Speaker 1 (00:04):
The head on American Sunrise early edition, They're coming Home.
President Trump brokers and announces a ceasefire and hostage return
deal and says it's been reached between Israel and the
terror group Commas. The hostages are expected to be back
in Israel on Monday. In La the Feds and cops
(00:26):
arrest a twenty nine year old uber driver and charge
him with starting the massive Palisades fire early this year
that ended up causing one hundred and fifty billion dollars
in damage. The man arrested is actually from Florida and
he was a donor to the Biden Harris campaign. Not
sure if that matters, but typical. Moving to Chicago, President
(00:50):
Trump says Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson and Illinois Governor J. B.
Pritzker should be in jail for endangering federal agents and
then blocking the White House US from sending in the
National Guard.
Speaker 2 (01:02):
I think he's right.
Speaker 1 (01:04):
Former FBI Director James Comy isn't in jail, but he
did get a rain for lying to Congress yesterday. He
pleaded not guilty, and of course he wasn't paraded in
cuffs for the cameras, and he didn't have his home
and bedroom rated by the FEDS must be nice. And
in Hollywood, another kind of civil war is in progress.
(01:26):
A bunch of anonymous employees at Paramount sky Dance are
trying to push their new boss, David Ellison to go woke,
stand strong, David.
Speaker 2 (01:35):
American Sunrise Early Edition begins. Now.
Speaker 3 (01:40):
Welcome to American Sunrise Early Edition, the show where faith, freedom,
and the values that built this nation takes centers.
Speaker 2 (01:50):
To your good deeths and bad deaths. That's how we're
gonna judge you.
Speaker 3 (01:53):
Join host Jake Novak as he breaks down the stories
that match.
Speaker 2 (01:57):
He will be letting the public know regularly what we
have found.
Speaker 3 (02:00):
American Sunrise Early Edition with your host, Jake Novak starts.
Speaker 1 (02:06):
Now, Wow, it's a busy Thursday here on American Sunrise
Early Edition. I also left out like a ton of
stories we could have also done in that little open
to the show. We are busy today, to say the least,
so let's get right to it because we have a
lot to talk about. Joining us right now is US
(02:26):
Air Force veteran and the host of Veronica Live, Veronica Kemedy.
Speaker 2 (02:30):
Veronica. I gotta tell you.
Speaker 1 (02:32):
This is a huge victory for President Trump. I know
that's a tough pill to swallow, and I say that
advisedly because every time I say that, Veronica, I know
that there's people out there that would rather cut their
own heads off than ever say that President Trump had
a victory. But I would hope that they would make
an exception here. I know a lot of them won't,
because this is a really important deal that President Trump
is announcing. As you see in that truth social post,
(02:54):
there looks like the hostages will be coming home on Monday.
Of course, with Camasi, you never know, so we're holding
our breath. That's not on President Trump, that's on them.
But the thing I wanted to ask you about is
like how this really affects us here at home, because
I think this is the relief that we've been hoping
for to try to end all these anti Israel, disgusting,
anti Semitic protests on campus and in the streets. If
(03:16):
there's no war and no more hostages, I don't know
if they're going to be able to organize those things
at least for the next year or so.
Speaker 2 (03:23):
I'm hoping.
Speaker 4 (03:24):
Well, I'm so excited. He is definitely our peace president.
And you're there in New York. You know, my heart
was broken when I saw this huge Palestinian flag going
up New York City on October seventh, because people forget
and you and I have had these conversations many times, Jake.
These were non combatants, mothers, fathers, children, grandparents that were killed.
(03:49):
And so I'm so happy. I'm so proud of President Trump.
You know, I'm still nervous because Monday, I want to
see all of these you know, all of these hostages free.
But yesterday when Trump talked to a bunch of the
hostage families on the phone, and they were just thanking
him and cheering him, and you saw how happy they were.
(04:09):
I mean, my heart was warm. He is the peace president,
no doubt.
Speaker 3 (04:14):
Yeah.
Speaker 2 (04:14):
And look, a.
Speaker 1 (04:15):
Lot of presidents have been attracted to the Israel Holy
Land situation because it is the Holy Land. It isn't
just because of voting and things like that. And it
would be amazing if President Trump could do that. And
hopefully we'll see all this progress progress in the next
few days. All Right, we got it. We're jumping from
a lot of topics today, so let's move on.
Speaker 2 (04:33):
Veronica. I'm not sure this next story is entirely political.
But the suspect who.
Speaker 1 (04:37):
Has been arrested, twenty nine year old Jonathan Rendernech is
his name. He feels like another one of the same
people who have been causing so much havoc in America lately.
A man, white male between the ages of twenty and thirty.
He's twenty nineties from Florida. But he apparently set the
fire that smoldered for a while and then ended up
becoming this massive, massive wildfire. Really the worst is I
(05:00):
think in American history from the price tag point of view,
one hundred and fifty billion dollars.
Speaker 2 (05:04):
It was so horrific.
Speaker 1 (05:06):
But again, this reminds me Luigi mangionme, Tyler Robinson.
Speaker 3 (05:09):
All.
Speaker 2 (05:10):
They're all the same, aren't they. They're from that same
age group.
Speaker 1 (05:13):
This guy happened to have been a Biden Harris voter
and even gave money to their campaign.
Speaker 2 (05:18):
But it's not only political. This is a mental health thing.
Speaker 1 (05:20):
And it's these men, these between these ages, by the way,
these are the kind of people that Charlie Kirk was
trying to reach out to. I just have to say,
it just seems like the same mo, doesn't.
Speaker 4 (05:29):
It It does. I think he wants his five minutes
of fame, which of course he's getting now, you know,
and they're gonna I'm sure he's gonna have all these
women writing to him. But he was also a lost
solet he started the fire. He then called nine to
one one and left, came back when the fire trucks
filmed all of them, and you know, he wanted.
Speaker 5 (05:50):
To be part of it.
Speaker 4 (05:51):
And hats off to all of the investigators that were
they GEO tracked him and found him. You know, they
went through apparently a couple of million tips through you know,
all research, and I hope he's in prison because let's
not forget youake. Twelve people died, I think eight thousand.
You know, homes and structures were ruined. People's lives were up,
(06:13):
you know, they were turned upside down. I live here
in Florida and we're celebrating, you know, Hurricane Michael, and
that was eight years ago, and it's taken forever to
deal with, you know, the rebuild, and that's what those
people in Palisades are dealing with. And hats off that
they found this guy. So maybe that's a sense of
relief to them as they get their lives back together.
It has even been a year.
Speaker 1 (06:35):
Yeah, and here's the bulletin for the Gavin Newsom's and
everyone else is out there who wanted wanted to blame
this wildfire on climate change or on you know, or
on something else, or or on the or the power companies.
They're always trying to blame one or the other because
they can extract money out of you from for those things.
Speaker 2 (06:54):
No, it's crazy. It's like this.
Speaker 1 (06:56):
A few, whether it's crime in the streets or these
kinds of disasters, is a very small number of incredible
malcontents and dangerous people in this country. If we could
just get them either into a mental institution or into
a prison, we would be much better off. That was
something that even Bill Clinton understood in the nineties, and
certainly Republicans understand. Stop these malcontents before they do damage
(07:18):
like this. Just incredible. Stop blaming climate change in his
other nonsense, Veronica, Let's move to Chicago. Now we're all
over the country. In Chicago, we have the mayor and
the governor of the state proudly protecting murderers and violent
illegal aliens. They're protecting the murderers because the national the
President Trump was to send in the National Guard to
these murder capital spots in the South shide of Chicago.
Speaker 2 (07:39):
They don't want that. They're happy to let the murders continue.
Speaker 1 (07:42):
They also want to keep the illegal aliens, many whom
are also very violent criminals, untouched by ice. President Trump
said yesterday they both belong in jail.
Speaker 2 (07:51):
I'm going to guess you agree.
Speaker 4 (07:53):
I so agree. And you know, why are we sending
troops up to Chicago. They've had almost four hundred murders
this year. It's it's a debacle in that city. And
I'm laughing because it came out that they're the number
nine travel city to go see in Conde nas And
of course if you follow the mayor and the governor
on X they're just touting how great they are. Well,
(08:15):
you know, we had a bunch of our ICE agents
called for help this weekend and the Chicago PD stood down.
So they don't even protect their own and somebody's going
to get killed on the Ice agent force. But I'm thrilled.
You know, we got Christy Noan leading the charge. And
what about the residents in Chicago? They want their city
(08:36):
cleaned up. And when you when you see these black
residents talking on these interviews, you know, they're tired of
these illegals that are running rampant in their city, committing crimes.
So you know, every weekend is Chicago, is Chicago, Stand
in Chicago, and it ends now with all of these
troops and Pritzker, you know, he said you have to
(08:56):
come through me to get to my people. Well we're
going to and we've got golden handcuffs. So I'm okay,
let's arrest this mayor and the governor because they're part
of the problem.
Speaker 6 (09:06):
Jake, Yeah, it's.
Speaker 1 (09:09):
Incredible, the hatred of President Trump. Like I said at
the top of the show, they will cut their own
heads off because they hate him. At some point, there
has to be some sanity injected into the country.
Speaker 2 (09:19):
All Right, we're moving from west to east. We've been
in La Chicago.
Speaker 1 (09:21):
Now let's go to the DC Northern Virginia area where
James Comey, the former FBI director.
Speaker 2 (09:26):
He was arraigned yesterday.
Speaker 1 (09:28):
He pleaded not guilty to his lying to Congress case,
which by the way, is a really.
Speaker 2 (09:33):
Open and chet case.
Speaker 1 (09:34):
The only chance I think he has, and it's not
a bad chance you think about it, is that the
jury will be corrupted with a bunch of federal workers
and their family members, who won't convict anyone if it's
an enemy of President Trump or someone who they see
his opponent of President Trump. But James Comy should be thankful.
He didn't get his house rated at four am, he
didn't have his wife's underwear georg rifle through, and he
(09:58):
was given the dignity of a fair arraignment and not
a purp walk and all that kind of stuff. I
hope people notice that, Veronica.
Speaker 4 (10:05):
No, I'm so frustrated. I did see his wife hugging everybody.
You know, she didn't have makeup on. She looked all sad.
But where's his mug shot?
Speaker 7 (10:13):
You know?
Speaker 4 (10:13):
And then when you see what went down with Trump
and his family, this man's getting a pass. I really
hope he ends up in jail because he lied to
Congress and he's dirty pushing all of his little collusion
things that he was pushing. So I want to see
his mug shot. I'm white and jake, and he deserves
what he's gotten, and it's going to cost him an
armor a leg. I'm sure some rich billionaire will probably
(10:35):
fund his defense, but I don't feel stry for this man.
He lied to the American people.
Speaker 1 (10:42):
Yeah, and it's an open and shutcase. I mean, we
have it on tape. It's just so silly. All right,
let's stay in DC.
Speaker 2 (10:47):
Just for our last topic here, Veronica, we have the
government shutdown. It's day nine.
Speaker 1 (10:51):
But you know, in any other normal world that would
have been our lead story. Today it's day nine. And
again again, this couldn't be more clear. The Republicans have
consistently and this president since the beginning of this whole thing,
have said they're willing, they want to keep the government open.
They'll just vote for a continuing resolution. We'll get our
other issues settled. Otherwise, the Democrats keep voting for a shutdown.
(11:12):
I hope all of them are. The American people understand that.
I know my viewers do. But you know, the other
networks are trying to mark these up. But I got
to give CNN credit. CNN's Dana Bash actually asked Nancy
Pelosi a somewhat challenging question about this yesterday.
Speaker 5 (11:25):
Check it out just I mean, I understand what you're
saying about where the differences are, and they are very big.
They are voting yes on what we say here in Washington,
a clean cr A bill, to keep the government running
for seven weeks and Democrats are voting now and for
the reasons you just said, So how are they starting down.
Speaker 7 (11:44):
The governirst of all, it isn't a clean CR.
Speaker 5 (11:46):
Okay, so relate to that. It's not a clancy or
they haven't going into that.
Speaker 1 (11:51):
The point is, Yeah, when when later she asked why
is it not a clean CR? Nancy Pelosi couldn't answer,
that's you know again, you know, and with her bad dentures,
the woman's worth hundreds of millions of dollars.
Speaker 2 (12:04):
Can she get dental implants? Please? Anyway? Veronica, that was nice.
Speaker 1 (12:07):
Maybe CNN we'll ask tough questions from now one of
some other Democrats.
Speaker 4 (12:11):
Yeah, I was surprised, but you know, let's not forget
who this is hurting. You know, the fifteenth is right
around the corner, and we want our military and the
government workers that actually work hard to get paid on
the fifteenth. So get your act together. And Pelosi's loaded,
This isn't going to impact her, but who's going to
make house payment for some of these people? And enlisted
(12:32):
troops don't have a huge snowball fund and don't have
money to move around. This is on the backs of
our young enlisted troops and let's get let's get this
see our past. You know, I heard also that they
want to push this potentially to Christmas. I can't even
imagine if this goes till then. And of course they're
blaming you know, Speaker Johnson, that all of Congress is out.
(12:53):
But they did their part. We're just waiting for, you know,
the senators to get their act together. And Americans were
fed up. We see through all of this, and they better,
they better pay the military, Jake.
Speaker 2 (13:04):
You know.
Speaker 1 (13:05):
Yeah, Well, all this is going to take is another
couple of days worth of CNN and maybe MSNBC and
somebody else from the liberal media pointing out the very
basic fact I just laid out. It's the Democrats that
keep voting for a shutdown this news media, and it's
really not.
Speaker 2 (13:20):
A news media.
Speaker 1 (13:21):
It's on them because as soon as the Democrats see
that the news media isn't going to run cover for them,
they will vote to reopen the government. So do it now, CNN, MSNBC,
be honest for once and do that. That's my message
to you. Veronica Kennedy, thank you so much for joining us.
It's only Thursday. Thanks for getting all these topics for me.
Have a great weekend, though I always say that from
Thursday on, I always say I have.
Speaker 2 (13:39):
A great weekend.
Speaker 4 (13:40):
Thank you so much, Thanks Jake.
Speaker 1 (13:43):
Okay, coming up, I'll get more into our top story
today talking about that what that ceasefire deal and Israel
means for President Trump and this country. But while we
may be getting peace in the Holy Land, we're closer
to war in Holywood, Hollywood.
Speaker 2 (13:58):
Aha.
Speaker 1 (13:58):
A group of hateful well contents at Paramount and CBS
are trying to get their new boss to go woke.
But first, I want ever want to know about something
really important, a big event to tell you about.
Speaker 2 (14:09):
I want you to take a look at.
Speaker 6 (14:11):

Speaker 1 (16:29):
Dark sky is still this morning in Atlanta, Georgia. This morning,
welcome back to American Sunrise Early Edition.
Speaker 2 (16:34):
A very busy day. We have so much to cover.
It's a Thursday.
Speaker 1 (16:37):
Thank you for joining us on Ghetter and Rumble and
X and Substack. I feel like at the end of
Romper Room with the magic mirror, I see all of you,
and I hear all of you.
Speaker 2 (16:44):
Thank you so much.
Speaker 1 (16:45):
Once again our top story this morning, President Trump has
brokeered a cease fire deal between Israel and Hamas. Again,
the thing that we're all really waiting for is a
return to the hostages, living and dead. We understand now
from President Trump that that will be on Monday. So
holding my breath, crossing fingers, whatever you want to say,
we're really hoping that that does come about. But again,
(17:07):
a point I made earlier in the program, I want
everyone to understand this. First of all, there's going to
be a lot of people in this country who are
going to be angry, yes, angry that this has ended.
First of all, you have the people who just don't
want President Trump to have any success, no matter how
good it is for them, the rest of the world,
et cetera. I'm so tired of those people, honestly, really,
you know, when President Obama was president and we got
(17:29):
Osama bin Laden, I knew it would sort of help him,
I knew again, But who cares we got Osama bin Laden.
I mean, really, grow up and be honest about that, please.
But this is also a great defeat for the people
in the world who wanted to really take advantage of
this war every day that it lasted and every day
that the hostages were still in captivity, as an excuse
(17:51):
to rub salt in the wound of the people who
were suffering from this, to start riots in the streets
and riots on our campuses. They'll still try, but I
don't think they're going to have the traction anymore. So
I want to make sure everyone understands that that's really
very important for us right now. All right, coming up,
we have an interesting situation going on at Paramount where
David I gotta tell you where David Ellison, the new
(18:13):
areas the new leader of that of that company is
dealing with all kinds of problems, So I want to
make sure everyone knows that that's going to be starting
to talk about. They want him to go woke. All right, now,
I want to tell you something about something else. This
is very personal, folks. If you are tired of thin
and lifeless hair, tell me about it. If you cringe
every time you see another clump in the shower drain
that was years ago for me, then your hair probably
(18:36):
needs more protein. Don't make the same mistake I did.
Just like our muscles lose protein as we age an atrophy,
our hair loss protein loses as well. We have hair
loss prots, we have hair, We have protein loss on
our hair.
Speaker 2 (18:49):
It happens. I lost mine. As you can see.

a minut We're going.
Speaker 2 (19:56):
To look at that woke rebellion at Warner Brothers. Apparently.
Speaker 1 (20:17):
Well, the sun is shining and the wind is blowing
in Atlantic Highlands in New Jersey this morning. That's a
live shot, beautiful shot. We've been having just dry weather
here in New York. We had some rain yesterday finally
in the New York area. Going to get some over
the weekend. But I don't think until Sunday. But it's
going to be a clear day to day, so if
you're going to get some boating in, this might.
Speaker 2 (20:36):
Be a good day to do it.
Speaker 1 (20:37):
Okay, let's take a look at where the markets are
going to begin today. We had new all time all
time closing high set yesterday for the S and P
five hundred and Nasdaq.
Speaker 2 (20:46):
The Dow literally lost like one or two points yesterday.
Very flat day.
Speaker 1 (20:49):
It looks like a very flat open on all three there.
Gold taking a very small breather, still well over the
four thousand dollars per ounce level, so you have that
crude oil also pretty flat, the sixty two dollars a
barrel a level.
Speaker 2 (21:02):
Let's take a.
Speaker 1 (21:03):
Look at Bitcoin, which has been flirting with its all
time high as well, and it's darn close.
Speaker 2 (21:07):
It's at one twenty two and five.
Speaker 1 (21:09):
Again, that all time highs about a one twenty five,
so we're really close to that as well. Hey, President
Trump has been calling the FED chairman Jerome Powell too late, Powell,
mister too late. Maybe he'll now call him too unclear.
Every couple of months after a FED meeting, the FED
releases the minutes of its meeting. In other words, like
(21:30):
the official transcript, it's not every word, it's just sort
of the official statements that they make, and Wall Street
wasn't able to make much out of them. They were
very murky. They couldn't tell whether we're definitely going to
get more rate cuts this year or not. So not
only is Powell taking his time with cuts, but it's
not really even clear and the Marcus didn't get much
of a message about it yesterday. So I think President
(21:51):
Trump will have a new name for Maybe he'll call
him Muddy Powell or unclear Powell or who knows. But
now he's also just not really being very clear. Hey,
the Wokesters in Hollywood are trying to stage a rebellion
at Paramount. You know, it's called Paramount sky Dance now
was bought by this guy, David Ellison. He bought it
out and now has control over it. You've heard of
(22:13):
some of the things he's already done, like putting Barry Weiss,
who's still a big liberal, by the way, but she
seems to be a lot more fair than a lot
of her fellow journalists. So she's in charge of editorial
now at CBS News. But they're angry at Paramont. They're
a bunch of basically anonymous cowards. They're all anonymous, but
hundreds of them have signed on and they're demanding that
David Ellison be more anti Israel. It's always about that,
(22:36):
isn't it. I mean, these people, it's just incredible. They
don't really care about any of that stuff. They're just violent,
disgusting people. It's all I can say. Let me give
you some advice to David Ellison. Do not give in
to them. If you give in to them, they will
never be satisfied. They will just continue to bother you.
They don't care about Israel, they don't care about what
you're doing. They're specifically, by the way, upset that Paramot's
going to come out with this documentary about the October
(22:59):
seventh attack, wants something to balance it. It's a true documentary.
The only way to balance it would be to do
something untrue, and you shouldn't do that. David Ellison stands strong.
Don't give in to them, because if you do, it's
going to be disaster over there. Find out who they
are actually and just get rid of them. If they
can work somewhere else where, they're allowed to protest, they
can get a job at comas.
Speaker 2 (23:18):
I understand they're hiring all right.
Speaker 1 (23:20):
Amazon is now selling prescription drugs in vending machines, because
why not. You know, Amazon is in every single business
in the world. It's the most obvious monopoly in the
history of the United States. And here they are getting
into something else. We know that they've been selling some
drugs and subscription drugs via online and their delivery service. Now,
if you go to one medical which is a you know,
(23:42):
one of those kind of urgent care type places in
Los Angeles, they now have vending machines. Of course, you
still have to get the prescription from a doctor and
then you have to prove it. I guess there's some
kind of verification code that you get so that you
can get it out of the vending machine. But look
for this to go all over the country. I gotta say, CBS,
Riot Aid, Walgreens, you're asking for this. It takes so
long at some of these places now to get certain
(24:04):
prescription drugs, and you often run out of supplies. I've
got lots of friends whove told me that drugs that
used to be available are no longer available.
Speaker 2 (24:10):
All the time. So you ask for it. You've asked
for Amazon to kind of claw into your business. It's
your fault. I hope you love your results.
Speaker 1 (24:18):

Speaker 1 (25:02):
Remember last week when I told you about GM, and
I actually praised them for their innovation, for at least
being smart about how GM was finding a way to
extend the EV tax credit. Remember the EV tax credit
expired on September thirtieth, seventy five hundred dollars for people
who buy electric vehicles. GM decided to do something I
think pretty smart. I don't love evs, but I like
(25:23):
being smart. They decided to buy up, or try to
buy up, a ton of evs get those tax credits
and then pass them on to their customers if they
leased those cars, so give them a cheap release out
of it, and basically take seventy five hundred dollars off
the total price for a three year lease or something
like that. I thought that was a pretty smart thing
to do. But GM's decided to back off of this.
(25:44):
Why because people don't want to buy or lease evs
in enough of a large numbers to make to justify
the whole plan. EV demand tax credit or no tax
credit has been falling steadily in this country for two years.
It had a big pop, and what it is now
is about eight percent. I think it'll max out at
ten at the most. Eight percent of the market is
(26:06):
interested in buying evs.
Speaker 2 (26:07):
That's it.
Speaker 1 (26:08):
It's not worth all the hard work that GM had
put into thinking up this plan.
Speaker 2 (26:13):
It's very simple. This is the market.
Speaker 1 (26:14):
Here, and what you're going to hear from the news
media and from the Democrats for the next year or
so is how President Trump killed the EV market by
taking away the tax credit. That is not true. It
was dying or at least getting weaker before that. Don't
let anyone push that down your throat. That's my advice.
Speaker 2 (26:30):
All Right.
Speaker 1 (26:31):
I told you yesterday about that terrible fire at Novellas.
That's a company in Oswego, New York that supplies the
aluminum for Ford.
Speaker 2 (26:40):
It's a very very bad situation. I told you about that.
Speaker 1 (26:42):
But now I mean, the last few hours, we've learned
just how them bad it is going to be for Ford.
Speaker 2 (26:47):
A billion dollars bad.
Speaker 1 (26:48):
That's how much this is going to cost them as
Ford needs to find new suppliers. You know, they switched
over to aluminum in a lot of their vehicles about
ten years ago. Was a big, big controversy when they
came out with the aluminum.
Speaker 2 (27:01):
Ford F one fifty.
Speaker 1 (27:02):
They got through that though the buyers stayed loyal to
the Ford F one fifty.
Speaker 2 (27:06):
But now I bet you they're kicking themselves that they.
Speaker 1 (27:08):
Didn't keep some non aluminum types going because they really
rely on that very precious commodity.
Speaker 2 (27:15):
Okay, those cheaper model ys and model threes at Tesla
that I was telling you about.
Speaker 1 (27:19):
One that's under thirty seven thousand, and one that's under
forty thousand dollars, Hey, go for it if you want
it again, you eight percenters out there who like to
buy electric vehicles. The eight percent of you, you go
buy what you want to buy, but honestly, there's not
that many of you. But anyway, just as a warning,
if you buy one of these new, cheaper, stripped down teslas,
it's missing something. It's missing a radio.
Speaker 2 (27:40):
I can't.
Speaker 1 (27:40):
I mean, someone told me that the last time cars
didn't come with radios was like the forties. Anyway, no
AM or FM radio in the new Testla. I guess
people just connect their iPhones and iTunes to the car.
Speaker 2 (27:51):
Anyway, But that's a little bit of a little notice.
Speaker 1 (27:54):
This reminds me of the Slate, which is the company
that's owned by Amazon founder Jeff Bezos. Remember that pickup
I told you about that sells for like twenty four
thousand dollars. It doesn't even come with power windows. You
have to crank it up like the old fashioned way.
All right, maybe that'll be the next thing that Testa does.
All right, now, here is a great American story. I
want you to listen to the man I consider to
be the best car salesman in America.
Speaker 2 (28:15):
Listen to this story.
Speaker 7 (28:16):
All right, story time. This won't take long because I
hate long stories. But anyway, back in June. Sold it
twenty seventeen to Tucson Ultimate All will drive eighty five
thousand miles on it, roughly sold it for twelve five folks.
Bought it for a college student driving to I think
Manhattan maybe every day from Kansas City or somewhere. Had
(28:38):
since June. Put two thousand miles in the car and
the motor goes out. She calls me. Mom calls me
and says, hey, think the motors out of this car? Yeah,
it's been four months. She's like, can we get a
lookd at for free? And I'm like, absolutely, hapitote in here.
So they towed it in from here in Kansas City.
(28:59):
Didn't take much, like yep, motors out of it. Look
for extension, warranty extension, no, nothing, So we'd got nothing.
They bought the car with a thirty two thousand MY
warranty on it, and what are we going to do.
I'm going to take care of the customer. Told her
to come in this week when I find the right
(29:19):
car for we'll give her money back and put her
in the new car.
Speaker 2 (29:24):
Yeah.
Speaker 1 (29:24):
So he's replacing the motor completely at no An amazing guy.
Speaker 2 (29:27):
His name is G. P. Newson.
Speaker 1 (29:28):
By the way, he's got a great TikTok account. He
has a great online presence. I just had to show
you that because I show you a lot of stories
about horrible things that happened to people who buy cars.
That's a great story and a great guy. And he's
got a pretty active account out there, and he's getting
a lot of credit.
Speaker 2 (29:42):
He deserves it. Okay.
Speaker 1 (29:43):
Coming up, The North Carolina flood disaster last year created
some new heroes in that state, and one of them
is now eyeing a seat in Congress. You'll meet him
when American Sunrise early edition continued. It's Thursday, October ninth.
(30:06):
Here this morning's top stories, and there are a lot
of them. They're coming home. President Trump announces a cease
fire and hostage return deal has been reached between Israel
and the terrorist group Commas. The hostages, the living ones,
are expected to be back in Israel on Monday, moving
to Chicago, where there is no peace. President Trump says
(30:28):
Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson and Illinois Governor J. B. Pritzker
should be in jail for endangering federal agents and then
blocking the White House from sending in the National Guard
in La the FEDS and the cops arrest a twenty
nine year old uber driver and charge him with starting
those massive fires, the Palisades fires earlier this year that
(30:51):
ended up causing one hundred and fifty billion dollars in damage.
The man arrested is actually from Florida. He was a
donor to the Biden Harris came campaign. He looks like
another trumpled twenty something and former FBI Director James Comey
isn't in jail, but he did get a rain for
lying to Congress yesterday. He pleaded not guilty, and of
(31:12):
course he wasn't paraded in cuffs for the cameras. He
didn't have his home and bedroom raided by the Feds.
Speaker 2 (31:19):
Lucky man.
Speaker 1 (31:20):
American Sunrise Early Edition continues now. Welcome back to American
Sunrise Early Edition. I'm Jake Novak, a very busy Thursday.
I want to get right into it with former Green
Beret and now a Republican candidate for Congress from North Carolina,
Adam smith Sir. As a former military man yourself, got
(31:42):
to get your comment on the big story of the
day about this cease fire deal. I'm sure this is
still a dangerous time for the Israeli army in the field,
but you know, leave no man behind. I mean, there's
women too involved here. This would really be a nice
day on Monday if we see some of those people
coming home.
Speaker 2 (32:01):
End of the day.
Speaker 8 (32:01):
The work that's gone into this obviously has been it's
been an uphill battle. But to come out with the
opportunity for this to be a ceasefire and to bring
peace into that region is I would say it's a
great success.
Speaker 2 (32:12):
So it's good news.
Speaker 1 (32:14):
Yeah, And as I've been saying to also a great
defeat for our enemies at home and abroad, you know,
a defeat for those who said, oh, we're going to
send a million American troops in there. I mean that
was always a lie and a conspiracy theory. Oh we
want to have terrible riots here on campus until this
war ends. Well it's over, and let's see if the
students on campus are dumb enough to file follow these
(32:35):
professional terrorists trying to get them to join into another
riot on campus.
Speaker 8 (32:40):
When ller ends, you and I both know that they'll
just find the next opportunity to protest and riot about
the next major issue that pops up. We're seeing it
right now in Oregon with Antifa against Ice. We're watching
it first. We watched it firsthand during the Black Lives
matters and Antifa riots a few years ago. There's always
an opportunity for the left to get up in arms
(33:01):
and to come after anybody that disagrees with them and
anybody of a different opinion. So it's awesome that this
peace opportunity is presenting itself. And at the same time,
don't have an expectation that we're going to see a
diminishment in protests or violent actions against conservative minded individuals.
They'll just find the next excuse to do it.
Speaker 1 (33:20):
Yeah, maybe the food in the cafeteria. All right, talking
with Adam Smith here. So you have an interesting path
to politics. It started as a result of how you
reacted to all that terrible flooding at the end of
last year or in the fall of last year in
western North Carolina. Now again you decided to jump into
the race, as you know, as the news media was
reporting at the time, this is a recent decision of yours.
(33:43):
Tell us about why you've done this and what's ahead
of you in this campaign.
Speaker 8 (33:48):
You know, I've seen plenty of bad leadership and one
of the things that I have a hard time with
and I can't stomach is repeat bad leadership. And during
the Hurricane Helene relief and recovery efforts, we watched firsthand
not just the failures, but the willful neglect of the
people of western North Carolina. The former Biden regime Vice
President Harris, We saw former Governor Cooper, now Governor Stein,
(34:12):
all of them dragged their feet over and over again
to create roadblocks, to create more bureaucratic red tape in
order for money to flow. And now that we have
the Trump administration in place, we watched firsthand an uptick
in progress and an uptick of money coming into the region.
But the problems still haven't been completely fixed because we
see a failure of leadership by our current representation when
(34:33):
it comes to their ability to actually build a coalition
of forces to move dollars from the governmental level the
gubernatorial seat down into the hands of the people western
North Carolina. And more importantly, more importantly, when we excuse me,
when we got into town on our race to get
(34:53):
into Western North Carolina, I thought my daughter had died
and her mom. Oh, we live right along the Broad River,
and life is too short to sit on the sidelines.
There is a moral crisis that's happening in the United States,
and the moral decay that we continue to watch it
has to be abated. And to sit on the sidelines
(35:16):
means that we abdicate our voice. We abdicate as conservatives,
We abdicate our position to push back and have a
say in the direction of this country, in this government.
And when my daughter is twenty years old, well, I'd
be able to look in the mirror and tell myself
that I did everything I could to be a service
to my country at every opportunity that presented itself. And
is this country a better place? And is it ready
(35:37):
for her to step into the world to create some
level of success. As of right now, I can't say
yes to that, and that doesn't sit so well with me.
Speaker 1 (35:46):
Well, that's a powerful message there, and I got to
bring it to something else that's going on in the country.
You know, you talked about your personal challenge and the
threats to the lives of your loved ones. I've been
saying on this program, and I use the words advice
because I really don't want this to be true, but
I do believe.
Speaker 2 (36:03):
That we are now in the beginning of a new
civil war in America.
Speaker 1 (36:07):
There's been a cultural one for a long time, but
sadly it's become kinetic. It's become a physical one in
the last few months, especially in places like Portland, Chicago,
as you mentioned, places like that, And I just have
to ask you, is this something as well? Like you
say to yourself, if you could you look at yourself
on there, because I can't. I won't be able to
look myself in the mirror and say did I I
(36:30):
don't want to have to say, hey, I didn't do
something that could have stopped this, you know. I feel
like we have another fourth Sumter going on. For example,
in Portland. The last time we had a Ford Sumter
and it didn't end up properly, six hundred thousand people
died as a result.
Speaker 2 (36:42):
I'd like for this to end now.
Speaker 1 (36:44):
I'm sure you have some thoughts about that as well,
especially from your military experience. This has to stop now,
doesn't it. I think we may have lost, Yeah, we
may have lost Adam. Speaking of civil wars, I think
some people are attacking the zoom these days.
Speaker 2 (37:03):
He may come up in just a second.
Speaker 1 (37:05):
I want to remind you all about a little bit
why we're talking to Adam Smith again. He's a former
Green Beret and he's running for Congress in western North Carolina.
He's going to be runninggainst an incumbent Republican that we
don't talk about enough on this program. There are still
a lot of Republicans in office, especially in Congress, who
aren't doing right by their constituents, aren't really waking up
(37:28):
to the situation in this country. They don't have to
be the biggest Trump fans. This is not about a
Trump takeover of the Republican Party. It's about what caused
and precipitated the Trump takeover of the Republican Party. You
had a Republican Party that seemed to be more interested
in Wall Street. You're back, Bradsmith. Tell me what you
think about this growing civil war here in America.
Speaker 8 (37:50):
Well, I wouldn't go as far as saying that we're
in a civil war. I think ultimately where we are
is it's obviously we've been in an ideological and a
cultural war in the United States for some time now,
especially on President Obama. And I wouldn't go as far
as saying that we're in a kinetic civil war either.
Speaker 2 (38:04):
And at the end of the day.
Speaker 8 (38:05):
Nobody wants that. I can tell that. I can say
that definitively nobody wants to have any sort of level
of kinetic operations taking place or the idea that.
Speaker 2 (38:14):
We're in that position.
Speaker 8 (38:15):
What we are in is we are in a true
and legitimate ideological battle for the soul of our country.
And there are two opposing sides to this ideological battle.
There's the side that believes in the constitution, that believes
in God, that believes in true and legitimate freedoms. And
then there's the side that believes in totalitarianism, authoritarianism and
believes that the Marxists or communist ideology is the way
(38:37):
to run a country. These are ideologically opposed in such
a way that it's very hard to coexist in the
same geographic footprint. But I wouldn't go as far as
saying that we're in a civil war. What we are
in is we're in an adjustment. Every once in a while,
when that pigulum swings to the far left or to
the far right, what we see is we see the
(38:57):
pendulum start to adjust the opposite direction. The fight that
we're actually in right now is to ensure that the
pendulum doesn't swing the other direction too far. And that's
one of the critical issues that ends up happening in
these course corrections that we see. We see oftentimes a
course correction that could go too far in the opposite direction.
This time, I think we're doing it the right way.
(39:17):
The President is handling business the right way. The current
administration is taking care of business. They're upholding laws, they're
enforcing laws that are currently on the books, and they're
doing everything they can to bring that pendulum back to
the middle so that we can have a moderate constitutional
republic that isn't constantly at odds with one another and
has the ability to pass legislation that's in the betterment
(39:38):
of the American people.
Speaker 1 (39:41):
Adam Smith, I only have about thirty seconds left, but
I want you to get I want to get your
comment about statewide, what's going on in North Carolina. It
took your Governor Josh Stein until the very deadline to
sign Arita's law into law. Just ridiculous that he wouldn't
do that right away. Even in North Carolina, you have
law and order being ignored.
Speaker 8 (40:00):
It's incredible, Yeah, it is, and it's an unfortunate travesty
to see Josh nine, continuing to wait and wait and wait.
The fact is is that that bill that got pushed
through the House and the Senate at the state level
was a positive sound bill for all of Western for
all of North Carolinians in general, and especially the people
in Charlotte that are seeing an uptick in violent crimes
(40:20):
over the last twenty five to thirty days. I mean,
just an account that we're watching is a little ridiculous.
But again, I think it goes back to the ideological
differences law and order versus anarchy. Anarchy provides a talking
point where law and order takes away the talking points.
But with all that being said, Western North Carolina is
on a path to recovery. It's just a matter of
(40:41):
moving dollars.
Speaker 2 (40:44):
All right.
Speaker 1 (40:45):
That was Adam Smith, Adam Smith, former Green Beret, Adam
Smith running for Congress in North Carolina. Had some technical
issues there, but I really appreciate him coming on.
Speaker 2 (40:54):
I pity the fools running against him.
Speaker 1 (40:56):
That's a strong candidate, by the way, probably without any
consultant health because they don't know. All right, coming up,
he's still in the race. Speaking of elections, and why not.
Jay Jones hasn't exactly been in the spotlight in the
mainstream media.
Speaker 2 (41:10):
David Brody and.
Speaker 1 (41:10):
I will discuss, but first I want to tell you
something about what's going on. Something here on Saturday, here
on Real America's Voice, starting at two pm Eastern Time,
It's called AMAC boot Camp for Patriots. Amax' boot Camp

It is a rallying call for grassroots engagement and civic
action nationwide.

Man presents boot Camp for Boomers this Saturday from two
to five pm East only on Real America's Voice.
Speaker 1 (43:16):
Welcome back to American Sunrise Early edition. We got the
flags flying in front of the White House today. It
is a victorious White House today. I'm sorry all you
Trump haters who would rather see the world destroyed.
Speaker 2 (43:26):
I think that's really the truth.
Speaker 1 (43:27):
Thank you, sadly who would rather see the world destroyed
than for Trump to get victories. But this brokering of
the ceasefire between Israel Flamas is a huge victory for him.
More importantly, it's a huge victory for America. For all
of you conspiracy theorists out there who were talking about, oh,
we're gonna end up with troops, and we're not sending
any troops there.
Speaker 2 (43:46):
We never were, by the way, but now we're definitely
not doing that. Please stop.
Speaker 1 (43:50):
And also for all of you trying to start the
next campus riot, you'll have to complain about your.
Speaker 2 (43:56):
School's football team or something.
Speaker 1 (43:59):
You know, maybe you can do that North Carolina and
have an angry rally against Bill Belichick.
Speaker 2 (44:03):
But you'll have to stop because this war is ending.
Speaker 1 (44:05):
Welcome back to American Sunrise Early edition. I'm Jake Novak. Hey,
the mainstream media surprise surprise is giving Virginia Attorney General
candidate j Jones a huge pass. Just about no time
zero time has been dedicated to this incredible scandal. He
was caught sending text messages and then making a phone
call to back up those text messages. It wasn't drunk
(44:26):
texting to say that he wanted to kill and get
two bullets into the head of the then Republican leader
of the House of Delegates in Virginia and have his
wife and children killed as well.
Speaker 2 (44:35):
Oh, and then we found.
Speaker 1 (44:36):
Out he's also in favor of cops being killed every
once in a while, just to keep them honest.
Speaker 2 (44:42):
David Rody joins him.
Speaker 1 (44:43):
Right now, we're both refugees from experiences with the mainstream media.
Speaker 2 (44:47):
I worked in it, you had to deal with them.
Speaker 1 (44:50):
But you know, all joking aside, this is actually now
getting really annoys me.
Speaker 2 (44:54):
This is no longer.
Speaker 5 (44:55):
Oh.
Speaker 1 (44:55):
Those are terrible stations, and they're just parroting bad propaganda.
You know, we saw yesterday with Dana Bash finally pushing
back just a little bit on Nancy Pelosi about the shutdown,
and all of a sudden she's bumbling. You know, Two
more questions like that and the shutdown would be over
a few, just one or two mentions on CBS or
NBC or ABC about this J. Jones controversy, and he'll
(45:16):
be out of the race and people like him will
be admonished for the future.
Speaker 2 (45:19):
But they won't do it. That's called enabling. They're like
enabling a drug addict. David, and I want them to stop,
thank you, And so do I.
Speaker 9 (45:27):
I have a file for refugee status, just so you know,
in case you were wondering that that is the paperwork
is in Jake, right. And so here here's the thing.
The problem with the j. Jones story for liberals, and
this is low hanging fruit to say this, but it
doesn't fit their narrative. And if it doesn't fit their narrative,
they're going to do a couple of things. One sometimes
(45:48):
literally ignore the story, or it'll be below the fold.
And when I say below the fold, I mean hold
on for a second. Oh there it is in like
eight five and times New Roman. I mean that literally,
they'll barely cover it, but they'll scream, we covered it. No,
you didn't, and you know darn well you didn't cover it.
(46:09):
You didn't cover it the way you would cover whatever
the guy with the maga hat what was his name,
nick whatever on the mall that you know, that type
of stuff, because that fits your narrative, even though that
proved to be a bunch of junk too. And then
of course they didn't report the other side of it
when they realized that their narrative didn't fit on that.
Speaker 2 (46:29):
So this is what they do.
Speaker 9 (46:30):
You know, I've always said, Jake that the media bias
isn't necessarily in the jargon and what they say because
it's there obviously, and it's also in the headlines, but
it's also in the stories they don't report or minimize.
That I think is the biggest media bias of all.
Speaker 1 (46:47):
Yeah, it's also costing them money. These are big stories.
It would get them clicks, it would get them eyeballs,
and they won't do it. I want your eyeballs to
stay here. We got American Sunrise coming up. Early edition
comes back tomorrow.
