Speaker 1 (00:01):
Ahead on an American Sunrise early edition. President Trump weighs in
on reports that former CIA director John Brennan and former
FBI director James Comy are under criminal investigations. He basically
called them both crooks, but is that the closest to
punishment they'll ever get? Joe Biden's White House doctor pleads
(00:21):
the fifth before a House panel looking into the alleged
cover up of the ex president's steep mental decline. Now
House Oversight Committee Chair James Comer is calling the whole
scandal a major conspiracy. Paying the price. Maybe six Secret
Service agents have been suspended without pay for failures in
(00:42):
the duty during the assassination attempt on President Trump last
year in Butler, Pennsylvania, But is that all the punishment
we're going to see for such a massive security failure?
This bird has flown X, formerly known as Twitter CEO
Linda Yakarino suddenly steps down, leaving the business and the
social media world wondering why. With Elon Musk in a
(01:05):
Wonky Gronk program, it could be anything, and that didn't
take long. Less than two minutes after Florida's jail time
for speeders law went into effect, cops found their first taker,
and he wasn't making it hard for the police to
want to cuff him and stuff him. American Sunrise Early
Edition begins.
Speaker 2 (01:25):
Now, Welcome to American Sunrise Early Edition, the show where faith,
freedom and the values that built this nation takes centers.
Speaker 1 (01:38):
To your good deeths and bad deaths. That's how we're
gonna judge you.
Speaker 2 (01:41):
Join host Jake Novak as he breaks down the stories
that mat.
Speaker 1 (01:45):
He will be letting the public know regularly what we
have found.
Speaker 2 (01:48):
American Sunrise Early Edition with your host Jake Novak starts.
Speaker 1 (01:54):
Now, Welcome to American Sunrise Early Edition. It is Thursday,
and yes, I did just have a slip of the
tongue there. I meant to say Grock the AI program.
Instead I said Gronk. But that, of course gives me
a great idea. We should create an AI program where
an AI Rob Gronkowski gives us answers to all of
(02:15):
our questions. I think this is a huge, multi billion
dollar idea. I'm gonna call Elon Musk in just a minute,
but in all seriousness, Joining me now is Daily Signal
editor Tyler O'Neill, and he's the senior editor. By the way, Tyler,
you just knew that President Trump wouldn't be shy about
weighing in on reports that there's an FBI criminal probe
(02:35):
into XCIA director John Brennan ex FBI director James Comy.
And of course this appears to be mostly about the
Russia Gate hoax, which more than just a hoax, Tyler.
I mean, in all seriousness, this was a narrative that
really tore the country apart, tour families apart, tour friends apart.
It's not just that there was an anti Trump feeling
(02:58):
in this country. Buy some people, this actually gave some
meat on the bone. It turned out to be phony,
but this gave meat on the bone for people who
wanted to go nuts in an anti Trump way, and
it really gave everyone an excuse who wanted to be
nasty about it. I really think that there's a price
to pay somewhere, probably only in heaven or in hell
for this. But the Tyler, president Trump's weighing in on it.
(03:22):
I got to ask you, because I think this is
something that's gnawing at a lot of us, and we're
going to talk about it with the Secret Service thing too.
Is there anybody going to really pay a price for
this incredible crime, historic crime against the American people.
Speaker 3 (03:35):
Well, I think we heard for years about an insurrection
when some Trump supporters and then a bunch of FBI
informants were storming the Capitol on January sixth, and yet
we haven't been hearing for years about the real insurrection
that happened when deep state actors sought to remove a
(03:56):
sitting president of the United States who had just won
an election. And so what we saw with the Russia
Gate probe was nothing less than the deep state rearing
its head, trying to oust the sitting president, trying to
suggest that he's a Russian asset. And this was you know,
this is a form of defamation and attempted regime change
(04:21):
on a scale that just baffles the mind. I mean,
there are reasons why President Trump continues to return to
this over and over and over again. I mean, his
first term was severely cramped, was severely crippled by the
Russia Gate conspiracy, and so I think it's really important
that we get to the bottom of this and see
(04:44):
were their crimes involved. I mean, we know there were
some crimes where you have the guy who was convicted
for misrepresenting things to the FBI. I mean, that is
itself a crime, but we, like you, I'm sitting here
way to see whether there's going to be real accountability
for something on so momentous a scale.
Speaker 1 (05:07):
Yeah, I mean, I again, I just there were people
who really didn't like Trump. They didn't like him, and
they were going to say he was a misogynist. They
were going to do all that kind of stuff. That's
something that you I thought that was run of the
mill opposition. But when you had very serious people in
your family, friends, or on TV telling you that this
guy was basically a trader to the country and they
(05:29):
still believe that. By the way, they don't believe the
debunking of the Russia hooks. They just don't. No, there's
no reproach from that. There's no way to actually make
friends again with those with those kinds of people, and
it has split the country in ways that I didn't
think was possible. I thought we already pretty split up.
There's another controversy though now now we're trying to get
to the bottom of this. This is not like the
(05:49):
Russia gatehoaks, where there's it's been manufactured, and this is
the really tremendous scandal. I think the biggest scandal in
American political history, the Biden mental disability scandal. Now, doctor
Kevin o'n connall O'Connor actually pled the fifth yesterday in
front of a House panel. Now again, there is doctor
patient confidentiality issues. I can understand that, but please understand
(06:12):
what the panel was asking him was did he administer
a particular test to President Biden? Did he do X,
Y and Z. They're not asking for the for the
private results of those tests, which actually I think probably
should be made public because the president is supposed to
submit these kinds of health both mental and physical results.
But okay, they were just asking him what tests he administered,
(06:33):
and he still took the fifth. Now, you know, James
Comer now is saying it's a conspiracy. It's the worst
conspiracy in the world, because anyone looking could see the
president that Joe Biden was was, you know, deteriorating well
before became president. I noticed it in the summer of
twenty nineteen. I'm sure I wasn't the only one. But Tyler, again,
I'm going to ask this question about seventy five times
(06:55):
between now and the end of the year. Is anyone
going to be punished for this? Some of the things
that Joe Biden and the auto pen supposedly did that
were done by other staffers ever be reversed. I'm not
optimistic about it. I'm just not.
Speaker 3 (07:09):
Yeah, it's it's so as you said, I mean, this
is probably the biggest scandal in American history, bar Nune.
And you have the president's physician pleading the fifth when.
Speaker 1 (07:22):
I'm told to lie about the President's health.
Speaker 3 (07:26):
I'm sorry that is you know, the fact that he
is not willing to answer that question with a straight
no means it's almost certainly true that he was told
to lie. And that just confirms everything that we've been
suspecting for a long time here that President Biden was
not compostmentis throughout his entire presidency that many other people
(07:48):
were really calling the shots. I mean, my book The
Woke to Posts the Dark Money Cabal Manipulating the Federal
Government names names and highlights some of the leftist NGOs
that staffton advised the administration. Some of those people, those
NGO actors, you know, the one who is currently running
the Center for American Progress, was in a leadership, a
(08:10):
very high position in Biden's team, and she was just
testifying on this very issue. And so what we're looking
at here is, you know, as you said, it's a
scandal of epic proportions. We have to get to the
bottom of it. The fact that the doctor is pleading
the fifth year really confirmed suspicions. And you know, many
Americans may want to move on, but I think it's
(08:32):
really important that we figure out exactly what was going
on in that White House, just like we figure and
we get to the entirely the bottom of the Russia
Gate hoax. Over and over again, we've seen these attempts
to you know, essentially take control away from the people's
elected representative in the case of President Trump, and then
(08:54):
in the case of Biden, propping up a man who
you know, to all appearances was not really there. And
this is you know, these things. I think the Democratic
Party has to pay a long term price for abiding
for colluding with these things. I think this is their party.
(09:16):
These are their scandals, and we cannot forget them.
Speaker 1 (09:20):
No, and there has to be some justice. I'm sorry.
After after Wars, you know, we put the war criminals
up for a trial, or are we supposed to do that?
And if you don't, you really are sending a terrible,
terrible message. And again I would urge us, and I
don't know if they're listening to me or not, but
I would urge these House committees and these other investigators
to stop trying to ask these only ask these straight
(09:41):
up questions about whether there was a conspiracy or not.
You have to get into the nitty gritty. And again
I urged them to ask about some of the most
questionable pardons, pardons that nobody would ever really approve unless
there was a payoff involved. Of course, I always called
you know, for those of who are watching this program,
you know, I always arc back to the Cash for
Kids judge, that judge in Pennsylvania who deliberately sent kids
(10:03):
to juvenile Hall because they got to payoff. Every single time,
nobody was calling for clemency for him, nobody not from
the far right, far left, or anyone in between. And
yet he was granted clemency. Why And is there any
evidence that Joe Biden knew about it? You've got to
ask the question that way instead of these broad ranging questions.
You've got to get granular. And I'll give you a
(10:23):
few other pardons to work on two. If they want
to give me a call, James Comer, give me a
call at FBI Investigators. I will help you figure out
how to get to this. All right, Tyler, I want
to talk about Linda Yakarina. She's the CEO of X.
I'm sorry, I played a little game with words. The
former X CEO is now an X CEO. Are having
a little club with that, all right? It used to
be called Twitter? She left. You know, I'm not asking
(10:46):
you because I don't know if we're ever going to
find out the real exact reasons why she left, or
we probably will, but it'll take a while. But I
think that there's something that people need to understand. X
as a platform is still the number one quote unquote
news source for people all over the world. When there's
a big news story, the activity on X's is off
the charts. However, Tyler, it is not gaining net users
(11:08):
that much. That is a huge problem that they've been
facing over there. I wonder if this is something that
should be a cautionary note. Things move faster these days.
Maybe platforms like X being top news sources is going
to have a short life. Listen, we're both in the
news business. What do you think about this? Could there
be another Could there be a reckoning now for social
media and maybe getting people getting back to more established sources.
Speaker 3 (11:31):
Well, I think we've seen the reckoning for social media
in the last few years. It's been hardening to see
Facebook finally waking up and taking some of what is
working on X to account for their platform after they
work so hard to suppress news on the platform following
President Trump's election in twenty sixteen. But I think the
(11:53):
main takeaway here is, you know, this is a fast
paced business and Elon is looking for some direction, some
strength and growth on X, and I think, you know,
she might not have been delivering the way that she
needed to. And the really difficult thing here and X
(12:15):
has done a generally good job of keeping people who
are newsmakers on both the right and the left because throughout,
you know, throughout the social media business, it's been increasingly
centered by political polarization and division, and your audiences are fragmenting.
So you have to have a platform that allows conservatives
(12:37):
and liberals to both get their message out there. And
that was one of the things that X, by getting
rid of the censorship regime, really succeeded well at doing
when Elon took over. But we have to see where
things are going. I know Blue Sky is attempting to
challenge X. I don't think that's ultimately going to work.
But this political fragmentation, it's really helpful to have one
(13:00):
outlet where people can go, or one social media company
where people can go from both sides of the spectrum
to get their news. Acts has been that, and I
hope it continues to be.
Speaker 1 (13:11):
Yeah, I did you listen. I enjoy using it, but
they got to get rid of the bots. They've done
some good work on that, but it's also sometimes they
have bad they have bad stretches, and they have to
stop throttling people. I mean there's just people who who
don't get as much exposure on there. It's really frustrating.
And I'm talking about real people, not bots. Didn't have
time to get to it. But I want everyone to
check the Daily Signal, where Tyler is a senior editor.
(13:32):
He's got a new piece out about the Southern Poverty
Law Center and their offshore accounts. What in the world
do they need offshore accounts for? Ooh, I've teased it
for you there, Tyler, so everyone. Check that out and
check out his book That woke to Pus Tyler. Thank
you so much for joining us. I'm going to give
you an early happy weekend. Thanks again for having me.
All right, coming up, Harvard really, really really doesn't want
(13:53):
to do anything to protect the civil rights of Jewish students,
but will a new threat from the Trump administration scare
the schools straight. Don't bet on it, but I'll give
you the details and later a change in policy that
could bring not just a degree of economic justice to America,
but a real shot in the arm for families and
family life in America. This is a big deal. I
(14:15):
will explain it as American Sunrise early edition rolls on. Originally,
the Statue of Liberty was white. It was like white,
and all that exposure to the sea air turned it green.
(14:37):
That's why it is now. It's cool. Come visit it,
and if you don't feel like waiting in line and
climbing up all the stairs, you can take the Staten
Island ferry for free. It gets up close and personal
with the Statue of Liberty and you can see it
on the way to Staten Island. On the way back
is a little bit of a tourist trick. I've just
told you. Welcome back to American Sunrise Early edition special.
Welcome to those of you in the Getter and rumble chats.
Very active already, especially on those plays platforms. Hey, Harvard
(15:01):
remains obstinate in its decision not to cooperate with the
Trump administration and do some frankly, very minor things. Frankly
to better protect the civil rights of Jewish students on campus.
They just won't do it. Now, the White House is
threatening to force Harvard's academic accreditor to pull the school's accreditation. Now,
this could be a very big deal. If you are
not at an accredited university, student loan situations are in danger.
(15:25):
You may not get an approved student loan. You All
the programs that the school tries to get certain funding
for can be pulled. This is a way of getting
money away from Harvard without the administration having to do
it actively. They can just basically build a fence around it,
a funding fence around it. We'll see if this changes
anything at Harvard. Look schools like Columbia and pen They're
(15:46):
still very problematic, but both of those schools have done
at least something to cooperate with the Trump administration. Pen
a little bit more than Columbia might remember. A week
or so ago, Penn rescinded all the awards for that
biological male who swimming with the girls team, and they
took all of his awards away and erase those records.
That was an important step, and they banned further incursions
(16:08):
into women's sports by biological males. That was a pretty
big deal over at Penn. Columbia has done some stuff too,
Harvard Nada, and they've decided to die on this hill.
We'll see if this new threat does anything. What that means,
in playing English again, is that the school would no
longer be eligible for a lot of funding like the
ones I talked about before. I pretty much think that
(16:29):
the biggest one would be student loans. There's a lot
of organizations that back student loans that would not continue
to do so if Harvard loses its accreditation. So pay
attention to that, and of course pay attention to some
other things along those lines at Harvard. Now to the
simmering embarrassment that is Supreme Court Justice Katani Brown Jackson.
(16:50):
I know her official title is Associate Justice, but they
call her Justice Jackson. All right. It was one thing
when her fellow Justice Amy Coney Barrett pointed out the
absurdity of Jackson's descent in a case two weeks ago,
But now Jackson's fellow liberal Justice Sonya Sotomayor has done
the same thing. This happened earlier this week, and the
case decided that allowed for the process to start, at
(17:13):
least the beginning of the process of firing executive branch
federal workers. So Tomayor wrote that Jackson had an incorrect
reading of the law and a general misunderstanding of the case. Now,
Jackson may think she's channeling Ruth Bader Ginsburg and being
a courageous dissenter, but what she's really doing is embarrassing herself.
She continues to act like an activist yelling at a protest,
(17:36):
and not a legal scholar. Now, the biggest giveaway is
that she has been condemning her fellow justices. She's been
talking about the Court, about how it is acting in
a way that is harmful and basically unethical. Now, justices
have taken some jabs at each other before in decisions.
There's been anger about it, but they've never called out
(17:57):
the moral quality or the moral character of their fellow
justices before in decisions. Katani Brown Jackson has now done
that multiple times, and even a fellow liberal justice, Sonya
Suta Mayor, is pushing back on it. This is the
real crisis, by the way, the real constitutional crisis when
judges don't listen to one another and don't follow each
other's rulings. This is pretty incredible. We'll have to see
(18:18):
how this goes again. Katani Brown Jackson can dissent all
she wants, but impugning the moral character of a fello
justices that's unprecedented and that could lead to some real
nastiness down the road. Or maybe right now. Okay, if
you're stressed about back taxes, maybe you miss the April

USA handle your tax issues. Coming up, A new and
very significant rule change is just going into effect in
America and it may be a real lifeline for families,
(19:43):
especially young families. I will explain when American Sunrise Early
edition comes right back. You're looking at Wildwood, New Jersey.
(20:05):
That's the Jersey Shore. I think the last time we
had a live look at Wildwood, it was like a
really cold and awful day, a little rainy overnight here
in New York. But I think it's going to be
a nice day in Wildwood, a decent beach day, we'll see.
I am not your weather forecaster, so don't get angry
at me if you're on the shore, if you're down
the shore. As they say, let's take a look at
where the markets are going to begin today, very very flat.
(20:28):
I mean the Dow fifty four points down on futures,
it's almost nothing, the NASDAK, I mean, everything is just
kind of really zeroed out right now. The investors on
Wall Street are really looking for some direction. They haven't
had a big money moving event in the last couple
of days, just the last couple of days. Don't worry,
one will come. You see, gold is solidly above thirty
three hundred ounce crude oil flat two, but you know
(20:50):
down for today sixty seven. It's holding between sixty five
and seventy lately. And now I want to show you
a bitcoin because we did finally break out of that
one oh four to one ten win that we've been
stuck in for weeks. It went up to one twelve yesterday.
It is at one eleven now, so we've broken out.
Let's see if it continues. That breakout'd be interesting. I
think that if interest rates eventually do get cut, I
(21:11):
don't know when that's gonna happen. I'm not really sure
it's gonna happen this year. I'm not buying these predictions
that it will. But I think if interest rates get cut,
Bitcoin will go even higher. That's the thing. I think
it will really kick up the value. But it did
break out of that window just yesterday, and we are
still above it this morning. Okay, I know I said
talking about AI chip company in VideA is boring. I'm
(21:32):
sorry it's a boring company to talk about because it's
hard to show really cool things. AI is very cool,
don't get me wrong. But in Nvidia makes the computer
chips that power AI, and that's not that exciting. But
what can I tell you? It's still interesting? This is exciting.
How about this? Does the word four trillion dollars excite you?
It should, because in Nvidia became the first company in
(21:52):
world history to have a market value of four trillion
dollars yesterday. It's holding above that this morning. Isn't an
amazing A company that most of us didn't even know
existed ten years ago, maybe even five years ago. Hey,
maybe some of you didn't know it existed five days ago,
is now the most valuable company in the world. That's
how much is being bet on AI. That's how much
value people believe it will have. I know it scares
(22:15):
a lot of people too, and there are things to
be scared about. Don't believe me, but Nvidia is absolutely
cashing in right now. Okay, I call this great news.
I want to give you some one percent good news
in my opinion. Now you may not know this, but
if you were a renting an apartment or a home
in America for all these years, up until yesterday or
earlier this week, all your good credit, all your good
(22:37):
history in paying your rent on time did not count
in your credit report. In other words, it didn't affect
your credit score, even though you always paid your rent
on time. This made it hard for a lot of
renters to move up to home ownership. That has changed.
It is now part of your credit history for Fannie
May and fh back loans, which are most of the
(22:58):
mortgages in this country. You now have your personal rent
paying history. And I'm sure for those of you are
looking to buy a home, it's excellent. I'm sure you
haven't been laid on the rent more than once or twice.
Nothing that a landlord would report this will now count
towards your credit history. This will absolutely help a lot
of people get more solid credit, get more favorable loan terms.
(23:19):
And I think this is going to be great for families.
I've talked about this before. The fallen home ownership for
younger millennials and gen z in this country is a crisis,
not only for our economy, but for our country it culturally, morally,
and every other way. Home ownership is such an important
part of the American way again, not just for economics,
not just for dollars and cents, but also for living
(23:41):
a better life. So I think this is great, great news.
I can't emphasized it enough, really really great news that
credit scores will now be your rent will now be
part of your credit score. That is excellent. Okay, folks,
I pledge allegiance to Goldman Sachs and the managing partners
on which my bonus decision stands. One bank indivisible with
(24:02):
ninety hour work weeks and country houses for all. Okay,
I'm kidding, but I'm not kidding about what I'm about
to tell you. Goldman Sachs is actually forcing it's junior
bankers to sign a loyalty pledge to the bank every
three months. I mean, I know some really really religious
people who don't sign pledges that often. This is crazy.
But the reason why they're doing it is because hedge
(24:24):
funds and other private equity firms have been very busy
poaching younger employees at Goldman Sachs, offering them better hours
I hope, and also sometimes salaries. And so Goldman Sacks
wants loyalty and they're literally making their junior bankers sign
some kind of pledge every three months. Now, don't call
me if you got someone you know who works at
Golden Sacks who doesn't have to do this. I don't
(24:44):
know it's if it's all the employees, but it's a
significant number of them who all have to do this.
This sounds really really wonky. I wonder if anyone will
sue over this. But listen, I don't need a hire
salary to continue working at Golden Sacks. Would be loyal.
Just let me do office karaoke every three hours. I
promise you. My voice is angelic. All right, ladies and gentlemen,
start your engines. Okay, I won't think today. Moving America

(25:40):
rab for ten percent off your first order. Hey, I
don't know about you, but I can smell the desperation
in the air. For those of you who haven't been
following this, the passage of the Big Beautiful Bill means
that the subsidy, the tax break that you get for
buying an electric vehicle that's seventy five hundred dollars TACKS,
is going to expire really soon. And so there are
(26:03):
dealerships all over America who have got to move these
evs off the lots before that happens, because it's gonna
be a lot harder to do so after that, now
you have until the end of September to cut this
deal and keep that tax credit. Now, if I were you,
I would play really hard to get with these dealers.
It's one of those rare times where you have leverage
(26:24):
over the dealer doesn't happen very often. They usually have
you over a barrel. Listen, there's probably a lot of
negotiating tactics you can work on this. Maybe you should
go and visit your dealer every week until the end
of September and walk out every time until he basically
pays you to buy the EV. I don't know, but
this is a rare time when buyers have leverage. If
you want an EV, I know, not a lot of
(26:45):
us do. I don't, but hey, some people want one,
and if you don't have any other car that you
can afford, maybe that's the way to go. But hey,
this is your chance. You have until the end of September. Now,
over in China, there's a different kind of EV desperation
because prices there are already going down like easy now.
The EV market in China is already crowded with a
lot of companies that make them, but it just got
(27:05):
worse because of the tariffs and because of reduced American
demand for evs. They have a glut of them over there.
Now here's what's going to happen. The Chinese Communist government
is going to force some of these businesses out of
business so that they can reduce all the competition. Who
the winners and losers are going to be are going
to be up to those gangsters in the government over there.
(27:28):
But that'll be interesting to see what happens. I don't
know if you can go to China and buy an EV.
I don't think anyone watching can do that. But not
what happens. These prices keep going down, down, down. The
Chinese government isn't going to allow that to continue. They
will force some of these businesses out of business, and
they'll do it forcefully, hopefully not with violence. Okay, I'm
not only doling out bad news about EV's today and
(27:49):
throwing shade on them. I got to give you one
positive story about them. I want you to check out
the American made Lucid Motors Air Grand Touring vehicle. That's
what this is. It just broke a record for range
on one charge. Starting in San Maritz, Switzerland and going
all the way to Munich, Germany, the drive totaled seven
hundred and forty nine miles, beating the previous record of
six hundred forty nine miles by yes, exactly one hundred miles.
(28:11):
That's math. Folks. All right, yes, but did they go
the whole way without a bathroom break? I hope not.
But that's an impressive range. And hey, maybe I'll change
my mind about electric vehicles if those ranges continue to grow.
But lucid motors, congratulations to you. Okay, folks, finally we
have a moving America story that is not about evs
in any way. Now, remember when I told you a
couple of weeks ago that Florida had a new law
(28:33):
calling for the immediate imprisonment of excessive speeders, even on
a first offense. Well, that law actually went into effect
at midnight on July first, and we just found out
today that this is what happened at twelve oh two am,
the day that law went into effect. Two minutes later.
Speaker 4 (28:49):
Check it out.
Speaker 2 (29:04):
I'm talking to Damson Sheriff's office. The reason being stopped
to spewed them at seventy miles an hour.
Speaker 1 (29:08):
You've do one hundred and four, come on, hundreds.
Speaker 2 (29:09):
Of three minutes ago.
Speaker 5 (29:10):
It is now at a restable offense too, and that's
US one hundred miles an hour.
Speaker 1 (29:13):
And stay Florid right now, do not go over one
hundred miles per hour. Well, we will take you to jail.
We will put you handcuffs, and we will take you
to jail.
Speaker 2 (29:21):
And no one wants that.
Speaker 4 (29:22):
So just slow down.
Speaker 6 (29:24):
It's for your safety at hours.
Speaker 1 (29:29):
Well, that speaks for itself, doesn't At one hundred and
four miles an hour, two minutes after midnight and an
automatic cuffing stuff for the driver, I hope the joy
ride was worth it. I'm interested to see if other
states adopt this policy. Clearly there's a little bit of
a problem. Listen, there are a lot of high performance
sports cars on the road these days. They can easily
get over one hundred miles and they want to stop that.
(29:49):
The cops do that. Guy went right to jail two
minutes after the long went into effect. He should get
some kind of an award. That's probably a record. Okay,
coming up, President Trump wants a cease fire in the
Israeli Gaza war by the end of this week. Hey,
it's already thursday. Is that possible. I'll take a look.
And Secretary of State Marco Rubio lowers the boom on
(30:10):
a un official who has basically been working for CAMAS
for years. Hey, maybe she really is working for CAMAS.
The details on Rubio dropping the hammer on her and more.
When American Sunrise early edition returned, It's Thursday, July tenth,
(30:33):
hera this morning's top stories. Joe Biden's White House doctor
pleads the fifth before a House panel looking into the
alleged cover up of the ex president's step mental decline.
Now House Oversight Committee Chair James Comber is calling the
whole scandal a major conspiracy. Paying the price. Maybe six
(30:54):
Secret Service agents have been suspended without pay for failures
in their duty during the assassination attempt on President Trump
last year in Butler, Pennsylvania. But is that all the
punishment we're going to see for such a massive security failure?
This bird has flown X formerly known as Twitter CEO
Linda Yakarino suddenly steps down, leaving the business and the
(31:16):
social media world wondering why. With Elon Musk and a
wonky Grock program, it could be anything. And Secretary of
State Marco Rubio announces personal sanctions on the unofficial who
was supposed to be advocating for the people of Gazaba,
who simply bashes Israel and promotes anti Semitic nonsense at
US taxpayer expense. Twenty four to seven. She does this.
(31:38):
American Sunrise Early Edition continues. Now, welcome back to American
Sunrise Early Edition. It is Thursday. I am Jake Novak,
and a special welcome to all of you on Getter
and Rumble. You are very active this morning in your
commentary and on your jokes, and your rightfully saying that
some of my jokes today have been falling flat. Thank
(31:59):
you for that. You're right. I'll have to admit it
when it's true. Joining me right now is from israel
Is Rabbi Raphael Shore. He's the executive director of Open
Door Media. Rabbi, we know President Trump wants to end
the fighting in Gaza. Everyone wants to end it. I
mean it's not just President Trump, but he is really
really laser focused on this. Of course, Kamas is certainly
(32:20):
not being cooperative. They keep asking for terms that are unacceptable,
and there's also that nagging issue of needing to get
all the remaining hostages released, which Kamas never seems to offer.
I mean, that's really the easiest way for them to
end all of this. Where do you see this going?
I mean, should we be optimistic? I know that there
are talks going on right now and cutter. What's what's
(32:41):
the feeling in Israel about this and is there optimism
of a end to the fighting anytime soon?
Speaker 7 (32:47):
Yeah, it's a it's a I unfortunately do not believe
there's a lot of room for optimism. Could be there'll
be another partial deal. The essential problem here is that
Hamas is a line of micro radical terror organization, does
not understand that they've lost the war and that they've
lost their patron Iran, and that they they're.
Speaker 5 (33:08):
Out of strategies.
Speaker 7 (33:10):
Unfortunately, if they would just simply decide to release the
hostages that have been in their control for almost two years,
this war would end very, very quickly.
Speaker 5 (33:22):
And Israel just.
Speaker 7 (33:23):
Wants to see Hamas removed because they are dedicated to
genocide against the Jewish people. They will continue with missiles
and terror for as long as it takes, but they
want to stay in power and they want to make
sure they continue to get money, and as a result,
they keep on trying to get partial deals and come
up with ways to stay in power.
Speaker 5 (33:44):
And that's simply unacceptable for Israel.
Speaker 7 (33:46):
So, despite Trump's desires and push, it's still difficult to
see how it's going to end quickly.
Speaker 1 (33:54):
Yeah, and as long as there's you know, we still
have an American hostage there, American citizen hostage. I mean,
this is really difficult for Trump to accept either. I mean,
it's not like he's just hoping that that Israel will
take a bad deal they Trump doesn't want to accept
that kind of a deal either, that doesn't include the
release of all those hostages. But speaking of this administration,
Arabi and another sign of what I believe has been
(34:15):
just the unprecedented support of Israel and the right side
of history by this administration. Secretary of State Marco Rubio
just slapped personal sanctions on you, un official, Vancesca Albanezi yesterday.
This was long overdue, wasn't it. This is really I mean,
as n officials go, and it's a pretty low bar.
She's even lower than most of them, isn't she.
Speaker 5 (34:37):
This is this is very true. She takes the cake.
Speaker 7 (34:40):
And it's another sign of how the United Nations has
just become a corrupt anti israel An anti American organization,
and this lady epitomizes it. So kudos to Rubio for
handing out these sanctions on her. She has been a
pro hamas docking head. She has accused Israel of committing genocide.
(35:05):
She justified October seventh. She compares Israel to the Nazis.
It's really quite remarkable and a sign of how the
United Nations time and again have this double standard biased
against Israel, and the fact that America funds it is
a terrible thing. So finally America, thanks to this administration,
(35:29):
is calling them out and understanding that Israel is under
a very difficult situation when the entire world comes against
it just for wanting to defend Western values.
Speaker 1 (35:42):
Yeah. You know, there's a debate in this country about
foreign funding of our foreign allies and sometimes our enemies,
and it's an important debate to have. But one of
the things that we have to do if we're going
to have that discussion is I need to see all
the books, all the money that we're spending, the massive
amount of money that US taxpayer are paying to the UN,
which mostly functions. Take a look at what the UN does.
(36:03):
Just look at their records. Most of what the UN
does all year in any given year is bash Israel.
That's what they do the whole world. That they're one
of the smallest nations in the world, that's their focus.
So we the taxpayers are paying for that. We're paying indirectly,
as we found out when Doge looked at the books
at the US Aid Office, that massive amounts of money
are going to terrorist groups that attack Israel. I mean,
(36:26):
so we want to cut off all the funding. Israel's
going to come out ahead anyway. Frankly, they really will
because of all the money either directly or indirectly, the
American taxpayer doesn't know about it for the most part
that goes to the enemies of all civilization, Israel just
being one of those examples. The UN absolutely, I mean again,
the amount of money of the US gives to the
UN every year when its major goal is basically promoting terrorism,
(36:49):
is really a scandal. Again, was there any when all
that steff was being revealed about the Usaid Office and
other funding that was going to the enemies of Israel
through the taxpayers although we didn't know about it. Was
there any response in Israel? So that were they watching
what Dog was doing? Were they seeing, oh, my goodness,
all this money is actually going to our enemies.
Speaker 5 (37:10):
Listen, not a total shock.
Speaker 7 (37:13):
As a North American who lives in Israel, we have
seen the global campaign, you know, when you have October seventh,
the largest pogrom against the Jewish people since World War Two,
and the immediate reaction globally is a coordinated pr campaign
against Israel, and you have the campus is exploding in
(37:35):
anti Semitism and pro Hamas rhetoric, then you know that
there is some organized facility going on that is incredibly
well funded. So sadly to think that some of that
money was coming from US eight is crazy. But what's
most said is the moral confusion in the West, and
(37:55):
Israel and America need to stand together because.
Speaker 5 (37:59):
This is a war of culture, it's a war of values.
Speaker 7 (38:03):
And when Trump stands up and fights with Israel against Iran,
we are defeating the forces that stand against both of us.
Israel has been leading the charge for the last eighteen
months to try to defeat all of these access of evil.
Speaker 5 (38:17):
But that access of evil.
Speaker 7 (38:19):
Consider America the big Satan, Israel's the little Satan. And
the more we focus on and understand that this is
a values class and a real serious war because they
are out to destroy US, America and Israel, the stronger
will be and to take away their funding. That's the
most important first point.
Speaker 1 (38:39):
Yeah, let's get to some good news. All Right, we've
talked about the moral outrages. Here's some good news. Let's
talk about the efforts to expand the Abraham of Corus.
Now we know that Israel is talking to nations like
Saudi Arabia. That's a big lynchpin in this whole thing,
and hopefully that deal will be done soon. I understand
this week that Prime Minister Innes Senna is going to
speak with more Tan. We know that Syria is in
(39:01):
the mix, believe it or not, but perhaps a statement
by some Arab leaders inside the state of Israel from
the city of Hebron is even more significant than anything else.
Tell us a little bit about that, because I think
that's really a major, major milestone.
Speaker 2 (39:16):
Yeah.
Speaker 7 (39:16):
So, essentially what happened was that there was a group
of clan leaders in Hebron, in the Juday and Samaria
area West Bank who came out and said that they
are willing to step up and make peace with Israel,
which is an amazing thing because of course the Palestinian authority,
led by Abbas has not been open really, I mean, in.
Speaker 5 (39:37):
Theory they have a peace deal.
Speaker 7 (39:39):
Then Hamas was elected by the Palestine Palastinian population. The
palestin population is the most anti Semitic country on Earth
according to the ADL ninety five percent anti Semitic rates
in Gaza and the West Bank. And so to see
a group of leaders come out and say we are
(39:59):
willing to make peace is very significant. It comes on
the heels of Israel doing an incredible job over the
past twenty months to defeat the forces of radical Islam.
So whether they can succeed, I don't know, because you know,
the Middle East is not the Middle West, and that
means it's not a democracy. There's no democracy in the
(40:22):
Arab Middle East and these are all totalitarian dictatorships. And
whether they can have the power and determination and might
to win that is yet to be seen. Still, it's
optimistic to be able to see some leaders stepping up.
Speaker 1 (40:40):
Yeah, I mean, I think there's two things at play here.
It's one thing to say, as you said, ninety five
percent anti semitism in the Palestinian world, but without a benefactor,
without Iran and Saudi Arabia took their money away years ago,
without money to support genocidal policies. Guess what people don't
(41:01):
like to be that genocidal. It doesn't take that long
for them to kind of get get over it. People
like to live, people like to have money, people like
to have a home and a family. For the most part,
people don't like to commit suicide to blow up buses,
as simple as that. And if you take the money away,
if you take the funding away, which started in that
region in the nineteen twenties with the Nazi movement putting
money into the Muslim brotherhood, you might get a chance
(41:23):
for pieces as simple as that. And by the way,
when all of your viewers, all of the viewers to
hear that. In the nine am hour here on American
sun Rise on Real America's Voice, the governor of the
Judaean Sumerian areas will be on doing a live interview.
So we've got a lot of great news coming and
interviews from Israel today. Rabbi Rafayel Shore, thank you so
much for joining us. Let's hope we enjoy more peace
(41:45):
in the coming weeks. The next time we speak with you,
hopefully we'll have some agreements signed on the dott.
Speaker 7 (41:50):
Of and we are very optimistic. I think things have
changed and we're very optimistic. Thanks for having me on
your show.
Speaker 1 (41:56):
I appreciate it. Thank you so much. Okay, coming up,
suspensions for six Secret Service agents. That's the most significant
punishment so far we've seen for that now very famous
assassination attempt on President Trump a year ago. David Brody
and I will discuss when American Sunrise Early Edition comes
right back. That's the state capital of Minnesota, Saint Paul,
(42:32):
one of the two Twin cities. Really really nice people
in Minneapolis, Saint Paul and all of that state. But
it is not the greatest weather state. Let's just put
it that way. Super cold in the winter, super hot
in the summer, and the Vikings have never won a
Super Bowl. But hey, wonderful people. Welcome back to American
Sunrise Early Edition. I'm Jake Novak. So we learned late
(42:54):
last night that six Secret Service agents will be suspended
without pay I think for something like two weeks, and
then when they get back to work, they're going to
be given basically they're going to be demoted. Fine, great,
but you know, David, this seems like one of several
things that have been going on in the last couple
of weeks. I bring in David Brody, where we've seen
some kind of recognition that something wrong happened over the
(43:17):
last four years, or eight years or ten years. There's
some discussion of it. Maybe there'll be a little bit
of punishment. But whether it's Jeffrey Epstein, whether it's Comyan
and Brennan, or whether it's this Secret Service thing, I'm wondering,
does anybody understand that the American people don't We're not like,
we're not looking for revenge. We don't have bloods, you know,
(43:38):
seeping out of our mouths. It's not that we just
want a simple amount of justice here. We know that
there have been crimes committed against our country by people
who are supposed to protect us, and we want more
than that. I'm sorry suspending six Secret Service agents for
a couple of weeks without pay for what really looks
like maybe even a deliberate lack of duty. It seems
(44:01):
it seems too light. I mean, this is this is
starting to get a little bit annoying. This is now
a pattern.
Speaker 6 (44:06):
Yeah, and you wonder exactly why these are suspensions and
not just outright firings. I mean, let's remember there were
two minutes that went by, right, I mean the old Hey,
there's something on the roof, there's somebody on the roof
and that was what two minutes or so, and then
of course President Trump, the forum president at the time.
Speaker 1 (44:23):
Got shot.
Speaker 6 (44:24):
So I mean there's still so many a unanswered questions.
We haven't even talked about the burner phone and all
of that, So, I mean, it's kind of it has
kind of similarities to Epstein as it relates to specifically.
Speaker 1 (44:37):
So many of these unanswered questions.
Speaker 6 (44:40):
But let's also understand this, and I don't know the
inner workings exactly of the Secret Service. They are they
are under DHS. A lot of people think they're under FBI,
they're not. FBI's under dj and Secret Services under DHS.
But Sean Kerran is the current leader of the Secret Service.
Speaker 1 (44:56):
He has been very critical.
Speaker 6 (44:57):
Of past leadership and says leadership at the Secret Service
and there's a big disconnect between leadership of the Secret
Service and the agents in the field. So by all accounts,
he's a pretty darn good guy. He's very close with
President Trump. And as some in the audience may know,
maybe all of you know, he was the guy in
(45:18):
that picture to the right, to the side of President Trump,
the guy in the glasses when President Trump was on
stage with blood right there pouring down on his face
and ear, and all of that was Sean Kerrn was
right next to him. He's the guy and they've developed
very close relationships. So like, this isn't like a bad
leader kind of going, well, I'm a deep state guy.
(45:40):
It's not that we know that.
Speaker 1 (45:42):
So the question is what is it?
Speaker 5 (45:43):
Then?
Speaker 6 (45:44):
Well, we know that Sean Kerrn, while he might be
a good guy, operates in a deep state world and
Washington goes slow all the time. So I think this
might be the first of a few other shoes to drop,
if you will.
Speaker 1 (45:59):
But I think so.
Speaker 6 (46:00):
The systemic problem is the difference between leadership, which they're
trying to change, and agents in the field and the
problems there. So there's a lot to decipher for sure.
Speaker 1 (46:10):
Yeah, I just hate it when people who are so
supposedly in public service not only demand basically indemnification for
what they do, but they demand to be held to
a lower standard. They should be held to a higher standard.
That's what happens. I know, you don't get paid as
much as every other people, but you get benefits and
bonuses that normal people don't get. So don't give me
(46:31):
the whole poverty game. But yours ident to be held
to a lower standard, and that is really really dangerous.
And by the way, the Secret Service used to be
under the power of the Treasury Department, which I think,
as all departments stack up in DC, it's probably one
of the most ethical of all of them. It's not great,
but it's better than the others. I'd like to see
that happen.
Speaker 5 (46:49):
YEW.
Speaker 1 (46:49):
I will be rejoining David in a couple hours a
little bit at the nine am hour. Check out American
Sunrise the next two hours, and for those of you
are watching early edition, I'll see you tomorrow
