telling you that what I'm seeing on X.

Speaker 22 (58:19):
And of course this whole you know, exemption from tax
and we're not going to pay taxes until our government
absolutely gets behind all this fraud and gets it out.

Speaker 4 (58:29):
Now, granted, you know you got to take that with
a grain of salt.

Speaker 22 (58:32):
Actually doing that, but this does bring up a bigger
conversation about how our government spends our tax dollars and
who gets to take our tax dollars. If you look
at the amount of benefits from food to housing bud,
it is done by illegals, it is done by foreign
born people in this country. Americans are the least to

(58:55):
take advantage of the social systems that's supposed to help them.
So well, I hope our this administration takes us as
seriousist as I'm seeing it on social media.

Speaker 11 (59:06):
People are angry, absolutely, Brian. I think everyone wants to
see accountability here. I do want to switch gears to this.
President Trump says the United States carried out a land
based strike inside Venezuela, targeting what the administration claims was
a drug trafficking facility. This marks the first land based
strike and the administration's move against Venezuela so far. Brian
tell us more about what the administration hoped to accomplish

(59:28):
with this strike.

Speaker 22 (59:29):
Yeah, yeah, Emily, with this strike, it was towards forming
There's very little.

Speaker 4 (59:34):
Details on this.

Speaker 22 (59:35):
And if you have to extract a little bit, what
President Trump said the other day at mor Lago, this
is the loading docks. This has to do with an
area where there were boats where they were loading drugs
narcotics on these boats. That was a land facility, but
it was near the water exit way where these boats
would then depart.

Speaker 4 (59:54):
Into the ocean. So the strike was done on that.

Speaker 2 (59:57):
But this is, in my opinion, take a little bit
of heat.

Speaker 22 (01:00:01):
For saying this, but since the last day at twenty
twenty five, I don't care.

Speaker 4 (01:00:04):
Okay, Yes, this is a this is an effort to.

Speaker 22 (01:00:07):
Cut down on the narcotics that are flowing into our country.
But this was also to be intended to scare the
crap out of Maduro, to let him know, and I
talked to Oscar Blue a few days ago about this.
The people of Venezuela are very angry at what Maduro
is doing to their country. Their their currency has dropped

(01:00:29):
almost by half, and a very short term there is
a lot of resources that aren't available for the people.

Speaker 4 (01:00:35):
So we could see this be a part of a
regime change.

Speaker 22 (01:00:39):
And by firing and destroying drug boats so close to
the land, that would scare the crap out of any leader.

Speaker 1 (01:00:46):
I would think, Yeah, there's no doubt about that. This
is about regime change. Sauce about the oil as well.

Speaker 2 (01:00:52):
Brian, real quick, New Year's plans, and we got twenty seconds.
Can you have anything coming up on second? What about yes?
Go go for it.

Speaker 22 (01:01:00):
Yeah, join me tonight starting at eleven pm Easter and
going up to midnight.

Speaker 4 (01:01:04):
Ben Burke on myself, Bo Davidson.

Speaker 22 (01:01:07):
We're gonna have a great time talk about We're going
to recap the year. I'll talk about the best moments
I've had at the White House, and Ben we'll do
the same.

Speaker 4 (01:01:13):
We'll have a good time. I'll smoke this Cuban cigar.
Maybe not live on the air, don't want.

Speaker 22 (01:01:18):
To do that, and but but I do encourage everybody
to watch tonight when I have a good time right
here in real America.

Speaker 4 (01:01:24):
Sports, God bless everyone.

Speaker 22 (01:01:25):
Look I'm gonna hug you right now because I decide
there's something about the team here I just love and
I love this company, Rob Parker, they all do an
amazing team MD calling everybody bound the camera, everybody, drew,
every I'm just doing this right now because everybody gets
some love for me at twenty twenty five.

Speaker 4 (01:01:43):
But join me tonight.

Speaker 5 (01:01:44):
We love it that we will join you, Ryan. That'll
be fun.

Speaker 3 (01:01:47):
And I have a I have an even better cigar
for you, so we'll just I'll just let that be
the teaser into twenty twenty.

Speaker 4 (01:01:52):
So I got a bunch, I got a bunch of
them over here. But that's fine, it's great.

Speaker 5 (01:01:55):
Yeah.

Speaker 2 (01:01:56):
Oh, Brian, you're the best.

Speaker 22 (01:01:57):
Thanks again, appreciate you, Congratulations again, congratulations all.

Speaker 1 (01:02:01):
I appreciate it, and thanks for filling in yesterday. Air
hugs to you from all of us. All right, coming up,
a damning Did I say the word damning? Well I
can say it here. A damning HUD report raising new
questions about billions and taxpayer dollars wasted during the Biden era.

Speaker 4 (01:02:17):
Oh what a shock.

Speaker 1 (01:02:18):
We're gonna show you how it happened and what comes
next when we continue two minutes.

Speaker 11 (01:02:48):
All right, welcome back to American Sunrise. I'm Emily Finn.
Time now to drain the swamp, and this morning we
are flushing out government waste. Billions of taxpayer dollars may
have been misspent under the Biden AD Ministry, According to
a damning new report from the US Department of Housing
and Urban Development. Hudd's own financial review found that rental
assistance funds went to more than thirty thousand deceased recipients

(01:03:13):
and thousands of potential non citizens, with questionable payments recorded
in all fifty states and a heavy concentration in New York,
California and Washington, d C. The report covering fiscal year
twenty twenty five identified nearly six billion and questionable payments
flagged for more. Let's bring in doctor Gina and David Brody.

Speaker 7 (01:03:34):
Gina.

Speaker 11 (01:03:35):
This was something that we were talking about a whole
lot yesterday, like really need to get these kinds of
things under control there in Washington DC.

Speaker 5 (01:03:42):
Doach bring back?

Speaker 7 (01:03:44):
Yeah, bring up, bring back.

Speaker 5 (01:03:45):
It's so essential, it's more essential.

Speaker 3 (01:03:47):
And I mean this with all due respect because President Trump,
you know, I don't want to take for granted. Nobody
should take for granted for one second what he's doing
abroad in terms of his peace plan, and I think
he will be remembered for it if he solves problems
like this at home, if costal cut, if our deficit
is truly significantly reduced or eliminated, if these massive fraud outlets,

(01:04:13):
David don't continue, This cannot continue. This is everything that we,
as MAGA said we would do. We have to do this,
and heads need to roll. That's the other big thing,
don't you think so, David one percent?

Speaker 2 (01:04:30):
And if you ask where is Doze, there is no
Doze office, But you know where all those geeks are
right now.

Speaker 1 (01:04:34):
They're actually in the federal government in different agencies, so
they're sifting through some of this stuff.

Speaker 2 (01:04:39):
But Gina, you make a good point. It needs to
be spearheaded and needs to.

Speaker 1 (01:04:42):
Be in the forefront, and it needs to be actually
you know, how do I say, there's kind of like
a TIERA issue rather than just kind of throwing some
the geek squad if you will into a few agencies.
That's not going to cut it for sure. By the way,
sometimes we do bring the receipts here. Obviously one of
that I was looking at the Government Accountability Office the GAO.

Speaker 2 (01:05:03):
We hear a lot about that.

Speaker 1 (01:05:04):
In fiscal twenty twenty three during the Biden administration, two
hundred and thirty six billion with a b billion dollars
of improper payments throughout the federal government during the Biden
administration in just one year alone, just one year alone.

Speaker 2 (01:05:19):
In proper payments.

Speaker 1 (01:05:20):
That could be all different sorts of things, paying dead
people over payments, that type of thing. That's just insane.
And to be clear, this is a bipartisan issue. It's
not just the Biden administration. It's done by Republican governments
as well.

Speaker 3 (01:05:34):
Yeah, and we cannot run thinking that people are gonna listen,
some of those demographics that President Trump solidified in the
last election will not be his if we don't.

Speaker 5 (01:05:48):
Get this right. They're too new, and the reason.

Speaker 3 (01:05:50):
They came over is because they wanted economic opportunity that
was promised them. They're not used to all the cynicism,
the unkept promises that we were all used to.

Speaker 5 (01:06:00):
They're going to demand better.

Speaker 11 (01:06:01):
David Emily, Yeah, yeah, all right, Well, coming up, we're
headed down to Wall Street for the opening Bell and
insight into how to hold on to your heart Earned
dollars with some common sense. We'll be back with more

Speaker 2 (01:08:38):
Day situation of the New York Stock Exchange is in
just a moment.

Speaker 1 (01:08:42):
Time now though, for our daily dose of dollars in
common sense and joining us now to tell us what
you need to know about keeping your hard earned money.
Is the CEO of Toutal Capital Management. That would be
Matthew Tuttle.

Speaker 2 (01:08:53):
Matthew, good morning, two year on the show. So let's
start with the Federal Reserve.

Speaker 1 (01:08:58):
President Trump says he expects to announce it pick to
replace the current Fed shair Jerome Powell in January. Just
earlier this week, he said he'd love to fire Powell.

Speaker 2 (01:09:07):
So what do you think is gonna happen?

Speaker 1 (01:09:09):
What are your predictions here and who's in the running in.

Speaker 2 (01:09:12):
Terms of who you think's gonna be the next Fed shair?

Speaker 23 (01:09:15):
Good morning, Yeah, So I think it's asset, but it
doesn't matter. I mean, Trump's gonna pick someone who's gonna
be on board with his agenda, which is aggressively lowering
interest rates.

Speaker 8 (01:09:30):
They want to run this thing hot.

Speaker 23 (01:09:33):
You know, if you are a stock investor, not not
a bad thing. We'll see whether that has any impact
on inflation or not.

Speaker 8 (01:09:44):
But you know, certainly a good thing.

Speaker 23 (01:09:45):
For stocks, especially after FED minutes came out yesterday and
it looked like the Fed was really, you know, leaning
towards being on hold for a while.

Speaker 1 (01:09:56):
Yeah, I'm gonna run it hot. So that's interesting. Well,
I guess we'll find out whether or not that strategy works. Hey,
some new developments from the Treasury Department and the irs.
So earlier this month they tease new tax benefits for
Americans who want a health savings account that came from
the tax cut sign.

Speaker 2 (01:10:13):
Into law, that big beautiful bill earlier this year.

Speaker 1 (01:10:16):
Talk about what this means for Americans going forward, What
kind of differences might we see in the tax code
because of the Big Beautiful Bill and other mechanisms.

Speaker 8 (01:10:25):
Yeah, so health insurance is a mess.

Speaker 23 (01:10:29):
Uh, you know, anything that helps you know what we
think is a good thing. And you know, I love
the idea of HSA's paired with a high deductible plan
helps at least make it a little bit more affordable
for people, you know, So we see this as a

(01:10:49):
good thing, you know, expanding HSA, people being able to
save money tax free.

Speaker 8 (01:10:56):
You know, in our opinion, that's always a good thing.

Speaker 2 (01:11:00):
Yeah, for sure. Hey, I want to talk about gold
for a moment.

Speaker 1 (01:11:03):
Yesterday gold were covered from a sharp sell off. Now
many analysts are predicting gold and other precious metals are set.

Speaker 2 (01:11:10):
To reach new highs in the new year. What do
you think is going on with gold? And how do
you see that? Exactly?

Speaker 23 (01:11:18):
Yeah, and in the gold story right now is really silver.
You know, for a while, gold was kind of the
debasement trade. No one wants to hold fiat currencies, so
they're moving money to bitcoin and gold. Bitcoin obviously not
so good. Lately, it's been gold. Now silver has gone parabolic.

(01:11:38):
We are big believers that investors should have exposure to
gold and precious metals. However, I cut my silver allocation
on Friday temporarily because this market is just going crazy.
I mean today you saw silver down seven point six percent,

(01:12:00):
up like five percent yesterday. I mean, good luck trying
to figure out short term what's going to happen. I'd
wait for all this stuff to settle down, and then
I would definitely own gold, and I would also on silver.
I would have gold more than i'd have silver. We
run an ETF that's got seventy five to twenty five
in it. I think that's probably about right for most people.

Speaker 1 (01:12:21):
Yeah, diversification, but smart diversification. Matthew Tuttle, thanks for being here,
appreciate it. Happy to year, by the way, Yeah you too,
Thanks for having me. All right, time for the opening
bell in New York Stock Exchange. It is sponsored by AMAC.

Speaker 16 (01:12:34):
The Association of Mature American Citizens, is the conservative voice
for Americans fifty and older. AMAC is fighting for the
values that you hold, dear and joined today together we
can right the course of America.

Speaker 1 (01:12:50):
All right, Well, the dal Jones about to ring for
the final time that bell. They're starting to clap, which
means the bell is coming soon. And I always missed
the sound of that bell. I don't want to it,
hopefully I won't. But this bell better be bigger than
any before, because this is the last one of twenty
twenty five.

Speaker 2 (01:13:07):
Let's hear it.

Speaker 1 (01:13:07):
Come on, come on, and there it is that felt
a little louder than normal.

Speaker 2 (01:13:19):
That's not true. I don't know. All right, let's take
a walk.

Speaker 1 (01:13:23):
Trading is underway, so let's go to the big board,
if you will. I feel like it's Jerry Lewis telethon,
am I dating myself? We take a look at the
dow sing about the same or so let's look at gold.

Speaker 2 (01:13:34):
Gold's down a little bit and silver? Do we have
that on the board? Now we have oil? So look,
we'll continue to monitor it all day.

Speaker 1 (01:13:41):
You'll get updates throughout the day here on Real America's Voice.

Speaker 2 (01:13:44):
By the way, speaking of gold, let me be blunt
for a moment.

Speaker 1 (01:13:46):
Gold is up around forty percent this year, and that
is not speculation, it's reality.

Speaker 2 (01:13:51):
And if a.

Speaker 1 (01:13:52):
Portion of your savings isn't diversified, we were just talking
about that.

Speaker 2 (01:13:56):
And if it's not diversified into gold, then you're missing
the boat. So here are the facts.

Speaker 1 (01:14:00):
Inflation still too high, the US dollars still too weak,
and the government debt is INSURMOUNTMA. And this is why
central banks are flocking to gold. I mean, they're the
ones driving prices up to record highs. But it's not
too late to buy gold from Birch Gold Group. We
talk about them here a lot, and there's good reason
for that. You need to get in the door now.

(01:14:21):
Birch Gold will help you convert an existing IRA or
four to one k into attack sheltered IRA in gold.

Speaker 2 (01:14:28):
And then here's the thing. You don't pay a dime
out of pocket. This is what you do. You text
America to nine eight nine eight nine eight.

Speaker 1 (01:14:34):
Obviously Socialists and Democrats are not taxing America. But anyhow,
claim your free infoKit. No obligation, just useful information. The
best indicator of the future is the past. Gold has
historically been a safe.

Speaker 2 (01:14:48):
Haven for millennia, So how else? What else can you
say about that?

Speaker 1 (01:14:52):
Text America once again to nine eight nine eight nine
eight right now and claim your free infoKit on gold
old once again. That's texting America to nine eight nine
eight nine eight. Protect your future today.

Speaker 2 (01:15:05):
With Birch Gold.

Speaker 1 (01:15:07):
All right, still to come here on American Sunrise, on
this New Year's Eve edition of American Sunrise, a different
kind of reset is taking shape. It's led by the
American people. What that means for twenty twenty six, The
political pulse of America is next.

Speaker 11 (01:15:49):
All right, welcome back to American Sunrise. Thank you so
much for joining us this morning. We invite you to
join the conversation on Getter and Rumble. Time now to
take the political pulse of America and the beat today
the American reset ahead. Across the country, people are looking
ahead with new expectation. They want stability, strength, and a
government that serves them, not the other way around. This

(01:16:11):
new year marks the opening of a new era, a
chance to restore confidence in our economy, our communities.

Speaker 7 (01:16:17):
And our role in the world.

Speaker 11 (01:16:19):
And as we move toward twenty twenty six, Americans are
making one thing clear.

Speaker 7 (01:16:24):
They're ready to lead again.

Speaker 11 (01:16:25):
This is America, a nation that doesn't wait for permission
to stand tall.

Speaker 7 (01:16:30):
And when we choose to move forward, the world follows.

Speaker 11 (01:16:33):
Today isn't just a new year, it's a new moment
for American purpose and American possibility. Let's bring in David
Brody to talk about this further. I think twenty twenty
six is going to be a great year, David, really
looking forward to this next year.

Speaker 1 (01:16:50):
Yeah, it's going to be a great year, and it's
also going to be a consequential year.

Speaker 2 (01:16:54):
Emily especially for the Republican Party.

Speaker 1 (01:16:56):
I mean, you talked about at the top an American reset.

Speaker 2 (01:16:59):
I think the republic Party is in the middle of a.

Speaker 1 (01:17:01):
Reset here as well. And what is that reset going
to look like? I mean, you have not just the
midterm elections coming up, but then jd Vance and he's
going to run and who else is going to run
a Republican Party? And is populism going to rain? Will
the MAGA mantle continue the way it has been under
President Trump?

Speaker 2 (01:17:21):
And what does MAGA do exactly in twenty twenty eight?

Speaker 1 (01:17:25):
And I think that's going to be a reset starting
in twenty twenty six.

Speaker 2 (01:17:28):
And this year.

Speaker 1 (01:17:28):
I know we keep talking about twenty twenty eight, but
if you think about it, twenty twenty six in the
midterms are tied directly to twenty twenty eight.

Speaker 2 (01:17:35):
So I think MAGA is in store for some sort.

Speaker 1 (01:17:40):
Of reset because it's not going to be President Trump
coming up here in this next election. And because of that,
I think the reset begins starting in twenty twenty six,
at least the discussion about what that looks like.

Speaker 2 (01:17:53):
Gina.

Speaker 3 (01:17:54):
It's fascinating, David, because it's exactly what you point to.
That is the biggest advantage to the Democrats that they
don't even realize. The Democrats right now they do not
have Trump.

Speaker 5 (01:18:03):
On the ballot. The best thing they could do right.

Speaker 3 (01:18:05):
Now is work with Trump, who has moderated tremendously. They
could work with him on the things they agree on,
and they could look statesmanly, diplomatic, they could look like
they're reaching across the aisle. They could get things accomplished
that they can brag about in the next election. But there,
I promise you, they're too ideologically stupid to do it.

(01:18:27):
And it's it's honestly sad because it would make.

Speaker 5 (01:18:30):
For a better republic. Would they actually go ahead?

Speaker 2 (01:18:34):
No, no, go finish your thoughts.

Speaker 1 (01:18:35):
Sorry, I was getting Nancy.

Speaker 3 (01:18:37):
Well, this would be the smartest thing Democrats could do.
If I were a Democrat advisor, this is exactly what
I would tell them to do, because otherwise they're going
to end up with AOC as the nominee. And I
really believe that, and that is going to be a
train wreck for them all the way through. It's going
to expose exactly who they are, their soft, white, little
underbelly weakness, as the socialists that they are, and it

(01:19:01):
will define them for another decade. But the Republicans, as
you said, David, are defining themselves as well. Republicans have
a big problem too, and that is this rift that's
forming between MAGA and America First Republicans using two labels.
I'm seeing out there in social media, which I don't
even completely understand, but I understand it enough to know

(01:19:22):
that there is a divide that the Democrats are going
to focus on trying to exacerbate. But they're doing it
all wrong because they're still doing it with Trump's arrangement syndrome, David.

Speaker 5 (01:19:31):
And it's going to lose the election for them.

Speaker 2 (01:19:34):
Gina.

Speaker 1 (01:19:35):
It is such an important point you're making. It's something
I've been talking about during Trump's first term that Democrats
blew it. In Trump's first term, he was there to
make deals with the Democrats. He would have done it.
He would have done it, but you had to give
Trump something in return, and they wouldn't do it.

Speaker 2 (01:19:52):
They the border wall is a good example of that.
They never wanted to do it.

Speaker 1 (01:19:55):
The government was shut down because of it, and they're
doing it again here.

Speaker 2 (01:19:58):
I mean, Trump is not a Republican. Everybody keeps singing
Trump's reported he's not. He's a Trump publican. He does
it his way. He is a much different style.

Speaker 1 (01:20:06):
And if Democrats would just give him a victory somewhere
somewhere along the line, he would go ahead and negotiate
with them.

Speaker 2 (01:20:14):
For example, I'll give you a good example, they want
their Obamacare subsidies extended for a couple of years. He
would have done that.

Speaker 1 (01:20:20):
I guarantee you he would have done that if they
had said, mister President, we're going to give you a
couple of things on your wish list. But they don't
want to give him a darn thing, right and.

Speaker 24 (01:20:30):
Because up on board with anything, anything, anything, anything, There's
so many things that President Trump is doing that are
agreeable and amenable and pull extremely high.

Speaker 5 (01:20:41):
Even with independence. They could be so savvy and.

Speaker 3 (01:20:44):
Smart right now, but they are too ideologically communist to
even let themselves do it.

Speaker 5 (01:20:51):
And they're greedy, and they're greedy.

Speaker 3 (01:20:52):
They want their systems still in place that they can
all profit.

Speaker 5 (01:20:56):
From, all of their corruption, all of the fraud.

Speaker 3 (01:20:58):
They want all that in place because they have so
many friends making so much money, friends and family, I'll say,
making so much money from those systems. But were they
to get smart this is.

Speaker 5 (01:21:09):
What they do well.

Speaker 2 (01:21:11):
And one last point, and we got to run and
go to the guest.

Speaker 1 (01:21:13):
But I do want to say this that if you
notice President trumpet he says Maga and Margie Tayler greeneers
say America first, there is a difference.

Speaker 2 (01:21:22):
Yes, and we can discuss that more. But' yes, it's.

Speaker 3 (01:21:25):
Going to get there's a big and well delineated in
twenty twenty six.

Speaker 2 (01:21:29):
Yeah, let's remember that. Let's bank that and come back.

Speaker 11 (01:21:32):
Yes, this will age well, Emily, it's certainly going to
be an exciting year.

Speaker 7 (01:21:36):
It certainly going to be an exciting year, all right.

Speaker 11 (01:21:38):
Federal Homeland Security officials are on the ground in Minneapolis
today launching a new fraud investigation. The move comes as
the Trump administration announces it will be freezing federal childcare
funds in the States amidst stunning claims that billions and
federal funds have been stolen from taxpayers. Joining us now
with reaction as Republican Ohio gubernatorial candidate Casey Casey. Ohio

(01:22:02):
also has the second largest Somalian population in the country.

Speaker 7 (01:22:05):
What is being found in Ohio? What can you tell us?

Speaker 25 (01:22:09):
Massive waste, fraud and abuse? You know, in Minneapolis, we're
seeing that to the tune of something. I'm hearing nine
billion dollars defrauded because of these somalis and the daycare scams.
The same thing exists in Columbus, Ohio, which is unbelievably
wholesome and beautiful Midwest American city, and it's horrific. We're
literally destroying our children's futures before they ever get an

(01:22:30):
opportunity to do something with it.

Speaker 2 (01:22:34):
Yeah, there's no doubt about that.

Speaker 1 (01:22:36):
I'm wondering about these Republican state lawmakers in both houses
in Minnesota, and I'm wondering what you're seeing in Ohio.
Because in Minnesota, they're saying Governor Tim Walla should resign
over these fraud allegations. And this was a joint statement
where members of the state Senate and House both said
the governor had taught he had time to react to
the growing problems, and he failed to do anything. And

(01:22:56):
they say Article eight, section six of the Minnesota's Constitution
does list now seasans as a viable reason to remove
executive office holders.

Speaker 2 (01:23:07):
So where do you.

Speaker 1 (01:23:08):
Come down on this in terms of Governor Tim Walls
resigning and as it relates to Ohio.

Speaker 2 (01:23:13):
You know what's going on there in.

Speaker 1 (01:23:15):
The legislature as it relates to fraud and what they're
trying to do clean it up.

Speaker 25 (01:23:19):
Well, just as a general statement, weak leadership across the
board will create a terrible future through complacency. You know,
Tim Waltz is the man at the helm of the
ship of his state, and ultimately he's the guy in charge.
But you know, the Democrats for so many years. I mean,
if you import the third World, you become the third World.
And this is destroying it across the board. You know,

(01:23:41):
obviously he's leading that. I can't comment beyond it other
than he's the man at the helmet his ship, and
there's horrific things going on. Clearly, I'm here running in
Ohio on the Republican ticket for the primary against the
vak Ramswami, who, as we know, he's a massive proponent
of importing massive amounts of Indian h one visus a
separate topic from the Somali fraud that's going on, but

(01:24:04):
very similar frankly, because that's a way for corporations to
save hundreds of millions of dollars while destroying the job
market for all the ohiolands and Americans. So long story short,
just bad leadership, so called politicians. They're wanting to sell
us out. And if we look at the so called
rift on the right in the Conservatives, I don't even
see it as that. I see all of US America

(01:24:26):
first people and Conservatives just as solid Americans who stayed
on the rails. I've been Republicans since the late nineties.
I've always cared about the wholesome, good American values that
my family has brought to me through generations of entrepreneurship,
being proud military men that have been passed down to me.
And that's what we're not seeing on the right. That's
why people are fighting and revolting because it seems to

(01:24:49):
me like a hostile takeover people with globalist like interests.
And that's exactly what I've seen with vach Ramaswamy. That's
exactly why I'm running. That's exactly why I want to
man the helm of the ship Ohio so that we
don't have billions of dollars being defrauded from the Ohioan's
future for Somali's and other people that are in no
way bringing a net gain for the state.

Speaker 3 (01:25:11):
I didn't know this Casey about Ohio having such a
massive population, Somali population.

Speaker 5 (01:25:21):
What urged you to run?

Speaker 3 (01:25:23):
What have you heard from people in the district telling
you that urged you to run?

Speaker 5 (01:25:29):
What are the defined the.

Speaker 3 (01:25:30):
Real problems for this because this, I mean, if it
is a problem in Florida, I don't know.

Speaker 5 (01:25:33):
I don't know it.

Speaker 3 (01:25:34):
But I certainly did not realize that Ohio is second
only to Minnesota. I didn't realize that.

Speaker 25 (01:25:41):
Yeah, and frankly, the Ohio thing might end up being
worse when we get down to either way.

Speaker 4 (01:25:45):
It's horrific.

Speaker 2 (01:25:46):
But what urged me to run is my soul was burning.

Speaker 25 (01:25:49):
I mean that genuinely, the pain of inaction far outweighed
the risk of action. And I'm telling you right now
this is wildly risky for me being something of enormy.
But you know, my family has fought and worked for
our entire lives. We have to be responsible for ourselves,
to try to build a business, to try to build
a new one, to help our community, to build a family,

(01:26:10):
to have a future. And after a lifetime of just
looking an observation of what's going on politically, economically, socially,
the outside interest globalists that are trying to divide us
and sell out and destroy our future. I feel like
we're all living in that scene from the first Star
Wars movie where they fall down the garbage compactor and
the walls are closing in, and I can either sit

(01:26:31):
down and watch everything burn or I can stand up
and fight. So that's why I'm running for governor of Ohio.

Speaker 1 (01:26:37):
Yeah, so casey, real quick, therefore, where are you on
this Maga kind of defining Maga because you know, I'm
assuming you're You're considered Maga in your mind, but the
vek Ramaswami is not. But he's going to say he's Maga.
Everybody wants the mantle of Maga. And then there's America First.
So I see a difference between America First and MAGA.

Speaker 2 (01:26:59):
I really do.

Speaker 1 (01:27:00):
And I can get into that more, but I'm curious
gets your take.

Speaker 9 (01:27:03):
Well?

Speaker 25 (01:27:03):
I supported Donald Trump from day one. Frankly, even before
he first started running in twenty sixteen. I thought, you
know this, I think this might be our guy. So,
you know, voted for him every time, even donated to
his campaign when I was just an automotive YouTuber. I
even stepped up, stood out, and you know, risked it
to support it and endorset just as a public individual
that gets nothing, you know, from it. So Mega, Obviously,

(01:27:27):
we want to make America great again. That relates to
cutting waste, fraud, and abuse across the board. That's what
Doge was for. That was an amazing thing that we
want to see continue there. But illegal immigrants, my god,
we're literally destroying our nation before we get a chance.
And the very thought that anybody suggests for a moment
that we don't have the best and brightest young Americans

(01:27:49):
who won an opportunity, who want to work and can
that's crazy. I've been mentoring the best engineers to the
last decade plus and my genius grite educational programs with
virtually no support. What we see wave of illegal immigrants.
So to answer your question in terms of what is
Megan now, Hey, we've never stopped changing, We've never stopped
believing that.

Speaker 2 (01:28:07):
Now.

Speaker 25 (01:28:07):
I've been very critical of Trump on some things this year,
but I support him. He is our president. He is
the one at the help him with the ship of
the United States, and dog gone it. We're all Americans together. Well,
what is this America first?

Speaker 4 (01:28:18):
Thing?

Speaker 25 (01:28:18):
Well, it's all of the people standing up, not just conservatives,
but across the board, across the IV going WHOA, why
are we selling out to foreign interest? Why are we
just letting mass waves of people who are in no
way making our country a nation or communities better? Why
are we absolutely obliterating our lives and letting states and
nations be defrauded? So America First is just another part

(01:28:39):
of all of it, because again, we're all Americans together,
we're all Conservatives together, but we're standing tall because this
has to end now.

Speaker 11 (01:28:45):
Yeah, Casey, thank you so much for being with us,
and happy New Year to you.

Speaker 10 (01:28:49):
Thank you kindly coming up.

Speaker 11 (01:28:50):
New York City Mayor Adams accuses Biden's DOJ of lawfare,
echoing similar concerns we've heard from President Trump.

Speaker 7 (01:28:58):
When justice is weaponized. That's up next.

Speaker 15 (01:29:01):
Thank you, Patriots, because of you. Anthem of the Free

but we can't stop there. Keep the pressure on, keep downloading.
Let's turn the woke music in entertainment industry upside down.

Speaker 10 (01:29:49):
A song not.

Speaker 18 (01:29:50):
Only for January six, but for all Americans.

Speaker 15 (01:29:53):
This is bigger than a song, It's a movement.

Speaker 26 (01:29:57):
Free Let's spill some tea.

Speaker 11 (01:30:13):
Let's spill some tea fueled by Artillery Tea Company, the
only America first veteran owned t brand. Their mission maximized
flavor with whole leaf blends and chemical free tea bags.
No junk, just real tea. And here's the tactical advantage
each bag Bruce twice. Just go to artillerytco dot com

ta mission driven and brewed for the brave. It is
time now to spill some tea and in the cup
today a brew that's turning bitter. New York City Mayor
Eric Adams says he saw it up close. A justice
system used as a weapon. Adams claims the Department of

(01:30:55):
Justice under Joe Biden played politics, targeting opponents silent and
seeing dissent and turning the law into law fair. He
says it didn't really hit home until it hit him,
from watch lists to home raids. Adam says what happened
to Donald Trump happened to him too. So when the
mayor says the cup was poisoned, is this a warning

(01:31:15):
or a confession? We want to know what you think.
Let us know on Rumble or getter, hop on and

Speaker 11 (01:32:45):
Good all right, welcome back to American Sunrise. It is
time now for the sunnyside up and in the pan today.
A friendship that never faded. It started in nineteen forty four,
a new girl, a new town, and one birthday card.
That same car has been sent back and forth between
two friends every year for eighty one years.

Speaker 7 (01:33:05):
A Guinness World record.

Speaker 11 (01:33:07):
On her ninety fifth birthday, Wow, Pat du Reimer received
it again.

Speaker 7 (01:33:11):
Take a look at this.

Speaker 13 (01:33:15):
We never said we're going to do this. At least
I don't remember ever saying that, but it's just happened.
And after about five years, it just every year we'd
talk about it and it would give us some reason
to call each other and talk. And so.

Speaker 11 (01:33:33):
The world moved on. The tradition held on a simple reminder.
This is what lasting friendship looks like. This is an
awesome story.

Speaker 7 (01:33:41):
I love this.

Speaker 11 (01:33:41):
I think I'm going to start doing this with my sister.
Send a birthday card like this every year. It's a
great thing to have, Gina.

Speaker 3 (01:33:48):
Yeah, it reminds me of the whole you know, like
you tag a friend on Instagram now and then they
can retag you repost it. And also, isn't there like
a snapchat what's it called where you keep the French
every day?

Speaker 13 (01:34:01):
Oh?

Speaker 2 (01:34:01):
A streak, a street streak, that's it.

Speaker 3 (01:34:03):
Yeah, yeah, And it kind of reminds me that it's
It's just it was the it was the original streak.

Speaker 2 (01:34:10):
It was the original streak. That's right.

Speaker 1 (01:34:12):
They were, they were trailblazers, they were ahead of their time,
the original snapchatters right there. You know, this reminds me
of that Michael W. Smith song Friends or Friends Forever.
I will not sing that song, but anyhow, it's really cool.

Speaker 5 (01:34:25):
I thought you were going to say that song.

Speaker 3 (01:34:27):
What was that song from like the seventies that was
about the guy running through the naked through the you
know I'm talking about.

Speaker 2 (01:34:37):
I don't all I heard was naked in the seventies.

Speaker 5 (01:34:43):
It was like, oh, yes, they call him. Wasn't it
the streak? Wasn't that the name of it?

Speaker 2 (01:34:47):
Was it? Stand by? I'm googling. I'll get back to
next year.

Speaker 3 (01:34:51):
I know David Brown in our control room knows the
answer because he knows every piece of cultural trivia out there.

Speaker 5 (01:34:56):
I think that was it, and it was called the Streak?
I think, never mind do right now? How do you
go from these two sweet old ladies? And why is
my mom brain in the gutter today? I don't know.
Maybe it's a sign of things to come in twenty
twenty six.

Speaker 7 (01:35:10):
I don't even know where where to go from there.

Speaker 11 (01:35:12):
But this friendship is very very cute, very cute, especially.

Speaker 7 (01:35:16):
You know, ninety five years. That's incredible.

Speaker 11 (01:35:20):
I don't think there's any streaking happening with those two friends.

Speaker 2 (01:35:24):
No, And there's literally nothing imprompter right now. So I
don't even know what to say.

Speaker 3 (01:35:28):
So, well, what are your hopes and wishes Emily for
the new year?

Speaker 7 (01:35:33):
Quickly, hopes and wishes, you know.

Speaker 11 (01:35:36):
I just really want to stay happy, want to spend
more time with family, and just really get to a
happy spot, Gina. That's that's my goals and wishes for
twenty twenty six.

Speaker 2 (01:35:45):
I want to be a better version of myself.

Speaker 7 (01:35:47):
Me too, don't we all nice? Don't we all?

Speaker 4 (01:35:49):
Yeah?

Speaker 1 (01:35:50):
I really do, I really do want. I want to
be my authentic self. I want to say authentic self.
We're really digging down deep as to you know, just
doing some self reflection. Trust me, at this age, we
do more self reflection.

Speaker 3 (01:36:02):
So yeah, yeah, I got two books I have to
finish because I'm on deadline, and that's about all I
can think of.

Speaker 5 (01:36:07):
But they are playing that song.

Speaker 7 (01:36:09):
Listen, this is the song.

Speaker 3 (01:36:15):
Yeah, all right, we're going to be in this great
family show on that note for twenty and I did
it all on my own.

Speaker 5 (01:36:26):
David Brody, it's.

Speaker 3 (01:36:27):
A it's you started this, yeah, exactly exactly. Well, be
sure you tune in tonight for our New Year's Eve
coverage right here on WRAV.

Speaker 5 (01:36:34):
At eleven pm.

Speaker 3 (01:36:36):
You guys, we'll see you tomorrow. War room is up next,
How your children love God?

Speaker 5 (01:36:40):
Go bolding now.

Speaker 2 (01:36:43):
Next year I look, and Ethos getting her cold right hard.

Speaker 8 (01:36:52):
