Speaker 1 (00:01):
Ahead an American Sunrise early edition.

Speaker 2 (00:04):
With all the terror attacks and threats popping up since
New Year's are we sure there's enough security in place
for President Trump's inaugural ceremonies in just two weeks. There
are more voices echoing those concerns every day right now.
Another kind of terrorism, the destruction of the legal system
just to get President Trump, is already on display.

Speaker 1 (00:25):
In New York.

Speaker 2 (00:26):
Judge Wan Bershin has scheduled sentencing for President Trump.

Speaker 1 (00:29):
For this Friday in the bogus hush money case.

Speaker 2 (00:32):
Merchant is hinting that he will order no jail time
or a fine, But does that excuse him for the
fact that he allowed this trial and conviction to stand
at all. There is one threat we can take off
the table for the Trump White House. Despite all the
regime media promises that the Speaker of the House Bold
would be chaotic and terrible, it turns out it was

(00:54):
resolved rather quickly. President Trump's choice of Mike Johnson did
get the gavel again. Now they can focus on budget
battles in the near future, and the questions about so
many things that don't add up are mounting. When it
comes to the Green Beret accused of blowing himself up
in that cyber truck outside the Trump Hotel in Las

(01:14):
Vegas last week. Will any of this ever make sense?
And speaking of not making any sense, why on earth
would anyone award George Soros a presidential Medal of Freedom?
That's what Joe Biden did this weekend, and he also
tossed a medal to Hillary Clinton. Was it all just
to make Trump supporters and everyone else with common decency mad?

Speaker 1 (01:36):
It's working?

Speaker 2 (01:37):
What other outrages does Joe and company have in store
during the next fourteen days? While I have all the
best analysis in store for you? Because American Sunrise Early
Edition starts right now.

Speaker 3 (01:49):
Welcome to American Sunrise Early Edition, the show where faith, freedom,
and the values that built this nation take center.

Speaker 1 (01:59):
Stick your good and bad needs. That's how we're gonna
judge you.

Speaker 3 (02:03):
Join host Jake Novak because he breaks down the stories
that matter.

Speaker 1 (02:06):
He will be letting the public know regularly what we
have found.

Speaker 3 (02:09):
American Sunrise earlier this year with your host Jake Novak
starts now.

Speaker 1 (02:21):
Good morning, I'm Jake Novak.

Speaker 2 (02:22):
Welcome to American Sunrise Early Edition, certification day for President
Trump's election victory joining me now to talk about many
of these big stories is independent investigative journalist Walter Kurt
And Walter, I want to start again with I'd never
like to ignore the elephant in the room, and the
elephant in the room, especially after the last week, is
are you as concerned as I am about adequate security

(02:43):
in DC and elsewhere in the coming days, because I'm
not feeling great about it right now.

Speaker 4 (02:48):
You know, I've been watching this very very closely, and
I'm not sure. You know, we got to hope that
Trump has the best security in the world after all
of the things that have happened, especially after the information
we got over the weekend about you know, a possible
life attacks by foreign agents in the country, which is
terrifying to hear the least. But I would hope that
it seems that Trump has the most the best security
in the world. The Secret Service is great, but I

(03:09):
assume that he probably has a lot of his own
private security as well. There's also this supposed to be
a snowstorm today, so maybe there's not even going to
be any protest a DC today, So we got to
hope that we're going to be all right there.

Speaker 2 (03:21):
Yeah, no storm in DC, So that means the federal
workers are immediately going to get It's like they're like
little children.

Speaker 1 (03:26):
They don't have to go to work today.

Speaker 2 (03:27):
Of course, as Elon Musk has pointed out, who could
tell the difference. They are never at work anyway, all right.
And in addition to security threats, there are also the
indignities and craziness of the lawfair attacks on President Trump
and his sentencing is now set for this Friday.

Speaker 1 (03:42):
In that hush money trial.

Speaker 2 (03:43):
The narrative a lot of people are seizing on is
that the judge is not likely to sentence President Trump
to any jail or fines. But you know, I think
that clouds over the dangers that we're all facing now
that the legal system has been destroyed. As a president said,
you know, and the next time you and I might
be a defendant and there's no more protections for us
because they've destroyed it to go after Trump. And I

(04:04):
really urge everyone, including you know, everyone watching, do not
focus on the lack of a fine or the lack
of a jail sentences. That's the distraction, the indignity, the
disgrace was the fact that this trial went so far
in the first place, you know, Walter, I get the
feeling that most people are going to fall for this whole.

Speaker 1 (04:23):
Let's focus on the no sent on the no jail time.

Speaker 4 (04:25):
I hope not that you know, murch On is in nuts.
The fact that he went forward with this and the
fact that it's going to be after January sixth, that
means Congress will have a confirmed Trump's authority as the president.
He's going to be confirmed as the president. He all
he has to do is take the Bible on January twentieth,
and he's still going to send it someone January twenty tenth.
That's that's completely unexcusable to me. This guy has made

(04:47):
it his mission to absolutely go forward with every possible
lawfare he can against Trump. But so is all the
other judges. I mean, they just did the other case
with Gene Carroll too, that did that case. He's apparently
owes five million dollars in Now, they didn't throw that out.
This one's have been thrown out forever.

Speaker 1 (05:01):
Again.

Speaker 4 (05:01):
I mean, all of these cases are very similar, but
Judge Murchon has stood out as one of the worst
in all of this stuff.

Speaker 2 (05:08):
Yeah, I mean, listen, you don't like President Trump. Beat
him in an election, okay, to destroy the legal system.
And believe me, if you know your history, the people
who destroy legal systems to go after their enemies every
time end up getting destroyed by that legal system that
destroyed legal system that they cut down. All right, Well,
one disaster that many people were expecting to happen didn't happen.

(05:28):
Mike Johnson's election as Speaker really went off rather undramatically.
I know there was a little bit of drama, but
it was only one ballot. The regime media was upset
because it wanted a chaos narrative. This is what the
regime media does. They go nuts about something Trump does
and then they say he causes chaos. They're so disingenuous
about this. But I think America and the Republican Party

(05:49):
needed the calm right now more than anything. Am I
being too much of a Pollyanna Walter?

Speaker 1 (05:54):
No, I don't think you are.

Speaker 4 (05:56):
Especially after the events of the past week where we had,
you know, major events across the country and terrorism and whatnot.
I think people realize that we don't have the time
to deal with some sort of fight like this right now.
I mean, we just need to get this done over with,
have Johnson in there, so we can start the agenda,
so we can start getting things done, so we can
start repealing some of the stuff that Biden has done
over the past sixty days, which is going to be

(06:18):
absolutely crucial when then we first start this term here,
I mean, the Congressional Review Acting needs to be the
first thing we need to do. We've got to get
rid of a ton of policies that Biden has tried
to pass in the last in the last shutting hours
of the Lane duck period here. So there's no question
that we couldn't. We just simply didn't have time for
this fight.

Speaker 1 (06:35):
All right.

Speaker 2 (06:35):
Now, let's get back to the disturbing news you were
just alluding to it before. The reports we're getting from
both law enforcement and the mainstream media about the cyber
truck suspect I'm going to call that suspect Matthew Leibelsberger
are just now you know, they're just not holding water
for me and a lot of other people.

Speaker 1 (06:52):
Now, I'm not here to launch into a conspiracy theory.

Speaker 2 (06:55):
All I'm saying is all the facts they're telling us,
our facts don't add up, and I honestly don't know
what the truth is so unlike a conspiracy there is.
I'm not going to tell you what I think the
truth really is. All I can say is, looking at
the emails, looking at the vacs, I don't know what
the truth is. And I wonder, Walter, if you're as
disturbed about this as I am.

Speaker 4 (07:16):
This story has really bothered me, actually, and it's because
it's very obvious that they're not telling us the full truth.
And that's one of the things I can't stand. I mean,
you watch the videos that they've released of this. The
official narrative is that he apparently shot himself in the truck,
in the front seat of the car before detonating this
you know, supposed ied or whatever it is in this truck. Well,
the video doesn't show that. The video shows that he's

(07:39):
still sitting there in the car when the blast goes off.
I've watched it a dozen times. I've looked at it.
And they're also saying he used a desert eagle to
do this. I'm sorry. A desert eagle is a massive weapon.
It is a huge weapon. This thing is not something
that you would miss in a camera view, let alone
the fact that you know, I know this Trump hotel.
I've been there before. There are hundreds of cameras there.

(08:00):
Why are we only getting just small little snippets of
camera views. There are easily cameras that are looking directly
into that car, so we could see exactly what's happening.
But it's become apparent that they don't want to tell
us what's happening. They don't want to tell us what
the real story is, and I don't know if we
ever will get it. I mean, maybe the FBI themselves
are terrible about this sort of stuff. They refuse to
be honest with the American people, and many many stories

(08:21):
over the past few years, but this one, to me,
it's very clear that they just are very obviously hiding
something and I don't know what it is. And I'm
not trying to be conspiratorial, but there's more of the story.

Speaker 2 (08:34):
Yeah, I mean, memo to the FBI and the other
agencies like this, if you don't want people going off
on conspiracy theories, then do one of two things. Either,
First of all, be more forthcoming with what you know.

Speaker 1 (08:44):
Now.

Speaker 2 (08:44):
I'm not asking you to tell us something that's incredibly
sensitive that may cause more lives and cost more lives.

Speaker 1 (08:49):
I get that.

Speaker 2 (08:50):
I can't imagine there's too many instances like that, however,
But if there are, fine, But then also if there's
something that you don't know, say you don't know.

Speaker 1 (08:58):
This is also a memo to all journalists.

Speaker 2 (09:00):
Before I asked Walter this question, I said to everyone,
I don't know what really happened.

Speaker 1 (09:05):
It's okay to say that.

Speaker 2 (09:06):
I don't think that journalists realize that, especially TV journalists.

Speaker 1 (09:09):
So do all those things.

Speaker 2 (09:10):
All right, speaking of things that just really make me
scratch my head, from the suspicious to the ridiculous. President
Joe Biden awarding the Presidential Medal of Freedom to a
number of people, some of them deserving, but one of
them was George Soros. Walter Soros is a man who
objectively has done great harm to the American people. You
want to argue about whether he deliberately did the harm

(09:32):
or not, fine, I think he absolutely did. But this
is someone who is responsible for the soft on crime
policies that are plaguing our cities. He's largely responsible for
the open borders. He's largely responsible for a racial enmity
in this country. We know that he's been funding these
pro hamas rallies on college campuses and n in city streets.

(09:55):
I mean, just, I mean again, is there anything that
we can say about why Joe Biden would do this?
Is this just about annoying people like you and me,
decent people?

Speaker 4 (10:05):
You know, I was watching this and as I saw
him start listing the names of people he was going
to give these freedom medals to, and Soros comes up,
Hillary Clinton comes up to me, it seems like it's
a fitting into the Biden presidency, just a slap in
the face to the American people and to anybody that
criticizes him. He doesn't care if people don't like what
he does. It means absolutely nothing to him. And this

(10:27):
made it very very clear that he just all he
cares about is rewarding his friends and giving his friends
awards and medals while the American people are suffering from
his actions and ideas. And giving the medal of Freedom
to George Soros, the man that has funded das that
have allowed crime to surge across the entire country, is
just a fitting into a presidency that has clearly not

(10:48):
cared about the American people.

Speaker 2 (10:51):
You know, there's two stories that we've talked about just
now this morning that I think are the result of
almost fifth grade level quick gratific the destruction of the
legal system for what So that for three months until
this conviction is overturned against Donald Trump, they can say
he's a felon. I promise you that every lead story
on inauguration Day and maybe even today when the election

(11:14):
is certified, every single lead story in regime news media,
either in the headline or in the lead paragraph the
lead sentence, will use the term felon. And so it's
just like a little jolly that they're going to get.
And then when the conviction is overturned, they won't be
able to say it anymore, or they'll have to say overturned.
And the second thing is this, they're gonna They've destroyed
the integrity and the honor of the Presidential Medal of

(11:35):
Freedom to give it to these annoying people, just to
annoy Trump supporters and decent people and people who support
the state of Israel and people who want secure borders,
just for that little stick in the eye that lasts
maybe five seconds.

Speaker 1 (11:48):
That's what they're doing this for. It is it is
really it is really an outrage.

Speaker 4 (11:53):
Yeah, it is their mission to anger the people that
they're that are coming into office. It's a stick in
the eye of the American people, for you know, we
chose somebody that they didn't like, and that's what it is.
And the only thing that they want to do is
make sure that we are aware that we chose the
disfavorable candidate to the regime media and it is disgusting
in my eyes. I can't forgive them for it, and

(12:14):
I hope Trump succeeds just to stick it to them.

Speaker 2 (12:18):
Walter Kurt independent investigative journalists. You can catch him on substack.
Thank you so much for joining us and Jack again,
have a great, great week.

Speaker 1 (12:26):
It's all I can tell you.

Speaker 2 (12:27):
It's Funday coming up more on the securities concerns as
we approach the inauguration.

Speaker 1 (12:32):
This is a big story people need to pay attention to.
Have we really fixed.

Speaker 2 (12:35):
The problems since that first assassination attempt on President Trump
in July?

Speaker 1 (12:39):
I'm not so sure. And just how bad.

Speaker 2 (12:43):
Is the global focus on the grooming gang scandal? For
UK Prime Minister Kier Starmer, It's actually worse than you think.
I'll explain why and where this madness came from in
the first place. American Sunrise early edition. We'll be right back.

(13:13):
That is Rochester, New York. I visited there. That is
a town that has a lot of potential folks. It's
a little bit of a spoiler alert or a little
bit of a hot tip. I'm going to give you
any state in America or city in America that has
cheap electric power. Rochester, these places in upstate New York,
they have a good future because of bitcoin mining and AI.
We'll talk about that more one day on the show.

(13:36):
All right, welcome back to American Sunrise Early Edition.

Speaker 1 (13:38):
I'm Jake Novak.

Speaker 2 (13:39):
The recent spate of terror attacks and threats has reminded
many of us that we just wrapped up a year
where President Trump's security was clearly compromised. Jack Osovietch talked
about this with Steve Bannon about that and some other
concerns that we should all have about security during this
inauguration month.

Speaker 5 (13:56):
He comes down to, regardless of what anyone thinks is
going on with that Vegas situation, which looks to me
like clearly a guy who clearly guy was in the
right state of mind, that we've gotten an inauguration coming
up in sixteen days, in sixteen days, and the chaos
is escalating. You are seeing chaos escalation at a mass

(14:17):
scale now, and I haven't yet to see a final
security report or any kind of security briefing from Washington, DC,
from Mayor Bowser, from new Speaker john new Speaker Johnson.
No days off between now and inauguration day. You have
the ability to declare National Guard deployment for the National
Capital region, by the way, not just DC, not just

(14:38):
just where I'm saying, national Capital region period. Make it happen.
Keep the people safe, because thousands of families mine included,
are going to be there for that. On specification.

Speaker 2 (14:51):
See Bannon's War Room airs here on Real America's Voice
Monday through Friday, ten am Eastern Time. All right, last
week on this show, I told you about how written
is finally having a national Catharsis event. Everyone is finally
talking about the decades of abuse committed by Islamic grooming gangs.
And I'm calling them grooming gangs on this program right
now because it's a morning news program. But obviously it

(15:13):
was more than just grooming. Tens of thousands of underage
British girls were victimized by these gangs of Muslim migrants
and refugees. Et cetera, et cetera. Now, much of the
attention to this long term problem is thanks to Elon
Musk posting about it on x So. Naturally, the complicit
politicians in Britain are pushing back on Musk killing the messenger.

(15:35):
Of course, here we have a headline showing how some
complicit politicians are saying Musk is getting some of his
facts wrong. Okay, but they have conveniently been leaving out
the specifics on what he got wrong. Now there's also
the accusation that Musk is simply raising this issue because
he doesn't personally like new British Prime Minister Caro Starmer.

(15:57):
But that's also a bit of a misdirection because Starmer
is very closely connected with this scandal. In fact, there's
probably no other Labor Party politician.

Speaker 1 (16:07):
More connected with it.

Speaker 2 (16:08):
Starmar spent years as the chief prosecutor responsible for not
pursuing the cases against the Islamic men responsible for these crimes.
Is it a coincidence that the man and the Labor
Party with the most to lose if these rape scandals
became more public. He's the man that the party fast
tracked of the leadership to become prime minister when they

(16:29):
finally saw that they could win an election after a
gazillion years. I don't think that that's a coincidence. Stay
tuned to this story. I'll keep you updated on the
political facts. But one thing you don't need an update
on here is how much this story.

Speaker 1 (16:42):
Sadly is almost as old as time.

Speaker 2 (16:46):
These were child victims for the most part in Britain,
and for thousands of years, kings, dictators, high priests, and
even democratically elected leaders have been willing to literally or
figuratively sack profise children. It's all part of the quest
for ultimate power. And I can't think of any power
that's greater than being able as a government to supersede

(17:08):
a parent's authority over the need to protect his or
her child.

Speaker 1 (17:12):
Think about that.

Speaker 2 (17:13):
That's the lesson of the Bible story of the Binding
of Isaac. That story tells us that only God can
demand that you sacrifice a child. But the one true
God never really will demand you do that. But let's
also acknowledge the story of some humans making the kind
a good kind of sacrifice. Right now, I want to
give us some something to smile about this morning. In

(17:33):
under two days, members of the Pennsylvania Amish community built
twelve homes for Hurricane Helen flooding victims in western North Carolina.
Despite their disconnect from modern media and technology, the Amish
heard about the disaster and rushed down to help as
soon as the area was cleared for construction.

Speaker 1 (17:51):
Apparently, if you.

Speaker 2 (17:53):
Remember that movie that raised the barn scene in the
movie Witness was pretty accurate. They built things pretty quickly
because they worked fast. Kudos to them. That's a really
a wonderful story. A faith community just immediately mobilizing and
helping people. All right, Coming up, there is a successful
effort or is there a successful effort by some left
wing groups to co opt some right wingers? That would

(18:15):
explain a lot of what's happened to Candice Owens, wouldn't it.
We'll talk to a journalist digging into what's known as
the woke right phenomenon. But first, a vicious and inciting
anti Semitic mural goes up in Milwaukee and two local
residents tear it down.

Speaker 1 (18:30):
But now they're in trouble with the law. You'll hear
from one of them about what really happened when we
come back. American Sunrise early edition continues.

Speaker 2 (18:40):
All right, welcome back to American Sunrise early edition.

Speaker 1 (18:52):
Let's take a look at where the markets will begin today.

Speaker 2 (18:55):
Let's tay we're having like a little bit of a
modestly higher open. We had a bad first day of
trading in twenty twenty five, then on Friday we had
a nice rally. I think that the market's getting all
nervous about uncertainty. Anytime there's an uncertainty taken off the table,
they get excited, so they get happy. And Mike Johnson
getting elected Speaker without any chairs being thrown or going

(19:16):
into the middle of the night, I think that was
a positive for the markets. They're not really sure why
that they're happy about it. As long as there isn't any.

Speaker 1 (19:22):
Chaos, they're happy with it, all right.

Speaker 2 (19:24):
In today's Car and Truck news Ford and GM finished
up twenty twenty four, we just found out with their
best sales numbers since twenty nineteen. Yay, but wait, those
numbers are still down from the highs that we set
way back in twenty eleven. And you know, the US
population has soared since then, as you may as you
may know open borders at all, So it's an encouraging trend.

(19:46):
But don't let the regime media headlines fool you about this.
Not only are we still down from those all time highs,
but almost every headline I saw about GM and Ford's
better year last year chalked it up to electric vehicle sales.

Speaker 1 (19:59):
That's ludicrous.

Speaker 2 (20:00):
Yes, okay, When GM and Ford do well, it's because
trucks and SUVs are selling well.

Speaker 1 (20:05):
Sure, they sold some more.

Speaker 2 (20:06):
S EVS electric vehicles than they did in twenty twenty three.
Anyone could have done that because the number is so low.
So don't be fooled again. GM and Ford are about
trucks and SUVs. If they don't sell well, GM and
Ford don't do well, and vice versa. All right, speaking
of sales, the sales trend has been really bad for
Apple in China. We just learned that the sales of

(20:28):
Apple iPhones were down a whopping forty seven percent in
November compared to the year before.

Speaker 1 (20:34):
That's a very big number.

Speaker 2 (20:36):
The Chinese regime has successfully made foreign smartphone sellers jump
through more hoops to maintain market share, and it's you know,
obviously they're not doing the job. China's own Huawei phones
are dominating the home market right now. And that's more
evidence that getting it to and really profiting in the
Chinese market long term has always been a pipe dream

(20:57):
for American and other non US companies. You get counterfeited,
you get blocked by the government. But you know, companies
like Apple, they just keep trying, don't they. Maybe they
should learn their lesson from.

Speaker 1 (21:07):
This all right.

Speaker 2 (21:08):
For decades, people with lots of cash have been investing
in Rolex watches as a way to beat inflation with
an easily handled, moved, and stored commodity that almost always
gains in value tens of thousand dollars in the palm
of your hand, no problem. But over the last few years,
Rolex watches have been losing their value in the US
market and in some other places as well, sending everyone

(21:30):
from legit collectors to let's say, shady money laundering folks
into a bit of a panic.

Speaker 1 (21:36):
Okay, but there's good news on the way for both
of you, good guys and bad guys.

Speaker 2 (21:39):
Rolex is raising the prices of new models, and that
will obviously have an effect on the use rolelexes that
are back on the upswing now, So this trend should end.
If you're into watches, beautiful watches, and you like to
invest your money in a safe investment, Rolex watches may
again be a pretty good deal. But I want to
remind you those Rolex watches that you see on the

(22:02):
streets of Manhattan for thirty bucks or twenty five bucks,
they're not real. Don't buy this, okay, unless you want
to make a party joker something. All right, Speaking of unreal,
look at the cheery look on this New York City
employee as he unveils the street sign explaining Manhattan's new,
dreaded congestion pricing tolls. From now on, if you drive

(22:22):
into midtown Manhattan on a regular weekday during work hours,
you'll have to pay an additional toll of nine dollars.
This comes as safety on the buses and subways, which
you might want to take to save the money, is
declining rapidly, and inflation is already hitting working people pretty
hard as it is. The supposed argument in favor of
this congestion pricing toll is that the toll money will

(22:42):
go to improving public transportation and the environment. Of course,
the truth there's almost all the money will end up
going to try to shore up the transit authorities pension funds,
and even that won't succeed because they owe a lot
of money. And what's going to happen as fewer people
are going to drive into manhatt and then this toll
was going to end up not really being collected all
that much. All right, let's go from an outrage in

(23:04):
Manhattan to what I call a travesty in Milwaukee. This
anti Semitic mural made by an artist who felt the
need to equate Judaism with Nazis, the same Nazis who
killed six million Jews. And by the way, that is
an old slur. This guy probably thought he was being original,
But anyway, he put up this mural in the middle

(23:24):
of Milwaukee last year. Imagine if the KKK tried to
put up a mural equating blacks with slaveholders. By the way,
how that would be responded to you. But anyway, that
should give you an idea of how bad this was. Well,
one resident of Milwaukee and his family weren't standing for it.

Speaker 1 (23:38):
They tore the mural.

Speaker 2 (23:39):
Down and guess what now they're the ones facing potential prosecution.
Join me now is one of those Milwaukee residents Zachariah Mayler.
Zachariah thanks for joining us. When did you first see
this mural and why did you tear it down?

Speaker 6 (23:54):
You know, I first saw that mural a couple of
days after he had gone up. The person who had
it put up made sure to get some really heavy
press about it. When I saw it, there was a
group of the anti Israel people who had surrounded a
group of young Jewish students and were haranguing them. You know,

(24:16):
these were kids, maybe you know, between the ages of
thirteen and sixteen, who were just standing there because they'd
heard about it and wanted to see it. And you
had these people who were screaming at them, I mean
really aggressively, intimidatingly in their face, calling them baby killers, Zionus, pigs,
all the tropes that were kind of used to at

(24:36):
this point. So that's when I first saw it, and
that's kind of when the idea first dawned on me
that this was more than just a piece of hate speech,
but really a call to violence.

Speaker 2 (24:51):
Yeah, you know, Zachar right, We've seen scenes like the
one we're going to show here so often of since
October seventh, the people tearing down the posters showing support
and for the American and Israeli hostages held by Hamas
in Gaza. None of those people ever get threatened with prosecution.
But you tear down a hateful poster and you're the
bad guy.

Speaker 1 (25:10):
And speaking of.

Speaker 2 (25:11):
Bad guy, zach Or, I understand you have some news
about the man the quote unquote artists who made that mural.

Speaker 5 (25:17):
Uh.

Speaker 6 (25:17):
Yeah, the well, the the uh the the man who
paid for this to be put together and put it up.
About a week and a half ago, he was pulled
off an airplane by Homeland Security because he had made
tangible threats online. But he is a He is a
convicted felon with a violent history, and that's who the
city has chosen to protect.

Speaker 2 (25:42):
Yeah, and I think you know again, it's all about
the double standard. They're going to say, well, we have
to put the let allow these murals to go up
because of free speech, free speech, But you and I
and everyone else with a brain nos and with an
honest brain nose that if this were an anti black
or anti gay mural, they would absolutely and I think
rightfully so not allow.

Speaker 1 (26:02):
Them to be put up. Zachar.

Speaker 2 (26:04):
I also want to get your reaction, Yeah, I also
want to get your reaction to the continuing anti Israel
and anti Semitic had on college campuses and sometimes in
the city's streets of America. The college presidents and the
mayors and the governors all say, again just like Milwaukee,
that they have to allow this, it's for free speech.
But we all know again that if they were going
after gay Americans, if they were going after black Americans,

(26:27):
and I think rightfully so, I mean, because this is insightful.
I am all in favor of the First Amendment. But
if you're blocking traffic, first of all, that should never
be allowed. There's first responders trying to get to emergencies
and things like that, so that is not protective free speech.
But if you're marching in favor and saying that you
want to kill your in favor of movements that kill people,
then that's also in my opinion, I'm not a lawyer,
but I think I have a lot on my side.

(26:48):
I think they also would agree that is not free speech.
So I think, you know, is this going to be
the crux of your argument when you if you have
to go to court unfortunately about this.

Speaker 6 (26:59):
Certainly you know the the individual who put this up,
he has a history of violent behavior. He has a
history of putting up exact murals exactly like this, both
times led to violence. He has been visited by the
Secret Service, he has being investigated by the FBI. As

(27:20):
I said, Homeland Security just pulled him off an airplane.
This is a violent individual. He wants to see the
global into fada in the United States and to say
that he can do everything but directly call for violence.
It is a dangerous place. I'm wondering whether or not

(27:40):
the city of Milwaukee is waiting for someone to be
injured like in New Orleans before they're willing to accept
the kind of behavior or do something about the kind
of behavior he exhibits.

Speaker 1 (27:52):
Yeah know you were.

Speaker 2 (27:53):
Now there is a DA, I guess in Milwaukee. There's
a new DA in Milwaukee and will be up to
up to him how to go forward with this case.

Speaker 1 (28:01):
Can tell us a little bit about that.

Speaker 6 (28:04):
So as of today, the new DA, whose name is
Kent Lovern, will be taking over. He worked with the
original DA, whose name was John Chrism, for seven years,
so we'll see if his policies differ. Certainly, I hope

(28:25):
that he'll see the farce in the way in which
they are representing this case. You know, the district this
occurred in is one of the more violent and difficult
in Milwaukee County, so for them to waste time here
is ridiculous.

Speaker 1 (28:45):
But we'll see what his stances. And I've been encouraging.

Speaker 6 (28:47):
People to call the DA's office, call the Mayor's office
around this issue. The Mayor's already issued a statement in
which he disavowed the last DA chrism see how lover
and does.

Speaker 1 (29:02):
Okay, that's encouraging, all right, Zachary Maylor, thanks so much
for joining me.

Speaker 2 (29:06):
Good luck with your case, and again, if you want
to find out more about it, you can go onlines
on the Milwaukee Mural and take a look at this
prosecutor and maybe, uh maybe they'll maybe they'll get.

Speaker 1 (29:16):
Some sanity in the end. All right, thank you again,
thank you so.

Speaker 2 (29:20):
Coming up on American Sunrise Early edition, I'll run down
the top stories of the morning.

Speaker 1 (29:24):
And also look at some of the supposedly.

Speaker 2 (29:26):
Right wing voices who have recently abandoned President Trump and
some of his most important allies. It turns out they
may be getting co opted by the same people and
money who have taken over the left.

Speaker 1 (29:39):
Stay with us with that story.

Speaker 2 (29:51):
It's Monday, January sixth. Here are some of the top
stories this morning. With all the terror attacks and threats
popping up since New Year's are we sure there's enough
he already in place for President Trump's inaugural ceremonies in
just two weeks. There are more voices echoing these concerns
every day now, and they should. Another kind of terrorism,
the terrorist destruction of the legal system just to get

(30:14):
President Trump, is already on display.

Speaker 1 (30:16):
In New York.

Speaker 2 (30:17):
Judge Wan Mershin has scheduled sentenceding for President Trump for
this Friday in that bogus hush money case that went
too far from day one, and now they're going to
have a sentencing. The questions are mounting when it comes
to the Green Beret accused of blowing himself up in
that cyber truck in Las Vegas last week. Will any
of this ever make any sense? But we no longer

(30:41):
have any questions about who the House Speaker will be.
Mike Johnson won the Gabble again after just one vote
in a few last minute ballot changes. Crisis have heard it, everybody,
and why.

Speaker 1 (30:52):
On earth would anyone award George Soros.

Speaker 2 (30:55):
A Presidential Medal of Freedom that's what Joe Biden did
this weekend, and he also cost a metal to Hillary Clinton.
Was it all just to make Trump supporters and everyone
else with common decency mad?

Speaker 1 (31:06):
It's working.

Speaker 2 (31:07):
American Sunrise Early Edition continues right now. I am Jake Novak,
and welcome back to American Sunrise Early Edition. You're gonna
hear more about those stories and a lot of other
news that's breaking today. All morning here in a real
America's voice. But let's focus now on a new front

(31:28):
in the battle against wokeism. This time it's the attempts
by the usual suspects to co opt people supposedly on
the right.

Speaker 1 (31:36):
This time he Pock.

Speaker 2 (31:37):
Time's producer and writer Caros Raya just wrote about this
in this report America First Divided. Why Trump and his
men must guard against woke right that mimics left. Caris
Raya joins us. Now, Caros, when did you first notice
this phenomenon?

Speaker 5 (31:54):
Right?

Speaker 7 (31:55):
Well, thanks so much for having me, Jake. I'm a
big fan of yours, so it's great to be here.
I actually started writing about this in twenty twenty two
when Candace Owens came to the defense of Kanye West.
Remember that dude, before he had kind of outed himself
as a pathological anti Semite, she jumped on defending him,
and even when it was so clear what his intentions were,

(32:17):
she just dug herself further and further into a hole.
And I noticed that she was using many of the
same tactics and approaches that the woke left does, such
as embracing a status of victimhood, resorting to moral relativism,
and name calling and labeling. So I wrote a long

(32:39):
piece in White Rose magazine called Candace Owns Goes Woke,
And then after October seventh, we saw these people on
the right kind of explode and mimic a lot of
the same tendencies of the left, for example, not just
the ones I mentioned with Candace Owens, but also resorting
to revisionist histories and destroying the legacies of very accepted

(33:04):
figures in history and modern history that kind of shaped
the post World War two global order in which the
American exceptionalist ideas were really able to manifest, and just
other tactics as well. And this is very disturbing because
you have somebody like Tucker Carlson who's really the godhead

(33:24):
of this kind of informal movement of the woke right,
and he seems to be very We kind of saw
this in the last week with the debate on x
regarding the H one B visas, and everybody was hurling
these accusations of no, you're the woke right and you're
the woke right at each other. But it actually does

(33:44):
have meaning and it really seems to be destabilizing the
Trump movement from within.

Speaker 2 (33:52):
You know, I want to explore what might be the
answer to all these questions, which is the money angle
of this. You know, earlier this year we learned that
some Trump supporters online were either knowingly or unknowingly supporting
Russia with their online postings, but they were getting paid
for it. Now, some of them knew about this, and
some of them didn't. They were on a foreign payroll,

(34:13):
is what we're seeing with this to the sudden change
with the adoption of left wing tropes. Listen, we know
that a lot of money for anti American propaganda all
over the world, anti Israel, anti Semitic propaganda comes from
Iran and cut her in places like that, Kars, Is
this an explanation for why some of these supposed people
who have been right wing their whole lives have suddenly

(34:34):
started to adopt us them.

Speaker 1 (34:36):
Is money a possible reason for this.

Speaker 7 (34:39):
It's possible. We saw it with the case of Lauren
Chen not so long ago, right. She was the head
of Tenant Media, and she was indicted for having Russian
state actors funnel money I think ten million dollars in
investment capital. And she was a figure that I argue

(35:00):
was a very prominent member of the woke right, and
she had taken to bashing Trump and had embraced lots
of anti Semitic conspiracy theories, had also embraced this idea
of a victimhood, but this time as a Christian. So
it's definitely possible. Other than her, with these other kind
of prominent figures, we don't really have proof. We can

(35:22):
only speculate. But if we look at some of the
evidence for that, I think you would have to point
in the direction of not even necessarily what they say,
but who they choose to associate with. So, for example,
Tucker Carlson has guests on his shows that are blatant
CCP propagandas he's had Jeffrey Sachs on his show twice.

(35:44):
Jeffrey Sachs is he works as a researcher for a
CCP state media company. He is like the foremost non
Chinese anti American voice, you know, English voice that goes
on CCP state media to bash America. And then you know,
Tucker Carlson has other leftists on his show, declared self

(36:07):
declared communists, like Jackson Hinkle, who has been to Russia
so many times. Tucker himself went to Russia and praised
the subway system and took this you know, had this
fascination with these shopping cart coin dispensers and how cheap
the groceries were when we know that the Russians make
so much less than Americans, so it's actually you know,
when you measure, it's actually more expensive. So it's possible.

(36:31):
I think that as we saw, Katar and China have
funded these anti Semitic protests on the left after ten seven,
and these Gaussen encampments in Campmons, So why wouldn't they
look to the right and try to create in fighting
as well and destabilize the movement. I think it's I

(36:51):
think it's quite possible, especially when you have these figures that,
like you said, just kind of seemingly appear out of nowhere.
You know, we're not talking about Candice and Tucker, but
these people that now have millions of followers that claim
to be America First Patriots, like Dave Smith and Dan
Bill's Arian and Mariron Gaines, figures like that, only to
spout these such such easily debunkible fantasies. Right, It's not

(37:16):
like they're even putting forth conspiracy theories that we that
might have some legitimate legitimacy to them. They're they're they're
going full extremist. So you have to wonder if if
that's not influenced by outside actors in order to create
infighting within the movement, you know.

Speaker 2 (37:35):
Cars That's what is so surprising to me. It seems
like when they go in this direction, it's it's mere
moments before they start to abandon President Trump. I mean,
this isn't a case of there's a few of them
who are still trying to portray themselves as strong supporters
President Trump, but almost all of them immediately seem to
have abandoned him. And you would think that there's a

(37:57):
an attempt to kind of disrupt the Trump movie.

Speaker 1 (38:01):
They would at least try to pretend.

Speaker 2 (38:02):
They support President Trump a little bit longer, and it
seems like they're the other marker is the deal breaker
for them for most of them, seems to be Israel
all the time. They immediately just they can't forgive President
Trump for supporting Israel. And by the way, he's not
supporting Israel in a blind way. I mean, for those
of you who remember, he's put a lot of conditions
on our aid to Israel, just like any American president

(38:26):
should do.

Speaker 1 (38:27):
But it's amazing to me it's.

Speaker 2 (38:28):
Such a deal breaker for them, and they immediately abandon him.
And you know, I just wonder people are within where
support President Trump realize that this is not a case
of oh, they have a difference of opinion on what
President Trump should do, like the H one BV is
the thing. They just literally are not supporting him anymore.

Speaker 7 (38:45):
Absolutely. And I say this when people tell me that
by calling these people out, I'm trying to stifle their
free speech or not acknowledging that the Trump America First
MAGA movement is a big tent tent and we welcome
diversity of you. And I say to them, this is
not about views, this is about values. If you actually
do not believe that America should be fighting her enemies

(39:10):
abroad when it's in her national interest. If you do
not believe, if you are in denial, that Iran and
China and Russia want to take America down, then you
fundamentally do not believe in a successful America, strong and
successful America. So yeah, I think it's pretty funny how

(39:34):
people can just avert their eyes from what's right in
front of them. These people, they are welcome to say
whatever they want, but I think that they would be
better suited on the left with Chomsky acolytes. Accolytes like
Glenn Greenwald, right, he's a favorite of theirs and other
leftists who they have on their show, and they indorse that,

(39:55):
and they endorse these people. They endorse globalists, technocratic globalist
and you know putin apologist and CCP propagandists. So why
are we still acting like these people are part of
the America first tent when you know they might agree
with some issues like being anti gender ideology or anti

(40:16):
CRT or ESG, but when it comes to their deeper
values and ideology, there their prescription for America. This general America,
American worldview is not a strong America. It is in
America with a drawn who is vulnerable to our enemies
from the outside.

Speaker 2 (40:37):
Yeah, all right, so we just have only thirty seconds left.
But you know, we just had this contentious vote. It
was only one vote for Mike Johnston for Speaker of
the House, and some people called it, you know, like
it was all going to be a potential Maga revolt.
But I wonder if this speaker battle included some of
the wilk write elements that you were talking about. And
maybe there's reason to be optimistic because that vote going

(40:59):
as well.

Speaker 1 (41:00):
I think it did.

Speaker 2 (41:01):
Maybe that means that the attempts to undermine the Trump
movement from within the Trump movement from within the right
arm aren't really aren't really getting anywhere.

Speaker 7 (41:08):
Just thirty seconds, right, I don't think this is something
that we need to be devoting resources to combating. Right,
It's not like this has become mainstream. This is still
a very fringe movement and we're just seeing it percolate,
begin to percolate. But that doesn't mean that we shouldn't
pay attention to it. And I think really the point
is is that as long as Tucker Carlson has the

(41:28):
ear of somebody like Donald Trump Junior or JD Vance,
or even Donald Trump. Then we need to be vigilant
because if we're not careful, then in twenty years maybe
the parties will flip and we'll see anti Semitism become
mainstream on the right like it is.

Speaker 5 (41:45):
In the left.

Speaker 2 (41:47):
All right, Chiraspraya, thanks so much for joining us from
the et Quix Times.

Speaker 1 (41:51):
She has a lot of great work there, and coming
up here.

Speaker 2 (41:54):
On American Centers Early Edition, we're going to start the
handoff to the Big Show with David Brody joining us.
We're going to talk this very very historic day, president
Trump's certification, the election of twenty twenty four, and not
going to let the lame mainstream media wrapped the narrative
on it.

Speaker 1 (42:09):
We'll be right back, Okay, Long Island, New York my home.

Speaker 2 (42:29):
Okay, now's the time on American Sunrise early Edition when
David Brody from The Big Show joins us. David, it's
January sixth, twenty twenty five. It's an historic day ahead
as President Trump's twenty twenty four election will be certified
on Capitol Hill. But I want you to look at
the way the dishonest and misleading regime media is already
covering it. Look at this headline from CNN dot com

(42:50):
making it all about the January sixth protests four years ago.
And before that, the headline on the website said that
President Trump was completing quote, the greatest comeback in political history,
come back come back from what.

Speaker 1 (43:02):
I one hundred percent guarantee you, David, that there wasn't.

Speaker 2 (43:05):
One day from twenty twenty one to twenty twenty five
that President Trump wasn't either the lead story for CNN
or at least one of their top three stories. So
as they say in that sports commercial, don't call it
a comeback, right.

Speaker 8 (43:19):
No, of course it wasn't a comeback. Of course, it's
the easy narrative. But the media loves easy narratives. And
here's another easy narrative they love. It was an insurrection. Hey,
have you looked at the papers filed against Trump? No,
he was never charged with any sort of insurrection. And
it wasn't an insurrection. Let's be honest of what this was.
It was a few knuckleheads that I say a few, Okay,

(43:39):
more than three if you want to. You know, here
I can see the media going, oh, we said a few.
He said a few, because that means three in terms
of the definition. You know what I'm talking about in
terms of the big Maga movement. It was a few
folks that decided to take matters into their own hands,
and they shouldn't have done it, and they took the
bait also from the FBI informants that were in the crowd.

Speaker 1 (43:58):
That's what was going on.

Speaker 8 (44:00):
Everybody else was marching peacefully and patriotically outside and those
that were inside were actually just going in and just
taking a look at what was going on. They weren't
banging and going through the glass doors like we saw
on that day, or they weren't fighting with cops. Look, Jake,
here's my view. It may be popular, may be unpopular.
My guess is it might be a little bit more unpopular.

(44:20):
Donald Trump is going to part in what we believe
is going to be the non violent offenders. Obviously those
folks should be pardoned. As for the violent offenders of
the jury still out as what he will do. And
I'll be honest with you, I think the ones that
actually were either you were part of vanalyzing certain capital

(44:42):
property or getting involved with police with the fisticuffs. And
I'm talking about very few in the whole Maga movement
if you will. Those people should be held responsible and
probably should not be parted. I say probably because I
don't know the specifics of each one, but that's my
view on it.

Speaker 1 (44:59):
And I remember that day four years ago.

Speaker 8 (45:01):
I was so angry. I was angry at the knuckleheads,
the knuckleheads that went into the Capitol that day that
took the bait from the FBI informants and others that didn't.
Let's be honest, there were some folks that came there
looking for some trouble. That's few and far between, but
those were some of the folks that were doing that,
and I was angry. I was angry because they gave
the media an easy layup and they didn't have to.

Speaker 1 (45:23):
They didn't have to.

Speaker 8 (45:24):
Do that, and they did it anyhow, and it kind
of tarnished for a moment, for a moment, some of
what was going on with MAGA. But we know that
MAGA is much bigger than a few knuckleheads that did that,
because that's not what Mago's about.

Speaker 1 (45:37):
It never has been.

Speaker 8 (45:38):
And let's be honest, I've got a lot to say,
but I know I'll wrap it up here because after all,
it is your show, not mine.

Speaker 1 (45:44):
But let me just say one last thing.

Speaker 8 (45:46):
The J six Sham Committee, which we talk about all
the time, that's the real stand in democracy in all
of this. March peacefully and patriotically. Quick, do a control
F on your computer and go through the J six
committee report. You won't find those words anywhere. That's exactly
what he said, and that was taken out. It was
never mentioned, not to mention tons of other evidence, including

(46:07):
the National Guard, and we can go on and on.
So the point is is that it was a sham
from the beginning. These people should be ashamed of themselves.
And I'm so glad that after Donald Trump said let's
march peacefully and patriotically down to the Capitol, I'm glad
four years later that now he will march peacefully and
patriotically back into the White House. Boy sweet revenge? How

(46:28):
sweet the sound?

Speaker 2 (46:31):
Yeah, hey, folks, I don't know if this means that
David Brody has or hasn't had his coffee this morning.

Speaker 1 (46:35):
Either way, that was excellent.

Speaker 2 (46:37):
I would be with every bit of it. Yeah, you're
wound up and it's going to be a great week.
On American Sunrise. This has been American Sunrise Early edition
for this Monday. Please stick around. You got two hours
of the big show coming right up.

Speaker 1 (46:48):
I'm Jake Novak. I'll see you tomorrow.
